you have success you have to push even more even more even more and this way you will create
momentum this way you will create exponential growth that is never going to stop and if you fail one more time one time two
times it doesn't matter you can fail just keep on going let's say let's say you're working on your
x account okay let's say you're posting for one year and finally you have your first um your your first um five million impressions your first
um big spaces your first big impressions on pictures um and then you make two three tweets
posts that are not good okay let's say you receive less impressions, but then you got to keep on pushing. You got to put more posts out into the space
so people can keep seeing you
and eventually you will make a few more good posts.
But if you stop because you made two bad posts,
then all your effort from this whole year,
And the thing is, momentum is very fragile.
It's very, I don't know how to say it, but momentum is very sensitive.
Once you stop, it takes way more energy to restart.
And you can just save yourself.
You're going to save money because every time you stop, your income becomes less.
So you're losing money and you're using you're losing energy you're
losing um people surpass you that have maybe started after you and you just get front run by
everybody so make sure that you that you don't stop raise your hands whenever you have something to say guys and um so
the thing is okay let's say we are right now um at the end of the year okay we have the 29th
december and all these people are making their new years new year's resolution now and they say
okay i'm starting at the last day of this year i'm starting on the
first i'm starting on the first uh day of this year i'm starting on january and but it's also
a thing guys if you have something on your mind and you want to change it you gotta start right now okay let's make let me make a quick let me make a
quick example so I had friends who used to smoke okay and those people always
said okay I'm just finishing this pack of cigarettes and then i'm going to start with being a non-smoker and usually they found excuse
yeah because i'm stressed i have to smoke one more i have to do this and those people are usually the
ones that don't make it so they keep on smoking but those people that i've been watching who said
okay i'm going to stop smoking now and they actually start the
second where they made that decision those are the people who are able to go through because the
thing is if you want something you got to start now you can't start on Monday you can't start
after this pack you can't start let's say let's say you want to become a good trader and you want
to follow your rules okay and you say to yourself now I want to be a better trader I want to become a good trader and you want to follow your rules okay and you say to yourself
now I want to be a better trader I want to start following my rules by Monday that makes no sense
you should start following your rules now because every time you don't follow your rules until
Monday you're going to lose money and this is the same thing so make sure that if you have something going on that you want to change, that you start right now.
You can't treat time like a reset button because your life is going on.
Every moment you live is another second, another minute another hour um of you being that version
of yourself that you don't want to be and this is the thing like successful people don't do that
if they make a decision they make it right now and uh um also like with the new year's resolutions
some so many people start the new year by chilling the whole first day and then the day after and then they have also
a big party and they need to recover for three days right but this is so bad because you start
your year already by being behind and you don't want to do that like the people that I know who
are actually growing who are actually doing something, they start their last
days by continuing with their work, making plans for the next year, preferably already a week
earlier. And then, of course, they celebrate their year, they celebrate a new year. But after this,
they still keep on going the next year. start the next year with momentum and this is what
i was talking about before you can't let that momentum slide when you're having successes
don't like don't don't um put yourself down you gotta keep on going the same with the year you
can't start this year by chilling you got to start this year by making even more
because if you start this year with momentum then you already are ahead of people and you already
have um have that push that you need uh with the example of the car that i said before you
already have the right push and you can go like going through that year having the best results
but if you start your year already with being low with being with being lazy um that's a bad thing
to start your year with right why would you want to start being unsuccessful and being lazy what's
up king yeah i just want to say uh when you talk about momentum that that kind of makes
like a clear picture in my head like why you have to keep going because like imagine you're like a
snowball going down a mountain and that's your like progress and then you stop it like it's gonna
fall apart and then you have to put it back together and then push it down again and make
it bigger so it's like you know as soon as you stop it you know it comes out of control and then you have to put it back together and then push it down again and make it bigger. So it's like, you know, as soon as you stop it, you know, it comes out of control and then you get to, you know, build it up again.
Yeah, yeah, that's a good example.
Imagine you have a snowball and you want to push it down the hill and then you always run behind the snowball and like try to stop it.
You always have to give a new push.
That doesn't make any sense but if you let it grow from the
beginning and you let the momentum actually grow then uh you're you're going to win guys i see a

