today yeah we want to talk a little bit in general chihuahua white whale and our our collaboration
so far and what's coming up in in the future possibly and yeah i think let's let's get this
thing rolling but before that um let's retweet the spaces get the word out there it's early in the
morning in europe so let's let's wake people up hashtag right the whale and uh get get this thing
out there so uh more people can listen to it then come yes you want to kick off yes i'll kick this
off um you know punch punch ninja mentioned something important here hashtag right the whale
that's always very appreciated um you could throw in a hashtag woof you know the chihuahua people like
this exactly so go ahead um um zedex i'd say um let's start by by doing some general introductions about
the the projects so two hour for you and white will for me and then we can go into more detail on
you know how our past has been you know how our collaboration has been you know over the last
don't let me lie one and a half years and what's in for the future so go ahead um what's what's
what's the chihuahua all about what's the puppy and treats oh for sure uh so yeah um introducing
shihuahua it's it's pretty simple we want to create a simple uh place for people to build uh
permission and permissionless stuff so using like coswasm of course um but the thing is uh like cosmos
is all about like the governance and sometimes like something very uh let's say uh not complex but
people are making a lot uh taking everything uh like it's very important uh and we want to to put like
some uh fun on it because like people are just um i guess like too into it uh so we want to create
like um yeah some fun like uh providing the wolf stuff um the puppy uh which is kind of like um a
btc but like a store of value uh for wawa obviously it's not but it's it's pretty fun that people are
just like doing it on purpose um and they they they really like just like play the game and having fun
and that's what works um basically we um never build anything on it and that's why white whale is
coming here um they started like to build the first decks we do have uh on on chihuahua chain so
basically people can um use it and uh just yeah uh having some tools they can make their own stuff uh the
uh uh at which point uh i did a cut yeah you did a cut you were just talking about puppy and people
using the store of value um using the store of value oh yeah okay uh no so yeah they they think
like it's a store value as like bitcoin because it's like 20 million token too um so it's pretty fun
to see like people trying like to some arbitrary stuff um using both of them um it's pretty cool and
actually this is where white whale uh come because we didn't have decks and they build one
and the funny thing is that uh using that people are just like making some burn because there is
like a burn implemented um even like on the ticks is uh on chihuahua so the more you use like wow the
more you burn but also the more you use like white whale decks uh also it burns more so it's pretty cool
and yeah i guess like people are just like having fun and that's pretty cool that you bring something
like to learn to the to the cosmic ecosystem i guess together yeah i i think i read something funny
the other day i think it was from don kryptonium he likes to you know post a lot
that um wow is the punishment for the cosmos nerds

i guess it's just like people are uh just yeah too involved and that that's that's probably what
why they did this out like it's a it's a punishment but i don't think so it's literally uh more is
coming uh trying like to open like the uh the sea and we just yeah uh help people uh to see uh what's
uh what's behind like the cosmos sdk i guess just on a tangential note so the cosmos tech stack with
tendermint the cosmos sdk cosmos um you know ibc then there's indexing the front end it's quite
complicated and it attracts a certain type of you know people usually you know nerdy engineers because
it's very very technical and that's one of the reasons why ux has been lagging so much in the
past and it's also been one of the reasons why you see unfortunately so few apps on the cosmos i i
think you have you know three four times the number of chains then you have apps because you know the
techies they they don't really oftentimes don't really care about ux they just want to build cool
stuff that sometimes you know might not be as cool as it sounds so hence the situation we're in
um so i think chihuahua is really a welcome um you know it is very welcome in this environment
because it's it's light it's easy it's easy to understand easy to use so that's true that's one of the
points we we're trying to solve like uh i guess it's the same with dodge going with in bitcoin
uh people will see like bitcoin with like okay this is probably the first thing you have heard about
uh when when you come like into crypto but it's very complex like even like reading the white paper
like for uh let's say like anyone in the world uh it's it's very technical and complex uh some people
get it some people just like follow the people that get it uh but at some point um i guess like
dodge coin uh like for example for um it's literally using the same tech as uh well it's not literally
the same because they they they took like something from light coin if i remember well um but in the
