Whenever somebody really sits down with us, people are impressed and want to figure out how it is they can be a part of it in whatever way will work, right?
And so one, I'm always amazed that, you know, when people really don't know,
just because I guess, I mean, we're so involved, right?
I mean, we've been around for so long, but it's that aspect.

I do think that sort of as far as like people that are in other great projects, if they,
if holders, you know, we're looking to diversify or feel like maybe their project, you know, is
capping out or has capped out for this run. If people just sat down with open ears like what
happened today, you know, that impact just hits people.

time as well uh a micro burn on us but there was a few members on their posts uh i had to think
crypto shape through this on they're like what that means but sounds cool you know there's a few members on their post uh i have to think crypto shape to this on they're like

know uh what burning does to a project and you know how automated burns work here in both so
study that man because it's very important because you're holding literally something
very valuable that is super undervalued and a lot of people are
overstepping this project just because of the price but don't be fooled by the price man the
price is what you pay that's what warren buffett said and values what you get the value is being
built now and it's being built through this whole bear market and i guarantee you when this thing
little old gets up oh man it's gonna live with territories gonna
leave it's gonna leave a legacy i told i would tell this for Toshi and the DMs man you better
get ready because when this thing runs to the billions oh you decide to send it everybody's

You know, you're always supporting me. I've seen that invite come through. So I i was like you know what jen i'm gonna support you you know you're always supporting me i've seen that invite come through so i'm like you know what i'm gonna go
up there and talk talk to my bullish friends up here but what's going on you know i mean i think
there was so much going on everywhere it's hard to you know figure out where to focus or you know
i think sometimes people in some sense don't even want to focus you know right now just now, just because it's, it can be too much when you're kind of waiting for
everything to go on, you're trying to stay on track, you know, there's news everywhere.
So, but I mean, I love the learning on YouTube, you know, that's kind of one place that I
regularly go just, you know, there's certain people that I like to follow. But there's this
new young guy who's been popping up within this one spectrum of types of videos that I like to watch.
One area that I follow a lot is residency programs, citizenship programs around the world, and, you know, taxation methods, right?
Because, you know, one concept that really rings true to me, you know, I think the way that i think i can express it to
people is that you know that any of us can change the way that we relate to money i think that's
what we're all doing here that's kind of how i would describe we are all changing how it is we
relate to money but i think that you know that the secret to money, there are secrets to money. It's just that most of us aren't taught them unless you are born into or raised by the wealthy, right?
Because there are truly secrets to money.
And I think most people just aren't taught them, right?
But most of us here, we've decided, you know what, enough is enough.
And we're going to, we're going to figure out what it takes.
And we've been dedicating ourselves to figuring it out.
And it's not just simply that we bought crypto.
It's not that.
You guys all know that, right?
Because we've all bought crypto and we've all fallen on our faces, right?
I don't think there's anybody in this room who could probably deny that, right?
Because it took us a while to get here.
I mean, unless, I mean, maybe apparently you might be the one, I don't know, that this
is the only project you've ever bought.
I don't know, because you're six, you've ever bought. I don't know because you're six, you know.
No, just kidding. Right.
But you are so young compared to most of us. Right.
So, you know, but it takes time.
But with buying crypto, if you want to actually stay alive, if you want to actually buy the right, there's a whole trajectory of learning that goes with that.
And so.
So it was this young fellow that I don't I'd never seen before until about a month ago.
And he just sort of popped up out of nowhere. His name is Shadow Atlas. And he's actually
changed his name, I think, since I've started watching him. And he pops up with all of these tax lessons, right?
And he's specifically focusing on crypto.
And he actually popped up with a video today that says,
your crypto will be blacklisted by 2026.
Here's what to do.