lot of time pulling permits and so forth. So basically what I'm saying is like all last year
we prepared for this coming year with our permits and everything like that. And just recently we
started working out a couple months ago and now we feel like coming into this new year, I feel like if the people that are like for their new year's
resolution is like, hey, I'm going to start working out. Well, your chances of failing at
that if you start on the first are going to be a lot more than if you had already started for 21
days and started that habit, created that habit for at least 21 days. So if you start prior to
setting up your goals is what I'm saying.
And that's what I'm taking from you.
I just wanted to say that it just really helps out
and not just try to execute them all at once.
Sad that you haven't been here
for the first part of the space.
I just got rocked before.
But this is exactly what you are talking about.
I was talking about momentum.
Most of the time when people become successful,
they start celebrating their first wins
and they are chilling on their success instead of pushing harder.
But let's say you guys would take a week
off now because you have pushed through the whole year and um like let's say you take a week off two
weeks a month anything you would need to start from the beginning so the past year all your work
was not as much worth as it could be because you slow yourself down.
And the fact that you say, okay, you keep on going
and the last year was a good preparation is the best thing to say.
I said it at the beginning, like I was doing network marketing in 2018
and the first success always came with a lot of preparation
and the first success was always the one that came the
slowest the first profit the first outcomes everything was the smallest the tiniest but
once you keep pushing everything is exponential growth and yeah I'm happy you're doing it the
right way because most of the people they have to become successful several times during their life
because the first times they do make that mistakes, whenever they gain something, they start relaxing.
That's the worst thing you can do because you just throw away all the work that you have done before.
The thing is, just try to not lose your rhythm because it's going to cost you so much money

better next time. The first couple of times, you're not going to always get
everything right, but getting in the right circles and environment, just like this space right here,
this is an amazing space right here. You know what I mean? And that's all I had to say,
but the education really helped me execute what I'm trying to do now. I've been wanting to do
this all my life, you know? Yeah, that's perfect. That's perfect.

and I started learning about mindset.
And the thing that brought me so far
was doing it every single day,
every single day, pushing every single day.

to start there's a this particular writer by saw some days back, he said change your own day, turn your own day into the one.
That's perfect. Also now when you're mentioning procrastination, I used to deal with that.
I used to have to deal with procrastination. And the thing is, starting is always what requires the most energy.
Starting is always what's the hardest.
But for example, the way I got out of it, let's say I was stuck on my phone, I was watching videos.
Every time I realized I'm procrastinating, I closed my screen and I threw my phone away.
I was sitting on the bed or on the couch so I could throw my phone away without damaging it, right?
But this was always like a wake up.
This was always like a little boost of energy.
Like this small act just to press the button and throw the phone away was waking me up from that process.
And it was already that small push of energy that you need to keep
something going and yes i have i have i have like um heard of something it's called the
three minute rule let's say you have to work on doing an analysis okay uh in the last in
analysis on the bitcoin shop so and you don't really feel like you want to do it.
So the thing is, you start with the smallest step, with the first step.
And from there, you can keep on going.
So let's say you give yourself three minutes to start something.
You set your alarm on three minutes.
And then you have the chance to
either quit or continue doing it yes yes yes the thing is after after working for three minutes
doing whatever you have to do for three minutes and your alarm goes off you already start the
has already developed the chances that you're going to stop doing what you did after three
low so you keep on going and you can do this for as long as you need you can you can set your alarm
for another three minutes for another three minutes for another three minutes and then you say okay
it i'm just going to run the whole three hours through and i'm going to finish what i wanted to
do um and the thing is you just everything there's there is something else that uh
everything this there is something else that
There's there's always something else that works for somebody right we are all different but the thing is you have to you have to
Find what's good for you. Let's say for example
You have troubles with waking up in the morning and going into the gym immediately
but like the like the worst thing is for you to get up from bed because you're tired okay
but if your alarm goes off and you let's say you don't set five alarms you just set one
then you know in the next morning when your alarm goes off you have to get up so your alarm rings
you stand up from bed and you sit down instead of laying you sit down and this already makes a
little bit awake and just the act of putting your feet from the bed on the floor is enough push, enough momentum, enough energy to keep going.
So the next thing is you go into the shower.
You shower and then you won't put back on your clothes and go back to sleep.
No, you put on your gym clothes.
You put on your gym clothes, you go into the car.
From there, you will not go back home and undress and go to sleep no you will continue
going to the gym but once you're there it's so much easier you you don't have to force yourself
to start with the exercise because you're there already the environment is there all those like
let's say your gym buddies are there the machines are ready you just have to sit down and do it
and this is how you create momentum just
not with the big things you start with the small things you start with the small steps
and this is also how you can create momentum in your new year or if you have something
um new for like if you if you have a new habit that you want to develop you start with new things
you start with small things let's say you want to like the perfect day productive from energy from the
from the beginning until the end uh you don't start by being perfect immediately you start by
adding small steps after another until you're actually really good at you want to do and
until you are there where you want to be you start with small actions you just got to stay in motion
be consistent then you'll finally like get some structure small actions you just got to stay in motion be consistent then you finally
like get some structure and then you have to start to consistent with it consistent with adding uh
more and more things to your daily routine that's what i said you can't like just turn your your one day into the one like if we check statistics do you
like we are all humans we like we do procrastinate all the time we do procrastinate always so that
procrastination like we are we are we are always going for that pro procrastination first instead
of we to goof to just let's start like this like let me take this
particular step so i just want to encourage us here just take that step hey you interrupted me
in the middle of the sentence please uh wait until i'm done okay or raise your hand so i can uh
please don't interrupt me you can make yes you can always talk to me you can always raise your
hands but please not in the middle while I'm talking
You can chill a little bit until I make a break
You brought me out of concept

