And, you know, I'm just proud to be here alongside Sid with what he's building.
And together we are working on building up the space again.
We're going to get it rocking, get more people interested in here.
And like I said, we want to bring some projects in that we can showcase because, you know, that's what we are about at the OOE marketplace and Nifty's world and branding and everything, you know. So we want
to learn about some new projects that are coming out in the space. We want to get into some ape
chain projects because we know those are the hot ones right now. But of course, you know, being
that the OOE marketplace is multi-chained,
we're going to take everybody, right?

And, uh... Yeah, there's some big alpha i want to bring out today as uh
as you guys know we we talk about it every wednesday but we are partnered with ultra
kingdoms and we actually have the man in the house today himself so code i've seen there are some big announcements in the Discord there.
I know we're getting really close to getting to the finish line.
Is there anything you want to announce on X or talk about?
Well, I mean, we got to share it out today.
We've been in a constant back and forth, daily communication and so forth with PlayStation.
And they finally gave us our TRC approvals.
They're not going to make us continue to wait.
They are going to work with us, which was super great.
And they are having us use the new update
that comes out in Februarybruary um for us to
be able to do it so we just have been downloading all those files for the trc updates that they want
part of the it's the the pack chunk systems that they're going to be able to use um that goes in
the playstation networks um it has all the the gems and the MDT documentation systems, everything
that's all there, plus all the master code files. And yeah, so we got a good welcoming surprise this
afternoon to be able to go ahead, download the 226 TRC systems to be able to compile and to load.
And any other entitlement that we're waiting on,
they said that they will in-house waiver.
So we don't have to use waivers if we complete and comply.
So we did download everything just a little bit ago in Discord.
We were looking through everything.
There's probably like, oh, 200 PDFs that I have to go through and make sure that everything is done and in compliance with it.
But we are downloading them all.
We are actively already importing them into the GP5 editor for PlayStation 5, which is the compiled test systems
that works for PlayStation.
And they did finally give us our,
for the first time ever, our service ID.
So we were granted our content ID
and our entitlement ID today, which is very huge. It's very, very huge
for us. I'm very, very excited. I've been smiling from fucking ear to ear all day since we got told
finally. So we're going to go through this right now. We're going to work on it. And I'm not going
to lie to you guys. It's going to take us probably seven to 10 days.
And that's just because I am going to go through every single doc one by one.
And I'm going to do everything in their compliance.
That way nothing can hold us up once it's submitted.
So very exciting day for us.
You know, got to work with Graham quite a bit yesterday on making sure that models and
characters are ready and what it's going to take for us to be able to make sure that Hostile is ready to go in there with us.
He has his crew that's going to be working on that this weekend.
We're going to be finishing up everything with his world piece that's there.
So I'm ready and excited for Hostile to be able to be able to be in there along with all of our other partners.
We're just going to, you know,
it's been a very pricey, shitty last few weeks. And it kind of took a good turn today. So I'm
very, very happy, very, very excited. You know, we got through the hard hurdle. Now this is the technical reviews and the domain and networking reviews
that are the only thing that'll be left after we do this next compile for us to go live.
Yeah. So it's been a hell of a blessing. It's been a tough, tough, tough, tough, shitty,
shitty, shitty road. But yeah, everybody got to see.
We were screen sharing the other day.
And the difference in what we have approved now
for us to finally be able to get in and do these updates
and go live for it is astronomical.
They are going to be working with us.
They told us that the last entitlements that we'd be waiting on,
we would still have to wait.
So they are way, way, way behind and that they will not hold us up and they will not use one
of our waivers to bypass that. They said that they will, they will eat it as an in-house waiver
and allow us to get live. So we're going to work on that.
You know, we were going through some of the documentation of it.
It is ginormous, but the only benefit of it is us getting to it now
before it comes out in February is then we don't have to do the update
for the new TRCs.
And so, you know, in a way, we're getting it 10 days before it goes live um we did just download
it we are looking through it it is i mean we opened up the files for everybody and it is
ginormous um all the the updates that they've put in um so i'm thinking it might take me
maybe a week or so to be honest with you you, you know, if I'm really pushing it.
But yeah, it's pretty awesome.
I'm pretty excited.
