being able to have, have a better idea, I told myself, okay, why not doing a small collection,
why not doing a small collection which is really affordable for like space going wild and it's

hosted on the show here. And he was writing about it as one of the most successful presence of the
and he was writing about it as uh as one of the the most like uh successful uh presence of the
trade show for him and his brands like many, many years ago. And I just looked, looked at it and
found out that it's like three and a half hours drive. So I somehow decided, you know, like very
spontaneously to to go to jump into a car and go there. So it was, I think, four or five days in
spontaneously to uh to go to jump into a car uh and and go there uh so uh it was uh i think
four or five days uh in total uh and i went for two days friday and saturday uh it was massive it
total. And I went for two days, Friday and Saturday. It was massive. It was like, really,
was like really really massive 2 500 exhibitors and it was just like just just huge i mean uh
really massive. 2500 inhibitors. And it was just like, just just huge. I mean, all kind of so like
all kind of uh so like uh the toy industry obviously is uh it's very big in general but
the toy industry, obviously, it's, it's very big in general. But each basically each of the of the
each basically each uh of the of the holes could be a trade shop on its own because it was like
holes could be a trade show on its own, because it was like really, really massive. The first day I
really really massive uh the first day i just uh kind of like walked around and tried to get
just kind of like walked around and tried to get you know, like the feel of it and the second day.

fashion brand for kids. Yeah, you had a panda. You had an infant and panda also. Yeah, so yeah,
kids uh yeah you had a panda you had uh in fit and panda also yeah so uh yeah that was the main
that was the main reason because we acquired the brand a year ago. And it has this really cool
reason because uh uh we acquired the brand a year ago and uh it has this uh really cool panda
panda character, which is has like a hoodie and, and it's really dope. And, and it was a
character which is has like a hoodie and and it's really dope and uh and it was amazing

called pandafu uh and i'm really you know like with my son uh we're building a story around him

so this uh pandafu doesn't know what he wants to be in life so he wants to try every single cool
fool doesn't know what he wants to be in life. So he wants to try every single cool job there is.
job there is uh and he's trying it uh and that's basically the story so uh the idea i had no
And he's trying it. And that basically the story. So the idea I had no expectations. It was for me,
expectations it was for me mostly like uh going around uh i had my eyes open also trying to put

at least one single thing related to web 3 or nfp and i have to say there was zero like seriously
to web three or NFT. And as you say, there was zero, like seriously zero. And I went to a licensing
zero and uh i went to a licensing trade show let's say uh in uh this was in october or uh september
trade show, let's say in this was in October, or September, October in London last year. And we had
october in london last year and uh we had quite some presence there uh like mainly with the board
quite some presence there, like mainly with the board of directors who are killing it. In terms
of directors who are killing it uh in in terms of licensing uh there are some other uh examples so
of licensing, there are some other examples, some some license, licensors who are also you're using
some uh some license licenses who are uh also uh you're using pudgies and there are some like
pudgies. And there are some like some some other examples. But here, literally, like, I think there
some some other examples but uh here literally like i think there was there was like zero web
was there was like zero web. You know, you know, I think it's actually good, to be honest, because
3 percent you know you know i think it's actually good to be honest because i don't say it's bad i
I don't say it's bad. I don't you know what that reminds me, man. I read sometime, the guy who
don't you know what it reminds me man uh i read uh sometime uh the guy who traveled to some country
traveled to some country and he was he was he was just selling the shoes, right? And he traveled to
and he was uh he was uh he was just selling the shoes right and he traveled to country he got back
country, he got back, he was like, Damn, we have a problem because people they don't wear shoes
he was like damn we have a problem because people they don't wear shoes there right and
there, right? And the CEO of the company was like, No, we don't have a problem. That's great. They

don't wear shoes, because we have a like a lot of potential to actually sell, right? So I think this
because we have a like a lot of potential to actually sell right so i think this is the same
is the same with web three, like, it's our opportunity to actually get on these fairs to
with web 3 like uh it's our opportunity to actually get on these fairs to actually create those lines
actually create those lines and to bring maybe a new aspect to to the toy industry, right? Like,

we saw it with pudgies. So yeah, really interesting.
so uh yeah i agree really interesting i agree it's a huge opportunity at the same time uh what i