idea is like uh proof of work is complex so they made it like more open for people i guess um and just
like to be able like to use it as more like a retail than just like an industry um and i think like
chihuahua is trying to to do the same um for cosmos the cosmos is decayed the modules all the
things you can do with uh the smart contraction rest uh with cosmos um still everything is complex
and as you said it's literally for engineers but i guess you can still create um i guess stuff around
that uh just because it's a dog uh not even need uh to be like an engineer there is like some people
that just um use like some um i think you cut off again
where did i cut off um just 10 seconds ago okay um so yeah uh i think like if they use uh correctly uh
let's say like uh no code application they can even make some front um like simple one to use uh
let's say like the all the the features that we can have like uh like staking um for different memes
um you you could just make like some token using the token factory uh that is coming uh so you can make
your project like like quite easily uh and i don't think you need like to be like a developer for that
uh you just like put the information uh just use a no code application and just go with your marketing
and that's it yeah you're right and i and i think this um the last two or three weeks really um helped
to onboard a lot of new users to cosmos and give it a lot of new exposure but for the sake of um you
know completing the the introduction here um let me talk a little bit about um what's white whale
and what's migalu and unfortunately it's a little bit more complex than um than chihuahua chain but i
try to you know cut it short so um migalu is a permissionless blockchain similar to chihuahua chain
where everybody can build and we have a bunch of builders building there um like eras protocol like
backbone labs for nfts gingku is a money market we have raccoon for games and we have white whale
which provides decks and flash loans and what's unique here is that um all these teams building
on migalu they build cross-chain applications so hence when zdex was was talking about chihuahua he
mentioned um you know puppy is tradable on white whale which is true but the the the token puppy
token is actually not on migalu it's not on the migalu chain it's on the chihuahua chain and chihuahua if
you go to the decks there if you played around with it you also see that it has two liquid staking
tokens of chihuahua and chihuahua and bone chihuahua and those two are not part of you know they're not on
migalu or any other chain they're all native to chihuahua so in essence um we're building
cross-chain applications and we have a blockchain on top that's the gist of it yeah that's that's that's
pretty like uh well explained i guess like for people uh because they could think like uh white whale
would mean like literally like in some migalu chain but as you mentioned like white whale is more than
that it's like an interchange index so they have like dexes uh on each blockchain they support so
it's pretty cool for them um yeah um and yeah go ahead i wanted to say something about puppy
uh which i think is interesting because you said it's a store of value
and with 21 million supply and i'd like to highlight that um
so let's talk a little bit about the burns on chihuahua i think that's very interesting
um so chihuahua has two types of burns right
or one very big one and white whale has another one can you talk about um how the burn looks like on chihuahua
on the chain itself
yeah for sure so um on the chain itself um chihuahua chain is burning like 50 of the of the txps and so
uh it's like modifiable like using the the governance model but for the moment we uh just like use that
uh i guess uh i guess it's enough for the moment we already have like more than 60 million uh already
burned so i guess it's going pretty well
that's that's quite impressive and interestingly a lot of you know like let's call them cosmos nerds
um they get very upset when when you raise the fees to anything that's less about a fraction of a
a fraction of a cent but you have to understand that if an application is worth using users are
willing to pay for it i mean yes you know look at ethereum people still pay 50 100 200 bucks and i
not say let's replicate this because that's clearly too much for the average user but if
there's an app you want to use and you're not willing to say to pay say a cent then you probably
didn't want to use the app because the blockchain itself needs to be needs to be viable it needs to be
a viable business for the validators so they they keep maintaining and running the chain and if you're
you know cutting short the shortcut here and just make you know close to zero fees then you have the
the big problem who's gonna you know who's gonna run it you know because it's not gonna run on you know
lava and air so chihuahua was really um a little bit ahead of its time when it raised the fees
and i think the burn mechanism itself is also very very interesting because not only does the you know
comparatively high fees of you know you know still almost nothing um but higher than other chains um
does it create an income for the chain so it fills up the community pool that it can you know spend in
various you know places um it can you know pay the validators to or incentivize the validators to keep
the chain running and you can also you know make the tokenomics even more interesting by burning part of
