hey man uh i tell you what uh this morning was quite surprising well the past week has been
quite surprising to me i've been in this game since 2011 and the signs of up and
down cycles are, I have my own little pattern. When you start to see YouTube content creators
crying about the price, you know you're headed in a down cycle. When they really start to scream
and cry, then you know you're at the bottom. And one of the other big indicators for me is the fact when projects start actually doing stuff.
And the two gentlemen that just spoke and talked about their projects, it's very refreshing because they're actually putting some use case to their projects and some validity behind it.
The only thing I recommend is to deploy those applications on Flux, become even more
decentralized. But I'm in a pretty good zone right now. I feel like we're getting ready to go for a
nice ride. Not investment advice, because I just don't give that. But I do feel that the market is
starting to change, and there is a lot of capital that's parked on the sidelines right now. I know
this because I've talked to many VCs, so on and so forth, and I know the majority of them are getting ready to reenter the space.
Mostly due around regulation and guidance from the U.S. markets.
So I'm pretty pumped.
You're going to see the interest rate drop which obviously is an
indicator crypto shouldn't be linked to uh legacy finance but it is unfortunately at this point
it won't always stay that way but one of these days that will change but for now we are subject
to the ebbs and flows of whatever's happening in the market so super bullish on utility-based
assets so like projects that actually do something, use cases that are legitimate.
And I would say that my experience in D.C. for the past several months has been around some regulatory clarity that will eventually come where you're going to have that link to whether you're decentralized or not.
So think of a Howey test, but really from a decentralized standpoint. I truly believe we're heading in that direction because we can't continue to just mint
tokens that are securities over and over and over again. And I think the administration is finally
acknowledging that. So if you're a project out there, get decentralized, be decentralized,
be ready for it. Because I do believe we are going to enter a bull market here post-haste,
probably within the next month or so.
And the cycles speak for themselves.
Everybody that has been in the game long enough, their seasonality in crypto, again, shouldn't be there.

partially priced in but the perception of it and just the motion of doing it even you know a quarter
uh quarter basis is uh is is the perception of it, right? It's going to get everybody
bullish and think, you know, hey, we're going in the right direction. And they were saying over
the last couple months, the United States government, that they're trying to get,
you know, clarity on framework by September 30th. So if those two things, you know, the rate cut actually comes through or it's bigger
than, you know, a quarter point and we get that clarity, we get that black and white on a few
more things like, so big players or players that are on the sideline could come in because now they,
they know exactly what they can and can't do. Then we go into October, I feel like, with just explosive movement there.
And that's what I'm really hoping for this cycle, because I think after it, things are
going to get a little bit more normalized.
And I feel like some of these assets or digital assets here, where you're getting 5, 10, 15,

that'd be amazing. All those things are what I hope for. I think Arthur is grossly underestimating the value of Bitcoin.
There's a lot of capital that's on the sidelines right now.
They're just waiting for that opportunity to enter.

I think you're going to be in the situation where projects that are revenue generation
focused and actually build utility and have started to already work with classic legacy technologies.
You know, and I'm not going to toot my own horn, but that's what Flux does.

We work with Web 2 as much as we work with Web 3.
And I think you'll start to get brand recognition that comes with that.
And I've been through this cycle before.
I know what comes out the other side of it. You're going to have heavy hitters that emerge the other side. You'll
have Web2 and the dot-com boom. You had the Googles. You had the Amazons. You had all these
big players that came out of that space. So, I mean, thepets.com, they didn't make it. They're
an afterthought. And billions of dollars went
into these projects that just defunct. So I think as investors, I think for the very first time in
the crypto community, really the blockchain community, I'm starting to see people actually
educate themselves to become better investors. So instead of the apes that are coming in here
and FOMO in and telling everybody about the newest shit coin
to buy. You have really educated investors that are starting to ask questions and understand
what cycles do. What is the market cycle? How does the market cycle work? How do I accumulate?
Do I diversify? Do I not diversify? Do I take position? What research should I do?
These are all the things that we're really starting to see. And for the very first time that I've ever been in this space, I hear that more often
than not.
And that's a signal to me.
That means we probably shook out the majority of our loose hands, the folks that are here
for pure profit.
And now you're starting to get people that are educating themselves.
So I think we're in a perfect position, a absolute perfect position for the ultimate bull season that will knock your socks off.
Because the liquidity, as Scott, you mentioned, the liquidity has finally met the market.
And people understand whether you're in a down cycle or an up cycle, Bitcoin doesn't care.
Crypto doesn't care.
It's just going to crypto.
And I think people are finally starting to get
comfortable with that. And that actually is a feature, not a bug. That's why we created it,
is because it is a flight for capital for some people, or it is operational reserves for some
people. So we're in a really cool time right now.
I hope that we end up ahead of things and ahead of what Arthur Hayes says.
I talked to him a couple times back in November and then more recently a couple months ago.

And things are starting to fall into place for that to come in.
And I really hope we see more Bitcoin or digital assets in mortgages, in 401ks, in retirement plans, and offered amongst those options.
I think that has a lot of potential of bringing money in.
And next thing you know, if you have people that are switching over, FOMOing in, or moving
things over like that, and you end up jumping a couple trillion dollars into Bitcoin,
you start moving.
To get to a little over a million Bitcoin,
I think you need to be around the market cap of gold currently,
which is $22 trillion.

like when i look back on you know i i kind of wish i'm like there's part of me that's like i

If you have the opportunity, you know, not financial advice, but I mean, for myself to
continue to DCA into Bitcoin, even as it trends like this, if all that money on the side comes in
and then you, you know, you blink and next thing you know, you're like, holy shit, this is at 400,000. I mean, you're four X-ing and that, and you're
four X-ing in that situation from what I feel is the leader of digital assets. It's the first to
move. It's, it's, it's, it's governments are taking everything big business. You know what
I mean? It's in my mind, as far as, as far as this space is
concerned, it is the, the rock, the, the number one. So I feel comfortable continuing to invest
in that and getting that, that kind of return. And hopefully that's, you know, in that three
year mark or even less, I mean, even if it took 10 years, that still beats out any kind of
investment you could have across any other asset right can't get
that out of real estate i don't think maybe you know one-offs but overall that's that's solid so
uh i want to see all that money come in and i want to see the options for for people to be able to
take advantage of investing you know into the into the movement here and i think we're gonna get
there pretty quick you know know, wake up one
day and be like, holy shit, look at how much blockchain technology is involved in everything
that we do. And half of it, we probably won't even realize, but I mean, we'll realize, but
most people who aren't involved in it won't realize. And, uh, you know, it's coming fast.
So just be prepared. And also when you're investing in things, if you have to take profit, make sure you have a plan for that.
So you can scale out or whatever.
For example, I have a token that was bonded.
And I just unbonded because there's like a three or four week time period.

I need to be prepared in the event that it starts moving come September and into the fall.
