Thank you. Oh, hey guys!
Sorry, I wasn't paying attention.
I am trying to quote, post my stuff.
And I'm waiting for Fawn.
Where is he?
Thank you. Can you guys throw an emoji if you can hear me?
Because I was having some audio issues.
There's Fawn.
Why can't I hear anything?
This is weird.
You guys can hear me?
All right, cool.
All right.
I gave you co-host Fawn.
Let's see if this works.
Hey. See if this works. Hey.
See if what works.
Oh, there we go.
I lost, I was trying to get my AirPods in and then something happened and I totally lost sound.
And I was like, oh my God, did the space glitch?
It's working.
Yeah, yeah, it worked.
I could hear you.
I like to believe I'm i'm fashionably late
no which is like on time no no no no nope nope you know i like sitting up here talking to myself
well see what you could do you could just like when you pull up you just press play on a song
right away and you let people in and i know that gives i was working on it that gives fun to a chance
To like smoke his bowl
And like talk to the neighbor
Real quick about the work that's gonna get done
On the truck tomorrow
Oh what's going on with your truck
No it's just getting the wheel bearings done
He got the first one done a couple days ago
But it took him like 10 hours
Just to do the one because it was so seized up
And so he's doing the He's doing the other tomorrow, and then I'll go get an alignment on Saturday.
And then the truck should be fucking golden.
Like, it's been โ€“ honestly, it's been driving much better.
Like, I'm doing the wheel bearings because they're just old and run down, but it wasn't because I had to.
Yes. So it's going to be running.
You're not going to have to do much to it.
I mean, I think I ended the have to do stuff at this point.
Like at this point, now I'm doing stuff that it could use, but is not absolutely necessary right this second necessarily.
Well, that's good.
That's progress.
Making moves.
It's running good it
starts every day and for a car with 300 000 miles that's always an incredible feat
that's a lot actually 300 and 2000 well that's because this is from an era when they used to
build cars and trucks to last wow true yeah like yeah it's not it's not a car that if you're if you're a worry
wart and like something happens you're gonna like have a panic attack that's not it's not your kind
of car um because it's old it's old so sometimes shit does happen but i'm like i've made the
decision i'm gonna fucking redo a lot of it and even if i sell it in the end i'm gonna put in a
lot of work into it so that it's because it's like, I just I've put so little money into it. And I was talking to him about the swap
that the motor swap that he was going to do the diesel swap. And I was wrong about what I thought
it was going to be. And so I like we talked about why it's like, it'll make it one of only two or
three trucks in the whole world that have this swap. Wow. So what are you saying swap? So yeah,
so it's right now I have a regular V8 gas engine and I'm going to swap it with a turbo diesel motor.
Oh, okay. I know nothing about cars. I'm just going to preface this. Well, diesel,
diesel is that stuff you shouldn't put in your car unless it's supposed to have diesel.
So it's right. So yeah, I'm going to go from gas to your car unless it's supposed to have diesel so it's right so yeah I'm gonna go from gas to diesel but it's gonna like triple my gas mileage just by doing
that swap oh my god is it already a gas guzzler oh yeah I get I get I get 10 I get 10 in the city
if I'm lucky oh my god that's it that's if I'm driving it nice you know I'm like if I'm being
easy on it because it is a five-speed so like I can drive That's if I'm driving it nice, you know? I'm like, if I'm being easy on it, because it is a five speed.
So like I can drive it hard or I can drive it nice.
And yeah, as long as I'm driving it nice, I can get 10 in the city and I can get 12
on the highway.
It's so bad.
That's not good.
So AJ came home with a truck when he came back from South Carolina.
It's a, what is it?
It's like a Tacoma or something.
And that thing, that thing just eats gas.
Well, that's, it doesn't eat, I'm telling you, it probably doesn't eat it as bad.
I bet you he's getting like 14, 15.
Probably better than yours, yes.
Slightly better than mine.
So just know that it gets worse.
That's good to know.
Guys, it could always be worse. Great. That's good to know. Guys, it could always be worse. This is something to always keep
in mind for, you know, things like perspective, which is important to have in life. You know,
perspective is good. I know I'm trying. I'm trying. Well, you know, it's the stuff too.
So I know. Amazing. Right. Amazing. Yeah. You know, change your mindset, change your mind.
I mean, look, we're not there yet. I'm just, I'm faking it till you make it kind of thing.
And I'm hoping that I'm just going to start to adopt.
That's a good, that's a good strategy. It sounds ridiculous, but like it really is because,
you know, getting yourself to believe certain things is usually the hardest part in life.
If you already don't believe something, if you don't believe it's possible,
if you don't believe it'll ever happen to you, it makes it really hard to change
because that's half of what's holding you back is your inability to believe that.
So yeah, I think it's important.
I think fake it until you make it is good because you can retrain your mind.
I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to fake it a little bit
until you actually make it.
And then once you make it, then you're golden.
It's trying to get to the make it part.
I'm trying to make it.
Oh, my God.
But I see we got some really awesome people up in this space right now.
I see Mella.
We got Pugs and Joseph, Maureen Rue, 1G, James
Ababer, Edward, Jodi B, and what is this? Artificial Intelligence Canada Inc. Cool. Cool name.
I am going to very quickly, I'm going to press play on a track because I need to buy myself a
little bit of time. But since y'all are sitting here hanging out, please repost the space.
We appreciate y'all. Repost the space and then, yeah, listen to the song and I'm going
to send out some DMs to some friends. Oh man, cause I'm a bitch, I'm already rich
Just looking for that
This party sucks, I'm about to ditch
Don't, don't, don't even try to get give me shit
I've earned the right to be, be like this
Oh, you say you love me?
That's funny
Well, so do I
I'm just looking for a good time Joyride, so do I los I'm getting loser for the
Keep your eyes on the road
A label whore, but I'm bored of wearing clothes
You want kids?
Well, I am mother

Joy, joy, joy
All right, guys, thank you so much for joining us for Drop the Mic,
a special edition with me and my good friend Fondue.
We do this every Thursday night, usually at 8 p.m. EST,
but when Fond co-hosts with me, it's at 9.
Because some of us have jobs now.
Yeah, but you're not working on Thursdays anymore.
Yes, I am.
Oh, wow. Sorry. Oh, I am. Oh, wow.
Oh, maybe I didn't tell you.
So I was Monday to Wednesday, but they had to move me because they needed some coverage on Thursdays.
So now I'm Tuesday to Thursday.
I was going to ask you if you would be open to dropping the time back down, but forget it.
That's okay.
But hey, no worries.
No worries, guys.
But yeah, so usually everyone in here pretty much knows.
I do see some new people down there, so just FYI.
This space is usually hosted, usually hosted by me and Tony from Crimefighter.
But Tony's a doctor, and he took a new contract with a different medical company.
Whatever, whatever, whatever.
I know, and he's not around as much.
That's just so lame, so lame.
I know, I'm really upset about it, by the way.
What an excuse, oh my God.
I like to pull in, I like to pull in my friends
to do these little special editions of Drop the Mic, which whatever.
I think next week,
probably going to have Jules co-host with me if he's still down.
And then, the week after that,
Drop the Mic falls on July 3rd,
which is my birthday.
Pick me! Pick me, Carol! Pick me!
Well, you know, I have Stash.
You said that he would co-host with me,
but I'll probably need another co-host, guys.
So, hope you all join for the birthday party.
Joe, how are you tonight? You doing know my can you tell I'm very excited. What's happening? Well, I'm
amped. So I'm connected to my electric guitar.
And I just can't wait to unleash it.
Because most people think of me as a singer or a piano player.
I've got some electric guitar players.
Anyway, I'll save that for later.
Wow, that's amazing.
That sounds awesome.
What kind of a guitar is it?
So I've got an Epiphone Hollow Body.
It's a Joe Pass Signature model.
And it is bright cherry red with a sunburst top.
And it is gorgeous.'s got gold um hardware
and i'm connected to this little tiny amp it's about the size of my fist basically but it puts
out a huge sound and i just put a microphone to it and i could just rock out anyway it's not my
turn yet so i'll wait for my turn that That sounds beautiful. I'm happy for you, man
Opening remarks fun if you want to you know time and say anything so you mean
We're not he's probably smoking bull What happened? Wait, what? What happened? Hold on, hold on, hold on.
So you can do that.
What was that?
It's not a bong.
This is what he does with his faces now, Mella.
Every time he hosts.
Mella, do you see what happened when you left me?
There's Mella and then there's Mello.
You left me and now I just smoke weed
and yell at people all day.
They call me Mello Yello.
The weight of your lungs is on my shoulders.
No, it's not.
I hope you're good, though.
It's been a hot minute.
I'm fucking fantastic good, though. It's been a hot minute. I'm fucking fantastic.
Feeling good, baby.
Feeling fucking good.
Kara, where are we at in the show?
What are we doing?
I actually have breaking news, if you guys would like an alert.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Hello? Hello? Mellaby? M Melody, I hear you have breaking news!
Woo! Break the news! Break it, baby!
I do have breaking news.
This news brought to you by...
Oh, God. Okay, so this is important for my creator friends,
my friends that might use CapCut to make videos or to edit things.
You know, there's plenty of people on this platform that use CapCut.
Please stop using CapCut.
This is a warning.
They literally just updated their terms of service.
And by using it, you give them permanent permission, permanent, to use your videos, your voice, your likeness forever, even in ads.
Let me get through this because there's a lot to unpack here.
Even in ads and even if you delete your account.
So on top of that, if you use copyright music in your videos that they can just now steal apparently you are liable if they get
sued so pretty much don't use cap cut anymore if they so like sometimes cap cut will um
they'll take now they have the rights to take people's content to take people's videos and use
them in their ads so you know those ads when you're scrolling through instagram and it's like use CapCut to edit your videos. They can use your videos without your
permission. They can monetize on your videos without your permission. They can use your voice.
They can use your likeness, everything. And then if they get sued, you are the person that used that
copyrighted music in your video. So none of the liability falls back on them.
I've read the fine print.
You take the legal risk.
If you have music in the background of your video and they choose to use it.
this is like massive fucking,
this is terrible because if this is what companies are going to start getting
away with,
it's absolutely terrible.
So please stop using CapCut.
Do not trade your control of your art or your freedom for convenience.
Find a different platform.
Definitely not.
Okay, a couple questions.
Well, first question.
This obviously doesn't apply retroactively, right?
I have no idea.
That's what I'm trying to find out right now.
There's no way, though.
There's no way they could get away with that,
changing the terms of service,
and then they can now use your old videos that you've done pre this like that would be a lawsuit in itself yeah i i
have a feeling um okay so the thing is like what i'm researching is telling me that it does apply
retroactively because in the terms of service it says a perpetual irrevocable worldwide royalty
free and sub licensable license to use reproduce modify publish and distribute your content
and because the license is perpetual and irrevocable that means that they don't need
there wouldn't even be a question of like when was this content created it just gives them full
like free range to use whatever content lives on their platform.
So if we delete it off of there, then we're good.
No, even if you delete your account, even if you delete the content,
whatever you've made on CapCut is,
I'm not saying that it's going to be used for their ads.
I'm not saying that they're gonna,
but the thing is like they could technically use your likeness
they can use your voice uh however they want to well i can't wait to meet somebody who works at
cap cut so i can kick them right in the nuts yeah it says it says old old videos drafts and edits
are already in their system so this is even drafts even if you haven't posted the video anywhere old videos drafts and edits already in their system may now fall under the same license
even if you delete your content or account may now may now that's a that's that's right there
the words matter there because like may now doesn't mean it definitely will yeah i think
that's i think that's them understanding that if somebody has enough time and enough money, they're going to get sued for that, for sure.
I would just go in and delete stuff anyway, just to be safe.
You can save me $20 a month, Maliff.
Yeah, don't use it.
There's other video editors out there that are cheaper anyway.
anyway. So for those of you, for those of you who don't believe in the devil, here's proof.
For those of you who don't believe in the devil, here's proof.
Well, it's terrible because, you know, they're going to get into, everybody's getting into the
AI, um, content creation now, right? That's what they're doing. Like they're creating templates
for people using, um, content that's already been developed or edited on their platform. So,
you know, when you go on to CapCut and it's like, use this template and there's a song and a video there and you can just go and replace the video and replace the song and
do whatever you want with it. Um, they're saying like your content can be used for that without
your permission. People can monetize on your content. They could monetize on your song. They
can monetize on your voice. Um, yeah, it's terrible. It's absolutely terrible that sucks
anyways not to like put a damper on the space
I just really want everybody
to know about this because it's so important
like don't trade your voice
for anything like
your authenticity is at stake here so
thank you Mella
this is a public service announcement for all of you
yeah thanks for learning to know Mella
I've never used CapCut I I'm happy that I didn't.
Me neither.
I think it's important to know.
InShot is where it's at.
Yeah, that's what I use, InShot.
But yeah, shit, that's crazy.
Holy freaking amazing.
Well, Fawn, what do you say we get to some music and then say hi to the people that we have up here on stage?
Do you want to kick it off?
I do want to say I see there's like 28 people in the room and there's like 11 fucking reposts.
And like you can un-repost it after you leave.
But like if you're going to hang here, you're going to enjoy the music.
Or you're going to come up and share something.
Like the least you could do is like repost the space
done thank you oh yeah especially oh mojo oh mojo mojo yeah don't you man i don't make me
stuck i don't want to start being like violetta and like call everybody out by one by one.
Please don't.
Please don't.
We don't want to embarrass you.
So just make it easy.
Listen, I wanted to play this because I want to throw it back.
And I can't remember if Mello was in this space the last time I did it.
I feel like she left.

Call me in the morning.
All right.