Now, his focus is very much the actual, this is what's happening.
Here are the strategies, how to deal with it.
And so I listened to this video, and what he's describing in the video is that there are changes coming, right? First off, you know, UK and Europe, and you know, by January 1st, 2026,
where all reporting will have to happen for all wallets that hit exchanges,
right? First centralized exchanges and expected to roll out to DeFi exchanges once governments
figure out how to do that, right? And then expected to roll out to Australia, Canada, US afterwards. But first it's going to hit the UK and the EU. And I mean, now I've always thought
at some point, I mean, this is what the regulators want. They're going to try and track everything,
right? But they're actually going so far as to holding the exchanges accountable for saying
whether or not our wallets, this is how they're doing it. They're going to say
that the exchanges are the ones responsible for ensuring safe, ethical, good trading, right?
So if you produce a wallet and that wallet is later audited, right? To say that, you know,
you didn't have proof of transaction to get your money into
that exchange, right, aka, say, old holders, right, you know, when Bitcoin was bought on the
black market, right, or in an alley, right, not black market, just simply before there was an
easy route, right, or if you're in, you know, DeFi, you're trying to transfer your money to,
you know, a centralized exchange to cash trying to transfer your money to, you know, a centralized
exchange to cash out, everything is supposed to be reported and they're going to hold the exchanges
accountable as to where your money came from. So they're going to automatically list,
they're going to automatically report every wallet that comes through. Now, what they're gonna automatically report every wallet that comes through. Now what
they're looking at doing I guess is anything that the centralized exchange
somehow says you know look shady they're just gonna blacklist those
wallets so you won't be able to off-ramp through centralized exchanges. It's
basically the nutshell of what this video says. Now he does also go through
strategies though of how you can you you know, get around that in, you know, in a number of steps.
He's got numerous videos around, you know, strategies for managing your crypto in all sorts of different ways.
So he may be somebody that people are interested in taking a look at.
But I thought, you know what? That's the thing, right?
We are, you know, all trying to find a better life.
We're all here in DeFi.
And, you know, and one thing is it's really unique
that we've got both the rich and the poor, you know,
sort of trying to revolutionize sort of the world with DeFi,
trying to create, you know, control of our own money.
Now, it's sort of the rich and the elite, you know,
with the politicians that I'd
use sort of the Nottingham Sheriff reference, essentially, as far as, you know, there are still
people trying to stop this. And this is what we're talking about with the regulators, right,
with the politicians, and even possibly some of the institutions that are now throwing their money in
are probably quite, quite probably trying to, in a sense, stop us when you take a look at some of the market manipulation and whatnot, right? Not everybody's on the same playing field,
even though we've got our money in here, right? However, you know, just as we start to improve
upon the system, we make it faster, we make it easier, less complicated, right? As more people
start to come in, right, you know, literally,
we start finding out that they are taking a look at finding ways getting closer at blacklisting
wallets, right? Thereby reducing. So maybe they can't stop people from coming into crypto, right?
They can't stop people from, you know, from mass adopting crypto. But if can't stop people from you know um from mass adopting crypto but if they can
stop people from cashing out well there you go that's just as good as you know stopping people
from buying at all so anyways those are just sort of my thoughts around around that and i wanted to
throw that out and see what people thought jen um listen to the video, and you just went over it, but I still don't understand how can they blacklist?
I mean, you would have to be doing something, you know, kind of shady.
Can you really go off into that part?
Because I don't think people really understand.
If you could just go back over that part again, because some people may do some things the correct way and let me tell you why I say that
Coinbase a couple of months back unknowing to me and I did nothing wrong and they came and said
there's some shady activity going on with your ip address
and i did nothing and they closed my account immediately and i tried to message them back and
forth and they just kept saying that because we we found some malicious activity with you
