I'd like to welcome and thank everyone for participating in the first X space of what's already proved to be quite an action-packed start to the year, I think across the board, to say the least, including this start to this kickoff, and what a year it's been here at Casper. Looking back over the past 12 months, it's clear that Casper Network has undergone a remarkable operational and strategic turnaround
with accelerated delivery across protocol, governance, and ecosystem initiatives.
And we mostly appreciate the community support throughout the journey.

Casper 2.0, 2.1, many major CSPR suite upgrades. And in 2026, we've already launched core DeFi
primitives such as the new DEX and liquid staking, as well as the americorp mvp all released this past january we also have some
really exciting traction as a result of our recent hackathon and i'm looking forward to hearing more
about that tonight and uh inviting some of the folks on stage uh and i think we're all excited
to see the upcoming native ethereum bridge which is now an audit, slated for near-term release,
opening up the network to naturally progress into the arena of interoperability, as well as
real-world asset vaults. Decentralized governance is live with multiple on-chain votes already
shaping network outcomes. And I think it's fair to say that this renewed momentum has restored
direction and credibility, to which none of would have been possible without an excellent team backing this in the behind the scenes.

And the impact of the leadership of my colleague, Michael Scheuer, who I'd like to personally thank and highlight ahead of the rest of today's discussion as we kick off the first X-Space of the year. And with that, let's keep things moving

and I appreciate the camaraderie along the way,
and I respect all that you're contributing.

Welcome, as Matt said, to our first X-Space of 2026.
It's really great to be here with the community,
and thank you all for joining.
It's, in addition to, like, all the momentum
that we've, that Matt has highlighted,
I mean, it's been quite the rocky start
of the new year, hasn't it been?
Who still remembers when Bitcoin was at $126,000?
That was actually less than four months ago, even though it feels like it's at least four
years ago. But as they say, steel is forged in fire, and we've certainly been forging a lot of
steel that we are looking forward to discussing with you today. So let's jump straight into
updates, starting with the latest developments. So Matt already alluded to this,
the parking MVP is now live on mainnet.
And that's really one of our most exciting
reaching a very major milestone.
So with this parking MVP now live on the Casper mainnet,
real parking data from test markets in the United States
is now continuously flowing through our workflow and being recorded on-chain.
So what does that actually mean in practical terms?
It means that parking operators, owners, and other stakeholders can now audit data and revenue transparently and accurately
without relying on slow and expensive manual reconciliation processes.
We've started with limited facilities, but this is just the beginning.
As we onboard more locations and connect additional data sources,
transaction frequency and data coverage will grow as well.
This MVP enables transparent revenue sharing and back office auditing
in a way that simply wasn't possible before.
And it's exactly the kind of real-world use case that blockchain should serve,
solving practical problems with transparency and automation.
We're already working with partners on expanding into additional parking use cases,
which includes streamlining settlements between industry stakeholders,
now that the underlying performance data is finalized and verified much faster, and tokenizing parking asset cash flows that are underpinned by reliable revenue feeds
running on Casper Network as the truth oracle.
These additional use cases have proven to be very attractive to players across the parking industry,
and we're looking forward to making more announcements about these in the near future.

Then, also, something that was brought up already, DeFi on Casper is really, really coming together.
And that's been a long time coming.
So it's a major milestone.
We have a rapidly maturing DeFi ecosystem on the Casper mainnet.

It's important to note that as many of you know,
Casper has always been about not just launching isolated apps,
but really creating a cohesive ecosystem where users and developers
enjoy a unified experience.
And our goal has always been to create intuitive tools that work together
so users don't need to jump through hoops to participate in blockchain and in DeFi.
So everything should make sense, work together and be easy to use.
And that's something that we see happening in our DeFi ecosystem now as well.
In the past days and weeks, there are several important pieces that have gone live.