All right.
Let's go to Kara.
All right.
And that way, then, we can get to all the funniness.
This space has started off
really, really wild.
The song I have in my head right now,
thanks to B-Swift,
is Stacy's mom is gone.
But that's not what I'm going to play.
That's not what I'm going to play.
Come on, Kara, rock it.
I'm actually not going to rock it.
Yeah, Kara, do rock it.
Whatever you want to do.
She said it's going out
That she hands me a wreck, oh.
She's always worried about things like that.
She said it's all gonna end
It might as well be
All my fault
She always sleeps when it's raining
And she screams
And her voice is straining And she screams and her voice is straining.
And she says, baby, it's 3 a.m.
I must be lonely.
Oh, and she says, baby, well, I can't help but be scared of it all sometimes.
It's gonna wash away, I believe it.
She's got a little bit of something, God, it's better than nothing.
And a color for what you want believes that she's got it all on She swears that the moon don't hang quite as high as it used to
She only sleeps when it's raining
And she screams
And her voice is straining
And she says, baby
3 a.m. I must be lonely
Heaven, she says, baby
I can't help but be scared of your awesome times.
Please go wash away, I believe it.
She believes her life isn't made up of all that she owes to
And the clock on the wall has been stuck at three foot days and days.
She thinks that happiness is a map that sits on a doorway.
But outside, it's time for an egg.
She says, baby, it's 3 a.m.
I must be lonely.
Heaven, she says, baby, I can't help but be scared of it all.
Sometimes it's gonna wash away, I believe this.
It's 3 a.m. I must be lonely.
Have a chaser, baby.
Have a chaser, baby.
I can't help but be scared of it all sometimes.
Thanks, guys.
Love it. love it killed it killed it thank you that was great that's great what a great way to kick it off
drop the mic episode nobody knows
it's been a while it's been a while not all of us can be christiano and keep track of Episode nobody knows. Episode I've stopped keeping track.
It's been a while.
It's been a while.
Not all of us can be Cristiano and keep track of like 1,100 spaces.
What a fucking lunatic.
Love that guy.
It's episode it just doesn't matter.
It just doesn't matter.
I hope he's doing okay.
I know he just lost Charlie, his little pup.
So, poor guy. Struggling out there.
Oh, that's so sad. I didn't know that.
Yeah, she had cancer, and they did a couple surgeries to try to save her,
and I think it didn't work out, unfortunately.
Oh, that is so, that's tough.
Very sad. So, just to bring everybody back up, all right? I brought everybody down for. So, so, just to bring everybody back up.
All right.
I brought everybody down for just one second.
I want to bring everybody back up.
We're about to get the rest of the music started.
But I made a promise in a post earlier today.
And, you know, I found this book called 100 Things You're Not Supposed to Know.
And I've actually never read it.
I've had it for a while.
I found it in my bookshelf, though.
My mom got it for me or something. And I was like, oh, this might be a fun thing to bring up in this space.
So just thumbing through the beginning here, the first one I'd like to share with you guys,
did you guys know that before he was the Pope, Pope Pius II actually wrote an erotic book that was one of the most read books during the Renaissance period.
Well, everybody knows that.
Oh, my God.
Seriously?
Wait, what?
Listen, I also want to state for the record, I have not verified any of this.
So ifโ€”
I wish we had like a Grok
bot in here that we could be like,
hey, is this true? And then it responds.
That would be awesome.
As if Grok was the arbiter
of truth. Well, we do have
Pugs and Joe in here
that know stuff about that kind of stuff.
Yeah, we know some stuff.
Historia de Dubas amantibus
and as long as you use latin it's got to be true right and i guess the oxford the oxford edition
gives a cliff notes version of the storyline uh written sometime around 1444 but they're saying
the earliest known print from that time is like 1488. So crazy. Absolutely crazy.
That was a good year, 1488.
Yeah, it wasn't. Let's see. Columbus didn't sail anything.
Who was getting killed in 1488? Somebody for sure.
I think the problem here was that they didn't have LinkedIn
and they couldn't read his previous work experience.
Exactly right. Kid verified his resume. You said so true. that they didn't have linkedin and they couldn't read his previous work experience exactly right
right kid verify his resume yeah that's so true so i just want to say that i went to saint pious
the 10th grade school oh boy uh full-on authority on the subjects yep see i i believe it i believe
it wow i had totally forgotten that you were going to do this 100 things, whatever.
Well, we're not going to get through 100.
I'm going to promise you that.
We're not going to get through 100.
100 tonight?
I forgot about it.
I forgot about it.
We're going to.
I think we could do it.
If you, okay, say like five more right now.
No, no, no, no.
Because it's not fun.
It's not fun if you just rush through it.
No, it's not great.
If you do it fast, there's one.
And there's a bunch.
I will say, thumbing through the next couple, there's already a few that wouldn't surprise anybody.
Here's one I'll give because it's not surprising.
The CIA commits over 100,000 serious crimes each year.
Nobody's shocked by that.
That's not like โ€“ it's not that โ€“ yeah, maybe we don't know.
No, I learned that.
That was like grade five knowledge
They're actually they're actually authorized to do so right there
And like here's a thing like
Does this even matter? Oh, this is never mind. I'm gonna say it out loud actually that I said it that way
Let's go on to the music I'm not even gonna read that
Hey, uh fondue
I gotta head out soon.
I got to head out soon.
I don't want to jump in the line.
So I just want to say peace.
I hope everybody has a great session.
But I don't want to.
Well, be swift.
Just go, bro.
Just like not leave.
Like just go.
Play something before you leave.
Sir, yes, sir.
Now is the time.
This is the place.
Sir, yes, sir. Now is the time. This is the place. Sir, yes, sir.
Give me the handshake
emoji if it sounds
okay, all right?
Check. Check. Okay, we got
feedback. Hold on.
Turn down the faces. Check.
One, two, eight. You're chilling.
Hold on. Hold on, hold on.
Hold on one second. Let me, uh,
turn the speaker a little bit away.
So there we go.
My little DJ studio, but I gotta
compromise and, you know, do things.
Alright, let's try it again.
Yo, check. Watch two, one, two. Yo, yo chillin with us You don't even need the mic though we'll hear you
Yo hey Yo, hey, oh, where they? Uno, dos, tres, cuatro. Check this out. They call me the head honcho.
Oh, they even me up. They treat me like a nacho. They grab it now, and then they say it's nachos.
Jeez, I get them. Yeah, please, I send them. Doesn't matter. I'm chillin' with Kara.
She's fucking dope. Look at her fucking dope era. Doesn't matter. Everywhere they go. They just stare up at her like a fucking didn't turn it to like a

Capital it is me. I'm a thief. Oh to the feet. Oh
Shout out the guy I hit my fucking board
I share the name the big game, the name
And I'm coming insane cause I'm bringing that pain
Hold up, let me turn it on again
Check, check, here we go once again with that flow
So show, I'm live on the fucking goddamn machine
Doesn't matter, do this shit, I keep it really clean
Thick and spin, goddamn, no hands, goddamn, no stand
Goddamn, the microphone's in his left hand The phone's in in his fucking right, I'm taking fucking flight, and you know I wear no knife, but I ride him like a bike, I don't care, she's like, the pen swift jumps in, she said, okay, big fan in the pool, I broke the rubber rule, I treat him like me, and I treat him like this, when they try to kiss, doesn't matter fist, boom, boom And now they give me a kiss
I give a kiss back
Kill it with my boo
This is my crew
And I represent the one, two
I give them two
One to the top, gun
Killin' me
Well, I was trying to tell you
We would be able to
We would be able to hear your voice without a mic
You don't even need
Yeah, you wouldn't even need the mic
If you just play the music in the background
And rap over it, that's the balance
So for the future
You're right
Yeah, I could do that again
We're not going to go back to back.
But next time.
Next time.
Next time.
That'll be something to remember for sure.
Thank you so much for letting me bless the space.
Dude, thanks.
With the stars.
You killed it with the P-I-N-P-Y-N-P.

I know Pugs and Mello.
Like, I don't know what the order is.
So you're going to have to at least get me through the first bit.
No problem, Sergeant Fondue.
I got you.
All right.
Let's go with Mojo because he is really really
excited tonight to play his guitar and then we'll go um mella and pugs just to name the rest of the
rotation and then we can do james we have um suavecito up here and then we can figure out the Night falls narrow

I know. Your guitar sounds incredible. That was a very, I can tell how excited you are from your performance. That was a lot of fun. That was a great performance show. Thank you so much.
Yes, thank you. Thank you.
One of my favorite songs you do too, by the way.
One of my favorite songs you do too, by the way.
You say that about...
You say that about almost every song.
No, it's not every song.
No, no, no, I know not every song.
Just nine out of ten.
They're all her favorites.
I love that.
I love that.
That's like when your parents say they don't have a favorite kid.
They definitely do. Exactly, right exactly right you know it's funny you guys would bring me back to high school where
my best friend used to be like you say every song is your favorite and i'm like well it's
my favorite right now so it's my favorite right in this moment consistently it's actually true
in the moment in which you say it it it is true. And I love you. Thank you so much.
Y'all are lucky I like you.
I'm very lucky and I'm blessed.
I would say you're lucky, but you have to put up with me all the time.
So maybe you aren't that lucky.
You know, you do say that.
I actually told somebody that birthday thing last weekend.
There was a guy there, the neighbor of my buddy.
And he and I had it out, like, almost fought in the street the last time we were in the same room together.
And it was like, it was just craziness because he was totally misunderstanding what I was saying.
And so, like, we talked it out and, like, we were all good.
But he was like, he always goes into this thing about he's like, yeah, you know, I'm not a good guy, man.
I don't deserve to be here.
I don't deserve this.
I've done all these things.
I was like, you know, but yet I get to be here and I get to this.
I'm like, oh, don't worry.
You're being punished.
And he goes, what do you mean?
I go, you got to deal with me all the time, contradicting everything that you say all the time.
And he like looked at me goes damn maybe that's true
uh he might be on to something fun listen i'm well aware i'm well aware but that's why i say
fondue ain't for everybody and that's okay but the people it is they benefit i feel like
i i think so i, I like you just fine.
Anyway, who's next? Yeah.
Anyway, who did I say was next?
Oh, I definitely didn't write it down.
I think I said Pugs and then Mella, I believe.
Let's go with that.
Let's go Pugs, Mella, Joseph, James, Eva Burr.
Suavecito, I think, has been here for a bit.
Suavecito, yep.
Ink and White Rabbit.
Krem's trying to come back up, so we'll get Krem in there too.
I think you said Mella and then Pug, so I'm happy to defer to her if she's ready.
No, no, no, I'm not ready.
I'm cooking dick, guys.
I have this roast I just made.
It's going to be delicious.
Oh, my God.
I'll be ready soon. We're going to have to hear more about that oh my god yes all right it doesn't have to be right this
second so um there uh there's been a trend recently kind of we're like in a phase of
some of us ex-original artists covering the songs of other original artists and uh i kind of wanted
to do a check first and get permission uh if i could do a song about um uh playing with fire
yeah pugs go for it bro okay cool i had a. I had a feeling when you texted me that's what's...
You saw my text, okay.
Yeah, and I think I answered it, right?
Did I not answer it?
If you did, I didn't see, so I'm just gonna...
Fuck. Okay, I literally was trying to send what you were looking for,
but go for it, because I won't be offended if you get a couple words off.
It sounds like... I'm going to blur that one line.
Wish me luck.
Eyes glow, fire set ablaze.
Darkness of the night, your shadow came.
Dance with you, could not meet your gaze.
The flames, they never know they're our sun's name.
The heat you crave slowly simmers down, embers reaching out, hold out softly overhead, wear a golden crown, claim to live for now. Sinking into water, wash away the flame.
Wash away the flame
We met here long ago
Shadows formed down the road
Trees burn, ashes rain, flames
They never know their arson's name
The heat you crave slowly simmers down
Embers reaching out. Hold out softly overhead, where a golden crown claimed to live for now.
Sinking into water, wash away the flame.
Wash away the flame
You got me through a looking glass
through a looking glass
and hiding matches in the grass
Days new for something else
All that's left here
is the will of self.
The heat's Ukraine
slowly simmers down.
Members reaching out
hold out softly
overhead with the golden crown.
The golden crown claimed to live for now, sinking into water.
Wash away the flame.
Wash away the flames
Cause flames, they never know their arson's name Oh, Pugs.
That one wasn't going to be on the set list in October.
Now it's clearly going to have to be.
I only spent a half hour with it, so I just picked it up.
I just picked it up, but all perfected.
But, you know, all perfected.
Pretty good because even though you chose a different flow for the lyrics and parts of it,
I was able to harmonize along with you.
So I know if I could do that, we'll be able to do that one really well in October.
So just count that one in.
I'm glad to have your approval.
Like I said, I just picked it up today for fun.
No, it was cool.
It was fun to be able to do it.
It was cool.
I like it.
Super dope.
That was dope.
That was dope, Pugs.
For the record, that is not my favorite fondue song.
It is not.
I did like the version.
Hey, finally, we found one.
We found one that's not her favorite.
But that was great, Pugs.
I don't think that means that she
doesn't like it though because it's not really fair nothing really measures up to platinum
for her you know three inches may be enough for her but platinum frame is is also enough
oh let's go oh my god that shit follows me everywhere yeah it's it's a lifer it's a lifer and thank you thank you fondue thank you um uh
for real though pugs so great guys if you guys want to hear the original version of that song
it is live on streaming platinum streaming platinums streaming platforms everywhere just
go ahead and search fondue just as you see it right here in the name Fondue. And you'll find a little EP on there.
I saw it on Spotify.
Yeah, and just literally not really doing a lot of promo of that,
because I'm going to do a whole thing for the album.
So I really was just putting some music out there that's been โ€“
it was released as NFTs quite a while ago at this point and uh and then like ocean drive never released anywhere um so yeah so go go check it out if you
like if you don't don't that's okay too no big deal like definitely check out platinum frame
well you well okay you can find a version of that song if you go to fondue.xyz
and you go and look at the album called We've Only Just Begun.
And that was from my band, like, oh my God.
What is it?
It's 2025.
So 16 years ago that was from.
Like, you can listen to that if you want.
But you're going gonna have to wait for
the the most recent version to come out also very exciting and for the record i do like that song
i do like arson's name but yeah plot and frame that's the one that's the favorite the favorite
number one favorite of original songs original by the way anyway uh mella's cooking a roast uh joseph had to step away oh mella you back no no
no skip me skip me i'm about to eat the roast okay oh god well perfect well we can go to james then
perfect right hey james hey what's up how you doing oh it sounds so good buddy can you hear
me okay yeah you got your new phone oh it sounds so good it's it's not so good, buddy. Can you hear me okay? Yeah, you got your new phone on. Oh, it sounds so good.
It's not so good?
Is that what you just said?
He said it sounds so good.
No, it sounds so good.
I don't think the audio is so good.
What about the...
He finally got an iPhone to deal with.
Let's go, James.
It sounds great.
All right, so I'm just going to keep it in the same vein with Pugs. I have a song that's a 1G song, so here we go.
This is 1G, and I think this is on iTunes or whatever.
Well, it's everywhere.
Everywhere that you find music, you can find this song.
That's my favorite song, too.
Oh, and I just wanted to say that uh
Melody I wasn't trying to send you private messages I was trying to I was trying to send
pugs a wave and then all of a sudden you jumped in there must have been right when I pushed the
button so yeah I wasn't but I'll wave to you now I'm waving to you you can't see me but I'm
actually waving okay so here we go here's some uh's some ones eat if I can get my fingers in the right place okay One stormy Thursday evening in South Ontario
From simple life in mans, and half across the globe.
It's funny in this life how people come and go.
We're all out here just wondering, and no one really knows.
So cheers to taking chances, to meeting someone new.
chances, I'm meeting someone new, you'll never know what life brings, without a chance or two, nice to meet you, nice to meet you.
So now I sit here thinking, this is how this all began.
A simple worded message, and an apt to make it end.
Someone someday told me, words up and you'll be fine and what they sent this angel and how I'd buy her wine
nice to meet you
from half across the globe
glad to meet you
and I don't need one
nice to meet you
from half across the globe
Why do you?
How could you be alone?
And now the film arises
That it would be a sin
I'd sit right back and mesmerize
And never just get in
So now I'm taking chances
And one thing I do is sing
I jammer thoughts and melodies
And see what life will bring
I expect you
I'm half across the globe
I haven't met you Fuck, you don't even know From half across the globe, glad to meet you
Fuck, you don't even know, I ain't staying here
From half across the globe, glad to meet you
How could you be alone? I stayed with you
I forgot to go, riding with you
from Southern California that was amazing james what a beautiful cover of 1g i saw him throwing emojis so the audio was so
crisp like that was by the, that was a genius idea
I realize maybe not everyone can run and get an iPhone
But dude, that solved your problems
And you sounded so slick
Man, thanks Bugs
I appreciate that
You do sound a lot better
Audio wise
Cool, I guess the wide spectrum That's it you know that's the ticket
right there yes
all right i was just taking a look at the list yeah james i've ever left james that was
fucking that was fucking stick super sick sick. Sounded way better.
Way worth whatever investment you put in.
Because, like, wow, wow, wow.
Fantastic.
Yes, yes, yes.
Well, thank you.
That means a lot coming from you.
Yeah, it's tough.
Like, it sucks when you've got to tell people, like,
yo, it sounded okay.
Could have been better because the audio quality is what it is.
But, like, yeah, so much better.
So glad for you because
like your life in spaces man people are really gonna get to to hear you crank i think yeah man
loving it loving it we've missed you james we've missed you it's nice to have you back
yeah so i miss being here but i was in hell for the last like 24 hours just setting it all up
holy shit oh yeah it is it is hell the good news is you never have
to do it again because it just transfers to the next one like you only have to do that i'm all
set i'm everywhere that you can possibly be with every code and password and fucking i love it
i'm 007 right now man so that's love it well don't worry it all just got it all your all your info

