do the old mega space but i'll be honest i don't like doing them if i'm being absolutely honest i
just think they get a bit too much but luke reached out to a few people had a few people
cancel on us i thought do you know what let's have a nice easy one we'll just get us a nice
little group together and we'll have a nice chat see what's going on very nice very nice works for
me works for me oh good you didn't really have a choice though i know right what can you do i enjoy being here though no i appreciate it what's been happening
with uh country tigers then i see there's lots going on i just can't keep up yeah yeah no we
got a we got a lot on the run we're trying to do a lot we're trying to get more eyes on the project
like the project's got a solid foundation just needs a lot more eyes on it um so we we launched two two trait groups so if
you got a crown you're part of the kings at grouchy tigers the grouchy tiger kings so we created a
twitter page for it uh gtsc kings and then today i launched the gamblers um page uh just given that
we play a lot of poker in the discord,
I'm running daily games.
We're collabing with other projects for poker.
So I thought it'd be fitting to have a Twitter page for it.
So I created today the grouchy gamblers,
grouchy gamblers there.
And yeah,
posted up a nice giveaway for,
for that as well too.
so should be, should be nice looking, looking as well, too. So it should be nice.

So I've actually transitioned and I'm now fully focused on the DAO mint.
So the NARS Fuck DAO is minting on Solana.
For the Gnar list, the first 333 mints are one sole.
You need a whitelist token for that.
I've kind of opened it up to everybody
because we've had about 50 mints so far.
The public price is two sole.
So even with, I mean, you can get in for under 40 bucks USD
and it is the opportunity for you to be able to monetize your IP through print on demand
merchandise, branding, licensing, metaverse experiences.
The sky's really the limit.
The focus initially is on the print on demand, but also transitioning into physical goods that are either under the NARS fuck brand or under brands that we decided to develop.
So we currently have a vodka line that we're doing with Drunken Ape Social Club, and that is slated.
Things are going really fast there, so I don't want to overpromise, but I should have some really good news on that in the next two weeks.
And then we're also doing a coffee line with Cryptosis Coffee and looking at expanding into a few other products.

bit more but it's just hard work isn't it as you guys know totally totally so we're the stage we're
at right now the the website is ready it's uh it's it's up and what they are working on is how
to assign the pass that i bought to my community and how that
part's going to work so like the individuals there's the ability to go throw stuff up on
their store right now um and I'm actually thinking about uh basically collecting like
five to ten nfts from all the members that have purchased thus far and we can get going on things
sooner rather than
later and not really needing to wait for them to get that part figured out um and i'm also in talks
with another clothing provider about a uh kind of exclusive limited run that's all i'll say there
uh so just really uh looking at ways that i can work together with existing
projects and that we can build and grow together uh that's
always going to be my first question is how can we how can we succeed together how can we grow
together i love that that sounds awesome i mean again that's that's what we want at collab center
grow and succeed together that's what we're looking to do um but yeah so you got the vodka going

on the cubs, the better chance you have of producing something
a lot more rare.

So I should always use the highest rarity possible Cub.
I thought that maybe the lucky and part of the traits may factor in.
Is it really just their luck factor that's the biggest thing?
No, no.
It all factors in.
There's a plus or minus luck factor.
So even if you do have the highest luck factor,
it doesn't always guarantee it's going to be the rarest or luckiest cub either.
So even if you do have not as high of a luck factor,
all the other traits can play into it as well too.
So you still have a pretty good chance of something nice.

I mean, they're going to be used aren't they for a game is that right
yeah yeah so next up on the roadmap is a play to earn game and it's uh it's going to integrate all
the cubs into that so that's currently in uh in development there awesome have you got any time

think it's quite complicated to get it all right and working on the blockchains and everything else

other than you're doing poker and you're minting.

We did that in six days, did 750 NFTs out.
Since then, we've done probably close to 15 grand in poker tournaments.

We're going to play in a poker tournament on a Saturday.