Let's start with CSPR.trade,
which is a fully non-custodial decentralized exchange
built directly on Casper,
allowing users to swap tokens and provide liquidity
directly from their wallets.
Built with Odra smart contracts,
leveraging many of the Casper suite development tools,
such as Casper Cloud, Casper Click, and Casper Design,
and fully audited by Halborn Security.
CSPR.trade is a perfect example
of how combining all the components
we provide to developer ecosystem
can result in full-fledged, easy-to-use dApps on the network.
So if you haven't tried it yet,
head to CSPR.trade and start swapping
or provide liquidity in one of
the pools in exchange for a share of the trading fees. I've even heard that there are decent
arbitrage opportunities available now on the network if that's your preferred type of alpha.
Have a look. Then we also launched liquid staking after completing a
very successful beta testing period on testnet. Liquid staking is now live on mainnet. Launched
by Wise Lending, who are on this Xspace as well, you can now stake your CSPR and receive liquid staking tokens in return.
These SCSPR tokens earn full rewards while you can use them for any other purposes on the network
and beyond. And combined with CSPR.trades, there are some additional benefits. I've heard from users
that they particularly appreciate the convenience of not having to wait the 14 to 16 hours to undelegate their tokens.
But if they need CSPR, they can simply sell the SCSPR on Casper Trade and be liquid in an instance.
I've also heard from users about finding arbitrage opportunities between the liquid staking portal on WiseLending and on CSPR.Trade.
So again, alpha opportunities abound. But liquid staking becomes truly powerful in the
realm of capital efficiency. Imagine taking your liquid stake as CSPR with an APY of 16% or so,
bridging it to, for example, Ethereum, leveraging it at 6% interest, and now having a stablecoin, for example,
while your leveraged SCSPR continues to pay 16% APY.
Combined with your 6% interest, it still nets 10%,
and that's before you achieve any alpha with your stablecoin.
So with liquid staking on Casper Network and our APY,
the sky is really the limit,
and we're hard at work at making these kind of
alpha and capital efficiency opportunities not only available to our community, but exceedingly easy to use.
Then Casper Delta, which launched on our mainnet in the last few weeks as well. It's a perpetual
trading platform that allows users to take long and short positions on CSPR.
Notably, this started as a hackathon project
and is already live on mainnet.
And both the long and short tokens
can also be traded on cspr.trade.
We also saw the launch of the Styx Oracle
which is the first on-chain price Oracle developed by Odra,
went live last month and provides critical infrastructure for DeFi applications. We
already saw multiple projects tapping into the price feeds during our recently concluded hackathon.
And then speaking of hackathon projects, last week we saw the launch of Chainmail, which enables encrypted messaging via Casper Network.
The app clearly showcases how privacy-focused communication can exist within blockchain infrastructure.
Basically, not your keys, not your messages.
And the underlying token, the Stamps token, is also tradable with its own liquidity pool on CSPR.trades.
Then to complete the DeFi landscape, here are some things that are coming in the very near future.
So over the winter break, we started beta testing CSPR bridge,
a secure bi-directional bridge connecting Casper with EVM-compatible chains,
opening cross-chain liquidity and use cases.
It's currently live on Testnet and you can bridge tokens, including RAPS table coins and
CEP18 and ERC20 tokens, between Casper, Ethereum, Polygon and Base. More EVM networks will be made
available at Mainnet launch. The bridge is undergoing a security audit with Halborn Security, after which it will launch on Mainnet.
At that point, we expect to make exciting cross-chain
opportunities available involving the other DeFi primitives
on our network, such as liquid staking and sort of the things
that I just mentioned, and open things up for users
from other networks as well, which is obviously important
for bringing more users' usage, as well, which is obviously important for bringing more users,
usage, token velocity and value to Casper network.
Moreover, what we found out in this process
is that given the instance finality on Casper network,
cspr.bridge is proving that Casper is a very attractive
backbone for cross-chain interoperability,
where predictable security and finality is of great importance.
In a hub-and-spoke bridge model with Casper as the hub, Casper's instant finality proves to be key.
We also saw the launch of GhostMinter on Testnet, a high-quality token launchpad that's, as I mentioned, live on Testnet and expected
to hit mainnet in the next one to two weeks.
Here, creators can easily issue new tokens and have them immediately be tradable on a
bonding curve or upon graduation become available on cspr.trade for decentralized trading.
It's exciting to see more DeFi tooling that's easily accessible to retail users
come online on Casper Network.
And then of course there is cspr.guru,
the Casper native prediction market,
also currently on Testnet,
but expected to reach mainnet soon.
Prediction markets, and I've talked about this
in media and other places before,
have found tremendous growth over the past year
and are expected to continue to integrate more deeply into our everyday lives,
whether it's through integrations with media, venues, politics and gaming.
The wisdom of the crowds paired with clear economic incentives and game theory
is proving to be a powerful truth oracle across industries and domains.
And seeing prediction markets taking off on Casper
as well is an exciting development.
Then those are sort of our major updates of launches
since our most recent X-Space.
Before we move on to next topics,
I wanted to do a quick shout out to our community managers.
You may have noticed that there's been a bit of a change of the guards in our community channels recently.