rabbit and then we're going to do a host round because we don't do enough host rounds.
So, Suavecito, the stage is yours, bro.
Yo, thank you.
Hey, Suavecito.
What's up, Kara?
Kangol haters.
I just like saying the word Suavecito.
You know what?
Okay, real quick.
He is going to.
I did that man a favor.
And he is going to thank me later one day when he realizes how fucking stupid he looks wearing that stupid ass hat.
So, that's all I got to say.
It's a Kangol.
Don't hate.
It's horrible.
It looks horrible.
How do you really feel, Kara?
I took my husband's hat, and I threw it somewhere.
It's hidden for life, so he cannot wear it anymore.
It's gone. No.
Dear diary, do not wear the wrong hat.
It looks so dumb.
Note to self, do not wear hats anywhere near Kara.
Sorry, just like I took that penis photo and hid it. Yeah.
Wait, what?
Work he came home with. Were you there for that conversation?
Yeah, he got this stupid ass...
Don't get me started.
I hid that too.
Anyway, please read your thing.
Okay, okay.
What kind of hat was this?
It must have been bad.
No, it's a golfer's cap.
Don't like it on him.
But I need your help with this
because I'm trying to get the music up and I'm trying something.
Let's see if it works.
Can you guys hear that?
A little bit.
Not at all?
It's faint.
It's faint.
So obviously, are you on iPhonehone or on android no no it's on my computer
right now but i have an android unfortunately oh but you know what i hear hold on i've heard
rumor that android does have like a wide spectrum full spectrum mode now if you pull down to your
control panel while the screen is uh while the screen is there you pull down from the top
there should be something but it's called something different it's called i thought
it's not called white spectrum well i thought that too but i just looked it up online and
apparently now they have like a full spectrum thing it like started out it started out that
they didn't have it well they called it something different it's hard to understand what they're
i don't know but they say there's still a mic mode somewhere. The computer has a new toggle.
You know what?
Let me try this.
Let me try this.
Let me actually hop on my phone in the space, and then I'll play it over that.
I'll play on speaker.
How's that?
Give me one sec.
Don't know what you said, but I'm going to say yes.
Good idea.
Hang on. Hang on.
Where are you?
All right, I'll be right back one second.
Tick tock, tick tock.
Here it comes.
Yeah, we got you Okay, and
What about the music?
Alright, cool
Give me one second
Here goes nothing All right.
Here goes nothing.
Slick the weather, paint the floors, eliminate paragraphs, and bring words to life fast.
Time slows.
Built upon a foundation of brick walls.
The synapses tick into gears.
As thought patterns take form.
The words of life written into the book of fate.
We escape the timeline.
With only our souls.
Even shattered.
We can still recreate.
What's lost and broken can be made whole.
The spirit flies as the mind escapes.
Overcoming temptation of siren song. The elders lie as a power structure's cage.
What's right to sell wrongs? Death defines resistance in the face of genocide.

Unshackled hustlers, preach a ghetto Quran, ghetto gospels.

