closer if you're just in a project or if you're just in a token or a coin you're not going to learn all the alpha you learn from a community that's how i feel because people
are just trying to get you to pump up their bags and they're not trying to be like be with you all
the time grinding and learning and trying to build with a community it's it's more than just a to me
it's more than just buying a an mft too bro because you get friends at the end of the day and you get to talk to them all the time.
And they get to be bullish with you all the time.
You get to really show them what you want to work on and what you want to do with this space.
And so I might sound cliche, but the NFT side of things has really brought in more light into the crypto and Web3 than I've ever thought of.

funds together and like throw a couple thousand in you know communally and then go out and actually
buy these uh properties and turn profit now you have to really understand the landscape the
demographic right now it's super low season so there's not a lot of tourists as they as there were in November and
December when it was the end of the year and people were trying to take some vacation and it
was like cold around the world like right now it's like heating up for everyone around the world so
it's pretty rainy out here on a regular basis and you need to make sure that property is sustained
so speaking to some of these investors you know using DeFi as
well as the real estate sector you can borrow against books you can borrow
against the actual property with the local bank here and take some money and
put it into DeFi and then you know turn yield to pay for the condo and even if
nobody rents it at all it just pays for itself and then after
a year or a few years of maturity in the property property value you could sell or literally buy out
all of the the holders or investors that actually have you know the nft or whatever but or partners
or just you know keep it rolling you know have enough funds that you could pay all your investors and then continue to acquire new businesses by loaning
against it and they already have done that with a few successful buildings
here I was pretty shocked the guys from Taiwan and it's pretty cool how they
have their business set up Scott they have bank accounts and businesses set up
in the Cayman Island so it's totally tax-free all of the profit that they get this is tax-free
they pay local Thai tax but when they actually take profit for themselves it's
tax-free which is genius so Bahamas Cayman Islands there's a Dubai there's a
few places where if you're really gonna do some you know serious holdings or some bigger
scale investing it would definitely be interested in putting there or even like Delaware Delaware
has a lot of tax breaks I know we have community members in our community that are creating
businesses and you know doing stuff like that so I'm excited to see all the possibilities that we
can explore here in Thailand and it's a very popular tourist
place where I'm at right now by the beach there's a lot of tourists almost all throughout the year
the area that I'm in predominantly is like Russian populated as well too I definitely want to speak
to some Russian people in the community to make some uh tick tock videos and some face uh facebook videos and we can
pay for those videos as well too um definitely want to speak to some content creators that are
obviously tied but it's hard to local locally network because i don't speak the language but
yeah we're just trying to really do anything that makes sense with bringing real business and real
assets into crypto back to the
blockchain and uh there's a huge opportunity for real estate when real estate's only like
60 000 us to get you know uh one bedroom one bathroom plus a den so there's huge opportunity
it's not always been like that before covid it was a lot cheaper after covid it got expensive
before COVID it was a lot cheaper after COVID it got expensive and with the new developments that
are here it's getting even more expensive so yeah I would love to do something like that and kind of
test the waters of some RWAs maybe use Proppy maybe use some of the existing platforms that
are out there bring an opportunity like this to the community start it small you know with like
literally just one property and then after we can go to doing like whole small, you know with like literally just one property
And then after we can go to doing like whole resorts where it has like eight nine villa resorts
And that can bring in some serious cash in a tourist area like Thailand

And with these algorithm changes, man, it's really good for people to be able to like use
the analytics and be able to look at it. Cause like with X being down the last two days, I know
a lot of people are talking about it and feeling it, but being able to stay relevant, I was looking into this morning and it was like 54 users on
X are here for news updates, accurate news. And then the other 48% are here for entertainment.
So if you just start with those two basic needs, right? And then that's how you kind of structure
your day. And even X, when you talk to Gronk, I'd be having conversations with him.
And he's like, dude, 15 posts is like, I always try to get him to tell me how many posts so you don't go too much, too little.
And he's like, 15 posts is the sweet spot.
But to be able to build an app that's going to be able to help a user or address them and increase their engagement, their network, that's how you build confidence. And when you build people's confidence up, it's a win. They keep coming
back to support you because you're supporting them. Same thing with a portfolio. If you find
ways to help your community portfolio grow like that, everybody likes making money. Everybody
likes to get more, more likes engagement, more views. So anything that you're building like that,
views. So anything that you're building like that, I'll definitely check it out and tap in.

properties because I'm interested in buying a unit myself here I'm in a