successful hackathon for us. Here are some top-level stats. So over 450 developers registered to this hackathon, 117 projects qualified, and 45 teams reached the final round.
And most importantly, community voting played a major role through CSPR.fans, making this truly a decentralized event.
event. We also ensured fairness in the contest by removing Sybil accounts, thanks in part to
Murat from EraGuardian and his cspr.vote fraud analysis tools. If you haven't checked those out,
have a look at it as well. It's also a great way of following on-chain governance and

for our general on-chain governance, everything is transparent and verifiable and it's really a

I would love to start with each of you just giving a quick introduction of yourself,
your team, and the the project and what your project
solves for and basically sort of a high level overview.
So let's go in order of the first place, second place,
third place, first place, Caspe Ilan, the stage is yours.
Firstly, thank you for everything.
I'm so happy for this station.
We are building a project called Casper.
I think we lost Elon because he seems to be on mute right now.

We build this project with my team.
Our project is called CASPay in the CASP ecosystem.
We developed two developers.
Maybe I can start by talking about why we decided
to get into this in the first place, right?
So when I recently saw the hackathon announcement,
the ecosystem and I'll tell there are many strong projects.
We noticed there was still a gap around payment gateways my teammate
has deep experience in payments in web 2.0 he's a senior developer who has worked for years on
payment and gateway systems so we felt we we had a very natural reason to build something in this space.
That's how we decided to create Caspé for the Caspé ecosystem.
If I were to briefly explain Caspé.
I would love to understand.
I mean, I understand, but I would love for the audience to understand what Casper does
and what problems it solves. And yeah, let's start with that.
Okay, nice. Firstly, Casper is a payment and infrastructure solution designed for subscriptions and requiring payments on the Casper network.
In the Web3, especially on Casper, there's a need for an easy to use infrastructure layer
that standardizes subscription flows for SaaS-like business models.
And Casper is designed to address that need.
So you can think of Casper as three layers working together.
Casper's smart contracts written with Ultra that stores subscriptions and payments on chain a lightweight typescript sdk that lets the apps
plug-in subscription close with a few lines of code an emerging dashboard where
businesses manage plans create paintings and track everything from one place
create paintings and track everything from one place
so why i why we choose casper we choose a casper i mean because of its predictable
stable gas model and its focus on enterprise and long-term use cases which aligns very naturally with a subscription-oriented infrastructure.
So during the hackathon, we didn't just ship a proof of concept.
We took the architecture seriously from a security perspective,
especially around wallet-based authentication, signature verification, and protection against replay attacks.
Right now, Casper is live as a working prototype with a dashboard and SDK, tested with realistic scenarios during two hackathon. And next step is the pilot integrations
with selected projects in the Casper ecosystem
followed by a broader main net launch.
In short, Casper aims to give projects on Casper
the infrastructure they need to build,
sustainable, recurring, renovate, renovate models. If you are thinking about the membership-based product, they need to build sustainable recurring renewables.
If you are thinking about the membership-based product,
a SaaS-like service or any model that requires regular payments,
our goal is to make that entire process much more manageable

subscription payments because that
that's always been a pain point
any sort of SaaS model, solving that is really key.
And I'm excited that you've taken a stab at that.