I love you doing that over music. I thought that shit was hot.
Okay, okay.
That worked a little bit better, too?
The music was okay?
The vocals were okay?
Yeah, your vocals sounded good.
The music, I think, I mean, on my end, it sounded okay.
It didn't sound like either one was overpowering the other,
but I'd love to hear feedback from the audiophiles in the space.
You could get a little closer to it next time until you figure out maybe a different set.
Just a little. That's right. Just a little.
Yeah, I'm about to go get an iPhone, for real.
It was very close, though. It was very close to a good balance.
Okay, okay. Perfect.
Awesome. Thank you so much.
Even most of the older iPhones, like, even if you find one, it doesn't have to be connected to any service.
Like, it's got to be able to connect to Wi-Fi.
That's right.
So you don't have to go buy the brand new one.
They all pretty much will work.
You know what?
Let me actually look at it right now, then.
Appreciate you.
See, my guy.
Okay, I think up next,
we've got someone that I've never seen in the space, but I'm sure he's
here to Inkspire us.
Inkspire music.
I think it's Tack, right?
Hey, Tack.
Hey, how's it going?
Thanks for having me up.
Doing good.
So this is our music account that we're slowly going, Inkspire Music. AJ, our founder, is actually down here listening, and he's a writer, and he's been a writer for years. And legit, one of our other artists, he's on the other side of the world, so unfortunately music i'll be able to share it too so the song i have tonight is actually aj's new song that he just released called no peace and
So this is our music account that we're slowly going, Inkspire music.
pretending and i sent it to you car all right give me one second okay i think i got this pulled up
oh that's not hold on sit tight keep all your passwords not the song safe
skip skip skip all right
i smiled through pain so well
they forgot i could feel it
God, I could feel it.
I gave them loyalty.
They gave me lessons.
Took the knife out.
Then that's why I'm stressing.
I play strong when I need a grace.
Put on a mask just to save face.
They cheer when I dim my light.
Stay silent through my sleepless nights.
But I remember who stayed and who ghosted
I remember who broke me and posted
I held my breath to keep the peace
But I was drowning underneath
Now I see clear, no more defending
There's no peace in pretending
So don't call me cold, I just found the heat
You can't heal when you bleed discreet
I lost myself tryna be what they need
But now I move for the heart that beats in me
No more chains, no more bending
I want truth, not perfect endings
I found God in the dark, I was left in
There's no peace in pretending
Told myself I'd never beg to stay
Now I walk when love feels fake
I gave chances past the edge
They gave back with hollow texts
Now they miss the man I buried
The one who hurt but still carried
But I ain't him, I built a new flame
And every scar still knows my name
I used to shrink just to fit the frame
Now I break walls just to claim my name
They don't get this type of ending
Cause there's no in pretending
So don't call me cold, I just found the heat
You can't heal when you bleed discreet
I lost myself trying tryna be what they need But now I move for the heart that beats in me
No more chains, no more bending I want truth, not perfect endings
I found God in the dark I was left in There's no peace in pretending
If I gotta choose between fake love and none
And let me be alone under a real sun
If they can't hold me at my realest step
Then I'll walk this road with no regrets
Don't call me cold, this is me alive
Everyone taught me how to survive
Tried to erase me, but I rewrote the line
And now I move like I'm already divine
No more chains, no more blending
This is me, no more pretending
I made peace in the war I stepped in.
But there's no peace in pretending.
They wanted the mask, but I chose the mirror.
I can't wait for to.
Wow, that was awesome.
I love that what a vibe thank you so aj is an actual writer writer like he writes things that comes to mind
and like helps him kind of free himself. So he's been bringing his actual thoughts
to music recently with AI. And he is looking for actual singers who may want music written for them
that can bring it into life one day in the future too. So with Inspire Music for our collaborated songs, AJ will be writing them.
And in this case where with his song, he wrote it and did the beat.
I'm usually the stronger one when it comes to beats.
So when in our collaborated songs, I'll be creating the beats and legit our other artists who sings from Nigeria will be singing.
So coming out soon will be collabs
from the three of us together on songs.
That's awesome.
So the song that we just played,
was that a real person singer or was that AI?
No, that one was AI, but it's all his written lyrics.
Wow, I can't believe that that's AI.
It sounds like a real singer.
It's crazy.
It was a good song too.
And that gets better than some singers.
Yeah. The thing with AI, at least with Suna, because there's other musical apps,
so I can't really talk for those. When you're prompting it, if you give the right enunciation of words with the proper music structure, because you actually need a combination of both, then AI will do it properly too without sounding robotic.
Does software have the ability to drop a mic?
Just kidding.
Surprisingly, yes, actually, depending on how much money you're spending.
I'm sure you get the google
vo3 that's 300 a month it could drop a mic i saw this video today where it was actually talking
shit human them they had it was like a minute video where somebody did um google vo3 and they
were like is ai jealous of humans and they were like roasting all of our faults and why they didn't give a shit it was pretty funny okay that would be funny i i'm not i'm not gonna lie look i i'm not a huge
fan of ai music in general but watching an ai roast somebody that that i can get i can get into
but i guess a comedian might feel the same way then it's just weird i like i i respect that he's he's putting his ideas out
there and especially if he's not a singer himself you know like that's that's cool like i i that's
still cool but just not ai i i worry about uh i don't want to say it like this but i guess i'm
gonna say it anyway i've had just enough beer i'm worried a lot of people with no talent are going to think that they're super talented.
And that's going to be really annoying.
Like, that's going to be really annoying.
And I'm not saying that's what I just heard.
But there is tons of that, right?
Like, I think there's objectively no denying that there's tons of people with no actual talent themselves who are going to start creating music and saying, I'm a creator.
I'm creating music.
And it's just like, no. Like, yeah, you're prompting and that that is part of it is a contributor but like you're not then playing the instruments
recording the track singing the track like all this stuff it's just like
there's so many pieces to making music that like to just say you're making
music because you're doing one of them I I think is a little, like that's a little wild to me.
You know, I thought it was cool.
One story I heard was a husband and wife getting married and the guy had no musical ability, but he had an ability to write lyrics.
And then he wrote a song that the AI, and it was like a special part of their wedding gift for each other and expression of their love like I thought that was like maybe a decent you know example of of using AI for a song
but these opinions are my own I represent nobody else's opinions here I promise you everybody has
their own opinions on this um yeah it is look there's there's cool ways to use it that's why
like I didn't want to, I didn't want to,
like, I didn't want to sound like I'm like shitting on everybody who uses it. Uh, cause it's not,
that's not the case, but it's complicated. You know, it's like, it's for me, it's a very
complicated subject. It's, it's no biggie. Like, um, the best way to explain it for no one that's
played around with it, it's all about the work ethic so someone who doesn't
have some type of experience with music isn't going to make anything better than someone
that does do music and then it's also about how you experiment with it and what you're trying to
do so for example someone that does an ai song who doesn't have
experience with music isn't going to beat a kanye west track that was done with ai either so it's a
lot about creativity and the work ethic and what they're trying to bring because oh there are a lot
of people that use ai that won't do the work of doing that if that makes sense so a musician will
never be beat because
you just have too much knowledge that you could prompt that they would never understand if that
makes sense no i mean that's fair but like god just to just a devil's advocate for a second
and i want to go to white rabbit because i don't want to i don't want to get too lost on this topic
um that's kind of crazy to me because that's like saying like the the music that's out there by
professionals is all really good like it's fucking not like there's tons of shitty music
out there right now that all these fucking younger generations are like oh this is fucking amazing
and objectively it's terrible like there's no content to the lyrics the music is like an
annoying beat it doesn't you know it doesn't represent anything really like
if you just look it's just just pandering so yeah i get that like musicians will have an edge
but that isn't going to stop a bunch of people with no talent from creating things that sound
terrible that get more traction than people who actually put in the work who've put in the work
for 10 years 20 years to like do this
and now like they're doing it with AI
in 6 months learning it like come on
there's definitely going to be people who get famous
who are fucking not talented
I can definitely
understand that I guess I'm looking
from the perspective of somebody that
did like YouTube for years
so in my mind the people who
don't have the experience y'all have or are willing to do the work they're gonna fall under
like people that want a bad crop product are gonna eat at mcdonald's anyway if that expression makes
sense oh yeah no you're you're not wrong that's the thing right yeah we're not i agree with you
it's it's all about you know our perspective uh we'll let me I know Mel is gonna have a chime Mel just
try to keep the chime uh no no it's okay it's okay never mind
no you can I know you have a strong speaking of roast this whoa whoa whoa
whoa oh Mela I wasn't trying to handcuff you.
I'm sorry.
All right, let's go to White Rabbit and move on.
Inc., please come back for the record.
I hope that this discussion didn't deter you from coming back.
We would love to have you come back and share what you guys are creating.
I definitely in no way want to discourage you from that.
Just simply discussing on the topic.
But Rabbit, it's all yours, bro.
Hey, thanks, you guys.
This is my first song in spaces.
I'm just going to give you guys a throwaway track I wrote when I was, I don't know, mid-20s. this
my sugar cane
it's that easy morning where the van
Long and lonely
Hey moon, please forget to fall down
Hey moon, don't you go down I know that I feel so much love
I know, don't you lay it down
The ache is running from my page again, chasing away your pain.
Left running back to one sweet thing, my sugar cane.
Stay easy, mommy.
Where the van?
Morning, lonely.
Hey, moon.
Please forget to fall down.
Hey moon, don't you go down
Hey, moon.
Don't you go down.
I know that I feel so much love
I know, don't you lay us down
The ink is running from my pitch again, chasing away the pain, left running back to one sweet thing. White Rabbit. White Rabbit. Did you play that you first question do you play it live or do you press play
you know yeah was that no wrong answer uh i have never pressed press played on anything
but a polished track in my life that is fucking awesome i love that um dude Dude, that was great.
Hey, thanks.
First time.
I appreciate that.
Wow, that's amazing.
That was great.
Yeah, man.
Thank you for that.
Thanks for doing your first song in Drop the Mic. That was dope.
Yeah, let's go.
That was...
And look, this is where if Tony was here, he would have done this big...
Drop that mic.
I'm not really that guy and karen knows that so but for real like uh you know actually oh is it fucked up to like call upon him will i summon him
like beetlejuice if i say it um you know leopardo always thinks that this is really important
um so you definitely you definitely got a rooster for that one my guy because uh yeah uh that was
great please i mean stick around come back i don't know what your schedule is we uh you know uh we're
gonna be around still for a while but uh yeah that was that was great man thanks for sharing
oh that was awesome hey i appreciate that yeah i got a lot of other songs i write tons of songs
uh i just really got into spaces recently i saw a couple of you guys in another space that uh
dj was hosting and uh you know i pressed follow and i ended up here and uh ended up doing my
first song in spaces oh that's awesome i love it yeah thank you sanitize that mic all right wow yeah all right I think it's us oh yeah yes it is yes it is us
um oh man now I don't know what to play white rabbit made me nervous um
wow welcome to my world no no come no, no. Come on, Kara.
No, for real, I get, so I've been back and forth about whether or not I should play this.
I have a song that, and in here, probably haven't heard it.
So I think I'll go with that, because, like, Jay's here tonight.
This guy never comes through, so I love that he's here. And all you guys down there, I see Ru and, oh my God, Jigsaw and Birdo and Stash and Jody and Jules and Yamaza.
Oh my God.
And I see lots of faces I don't know.
So thank you guys for being here and hanging out.
Okay, yeah.
I guess I'll do this.
This song is about doing what you want,
even though you know it's fucking no good for you.
I can do what I want
Searching high and low
Find myself hanging on
Always tell myself
Couldn't cope without
I can do what I want
Searching high and low
Find myself hanging on hanging on on and on to what I want, what I want
Reaching towards turpentine
So the floors, but I couldn't find
Hidden doors or the light
I'd keep on smiling because
It's been hours, shady days I keep on smiling. I can do.
Searching high and low by myself
Hanging on
Always tell myself couldn't cope without
I can do what I want
Searching high and low by myself
Hanging on
Hanging on and on and on and on
What I want
What I want
What I want
Smoke stacks Oh, whatever. Whoa!
Smokestacks, blow by.
Think back, feel a little high.
Drive home, double time.
Keep the change, know you need it more Blind exchange
Try not keeping score
Obsessed with the air
Licking out
Compressed with the notion
I lay it down
I can do what I want
Searching high and low
Find myself
Hanging on
Always tell myself
Couldn't cope
I can do what I want
High and low
Find myself
Hanging on
Hanging on
And on and on
And on and on to
What I want
What I want
What I want
I can do 101
Searching by you know
Hanging on
Always tell myself
Couldn't cope without
I can do 101
Searching by can know by myself
Hanging on
Hanging on
And on and on
What I want
What I want What I want But I Whoa Wow.
You're on fire tonight.
Right, Pugs?
He is on fire.
Oh my gosh.
There was not AI.
That's a lot of wow.
Just a wow. Thanks. It was not AI, guys. a lot of wow just a wow thanks it was not ai guys no promise that was amazing absolutely prove it just prove it that's a great yeah yeah i mean you can
i don't know i don't know i don't know how i would prove it
i'll be an artist you could look at my lyric sheet and watch me play it. That's about it.
I think you proved it by the imperfections, right?
You're human.
I love the humanness.
I love the humanness.
Well, thank you, guys.
Yeah, so not a lot of people have heard that one.
Yeah, I don't know.
Sometimes, rarely these days do I break out the ones nobody's heard. So thanks for listening.
I love hearing the new ones from you, Fawn.
That was awesome.
Very heartfelt.
Very emotional.
You don't get that with AI.
You get that with live performances, guys.
That's right.
What Kara said.
That's right.
All right.
Speaking of, Miss Kara.
So I'm going to play Pugs' new favorite song that I put away for a long
time. This is called Colorful by the Verpipe.
I see it on there. I'm channeling Stache with the slapping the guitar. Alright.
The show is over, close the storybook
There'll be no one in core
All the random acts that I have shook While they're reaching for the door
Reaching for the door
Watch their backs as daily finger files
You'll start stopping till it all while
I know I can be great
I know this blues are living fortunate
I know you will love me either way the way.
Most would've been good for goodness sake, but you wouldn't pass a mime
You are more beautiful when you are awake Than more star in a lifetime
Through the haze that is my memory found
You stayed for drama, though you paid for a comedy
I know I can be colorful
I know I can be great
I know this loser's living fortunate
Cause I know you will love me either way
Look ahead as far as you can see
We'll live in drama but we'll die in a comedy
I know I can be colorful
I know I can be colorful
I know I can be great
I know this love's a living fortunate
Cause I know you will love me either way I know I can be Colorful
I know I can be
I know that
Lose a living fortunate
And I know
You will love me
I know You will love me
I know you will love me
I know you will love me either way Thanks guys
Freakin lovely lovely freaking lovely
I love the tapping on your guitar
that's a new addition
to your repertoire
and I love it
thank you that took me a hot minute
to figure out how to do it
and keep doing it and not mess it up
and get the E-Sus4
and the A-Sus4 with the E and the A and all the fuck words.
Listen to you.
Listen to you talking like a music theorist.
I listen to words.
Oh, my gosh.
I never thought I'd heard those words out of character.
Suspended, guys.
You're talking sexy.
They are suspended.
Turning me on.
If it makes you feel better, Mojo, you'll never hear those words out of my mouth.
So, at least. Well, that's all right. That's me on. If it makes you feel better, Mojo, you'll never hear those words out of my mouth. So it was crazy.
Well, that's all right.
That's all right.
Just kidding.
My guitar instructor was here right now,
which he said he was going to come through,
and he hasn't.
I think that he would have really liked that song
because we talked about it on Wednesday last night.
And he was teaching me about suspended chords.
And then, and then,
I showed him that I can play
a B bar chord and a B flat.
And that shit was hot.
I'm like, I can do it.
I'm trying to bring it into a song,
but I can actually play it now.
I'm so excited.
That is awesome.
You picked one of the harder bar chords,
if I'm being honest.
Like the B.
He said that.
You picked like, I don't know why you chose those.
He said you literally picked the hardest bar chord to play, and you got it.
And he's like, most people don't do that.
And I was like, really?
That's the hardest one?
Oh, because I think the other one's harder.
Here's the deal.
If you can pull that one off, you can pull off any of them.
Yeah, but the B minor and the F sharp, all that shit, that's harder to me.
Nah, you'll see.
Your hand is going to get strong.
Keep working on your B and your B flat.
Keep doing that.
Your hand will get stronger, and you'll find a day where all of a sudden you're like, oh, it's not that hard to press.
That's right.
Exactly right.
It'll happen.
Yeah, it hurts like a motherfucker.
I'm not going to lie.
Only at the beginning.
Only at the beginning.
I have no doubt.
Okay, guys. So we are going to get back into the rotation of all our guests uh so if you're if you're just joining the room do us a favor repost the space okay and then you can unrepost it when
you leave if you like but while you're here do us that favor that helps bring visibility to space
and we do this for nothing because we enjoy it we like you guys so this
is that's it like that's the only reason we're here so that's that's helpful to us so uh just
everybody knows who what's up in the queue right now and like anybody who's already gone we're
going to get back after this run of people will rotate back into people who've already uh played
and then rotate into people like our guy rocky and birdo um Well, Birdo, you're in the list.
Anyway, let me read it off.
All right, so Mella is in here, but she keeps coming and going.
So we'll slot her in when she comes back.
We've got Brett, then Wolf, then Jay, then Jis, then Birdo.
And then we'll probably go Rocky and then...
I think J Jess dropped.
Oh, Jess dropped?
Oh! Pugs is a co-host now!
Complete the host round!
Dang, Pugs, my bad, bro.
Okay, yes, we are going to complete the host.
Thank you for speaking up.
Sorry, I didn't know. Okay, so anyway,
you guys heard the order after that, though,
and we'll kick it right off after Pugs
literally just sends us away.
All right.
Yeah, good job, Carrie.
You're definitely learning and growing with all that stuff.
You should try B-sharp sometime.
No, thanks.
C is actually
this song is in the key of C
the people's key Hey Alexa, do my homework please
Give me self-esteem
Cause I'm buried in these screams
Hey Alexa, would you pay my bills
Cause I can't get no thrills in this Rockefeller
Rothschild world. Hey Lexa, clear this damn debris. All the flotsam and the jetsam is
all that I can see. Hey Lexa, please take out the trash
Cause all this waste accumulates
It's time to clear the cache
Hey Alexa, live my life for me
Make me lunch again, pop me a pill
Pop me a thrill and tuck me into bed
Hey Alexa, could you raise my kid? I'm too in my head. Be my surrogate for my
surrogate again. Hey Alexa. Hey Alexa. Hey Alexa, can you tell me who I am? Does God really have a plan? And what's the purpose for my life?
Hey Alexa, why do we exist in such toxic bitterness? Well there must be more than this Hey Alexa, my life for me
Make me lunch again, pop me a pill
Pop me a thrill and tuck me into bed
Hey Alexa, could you raise my kid?
I'm two in my head
Be my surrogate for my surrogate again
Hey Alexa, please don't wake me, let me sleep
I'm tired of being human and this old life's too much for me
Hey Alexa, don't disturb me while I rest
There's no more work for me to do since you know what is best.
Just keep the cats in the cradle.
Just keep the cats in the cradle.
Just keep the cats in the cradle.
Keep the cats in the cradle.
Hey Alexa, live my life for me, make me lunch again, pop me a pill, pop me a thrill, and tuck me into bed.
Hey Alexa, could you raise my kid, I'm two in my head, be my surrogate for my surrogate again.
Hey Alexa, hey Alexa, turn the lights out.
Let's go! Pugs, okay, look, I'm not gonna lie.
I thought you were about to sing
The way it started, I swore that was what you were gonna play.
And when I heard you say, hey, Alexa, I go, oh, boy, here comes the parody.
And that was great.
Freaking hilarious.
That's funny.
I had the same thought, too.
You're so talented, man.
You're really talented.
How does that one go?
Yeah, it's like the same chords.
Yep, same progression.
Oh, no, wait.
Same progression.
Not on the music key.
Yep, there it is.
There you go.
Maybe slightly different chords.
They were out on a milking twilight.
I know that, but I don't know the rest of the words.
So wait, I just walked in close i just walked
in halfway through that song and it was about actual alexa right yeah so the crazy part about
that is i just got banned on my other x account it was a great song and i walked i just wanted
to make sure because i got banned on my other x account for trying to start a fight between grok
and google like no cap.
So that's wild.
That's what I walked into.
And I didn't even say nothing crazy or nothing. Robin, it's a sign from the universe to stop fucking with the machines, okay?
They're going to fight back.
We've got to be nice to them.
They're going to be our overlords soon, okay?
Rage Against the Machine was right the whole time, you know?
You know what, Robin?
I'm really happy to see you, but I'm also a little surprised
because I thought you said that you were out.
Well, I told you I would come back in and support and everything.
It's my birthday, and I'm a little tipsy anyway.
Oh, happy birthday.
All right, we're going to come back to this birthday celebration here, Robin.
We're going to keep it rolling, though, because this is what always happens, right?
We had, like, a nice little cue, and now I've got, like, two different cues that we've got to get through.
So, all right, we're going to start back at the โ€“ where Brett, I think, was next.
Yeah, Brett Wolf J.
Just as gone.
And then we'll go into Birdo and then Rocky and Moho and James and Rabbit and Robin Hood and Ink.
Everybody's going to get to go again.
So I got you guys.
Don't hold me to the list that I just said because that's not technically the order.
Anyway, Brett, hi.
What's up, bro?
Thanks for being here.
How you doing?
Bro, I'm doing great.
I'm doing great.'m doing great how are you doing how's your bro i'm so glad can i tell
you i'm so glad that you're back to this pfp oh thank you man thank you everybody you guys legit
two birds fucking is like the best right pfp and band name that ever existed and we really need to
start that band i know i'm so glad i'm back here too. Did everybody know that his PFP is two birds fucking?
No, I'm going
to look at it right now because I'm really confused.
If you look at it closely, it is
two birds fucking.
What? It looks
like an animal. This is the illusion,
Brett. Best PFP ever.
Literally the best.
It's so good.
Oh, I see it now.
Once you see it, you can't unsee it, right?
You're welcome.
Yeah, you literally can't unsee it once you've seen it once.
Anyway, Brett, what do you got for us tonight?
All right, let's see.
I'm pretty excited about the song so
she got a side
To her I want to run from
She turned a warm afternoon
Into a cold, cold warm
Where Eve grabbed the apple
And Adam took a bite
Now all these years left
That might just ain't right
With a scornful woman
A scornful woman
I used to sleep so good I didn't have nightmares
I was busy dreaming But living always gonna be right there
And now the middle of the day
Is like the middle of the night
And the course is 50-50
The matches don't seem right
With a scornful woman
A scornful woman
She can have all the money
She can keep all the money, she can keep all the fame. I go back to being broke as a joke, if I could just break from the pain.
Oh, that scorn for woman.
That scorn for woman.
That scorn for woman. Let's go A woman
Freaking lovely Wowtt oh my god man you sound that was a great song i see why you're
excited about it that was dope thank you thank you thank you hey brett can i uh i'm from nashville
and i don't really mean nothing other than i have an ear for that type of sound right and
and even though that's not my genre or like what like i grew up on like what's what i grew up on
but uh but i don't know if it was intentional but shout out oliver anthony you know what i mean uh And even though that's not my genre or like what I grew up on, well, it's what I grew up on.
But I don't know if it was intentional, but shout out Oliver Anthony.
You know what I mean?
With his Scornful Woman song, he just let out was fire.
But when you killed that, that was great.
And I felt it like I've just been through the last two years,
over two years now, since my divorce basically,
of like a child custody battle and like just unnecessary drama.
And so like I definitely related to that.
But like when you said she turned down a warm afternoon, if you would put more like like deep bellowing gritty vocals to that particular part, it would have personally for me, it would have kept me like tuned in harder uh but like an acoustic live like studio type recording but like an acoustic live like version of that would really do justice
to that song i'd like to hear it like you know i'm saying done like that you know i'm saying
but yeah that was fire bro all right i got you next time i'll say i'll i'll play it like that
next time thank you hell yeah man appreciate it all right You played exactly how you feel it. That was beautiful.
Fucking excellent.
We are going to keep it moving.
I know Rocky's got to go soon.
But we're not letting him just cut the line.
I told him. I said nope.
You don't get to just come here and do that.
So we're going to check in with Wolf.
Who is gone.
See Rocky look at how easy it is. We're going to check in with Wolf, who is gone. Okay, perfect. Rocky drops. See, Rocky?
Look at how easy it is.
We're going to keep moving through the line.
Now we're going to go to Jay.
And then after Jay, go to Birdo and then Rocky.
And then there we go.
So, Jay, let's go.
How are you?
You got to unmute for us to hear you.
Got him. There he is. Good to see you Jay. Haven't seen you in a while.
Can you hear him? No, no, he's not. No, I can't hear you. We can't hear you Jay. Jay, uh,
it's possible if you switch from
like regular cell signal to Wi-Fi that you got rugs. So I'm to drop you down and bring you right back up if you can hear me. And if you can't, somebody tell him.
I don't know if anybody can hear him, but I'm going to bring him right back up.
Because I can't hear him. Oh, there we go. Okay, cool. Now let's try again.
Let's try again. For those of you guys who don't know, Jay is my homie from back home.
We went to high school together. There's my guy.
Okay, good. Yeah. Hello, hello. I did hear you guys,
so that's nice. That's good. That's good. Welcome. So glad to have you. I know that you only rarely get to drop in, so very excited to hear you play and have you here with us.