people who are winning on the long term they are not extreme they are just building a habit
and it takes you 60 to 90 days to build a habit in a way that you don't have to think about it
anymore so let's say you start with cold showers you do it for the first few days it's
going to be your hardest because this is the start right this is your push and then the next 30 days
are going to be easier after 60 to 90 days it's going to be a habit you don't have to think about
it anymore you just do it you just do it and those people are not extreme they are just consistent
and by being consistent everything that made them uncomfortable
before is now still their comfort zone and you grow by expanding your comfort zone so everything
that was uncomfortable for you the first few months is going to be normal for you it's not
going to be uncomfortable anymore and for you to become better you got to push beyond this
comfort zone and you keep on adding more things that are uncomfortable for you until you grew
into a version of yourself that you wouldn't recognize years earlier so if you look back now
from all the things that you have developed from all the things that you've changed
if you look back now you're a very different person and
before you would dream of being that person that you are today but you wouldn't like you wouldn't
think that it's possible but it is and like one more thing some people are never satisfied a big
be be happy about your results celebrate them but don't get stuck into them okay because because are also people who make this mistake they they keep on pushing forward they push to
push and they feel burnt out because they think they're not reaching their goals and everything
what they do doesn't make sense you can't be that type of person you have to look back and always
like remind yourself where you're coming from because you want to be happy, okay?
Happiness releases dopamine.
So always keep on mind, keep track about what you did and what you achieved.
Because there are people who keep pushing their goals higher every time they are shortly before reaching it
and they don't realize that they are reaching goals.
So maybe what would help, maybe make a vision board with the things you want to achieve
and something like lists that you can tick and the ticks that you make after everything that you have
achieved is going to make you more successful it's going to fill you with more dopamine for example
when I was a little child I had troubles with raising my hands at school in the class and my mom did something with me it was so
good it's great like it's it's made all my grades two to three times better just because I was like
raising my hand the whole time and I was actually in the middle of the conversation and actually
better my grades so she told me make a list you know what is this list called like you make five uh you make
five lines uh and then every like you make like boxes like you make four lines and then the fifth
one is going diagology what is it guys help me what is this word diogenology
you know what i mean like it's diagonal through through the lines and then you make like many
basically just count how many times you have raised your hands right and like let's say before
i had that list i was raising my hand three to five times during class.

when you keep track about what you're doing then um it's easier for you to be successful so I had to make a list um with and like write down how many times
I've raised my hands during class and every time I raised my hand I made uh I made a line
so and the first times it was like three lines five lines like so I raised my hand three five
times and that was not enough and once I realized okay I'm not really raising my hand I'm not doing what I should be doing the next times my goal was just raising my hand so I
paid attention to what the teacher was saying and every time I could say something I raised my hand
and I went sometimes from raising my hands three to five times during class to raising my hands
15 times to 30 times during class.
And this is how all my grades became better because I was keeping track of what I'm doing.
For example, I have a weekly planner that I always have with me
and I always write down all my to-dos.
And I force myself to keep track because there are little boxes that I have to tick.
And if I don't tick the boxes, I feel bad.
If my planner is not full with appointments and things to do, I feel bad.
And this is how I force myself to keep track.
So a little idea maybe for you guys to like being productive and doing the things that you actually have to do.
Also make sure that you're not doing anything but make things that are productive because so many people do stuff the
whole day but are not productive but they think they are because they just do anything to be busy
but you always gotta make the difference between um let's say your goal is to earn money.

Or am I doing something that just wastes my time and that I could maybe outsource and somebody else could do it for me, right?
Outsourcing is also an important part. Try to outsource and somebody else could do it for me right um outsourcing is also an important
like an important part try to outsource things things that don't have necessarily to be done by
you for example let's say you live alone and you want to build a business but you don't have enough
time to work on your business because you have to cook, you have to clean, you have to do anything.

But the time that you can put into your business will make you earn more.

to build the momentum now and take the momentum with us into the new year instead of building the
momentum in the new year whenever you have something going on on your mind, do it right now.
There is this self-made Russian millionaire
that I've been watching for a long time.
You can look her up on Instagram.
She's a social media manager.
She's a coach. And she also outsources a lot. She does so many things. And she gives a few adv before starting with something. So let's say she wants to work on a new business.
She gives herself 10 minutes to start, 10 minutes to create the business plan.
She says, there are so many different ideas and thoughts that you have throughout the day.
If you don't start right now, you will forget it.
So the best idea is she starts immediately.

to to to uh bring things into rolling so so the things can go with the flow and can create momentum.
And everything that you don't start immediately just gets lost somewhere in your head because we have so many different thoughts, so many different plans,
so many different things to do, whatever.
But if you want to do something, start right now and make sure that you don't stop.