I know it's been a long time coming.
And I know, you know, we talked the other night, like some of the hurdles that have been thrown at you, like updating to 5.6,
just something you didn't like,
no one could really predict and like how you've had to overcome that.
And it's,
you know,
it's just been this kind of long road.
So it's,
it's great news to,
to hear like just almost there and a step closer in the right direction.
So happy, man.
That's what I can say.
You know, there's a lot that goes on with these things,
and there's a lot that if you're really not active in the Discord every day
in the calls, I mean, I know that we got guys like Bo,
and we have Boardwalk, and we have a few others that are in almost,
like, every call, everything that goes on. And they kind of have more of like an inside view of things. But
you know, I had to take a step back the other day and where, you know, I was upset about certain
things and realized that, you know, a lot of people don't dedicate their whole time and day
in our discord, getting all the updates from the, these other groups that
they're, they're not there. And, you know, so I had to take some of that, that pressure and that
pain and, and eat, you know, the, the, the basis because, you know, we can only do what we're,
we're told we can only, you know, and, and it's, there's been a lot of things that have bit me in
the ass in the past. Um, there, there has, you know, like I did something where I took AI and
said, okay, how long is this going to take? And then I told the community, hey, yeah, it should
be ready to go in 10 days. And then, well, 10 days was not the situation. It was a 60 day thing.
And it made me look like an ass and do everything. So we've, we've tried to, you know, take a
different stance on, on making sure that we take only the things that we're getting directly from PlayStation and Xbox and Steam and making sure that we really stay more on target with what's realistic, what is fact.
And it's been tough.
I mean, and it's hard to sit back and say, well, it's coming soon.

Now that we finally have our TRC approval,
it opened up a whole new section in our PlayStation portal, which everybody got to see the differences between the other day and today.
And it was, it's cool.
You know, it really is.
It's exciting now to see it.
It's exciting now to finally have our our content
id and our entitlement and our entitlements id we didn't have those two things before um and so now
it's like this this is where the shit gets exciting for us because now we actually get to go and build
the the live content that that will be pushed out um we do have to still do the the call and
technical review and then we have an mdt call which is also one of the other reviews that
they're going to go through um but those should take about 10 hours a piece and then we'll be
good to go um so we're going to do this compile um hopefully i get it done by this time next week
i i don't know how in depth all these
PDFs are, as I was showing in discord earlier. I don't, I know that some of these lead to online
where then you have to use their help guide there. And then you go back and forth between that doc
and the online. So I, I don't want to go and say, yeah, it'll be ready in three days. And it's,

And it's way more work than that.
So I am going to say that over this weekend, even though I'm traveling, this is going to be what I'm going to be doing over the weekend and through all of next week.
This is actually like probably one of the coolest things that I've, I've gotten to see.
And they gave us literally a, a download folder of everything. I mean, declaration of conformity
for each country that we had to do it for. Um, they gave us the Explorer systems, GP5 editor updates, all the Ironworks, the kit managers, the web UI managers, the CLI managers that needed to be there, new memory update analyzers that they want to utilize.
Even the VR2 support, all the metahuman support systems, all the new SDKs and system tools.

This is all stuff that's supposed to be released on February 1st
that they gave us access to
that we would have been having to also comply with within 120 days.
But the fact that we now have access to all the TRC side of everything
and we have all these files already granted to us,
I'm kind of excited to get into it and really learn it you
know and see what it's going to take for us to uh finish off the compile um i already have the
builder the gp5 editor ready to go which is uh what connects to that big huge playstation box
underneath um that allows us to actually load it into PlayStation's network and test it for all the controller
and game support and everything else.
And so it's going to be pretty cool.
I'm excited.
It's a lot of moving parts and pieces right now.
But we got through another amazing, amazing, amazing hurdle.
Normally, you don't get your trc approvals until you are done
with uh all the entitlements but they told me this entitlement the the last ones that we're
waiting on are taking too long so if i upgrade and do the trc that they want um that they're
gonna in-house waiver it and uh we're good to go so pretty exciting pretty pretty fucking exciting right now
big things big things being built um i know even the other night when we're going over the models
and you're showing me like how many more bones are in the the models that you guys are going to have as a standard in the Ultra Kingdoms metaverse game and it's
it's pretty detailed like it's it's I know enough to kind of keep up and understand but I'm by no
means a developer or anything but it's gonna be I can't wait to see the finished product. I know you can go to Ultra Kingdom's website
and you can download the game now.