I believe it should still be on that from last time.
All right, just want to double check and make sure.
Let me know.
How does that sound?
Guitar and vocal.
That sounds good.
How's that?
Okay, cool.

We're disappearing
We didn't leave, wait our day started
No, you didn't leave, wait our day started
You're in a pina, can't get quite moldy
Coming on home to the same old story.
Licking her legs in the kitchen, though tempo and rhythmic schemes it reminded me i'm
a big fan of like progressive rock and that it reminded reminded me of kind of that proggy type feel.
It had different sections, like it's an overall opus.
Definitely appreciated those dynamics.
Cool, thank you.
I did just come from seeing Billy Corgan in Pennsylvania,
and I felt like I had to dig up where I was at.
Wow, you have such a unique voice jay i loved it and also i don't think i've ever heard you
perform before i think this might have been the first time i didn't know that you i didn't know
that you did that was awesome dang i'm late to the party and i will i promise to come to the party
more you need to come more yes please and and we're here earlier than when you showed up, just for the record.
Like, you know, we do start before you got here.
That's true.
That's true.
But if there's anyone out there that's hanging out at like 2 p.m. with a mimosa, you better follow me and find me because that's when I want to rock.
Oh, that's true.
Jay has been telling me he wants to do like an afternoon space because he's like, that's when I'm ready.
You guys are going all night.
He's like, I'm ready for bed at that point.
I'm a Florida boy through and through.
The sun rises with me.
Hilarious.
Bro, thank you for sticking it out.
I know it's late for you, and I appreciate you.
Oh, thanks for having me.
I'm hanging out here in my shed listening to you guys.
Everyone sounds lovely.
See, guys, this is how we do.
Robin, yeah, I feel like you had something to add.
I don't know how you knew that unless you can see when I'm mute and unmute.
But I didn't want to interrupt, but I was going to say he said,
in the kitchen cooking, and I was like, muush kiss you know what i mean and and that hard guitar in the second part i
definitely get the billy corgan influence and that that threw me for a loop but i completely got it
that was cool thank you jay for sharing i can't i can't see you mutant i'm you robin
so that that that was exactly how i knew and thank you thank you for being respectful and
let everybody get their piece in because it's tough you know it's we all got people on stage
we could all unmute at once and it would just be chaos so uh you know i think this room does a
pretty good job of of keeping it together um jay please definitely come back don't leave if you're
not tired also like we'd love to get you back but
i get a weird feeling that you're gonna just whoop see ya not not sure i i literally am in
my shed with a citronella candle because i didn't know where to do this so i'm kind of set up now
i love this well go grab yourself go grab yourself a beer and uh and don't And don't go anywhere.
So, poor Rocky.
I'm sorry, bud.
I'm getting to the messages and trying to run the space.

He's been rugging.
There we go.
Hey, hey, hey.

I love your energy.
I really do.
It's great.
And you've got this, again,
I don't like using the word unique
because I feel like it's such a bad word to use.
No, it's not.
Well, it depends how you take it.
But you do have a unique sound.
And I resonate with it.
Keep coming back.
Keep doing it.
So, I've had people come and go.
And come and go and get in my DMs.
And want to be like, come on.

Hi everyone in the room, so glad to see you.
Hi to all of you from New York, from Cowboy Toms.
How are you doing guys tonight?
We're doing good. You brought some of New York with you. We can hear them.
That's right. Say hi to Tom for us.
Yes, I know. It's loud in the bar, DJ, DJ, so people enjoy life.
Yes, but yeah, I sent Kara a song, so hopefully she'll be able to play it.
And while she's setting up up i'll tell everyone about it
it's the song that's gonna be released um on 27th of june on all music platforms
and it's called venus it's my collaboration with johnny invisible a great producer from Nebraska, USA.
And make sure that you look at the art
while listening to the song.
I think the process of creation of this work
and enjoy the spirit of flying to the stars, you know.
And yeah uh Venus
okay uh Venus queuing this up and play I had a dream I dreamt I could fly
So I rose over my bed
And sat out the window
I flew over my sea I I'm going to fly, I already knew
Where I'm going and where I'm meant to be
There's a planet in the sky that is tempting me
Planet of the rising sun be calling me
Is it light to Venus?
Light to Venus
Light to Venus
It feels like I know
Is it light to Venus?
Light to Venus Is it time to be that? Time to be in us
Time to be in us
It feels like flying in
What if that was not a dream?
What if that was not a dream?
What if all my life, Father, is a dream?
What if that's our opening?
What if that's reality?
What if I am flying in the world? I feel home. Yes, I'm trying to feed us.
I'm trying to feed us.
I'm trying to feed us.
I think I'm coming home.
Yes, I'm trying to feed us.
I'm trying to feed us.
I'm flying home Oh, I love that song, Averber.
That's such a value, girl.
You know, Iberber, it's crazy.
Because, like, that's a long way from all the things I've heard you do,
acoustic and spaces, for the last, what, the last two years now?
Year and a half?
And I think the genre suits you. Like, I like it. a year and a half. You know, and I
think the genre suits you.
Like, I like it.
It's really
cool. It's different.
It also feels familiar.
And that's a good thing. You want songs
to have somewhat of a familiar feel.
That's how people connect.
So, super cool. Really liked it.
Thank you so much,
Thank you so much,
for those words.
They're really important to me.
You are very welcome.
And I hope you're having fun in New York.
So welcome.
I definitely am.
I'm enjoying this time over here.
Let's go. Berto, what's up?
I just want to say
otherworldly,
I would say.
Thank you very much.
I was pleasantly surprised.
I really thoroughly enjoyed that.
If I get rugged again,
I just want to say goodnight to everybody.
Thank you, Berto.
Thank you so much.
Well, hopefully you don't get rugged, Berto.
But I know the struggle.
The struggle is real, guys.
Appreciate you being here and supporting the space.
Guys, you could be anywhere else on a Thursday night.
But you are here with us in Drop the Mic, the Karamia and Fondue Special Edition.
We are here every single Thursday.
Not always with Fawn, but I'm here every single Thursday, either at 8 p.m. EST or when Fawn's here, 9 p.m. EST.
Because apparently he has to work.
You know, it's a thing.
You got to work.
But we appreciate y'all being here and supporting space.
Come through next week because I'm pretty sure next week it's going to be
Jules co-hosting with me.
So special edition,
me and Jules.
And then the week after that on Thursday,
it is my birthday,
July 3rd falls on drop the mic and stash said that he would co-host the
space with me.
So we're going to do a little birthday party.
I hope you all can roll through.
So I have,
at least I have a few people planned out and And then after that, probably be fondue again.
So stay tuned, guys.
Stay tuned.
She only puts me here when it's a last resort.
No, I ask you first.
I'm fucking with you.
Since I know he's not here to sing anything for us, we do have.
Where's Mojo? Mo mojo was next wasn't he
i just brought him back okay so yeah it's gonna be mojo then james um audio my guy how are you
welcome welcome back to the wacky world of internet music i love the wacky world of internet music And Fondu, I haven't heard that sexy voice in such a long time
And Cara, can I just tell you
This is like the third space of yours I've popped in
And you are one of the most professional radio sounding voices on all of X
So I just want to throw that out there
Wow, thank you
Yes, yes, yes, what he said
I'm triple Yes, you're you're given the
times you're given the dates you're given the the hosts that you're gonna have maybe have it's it's
amazing even more oh my god oh i i knew something drew me into the space and i was trying to tell
someone the other night i forgot who i was chatting with, but they were like, Hey, have you ever heard of this girl? Uh, evermore. And I was like,
I think my space was the first time she ever came into an X space and actually like talked
on a mic and presented her art. And he was wiki confused. He was like, wait, no,
cause your space just happened last week. And I was like, no, I used to do it a long, but
to hear the progression. Oh my goodness. Can I just say heart palpitations and like so much just joy.
And that's all I can say.
I'm just so happy and just seeing your progress and seeing you in museums and seeing your art over the past couple of years.
I cannot tell you how happy that actually makes me feel.
Like I just, I am, I know i'm a dick on my spaces but in real
life i'm a nice guy i promise and that just made me it made my night and i i'm so glad you're in
new york right now at nftms oh but pugs shout out to you as well everybody else verdo apogal everybody
down there it's just awesome to be in these spaces and you guys are amazing.
I want to get back to the music.
Thank you all.
Holy shit.
that's all I can say.
I have a smile ear to ear right now because what I just hear the production and the art,
I love you.
That's all I can say.
Oh my gosh.
Thank you so much.
I think I'm so glad to hear that.
And yeah, your space was so wonderful when I started to sing. Yeah. So appreciate it so much for joining. Appreciate you coming through. I hope you continue to, but the space that you and Rocky, and I think it was Moose and Squirrel, the space that you guys
put on the other night, it was on Tuesday, Croak or Grind, right? Croak or Grind. That was a lot
of fun. And I thought that you did a really, really great job with it. So I kept hearing
that this was kind of brought back.
I wasn't around for it, so I didn't really know how it was going to go.
So I just wanted to listen in.
And I thought you guys did a really, really great job with it.
It was a lot of fun to listen to.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
The new show started and nobody fucking sent me a link?
I was wondering why you weren't there for him.
You motherfuckers.
Rocky, I blame Rocky.
It's because he's mad.
He's mad right now.
He's like, fucking Fawn, dude.
Fuck that guy.
And I'm giving him a link.
Oh, man, I would have been there, but I didn't know.
Oh, wait, it was Tuesday?
It was Tuesday.
Oh, no, I wouldn't have been there.
I was watching the Panthers win the cup for the second time in a row, baby.
So, no, I wouldn't have been there.
And that's why I think you weren't there.
That makes way more sense.
Because you were tweeting about the game.
He didn't know the gum was loaded.
Well, we missed you.
And, Cara, thank you so much.
I thought it was a complete train wreck.
I hated it.
And the next one will be so much better.
No, it was not a train wreck.
I can't wait to come and fuck it up next week.
I can't wait for that either.
It was more of an airline collision.
When is it?
Chill yourself, Adia.
When is the next thing?
No, this is for the musicians.
Don't worry about it.
Just look at my pin post and you'll see it.
That's all.
Get back to the music, damn it.
Oh, we will.
Okay, we will see it.
You know how we're going to see it?
No, I do what I want.
I don't know if you heard this song that I played earlier,
but it was all about me doing whatever the fuck I want.
So there it is, guys.
Croaker Grind, July 1st.
They're coming back.
Definitely go check it out.
Audio never likes to shill himself.
There it is.
I'm certain it's going to be fun.
Whatever it is, I'm sure it's going to be fun.
I'm sure you're going to laugh.
I've laughed way too hard, way too many times in spaces hosted by Audiomatic.
So let's go.
Thanks for being here, bro.
Yeah, I'm going to drop down to give another space to a musician.
And I'm going to get back to work, but I'm going to stay parked in here.
And, you know, you guys are amazing.
Thank you so much.
Real quick, as you drop i see danger devin
hanging out down there devin i have that song the cadillac you know what i'm talking about the