at least for my that that's like completely my opinion uh is that it should or has to be driven
completely my opinion, is that it should or has to be driven by one of the giants from the from the
by uh one of the giants from the from the existing toy industry like the mattels house bros of this
existing toy industry, like the Mattos has brawls of this world, because that's when people start
world because uh that's when people start paying attention that's when you know like all like
paying attention. That's when you know, like, all like, everybody starts learning and, and, and,
everybody uh start learning and and and and and feeling this like oh i i cannot miss this train
and feeling this like, Oh, I cannot miss this train, I have to jump on and stuff like that.
i have to jump on and stuff like that and i read at least that's i i was thinking about it for two

days because i was there on my own and and trying you know like uh getting the the talks to people
trying, you know, like getting the dogs to people and, and some meetings and everything. And that

when it happens i think uh it uh should or will be driven by one of the one of the giants

like, for experimental, there are quite some, there was a prevalent pool of like electronic toys,
experimental there are quite some uh there was a a prevalent pool of like electronic toys so like
so like some robotics and this kind of like cool technological stuff. And of course, like this kind
some robotics and uh this kind of like cool technological stuff and uh of course like this
kind of uh festival festival festival articles you know like for for like all these carnivals
of festival, festival articles, you know, like for like all these carnivals, fireworks and this
fireworks and this kind of stuff so each of these had basically a separate whole a separate uh
kind of stuff. So each of these had basically a separate hall, a separate pavilion. And it was,
pavilion and it was uh it was it was really dope and i i at least for me you know like the as you
it was it was really dope. And I, at least for me, you know, like, as you said, grateful, like,
said grateful like to see uh the potential like where when this can grow you know like if uh
to see the potential like where this can grow, you know, like if any of like big,
if any of like big uh uh currently big web tree companies uh can can make some splash uh in in
currently big web tree companies can can make some splash in that world, I think, you know,
that world i think you know like it's uh it's it's it's never ending sky's the limit then because
like it's, it's never ending sky's the limit then because you can you can go.
uh you can you can go i think with the with the toys it's really interesting that for example i

i have a big pudgy plush here and i basically i see it every day you know so i'm i'm i'm more

connected with the brand so i think for uh for for us it 100 percent makes sense to if you are in a
for for us, it 100% makes sense to if you are in a in a in a character brand business, right,
in a in a character brand business right if you want to create like uh in fit or m toy for example
if you want to create like inventory toy, for example, or plush, but I see two things that that
or plush but i see two things that that are uh like unknown for me right first one is how to
are, like unknown for me, right? First one is how to produce the toys, you know, you don't want to
produce the toys you know you don't want to spend like fifty thousand dollars for the first prototype
spend like $50,000 for the first prototype to figure out that no one no one wants it, right?
to figure out that no one no one wants it right and the second question for me is like the
And the second question for me is like the distribution, like you need to get a toy
distribution like you need to get a toy to the customers like david horvat has a very interesting
to the customers, like David Horvat has a very interesting approach, right? Like he's talking
approach right like he's talking about that uh dad them how he calls those locations like
about that, that them how he calls those locations, like relevant microtransactions, he uses the word
relevant oh the microtransactions he uses the word of microtransactions like kind of like spreading
of microtransactions, like kind of like spreading the culture. Yeah, yeah. And culturally relevant
the culture yeah yeah and culturally relevant locations right like he's talking about museums
locations, right? Like he's talking about museums. So basically your toy, like the people that are
so basically you're taught like the people that are going to museums they they they connect the
going to museums, they connect the museum with with your brand, right? Like it grows your brand. So
museum with with your brand right like it grows your brand so uh what do you think about those
what do you think about those two issues, man? Like, how to approach them? Yeah, so that's that,
two issues man like how to approach them yeah so that's that that's the tough part uh so the
that's the tough part. So the production in general, like, because of the size of the toy
production in general like uh because of the size of the toy industry and now we're talking like a
industry, and now we're talking like a plush or vanilla toys and stuff like that, right?
plush or uh vanilla toys and stuff like that right uh the minimum order quantities are usually like
The minimum order quantities are usually like huge. And we're talking like tens of thousands pieces,
huge and we're talking like tens of thousands pieces right uh then uh you know like if you
right? Then, you know, like if you want to get like a certain quality, of course, then there are
want to get like a certain quality of course uh then there are many like a smaller producers
many like a smaller producers who can do it like one by one, there are there are some like a 3D
who can do it like one by one there are there are some like a 3d printing uh opportunities there as
printing opportunities there as well. For like vinyl, vinyl toys, there are different options. And
well uh for like vinyls vinyl toys uh there are different options and obviously you can find a
obviously, you can find a producer, mostly like in Asia, China, that can make you let's say hundreds
producer uh mostly like in asia china uh that can make you let's say hundreds or even like lower
or even like lower hundreds of pieces, they will be more costly, they will, they will cost you a
hundreds of pieces they'll be more more costly uh they will they will cost you a little bit more
little bit more. Most likely, the first sample will cost you quite, quite some money because,
uh most likely the the first sample will cost you uh quite quite some money because uh you know like
you know, like they have to develop all the molds and everything for that. And so I think that's to
they have to develop all the molds and everything for that and uh so i think that's uh to find the
find the right producer. It's not that hard, but I've been through that a lot. And it's just a trial
right producer it's uh it's not that hard but uh i've been through that a lot and uh it's just
a trial and error you know so it can cost you a lot so it's it's good to do some homework it's
and error, you know, so it can cost you a lot. So it's good to do some homework, it's good to talk
good to talk some people who already have producers who are in business who can direct you
some people who already have producers who are in business, who can direct you. For instance,
uh uh for instance like we're working with uh uh with a producer who uh who used to do uh my my
like we're working with a producer who used to do, my friend has a toy brand for which is doing
friend uh has a toy brand for which which is doing like uh the rappers right uh like the the
like the wrappers, right? Like the wrapper toys. So they had to be like very, very precise on details
rapper toys toys so uh they had to be like very very uh precise on details and and tattoos and uh
and tattoos and the clothing and everything. So this kind of factories are amazing. And obviously,
and the clothing and everything so uh this kind of pro factories are are amazing and obviously you
you need to find a way of working with them. We also work on some other products with them.