First of all, I'm Furkan.
I'm an AI and blockchain focused developer currently.
And we are a team of two.
He's also working on other projects with me which are ai projects mostly so if i come to like talk about
our project shroud protocol is a privacy mixer built for the casper network that breaks the
on-chain link between your deposits and withdrawals uh how it does or what it does is that the users deposit Casper into our smart contract basically and receive a JSON secret key.
And then you can use that secret key to pull your funds from the contract.
And all funds that sent the contract are pulled together in a Merkle tree, mixing them with the other users deposits.
And all deposits are a fixed amount. We set it as 100
for the test purposes and testnet deployment. And basically,
you deposit 100 Casper and you can only withdraw 100 Casper
back. And basically, like it istraceable and fully private.
So why people should use it is that we believe that it is providing true privacy with zero-knowledge cryptography, which is non-custodial as well.
You always have your funds.
We have some similar projects on other chains.
And as we see, they use the native wallets instead
of the contracts, and they hold the pool on their side,
which is not that private or not that secure in our opinion.
So also we break the chain, as I said.
So the sender and receiver address are like the link between them is eliminated and which is secure uh basically everything is full on chain and
everything can be seen because the project is open source the contract is open source and so on
so whether you are protecting your financial privacy securing your business transactions or simply believe that blockchain or blockchain users
deserve to be confidential, Shroud Protocol gives you the tools to transact anonymously on Casper
for now. That's, sorry, go ahead. You can ask. No, I was, I'll let you finish first and then I'll ask. Okay.
Right now we have the MVP basically even further than that.
We make some tests, but we still have rooms to improve and we still have some steps to go.
We will first improve our backend like cloud proxy.
We will do some optimizations,
and then we need to have some audit
before going to main net launch,
because we will deal with the funds
and we should make sure the contract is 100% safe
And then we will operate the main net launch.
That's all from our side.
Well, you basically answered a lot of the questions
So I wanted to know what tools you used.
Is your contract built on Odra?
Are you using Casper Cloud?
Right now we use the custom proxy,
but we will simply move it to the Casper Cloud.
And for the wallet integration, we will integrate the Casper Click
Right now we use the SDK and we use the ODRA for the smart contracts.
And on the front app, we use the Next.js and for the privacy part, we use ZK Knowledge, Mimic 7
hashing and GROOT 16 proof system. That's great. And on the ZK front,
That's great. And on the ZK front, can you talk a little bit about that? What have you built into the contact itself and how by the cost? Yeah. Right now, the deposit cost is like 76 Casper and withdraw is 26 Casper.
For now, the contract, we set it as 100 and 150 to be safe and to not fail for for the test purposes but they will be optimized to the
real values while going to mainnet and we use basically like merkle tree and track the indexes
and we generate commitment which is a hashed value of secret and nullifiers.
We basically hash them with the Mimic 7 and use them to prove the withdrawals.
Really love seeing this type of implementation on Casper Network. And I know you know because you went into this direction, but privacy and financial independence
and things like that is super important.
And being able to implement private transacting
like the way you've done,
I think is a fantastic addition to the ecosystem.
So congratulations on your product,
and on your second place in the hackathon.

That brings us to number three, Casper Link.