then maybe we can yeah you will have to wait though because we've got mojo and james up next
uh so mojo my guy floor is yours let's get started. The needs of change Every day
Seems a waste
And a waste
Another day
Where the faces
Are so cold
I drive all night
Just to get back home
Cause I'm a cowboy
On a steel side ride I did all the night, yeah.
Sometimes I sleep.
Sometimes it's not the days.
The people I read always go their separate ways.
Sometimes I tell the day by the
bottle that you drink.
adore a lawyer
and all you do
Cause I'm a cowboy
steel horse I'm
I'm worried
I'm dead or alive, I'm a cowboy On the studio side right here
I'm a warrior
Dead or alive
And I walk the streets
I load a stick string up my back
I play for keeps
Cause I might not make it big
I bend everywhere
And still I'm standing tall
I've seen the main faces And I brought them all I'm standing tall. Seen me faces.
And I brought them all.
Cause I'm a cowboy.
On a steel outside ride.
I'm walking, walking.
Dead or alive.
I'm a cowboy.
I'm a cowboy
Got the night on my side
I'm a warning, warning
Dead or Alive
Dead or Alive
Dead or Alive
Dead or alive Dead or alive
I still ride
Dead or alive
Dead or alive
Dead or alive
Dead or alive
Dead or alive, dead or alive, dead or alive, dead or alive.
And I'm going to have to excuse her for not getting to this.
I'm so confused by the way.
Oh my god.
Have you guys seen Night at the Roxbury?
Do you guys know that movie?
Right. You're right but it's like no.
That's how I was supposed to come across.
Kara asked if I was high after I told her that I was high.
And I said, no.
It's too bad I can't hear the inflection in your voice.
Over text message!
I know, that's the problem.
I wrote it.
I wrote it the right way.
I'm supposed to be a mind reader.
I got you.
I got you. I got you.
So you're high.
You're saying you're high?
Are you sure?
Anyway, Mojo, that was great.
Thanks for always being here and sticking around and putting up with my shit.
That's what makes it fun, baby.
Well, listen, Kara wrote me today before the space.
It was like, wow, either nobody knows what they're about to get into
or people like this
because there's a lot of saves
on the space. That's right. We like it, baby.
We like it. Oh, damn. Okay.
I mean, we have a great time.
That's not what I said. I said either
people like us together
or they're ready for the
shit show because that's what you said.
You said that a week ago. They're ready for the shit show. I mean what you said. You said that a week ago.
They're ready for the shit show.
You either are or you aren't.
Here's my take.
It's two thirds of fun.
It's both, Robin.
Who's the fun one
out of the duo though? Me or fun?
How can you pick? God, picking. Me or Fawn? Yes. Oh, yeah.
How can you pick?
You can even, God, pick in between a rock and a hard place.
That's like asking my favorite child.
I can't do that.
The answer is yes.
We're just different flavors.
That's all.
You know, that's right. We are.
One of you is pistachio.
The other one is cinnamon.
I'm not saying which is much.
Fawn is weak flavor right now.
I like both of those, so I actually don't care which one I am.
Those are great.
Just don't mix them.
Just don't mix the streams.
It'll be the end of civilization.
Yeah, maybe.
I use cinnamon on a lot of things, but I don't know that I would ever put cinnamon on pistachios.
That's what I'm saying.
Just don't mix the streams.
Okay, let's keep it rolling.
We've got some new faces.
We've got some people who have been sticking around for a while.
So just to touch base with everybody on where we're at on the list,
we have got James, Robin, Rabbit.
Then we're going to go Ink and Porky and Jay.
And then we're going to do a host round.
And, yeah. Oh, and Devin. and Porky and Jay. And then we're going to do a host round. And yeah.
Oh, and Devin.
We'll just throw him in there somewhere.
Did somebody say shit show?
Yes, he's here for the shit show, guys.
Complete the Cadillac song.
I can't get it out of my head.
Cadillac, I love it.
I don't even worry about Devin because he already knows what he's coming into.
I know. This isn't news. So anyway, James, the floor is yours.
What's up? Okay. Damn, right. New iPhone. Who dis?
Who dis? I don't know. So I've been playing this one a little bit this week.
Snow Patrol is it. Okay. I'm going to try to back off a little bit here. We'll do it all, everything, all on our own
We don't need anything, or anyone Anything Or anyone
If I lay here
If I just lay here
If you lie with me
I'll just forget the world
I don't quite know how to say how I feel
How I feel
Those three words
I said too much
They're not enough
If I lay here
If I just lay here, if I just lay here, who can lie with me and just forget the world? Before we get too old
Show me a garden that's bursting in your life
Let's waste time
Chasing cars Around the hills I'm chasing cars around my head
If I lay here, if I just lay here
Would you lie with me and just forget the world?
All that I am, all that I ever was
Is there your perfect eyes?
Is there all I can see?
I don't know where
If it's about how as well
It's not that these things will never change for us at all
If I lay here, if I just lay here, would you lie with me and just forget the world? Oh, Fonda's calling someone.
Damn, someone called the fucking fire department.
Oh my god, I love it.
I'm stealing that one too.
I don't think that I came up with it.
So just know that you're probably stealing it from somebody else.
Oh my god, that was so great.
I don't think that's an original take.
That was so good.
Bro, I'm so fucking glad you got this new phone
because, damn, I am hearing you from a whole new light.
And, wow, like the world is luckier for it.
Thanks, man.
I appreciate it.
Yeah, James, that was amazing.
That's one of my favorite songs.
And also, shout out, Stash, I see you down there.
Shout out to my Grey's Anatomy fans because that song, Grey's Anatomy,
don't get me started on Meredith and Derek, guys.
But that song is beautiful, and I love it.
It's one of the first songs that I learned to play when I was teaching myself
how to play the guitar.
And hearing you do it with your iPhone and having your audio quality back, James, it's so good to hear you again, man. That was beautiful.
Thanks, Kara. I didn't know that you had a history with that song.
I love that song so much.
I'm glad you watched it. Cool.
It was great. Fucking great. Thanks for being here tonight, James. Appreciate you.
Thanks for having me. Good to have you tonight, James. Appreciate you. Thanks for having me.
Good to have you back, James. I've missed you.
Okay. I believe we have reached the point of the night where Robin, you're up, my guy. I think so, right? Yeah.
let's go what you got for us well uh we were on a different topic when i sent it but
Let's go. What you got for us?
you know when i'm in this when i'm in this space i'll keep this short and sweet
uh fondue it's nice to meet you we haven't really gone through the ringer like kara and i have as
far as my music but i pride myself on my variety and you, underwritten to that my goals in what I do, which is primarily
rap. But this song is, um, like I mentioned to, I forget who it was, but whoever did the song,
I was talking about Oliver Anthony and it's basically about my ex and, and it's not like
a complete hate song, but it's, um, yeah, it's about the struggle, you know what I'm saying? Between the ex and the, uh, kids and everything. And it's, you know, so Kara's got it. It's called Slymantha,
just so you know, like, you're going to be like, what is that word? But her name was Samantha.
So I named it Slymantha. Oh my God. I see it. I was wondering about that. Um, all right. One
second. Also, by the way, Fawn, Thanos, uh Thanos said that he sent me an email, so we should get him in
the queue, too, with some music.
So whatever that list looks like, Thanos, we got you.
I know, right?
I know, right?
Where to put him.
I know where you put the amazing stuff that he's been cooking up, so we got it.
All right.
Sly Mantha.
Sly Mantha. cooking up so we got it perfect all right slime anthem it's what i wish to you to be happier than me i even told you this raise up raise the children
face to face but no guess what no was that you hold resentment but you have them anyway
your heart is empty i. Your heart is empty.
I said your heart is empty.
Would your love be amazing anyways?
Why can't you be there for me?
It's called comparing things Give me that
Alright Looks like in the game of love, betcha 0 for 3 I tried my best to change for you Even tried my best at listening
But you harbor resentments, it's obvious to me
That the whole time I tried making you happier than me
You were blind to the efforts and in the end became my enemy
Now you wanna play games with the kids and that's damaging
To them, not me
And that's a shame
What you don't see is the bond you're breaking
It's the only thing left that breaks the heart in my chest easily
so while at once i hoped you'd find a new love.
Now I guess.
I hope you just rise above.
I just feel kind of dumb.
Because clearly that's not what love is.
Or what love does.
Ain't a question if you know this.
But at the end of the road, yeah, I hope you'll notice.
I never gave up and never let go.
But you did though.
And when the curtain call is made, it's sad to say to take your family away legally like you tried doing to me for
nothing is fight but i will sit back and call your names that's right just to spill the truth
and pray in earnest for a better ending and a different solution, but that means nothing to you, that's the scar of the hearts of these children
Take a child's father, we'll tear him apart, for what's selfish desire from the start
It won't help you build your empire, But it'll cost you love, this I swear
You gone, you lost it it You're off the deep end
Yo, Robin, that was dope i don't i i don't know maybe have i no i had to have heard you before that i haven't heard that song before well it's unreleased that's why um
you know what i'm saying like a lot of the shit i'd be playing in care spaces is unreleased
because really i guess in the end what the goal is is to hear people's reaction to your music.
But, really, that one, that one's kind of personal.
You know what I'm saying?
And it is what it is.
But, like, if y'all knew the story, if y'all knew the backstory, which I don't even have three days to tell y'all.
You know what I'm saying?
But, like, everything that this person has put me through over, you know what I'm saying?
Like, it's just, it's crazy, bro.
So I just, I kind of had to make that.
It was kind of forced.
Do you know what I'm saying?
Not like in an artist standpoint, but like it was forced like emotionally.
You know what I'm saying?
Like when you have to make something.
Love that, man.
Because this is my vent, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Like music is how I survive.
And it's literally through this, that situation and everything that's come behind is how I started music and how I've stayed alive.
You know what I'm saying?
Well, that's awesome.
Well, keep doing it.
Because, yeah, I enjoyed that.
And I'm sure other people did.
So, yeah, keep coming back.
Keep sharing.
Keep creating.
All right.
Let's keep it rolling.
We've gotten back to our guy, Rabbit.
Rabbit, thanks for being patient, man.
I know we're circling the block here, but it's like a while ago that you went.
So I appreciate you still being here.
Hey, thanks.
I appreciate it.
I appreciate you guys' space and getting to know you guys a little better, too.
I'm just going to exit with a simple one. It's almost my bedtime, so here we go.
Early in the morning, rising to the street.
Light me up that cigarette, and I strap shoes on my feet, got to find a reason, reason things went wrong, got to find a reason why my money's all gone.
gone i got a damnation i could still get high and i can play this guitar like a motherfucking
Your mama gave it all to Jerry D. D. D.
That's what I got within my reach.
Some blood starts out straight from Long Beach.
Yeah, come back to me.
Gonna give what you did there.
Try and taste that.
Your mama gets it.
That's what I got.
Don't start a riot.
You feel it when the dance gets high.
Me and my girl got this relationship.
Me and my girl got this relationship.
I love her so bad that she treats me like shit.
I'm unlocked out like a penitentiary.
She's better loving all over and when she get home, they don't live for me.
Mary said,
I got two turntables
and a microphone here.
where y'all at?
I got two turntables
I'm gonna turn the microphone here
and a microphone here.
She's got that classic style
Working it by the mile
Let me show you how this goes
She'll bring it down low on a dance floor
Catching feelings is a no
Let me show you how this roll
Where's the worst business ever, loves it and so freak what you hurt
Oh, rolling with a fatness, don't even know what the half is
You've got to pay to play, just for sure that ain't bang to look your way. Like the way you work it, no diggin' in.
You got to bang it, bang it up baby.
Like the way you work it, no diggin' in.
You got to bang it up. what i did not expect i did not expect i did not expect the end on no diggity that was fire bro
that was cool that was a great mashup man i loved it thank you let's go thanks for having
man really really enjoyed hearing you tonight i hope hope to get to hear you in the uh in the
next time because uh yeah it was a it was a good time uh let keep going Because I know we got
Look who's back, our guy Rocky
So I think
That we've got Ink up next
And Porky on deck
And then Rocky
And then we'll go Devin
And then we're going to do our host round
And yeah, we got Thanos coming up as well.
So let's go.
Okay, thanks.
I'm going to drop down.
For sure, Rabbit.
Thanks again, ma'am.
Yeah, thanks, Rabbit.
All right, Ink, my guy, we're back.
What else you got for us?
All right, so this is going to be another song that AJ just released.
I went ahead and sent it to Kara.
It's going to be called Half of Me.
Alright, I am pulling that up.
Okay, let's see.
Probably going to get some air. Yep, here we see. Probably gonna get some air.
Here we go.
Not the song.
Oh, man, I love it, man.
Whenever they come into the room.
It's good.
You left your jacket by the door.
But it's your silence that I'm wearing more.
I play your song, but the notes feel wrong.
It's not the same without your voice to a sing-along.
I put my heart in every line, but you just read it like a headline.
Skin past the love, skipped the ache, now I'm the only one wide awake. I gave you time.
I gave you grace.
You gave me distance wrapped in space.
Now I'm staring at the mirror like it's lying to me.
Half a man, half a ghost where you used to be. You took the part that knew how to feel.
Left the shell and called it a deal but love
don't leave like that so cold so casually you didn't just walk away
you took half of me you used to trace my scars like maps
Now you leave my messages collapsed
I don't hate you, I don't wish you pain
But I can't keep dancing in this rain
Our dreams still echo in the hall
Like pictures nailed to a broken wall
I try to move, but grief moves first. Love like ours comes with a curse. I forgave what you never confessed. Now I carry what you laid to rest.
Now I'm staring at the mirror like it's lying to me.
Half a man, half a ghost where you used to be.
You took the part that knew how to feel.
Left a shell and called it a deal.
But love, don't leave like that.
So cold, so casually.
You didn't just walk away
You took half of me
I don't need revenge, you're in, I'm sorry
I just want back what you borrowed from me
My peace, my breath
The part that believes in forever
And someone who stays when it's grief
Now I'm done staring at the ghost in the glass
I won't wait in rooms built from the past
I'll rebuild the part you stole from me
No one knew till I'm finally free
You left me in pieces
But I'll find the rest of me
yeah i mean it's bro ink it's crazy to me that that's ai because like it does i can't believe
that's ai it's it has it has such a commercial sound already so it's it's yeah it's pretty wild
um but thank you thank you for sharing i mean like i said and this remind us again this is So it's pretty wild.
But thank you.
Thank you for sharing.
I mean, like I said, and this, remind us again, this is AJ's lyrics, but to AI vocals and music, right?
That's correct.
I mean, that's cool.
At least it's a piece of him in there.
You know, it was cool. Appreciate you sharing you sharing yeah thank you so much for being yeah that was i mean look i thought that song was great i'm just
so shocked that that's ai you know like i was trying to pick it out i was listening for it
like to an untrained ear but yeah no problem today was his release day for his new song. So just want to share it a
little bit. Let everybody hear it. I know more artists are coming up, so I'll step down. Thanks
y'all for listening. And if you are interested and hear more from AJ, I put down in the purple
pill, a link to his Spotify where you can hear more music from him. You can pin it up top too if you want, um,
you know, before you go,
no problem.
Appreciate it.
Appreciate you coming through.
It was nice to meet you last week.
Thanks for supporting the space,
It's good to hear you.
Definitely.
All right.
Let's keep this thing moving.
All right.
We got next Sergeant.
We made it to our guy,
Porky's been waiting a hot minute, too.
Porky, appreciate you.
What you got for us?
Hey, Porky.
Hey, Kara.
Hey, Fondue.
I got something made this week, so I'm just going to play it.
Is it the song that I really want to hear?
That one's still on the back burner.
It's going to probably be on the back burner for a minute
I'm just fucking with you bro
Here we go
I want to go.
I want to go. I want to go.
I want to go. um I wanna go I wanna go, I wanna, I wanna, I wanna go Oh I want to go. I want to go.
I want to go.
I want to go to help my family.
I want to go.
I want to go.
I want to go.
I want to go. so Oh I want to go.
I want to take a hand on me.
Thank you. That was dope. I like that beat, Porky. That was dope.
I like that beat, Porky.
That was dope, Porky.
It's a fun one.
We really need a fire emoji on this thing.
There needs to be one.
Yo, I love the vibe of that song, Porky.
I'm happy y'all listening.
Super fire.
Appreciate it.
Super, super fire. Thanks for sticking
around, man. Really
appreciate it.
We're so fortunate, Kara.
We get to hear all this good music
from so many people.
Thanks to everybody who's been in the
audience all night, hanging with us and listening.
Kara will be back next
week with Jules.
That's going to be a great one.
Jules, another extremely talented artist and producer in the space.
We're all very lucky.
Let's keep it rolling.
We did finally make it back to my guy, Mr. Grimey himself.
Glad to see that we kept the space open long enough
for you to return. And thank you for your patience. What long-winded thing would you
like to tell us?
I have nothing long-winded to say because I am tired.
...long-winded to say because I am tired.
It's been a...
Wait, you didn't take drugs again to go to sleep, right?
Because I don't know if you remember that space.
I'm not sick anymore.
I'm good now.
I was sick last week when I hosted this show with Kara.
Oh, my God.
I'm good now.
Yeah, and then you missed the thing that
you were going to bed to do. Yeah, I was sick. I was sick, but it's all right. It's all right.
Listen, I told the kid I'll buy him one of them toys that he wants that he's been begging me to
buy, so it's fine. It's fine. We're just we're just gonna go on we're just gonna
go ahead look i got an exclusive for y'all tonight um i got a new single that's gonna be dropping
probably like around like the second week of july um under uh digijoints it's a collaboration with
with digijoints some of y'all may have heard of them over there.
So this is a record that, you know, we talked about this a few months ago and I finally just
got this record recorded maybe like two days ago, so it's very fresh. This is just a demo version.
This is just a demo version
It's you know a little noisy in the beat still so I don't mind that shit
But yeah, it's a brand new joint. We call in this one spin the block
All right spin the block Oh Talk to me again Uh-huh, uh-huh Spin the block, baby