If you get in the Discord, it's token-gated,
so you need to get yourself a cake,
but you can look for bugs.

Well, I mean, like I said, it was even fun for you yesterday,
being able to come in, see what things need to be done
and how they need to be done and what fixes need to come into those plays.
These are the
things that a lot of people don't see that the technical side of things a lot of people you know
like i said there's been a lot of things that have bit me in the ass um you know by thinking that
okay guess what like this or this or this is only going to have certain time frames and and it bit
me in the ass multiple times and you know um but it was one of those types of things today
that honestly, like, in some ways,
one of our PlayStation reps is in our Discord.
I'm thinking that the back and forth that ended up happening
actually kind of helped us in getting approval.
Hey, great fun. to help us um and and getting approval i think that the argument and banter actually uh in so many ways really kind of assisted the them saying damn like shots are getting fired and fucking
and and let's see what we can do to give them a hand because uh when they called
today and said hey yeah you we're we're gonna do this for you um it was definitely appreciated you
know and like i said there's a lot of parts and moving pieces that are very tough to be able to
to stay in focus with sometimes and uh you you know, I honestly think that, you know,
everything happens for a reason.
You know, we work out in this area, in this path every day,
you know, God willing that we can get everything done
and in the timeframes that we want
and in the financial availabilities that we can handle and do.
And it's been a tough road.
I can tell you that.
A lot of people don't want to hear
the financial side of complaints.
They don't.
I mean, everybody has their own financial complaints
inside of everything.
I can tell you, honestly,
if you're ever trying to build a metaverse,
make sure you got a billionaire backer to keep it 100.
Otherwise, you're going to stress too much doing it. Am I grateful that we're where we're at? Yes, I am. Do I think that,
you know, this space is in need of it? Yes. I mean, a lot of people have started to figure it
out. I mean, if you guys didn't notice, you know, Garga and them ended up going and purchasing some dead unit systems for Unreal Engine.
And the reason for it is because there is huge bottlenecks with other things.
And so they're now in the process of fixing those bottlenecks and a few other things, too.
It is a lot of learning experiences that a lot of people don't see in this ecosystem.

that you know it is simple because you know i i had to fact check one of my own guys who said oh
this should only take 10 days the ais are telling me and i went and i looked at it and i even sent
it over to playstation's employees and they were like yeah bro that was totally 4.8.2 like two years ago all the other docs are now private and i was like oh so so they
weren't wrong necessarily but they're they're just not right because they're you know and he was like
yeah no that you know these these things are not necessarily the things and And so I felt kind of like an asshole, um, for, for a little bit.
Um, so you don't know, Astro, I apologize. Um, and, and, and, you know, I see that you even see
things through a different thing too. Everybody does. Um, we all, we all go through the hurdles.
We all go through the struggles. Um, you know, and it's understandable, everybody that's there.
But we're going to keep building.
We're going to keep going through.
I'm very excited.
Everybody said that they couldn't get the smile off my face for about five hours today, which is true.
When we got the call and we got to go in and open all this up live with everybody right in front of everybody in the community.

that finally we've gotten everything to be able to submit finally for our TRCs was pretty amazing.
So, you know, day by day, you know, struggle by struggle, we're going to get there, we're going
to get through everything. And we're going to stay building and stay being one of the dominant builders in this ecosystem quietly and
not so quietly, but yeah, I look forward to seeing how far we can push the boundaries in this space.
So I won't take up any more of your guys' time, but yeah, I just want to pop in. That was the
good news of the day.
Everybody got to sit in, listen at the beginning,
and then when the phone call was over for us to be able to log in
and show everybody, and it felt very good to be able to be in this space
and be able to be like, bang, look at this,
and everybody got to hear the call that was in, and it felt nice.
So lots of,
you know,
if web three didn't have some drama,
I don't know if I'd stay interested in web three too.
You know,
I started off great,
you know,
making some good money and then I got rugged for millions and,
and struggles.
