Tariffs and the wars of tariffs and the 2008 stock market crash looks like peanuts compared to what we experienced in the last month alone here in the United States, finally hitting global markets last night
with the Chinese market taking the biggest hit since 2008,
the worst opening day for their market,
dropping a whopping 13% on the open,
which has never actually happened, I don't think, for them.
So around the world, there's pressure now globally on stocks. Finally, the, I don't know
if capitulation is the correct word here, but when the United States starts to suffer, it starts
hitting globally around other stocks, and it finally started happening. So the Chinese market
was also full reversing the U.S. market for the last 30 days. If you look at the charts,
the Dow Jones has dropped significantly while the Chinese market went up significantly. But then
last night, that all ended. So there were a few meetings apparently this morning. I think Donald
Trump made a statement saying that they're ready to negotiate 0% taxes with everybody but China.
And I think they actually might have paused all the tariffs, not taxes, tariffs globally besides
China. I don't know how official that is. I saw Watch Your Guru post it, but sometimes they post shit without checking facts too, so we can't trust them.
But other than that, Ape chain up. Spunky's way up. I think the Minotaur's announcement happens.

And as I said, again, it's not that everybody's going to be doxxed or your name is going to
be, because some people, if they don't want to be doxxed, but still, I think it's a nice
feature just for safety for people that are minting your project.
Because if you're asking them for a little bit of money or a little bit of a point and um yeah we just want to build in that that security layer for
people who want to make it available so it's my little one of the perfect perfect so on the topic
on the topic since we're talking about people verifications i i talked to cause yesterday
because there was that issue with that teams teams whatever the heck that thing is, another A project with the double E and PZ in it.
I talked to that founder too, and from what I understand,
I spoke to both of them that the founder himself lied about who he was and his business.
Apparently there's some active things against the individual that have nothing to do with crypto.
It has to do with marijuana, like him selling marijuana illegally out throughout a store, which really has nothing to do with NFTs. But there were some other
stuff going on. So after the mint, Kaz and the team has the contract with the funds in
it, and I'm assuming the secondary, right? The secondary funds, the royalties that they
get. So what Kaz told me is they're finishing up on the investigation and then they will
be refunding the Minters.
I don't know about the secondary sales, the Minters money.
And I don't know where they're going from there.
That's what Kaz told me.
So that's I don't know if there's an update.
That was yesterday because I was getting a lot of DMs.
And I know this was the founder of that project was an individual that messaged me about launching an AOW.
And they choose Bliver.
But he DMed me and I was like, I'm not really sure.
So yeah, we, I talked it out and that's, that's the update.
I, I agree with cause because the guy kind of like lied about the whole thing.
But once again, I don't think any of us, we're protecting our companies, right?
If AIW was in this position and this happened, you know, we would have to take
responsibility, but you know, we kind of do a little bit more upfront.
What's the one I'm looking for?
One-on-one with the founder.
He would kind of learn a bit more about them before we launch.
So I don't know.
That's a tough position, but I think Kaz took the right route in letting the project sit there for two, three weeks and everything like what's going on.
And then Blevber has to deal with backlash.
So hopefully they figure it out.
They get the Minters back money, and then hopefully they figure out secondary sales, at least royalties that they got back, and then maybe they can figure out something from there.
I do have a question on that, Chip, because this is, in my opinion, right, a launchpad is launching a project, but we are not the ones that are launching this project.
It's the creator who creates the project.
In case of with Blvver, I don't know how they, of course,
onboard people.
But in our case, the issue is we made it free to use,
and everyone can just use it.
So if they don't need our support,
someone can just go to the platform,
and they can just start creating something right
are we then still the ones that have to bleed for it because i think that's not how it should work
i mean i think that the everybody knows nfts everybody's responsible for what they're
minting at this point if you're buying nft there is no reason to be like what's going on after
you paid for something you know the same way you pay for every other NFT on any other chain, expecting something after, whatever.
If you're not going to do the research to learn on who the founders are, if you're going to mint one or two, everything that goes through AOW, I'm minting one or two.
I'm spending $20 every project that mints just to be a part of it.
If I go and mint more, I'm going to be like, okay, who are you?
What are you doing?
I will learn about them.
And if there's somebody who's really engaged and wants to come to spaces and come hang
out with us in platforms like this and push above and beyond, then they're going to get
a little bit more notice than myself and other individuals might take a little bit more into
the project.
Maybe we'll mint more or whatever.
That's each person in this room's responsibility.
There's no one here telling people what to mint
and how to mint them.
No one's telling you to go to Blevver
and being like, you better mint this.