So then people will be able to stake in with their kind of project
or whatever it is.
We're going to sweep a lot of projects' floors.
And then we've got a custom rumble game coming.
We're building out our own website and poker app.
So the goal eventually, and the NFT goal is to raise enough,
so rather than using a venture capitalist
we're going to use the money that we build from the nfts to then go out and build our own website
our own platform a little bit like poker stars start running some games on there um yeah we've
just we've got a lot of stuff in the works right now uh but as main focus was just making sure that
we deliver a shit ton of value back to the community and yeah i reckon i reckon out of the first mint probably 85 percent of that money's gone back into giveaways gifts
flights hotels you know upgrading the the back end of stuff so yeah man it's awesome yeah we're
doing obviously the mint tonight um is at half 10 that's when it goes at half five eastern standard time sorry i forget where this time yeah um but yeah we've got another 750 uh we've got two ethan bounties on the
legendaries we've got some thanksgiving traits in there which have got bounties attached to them
um and then we're also going to be picking five of them winners um to come on a safari trip with
us in the second quarter.
And then literally with that as well,
the first 100 unique Minters,
they're all going to get put into a 1Eth poker tournament.
And the winner of that will then choose where $1,000 of charity will go to.
So if they want it to go to breast cancer or Alzheimer's,
dementia, whatever it is, the winner of that poker tournament
will get to put some money back into the charity system as well so yeah just

this week we've hosted in the last seven days we've hosted 11 poker tournaments um we did uh
today we've just done a quirkling giveaway yesterday we did lazy lion up top with a cub
for second place day before that we did space riders and we've got some huge collaborations
in the mix with with some some pretty big projects and we're also going out to vegas
earlier than we predicted because we've just had a a bit of a connection who yeah basically this guy hosts some
of the fucking sickest poker tournaments you've ever seen in your life and he's quite a big hitter
on youtube um and yeah we've been invited to uh to like a little sit down custom custom game with
them um there's gonna be some some pretty big poker players there so that's in vegas and i can't wait
to say it's only been a month um but if you play poker 100 come through um the longer term goal
with this as well is to have it where it's not all poker related um we are in the process of
launching like a full built-out raffle system um where instead of just focusing on nfts we've got
in real life stuff in there so you might
want to go skydiving you might want to go rock climbing you might want to go take your missus
to paris or wherever it is we're going to have that stuff in there as well um as well as like
merchandise ps5s louis vuitton gear whatever it is um so yeah basically just trying to build a
solid brand off off and treat it like a business you know most businesses
don't make money in the first three
to five years so we're gonna you know keep
pumping back in
I day trade forex and crypto so
you know it's okay to keep
the kind of capital coming from
that aspect
but yeah just have a fucking good time really
that's the key

what platform are you using to play your games right now or did you create your own
no at the moment we're using club gg which is clunky as fudge but yeah i use that a lot for
some of the other ones so yeah so basically what we're looking to do is the whole goal and concept
here eventually is to have our own website built out out where we can white label it and we can go to other projects.
Like, for example, I know Phil is in the Grouchy Tigers.
We might go to him and say, right, who are you using?
He might say, listen, I'm spending $150 a month on Club GG, but you're feeding data into that project.
We're not getting anything back.
So what my goal eventually is to have our own platform that a project can white label um they pay us a monthly fee whether it's 50
60 they're still saving a hell of a lot of money but they can also see the data on the back end of
who's playing who's participating um and ultimately be able to form a really good culture and keep
that community within the within the project because what typically happens is a lot of people go and start forming
their own Twitter groups, they go and form their own poker clubs,
they all go and do this, and it takes it away from the project
and there's very little engagement in and around that community.
So we're really wanting to have something where that project
can be a part of one area and to keep everyone engaged in the Discord.
So the Lions then eventually will
become somewhere like an umbrella where my goal is where every project can come and play poker
and not have to worry about lions then branding being everywhere and we can save people money
supply them with whatever data they want they can see who's playing control everything
as if it was a poker stars app and we've you know we've had some really good meetings
over the last couple of weeks with guys who've been in the business and the industry for the
last 18 to 20 years they've built out some of the biggest casinos and poker projects going
so yeah we're just looking to come in and disrupt the online come you know take people from the web
three space into web two vice versa web two Web3, and eventually get to a point
where we're hosting poker games
all around the world,
Macau, Vegas, yachts.
Nice, yeah.

of this is a business you got to reinvest in it um you're thinking long term yeah i'm gonna go and
check you guys out right now because i saw a quick question um with the ogs is there a benefit to
holding a male and a female at this time so what we do is we do a lion a lioness and a cub league
so we do if you hold one if you hold a lion. So we do, if you hold one, if you hold a Lion,
you get access to that.
If you hold the Lion and the Lioness, you can play in two.
If you hold all three, you can play in the Lioness,
the Cub, and the Pride League.
So effectively, by you holding all three of them,
you'll get access to four tournaments a week
straight off the bat.
Okay, and were there Cubs in the OG?
I guess I looked really quickly
while there were yeah but because obviously there was a limited amount of them i think it was well
i say limited there was 150 um people listed them up you know they were selling at one point for 0.7
0.9 like just just so people could complete their pride to be playing in more tournaments basically yeah i was i was
just looking there was a uh lion and a lioness that i was eyeing that are uh definitely uh
affordable price point to get in and uh i want to chat about stuff in the future as well too because
i i just i love making connections and i uh i vibe you, dude. So, hell yeah.