Like, it's great getting a prize in the Casper Hackathon.
And well deserved. So please tell us a little bit about yourself or your team and about CasperLink.
Yeah sure. So as stated, I'm Soham Junaeja and I'm a third year student at Engineering College at
NIT Hameepur, India and I built this project solo like starting from the hackathon and all from the idea to the
very execution this was my solo project and like the all the help which I got that was from
Casper team itself I was in frequent contact with David, Mohamed and sometimes Michael himself so
yeah the team was solo but the help was many folds like the casper team helped me a lot
so uh let me just uh talk about my project a bit like what i built and why did i build it so
starting from uh the problem like the problem which we which i wanted to solve was that uh when we
have to swap tokens across blockchains we need to navigate across different platforms like have several manual
steps and manage gas and like for the beginners it might be very intimidating to swap tokens like
uh they can get scammed by people or like do not understand steps to follow so like several
errors can occur so to solve this problem and to bring interoperability i built casper link like that's
the problem casper link solves basically uh casper link is an intent based cross-in execution platform
uh like instead of navigating complex interfaces and like not managing multiple transactions
users can simply say what they want like they can say swap 100 cspr for usdc or let's say buy 10 dollars of
cspr every day so in plain english sentences like currently we have a tabular based uh intents where
i have put uh around five or six strategies and several intents can be done according to the token
they have put in so they can create intents in natural language and casper and link handles everything automatically
like we have on chain real transactions so for our on chain uh real transactions part firstly
earlier we were doing with cspr.bridge like uh we had uh plans of uh doing it with complete
bridge integration but since the bridge itself was currently in development that time we shifted to cspr.rade so that uh it is completely functional like currently we have five in ten types we have
immediate swaps we have dca we have limit orders we have stop loss and we have take profit like
each one is executed automatically when the conditions are met and that is verified by the
on-chain oracle system that updates crypto prices like currently we are
doing it from coin gecko and it is updating the prices on chain every 30 seconds every 30 minutes
and like all of this is not a mock-up or concept we have verified transactions on casper testnet
which is proving the end-to-end execution like it is directly integrated with cspr.trade and
in future we are also going to integrate the cspr.bridge part so as to make it cross-chain functional.
So like what makes this project unique is that we built real infrastructure like the oracle contract which I built it provides public price feeds that any dApp on casper or maybe any dApp can use.
Asper or maybe any D app can use like the intent parts of stores, user intends, intends
on chain and it is with full transparency and the proxy caller pattern demonstrates
how to properly integrate, interact with the DEX protocols.
So that was about the project and about the technical part, like it is built with
a smart contracts, uh, using the order framework only.
We have the front end on an XJS with Tyscript and we have the SDK integration.
We have the CSP dot click wallet.
The CSP dot rate rate part is completely integrated.
So majority of the Casper ecosystem parts are used in this project.
And like about after the, like after the project, I would just like to
acknowledge the people who made it possible like uh david
muhammad and michael like thank you for your expertise and like whenever i was stuck uh thank
you for your help because there was several phases or parts where i was stuck i didn't know and i got
instant help so this was regarding my project at the end like just gaspilling uh in the future what
i want is uh we can have plain english English or maybe the language they want intents.
Like currently we have a tabular form.
In my future vision, what we have is like I can just type whatever I want and the AI itself parses like what I want.
Like currently we have some five or six fixed strategies.
My target is that I can just type any strategy which I want and I can parse what intent I want and execute it automatically.
That would be the future use case which I want with CasperLink.

And with intent-based frameworks,
I'm excited about some of these sort of alpha opportunities
that I described earlier in the X-Space,
which is like, let's help people to very easily take stakes,
liquid stake Casper, for example, leverage it on another network and continue to earn yields while having leveraged assets, for example, and other typical or other similar use cases.
So I don't think this is really just the beginning of intent-based implementations, and I love what you've done.

