share out this space. Today I want to talk about some crypto platforms outside of X because I know that we all live on this amazing
application called X. Some of our closest friends, our closest homies, our communities, our tokens
are all here. But I do believe that there are a handful of platforms, technologies, social media
sites outside of X where people are extremely bullish on crypto and I
think that sometimes being so tapped in here on X we fail to ignore them or we
just overlook them so I'm definitely interested in expanding the platform to
reach the audience across multiple platforms I've got set up on X
Instagram Facebook tick-tock rumble kick twitch all of these
amazing streaming platforms and I really want to know from you guys where you
guys enjoy watching content where you guys go for the alpha whether you're
hanging out on twitch or rumble or you come to acts to do business or create
with creators and communities definitely want to tap in and
open the conversation to all you amazing juggernauts here in the space but first

12 weeks in a row, we've opened up on a green market we hit i think 115 116 over the weekend and now we're ready at 119 it looks
really good scott plus there's all these new platforms and uh new social sites people are
getting involved in on crypto are there any big ones that you know you want to
mention or maybe caught your interest i know you're doing a little streaming on the arena app
but i feel like there's a handful of other ones outside of x that we just really haven't tapped
in with uh sorry i'm just getting distracted my cat is here just like fucking making a shitload
of noise for food when you have food uh i don't
know um we were talking about arena app a little bit earlier i think a lot of these things just
come in waves um so like i've seen that cycle already and like i was using it for a bit and
now now and i just haven't because i've been streaming much but i think a lot of this shit is just coming in waves and gets recycled.
I'm on X every day because I believe in the mission, baby.
I believe that it actually connects people faster and more on a personal level than any of those other social media platforms.
But that's just my take. I'm sure that there's other platforms that people are people are using that they love that there is a lot of crypto conversations and great content great creators
great community building i just don't happen to know any you know other than x per se but

Uh, nah, man, not really to be honest since i started uh being here on x
and uh i'm kind of agree with you i'm actually surprised that uh more people don't try to stream
because i think they will be surprised if they do on x regardless of what they have been done
in been doing in the past because of what you just said. I think you connect more
on a personal level here than anywhere else. And then that act itself, it still surprises me that
it just doesn't push that a little bit more. I think it would eventually happen, but not really.

You know, there's so many good streamers um out in the world so i don't know
i just think that you know people are just not using it for whatever reason i guess they still
look at as just you know twitter it's not twitter anymore bro it's x it's a it's a different it's
another level i don't know i don't know what say maybe i'm just you know tripping but yeah uh as
far as smoking i don't know man i grabbed something i don't even know what it is there
was some sativa i said man just make sure it's sativa and i'm gonna go so that's what's up
fuck yeah my guy i'm gonna get more active on some of these other platforms but i will never
leave x bro x is my home X is where I made a brand,
a business. I've seen so many people grow here tremendously fast. Think about it, dude. If you
had 6,000 people in a room, that room would be just absolutely rammed, okay? Now you have like
100,000 or 50,000 or just think about your entire following base that's following you currently.
Even if it's 500, it may not seem like a lot on a screen digitally, but you get 500 people at any event.
That's more than a wedding.
Most weddings are not even 500 people these days.
these days so people got to realize that the the compound of one person every
single day to your network to your friends to your circle of influence
whatever you may be monitoring or tracking socially is massive impact it
always blows me away where there's people like Gary V and it's taken time
where he posts on like all fucking platforms
TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook and obviously he has the team that helps him
do it he has in terms but he's able to cultivate a wide audience across all
these social media platforms and he's very few entrepreneurs that use it
really well another great entrepreneur one of my mentors grant cardone
it's a real estate guy he's used leverage social media specifically instagram facebook and now x
to sell out real estate investments in the states worth hundreds of millions and now billions to be
specific three billion and he opened up public investing when his company was only generating his own personal money
and reinvesting that.
So social media can blow up a business,
can blow up a project, can blow up an artist,
can blow up a sound used the right way.
And I was talking with Scott about this.
We're in a really big niche.
Not really big, but we're in a niche.
Crypto is our niche.
Whether that's NFTs, artwork, DeFi tokens, meme tokens, staking, liquidity pools, social farming.
In any aspect, it's a financial, but also to some degree social market, right?
Tokens that are doing extremely market right tokens that are doing extremely
well projects that are doing extremely well they have social backing there's
real people behind it I feel that we get so tied up into this one category or one
niche of crypto that we fail to realize that we're human beings we like music
maybe some people like politics some people like sports some people like personal development motivation right cooking a
whole bunch of shit you can still post on that on X and broaden your scope your
engagement or your reach for that specific category may not be at an all
time high like your crypto audience or your impressions or your engagement
are but i do believe that there are other platforms scott mentioned arena i think for
streaming it's a great one i think if you're a streamer kick rumble even twitch are all
amazing platforms that you can start generating extra sources of revenue once you build up that
brand and reputation let's go around the room and check in with everybody else good to see king of
hearts phoenix a lot of the ogs in the space retweet it metaguardians what up my guy any
platforms outside of x you would consider and not just for crypto, but just just building on, bro. You're bullish on.