And,
you know,
those are the pain points that create growth in this space.
you know, but we're here points that create growth in this space so you know uh
but we're here and we're gonna stay building we're not going anywhere um today was a very
exciting day like i said i don't think anything could be said to piss me off to uh take this
mile away today so pretty well i know i know uh like like hostile we're we're super pumped to to have a world in ultra kingdoms i know
we're also partnered with uh sid in nifty's world and in the ui marketplace nifty's world is going to building a hotel 3d art collectible venue in las vegas it's currently going through
different rounds of top bar we're gonna have high-end hotel rooms condos we have ai and ar
integration um like i talked about the beginning of the space, like the bar area, you can have completely set up AI for your convention,
just completely advertising your brand on every single aspect of that area.
You know, it truly is like super innovative.
It's not even just all geared towards Web3.
It's geared toward businesses and brands um you know
individually too well that's that's some more exciting news i won't say which brand i'm sure
you guys like a lot of you guys in the room have heard us talking before but i know that sid
got uh licensing for a major brand he works with over to drew to review and and we're looking at it to
possibly get some uh some items in the world if if it's already sitting at the legals desktop right
now situated because once again and and i don't know if some people knew this but any outside
business that gets added in we actually have to send in those documents
of those other businesses
that says that we have approval to do it.
Otherwise, they will actually even terminate our game
if there's one complaint of copyright
without representation.
So, yeah.
That could even be in advertisements
through partner groups. Like like you got to be
they got to be careful not to uh with all the trademarks and everything out there you got to do
it the the proper way but yep legal is is one of the most biggest pain points of of doing this um
you will spend you know a third of what you're going to spend in development just in legal and keep it
a hundred with you. You know, um, a lot of people asked, you know,
why we pay certain bills a certain type of way. Um, and we went
through that today, even with, with members and everybody went, holy
shit. Like what? Like now it makes sense. Um, you know,
I know Madman and a few others are like, damn.
That's the reason why.
Yes.
Yeah.
Walt, they say if you complain about the money you spend on legal,
think about the money you might spend if you don't do the legal things properly,
if you get in trouble, I guess.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, it's the same thing that we've gone through every hurdle that goes in.
I mean, you know, it's the same thing even with our communication and everything with Yuga, which, I mean, everybody in Discord got to be a part of that, too.
You know, and I know that, like, Mad Men and a bunch of others are all excited to be able to listen and be a part of that. But you have to make decisions that are consciously smart for the whole community.
And sometimes it will be 90% of the community, it's the best thing for it. 10% of the community,
it may not. But you have to think about it as a whole. Everything that we do, and it's very tough. It is absolutely tough.
This space is one of the hardest spaces to be in, in Web3.
And part of that is, is so many people have been rugged.
So many people have had the bad experiences.
So many people, you know, oh, well, if Facebook couldn't do it, you couldn't do it.
You know, and that's the truth.
So do I expect that there's a certain level of hardship
that should be here with what we're building in every aspect?
The answer is yes.
I mean, it was like the guys ended up doing the UE5 build,
but they just didn't add in digits and joints and so forth,
like with your stuff. It doesn't mean that they necessarily did it wrong, but they didn't do it right. You know,
and those are different hurdles that everybody's going to go through. You know, these are the
different things that, you know, you got to remember that not everybody is in the same
calls with you. Not everybody's in the same development training. Not everybody's in the
same, you know, things that go on all at
the same time. Because Web3 is a worldwide product, you know, and everybody's on different
time zones, different timeframes, different updates, different everything. And, you know,
sometimes even I forget it. Like I expect that everybody should be able to be up and on the same
time as me and listening to the same calls that I'm on.
And I think the only person that's ever normally up more than me is Boart.
You know, and that's the reality of it. I mean, it's tough. It is a nasty, nasty fucking grind
in this space. And it's very unforgiving in so many ways, too. But, you know, we're going to go through the hurdles.
I'm very excited about today, getting that information today and being able to finally go in and see the whole new area of TRC stuff and get their new access, you know, 10 days before it's even general public access.

And being able to go through these,
there's literally like 300 PDFs that I have to go through for each,
like for this whole thing to be compiled correctly and put into their stuff.
