I'm just dandy i'm excited
to release this merch and to see where the product's going now that we are restructuring
everything awesome dude yeah for sure me too it's been an exciting last month i know for a lot of
you guys it's been it's been very quiet so we're excited to update you on everything we've been
working on and just um i think you're going to be excited too, when you hear that all we've been doing and
we're finally set up in a way that's going to provide us longevity. So what we wanted to start
off with for the day is just that the same topic we were just talking about, which is
a little bit of time we've been quiet. So to basically get things started,
essentially about two months back, the way our team was structured, Domino, the artist, was handling most of the workload for the business, balancing the combination of the business duties for Dom's, personal brand stuff for his music.
personal brand stuff for his music. And essentially it was just, it was so much that
it came to a point where it was impacting personal life, family connections. Um, you guys know how
that is periods of time in your life where there's a lot of work, a lot of things, maybe to a point
where you've taken on too much. Um, it can get to a point where you're becoming burnt out. So
it kind of came to a head where if you wanted to continue the project,
he was going to have to delegate more of the responsibility. We were going to have to figure
out a way to be able to work together as a team cohesively. So we were able to take some time.
And I know it was a little bit of quiet for the public on that end, but restructure the team and
basically delegate things in a way that allows Domino to be able to focus on his strong suits, which is creativity.
And as a music artist and a multidisciplinary artist who does many things, that's his strong suit.
set up in a way that is going to allow us to be able to not only have the spaces weekly,
get our merch out every single month, push and grow the community and make the project bigger.
But we're going to be able to do that with longevity in mind without anyone getting to a
point where they're getting burnt out. So it's been a, I know it's been a while since we've been
on, but we're now set up in a way where we won't be having breaks like that anymore, ever again.
And we're built to last now.
So we're super excited about that.
And we wanted to kind of go in for you guys.
One of the biggest things about DOMS is we want to be as transparent as possible with the community.
So we wanted to basically update you guys on the team and who's going to all be involved in handling the responsibilities.
Many of you here
know Silky. He's basically our social media manager. He handles a lot of the Twitter related
things and he's now an official team member and part of the business as well as Mountain Man.
I see him out there in the audience. He's a really big help to the back end of our business. So he'll be taking on a large part of the responsibility and myself helping
in a lot of the back end business operations.
So we have a nice team built out to be able to distribute the workload,
which I think will be huge.
Did you have anything you wanted to comment on regarding that Silky?
No, I think you hit everything right on the bone, man.
I mean, perfectly said.
We just took us some time to be able to restructure everything how we wanted to.
It was a pain in my chest when we did kind of take that step back, but I was always still
rocking with Dom's, always still buying the NFTs.
I was always still softly shilling.
We just needed our little setback to kind of figure out where our heads were at, realistically
what we can do for at the
time being and then how to move forward and I feel like we executed it perfectly on the back end
without having to be too rowdy on the front end and just focused on overall just building that
foundation over hype because hype only really lasts you so long and then you got to rely on
the foundation so you might as well get that established first.

I think let's tap in a little bit more to that point.
I think one of the things we're trying to build at Dom's is a project that's going to allow us to be able to scale and grow
and be one of the most prominent projects on base.
Not something that quickly allows us to take off
and maybe make some progress, but then flatline out,
but something that allows us to be able to operate years into the future. So like you said, I think being able to take that
step back while it was a little bit of time off, it was necessary. And for the team, it allowed us
to be able to basically distribute things in a way that's going to allow us to be able to continue
forward, but not only move forward, but for you guys do so in a way that the things that we're promising, we're able to hit and in quick timelines, you know,
which is very, very important. So we're excited about that. And we also wanted to inform you
guys, another exciting announcement is we're bringing on a handful of people. It's basically
the way that's going to help us to be able to launch and scale our growing new brand ambassadors.
And we have a couple on tonight that later on in the space we're going to talk with.
But super exciting for us.
Obviously, we're going to be making a huge push on social media over the next month.
But these people will basically allow us to be able to touch other
audiences. I'm sure many of you being creators in crypto yourself know that you get kind of stuck
sometimes in that echo chamber type thing where you might be doing a lot of work to connect with
others. But if the work you're doing to connect with others is to the same people, you run into
a little bit of a dilemma. So our goal
is to be able to reach many audiences and many communities and bring people together. So we're
going to be bringing on a handful of people. And we actually have more positions that we're looking
to fill. And that's going to be an ongoing process over the next month. But that will be our goal,
essentially, is to bring on a handful of people that can be hosting their own spaces through the week, making posts, helping grow the
Telegram, the Discord. And that'll really help us to be able to expand our outreach. Silky,
did you have something you wanted to say on that note? Yeah, you're doing a fantastic job,
brother. I just wanted to also add that I personally have been scooping up tokens for
like a... We're going to try it out.
We're not going to rely on it too much, but to kind of help onboard some people to help, we're going to do like a pay to raise system.
So me and Jake were part of a project a while ago where it actually worked out pretty dang well and we saw a lot of growth.
It was just the wrong time.
We're fighting the bear market trying to push a project and it wasn't working, but we did see great progress as far as engagement went on the system that we used.
So we're still talking on the back end of how we're going to implement that.
So it's either that or I'm probably going to send out a mass tokens of random air supply to like random wallets within certain projects as well.
Yes, absolutely. So definitely. Thanks know, thanks for bringing that out. So if you were,
and so he's been doing an absolutely incredible job, um, killing it, connecting with people for
us, getting onto spaces, helping us to be able to expand and grow. And, um, with that in mind,
we kind of want to fill you guys in on our overall plan over the next few months, just as people that
are interested in the project, you know, you deserve to know what the plan is and how we plan to grow and expand. The first step for us will be getting
the NFT sold out. That'll help us as a project hugely to be able to outreach into other sections
of the business. And along with that, we're going to be having our monthly merch drops
and other products starting this month tonight, which is super exciting. We've been talking about that for a while.
And the combination of these things will help us as we grow and expand, basically be able to build
a really strong family and Web3 community. And what that'll allow us to do is as we push more into this physical product space, the group of diehard Web3 fans, we need them.
And, you know, it's going to be very vital to us having that family.
So we're working on that now, just expanding our community, getting the NFT sold out.
Once we get that done, we can start to raise our floor.