but everybody needs to be aware if they're minting something on any of these platforms,

claiming to be italian and then all of a sudden um you know it comes out that he's not even from
there and uh the art was ripped off and i don't know it's a fucking big mess but what you're
saying about the refund is it's like i'd be careful about the way that's worded like um you know
let the blever team do what they're going to do and um make that announcement there there is some
information in regards to that coming out i would imagine very soon um my suggestion to anybody is
just to stop trading the shit like don't take chances either way right now um just leave it
alone and there is some money coming back to the community and that's how they're going to handle
it but i've been talking with them as well um also last night like because he made me the
the honorary founder for the night he gave me control of the chief's account. And I was just like trying to get that under control and like to pull the
communities to see what they wanted on the community end to happen with the
funds and do a poll vote.

like, I spoke to this person. We had a good conversation. They seem like they're engaged

they're doing to give back whatever they plan on doing with them in funds.

another chance. You know, you missed Gobs, and it was kind of like a rush thing. This one won't be
a rush thing. This is like planned, there's a time, there's a schedule, so it's not like this
is going to drop overnight, and certain wallets are only going to get in, so this is a really
good chance for new people to come on ApeChain, and I think the first time we did this, especially
with the way Gobs turned out, it brought a lot more eyes
and a lot more wallets to the chain.
So I think this would be a nice addition
to the ecosystem that they're building over there.

launchers like AIOW

funds for a given amount of time from
projects to then kind of, I don't want to say like guarantee the less rugginess stuff coming through.
But I like the idea of there being accountability and transparency when it comes to so many of
these projects that are minting on a day-to-day.
I hate that meta of micromints or here's this little thing or it was pumped out.
For there to be some sort of accountability when it comes to FOMO,
one from the community but also from the launcher or the founder,
may be a hot take, but I like the idea of them not getting their payout immediately when it comes to launching
because it's so easy to do now.
But yeah, just my thoughts.

we agree together, like, these people

reasons to be on the Ape Chain, like,
you call it gatekeeping all you want, we're protecting
at the same time, you know, there's gonna be
premium projects that partner with Spunky.
Maybe they'll be involved in something that we do later with the Spunky ecosystem.
There's an opportunity there.
And then most of the projects that come through the platform are just projects that launch, right?
Especially as the market picks up.
But I've said this to the people in the legendary chat.
We have like 60 plus people in that chat now.
There's only like 10 golds listed out of 100. I think out of 130 gold pieces, which is your ticket to GTD, guaranteed GTD for
AOW, Blevver, and even projects that mint on their own platforms. That's how I get
a whitelist and stuff for our community. They only give me like 25 or 50. If they're projects
that do first come first serve, we're automatically on there. Every single project on Ape Chain gets first come first serve.

We have a really engaged community, so I get hit up pretty quickly.
So you guys don't have to worry about it.
But remember, Launchpad, and the only other way to really get GTDs now are either Golden
Spunkies or BliverPass.
So make sure you either have one of those, especially when you're, it depends on the
platform.
If you have a lot of projects that come through IOW, make sure you have a Golden
Spunky. If there's a lot of projects that you seem to like on Magic Eden or Blevour, make sure
you're aware of when they're being launched and how you get GTD for them. So yeah, I think the
mint meta will definitely stay slow here on Ape Chain for now until the market picks back up.
Because even though the price of Ape is cheap, people don't have money to buy Ape. And people are not rotating their
Ape that's down 30% into Ape that's down 30%. So it doesn't make any sense. So yeah,
the market's interesting right now. Mints themselves are chilling. And at least here
on AOW, we will continue protecting people and getting you the info on who's creating and
launching. A lot of people DM me. Actually, but what's this project i'm like i spoke to that guy you know what's this project
i haven't spoke to them yet so so yeah you can always dm me and ask me on things that are

uh but what i wanted i want to talk about mint funds and stuff it kind of reverted back to our
previous conversation we don't have to do it right this second because i know we're talking about
spaces and all that so if you want me to you know stop my conversation you can you can go back to