So I'm going to, you know, make sure that I'm diligent, correct,
and that I only have to do it one time.
Yeah. And that uh we don't
have hang-ups we don't have hiccups and hurdles and uh you know slow slow is fast and and and
you know just do it the right way the first time so that way we don't have to deal with the hurdle
slow is steady and steady is fast or something like that i forget the that's the saying so but slow and steady
means that steady and it goes fast yeah no i i hear you i hear you i'm i'm excited i know sid like he's he's uh he's really talked a lot about
how excited he is for the game and how uh once once nifty's world's up and going like the game
will be featured inside the building so that'll be super cool i'd love to see some events in the
future held there for for uh for cake and different and the different partners and stuff i
think would be a lot of fun you mentioned uh i know there's a lot of people from other side that
listen to the recordings and stuff on this space and you mentioned talking with yuga and and
different different metaverses out there do you see like like i know ultra kingdoms is building they're
building for the big one by going on uh multi consoles like xbox playstation and it will be a
great way for the web 3 aspect for holders of these different projects involved in ultra kingdoms to
turn possible marketing rewards and different different other ways to to earn and trade items
do you see in the future like with different games uh that are out there or different metaverses like
bridges partnering these worlds together or so yes i mean that that's always been our biggest
goal with everything and a lot of people don't understand.
Like you guys see some of these metaverses and they're a PC-only metaverse.
And you see these guys are spending $100 million on doing so.
It's difficult to make a universal system that works with PlayStation, Xbox.
And some of these have different language and different language rights and functionalities and so forth to be able to call the same function. And so we have been adamant about building a universal function API that allows for us to be able to bring in these other groups without it causing,
you know, a nightmare for them to be able to change and be able to implement directly in with us, including like renaming systems on their side. So, you know,
like if they have, and I'm going to use like Yuga for an example, like Yuga use ApeChain.
So we use CakeToken. We can set up so that way there is the simple swap through our exchange that somebody could swap ApeChain
through CakeToken to utilize UKToken.
All these things that have been paired up to allow for even database functionality that
says, okay, this purchase was done with Ape, but here is the UK coin value of that.
But here is the UK coin value of that.
So therefore, it structurally is sound and functional between both setups, both, you know, metaverses and as a functional key to allow for us to bridge other metaverses into ours.
Is it done?
The answer is no.
Will it be done before quarter two of this year? The answer is no. Will it be done before quarter two of this year?
The answer is yes.
It's so much work to do.
And the time and focus has been mainly on just making sure all of our partnerships,
which is easy for us to control because we have the back-end controls and databases that we control.
because we have the backend controls and databases that we control,
but making a universal API that works for them and for all of the pieces.
I mean, you got player locations, item saves, spawns.
You have PlayStation network systems that are there,
item saves, spawns, character, currency.
And it goes on and on and on between, you know,
what we're going to be going into mobile by the end of the year, which is a lot of people have noticed we've made it to where we've tested this already out on a Surface tablet and it runs and plays.
And we plan on getting this to a point to where we really do get to open up the mobile market, which is huge in like the Philippines and much more.
But having centralized control systems that monitor and verify and validate each and every individualized piece is going to stay tough.
It's going to stay tough. You know, everybody wants to be able to manipulate the market people want.
And so we have to make sure that it's essentially managed and controlled.
So that way everything is in. Essentially, it breaks it down to a USDT, USDC pair.
That way, everything breaks down to really kind of the dollar to dollar. There won't ever be a fluctuation that somebody will be able to make a massive change um that that could fluctuate the
growth rate of the system unless they are just that power grinding group that has 600 fucking
bots that are running but we have huge bot detection systems we have guardian systems
that are put into it we have playstation's new updated ai um bot detection system too that just came out with this series we were actually talking about it
in Discord you know that there's there's more and more pieces to protection that are coming in
a lot of people just noticed that Unreal Engine also is going to be approving for cryptocurrencies
now that's going to be awkward considering we hold the patents for crypto transactions for Unity, Unreal, and WebGL.
So I'm sure that they're going to have some stuff that they're going to have to bring to the table and we had a very very patent savvy person
who this is what he does for a living get into discord and explain how us filing these four
years ago and putting them in and showing a first and force functionality work really kind of
secures these patents for us and making sure that as we do updates, it really kind of kills the competition
from being able to ever jump into it.