As our floor goes up, obviously, it'll provide more resources to us to be able to expand into
different sections. We've talked about before how we're going to be doing vinyl figures,
collectibles, and we have many more ideas and plans going into the future. So we're super
excited to present all of those things. But in order for us to be able to get to that point, first, it's going to be built through consistency,
hard work on our end, which we promised to you guys, and just being able to connect and grow
as a community. And that's what we're going to be focusing on. Silky, do you have something you

Yeah, I built a NFT website where whenever you mint an NFT,
I used to make a lot of dubstep with a lot of my friends, like Sound System Music.
So what I did was I took an arsenal of our, like, collabs,
some tracks that I haven't even put out on the internet yet.
So if you mint an NFT and you go through the token gate process and verify your wallet it gets you access to uh
19 tracks that me and my friends have made or i have my homies send me to put up for grabs so that
was a really cool learning experience for me and it kind of definitely opened my mind up more to
the possibilities of web3 yeah man you did great on it brother it was a simple process and everything worked
smooth man yeah but justin he's a man he's a hell of a dude man he's uh helped us some on the back
end he's gonna be helping us once we uh get our nft collection uh done he's gonna randomize it
for us and he's also gonna build us a web page off our website where you can mint the uh you
know puggles nfts just like how
doms is you know so it's pretty exciting and can't wait you know he's a busy man though yeah he's got
to the point where you have to schedule something on his website now dude it's crazy but it's it's
good that means he's making money and he's doing what he wants to do so i'm all for it oh yeah i
mean i send him dms on x he's like man don't send me no dms here's my email address

then it's like you said if you want to meet we already had like two uh calls with him you know

partner to us. So yeah, I hope everyone's excited for that because we've been talking
about that for a while. So that'll be pretty huge having him on and we're going to be officially
releasing something pretty big for the token community.
Something else we want to touch on as well is we just recently set up a marketing wallet. So we want to be
transparent about that. It will be used for funds just regarding the team, whether that's like
advertising, marketing, or it involves production for the merch, whatever the case may be.
And we're going to be sending out the wallet address for that after the space. That way, if anyone would
like to track it, they have the ability to. And additionally, we wanted to tell you guys that the
funds in that wallet are completely safe. We set up a multi-signature wallet that has all of us
team members on it. Meaning if you've never heard of that, honestly, I hadn't heard of as of a
little bit ago, just because I had never had to deal with this type of a situation before.
But to be able to do transactions, whether that's send out tokens, swap tokens, whatever the case may be, all three people have to sign off on it.
Just like when you go to do a transaction in your wallet, how it sends you the request and you have to approve it. It has to be approved by three people.
And that essentially provides a layer of protection where even if someone were to get access to the wallet
or somehow find their way into one of our wallets, that large store of funds would be completely protected.
And we will also be doing, when we decide to use large chunks of those funds for project-based purposes,
we will be doing polls so that we can have the community's feedback on what we're doing
and make sure that we're doing things in a way that makes the community happy.
And also at the same time, we're transparent about how we're using the funds
that are being stored up for the project.
So we'll be sending that out on the Discord.
I will be announcing it after the space is over.
So any of you guys who love tracking
and just paying attention to the blockchain
and all that stuff,

for some peace of mind

Speaking of that, I actually really wanted to comment on Mr. Puggle,
something you said earlier in the space that I think is super applicable to us. I like how you said sometimes you have to take a step back in order to get where you're going.
And I think whether that's in life or in business or in crypto,
progress isn't linear. It's never in a straight line. And sometimes in order for you to be able to tackle the next hurdle, you have to be able to take a step back and position yourself to be
able to do it. And I feel like we had talked about earlier, we're finally in a position now
where we have things delegated, we're running smoothly. I personally, so I was in school, I finished my last certification, I'm working on
cybersecurity. But I've foregoed going looking for jobs, although I finished up my last bit of
schooling to work full time on this. So we're all going at this, putting a lot of time and effort
into it. And these next six months is just going to be dedication, consistency, and hard work from us.
So we really, really, really thank you guys for showing up to support us.
And we're not going to let you guys down.