Well, I think that I think that X is probably the best spot to start to build a community, especially in the crypto sector and NFTs.
But I like for us, for example, we actually started our YouTube channel about two months ago. And since we got the Motion Comic, we've been seeing a lot of traction on there with our subscribers.
I think we got like 175 subscribers so far.
We haven't really pushed it too hard.
But we've been posting on there and we've been doing good.
Haven't done any streaming on there yet.
But we've been doing a lot of, uh, just posting the content
on there and it's been doing pretty good, man. People are engaging. It's getting comments.
So we're trying to, we want to be in different areas. Also, we got the Instagram. Um, we got a
TikTok. I haven't really done much on the TikTok yet, but I know we got to get on that. I'm trying
i'm trying to we're trying to be everywhere man i think it's good to have a presence everywhere
to, we're trying to be everywhere, man. I think it's good to have a presence everywhere. Um,
um especially depending on you know what your project is all about but um yeah man i i think
it could i think it if i think it should start here and then it should branch out but um we're
definitely seeing some good traction on youtube actually so we're gonna keep pushing that
tip any tips for people that are looking to start a YouTube channel?
Because, dude, 160, 200 people, that's no small amount on YouTube, bro.
That's a nice little base, bro.
It's not even a little base.
It's a nice foundation to really amplify your reach, really kind of build a video collection,
give people visuals of what you guys are building
and for myself i'm a visual learner i like to see things not just hear about them and not just read
about them any tips that you would give to somebody maybe wanting to start a page on youtube yeah well
yeah what we did was um we when we dropped chapter one of the comic we did uh paid ads we did like
targeted ads and um a lot of people we
got a lot of subscribers from that and a lot of engagement um i think it's all about how you you
know how you set everything up um because you know youtube is you gotta we stay active with the reels
and stuff like that the youtube shorts and everything like that um we post those every
time we we have content we always post those. But we did really
good with the engagement for how much money we put into it, which wasn't much at all.
And what we got out of it, it was like, we got a decent amount of engagement from it. So
and a lot of people subscribed. So and they and they continue to comment, those same people will
comment on like the reels and stuff like that. some of them actually went and followed us on x also so we
definitely saw some people come over from youtube um but i think it's all about what like what you're
you know what you're actually what you're actually doing you would probably do really good on youtube
if you guys did if you guys did youtube i see a lot of uh a lot of see a lot of influencers on YouTube.
Some of them have massive followings.
So it might be something that you would want to look into,
see how it goes.

Scott's been using YouTube for years now. Obviously, I've've used it but i've not published very much on it scott any tips for
people that are really trying to leverage the platform kind of build a name a brand on youtube
because you've done it successfully bro to be honest youtube is super hard because like last
year you know i was streaming a bunch on uh on a channel that i
wasn't i didn't have control over and then i ended up losing a whole year's worth of fucking streams
because um they just wiped the whole channel and and rebranded and all you know so on and so forth
um with anything though consistency is key i find it really hard to cross over uh you who youtube to
to x and and vice versa um but the consistency i think is the key and some of the things i know
like you know action will always say you know like in the first minute of whatever you're streaming
make sure you touch upon like what you're going to talk about throughout the whole stream because the algorithm on youtube like ai i guess you know will pull out those keywords
um from like the first minute or so of the stream and then and then go from there i guess so
but i think with with any of these platforms it's really just consistency it's you know if you're
doing if you're streaming three days a week,
then stream those same three days a week at the same time and make sure you, you promote yourself.
And that's what it's all about. Self-promotion is how I've grown dramatically here on X. I've
never done a paid promotion on this platform, not even once. Maybe I should,
maybe I shouldn't. I don't know. It's been working so far, but I agree. And people don't understand
word of mouth is the best promotion, right? If people are really enjoying your content and your
stream, people really enjoying to hang out with you or the insight that you're providing on any
topic, dude, you could literally, if you're a woman and you know
five recipes those are five videos and an hour each that you can just bullshit and talk about
why you enjoyed cooking this food and literally have the camera on for 45 minutes and even do
the dishes wash it up hey from start to finish one hour from dishes to clean up you're gonna eat
like a king and people will watch it.
So I think you just really got to find your niche.
For me, I've been on X for like years and nothing has really happened
until I started talking about crypto, sharing crypto.
So my first username for crypto was NFTlit Scott.
And I'm like, what am i doing nft lit i wanted a short username
and then after i'm like yo burning this and then after uh we just we just happened to create
doodrogenics but anyways let's say what's up to anthony i know he wanted to chime in on this then
i want to uh chime in with cory and Spy and Luck and everybody else on the space.