what they utilize their mint funds for. I know they can be very transparent in the beginning
of their projects. Maybe it's just an art project and that's all it's going to be.
So they can use the mint funds, I guess, however they see fit. But
without that transparency in the beginning, do you think there should be a time allocated that
those funds are locked in that contract or staying in that contract for an extended period of time
before it gets moved around? And I kind of state this because I really like using ApeScan. And when
I'm getting into some secondary projects that I haven't minted in yet,
I like to see what's going on with it.
And there was a previous mint
that came out a few days ago
that I kind of dug into.
And those mint funds got pulled from the contract
within two days.
And then it got moved around multiple wallets,
actually four different wallets.
And it was utilized, it seems,
for some personal gain as well.
And I just wanted to get your takes.
You know, Tom, I know you're a founder. You got got a project going on and you guys are really versed in this
space how do you think those mint funds should be utilized because this project you know i went in
a space of this project glenn is in yesterday and he says oh i'm building i'm doing this and that but
i just don't know how they're going to be building with no funds because all those funds are now long
gone it seems like and they're being utilized to do other mans buy nfts it's being sent to some other wallets that are just sitting there right
now so what is kind of your take on that um i mean i've experienced that before firsthand
uh being in the position i'm in no literally founder spending mint money and then not paying
the teams and not pulling up on promises. So that's like discretion, right?
Once again, there's no laws that are protecting people.
I mean, it's really just businesses, platforms.
You know, we have to be responsible.
We can't just be running out like criminals.
So we do, like I said, myself and our team, we do scan projects accordingly.
But what the projects do after, you know, especially after Mint Out, especially especially a few weeks after mint out like we can't possibly you know the launch pads
are individuals you know they can't be responsible but the project themselves you're on your own you
know you're an investor in this space and you're in nfts and it's after mint and it's like the
founders promising things they don't follow through with it let's like do it at your own
discretion right if you're wailing in and you have a lot of supply and things aren't turning out, you probably should sell some.
That's why I always encourage, even, I'm not really on Ape Chain because everything is just
so affordable that it's hard for me to take something, mint for 28 and flip it for 40 and
be like, yeah, that was great. I'm not really fiending for that type of money. There may be
people that might, but that's what I always tell people. If you're going to mint and
they're pre-reveal, you have two choices.
Either flip pre-reveal, take the profit,
get your mint money back and ride the rest
that you have, or wait for reveal, try
to get a rare or a sniper rare, and then
sell the other ones and get your money back.
The floor is going to go down after reveal. It happens
every single time. It's how this space works.
So yeah, that's kind of to each of their own
on that.

here that like have a roadmap printed on paper and they're executing every day you know
what I mean and it's evident because they show up all the time uh versus like um I'm launching a
project and I'm talking to some legitimate people and it's hard to create something with little to
no substance like uh being a community's you know a lot of these things are not utility and um there's like you
know there's even laws that make it hard like you know everybody if i could launch something and
people could stake it boom you know what i mean it's just like invent it's like just staking a
coin but staking a token but i don't know there's laws against stuff like that. And you see people just not even, you know, they get the Fiverr artist or they get the little art and they just launch, you know, and it makes it.
Everybody should have a fair chance of support.
And that's what's cool about Web3.

everybody in here should be marrying one project not to just cut out on dot speech you should be you should have one like home home
and then you should have a like three to five max like project on a chain that you really like
like and you're involved with maybe play fortnight with them maybe you hang out in spaces and maybe
put maybe you make sure that their community spaces are on your personal calendar that's what
i do and then i have like maybe 10 more projects that I then only invest in, I check the floor and often sweep, you know, things that get thrown on the
floor. But I try to like, say hello in chats. But after that, I really like it's too much. Like I
may have 40 different projects in my wallet, but there's probably only 15 I'm really engaged with
on a daily basis. Because if I try to do any more, it's just impossible, even from an investment
standpoint, regardless of what your position is in the project, it's just not possible to keep up on
even just like movements. You can, if you are watching three to five projects, you'll be able
to catch more profit and more waves on Ape than you would be able to with 20 projects moving with
higher volume just because you're just, there's just too much. So, so yeah, it's a, it's once
again, it's to each of their own. And I always talk about diversifying.
That's my top three word in this space is diversification.

you know anyone can basically just you know put whatever you want on it it's just a fair launch
it's all free it's just like at zero dollars is what the starting price was and you know everyone
just uh it's going crazy actually right now there's there's i don't know there's probably
70 or 80 different images on there you just kind of go and fight i don't know did you see our place
on reddit or like you hear about like the million dollar you know home page did you ever see those before do you you know what
i haven't seen any of i haven't seen any updates from i had the pleasure to work with public board
drawn some of their events uh their twitter pages answering dms getting people's um nfts at whatever
event they're at god so many dms i still have a little bit anxiety from that a good anxiety that
was it was a good experience but uh but no i haven't seen the update on on any of the stuff
that you're doing i know the last time i talked to you you said you were working on getting some
some displays you know in proper locations so yeah i would love to hear more about it i know