And we can then start moving people in different directions and reaching out in different ways.

Collab Center. I'm loving all the projects that, that you're working with and the incredible due
diligence that you do on, on all of them and all the tremendous help and support that you've got
for them to, to really help them to grow. Cause we grow because we all got really strong foundations and now it's
really getting a lot more eyes on these amazing projects that are often overlooked. So yeah,
I have a tremendous amount of respect for the amazing work that you do there.

We're all helping each other succeed and build and grow.
And that's all we want.
And like I say, we're trying to give back as much as we can.
We're trying to make connections with different people
and trying to bring something different to the table as well.
You know, so like with these spatial spaces that we're doing,
you know, we're trying to bring people over to them.
And hopefully, like, if we can get them moving
and get them going well,
we can step away from these sort of Twitter spaces
and everybody that's in here can come and be an avatar
in the metaverse.
And so we can all then have a nice chat as well and what you can do is um
you can put on like a it's called 3d sound so the closer you are to somebody talking the louder it
gets and then if you walk further away and then there's somebody else talking in the corner you
can go and have a chat with them whilst everyone else is talking in the other corner so that's
sort of what we're looking to do
or you can do it as groups you could set up your little groups and so you can present basically
your projects on a big screen put your your artwork as well up on the walls or anything
that's relevant you know the utility that any project has you can put it there so people can see we can do slideshows
present it and people can talk like i say to you directly or in a little group as well
um and hopefully like i say it works well um like i say i want to bring everybody into that space
that's that's my name at the minute i think it's definitely in the future um but yeah i know
caleb i know you you want to get involved in it and see what it's all about yeah definitely i'm uh
just anything that we can do to uh to grow together and i really am excited about that uh
building out the space do i need to do i need to have like my own booth or is it uh that
i'm actually really glad you brought that up because uh do i need to get going on that or
is it just like hopping in with yours or uh is that something we need to kind of sidebar on
yeah no i'm glad you brought it up actually because i was forgotten about it and i was
meant to ask you how you were getting on with it so that's the metacom space so we've had a real good chat with metacom um
and they've built this metaverse um but they've done it differently to from what
everyone else is doing from what i hear so what they've done is instead of building just like
this one massive world where everybody's in the same place at once and they can all walk around it like Fortnite and Minecraft where you're in these worlds and it's huge.
They've built just sort of separate little tiny worlds as such.
So, for example, they take you to a nightclub, a theater don't know a library an office um you've then got
a main street as well so you can go outside a park they've got little things like that but
they've put more stuff into it so it's more detailed and it flows and it's smoother is what
they're saying um this is what it's all about like i I say, next Friday, we'll be going into their conference
and they've got these booths set up.
And so it's going to be an in real life conference
like all the others that have been going on.
And you'll be able to have all these people come in
and they're going to be able to talk directly to you.
Again, like you would in the real world,
you'll be able to have a good chat with them.
And then you can do some, you can go and speak as well they've got a stage where people can sit
and watch and you can go and present up there and they're then going to be doing lots of other
things as well where you can be a co-host or you can have a team up there um so there's there's
loads to it and it looks incredible but what you need to do
is make your own booth