So congratulations again to our Hackathon winners.
And we'll dive right into the questions
because it's quite a long list today.
So first question, during the end of year spaces,
Michael, you mentioned that a major exchange listing was likely in the near future.
Since that discussion, have we made any tangible progress toward this listing?
Are we closer today than we were at the time of those spaces?
That's always a fan favorite question.
The answer is yes, we are closer today.
These processes are lengthy and complicated.
We're dealing, as you may know, there's
a handful of what I think the Web3 world considers
And they have a lot going on.
If you're thinking about the likes of,
and I'm going to list them in random order,
so don't read anything into this.
Maybe let's do it alphabetically.
Yeah, that would be hard to do. There you go.
Binance, Coinbase, and Kraken, right?
That's alphabetical. They're all large exchanges that are focused on really, really big things like bringing equities on chain and launching in global markets and building graphite infrastructure and things like that.
building, graphifying infrastructure and things like that.
So it's a lengthy process, but we are definitely closer.
We have one of those that we are actually working with closely
on getting to launch on their exchange.
But I simply cannot give an ETA for reasons that we don't control the
timing that's ultimately theirs. And even though we may have indications, those things
can change just because of priorities on their end. So the short version of that is, yes, it's going in the right direction
with one of those and making progress. Sounds good. So we'll be waiting. So next question,
when should we expect to see the final full version of the AmeriCorp parking industry MVP
live on chain? At what point can we realistically expect a noticeable increase
in on-chain transactions?
And will we see an expansion in the number of parking sites
selected to process and collect these transactions?
That's a lot of questions in one.
So the final full version of the parking industry MVP Live on Chain, I would say never, because I expect this to be a – the clarification here is important, so don't quote me on that yet.
So never, because this is not going to be a one and done kind of thing.
This is going to be a very, very much an ongoing process of bringing an industry on chain in new and innovative ways,
which only starts with what we're doing right now, which is the verifiable transactions.
But if you've been paying attention, you know that we're looking at on-chain settlement
We're looking at tokenization.
And we are getting interest from many, many parties across that industry to participate
So what I mean to say is that,
I expect that this will be an expanding process
for years to come and there really is no final state.
So it's gonna continue going.
Not trying to hit some minor milestone and call it complete,
where we're really aiming for the sky here.
And then noticeable increase in on-chain transactions
as we see the number of parking sites.
Yes, that obviously makes sense.
The more sites come online, the more transactions there will be.
But it's really about getting to some of these other holistic
implementations as well, where you see the data that is being captured
serving other purposes, including, so not just auditability, but also
being the basis on which parties get settled with payments between the stakeholders.
And then as you go to tokenization, also the basis on which token holders get rewarded
or participate in the industry through their ownership of a real-world asset.
So really the sky's the limit with this.
We're only sort of scratching at the surface and I would say we're not
aiming for some sort of like, okay checkbox we reached final MVP status, let's
move on. We're reaching for total industry onboarding here which is
Anthony Scaramucci, someone who believes strongly in the... The Mooch.
Someone who believes strongly in our project,
supported it heavily in the past,
but I can see that this engagement got a huge reduction
took since you guys took over this is the person who is asking question are we still having him
with on our side like if there are sides.
And I would actually really disagree with the assessment of this question asker.
We have engaged more with Anthony and with Skybridge and with SALT than ever before.
So I'm in regular contact with Anthony and with his team.
We are active participants in SALT conference.
I've spoken at the most recent one in Wyoming in August.