So we got multiple licensing deals
that we're going to be able to open up,
multiple things that will increase the growth rate
and the development and the saturation
of what we're doing in this market for years to come.
So a lot of moving parts and pieces.
I'm so glad that we've got you behind all of this code.
Cause it sounds like you've got all this hard work down,
you know, what's coming and you know what to expect.
Where's a lot of people.
It's always the biggest thing that always runs into the biggest problem.
And it's never normally legal. it's never normally software programming problems it's always
funding you know and number one always it's always like we we tried to explain even when we're
overstretched i mean at least we stay honest with our community and say look we're 30 g's overstretched

You know, actually, I'm actually to blame for a lot of things
not being posted and communicated on social networks.
And part of it is, like I said said it has been a keep my head down
and grind um and keep my head in the game to get these compiles done to get these updates done
and to cover the cost you know i mean yes we do bonus hunts and yes it does allow for our community
to get some extra rewards and and other things but whatever we don't make and like doing bonus
hunts and other things is all the things that i make and like doing bonus hunts and other things
is all the things that I have to come out of pocket to be able to cover the cost on.
And it's, it is tough. Um, you know, most people don't understand what it's like to come up with,
with $34,000 a month. Um, it is a big struggle. And then most of us, most of us that aren't like,
um, you know, as involved as
you, we don't think about those certain aspects either. You know, there's so many aspects that
you spoke on just in the last half an hour that like hit me. And I was like, Oh no shit. Yeah,
that's true. He's going to deal with that. Doesn't he? Yeah. You know, it, it, it's quite often
forgotten. It's quite often, you know, the things that get put on the, it, it's quite often forgotten. It's quite often, you know,
the things that get put on the back page. It's quite often the things that, you know,
a lot of people don't see, you know, I have an amazing revenue,
which took 20 years to build before I decided to get into this industry. And,
you know, when, when you're overstretched 30 30 000 more than your your your revenue income
and i mean i i make good money i mean like i i could retire i didn't need to do any of this i
could have easily bought my wife her dream house and had an easy three300,000 a month coming in and, and what would be the fun in that? Right. Well,
and that, that's it. It was more of, I was in the same industry that every single one of us that are
in here and I got rug pulled for millions and I was so angry about it. And my wife said, well,
then why don't you fucking build one that, that is, you know, that, that nobody else is going to touch and do it and, and, and do it right.
And I was like, well, fuck, like, okay.
You know, and that's the hard thing is you put the best step forward and you try to do
your best at everything.
And, you know, we've had a lot of L's and we've had a lot of W's, but you got to learn
how to take those L's and try to turn them into W's, you know, and a lot of founders, they deal with high levels of FUD and a bunch of other shit.
They don't want to deal with the problems.
And that's why you see a lot of these, you know, groups fold.
You know, you see a lot of these other metaverses and projects that over the last, you know, two months end up shutting down.
And purely because 5.6 updates are astronomically
fucking nightmarish to do. Um, conversion that's there is astronomical to do the, the requirements
with hosting and building and the cost to be able to do that is astronomical to do development
costs. I mean, most people don't take into account what the founders actually have to
deal with on a day-to-day basis.
And me, I'd like to say that I have it probably a lot easier because of the level of transparency
and being in Discord and sharing the calls and sharing the development.
But I mean, I still get it.
I mean, I probably get 15 things of FUD a week of, you know,
the one time I shared my bank account, I had somebody literally trying to extort me
for showing my bank account once and what I'm paying in bills, you know, and brother West,
like literally told everybody to, you know, like after I went through three months, he was like,
stop, stop. And three months you've, you, you've paid more money than I've made in my lifetime.
And you don't need to show anybody.
And it didn't bother me, you know, like until, you know, a day later, you know, I have somebody trying to extort me.
You're going to send me $1.6 million.
Otherwise, I'm going to tell everybody that fucking you you you you you're you're you're doing something oh okay no cool let me grab your screenshot and share that with
the community too like the only people you're affecting is my community and my community
we'll just stay transparent with you know and let them know that, Hey, look, you know, and so you start to learn,
you know, that there it's, it's hard to be transparent necessarily in this, this area.