with your ip address so to protect you and to protect the rest of our customers, we're closing your account.
So. Be careful, you know what you're doing.
I mean, I have a VPN on my phone, but if if there is something going on and maybe somebody have gotten your information or whatever, It may not be anything that you do, but if they see any type of malicious activity and close your account without notice.
So could you go through that part again? Because that that that's a possibility that it can happen.
So it and also you should have if you only have one or two exchanges, please.
have if you only have one or two exchanges please i'm telling you now you know um i replaced corn
base with okx uh when i got signed up with okx but i have five or six exchanges because i don't
want to just have that one problem you know trying to cash out or whatever but you need to have
multiple exchanges if you only got one or two
too. Yeah, I mean, and I think watching the video is good to sort of help it flush out a little bit
more again, and I did sort of kind of go back and listen again. That's, I think that, hang on a
sec, just a kid, hold on, I'll be right back. So, you said there was no malicious activity,
so what do you think that was? They just pulled something out of thin air?
Well, like with Uphold, if I have my VPN
on, I can't log into my Uphold account. When I turn it off,
then they let me turn it on. I mean, I can log in.
No problem. Um, I didn't use Coinbase a lot. I basically started using Coinbase when I was
trying to, um, you know, sign up people to get in the vote, you know, with the, with a, with a
wallet and then Coinbase, you know, that and i you know i started using coinbase
a little bit but i basically just had it as a backup so it really didn't it didn't hurt me um
but the only thing i can think of if it was something uh with with my vpn but i mean i've
been i've had this vpn knowing vpn for oh my gosh uh l for the last three and a half years so um here like i said
and up until a couple of months ago i started using you know coinbase because i was just having
you know just trying to have a different different deal but i i now have like i say you know five or
six different exchanges um so and i i hear some people say they only have, you know, they
only use Coinbase or they only use crypto.com. I'm just telling you, you want to have as many
exchanges as you can, because you don't know, uh, when somebody is going to, you know, you know,
mess something up. I mean, one thing we got, like I said, we do have the vote to card. Um,
and then whenever our own chain does this deal, that's another off ramp.
So just having different, you know, multiple off ramps is going to help, you know, for you to get your crypto,
whether it's going back to your Volta card or other type of card that you have or whatever.
But I just know if I only had Coinbase, I would be kind of up the creek, you know,
and I've heard of some people just saying I only have one exchange because it's worked out.
But to this day, I do not know what malicious activity because they never really explained it.
They just said it was it was malicious activity and they're closing my account.
To this day, I still don't know what it was.
I think that's one of the things, you know, to consider right off the bat is that, you know, the exchanges already have the control to, you know, close your account automatically to hold it to, you know, to do what they wanted.
And, you know, we've heard people, you know, tell stories about not being able to have access to their tokens on accounts for a year and a half and getting no explanation whatsoever.
Right. So that kind of stuff already happens. So once the regulators give exchanges, you know, control or set conditions for exchanges,
I think it's going to start to get sort of quite dicey. You know, what I got from this video was
that, you know, because of the reporting conditions, I think that part of it will tie into taxes and tax conditions within certain
jurisdictions. So if you put your tokens onto an exchange and you haven't filed your taxes,
which includes, you know, you holding crypto, that's enough to have you blacklisted,
things like that, that there's going to be sort of things within different countries that have
things lined up per jurisdiction.
That was one of the things that I got from the video.
If you have previously had a if you've had something that didn't go well or was perceived to not go well on an exchange,
you know, that when you've been through an exchange and you were perceived to have had an issue,
that that is enough that you may get blacklisted on, you know, you know, other exchanges because, you know, your wallet itself
gets blacklisted, right? Those kind of things. So it's a matter of the government sort of
taking control in that sense and starting to, you know, kind of minimize wallets, if you will.