And Anthony has amplified a lot of our social media
and makes introductions for us as an advisor.
So he's very much on our sides.
The engagement has absolutely not gone down.
And yeah, I'm happy to see if we can do something with him in the next space, whether it's him coming on ours
or us going on some of his podcasts.
We'll take a look at that.
But really the short answer is that Anthony is a good friend
very frequent contact, and has been extremely helpful in many ways to the team.
So next, has Casper pursued membership in the Global Markets Alliance,
or is there any relationship between the two?
So the Global Markets Alliance, or the GMA,
just for those unfamiliar,
it's an initiative that Ando Finance launched last year
together with some wallets and infrastructure providers
to set standards around real-world assets.
So we do not currently participate in the GMA,
but we do participate in several other initiatives that pursue similar goals, right?
So the standardization of RWAs and how they're represented on-chain.
Two of those initiatives are ERC-7943 and ERC-3643,
where Casper is one of the early founding members working with
other industry stakeholders on defining standards for RWA.
We are participating in other forums, but there's a lot of industry coordination around
And we are absolutely part of the conversation and the collaboration with industry
stakeholders on defining sort of what how our industry tackles RWAs. Okay. Is Casper Association
actively pursuing or does it have partnerships across other industries other than parking? If so, please elaborate.
Listen, parking is, first of all, a subset of a larger industry,
which is sort of the hospitality industry, right,
which includes everything from, like, hotels, casinos,
So a lot of the solutions that we are working on with our parking partners apply to those
broader industries as well.
And we're putting sort of the rails in place to roll that out.
So it's scroll, walk, run.
But yeah, we're absolutely looking beyond parking.
And obviously we're active in finance, stratify, defy, etc.
Next, is Casper in partnership or discussion with any governments?
Next, is Casper in partnership or discussion with any governments?
Governments. Yeah, interestingly, governments are actually prime stakeholders in the parking
industry and one of the primary beneficiaries of the solution that's currently already live on
mainnet, which is the provably correct financial data for parking facilities. So each parking facility, as you logically would deduce,
is based either in a municipality or on an airport.
And those municipalities and airport authorities,
they tax each parking transaction.
So as a result, they have the right to audit
the parking operators to ensure that they get
And these audits are costly and time intensive, time and labor intensive,
and make it so that everybody gets paid possibly months later.
So with the solution that we're putting in place now, these audits essentially go away.
So we're really excited to prove the efficacy of the parking block solution
and then work with the local governments on
mandating it across the industry. So once they see that they can basically put
their auditors to work on other things and collect more accurate and faster
revenue, we are working with them on making sure that everybody in their markets gets on these solutions.
Next, is Casper in communication with any large financial institutions, banks, asset management firms regarding solving their problems?
Yeah, I mean, I think I alluded at that earlier.
So we are in touch with financial institutions, including through the various industry initiatives
that we're involved in, right?
So that includes the ERC-7943 and ERC-3643 working groups, as well as the Actus Foundation, where in particular Matt Schaffnitz plays a very active role
in moving the rollout of algorithmic finance forward.

Because I don't want to keep people longer.
You want to address the regulation issues or would you want to go to a personal question that is actually quite long, but I could summarize it?
That is actually quite long, but I could summarize it.
I mean, let's do regulation, let's do both.
How does Casper comply with the laws of the Genius Act and Mika, the EU regulations?
So the Genius Act in the United States really is about stable coins.
So it doesn't really apply to a layer one blockchain.
So there's really nothing that overlaps there.
With MICA, we are fully compliant.
If you go on our website in the footer, you can actually find our MICA white paper.
And we've been compliant for, I would say, over a year, year plus.
And we are registered with the European Union through
the Central Bank of Ireland.
So short answer is fully compliant with MICA.

If you Google Casper MICA Ireland or something like that, you will find publications by the
Central Bank of Ireland that confirm our registration.
And there's actually an interesting stat also from a sustainability perspective in the MICA report.
If you go to the sustainability index, Casper is actually one of the top, if not the top, most sustainable layer one blockchain out there that's been registered with
Micah. So there's some interesting stats that you can find if you really look into this.
Okay, so we'll end up with a more personal question. I will skip the introduction that
is quite long, but there's a community member who hears a concern within
the community. What if Michael or Matt also receives an offer that's too good to refuse
or takes on a new challenge outside of Casper Network? Now, I know it's impossible to guarantee
this wouldn't happen, but it could potentially be a final blow to the trust within the Casper
community. Can you or Matt address some of this concern, even if only for the short term?
So the question is if Matt and I would be like hired away or something like that?
So someone is concerned about either of you.

I can tell you that he's maximally dedicated to the project.

and I've spoken about this publicly,
I think as many people will know,
back in 2018 when we found the project, I was literally the first check into the project.
I've been dedicated to Casper and the community for the past, what is it, seven and a half years in various capacities.
years in various capacities. Through my company, Make, we've invested seven-figure multimillion
dollars into this project and continue to. And when Casper came to me a year ago and
asked for my help to sort of do what we've been doing for the past year and sort of realign the project and focus on the future.
I immediately stepped in and I think I'll let the community be the judge of that.
But a short sort of version of it is I don't think that my dedication to this has ever been in question.