It is hard to be in an area where you don't have control, like sitting here and waiting on entitlements and TRC stuff to, for our TRC approval. Like you don't get to control any of
that. Once you've submitted, you're literally sitting
on your fucking hands and
you're trying to keep
and get more and more updates done and make sure
everything is right and beautiful and smooth
and the additional functions, processes,
the different worlds that you're building,
all these things are
still being taken care of, but
you're at the mercy of other people.
And that part sucks.
Um, it is literally because you don't know how long it's going to take, you know, like I even went and did what most people would do. Okay. Well, I've, I've now submitted, how long is this
going to take? And I went over to chat GPT said, Hey, how long is this going to take? And it said,
Oh, uh, it could take seven to 10 days. Okay, well, I submitted this a week before my birthday.
So we might be able to get live before my birthday, folks.
Like, woohoo, let's go.
And then all of a sudden I get on a call with PlayStation
after a month and like, what the fuck's going on?
And they're like, yeah, dude, no.
That was like back in 4.8.2.
Like, no, we have new things.
And once you get through a certain part
of entitlements, we're going to give you the TRC docs. And they gave us those TRC docs a week ago.
And I was like, okay, cool. So now we're going to go through this checklist. And then that doesn't
even open up the TRC side of it. And then, you know, we have one of the, the Sony admins that's
in our discord too. and i think that you know
after they got to see that hey yeah that there's commotion about this they they they finally came
up and said hey look like we'll we'll do this for you because we understand you you are waiting you
are you're getting beat up because of us um so in a way i have to thank astro and a few others you know like
but all of this is gonna show in the finished product it really is everything that you've been
doing all that money that you've invested and lost it's all gonna show in that finished project
and i can't wait to see it that's correct you know
that's what makes this space amazing that's what makes all these groups and founders and everybody
here amazing is being able to finally look at what you've achieved and what it costs to get there
like a lot of people don't understand why did i sign up the networks well in february when we originally submitted to get to trc before they fucked everybody um guess what i paid for those networks but i paid for a
fixed rate and then i found out that the fixed rate that they gave me was a great one do not
fucking fuck that up and then i went and i talked with one of the guys at the networking group for
instance because we pay a lot for the networks, for the UDP networks and everything.
And he said, look, man, you don't want to be on an adjustable.
And he goes, and let me give you an example.
And he sent me over Power World, which was the Pokemon fucking.
They had like three million active people.
He sent me over Power World's thing.
And he goes, look, they were on a fixed one until two
months before they went live. And while they were waiting on their approvals and everything,
they, they stopped their, their fixed rate and went to an adjustable. And he goes,
look at what the adjustable was for a PC only game. And I said, well, what was it? And he goes,
goes four hundred and seventy five thousand dollars so would you rather pay a hundred thousand
per network or four hundred and seventy five thousand dollars per network and i went you're
fucking kidding me right and he goes no no he goes just whatever you do figure out how to keep that
that going and like i thought we were going to be able to be live last February. And then February 26 came out and they said,
nope, none of the published products will be able to go live until 5.6.1.
And just like in Discord there, I just showed everybody,
it wasn't until August that 5.6.1's final SDK updates from PlayStation,
for instance, were even available.
In which case, we had to go through and build all that stuff.
So we spent six months building up all these things for PlayStation,
figuring out the fixes, figuring out the stuff,
then to just find out, oh, hey, by the way, in August, here you go.
So the end of August, we collected it. I think it was like the 26th or 27th of August of last year.
We got it. And a month later, we were submitting in for our entitlements to be done just before we left to Vegas.
And then, you know, today being its monumental note, you know, I got to go and go over to the calendar and mark it down that look today was the day that we we got through the hurdle and the trcs and now
we're able to move forward and and so you know it i'm going to tell everybody that's a founder you
want to know if you're a founder out there stay building stay vigilant stay transparent take the
ass whoopings when you when you got
the ass whoopings learn how to take the l's and turn them into w's sometimes an l is actually a
w you know something that was something that had me very fucking mad turned into somebody else
recognized it made a few phone calls did a few things and it benefited us um and so you know
like i said god works in mysterious ways.