the supply so eventually um eventually when when all tokens are in circulation and the system still runs
the chain becomes deflationary which is um a very interesting property for for blockchains
but um can you guys hear me i just changed wi-fi
yeah we know you're okay okay perfect perfect perfect perfect and talking about burns there is another burn
on chihuahua that i think many people are not aware of yet um zedex maybe we should you know i think you
guys have a very cool burn dashboard maybe there there's um you know some time to adjust it to feature the
second burn mechanism on chihuahua which is um you know also very very interesting in its design because
that one is provided by the white whale team and as zedex said um you know the white whale team and
you know various other teams that work together with white whale they have you know built their apps on chihuahua
and the white whale decks burns tokens every time somebody trades on it so if you buy and sell puppy
you you you burn puppy if you buy and sell chihuahua you burn chihuahua so on the one hand every time you
send the transaction there is a fee that you need to pay for the transaction and half of it get burned
but also a part of the trading volume gets burned and this supercharges the the deflationary of you know
the burning for chihuahua and it creates burning for other assets like treats or like puppy so in fact
the total supply of puppy is not 21 million it probably you know never had been um or it had
been until the first trade was made and from that point on it was less than 21 million and more people
trade it the more it gets burned i saw zedex um just jumped out of here
maybe he comes yeah i think he requested up to speak and then he left again so i think let's give him
let's give him a minute and and try to reconnect yeah i i think um while he's trying to reconnect
i can give everybody a little bit an overview or more detailed overview about the apps that are
currently live on on chihuahua um one of them is yeah
what'd you say no i i just said sure let's do it and also guys uh feel free anytime to come up here and
ask questions right this is an open spaces so now you have to the chance to ask sancom or zedex some
some questions uh take advantage of it but meanwhile uh sancom you can can go into the technicals now
yeah i i don't want to go too technical here i think i think um a lot of people that are new to the
chihuahua ecosystem um they probably you know got in you know got in on on on the pump they saw the
puppies going crazy they saw the treats going crazy um but if you look under the hood you'll find out
that there's actually much much more to the chain and frankly the chihuahua chain probably has more
built out and functioning apps than most chains in the cosmos so one of them is backbone labs um again
one of our partners who's building cross-chain applications um very cool team and they have a
liquid staking token called bone huahua and the interesting thing here is that um the liquid staking
token it takes a fee you know like lido like every every other liquid staking token but it doesn't
pocket the fee it's it's a completely community owned liquid staking token so it takes a fee
but it has something that it calls nft fi which is like a fusion of nfts and defy and the fees the
liquid staking provider takes they are distributed to nft collections so backbone labs happens to run not
only liquid staking protocol but also an nft marketplace or to be more precise a cross-chain nft
marketplace and on every chain they deploy on where they have the liquid staking protocol and the nft
marketplace they have a you know they have an income because the liquid staking protocol you know
takes fees and they then select with the community together one nft collection and that nft collection
will be stakeable so you can you know you can flip some nfts buy them and then you can stake them
and claim rewards so you'll have nfts printing you you know cold hard money which is
you know quite cool they call it nft fine they're leading this here in the cosmos they're the only one
doing this and so far they haven't they have the grave digger the liquid staking protocol on chihuahua but
they have not deployed their nft marketplace yet so if the chihuahua community decides to hey we want to
have you know an nft marketplace and we want to stake our nfts and earn yield with them then we just need
an nft collection and can get rolling because those guys are quick and fast they're very professional
so that i think would would be a major value add to um to the chihuahua chain that we haven't tapped in
yet cdx sorry you're back yeah hi yeah i'm back sorry uh i guess like the i something very strange
like i couldn't then journey again the the space so yeah i'm sorry all good i i was um so you were
discussing about like an nft we should deploy like on the chihuahua chain right yeah i was just you know
starting to go through some some apps in more detail that have deployed on chihuahua and i talked about
backbone apps who have their liquid staking protocol on chihuahua but haven't deployed their nft marketplace
yet oh yeah okay that um the only thing missing is a nft collection you know we're basically just
waiting for um somebody to step up from the chihuahua community you know make a you know great nft collection
