for a specter. It's been kind of crazy. Um, let me elaborate on this in just a second. I do want
to, before I get into it, ask you guys to please repost the space, tag your buddies. Let's get some

But yeah, so it's been a crazy last few days for me specifically.
I believe it was.
Saturday morning, I woke up and I walked into my office and the leak that had happened during Wednesday night's show, because during Wednesday's Chop It Up, I was making a joke that, you know, there was a leak in the ceiling and I was getting wet.
But because I'm lettuce, it was actually refreshing.
A little water is not going to hurt.
You know, we're plants.
But we were, you know, it was raining hard and I had a leak in my ceiling and it was not looking good.
And I called the insurance adjusters and I was like, hey, like, you know, you guys got to take a look at this and how much is going to, you know, what you'll pay to get it fixed.
And they're like, all right, we'll send someone out. And they're so backed up that days had gone by.
And now my ceiling is absolutely collapsed in my office.
And no, I was not in there.
I woke up to it.
I'm a heavy sleeper and I sleep with the fan on.
So I didn't even know what had happened.
It was crazy.
So that's the story behind me doing this Monday night space in my kitchen at my table.
So I don't have my speakers, no intro song.

We're going to get everything squared away.
So it's not the end of the world, but definitely a downer.

taken things out of my desk and stuff. So luckily when I saw it was looking bad, I got some valuable
things that were on my desk out of there. but yeah, my speakers are definitely buried at the moment.

Hopefully Harmon can hold down the intro music on Wednesday space and we can have a normative beginning of the space because this has been kind of wacky.

I get on X because I wake up in the morning and the first thing I do is I turn over in bed and
I open up X. And I see that the Elmo account has been hacked. And it's like a bunch of racist,
it's like Hitler stuff that someone hacked the Elmo account, the official Elmo account. It's like Hitler stuff. And I'm like, I was like, maybe I just go back to bed. Maybe I go back to bed. I think the world is like respecter. Maybe today's just going to be a little too chaotic for you to handle back to back crazy mornings.

But it was a fine day, and now I wake up this morning,
and my favorite UFC fighter, Conor McGregor, has nudes.
I roll over in bed, and I see his nudes all over my timeline.
And I'm like, dude, I'm just going to stop checking X in the morning.
I'm just going to not.
When I wake up, I'm'm not gonna go into my office
even when the ceilings even when the ceiling's repaired the ceiling's repaired everything's
clean i'm just not gonna enter my office in the mornings in fear that something will have collapsed
and then i'm not gonna check x in the morning and i think those two things that are everything's
gonna be right in the world because nothing could be wrong if you just don't see anything
right I'll just blindfold wake up make my coffee drive to the gym and everything
will be fine so so it's been a crazy last few mornings but things are looking
up unfortunately it's still storming now and my pup is not enjoying it so that's that's
always fun poor bandit supposed to be crazy all week with this storming so hopefully uh
i don't know when the roofers are going to come out the insurance adjusters need to come out asap
i don't they're they're definitely sl, but it's all good. We're
going to get through it. I appreciate, I see some of you guys in the room were in the MetaBlast
space. I appreciate everyone that pulled up to that before this space. It was a pretty good space.