me speak but i'm pretty much in every space that you uh you host so i i do enjoy him i do enjoy the
talk man i do enjoy the vibe thank you but definitely wanted to say like i post on like
every single social media multiple times a day just because you know I'm a workhorse consistency is key but for YouTube something I slept on in my opinion are those YouTube shorts
I really only have about like five long form YouTube videos but I've got easily over 200 shorts and I've garnered around 450 subs specifically off the shorts. So if you're
trying to grow on YouTube, I would definitely just start out by posting like two to three shorts a
day. And just with a tip on those, when you're hashtagging it, I can't remember where I heard
this, but the first hashtag you want to use is hashtag
short it gets it like the reach is uh it's much better if you use that that hashtag to start about
that's awesome man that's that's cool i didn't even know about that but yeah yeah he's he's right though definitely the um the shorts give the most natural like organic engagement

a great way. They're not really good for
monetizing because you need, I think, over
100 million impressions on shorts.

Let me look at it. something last time i checked it was it was it was a lot higher than that think about it bro with shorts one short gets viral you can easily get three mil i'm pretty sure it's like 10 to 100
mil but just double check on that so we can give the audience yeah it's three
three you can easily that's for just for just the first level of eligibility, though.
It's actually ten.
You need 1,000 subscribers or either 10 million public short views in the last 90 days.
Or 4,000 public watch hours for long-term videos, which allow you up to a year.
Then you can get monetized.
But you need at least 10 million short views in the last three months so I'll tell you how my friend did it in
just under six months he started posting just very short eight to 15 minute long-term clips
those clips at first really didn't do numbers they got like 300 to 400 views now those same clips all have well over like
a couple thousand each and he just very slowly over a course of a year specifically targeted
one niche which was being an expat in cambodia and i guess it was a big enough topic and just
you know cambodia in general i guess it was a big enough niche that people were interested and his content does
extremely well the guy gets now like millions of impressions with just very small
Videos that he has on his account and I think his biggest video is only like
9k or 10k and he still hasn't really leveraged the short strategy
He really wanted to go for long-term
content and i think it's possible i think it's a lot easier if you're going to do shorts and some
of these shorts get they they pop off two three million i have another content creator he does
sports capping and sports betting and analytics for sports he gets about six million impressions
on his Instagram account and
He sells like a non tangible product and he makes over 200k a year just selling his sports subscribers
Picks and stuff like this. So it's totally possible
It's taken him seven years to build that kind of brand and that kind of equity up here
But now we got him on YouTube some of his YouTube shorts already popped off and got like 4,000 or 5,000.
And he got monetized on Twitch extremely quick.
And now he's getting like those Twitch subscriber shoutouts and stuff like that.
So it just shows you with a little consistency, some hard work, some dedication.
And not always expecting that fucking monetization.
Great things come from it. Because to be honest, he didn't really care to be on Twitch or YouTube. He just wanted more
people to like be in his community and his discord and actually be subscribed. But I told him, I said,
if you're not putting yourself out there, it's physically impossible for more people to find you,
bro. How do people watch your video? How do people watch your video how do people consume your content
right i'll be surprised that there's a there's a lot of people on x and still they haven't come
to our twitter space we've hosted a space every single day for almost a year for years not almost
a year for years and still a big big amount of my following still hasn't come into the space.
I honestly think that X is not really endorsing the spaces as much as they used to.
And I think it's slowly kind of dwindling away.
I hate to say it.
We still have amazing spaces.
We have 80, 100 people, sometimes 200 people north in the space.
They're popping.
But I don't know, Scott.
I feel like these things are fading, bro. What do you think and then i want to get cory's opinion on this
yeah it's weird that um with as many followers that it doesn't put stuff in the feeds as much
it's it's kind of uh it's kind of random i think one thing that x is very lacking on is the spaces in streaming area.
Because for a long time, I mean, spaces would always crash or rock.
And even still, there's still a lot of issues.
It's better in the last month than it has been, like, say, six months ago.
But if you do a live video stream on here and somebody's scrolling through the feed and sees it typically they'll
just leave a comment like even when you open it you got to like open it to almost like in full
screen or full app to be able to be part of the live chat and then when you're there you can't
necessarily navigate to other things it makes a it's just not i don't know it's not user friendly
and it doesn't help as far as like i say, you as the host streaming on video.
There's no extra added incentive there.
It's just honestly harder for people to be part than the space.
So I think there's a few things on here that could be cleaned up to make it a lot better for those trying to put out live content, at least.