Just stay in the grind, guys. It's worth it at the end of the day. For sure. I wouldn't be up here,
you know, helping host these NFA spaces and stand by Sid's side without everything that I've gone
through as well. And, you know, there's a few of you that know my struggles of what I've gone
through being co-founder twice and uh you know
getting out of those projects and whatnot but yeah it's it's not worth giving up it really isn't
especially if you are about the people that's you know that's one of my big things Mr. Green's
always been about the people in web3 more than the projects I buy into the people and uh you know it sounds like you you are
a great one to buy into code you know what you're doing and you are on your fucking way
you know brother like i said nothing can take the smile away from me today you know i can i can hear
it in your voice everybody earlier today you know my face was hurting so bad in discord i was like sitting

oh, you know, we're taking money from this and we're giving, you start lining yourself up to
be looked at as a security. Now, if you're a smaller project and you don't have a
ton of eyeballs, the likelihood that the SEC is going to look at you, it's very unlikely.
But if you have a lot of visibility on what you're doing, the chance of them coming at you,
those possibilities go up tremendously. So always you know, always just continue to research
whatever you're doing. Anybody that's in here that's building research constantly,
make sure you're staying up to date. If you have, you know, an attorney that you work with,
you know, have them constantly stand up to date with the new regulations that are there.

that day granted gold is just skyrocketing right now so you know that could be amazing for for
people because it ended up being more than what it initially was planned to be.
But for items, VFriends, they gave out at the beginning when they did their mint, they gave out for specific NFTs.
I think it was the gifted goats or something.

They had like all different types
of items that they were given away so by doing that there's not a specific value turn around
and sell it it's going to be whatever the value you can get for it makes a whole hell of a lot of
sense thanks for clarifying all that it's it's funny like talking about commodities and securities, because Bitcoin and Ethereum could technically be looked at
almost as commodities
because they're almost decentralized,
or they are decentralized,
whereas certain controlled coins
that are owned by a company
might be viewed more as securities.

know under this administration um you know at least here in the u.s and that again it could
be different whatever country you're in but um you know here they've they have flat out said that you know bitcoin ethereum are not considered securities
um so those two have been cleared obviously xrp has been cleared through everything that they
went through um so it's a lot of it has opened up um but you start getting into
uh other tokens depending on how they have it set up, you know, they could fall into that
category of being looked at as a security. So, you know, it's, it's so hard. I'm hoping that
the Clarity Act helps clear a lot of it up. It's interesting to see that Coinbase is, you know,
not really backing the current iteration of the clarity act so who knows
if we're going to see some more modifications to it um but overall i think when that actually
goes through the house and the senate and gets passed we're going to see a massive inflow into blockchain and crypto.
It'll be interesting to see.
I think this year is going to be a really cool year.

I feel like this isn't financial advice it's just something in my gut like i feel like 2021 obviously like covid was a black swan event and there was people getting
covid money and i don't know things were just weird right but crypto went so crazy 2017 crypto went crazy and
i just i just feel like i haven't felt that insane rush and there's a lot of things going
on in the world affecting things but i just i just think 2026 is going to be a crazy year for
for progress in a lot of these big projects, in Web3, in crypto.
I think we're in for a good year.
Yeah, I think this year is going to be the beginning
of a lot of that.
Last year, obviously, there was a lot of movement,
certain bills getting passed.
We'll see more
happening this year we're going to see more large institutions coming in um and you know getting
their footprint in the web 3 space um a lot of us that have been building you know nifty's world
you know hostile crypto and the hogs you know what we're doing with star dogs and income island and
everything else within you know our different businesses that we have metarides you know, what we're doing with Stardogs and Income Island and everything else within, you know,
our different businesses that we have, MetaRides, you know, the list goes on and on. But these
people who have been building through, you know, the good times and the bad times, you know,
that effort will pay off. And I think we're going to see a lot of movement. We're seeing a lot of
different communities coming together. You've got, you know,
big individuals that are going in and sweeping collections. You know, Gary Vee has been popping
in on, you know, different NFT brands that have been building for a while. People who are very
community-based and he's been sweeping the floors. Same with adam weitzman um you know both of them
very well established deep pockets but they're you know they're getting people excited um and
we're starting to see a lot of movement happen