So I'm pumped again these these spaces although they've been pretty consistent
these last few mondays i've we've noticed that the room turnout is not huge and i was telling alex
we need the gameplay we need more gameplay we've posted some but people need to see
our characters all running around that has to be move. And someone was saying in the post, you know,
or in the space that lettuce monsters have always been turning up to those
spaces.
We've gotten some rebels, but where are the whoopsies?
Where are the corkies?
And I truly believe that when holders see this kind of gameplay and they,
they're able to play it themselves and they have a, you know,
a date for when they can
play these 1v1s and these online multiplayers and whatnot and plus they'll be able to record
their own footage you know because then inside metablast there's a screen recording mechanism
in the game which is pretty cool um so i think once people are able to make that kind of content
and plug in in that sort of way it's going to become real to them.
Because, I mean, how many of us bought into Web3 Gaming and have been kind of disappointed in the past?
Like, so many brands talked about making a game and just nothing happened.
So, you know, what did we get?
Like, trailers of characters running around?
So, I think it's not
real until people really get to that point so we will have that soon though and uh i think it is
important that we keep showing up to those spaces and showing love because uh it is very obvious
you know and all love to our partners butuce Monsters are definitely the most vocal. We are going the
hardest. We need to keep that up. We need to be those guys. So it's always nice pulling up to
that space. And although we've been consistent with the Meta Blast spaces, it doesn't look like
we're going to have a space next week. We'll still have this community space. This is always,
look, we'll have this space even if Respecter's room is underwater.
We'll have this space even if, you know, even if my kitchen is leaking too and there's no place I can go for it to be dry.
I will have an umbrella and I'll have this space under the umbrella.
So the show will go on.
But as far as the Meta Blast space,
I think Alex is going to be out of town next week.
So we probably won't have a space then.
Maybe I'll try to see if he can improvise,
if we have any cool new updates.
And, you know, again, I really want to stream,
even if we can't interact with it, of just gameplay.
Because he has streamed gameplay on X before,
and it was a success.
So I may try to encourage him to take that route.
But, oh, man. No, it's been, it has been quite a week. x before and it was a success so well i may try to encourage him to take that route but

is not something we've touched on before but i think we've finally gotten all the banking
stuff done it's been very difficult because he's in canada and we're and i'm in the united states but i think
we finally got everything figured out which is good we had a few small complications about who
to go with but i think we're good and i think that was the only thing holding us back from the shop
so our merch is is done it is all designed and I think you guys are really going to like it. We showed a sneak peek of the Let's Grow mug earlier in the week, so that will be one of the options that are available for purchase.
But that store is going to be going live soon, though.
I wish we could announce it tonight, going live tonight, but we definitely want to make a little more of a big deal about that, make a post and, you know, really try to garner engagement around that.

of years like it's getting better but it's also getting worse at the same time like drugs are
better but like just like crime in general is worse.
So yeah, it's a bit of a pickle.

What kind of crime is going on in your neighborhood?
Just like assaults and, and like theft, like a lot of like property theft and mostly like
property theft, I guess.
But yeah, it's pretty bad. I mean, like,
I don't know, you know, like, I think everywhere is pretty bad, but it's just pretty bad.
Well, Harmon, if I'm not mistaken, you told me that your job is remote work, so I have to question why you have not moved down to Virginia with me.
I mean, the crime is also not great, but on the bright side, I will protect you.

in the driveway like we're doing like you know uh blocking all possible view of my front deck, I guess.
We put in some work, man.

If it gets stolen now, like, I don't even know.

like I said, it's gotten like crazy it's gotten a lot better in the last five years but theft is on the rise like
homelessness theft poverty canada is like stricken with homelessness and poverty like no matter what
city you go to there's people living in tents and you can see like within their tent city there's like a
shitload of bicycles a ton of copper wire that they're stripping like they'll just take whatever
they can to make whatever money they can and there's really like no going around it whether
you're in the wealthy area of town I mean people target the wealthy area to begin with and then if
you're in the ghetto you're just kind of like subject to it.
It's like it might happen, it might not.
But you can't avoid it no matter where you are in town.

of the summer and they were stolen in like three days bro like you just can't have nice things
around here you can't have things in general around here oh dude harman that sucks because
dude imagine you create a vegetable garden and you're growing lettuce, and then one day you wake up and all of your lettuce from your garden is just, I mean, at that point, is it really rabbit? You know what I mean? Because from what you've told me.

That could just be some porch pirate getting a midnight salad is what it
sounds more likely yeah i think that is more likely you know i'm not worried now but like
come october when my garden is in full bloom i think i might be a little bit more concerned but
um at the moment people aren't stupid you know like they know not to like if if they if they
pull the plant they're not getting anything.
And the plant is most likely not going to survive.
The plant is like in the ground.
So the root structure is growing rapidly all over the place.
It's not like it's in a pot.
They can't just like take the pot and go.
But come October, I will certainly be a little bit more concerned, you know, trim off some branches and reap the rewards of the vegetables that I grew for
them.