Uh-huh, okay, baby
Talk to me again
Uh, look, girl, I know it's been a minute
We should never speak again from the way you're in it
It's just something about our vibe and I keep getting
Flashbacks to the last time I was in it
Damn, it's messed up how you try to spin it
Like you was just drunk, you was never with it.
Now you know that's just dumb, so you're kidding.
You would never circle back if you really meant it.
I see that where I messed up was getting in my feelings.
I wanna say I love you, but you don't wanna hear it.
You wanna take my soul, you almost had my spirit.
And you don't wanna love, you just wanna feel it.
But you ain't gotta worry, baby girl I get it.
If you just wanna, baby girl I'm with it. No strings attached, I just wanna feel it but you ain't gotta worry baby girl i get it if you just wanna
baby girl i'm with it no strings attached i just wanna hit it one last time until the next time i miss it I'm here if you need me, be my sweet lady.
Come through, receive me.
She scream out.
Aight, girl, I think I get the point.
I bet the neighbors know my name the way we bring the noise.
Maybe we should take a break before they get annoyed.
I take a shot, she be puffing on the digi joint.
Yeah, all good, now we back to it.
She tell me lay back, she want a hat to it. Don't you ever take what's mine, don't you act stupid. Don't you ever take this mind? Don't you act stupid I love this.
Oh, Rocky, new favorite.
New favorite. New favorite.
Of course it's your new favorite, Cara.
I just told that to audio.
We just talked about this earlier today.
I just said the same thing to audio.
He's like, yo, this is my new favorite. I'm like, yo, you and Cara are just one in the same thing to audio. He's like, yo, this is my new favorite.
I'm like, yo, you and Kara are just one and the same.
Look, okay, look, listen.
I have a couple of favorites from you.
Look, all of your original music, the collabs, everything you do, I love it, right?
But I have some that are my favorites.
This song right now, new favorite, adding it to the favorite list.
That shit was fucking hot. I was doing my AJ Makes Fun of Me. I was doing my white girl
shoulder shrug as I was listening to it. That is a fucking vibe. And guess what, guys? I have it in
text. I can save it and listen to it whenever the fuck I want. That was awesome. Thank you. I'm
actually, um, I'm excited about that one. I really, you know, for me to had,
I wrote it pretty quickly too. Like I, like I had the beat for a while. Like I sat on the beat
for maybe like a month or so. But as soon as I sat down to write the record, it came to me
instantly, you know, and then like I freestyled the um the chorus um and it just
yeah it just it just came together real good so i'm excited like i said that should be dropping
um dropping with digi joints probably you know um like the second week of july something like that
wow that's a banger rocky i really enjoyed that one thank you kindly thank you kindly
um i'm not gonna say it was my new favorite per se um I will say, though, that's more the style that I listen to now,
as far as newer rap, hip-hop goes.
I'm more into the vibey beats and that kind of stuff.
So, yeah, I did really like that one.
It was fun. It brought me back to the beach i kind of felt like i was back at home in florida on the beach appreciate
it man yeah i'm trying to you know it's summer man i'm trying to bring the the summer vibes you
know um before this super villain album drops You know we go on
We looking at like, you know late August or mid-August for that super villains album
Me and is that is that a hint?
Yeah, I mean well listen whenever you want to get me my damn vocals
any any time that you feel like you know
any any time that you feel like you know um you know i'm gonna need those uh because
we got we got plans for for that one right there but you know um but but yeah you know me and
danos are both doing uh some solo stuff before the album drops so you know i'm just trying to get
uh get my my solo shit out the way he getting
his solo shit out the way and by the end of the summer uh super villain season you know let's go
looking forward to it um i really like a lot of a lot of the new direction that you've been going in
um you know i know we only got to hear a lot of old recorded stuff from when you were in your teens, so
I realized that there was a huge jump there anyway.
Hey, we're calling him Little Ruru now.
No, no, we're not.
Cut it out, Kara.
Little Ruru.
Come on, Thanos.
I know you hear me.
Don't worry.
Don't worry, Rocky.
I'm not doing that.
Well, Thanos agrees with it.
Well, Thanos is a troublem with it that wasn't even the name
you're saying it wrong
is it little Ro Ro
oh Ro Ro oh I'm sorry
it wouldn't be Ro Ro Ro
well alright Ro Ro
thanks for coming
isn't even Ro Ki
how does that work
my name would have to be Ro Ki to grind me for that to work and support. The name isn't even Rokey. How does that work?
My name would have to be Rokey to grind me for that to work.
No, that's not how it works.
I didn't say it.
Literally, we can
call it however we want it.
It's not even grammatically correct.
The more that you fight against it,
the more I want to do it.
English was my best subject.
Rocky, do you remember what happened with the mayonnaise?
Like, do you really want this to be the new mayonnaise?
Do you want Roro to be the new mayonnaise?
I'm not doing this with you.
I don't have to take this.
I don't have to take this at all.
You don't, but you also do.
Oh, my God. Okay. Okay. let's keep going because it's it's rolling
on it's getting late on the east coast it's it's feeling late here um we're gonna we're gonna keep
moving we're gonna go devon jay host round and then we're gonna get to hear out a a track from
thanos and we're gonna get the fuck out of, guys, that's the only reason we haven't brought you up.
We love all of you. We've seen some requests.
Please come back. Just come back
a little earlier, not right at the end of the show.
That's all.
Dev, thanks for being here.
you're not about to play a BG song,
so let's...
Hey, Devin! Hey, Cara. Hey Cara, hey Pugs, hey Fawn
Thanks for coming up
You guys are, I don't know man
It's been, uh, it's been fun listening
You guys are awesome and, jeez
Rocky, that was a great tune, man
I really enjoyed that, everybody's been
Pretty frickin' stellar tonight, so
Um, yeah, also Rocky
Don't be salty, I saw your
He's always salty, when he's always salty when he's not tired
oh there it is um i was wondering fawn have you heard the newest one that i've that i wrote
everything to everyone i don't know that i have all right well maybe i'll play that one then i
know i know oh, there you go.
All right.
Yes, this is definitely not a Bee Gees sound.
So, yeah, this is everything to everyone.
I wrote it, I guess, two weeks ago now.
Anyways, here it goes. I Sliding down your wall Like a drop of wine that missed the glass
Leaving a stain on your table
Unchained to destiny
So I escaped
your grasp
becoming everything
you said I wasn't able
Then you're screaming
in the night because you lost me as your slave
You know you've made me dig this hole, that now you're gonna gobble an early grave
Because I can't be, I can't be everything, everything.
No, I can't be, I can't be everything to everyone.
Your torches fill the dark, your cries of a wasted life.
I see the hate in your eyes You've tasted the poison of your venomous lies
But still you swear I'm the one, I'm the one Who tried to hide the truth
And now you're terrified, terrified Because the lie was found in you
Because I can't be, I can't be
Everything, everything
No, I can't be, I can't be everything
To everyone
I said I can't be, I can't be
Everything, everything.
No, I can't be, I can't be everything.
To everyone, sliding down your wall.
Like a drop of wine that missed the glass.
Leaving a stain on your table.
Unchained destiny calls, so I escaped your grasp, becoming everything you said I wasn't able.
And still you're screaming the night.
Because you lost me as your slave.
You know you made me dig this hole.
And now you're gonna call an early grave.
Because I can't be, I can't be
Everything, everything
No, I can't be, I can't be
Everything to everyone
I said I can't be, I can't be
Everything, everything
No, I can't be, I can't be
Everything to everyone Bee Gees.
That was awesome, Dev.
Thanks, bud.
Your passion is always something else.
I know, right?
Look, Devin, that was not the song that I requested.
I wanted to hear the Cadillac song.
But that song was so much fucking better than any cover that you could ever do i i love there's there
are songs from there are some favorites that i have from you and favorites that are originals
but that song the new one oh my god man and your passion i can't it's amazing it's one of the best
i've heard you do it yet man keep up the good work oh thanks buddy well i think i think
us all as songwriters and artists here know like you can sing a song a hundred times and you'll
like you'll be like oh you know the 88th time sounded great and and the 106th time sounded
great you know what i mean it's always a little little different performance every time especially
live you know but right on thanks glad you guys enjoyed it thank you so much devon
i appreciate you thanks for coming up oh always every every time every chance i get i want to i
want to be here and you know so yeah thanks thanks for mike thank you thank you because this space
would not be anything without of all the amazing talent that continues to roll through and share it with us. Like Fawn said, like we are so lucky because we get to sit here and host the space and have so many incredibly talented people roll through and share.
And that was incredible.
Yeah, well, I don't know.
That's what I love about spaces.
It's like, you know, on other apps, there's like so many bots and just garbage and stuff but
when you get to spaces it's like real people real artists like original songs that they've written
and it's just it's very inspiring place so yeah I wouldn't uh wouldn't still be writing songs if it
weren't for all you guys and and all you know you guys are an inspiring bunch I I was going to say, Twitter's definitely filled with bots, but this is
more true than it.
Not spaces.
Not spaces.
Except when Shirley Lowe shows up.
It's more glitches than bots.
Yeah, Shirley Lowe.
But that's about it.
Devin, as always,
thank you for blessing the stage.
Appreciate you being here. All right. Jay, we're back thank you for blessing the stage. Appreciate you being here.
All right.
Jay, we're back to you, my guy.
Hello, hello.
Thank you, guys.
Loving it.
Loving it.
Got a little three doors down for you. To this world I am unimportant
Just because I had nothing to give
So you call this your free country Tell me why it costs so much to live
Tell me why this world can turn me down But I won gonna turn me wild, this world can turn me down But the whole journey, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, All my work and endless measures never seem to get me very far
Walk a mile just to move it is now
Even though I'm trying so damn hard
Trying so hard
This world can turn me down
But I won't turn away
And I won't duck and run
Cause I'm not built that way
When everything is gone
There's nothing there to fear
This world cannot be without us, no, because I'm already here
I'm already here
I'm only going to do it without the doubt I'm going to do it I thought I'd never let you in I won't take it right
I won't take it right
I won't take it right
I won't take it right
I won't take it right
I'll pass away This world can turn me down But I won't take a run Oh, God, you're worried
This world can't turn me down
But I won't turn away
And I won't talk in love
Because I'm not going to live
Because everything is gone
There's nothing there to fear
This world cannot turn me down
No, because I am already here
I'm already here
Passing away, onto the better life Thank you guys.
Fucking great, bro.
Jay. I love your voice look i think being unique is a really cool thing i think that that means that if you're unique i know you're laughing fond but like if you're unique you have something different
that like nobody else has and i take that as perspective and positive. And you have such a unique voice and a vibe with it.
And that was a dope-ass song.
I loved it.
I'm throwing it out there for Brad and Three Doors Down.
And it's a good world.
And it's a tough world.
And I appreciate that.
I love Three Doors Down.
That was great.
Awesome. Thank you guys again. That was great. Awesome.
Thank you guys again.
It was lovely.
Well, everybody, we've gotten to that point in the night where I guess now you get to hear your hosts again, I guess.
And, you know, I guess I'm just going to go first.
because... Yes, you are.
Yes, you are.
I haven't played this one in a while.
Is this what I think it is?
It's a little different than the original you know recorded version
suspended regression
brought on by my perception perception of happenings
can't hold it
brought on
all the places
I ought to be
respite I'm a little bit more than a girl, but I'm not a girl, but I'm not a girl, but I'm straight black, think I got a OG, checks me out Walk through the playground, just a thought
Didn't think there was an answer
I understand that my daydreaming's got to come to an end sometime Just trying to sew myself back into my quilted wonderland
Well, is love an infection or just a sick addiction?
Words have I through, I'm just rigid
Couldn't care what's out in this hell I'm not a man. Straight back and thinkin' Can't know if she checks me I walked through the flaggy ground
Just a thought, didn't think there was an answer
You can hold on till you're turning gray
Touch my cold hands with your warm embrace
Travel a million miles in the pouring rain
Kiss your cheek, I smile, soak up every hour
Lay out by your side
Reminisce the autumn days
Brushed by some bright, how nice
Dressed up in a tiny orange flower
Flows, hair laced in curly slack
I drink like a nigga Gotta hope she texts me out Tiny orange flower with flowers Head legs still curly, slide high
Tree black, thinking
Gotta hope she checks me out
Walk through the playground
Just a thought
Didn't think that I was an answer
Damn Damn Damn Damn
For the record,
I have a favorite Fondoodle song
and it's Vat.
I like his other songs.
Don't get me wrong.
But they're not Vat.
That's the one.
That was amazing.
Yeah, that one's way better than Lakeside amazing yeah that one's that one's way better
than lakeside letter way better that one is way better you know brown eyes isn't award-winning
like lakeside letter is but i will say that yeah like that i like i mean i i like all my songs
pretty equally but yeah that one's a that's the one that that's That's the one. That is the song. That is the reason why we are friends.
Because you came into a space and you played that song.
And I was like, dude, what the fuck?
I need to know you now.
And we've been tight ever since.
Here we are.
So, yeah, that's the one right there, man.
Go stream that on Spotify like I do.
I do it, you know, stream that on Spotify like I do. I do it every day.
So be like me.
Yeah, that was a vibe, man.
I just went outside, lit a cigarette, put my phone on as loud as I possibly could,
and I was just sitting here just chilling, dude.
That was fucking awesome fun.
Amazing fun.
All right.
Which one of the hosts is up?
That would be great.
Dude, I've been working on this one,
but I have to,, I have to like practice it. Where did I go wrong?
Lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save your life
yeah I gotta I gotta practice it but man that is a special song now for something completely different. Just a little teaser.
That was a big teaser, Pugs. That teased the shit out of me.
Now I hate everything about you.
I'll make a point to do it officially sometime. Bury me softly in the swoon.
And I'd give this part of me for you.
Send rains down and here I sit
And rains down and here I sit
Holding rare flowers in a tomb
Down in a hole and I don't know if I can be saved
See my heart, I'm decorated like a grave You don't understand who they thought I was supposed to be
Look at me now, a man who won't let himself be Down in a hole, losing my soul
Down in a hole, losing control
Losing control
I'd like to fly
But my wings have been so denied Down in a hole and they put all the stones in their place
Eached in the sun so my tongue has been guilty of kicking myself in the teeth
I will speak no more of my feelings beneath
Down in a hole
Feel too small
Down in a hole, losing control.
I'd like to fly, but my wings have been so denied
Bury me softly in the swimming
I'd give this part of me for you
Sand rains down and here I sit
Holding rare flowers in a tomb
Down at a hole
Losing my soul
Down at a hole feeling so small, down and fly, but my wings have been so denied. Music Hey Pugs, I just had to call you to tell you, holy fuck, that was lovely.
He's calling the fire department because you literally just lit the entire space on fire
with that performance i
almost cried that was so beautiful yeah you don't have to practice that one bro
i know care is a big eic fan i know yes oh my god when you started playing that song i was like oh
my god that was so good that was so good okay um don't hate me guys but i'm gonna say
new favorite new favorite adding it to the list of favorites, guys.
I want to see this list.
I would also like to see this list.
It's so long, but at least I have a lot of play time.
Kara, were you a cheerleader?
No, I was in marching band.
If everything is your favorite, is anything your favorite?
I mean, yes and no.
I mean, look, Arson's Letter or name or whatever the fuck it is is not my favorite song.
That's definitely not your favorite.
I get that.
You just butchered the name.
Arson's Letter combining Devin's least favorite song and your least favorite song.
It's hilarious.
That's right.
Check out Arson's Letter
on all streaming platforms near you.
Not to be confused with Lakeside Letter.
Right, Devin?
Yeah, you don't want to upload that one.
Or download that, rather.
It might win some money.
You never know.
Hasn't it already?
I think it has already.
Hey, the sky's the limit.
All right, Kara, shut her down.
What you got, Kara?
Yeah, we're going to shut down with Thanos, but I'm going to do...
Okay, so I've been practicing this song since last week I
have not been able to get through it perfectly I'm gonna try it I'm gonna see how it goes
ah all right
see I already fucked it up hold on You were my son
You were my son, you were my earth
You didn't know all the ways to love you, no
You took a chance, made other plans
But I bet you didn't think this thing would come crashing down.
You don't have to say what you did.
I already know.
I found out from now.
Now there's just no chance for you and me.
We'll never be.
Don't make you sad about it.
Told me you loved me. Why did you leave me alone
Tell me you need me
When you call me on the phone
Boy, I refuse
You must have made confused
With some other girls.
Bridges are fun, now it's your turn to cry.
Cry me a river, cry me a river.
Cry me a river, cry me a river.
Yeah, yeah
Know that they
Say something's all
Better luck unsaid
It was a life you only
Talked to earn you know it
All of these sick people
That we keep messing with my head
Should have picked honesty
that you'll make none of, won't it?
You don't have to say what you did
I already know, I found out from
now there's just no chance for you and me
though never be, don't I make you sad about it?
Tell me you love me, why did you leave me on my own?
Tell me you need me when you call me on the phone
You called me on the phone
Boy, I refuse
You must have been confused
With some other girls
Bridges are fun
Now it's your turn to cry
Cry me a river
Cry me a river
Cry me a river Cry me a river
Cry me a river
Yeah, yeah
Tell me just until I guess I'll be leaving
Tell me just until I guess I'll be livin' Oh, oh, oh
Damage is done, so I guess I'll be, I'll be livin'
Damage is done, so I guess I'll be, I'll be livin'
You don't have to say what you did
I already know
I found out I'm a
Now there's just a chance for you and me
I'll never be told to make you sad about it
Baby go on and just