already seen like ever since we had that conversation and kind of all realized that's
what was going down you could already see like the life in him come back i don't know how to
explain it mountain man can explain it too it's just like there's definitely a side of domino that's back that we haven't seen in a while
and that was what i was kind of waiting for too so really excited just to kind of see where his
artwork takes us and basically where uh us in the community can go and i also want to shout out to

it was just a wrap we've all been cool since then and they've always helped me out and just kind of

And when I remember having a conversation with Crypto Stoner and one kind of things were slowing down, he goes, hey, man, he goes, just do what you need to do.

So I also want to shout out to him for kind of just bringing life back into me and for the Green Pill Collective for just having our back and just kind of just, you know, loving us at the same time the way that we love them.
So I'm just happy for it all.

And I think overall, what we want to let you guys in on, too, is we of came to a head where it's like, we have so much potential here.
We already have, with Dom trying to balance everything out and do both at the same time, we've still built a really strong community.

I know for myself with packing up the potential just nine to five work opportunities,
I thought there's no way I can let this die without giving it 100% effort and giving it
all we possibly have. So yeah, we talked about it and we were like, I think Dom came to that
realization too. And you guys know in the crypto space, it's hard.
You know, you know, everybody online.
It's like, you have to get to know the people around you and it can take time to build that
trust.
But we took the time, we built the trust and we really also just made great friends.
I know Domino, I love the guy.
He's been now just a really great friend of mine.
Same with Silky, same with Malin.
They're just great dudes who I've come to trust and just love his people, you know,
ask them for advice.
So it's been nice.
We built really good bonds.
And this isn't allowing us now to take this to the next step.
Now that we all have this trust in each other, to be able to build something that really
would be a shame if it didn't, if it wasn't given the opportunity to grow into the thing that it can't
so we're going to be giving it that 100% effort and we got some we got some new guys up here let's

And I think, too, for us, a big thing that we try to pay attention to is listening to the community.
Because I think when you make a decision, some people might be like, oh, this is our decision.

But we're flexible to say, okay, this was the decision that we originally made.

And we want to make sure that we're doing things the best possible.
We're willing to listen to feedback and make adjustments, you know.
I think that takes, you have to have that humility at all times when you're running a brand and a company.
Because if you get too much in your own head and what you want, you miss the whole picture.

And that is the reason that a community can grow and get stronger and a project
grows.

we're implementing that to the best of our ability,

this this and this and buddy's like you you switch your opinion that fast and i go well yeah you're
supposed to change your opinion based off of new information like i really like that and no no no that's very
true i heard this um i read a book that was basically on about going through life almost
looking at things like a scientist um and looking at things with hypothesis type um view because
the problem is i think a lot of people you start attaching things to your identity um everything that you say and every decision you make becomes a part of your
identity so if somebody tells you like hey look at it from this perspective um it can be you know
end of the world no matter what even if there is the most amazing evidence provided um they
won't change their mind but it's really important to be able to be open-minded. And I think overall, especially in a business sense, being open-minded and being able to make adjustments and not have it be ego-related is number one.
And I mean dynamic original mindsets, that's kind of – we're super into –
I'm super into science.

are new. Like for me, I got into crypto like in November and I never thought I was, I'm the type
of person where I jump into things like you. I wanted to learn as much as possible
and just spend a lot of time. And like Soki said, I was involved in a lot of different projects.
I was super early into Alien Base and the Arrow Bud.
And there've been different projects I've worked with or just communicated with.
But Dom's, I really saw potential because of Dom himself, the dev who created it,
was just such a great guy, super transparent, has worked so hard on creating this,
so much effort into it.
And not only that, I saw the NFTs and I love them.
I'm like, oh, this is sick.
Like the first day I saw it, I was like, I knew like, okay, this has a lot of potential.
And since then we've grown and done so much.
I saw this vision that, okay, if we put the time in, there's really something possible here.
But like Silky said, we just want you to be able to completely be yourself.
And what we look for is just somebody who understands
the pro like sees the project and is like, Oh, I really liked this and is passionate about it.
And then from there, you know, everybody has a different style of communicating
and just outreaching. So we're really excited that you're willing to work with us and honestly
honored that you're willing to be a part of our community and be an ambassador for us. So