So that helps out, you know, like for long term and getting the, like, so I don't have to produce

produce in tens of thousands pieces but uh you are right like production is uh is one part and

it can be cracked uh somehow through uh like talking to people and getting uh getting some

you know like just digging and and uh and uh you know contacting people and the distribution
contacting people. And the distribution, that's a tricky part. So and that's not only about toys,
that's the tricky part uh so and that that's not only uh about toys right it's it's about basically
right? It's about basically any product, like IRL product, physical product that you have,
any um product like irl product uh physical product that you have uh we have the same with
we have the same with the chocolate, right? At one point, you create a product that is based on
the chocolate right uh at one point that you create uh you create a product that is based on
uh like a web3 collection let's say or has something to do with web3 so you of course uh
like a Web3 collection, let's say, or has something to do with Web3. So you, of course,
kind of think that you'll get all the support from Web3 community because we are such a small
a small community that we kind of cheer for each other and you know like when you see something
community that we kind of cheer for each other. And, you know, like when you see something Web3
web3 related in the physical world you mostly want to support it as we talked before about books
related in the physical world, you mostly want to support it, as we talked before about books,
about like some other stuff. But that's not enough, you know, like we're talking about like
mostly thousands of people, right? Or like it's usually you can get to like hundreds.
And so then you need to get somewhere around like to normie and, you know, like to make them care,
so then you need to to get somewhere around like to normie and you know like to make them care
the product itself has to be like freaking amazing. It has to be, it has to be basically
better than what's available over there. So it's just like, you know, like what was the first
uh what was the first chicken or egg you know like you have to crack somehow both of them you
chicken or egg, you know, like you have to crack somehow both of them. You communicate in terms of
communicate uh in terms of marketing to the web3 community the different way to the uh to the
marketing to the Web3 community in a different way to the normies. So, you know, like it's
normies uh so you know like it's uh it's pretty tricky uh but uh at the same time as you said you
pretty tricky. But at the same time, as you said, you can go in so many directions. One is, you know,
can go in so many directions uh one is uh uh you know like under your own read of being your old
like under your own, being your own retailer, direct to customer. And then like you need to
retailer direct to customer and and then like you need to know your game uh doing like what kind of
know your game, doing like what kind of like campaigns and all kind of different kind of
like uh campaigns and uh all kind of uh different kind of marketing uh and then uh you can you can
marketing. And then you can you can go through distributors and that's they need to know why
go through distributors and that's uh they need to know why should they care you know and it's not
should they care, you know. And it's not only true about like Web3 stuff. It's the same with
only true about like uh web3 stuff it's the same with my panda fu character you know like if people
my Panda Fool character, you know, like if people don't know it outside of my current market,
don't know it outside of my current market they don't really care you know like they don't want
they don't really care, you know, like they don't want to sell your stuff because they,
to sell your stuff because they like it's not relevant for them at the same time like uh and
like it's not relevant for them. At the same time, like and I'll say just this thing. At the same