So, you know, they weren't, he didn't flush out, you know, entirely all of what it looks
like, but it sounds like, you know, digging into the research around what the CARF bill
is and I can't remember the other acronym that he used, but those two bills sounds like
that's probably the place for us to sort research if you're in those jurisdictions anyways.
But the others are coming quite closely, it sounds like.
And they're already working on how they can roll it out into more DeFi.
And it does sound like there's maybe a couple of DeFi exchanges that they're already targeting.
But he didn't flush that out.

I already know when I open up on an exchange,

just throwing a number out there, you guys,
but $2 million raises eyebrows than $ you know so i just i don't know what what would prompt them to blacklist
a um a wallet jen i gotta check those things out too i i'm completely lost about them i have to
research what those happen but yeah it's um your KYC in those exchanges
they're centralized that they we have at the end of the year they send you your your tax paperwork
through if you op ramped anything at a point where you have to maybe pay something on it so am i understanding my life well i was told um i mean i've i've
like sold like as much as like 63 grand but i was told if you're going to move money to the bank
um and this person had been in been in crypto for a while um i was told that you should do it in
increments of don't be trying to go do 2 million three and all that type of stuff i was told that you should do it in increments of don't be trying to go do two million
three and all that type of stuff i was told that you do it in increments of 25 to 50 or 100 um
because and you can do it all the way up to you know for that month like you can like cash out or
sell sell or whatever you know every week you know every couple of sell or whatever, you know, every week, you know, every couple of days or
whatever. But you can, those kind of, um, it's not, it's, it's not as bad if you break it up
into increments like that. Um, so I mean, if whenever I've had money sent, you know, I try
to keep it under 10, um, because I know over 10 is, is it throws up flags of, you know, they, at
that point they can, they have to, they can report it.
So I can't see anybody trying to cash out, you know, two and three and $4 million.
I mean, you, you're definitely going to throw red flags, but that's just maybe that's another
topic.
Yeah. maybe that's another topic yeah I mean I stumbled on this video sort of you know you know earlier mid-afternoon and so I didn't have a chance to sort of you know
delve into sort of the the research side that I would you know take a look at
afterwards but I do think it's worth taking a look at right you know because
we are you know we're not sure when we're gonna hit the run as far as our
side of things, right?
You know, Bitcoin's going to run, right?
You know, money is transfer hands.
We've got the altcoins, right?
You know, when does money hit meme coins?
Do we take off early?
Do we take off later?
All of those things, right?
Other people, you know, in the space, if you're in here, right?
The idea is around, you know, it depends what you're holding in your bag, right?
You know, are you diversified?
What are the other things that you have, Right. When are you looking to take profits? And I think these are things. And again, you know, where are you living around the world?
I think these are concepts to be aware of. You know, we've talked at length in this space about making sure that you are prepared for this run.
Right. And for afterwards. And I think it's important that we are sort of aware of what is coming. We know that,
you know, regulation is something that's something that they've been working on forever,
right? Nobody really agrees as to what that looks like. Nobody's been able to give sort of concrete
definitions. But I think what we're seeing now is that the countries are starting to
look at each other saying, oh, what are you doing over there? What are you doing over there?
Right.
Maybe we'll take a little bit of what you're doing and see if we can't sort of align a little bit more.
And it wouldn't be surprised if, you know, we actually see, you know, the countries start
to work together.
Right.
And so if one country starts to come up with something that that is, you know, that is
working quite well or even comes up with something concrete, if other countries don't start to sort of glom onto that for a while,
even if, you know, they eventually start to come up with something that maybe is a better fit, you know, for them later on.
But the idea of being able to get something nailed down, I think that's going to be really appealing, you know, to the countries, you know,
just to be able to even take a breather and say, ah, we did it, see, you know, to the countries, you know, just to be able to even take a breather and say, ah, we did it, see, you know, and to be able to start to do that enforcement piece, which is truly
what the governments are looking for, right, something that sort of helps control us in their
opinion, right. So I think, you know, to continue to research what's going to make you most effective,
you know, in your approach towards this bull run.
And then again, afterwards. And there's always been, in my opinion, things that, you know, I'm not entirely sure.
There are things that I know that I will do right afterwards that there's this kind of line as far as like if I had the money right now,
I would do I would start a few tracks to sort of help myself.
And there's some things that maybe I just need to sort of, you know, pull that trigger and get a couple of those things done now.
Right. And so this is one of those things that makes me think, you know what?
OK, I need to sort of reevaluate that again. And I think that's why this ongoing learning is important.

