kind of want to get into the 404s people that want to kind of get into the rwa uh sector of nfts
yeah dude i mean i mean first off look so like i worked for one of the very first SPL 404s that came out on Solana, right?

So like the reason why 404 suffered from all these projects is number one, their teams
took a majority of all the presale funds and did not put it into the liquidity.

Number one, you have to have a team that is here to actually build a business, right?
And when you first start a business, you are not going to be winning right off the jump

you have to keep expanding so you normally lose right and it takes building and and creating
and then getting seen and word of mouth and expanding that business and then you actually
will get into profits for yourself so if you don't have that mindset as a team to
like oh we need to have this pre-sale fund so we can live up you're already fucked because like
you need to be able to have the trust of your community what happened with the d gods and the
way they utilized the 404 they did the same fucking thing. And so they got, what's that?

it's just fucked up. People lost faith in the 404 because you had these teams
who came out and did the most corrupt type shit you can do in Web3. And so yes, that is going to
happen. It should not happen because this technology is brand new. So you should want to
try to make people comfortable with it. So that is why I like the way MC built
this 404 out, right? He has no access. It's through Metaplex and Mutant Labs. So everything
goes through them. They're the ones that actually created this protocol. They are vetted, backed,
secured by every major Web3 company that does it. Backed, okay? They're also backed by the Solana Foundation.
So like when you have these type of establishments behind your project
and then you have a team that does zero KOLs,
zero allocations, and zero team sales, right?
We all had to buy our own supplies, our own 404s.
We took nothing from the project
because we understand that
in order to be successful as a business, because that's what we want to do, merge Web3 and
Web2 and take projects from Web3 who do art pieces, who do music, and be able to utilize
them on the Web2 side so people can then learn about web three like you can create so much cross
marketing and cross merchandising between so many different brands by coming in and being a part
of an rwa like real world asset which for us is a property in upper state new york near lake george
right it's about 86 acres of land.
And we're going to put five cabins on it
and a nice venue so people can come there
with their communities or their families,
have events, throw weddings,
and you will be able to save all of this amount of money,
like 70, 80, 150 grand, whatever people pay for weddings.

main thing you really do need in crypto because so many people are just afraid from getting

biggest issue with nfts you buy one you may have to wait months you may wait forever for it to ever

streaming, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Fox, 2B, Roku, Hulu.
So basically, I also met this really awesome lounge owner and he was been trying to put
together like a fight club for like almost about a year and a half.
So we partnered up
together and i think we're gonna have our first official uh fight fights uh probably i think april
26 so it's gonna be like in four weeks it's coming up really soon that's our goal it might be a week
or two after but uh i've just relaunched their site i've just helped them with a lot in the business. Yeah, man, I love, I love
sports entertainment, but I really love martial arts. And I've always, I've always wanted to
compete. I've competed now, but I think, you know, my biggest thing is bringing people together,
bringing attention, bringing audience, people that actually like the fight. So yeah, man,
I would love in the future for you to visit Thailand, brother, because it's affordable.
You and your wife would have a nice time out here.
There's a lot of places you can continue training.
I found a cool Muay Thai gym that I'm going to start doing some boxing and some Muay Thai there.