Now, I feel like the comments, if you're in a space,
should show up at the bottom of the screen.
It shouldn't be have to click into,
because then you lose seeing people's profile and who's talking,
and you can't engage with them.
I also feel like if we had more support on spaces,
I don't know why, but I just feel like X is not pushing them as hard as they used to.

you were attending if i would scroll on the timeline I would see it pop up and I just don't

but I just don't see it anymore. So like, it's almost like I have to go to your profile and see
if you're in a space and then join it from there. Opposed to normally, I felt like it would just
automatically pop up on the timeline. Notifications, um um like work a third of the time if that because I think today was the first time in
god I don't know the last 20 or 30 spaces that doodle started and hosted that I actually had
one of the notifications come in that say he was specifically now like live hosting a space
i'm like what the fuck you know and i have notifications on so it's uh i'd love to see
i'd love to see that yeah i think cory you're completely right like this shit's missing like
it used to be a little bit more yeah in your in your timelines and things you could find things
now you need to you sort of have to be in that loop well right you have to know that doodle or so and so does spaces and then go to their profile and kind of
see if they're live now and yeah and the thing is it's like and the thing is is it's like it's not
like i'm not like commenting and we're not like commenting on each other's posts back and forth
like it's enough to where like i should if're live, like I should see that on the timeline,
but now they're just not.

it's everybody's spaces.

like I had someone in my space on Thursday,
tell me that they didn't even know that my space was going on and were never
notified and they never got the notification.

it routed me to um a space i was missing in x so I like Discord too and I'm new to it. I love Discord.
Discord has been around for like seven years and every Web3 technology company has a Discord or a
Telegram. And it wasn't until like Gary V really started hyping up Discord with VFriends where a
lot of people kind of got introduced to the application i was working for a few different software companies and they use this program it's called
slack it's a software that allows people to kind of communicate within the network very easily
and discord is exactly like slack but for free and i'm surprised slack is still fucking around
i'm uh like literally still in business because discord
could have literally iced them and discord was also going to be bought out by microsoft but
they didn't want to sell for like three billion dollars so i'm really bullish on discord i
definitely think it's an opportunity to go even more in depth with building community
uh opposed to some of these other platforms the only thing people
don't understand about discord it's really easy for people to kind of attack your server it's
different from like having a website or something like that where like people can just engage on
the front end on the discord aspect of it if you don't tie the permissions down people can just
spam with fucking shady links wallet trainers we've
had some people in our discord specifically drop fake collections of doodle genic one of ones
and people be so hyped because the price is so low that they actually got mistaken to go and buy
those right off of openc and then wait a minute i think i just got spoofed i think i got bunked
so i love discord it's just a security issue in some aspects but i think it's a great platform I think I just got spoofed. I think I got bunked. So I love Discord.

and they just blasted out links or whatnot i ain't open no fucking google fucking form link or some
crap uh that's sent to me on x you know through a dm so you got to be be careful with this with uh
with all these different social platforms and whatnot and even isn't discord there's a you got
to be careful there people are always trying to message you and dm and so just be uh keep your guard up you fucking links they're trying to spam
links they're trying to spoof links like there's a lot of phishing that goes on on the internet
right now unfortunately even myself i was under attack i just you know secured all my social
sites especially specifically x but for like three, I was being heavily targeted by like individuals that were trying
to get me to click a phishing link that looked exactly like X.

no matter what the, if it's a DM in discord and it's a link, don't ever click it. If you need to
make sure or reach the person, make a ticket in the actual individual discord to make sure and
ensure that it's the right person. That's just how I always do it because that's how I've had
four people I know in the last two weeks get drained just from
clicking a link that said it was Magic Eden. They went to
Magic Eden. It looked like Magic Eden. They logged in and their

Another thing you could do if you're connecting to sites is, you know, you could have, whether it be Phantom or Trust or something like that, you could have one wallet that you use to just do, and it'll cost you a little bit more transaction fees but
used that you know to do your initial sort of shit like let's just say you're gonna go to pick
up an nft like one or two it's a you know couple hundred bucks all right so you send over a soul
soul and a half right to that wallet then you go and connect do the transfer get your nft and then
go shuffle it to whatever wherever you keep your stuff.
Send it to your other wallets.
That's exactly how I do it.
After I got drained, I essentially have three wallets.
I have a minting wallet, which legit, I send funds to mint, mint, and then leave just like 25 cents in it.
And then I have a wallet that I used to buy.

It just holds all of my tokens and NFTs in it.
I don't connect to any site whatsoever.
All it is is just it holds.
And so I can transfer it out when I need to.