same size. And we basically, we took the billboard in the real world and divided it into 369 for the meme
different blocks that anyone can take over at any time so you can take over one block or 10 blocks
and you can just post you know literally whatever image you want i put the bitcoin logo up yesterday
and then some dummy went and like put the ethereum logo inside my logo and then um you know there's
like a big cat picture in the middle of
it right now. There's this giant cat that's live to the world in some strange city that someone
posted from Europe who's never been to that city and, you know, ever in the world, right? It's like,
it's just a free for all. And we'll do it on multiple billboards across the world. Like we're
going to, I'm talking to a huge one in Nashville and there's Atlanta, there's Silicon Valley,
there's a couple in Toronto. I don't, I'm not talking to anyone in Europe quite yet, but, um, you know, it's kind of,
we're kind of going organically. Um, but yeah, anyone can just, you can just literally just
post whatever you want on a, on a billboard, get a photo of it. We have a drone video,
uh, like a drone camera that flies around periodically. So I can hook you up with like
a drone video of your art up on the billboard in the real world. You can keep that user for
social media. You know, I don't charge anything anything for that it's just a fun community thing like it's meant to be
a community board so like yeah if you anyone just wants their stuff up on a board we'll just
we'll put you on a huge giant billboard in the real world and uh yeah that's really what we've
been building on so um we're gonna we're gonna build a lot more like features and bells and
whistles on it but yeah that's the core we definitely i mean
i'm gonna pull a shiva card here we definitely need an ape chain a few days we need a few days
i know only ape chain nfts up there and ape chain creators i guess we'll just rent it out for a week
i promise i'll next event you do i'll just i'll just work the whole event you know for free just
give us the board for a week so they could put our age um there are a lot of
creators in this room so it's just a really good tool for everybody in here um their site i've used
it before the last time i did an event with them they use their site for people to you know send

grand a month right that's how much it costs to be on one of those billboards if you're not doing
it through the public board if you're doing it through the public board,
it's basically fucking free.

So like people don't understand that sometimes, like what we're doing for the community
and how that changes the whole industry.

when I go to talk to some guy who's, who's, um, you know,
older in his career is successful, you know, multimillionaire,

would love to have fun and, you know, definitely get value from this in terms of entertainment, promotion, all types of good things.

So what we did, so
the whole billboard is divided
to 369 blocks, like I said, and the starting
price is zero. So anyone can just claim
one of those blocks for free and
start posting content. Now, how it works is
you claim a block for zero,
but then you have to set a sell
price. And it can be as low as like
.00001 ETH, like whatever you want. And when you set a sell price, you then be as low as like 0.00001 ETH, like whatever you
want. And when you set a sell price, you then pay a rent, like a quote unquote rent, which is
13% of that sell price. So it's literally like fractions of pennies. And then when you do that,
anyone can like buy the block away from you and, and, and then they have to set a new sell price
and then someone can buy it away from them and they set a new sell price. So the way that we technically make money, you could say, or we hope to possibly make
money is through transactions and through that rent.
So 50% of all the rent that we collect is given back to the community for people that
are participating.
So we have like a leaderboard and the higher you climb on the leaderboard, you get like
a big share of that block rewards, that rent, the pool that we put together. And so the thing that supports us the most is just sharing the
news, like getting your art up there and inviting other people, like there's invite codes and you
can like build a little team and you like earn little points off of your team and that helps
you climb the leaderboard. So it's a whole thing's like gamified, like to no end. Right. And so,
but we started at zero to be like a truly, truly fair launch for anyone to have like equal access so but right now we just need volume right we have
the board is filled with art we have like i don't know 30 or 40 people that are actively trading
um and just playing and like you know putting art up and all that and there's still a bunch that are
up for free so um we're just looking for volume right now we just launched it two and a half days
ago at like four in the morning so it's's like very, very fresh. Really? Okay. Nobody better front run me
while I'm walking my dogs and getting back to my computer. You know, funny story. There's this,
yeah. Well, there's this lady, this is fun. Oh man. She's like, I swear to God, she's like 80
years old, like grandma crypto. And her name's like Dolores or something.

Honestly, we were waiting for so long day to launch a chain. We already worked with different chains because Introverse is a cross-chain
ecosystem builder. So we are basically a platform with built-in Web3 tooling that is helping

And we have already more than 300 communities in cross-chain,
so they are coming from different chains, and 50 of those are gaming guilds. And our platform is like merging Web3 and gaming,