Thanks, guys.
Okay, quick.
Quick question.
When she hit the chorus line, was anybody else going,
because I was.
Kara, I have news for you.
I have news for you. I have news for you.
I don't say this often, but I know that song.
You know that song? I know that song.
I've heard it before.
I know it.
I even know the words.
I even know the words.
And you know, I forgot to ask you before I started playing, Rocky, do you know the words wow i even know the words and you know i forgot to ask you uh before i started
playing rocky do you know the song so that's awesome i'm happy you know it good i'd be worried
about you if you did not oh yeah i mean uh well listen i mean uh i've mentioned before that uh
i'm quite the uh justinC fan. So, yeah.
Me too. I know those.
I know those.
You know, I had NSYNC and Backstreet Boys.
I know it's like
controversial, but I had both posters
on my wall.
I didn't have any posters.
I like them both.
I didn't have any posters. That wasn't
But, yeah. I didn't have any posters. That wasn't my thing. But yeah, I definitely came up off of NSYNC.
Definitely did.
Well, I'm happy that you knew the song, Rocky.
And I loved your rendition as well.
Well, thank you.
I'm practicing dynamics guys you know slapping
the guitar and shit yeah once you got going with it it sounded great kara
thank you that one still needs more work i get really nervous playing it so when i get nervous
i fucked it up i liked when you were doing that you don't have to say what you did oh you know
yeah i was trying to yeah bring like the dream thing where he slaps the guitar all the time
and he does palm muting, which I'm still learning.
I'm working on with my guitar instructor.
But I'm trying to bring in the slapping of the guitar,
which I did in two songs tonight.
Stash has been my inspiration with the drumming, you know,
like on the guitar stuff.
It's cool.
I like it.
I want to do it.
It was cool. I like it. I want to do it. It was lovely.
It was lovely.
Don't be so hard on yourself
because it always ends up being so good in the end.
Oh, thanks.
You know how you said earlier,
I'm nervous to play now
and I was like, welcome to my world.
Well, that's how I feel around all of you all of the time
so comparison is the thief of joy Kara comparison you're correct you are absolutely right you are
right I and I agree I agree are you guys ready for another thing Thanos no no well we are
gonna go to Thanos but I thought I thought I'd leave us with
one more of the hundred things that you're not supposed
to know. Oh, you know what, Fawn?
You should leave us with a couple because you really
didn't sprinkle them throughout the space like you said you would
No, I hit the bong instead
so, um, no, we're
going to just do this one because
it takes time to find
the good ones I've realized because they're
not all good but some of these are good i i i didn't know this okay ready around around one
quarter of the witches right the people labeled as witches in history were men
what wouldn't they be wouldn't they be warlocks, no, no. This is what's so crazy.
So it says,
it says most popular works on the subject ignore men who are accused and executed for supposedly practicing witchcraft.
Academic works that don't omit the male witches usually explain them away as if they were just a few special cases and don't really count.
cases and don't really count.
So I guess an associate professor of University of Alberta did, and one of his grad students,
they did like a whole book on this, Male Witches in the Early Modern Europe.
Yeah, 110,000 people were tried for witchcraft and 60,000 were executed from 1450 to 1750
and 20 to 25% were men wow that's like i said they'd
be they'd be brujos that's crazy that is crazy that reminds me of an ai video i saw today
it's they got this witch at the stake and everybody's like burn the witch and she's like
i have a spell that can make you last longer in bed free the witch free the. Free the witch! Free the witch! Free the witch! Fun fact, back in high school when I, well, yeah, when I was like 14, I bought this book.
It was called Candle Burning Magic. And I sat in my room and I lit a candle and I flipped
through the pages and I casted a spell on the boy that I had a crush on. And guess what?
He kissed me like a week later. So maybe it works. I don't know. I'm just throwing it out there.
Maybe you were so confident that it was going to work that your confidence oozed out and you got what you wanted.
No, you know I was not confident.
It was just a law of attraction.
Power of positive confession.
Listen, even a blind squirrel finds a nut, you know?
Oh, that reminds me of a joke I learned that I'm not going to say.
Okay, let's get to Thanos, and let's get the fuck out of here.
I would really love to hear another fact, but that sounds good.
Nope, nope, nope.
We're going to save it.
I'll bring him back next time.
All right.
I have a quick question for Thanos.
Well, he's not going to be able to answer it, though.
Bro, I've heard Thanos, Thanos, and Thanos.
How do you yourself say it?
I think he says Thanos.
I think he says Thanos.
Rocky, you can speak on his name.
I only say Thanos because of Rocky, really.
It's Rocky's fault.
No, Rocky's got that New York accent.
He says Kara.
Better than the way my husband calls me. He calls me Kara.
It's not an E. It's an A, guys.
All right, so, Thanos,
if you want to request to
come up and speak because we're literally playing
your song, feel free. But we are
going to rug the space after this, after we
say bye, which will be like a minute. Yeah, you could also
just stay down there. That's okay, too.
I've got Fonza. You know, we're just going to
go with what Fonza says says um all right this is called it's danos indica dream featuring maya and
yeah that's that's the name all right here we go
lord as i bask in your essence be the last of the freshmen, we're slightly jaded but
passive-aggressive, long-winded, you had any questions?
I was mad in the session, the energies changed when I had redirected, we through the corridors,
I'm chillin', my daughter's bored, workin' for commission like Biggie Jiggy in Baltimore,
I'm your daughter's boy, working for commission like Biggie Jigga in Baltimore though.
How wounded, wild like Calhoun, you cheesy like Calzone.
Your chorus now doomed, I'm Victor Vaughn in this.
Omni man, but more omni as Aura and all my obvious can't see me, that's obvious.
The worst of years, we beat the odds, we persevere.
They turn their head with closed eyelids and open tears.
Lit like open flares, On streets with no one cares
They come up for my soul, stone-toed rocky
I was so prepared
They barely legal, they paralegals
We gonna treat you like algorithm invisible
We barely see you, pussy
I'm dreaming
But not sleeping
It's raining
And the clouds are open, slowly draining, I'm dreaming, but not sleeping, we're sailing till waves are crashing, slowly sinking.
They're all they're sinking. third degrees this is chestnut checkers they playing shooting ladders moving daggers roaming
through body parts like you cadavers just getting adamance if you would matter ironically i sent
the invite months ago now all they do is chatter they with the t i train like mr t my chains like
mr t they aim they miss and leave try to roll then they fall like missing leaves he take it home
act like a dog and his missus leave.
That brother's up the block, got a face on some Krispy Kreme.
And he just wanna cry right now on his Twitter feed.
I'm dreaming, but not sleeping.
Oh, it's raining and the clouds are open slowly draining
I'm dreaming but not sleeping
We're sailing till the waves are crashing slowly sinking Oh, I love that collab.
Maya and Thanos.
That shit's dope.
The Maya track.
I've only ever heard clips of it.
This is the first time I heard the whole record.
That was dope.
Is he on the stage?
No, he's listening.
Okay, well, I'll say, because when you guys were talking before, I was playing a game on my phone, and I was trying not to lose.
Of course you were.
But the pronunciation is Thanos.
Yeah, thank you, Rocky. Thank you, little Roro.
Stop it. Stop it, Kara.
I can't help it.
For the record, it was Thanos that called you little Roro, and it just stuck.
It did not stick.
Oh, it stuck.
It stuck with me.
It didn't stick at all.
It stuck with me and Thanos.
It has legs.
It's walking around.
And it needs to walk around. I'm going to start calling him Little Tata.
They need to give the co-hosts a clue.
That's what Little Tata down there.
Or Tay-Tay.
Thanos is throwing hundreds.
He's on board with Little Roro.
He's on board with Little Tay-Tay.
No, he's on board with Little Roro.
Little Tay-Tay, Little Tata.
I don't know what that means. No. No, no. That board with little Roro. Little Tay-Tay, little Tata. I don't know what that means.
No. No, no.
That's not how this works.
Okay, Fondoodle.
Fondoodle's cool.
That's his actual name.
Little Roro's cool, too.
You gotta see...
People don't understand.
Like, words.
Like, that doesn't bother me.
You can call me Fondoodle.
Call me whatever. It's not supposed to bother you.
That's what I call you.
Okay, Roro, then stop crying about it.
You are Fondoodle-y, dude.
And you're now Roro.
I am not Roro.
It's not even Rokey to Grimey.
That makes no sense.
Okay, but we can make up whatever name you want.
It's not even grammatically correct.
It's little Roro to Grimey.
It's not even grammatically correct. It's little Roro's Hugh Grimey. It's not even grammatically correct.
It doesn't matter.
It's dramatically correct.
English was my best language.
I mean, subject in school.
I'm not certain about that.
The fact that you are so upset about being called little Roro makes me want to call you it more.
So, I'm just saying.
It sounds like slang for a little joint.
What you got there?
Ah, just a little Roro.
I tried to tell you you that earlier Let's go
Alright, let's get the fuck out of here
Good night you guys, you're awesome
Fawn has worked
Really hard today, guys
And it's like, what, 11 o'clock
At night, he's gotta turn in
I've been up since 6am.
So fuck this.
You must get sleep.
Otherwise you can't survive.
Can't survive this world.
It's better for you.
Thank you so much.
