it's actually kind of hard to get a certain amount of calories.
You have to eat a fuck ton of food.

I've been finding it difficult to eat 3,000 calories a day.
And that's what I basically need to eat per day to get to my goal over the next few months.
3,000 is kind of a lot because i eat like you know meat fruit rice potatoes like yogurts and stuff like that it's like tough to get 3 000 calories yeah i mean you could probably still
put on like a good amount of muscle if you just like main gain i don't know oh it's easy for me
to get protein i can easily hit 200, 220, 230 a day.
That's no problem.
Getting enough carbs is difficult for me.
I have to eat a lot more food.
I'm eating mostly just rice and potatoes.
Because I don't want to eat processed garbage.