being better elsewhere and, and, uh, there's no comfort in that. I don't feel like I would just
be uprooting myself to the same problems problems so no see what happens i i definitely
like that kind of the struggle story like i certainly have not like made it yet but dude i
know i've sent you pictures of like my old warehouse and nf tourette's has seen it versus
like where we're operating out of now and dude our old warehouse it was like no, it was like no AC.
It was literally like a barn, dude.
It was like a massive barn that we were like, it was honestly absurd.
Now that I'm not operating out of there, I'm more comfortable posting pictures.
And I posted them in chat, but maybe on the timeline of how absurd it was.
But dude, the struggle is real yeah tourette's is laughing down there because he did the he did the um he hooked up all
the security cameras and did the network engineering for for a literal barn and it was it was so bad
we're just driving our off-road forklift like through this barn trying to like unload trucks and stuff.
It was like absurd.
Like such bad working conditions.
Like it's a good thing that our employees are not actually employees.
They're like contracted because we definitely – we're breaking some sort of rule there.

But no, we're good look it's all part of the struggle and
I'll tell you what do this market is making me wish I had more Bitcoin dude absolutely crazy
it's I mean, I know this is not like a a
Bitcoin space or anything, but we don't usually talk about market conditions too much. But I will
say, you know, all time high this week, it feels kind of crazy not to mention it, you know,
bro, a few all time highs this week, like, we're sitting at $168,000 Canadian, I think right now,
the last time that I really aped into Bitcoin was like $65,000 Canadian. So it's like, if my mom would have put 30k into
Bitcoin when it was $18,000, she would be loving life right now. But sure enough, she didn't listen
to her boy. But bro, every time every time I see the notification for a new all-time high, I wondered to myself why I spent like three Bitcoin on a graphics
card back in 2012. But, you know, Bitcoin was $99 at the time. And to me, a free graphics
card was a good deal. But that's like a $480, like eighty thousand dollar graphics card now so i'm
like uh you know the all-time highs are nice but you you won't catch me celebrating on the timeline
no dude same same bro but that's the thing that uh you know you know we we talk about mental health
in the space because of things like this you know what i mean like and we joke about it but
um it is for for us vets in the building it is uh it is kind of it does suck to see at times
because you are like oh that uh i always think about the guy that they always use as the example
that bought the pizza back when yeah it's like dude like oh it's uh it's tough but you know what i think we still
have time i think uh mass adoption yeah you know we're still we're still early if this market says
anything about where we're headed and i'm not a financial analyst it's not financial advice but
you know like we are sitting in the quietestest all time highs we've ever seen that no
one's talking about it. You know, the, the thing is, is that it's quiet right now because the
industries are getting into it. You know, like the, the corporations are getting into it. Those,
those investors are getting into it now. So we're seeing all time highs, but it's not even
a bull market. Like we can't even consider this a bull market. Nobody's bullish. No one's cheering
at the rooftop. It's like this is legitimately just pure growth based on interest from institutions.
So yeah, like we've seen Bitcoin hit 100K. We've seen it go back down to like 30K.
You know, it's inevitable.
It's going to go back down from the all-time highs.
It just doesn't really matter.
I like to joke around about it.
I like to say, you know, oh, damn, I shouldn't have bought that graphics card.
But if I didn't buy that graphics card, it's one less person using Bitcoin for what it was originally intended.
And I think that that helps with adoption long term. You know, if no one's using it, then there's no value in it. So
I'm all right. I think the all time highs lately are phenomenal. And I'm still holding Bitcoin.
I'm probably underexposed because I have a lot of faith in the next altcoin
rush. But I'm like, I'll gamble for higher gains, you know, like my, what I'm used to in crypto is
like 200% gains, 280% gains, like, I don't really care for the 10% gains that Bitcoin is showing.
Like, it's not a large amount of gain.
Sure, the dollar amount is high, but, like, the percentage is not at all.
No, absolutely.
Like, I was joking with my buddy Blake with the Wake and Blake show earlier.
You know, I just, you know, and we don't, look, we don't, like, shill any coins in this space.
That's not our style. We may we may have some partnerships down the road
But it was cool hearing how bullish he was like, you know

Utility token or something that has you know hundred K market cap, you know

sell electrical and industrial equipment well it had a tin roof right the roof was tin and when it
rained you thought we were you would think we were being bombed. So it was honestly insane.

actively this week. My neighbor let me use her driveway because we like her driveway goes into mine
eventually so i'm like i've got like cars parked all in the front i'm feeling good