I am great. Great. We had, over the weekend, we had gotten our test build for Income Island.
It looks amazing.
We had a bunch of fixes, you know, anytime you've got, I mean, I'm sure that Voltoshi, you know,
when the game was coming out for Volt and all that, and I'm sure there was a bunch of things that was found, was like, hey, we got to fix this, we got to do this, we got to do this before it gets released.
You know, no different with what we're doing with the metaverse, you know, that you walk through, you got to make sure that colliders are working so that, you know, you're not walking through all the walls and stuff like that
but the graphics definitely are improved from where they were before which is amazing
the metaride vehicles look great everything's coming together awesome so really excited about
it should have another build tomorrow.
And we're hoping based off of that one,
we can start doing walkthroughs with, you know,
people who we're doing business with and showing them what's coming.
You know, there's still some more work
that we're going to do.
There's more optimization that we're going to,
that we've got to do before we release this.
But at least we can start showing
people all the new stuff um in this new build that's going to be released so really excited
about it that's fantastic i was thinking more about those ideas that that i was spinning to

Right now, the symptom is of the market.
And everybody is, you see the market is pulling back
um if you're not in the vc you're not gonna you know probably hear a lot of this stuff
right now um you have a lot of volume coming into the space but they're doing it over the counter
bitcoin i don't think it's gonna like go down like they really want to because
the institutions are buying, um, they're doing the over the counter stuff because they are
actually suppressing the price. You know, they're actually getting, getting in place.
So it's kind of iffy. Um, what's going to happen now? A lot of people are saying that it's going
to be, uh, they, they, they're, they're looking to cut rates, um of people are saying that it's going to be uh then they they're
they're looking to cut rates uh next month but there's a there's a there's a possibility a chance
that they may cut rates on on wednesday um even if they don't cut rates this wednesday
they are moving stuff in place uh one of the things that we were talking about is a lot of people,
it doesn't really matter what the market does. If you don't have enough of what your conviction is
or enough of some of the diversification plays you have, the market is not going to really mean
anything to you, if that makes sense. So many people are waiting for
their project to wake up. If the project wakes up and let's say it does a 50%, if you don't have
enough of it, then it's not going to mean anything. And that's why we always tell people to continue
to keep DCA if you can. If you don't have any more money to dca and you're good with where you
are sit on your hands but just make sure while you're trying to grab everything with the the
small amount of money that you have or maybe it's a lot of money maybe you're you're feeling
convicted on a lot of on a bunch of different plays just make sure if you listen to diversify
like everybody's saying whatever you put your
money in if you don't have enough of it when it moves it's not going to mean anything to you
i hope that makes sense because that's some of the things i had to realize in the first bull run
that i was in i was trying to grab everything every time I heard an influence and say, grab this, I went out and I tried to grab, even if it was only 50 bucks of it.
And it would do 20, 30 percent. But because I only had 50 to 60 bucks in it, because I thought if I had this, just like they said, I thought I was really doing something.
In all nationality, I was really hurting myself because I didn't have a whole lot of money to spread around.
So make sure that you pay attention to what you have in your portfolio.
Go back and look at how much you have of something. Go back and look at your market cap.
Go and look at the all time high and look and see. Does it make sense for me?
You know, because right now people saying, hey, go buy Bitcoin, go buy this, go do this.
If you don't have enough money for it, you're going to mess this bull run up. for me you know because right now people saying hey go buy bitcoin go buy this go do this if you
don't have enough money for it you're gonna mess this bull run up so that's just something i wanted
to throw out because that's one of the mistakes i made in the first bull run i still made a lot
of money but what i had to do was i had to consolidate some things that i only had 50
or maybe 200 or 500 and i had that two and three and four and $500 in billion market cap
projects. So I had to kind of go back and reevaluate and says, okay, if I'm going to make
this bull run really, really be an impact for me and my family, I got to make sure I got my money
in the right project that's going to do something for me and my family. I hope that helps.

