of amazing things that have taken place to contribute towards this being an absolutely epic night before and of

i've been looking forward to this space for like i don't know six weeks uh well four weeks uh since we decided to do this um i'm excited as to what we've got going on tonight because we did a we
did a christmas fundraiser for poly raiders last last year at
christmas and we managed to raise a fantastic 350 dollars which helped to make their christmas party
um more impactful and meaningful than it would have been otherwise and tonight we do the same
thing again for poly raiders to to make some some real meaningful
change in the world for children that live in africa that don't have access to the things that
they need poly raiders is helping them get the things that they need and we're helping them to
achieve that mission of getting the kids the things that they need um you know most importantly the things they need to attend school um because education is important uh poly raiders is a is a is a teacher it was a principal himself
um so you know he understands the importance of children attending school and he's doing
everything that he can to make sure that these kids are in a position to do so and we can have an impact on that tonight um we've raised over
1 000 us dollars for poly raiders already and we've not even started yet we've not even started
the wave wars battle we haven't started the the actual event until like three minutes ago
you know we we can we can make a difference here guys and you know we can do it not just we
can do it together you know we can do it with in unity um and we can make some meaningful change
on the ground to people's lives right now you know you you can give a fiver you can give a tenner
you can give 20 quid you could drop a hundred dollars if you wanted to, but ultimately, you know that that is going to be used for making a meaningful change to someone's life.
It can't be understated how powerful that is.
You know, you can have a positive influence on someone's life tonight just by giving a couple of quid, you know, what it would cost you to get a McDonald's.
You know, that tonight can
make the difference to someone's life they now have footwear and a toothbrush that they didn't
have yesterday you know it can't be understated how important the polyradius mission is and how
we can support that and i've mentioned this before that charities are built around this
model of of extraction um because you donate to oxfam save the children or you know all of these
amazing you know movements around the world these charities around the world but what you'll find is
like so little of that economic energy that you provided actually goes to making meaningful change.

last time we did five for the Christmas battle. And each of these rounds will be determined by
three factors. Factor number one will be the judges
which we haven't picked yet and we can in a second and then we'll have the poll vote so after each
round we'll put up a poll for anybody to vote in the space and you can let us know who you think
won the round the indies or the classics and then finally we'll have the soul vote and that's where

As people buy tokens, the tokens get more expensive. As people people buy tokens the tokens get more expensive as people sell
tokens the tokens get cheaper just like you know ethereum bitcoin whatever any type of trading that
you've ever done in your life but the key here is that there will be a timer and whichever side
has more soul pun intended on their side once the time of strike zero is the winner of the round
and 40 of the soul in the losers pool automatically gets transferred to the winners pool and the
winners split that entire winners pool based upon how many winners tokens each user is holding you
feel me so yeah at the end you want to make sure you have
a lot of the winners tokens to get more of that winners pool if that makes sense and if you're a
loser if you're on the losing side there's still a little bit left there's 50 of the soul still in

who i think will help a lot of the communities here, got into really good like conversations that I think
will help with our development skills and found some good resources that I think we
can leverage in this like emergent AI timeframe. So it's a really cool event. Like you can
propose your own events and for the for the weekend and essentially
based on what like other participants vote up or like what um they'll schedule space for so it's
really unique interesting like vibe we're creating our own like journal that's like everyone talking
about the event um can all go into this likeLM that people can chat with. So my goal
ultimately is to take all the things I've learned and captured from today and share it out with our
community so that people can ask, you know, what's going on? What different things, you know, can I
check out what are the fun things that we've done? So I'm feeling really excited. Like this was the
place to be for me. I think ETH Boulder is going to be an absolute hit in the next few years.
So just the right people and just good conversation,
very heavy on the how can we help the next generation of Vive Goaters?
How are we thinking about distributing out funds?
And just really exciting stuff.
So talking about Wave Wars, I got my Wave Wars jersey on.
We got a couple cool people interested in running their own wave wars. So, um, yeah,
I rev appreciate you for running this. Um, we will 1 million percent need, uh, another benefit
battle to start, start our Zao festivals collaboration. Um, we also have an artisan

Anyone can put up a curation.
And I'm going to be accepting over the next few days
some of the curations.
And it's basically a crowdfunding mechanism and platform
where I don't know if it's $1 to $1 or exactly how it works.
But if we, instead of using the fiat link that we used for raising $1,000 for Poly Raiders this year, this week for this benefit battle, if we had done that on Artisan, which Poly Raiders already submitted to. We maybe Sam donates it into the artisan fund like from her, right?
Like because like we can accept that and then get some additional matched funds from artisan.
So like, yeah, let's let's ideate.
