could be solved that way and the war against drugs and the way the cartels have all been fucking created because of banning substances, making them illegal instead of having an open and free trade and regulated market for them.
Then that's the big issue, right? We can't control what happens in the black market. So, yeah, we just got to figure that all out. I think that like companies, not companies, countries like Portugal
are starting to look at sorting those kind of issues out.