Right now, I'm all in on Volt.
Like, about three weeks ago or four weeks ago, bro, I did a space,
and I was burning some Volt tokens with the Spark bot.
And I was blessed to be able to save a lot of money and and getting volt like heavy bro so yeah i'm gonna keep bcaing
but like that big accomplishment right there it was like my rebound like crazy like i feel like
i took the biggest dub ever bro like getting that big bag and like even
burning tokens feels good because like yeah i'm people say oh you're throwing away money i don't
see it as throwing away money i see this as making our project stronger and our tokens worth more man And for me, like diversifying, yeah, that's important.
But like the way I see it, and I know Ken Bussey has explained it like this before too,
but like all the utilities are diversification within Bo'inu.
So it's like you're already in a well diverse project with different utilities,

and a great community there's just a lot of things that um i had to come to realization with that
this is that cryptocurrency vote you know is that crypto it is going to be the next bitcoin the next ethereum you know i believe volt is going to outdo um

ever shake me out of vote um and yeah i'm just here to be one of the biggest believers of this project and just spread the good word of good vibes

hit your mark and you had the money to do so so and that to me that makes people kind of pull back
and don't really buy anything but if you're
in the vc with us fisherman comes in and tells us all the time that they're actually buying and
they're not just they're buying vote over the over the counter too different exchanges of is
passing vote between you know a couple of weeks ago two exchanges bought within 30 minutes of each other bought 120 billion a vote.
So you sit back and you keep thinking that ain't nobody buying this token because the price ain't moved.
You're sadly mistaken. If you're thinking that nobody's really buying Bitcoin because the price is not moving, they're buying this stuff over the counter.
They're getting all of their buddies and all of their institutions. Everybody is getting put in place. Now, if you if you're where you are and you're happy,
pat yourself on the back. But something is going on and they are getting in position.
I heard one of one of the guys said, if you have to react to this stuff that's going on,
you're already too late so just
know that this is a special time that's happening right now the terrorists and all of this stuff
recession just remember recession is money changing hands it doesn't mean things are so bad
so don't get fooled don't get tricked out of your bag.

I know a lot of people is looking at the price of vote, but don't be fooled by the price.

Pay attention to what you can grab for this cheap price.

retract but it'll stay up there it won't retract it won't dump it won't come down just as hard as
most do and i think that's what the developer is doing and that's what we're doing right along with him and um yeah that's pretty
much all i got um sin and i don't know if you want to close it out and then i'll give jen the
go ahead to uh to shut the space down after you okay um well listen um i I love the position that we're in. Um, I do believe that Votoshi, um, I believe he was holding this, holding this thing back, uh, to weed out all of the bad apples. Um, but I honestly think he held it back. So the little people like us could get a nice position. Um, right now we don't have, uh, we have people that, have people that have some good positions but it's it's balanced
it's you know the weight is actually spread it across the boat so nobody can sink it and that's
what I love about this project all the new people that I've gotten in, um, they're going to be free from their job or they're going to be able
to live a life that they've never even, uh, thought, thought, uh, that was possible. Um,
it's like Steve-O said, you know, vote is my 401k. Um, I've been with my company, uh, well,
I've been with my job company since 09 and I had to go and reevaluate.
They kept saying that I needed to take more money out of my paycheck to put more money into my 401k because I needed to have make sure I have enough money in there.
And I only had 150 grand in there. And now people say, well, why do you say that?
No, I tell you that because I want you to understand.
Don't wait till you get 60 some years old, 65,
and realize you don't have enough money to retire for.

Let's say I work another 15 years
because I've been there 15, 16 years.
Well, let's say I work another 15 years.
Do we think the cost of living is gonna be lower
or is it gonna be higher?
So let's say I get another 150 grand.