and then they can you know backbone apps will deploy their nft marketplace there they can mint it and they
can even you know stake their nfts to earn yield okay yeah that's cool that's pretty cool like uh and
as you mentioned like it's literally uh permissionless so anyone can do it uh if for example like uh
backbones or whatever protocol or team wants to deploy like something they can just like do it if
they want um if they need the the community support uh just remind that um it's all about the community
so there is a forum where people can just like come and expose like their uh proposition and so
the community can just say like oh yeah we will really like that uh and we can even just like uh
give some fun from the community pool uh so i guess yeah that that's the idea like if you have
like anything in mind you can do it and zedex i'd like to ask you um what's your favorite things to do
on chihuahua because i was initially saying that you know a lot of people they came to chihuahua um
they saw the candles um they got in the road but now they they there's there's actually much more to
the chain so i'd like to know what what's your you know favorite things to do and maybe also you can
tease a little bit of what's in the pipeline oh yeah for sure um so i guess like um the the heidi is like
once you are like in uh in the community in chihuahua and you get like some wawa and you're just
like starting your journey here um i guess it's just like to start to just say woof uh we you don't
even need like to be like a builder or whatever if you're just part of the community just say woof uh be
part of the woofing community and that's pretty much enough um yeah no joking joking of course uh but
if um you want to build um like anything i guess like the path we we are taking is um we want to
create like a defy mem hub uh so the idea behind it is like uh you i don't know if you talk already about
uh aliens uh today uh but we want no you haven't okay perfect then the id um with the new alliance
module that actually white whale is using uh to leverage uh some aliens with like uh chira um if
i'm not like mistaken then you can provide some yield um from different source uh of token um so the
idea is like 40-hour chain we want to make like something very simple um there is always um a mean
coin on each uh ecosystem so for example in solana there is bonk in italian there is like shiba
there is dodge uh for the for for bitcoin um there is plenty of them there's flucky uh samo uh
samoyed coin there there's plenty of them um the idea is like we we want to go like um
cross chain and uh just push the interoperability between all blocks and i guess it's a good path
to take because we this is literally what cosmos is cosmos wants to uh connect uh every blockchain like
using ibc or whatever um but yeah let's save ibc first um so ideas um to deploy um all the main
coins community and bring them uh to chihuahua chain uh to actually just leverage uh or defy opportunity
because let's say you are like in each um uh you got your token like let's say like shiba
um what you can do with it uh pretty much nothing there is some pools uh obviously you can use like
for defy but that's it if you want to create um your um let's say different stuff that you want to
build like a landing protocol or whatever like shiba landing protocol you can you could literally just
like build it um uh on chihuahua chain and also make like the sticking uh directly on train and get
like some wow uh from from the inflation so hidey is like we we want them to come um be part of the
wolf community and i guess like memes are already strong but if you unit all together um and and go
like to the like let's say like using um crushing and interoperable ways uh pass um i guess it's gonna be
even more fun uh so first thing we we we go like um let's say like on the road map so there is multiple
things uh with ethereum uh obviously so there is like um i think it's an alpha uh but they're gonna be
like um things with uh metamask obviously um there is the snap um they're gonna be probably something
with them not gonna share too much uh there is um the axelar pass uh so axelar will have uh has to
reach um all dvms and all the meme comes like from there there is obviously um some different ways
that we plan to work on to bring native dodge uh directly to um not gonna share too much about these
too uh for the solana one we are still uh looking probably warm old but i guess there is like a
different source that is coming too so we are not sure already if we are gonna use warm water or another
one um let's see but uh this seems like very interesting like about that um and i guess like
the idea like at the end is like yeah uh cosmos is made like of um cosmos wallets um that's the thing
uh it's gonna be pretty hard like going like this way to just have one word that support them all
um so we want uh also like we work with wallets um to see how possibly they they will be able like to
support like all of them because if we create the meme up there is like solana coins there will be
like evm's coins there will be like bitcoin uh coins there will be like yeah um memes from anywhere
so i guess like um yeah i'm gonna shit it a bit uh not not because i work there but i think it's
like the way that wallets uh should go ahead uh but uh we we work with exify obviously um like uh with