showing off the logo and everything else so you're creating your booth we're all going to be within
that metaverse within these booths so if you create your one it needs to be done actually in the next
hour and a half so you're gonna have to work hard on this one um shouldn't take too long though
but yeah get that done submit it and then what yeah there's no way i'm gonna get that done in
an hour and a half no it's uh not not with my kiddo and there's there's just no way i can get
that done so um i still want to show up though uh yeah i do plan on attending but as far as having
a booth that's just that's just
cutting it way too close yeah well again because we we left it late as such to let you all know
about it as well because we were in talks i didn't want to go and say yeah go and do this and get
involved in this without knowing the full details on it and what was going on you know i don't want
to be promoting something that could be absolute shite you know so uh but yeah no turn up what you can you can sign up to it and then you
can be basically like the general public you'll be able to put a t-shirt on as well um where you
can put your logo of i don't know collab center uh the nar the Naras Park, Dow. You could be whatever NFT you want,
and you can stick on your front T-shirt and represent them.
But come and walk around, come and see us, that's for sure.
But I know Salty Sharks, they're going to be there,
and they're going to try and stick us all together.
I think the Doghouse as well, who joined Collab Center earlier today,
they're going to be there. So hopefully we'll all be quite close together but i mean i can get you to come up and
and chat to everybody as well you can probably present at our booth i think that would be amazing
uh and that would be a huge help and also i would love to give you props on just how helpful that you've been
in developing this.
I mean,
it's a,
this is a huge part of developing a project and knowing that we're,
we're,
we're working together towards that.
It's just been amazing.

we used to do it on on saturday mornings and kind of run that in their in their spatial thing which
was which was pretty fun just uh didn't seem to get the size of commitment that we were looking for
from more people joining.
So it kind of died off a bit.

I think people, I don't know why, but people seem to be sort of put off it.
And I don't know if it's just spatial itself because I don't think it's
the smoothest out there, which is why we've got involved with this metacom um and so it's uh worlds beyond
snippets i think it's called um they're the actual creators of this metaverse um and they're the idea
behind it is they want to bring basically real, they want to bring into the metaverse.
So every way it works.
So like I say, the 3D sound, things like that, and just the way people connect as well.
So you don't want people talking over each other.
You want them in groups being able to talk.
So that's like I say, that's where the sound comes in.
You make better connections and stuff.
Do you know i mean so i think right now we're using spatial but we're going to be looking to
go elsewhere because we think um there's going to be a smoother experience elsewhere and it should
hopefully make better connections and you'll be able to network better as well. And again, play better games, which hopefully will bring that interest up.
But people, I think, need to start moving over to it
because it's coming.
That's where we're going to be in the next five years.

that can be minted and only two of those have been minted so far. We have about 1400 mints
I'd say, around there, that have already been minted. So, you know, it's getting smaller and smaller Yet
Still have big chances to hit big with a legendary and I believe those are in one of the posts as well picture of those which
They're pretty sweet. I want one for sure
The promo we got going on right now is basically

Essentially the OG dealer role, there's 420 roles in the Discord where you become an OG dealer and that's basically about 10% of the holders will be OG dealers. That essentially will give you a chance to mint one of the phase two buds for free.
And also you have special access to the OG Dealer Roll channel in our Discord,
which gives you, you know, Kush will let the OG dealers know about how many, you know, 20 minutes away from the next legendary or some notification of a legendary's coming, which gives, you know, those holders a mass benefit and advantage on whether or not they can get a legendary.
whether or not they can get a legendary so that part of its cool and I'm sure
he'll have he's got other things planned for that role as well it's and it's not
too hard to get honestly og dealer roles are given out to people who are just
active in our community and they'll be given out randomly at any time so if
you're one of those people that you know is tweeting or
sharing or liking the post from us or just active in the discord for that
matter you'll you'll probably get one of those roles until they run out
obviously I think we have about 80 og dealers as of now, so there's quite a few spaces left.
The only thing you really do to keep that OG dealer role as well is we have like a revoke
role essentially that comes out every three weeks and you just have to post in the OG
dealer chat that you're a couple of posts and showing that you're active and then
remove that OG revoke role essentially and that just kind of helps us you know monitor
if the OG dealers are really you know active members of the community or not and if they're
not then we don't believe they deserve that access anymore and it's
not too hard to keep up you know it's every two to three weeks so you don't
have to be there every day yeah that's good I forgot to mention as well, there's one very interesting mechanism that we have where we do floor sweeping.
And if someone, so we have a vault that has basically NFTs from different projects that we find are going to go places or have a really good community as well as some that people
have donated to the vault and you know just you know hell marys for that matter but we
have a lot of really good nfts in there we're probably gonna pick up a vfriend um i think
we have a couple goblin towns we have we
had a sappy seal as of now that will be given away from this promo but
essentially if someone from one of those communities you have to own one of
those and that NFT that you're going for from the vault you already have to be an
owner of one of those so that, you know, we get people from other
communities coming in here looking to try to win those.
And then you have to sweep our floor for the same price as the floor of that NFT that you're
trying to obtain.
And if you do that, you get a 70, you get a 25% discount on the NFT from
our goal and you would purchase it from our goal so essentially you know you
sappy seal for instance floors like point six or something so if you came
into our into our open see page and minted 0.6 worth of buds then you would be entitled
to purchase the sappy seal from our vault at a 25% discount so not only are
you getting you know the buds but then you get a discount on an NFT that you're
already like invested in essentially
if that makes sense did i explain that good yeah i think i got it