that because they support like all of this ecosystem like in in in a single wallet so you don't have like
to switch wallets but i guess like uh i hope so and we work with them uh to try to enable also like
this possibility like uh with all the all the doors or what i guess it would help uh going like this
way of enjoyability sorry that was a bit long well that that's fine there's one thing i'd like to
particularly talk about here which i think is a very novel concept um in in crypto and that's alliance
so if i may summarize this so what you're trying to do here is to make other assets stakeable on your
chain so on ethereum you can stake eth um you know solana you can stake solana but you're what you're
trying to do here is you know obviously you can stake chihuahua like hua on the chihuahua chain but you
want to also make assets like doge or ship or floki yeah that's the idea we want to stake like all the
meme coins on on chihuahua chain creating like the mem hub so that means just to make it perfectly clear
that if you're a holder of doge or you know shiba or whatever you will be able to earn a yield on top of
those that's right
that's quite quite interesting and quite novel approach especially to alliance which i think is a very
powerful um module that that can really kickstart new use cases i guess you you already try it like
on white whale so probably you can share a bit of your experience like right there uh probably you could
motivate uh other like uh people that could plan i guess like to to go like it this way um to to build
to to build with uh against module yeah so um on migalu we use um alliance basically
in a way to bootstrap the ecosystem so um we have a lending market and we direct some of the chain's
inflation towards depositors of the lending market so if you deposit into the lending market you can stake
um your derivative of usdc and earn extra yield on top we also incentivize liquidity so um basically
it's perpetual incentives for liquidity by the chain itself because i think liquidity is very important
for um for anything you do so we have whitelisted the whale usdc pool as as you know a stakeable asset
so you can lp into the pool and then stake it for you know to earn not only the swap fees but also
the extra rewards and i think it's sitting at something like a hundred percent apr right now
which is pretty insane considering that it's perpetual and um the the meme coin you know approach is also
very viable because really you know you need to make you know find your niche and make sense of it and
and find product market fit and you know chihuahua is or wants to become the meme coin hub so you need
to play accordingly and i think by making doge and chip stakeable assets you really open up a lot of
you know a lot of attention i think you're opening yourself up for a lot of attention
because why wouldn't you want to earn extra yield on your useless meme coins and that's something
actually quite interesting because um also as you're getting like war uh because you're getting
part of the inflation then it means that you own some potential power uh like on the governance side
so let's say that you uh stake your doge then you earn the wawa you then you put the wawa at stake
then you have power like on the governance so the idea is like then you're gonna have
a need uh probably to have like more power to balance potentially uh at some point the the first stage uh
reward and inflation that you get um because it's all about like the governance like every parameters um
can be changed uh using the the governance so let's say like for example doge don't want like
uh 10 of the part of the inflation but want like 20 uh then to make it fast they need like more power
so they need more wawa so they need either to stake more doge or to buy more wawa so i guess like at the
end uh the wawa could be uh so yeah the d5 member but actually a very uh needed uh asset uh for the
governance too for the meme coins it could be very interesting like all people like um will manage
this and yeah let's see i guess it's gonna be yeah quite interesting
i agree um so somewhere in the chihuahua discord i saw um conversations about wawa verse
uh can you touch on that oh yeah it's a very long topic uh i guess it's been like very very long
time uh kind of like uh six months after the the the start of two hour chain uh so yeah one uh one
year and a half ago um there was like the chain like passage uh they they were like doing their strange
clan and they were like saying oh we are gonna build like the different like application uh for
building like social environment like metaverse so playable stuff uh on the on a single platform
um and we were like oh that looks very cool and if you could just like um get let's say like at
the beginning of the scene and um just like making it happen um so we could have like our own world
uh for chihuahua and then we yeah we we just like spoke with them and created like the warverse so
basically it's uh it's just a platform uh where you have like some games you can uh customize your
dog you can earn like nfts um customizable uh assets directly like on your dog there is like a little
um i guess it's like three different mini games probably more to come and the idea is like um also
again is to make like um all of these technologies um accessible and understandable like to anyone we
want to help people to understand like oh basically blockchains nfts stuff like stuff like that works