yeah yeah no that uh that makes pretty sense that's actually a pretty great idea
um for like a floor sweep contest very nice very nice yeah yeah i don't know if it would
work in our community we're not we're not big enough not big enough but once we do get to that

when i originally came into the project um i heard that idea from kush in a space and i was
mesmerized by it um i think it's a good way of getting other communities to eyeball your projects
and you know also become holders because and there are also people that you know
believe in the same projects that you believe in and that because we put those in the vault for a
reason you know so it's really getting those communities that that you want to be paying
attention to your project to you know come in and check you out and possibly sweep the floor to get another one of those NFTs and then you're also like you know you're you're
saving yourself from someone coming in and just trying to like sweep the floor
for whatever you know prize you're giving away and then just dumping them
all on the floor you know because they're gonna be want
they're gonna want to keep those buds if no one's gonna come in here and buy 20 buds to try to like
lose the money that they spent on having to buy the other nft you know even though they're getting
a 25 discount it wouldn't be worth it to them to to drop your butts you know absolutely having that ownership it goes a long way a long
way because i even noticed too with the grouchy tiger um so we're generally we're generally we've
been holding like the 0.1 throughout the whole bear market and then we we picked it up really
on the giveaways for poker and rumble and all this stuff and there'll be people that'll come in and not take the time to really look
at what we got going on in the project.
And they'll just,
they'll put it at the floor for like 0.4.
So we've got,

do a bit of shitting or not?
Not really necessarily.
I'm sure everybody knows, like, what we're all about and everything,
but I could do just a quick little intro of what we're doing
and what we've got going on.
So, as you guys may have known, so my name is Philly.
I'm the community manager over at Grouchy Tigers.
And so we are a tiger-centric ecosystem on the Ethereum blockchain.
We started back out in December of 2021 by minting out 10,000 tigers.
And so those tigers, they got a little lonely so
so what we did was we launched a second drop of tigresses that are currently
minting and we cut the supply in half so there's only 5,000 tigresses that are
available to be minting they're minting right now for 0.01 ETH and we currently
do have a promo going on that if you mint three tigresses you'll
get a free tiger over 1,000 rarity but what makes us incredibly unique is is those beautiful cubs
that that you see floating around twitter so we were in fact the first nft project to offer such
a unique cub breeding program so if you do own a tiger and you do own a tigress, you're able to breed
those two together and make these adorable cubs. And we also have our own NFT utility.
We have an ERC20 token, the Grouchy Tiger token. This could be purchased and sold on Uniswap
as well. We reward all of our asset holders with this token as well. So we provide them weekly
airdrops if you own tigers, tigerses and cubs. And we also provide 7.5% staking per annum.
That's distributed daily. You just got to go into the website and collect those. They do expire
after two weeks, those tokens, if you don't claim it. So you really got to get into the website and
go in and claim the tokens. Because if not, they will disappear and just go back into the pool for
future giveaways that we do here. But in terms of giving back, given that we are a Tiger-centric
project with a Tiger-centric ecosystem, we partner with Tigers Forever. They are a top-rated charity with global
giving, and they do some amazing on-the-ground things to end the prevention of extinction of
wild tigers. They set up anti-poaching patrols and also set up solar-powered wildlife waterholes
to help reduce human-animal conflict, as well as even helping
children from some of the poorest rural communities that in fact actually live with wild tigers,
really helping them to access some very valuable education. And so right now, every tiger's mint
and every cub that's minted, we provide a donation towards tigers Forever to really help them with the
on-the-ground work that they're doing there.

single uh order and transaction regardless of whose nft it is if it's your NFT, you get 25% plus your portion for that is the number of DAO cards owned over the number of minted.
So yes, definitely, you get a greater percentage on each sale that happens by having more cards in that category.

and then also just with having,
amazing NFTs in your collection that people like your style and want to
make,
merchandise and gear and different things with your NFTs.
So it's,
also there's the,
the built-in incentive to go and market and,
and push the word out about your NFTs and tell people about them.
Cause if it's your NFT that gets used,
you get the 25% of the profits immediately,
and then you get that additional portion that's split between all the DAO members.