for example here if you want to access the world you need a dedicated like token nft which is like the
meta wow that is like um for now possible to buy on their platform on passage platform marketplace um
and if you own it then you can use it as a token gate to access like the lovers um so the id
is literally is literally just having a fun place where people can just enjoy a break let's say uh you
have like a a long week then you just want to have fun with your friend or just like yeah do just few
games you enter the world you play some fun games and that's it i guess that's all about like fun this is
basically like what we want to to do um and to give like more timeline about it because it's been like
one year and a half uh yeah it's pretty hard like to build like a a metaverse like uh working with like
the the loading and the the streaming fees uh in passage um and they also work like with the strange
clan um that they have uh they have like their own game they have like multiple uh world at the same time
they are building uh like using ai that's why they partner with akash 2. so yeah we are close to the
beta launch the beta launch will be accessible uh with people that own a meta world with uh the
attributes um that works with uh the the beta access there is an attribute of beta access if you have
it it means that you're gonna be able to go like uh directly in the game at this time
for the other one you're gonna have to wait or buy one with an access um until that like on the
marketplace and yeah i guess we're gonna have some fans probably we could make like the next uh
space directly in the world i guess like for interviews is gonna be fun people will be able
like to play uh and making an interview at the same time all right that was very interesting and quite
a lot to digest so let let's summarize i think that the main points from from this space here
real quick um so chihuahua is not only a meme coin it's it's a meme hub or it it aims to become the
meme hub where you can stake all the meme coins from all the places and earn cold hard yield on top of
them um it's a permissionless chain everybody can build on in it and it has already you know managed
to attract and support um various builders like white whale that provides decks and flash loans
like errors protocol a liquid staking provider like backbone apps a liquid staking provider nft marketplace
like raccoon providing games and also an nft marketplace and the upcoming kuawa verse
i think there's a lot of cool things in the pipeline i think um if there's you know community members
deciding to launch an nft collection you could literally make your nft collection yield bearing
by tapping into backbone labs um liquid staking rewards so that's pretty much a guaranteed you know
success collection and it's it's mind-blowing to me that the spot is still open but um here we are
but in summary i think there's a lot of you know chihuahua chain and you know our group of builders has been
working together for over one and a half years i think there's a lots of cool lots of cool
cool lots of cool applications on the chain that you can actually use and the more you use it the
more you burn not only chihuahua but also various other tokens like puppy treats doge and so on yeah
that's the good part let's burn them all let's burn them all yeah so i think it's a very cool space i
think as a take a take a home or take home lesson i think i can only encourage everybody to check out
you know what's actually under the hood you know all the different apps play around with them trade
some some coins um liquid stake stake normally you know do whatever you you feel like um also i think
zdex would do a better job at highlighting the additional burns done by white whale i think it would
be very interesting to see you know how much puppy is getting burned how much treats is getting burned
and you can just you don't even have to index this you can just query it directly from the pool so um
should be very interesting yeah because uh this is where we we do have a a burning um page so it's
literally burned the chihuahua dot what the uh double vtf i guess if i'm not mistaken and you can
check like the amount of uh wow we are burning uh but could be really interesting like to also add the
data uh from the whiteway pool uh yeah we we're literally like uh go go with it yeah i think that
that's a no-brainer um adding it to it because actually the burn chihuahua is higher because you know
the white whale dex burns chihuahua as well and i think would be really cool to see the supply of
puppy and treats you know melting away i think that's very low-hanging fruits that we should um
grab and also if there's an nft collection we're still looking for for a partnering collection
to launch the nft marketplace there and make the collection yield bearing so um yeah all in all
i think it's been a great space so far um if you guys in the audience want to come up and
speak your piece um now's the time otherwise uh ponzi ninjas you guys want to say something
no i was just like saying if you just want to say woof you can just take the mic and say woof
would be enough to yeah that's also totally fine
yeah i i personally uh got nothing to add um i i can i can just echo like sandcom uh if you if you buy
into the into chihuahua or whatever just go play around with it you know see what you can do with it
