Thank you. Hi, Brenda.
Hello, hello.
Shadows Pub is going to be the co-host today. This is a spontaneous
space. I kind of canceled the Thursday ones so that we can make room more for Ara's spaces,
but since she's not having her space tonight, I thought I would add it back on just for right now and highlight Shadows Pub and her echoes that she shares every single day.
Brenda, can you believe it?
She's so consistent.
I love that.
And frankly, I'm kind of jealous because I do not have that kind of consistency in my makeup. It's all I can do to do the Monday, Wednesday.
Well, now I took off the Thursday. We'll see. I kind of like spontaneous space is the best,
Brenda, depending on the mood and the energy that's happening around. There she is.
There she is.
Shadow Fox was in a space earlier today, and I called her Shadows Pub by accident.
We have two shadow women in our midst.
And this is the part of the space that I'm going to edit off, by the way.
This is the sloppy but delicious part of the space.
And I've been super busy today, but I've been looking
forward to this space, Shadows, because your echoes, you know, I have not had time, even in
the last month or two, honestly, to pay that much attention to them. So I do on occasion,
and then I repost them, but I've been missing quite a few because I've been so busy.
And so this is my opportunity to go through them with you and get your special attention on them.
And I would say they are affirmations.
We could call them affirmations, I think.
We'll talk about it in a second.
Let's see if your mic is working, Shadows.
Are you there?
How about that? Is it working?
Yes. Perfect. Perfect.
So I was going to go through the theme this week is gratitude for the breath of life.
So we were talking about breath as far as meditation. Artemis North.
Hello, hello. That's Shadow Sister. I'm glad you're here. It's so rare you pop into spaces.
I love it. I love it. Okay. So this is the sloppy part of the space. I'm going to officially begin now. Are you
ready? Are you ready? Okay. Is that Alessandra White? Oh my goodness. Hello, Alessandra. Welcome.
Okay. So I'm going to shave off the very beginning of this sloppy part of the space and I'm going to begin in earnest now. Hello, hello, everybody. How are you today? I am Maria.
This is a Gratitude Unleashed community space. That merely means that the members of the
community got a notification that the space has started. If you are not a member of the community,
no big deal at all. Everything in the community and all of the spaces are absolutely public,
and we want more people to come participate if they would like to.
Non-members are able to comment on posts and reshare them,
even from the community timeline, which is important to note, please,
because today we're talking to Shadows Pub.
She is one of the moderators for the Gratitude Unleashed community, but I've known her for years
now. And she creates these beautiful echoes every single day. And so in this conversation right here,
we're going to be going through some of those echoes that she's been sharing with us.
And I want to encourage you guys, if you feel like it, go ahead and repost some of the echoes.
Even if they're in the community, anybody can repost them out there.
So feel free.
You'll notice, and we'll talk about it some more, she uses AI art and she is so wonderfully consistent. I love it. The creativity.
So let me let Shadows say hello. And then I'm going to put some more echoes even up into the
nest. And Shadows Pub, since our theme this week in Gratitude Unleashed is gratitude for
air and breathing, the breath of life. I'm going to go through, I put some up there. I don't know
if you have any that are specific to air. I have a feeling you do. And I just haven't had a chance
to search through there. But go ahead, say hi. Hi. If I went back through, I'd find some that would kind of match,
but you know, air kind of gets into everything. We've had some nature focused ones in the last
week or so, like Columbine and, oh, Fenn isn't out yet. So there was Columbine, there was Clover.
There's a few that have been kind of nature-oriented,
and that definitely gets into air. Absolutely. Yes, yes, yes. And I also think the whole idea of nature, we were talking about this last week, actually, a little bit,
about the idea of AI. Sometimes people are creating things that look like photography,
and it looks like real nature,
and it's becoming increasingly difficult to determine whether it's AI or real,
whether it's the northern lights or cloud formation.
But Shadows Pub, when you create your art, you're using AI, but it's beautiful
and fantastical. I love that. Will you please explain that a little bit?
I made a decision some time ago that I did not want the images to look like photography.
So when I do prompts or when I'm creating the prompts I very very
specifically steer away from too much realism or photographic look I would
rather have an illustrated or painted look so that people can look at it and
they can see that that's not a photograph that's something that's been created by
the way I'm just looking back at the list over the last week or so we've got
basin and we've got plateau and we've got grassland and verbena and
coral. Yeah, we definitely had a nature theme going on.
Yes. Yes. I love that. I love that so much.
And glisten. I love that word glisten that you did the other day.
And just for anybody who's listening right now, and for you, Shadows, too,
any of you guys that are members in the community, I don't know if you all realize that you can go to
the community and you can use the search feature within the community. So what I did, I typed in word echo. And it's giving me a list of all of Shadows Pubs, all of her posts, forever in the
community. So keep that in mind. I'm sure she has them organized in her own way. It's her content.
But if something were to happen and she were to have to get a list going of her stuff,
she could use the community to keep track and go back
and find her own things. And I say that because once in a while, you guys know, you might post
something and then you can't remember where it went and what you said in that post. So you can
look in the community and search for your own name if you want to, to find things from the past. So I say this because as
you're listening and as we go forward with this conversation, you guys listening are able to,
while you're listening, if you want to, go to the community and search for Shadows Pub or Echo.
If you want to find some that you want to look at and bring up in this conversation,
find some that you want to look at and bring up in this conversation. We can visit any of them.
Hello, Sabu. I'm glad you're here. And hello, Khalil. Welcome, welcome to the space.
We have Brenda. We have Artemis North. That is Shadow's sister. Oh, yes, it is. I love that so
much. I think Nina is going to be joining us here as well. Feel free, you guys, to request a
mic if you would like to. In our spaces, we do pay attention to the hand raising, which means
you can request the mic and you can come on up to the stage and you don't have to worry.
I won't call on you, I promise, unless your hand is raised. So for some people, it's a big leap of faith and courage even to take the mic in a space.
We forget that everybody isn't necessarily interested in speaking in spaces.
There are a lot of people that might just come in to listen.
But even if you just plan to listen, if you want to come up to the mic, you are absolutely
welcome while you're up here. If something does come to mind or you want to pop in on the conversation,
it makes it easier to raise your hand if you're already up here.
And I see Larissa just joined the space too. Hi, Larissa.
So it is, or it was raining this morning where I am and now it's clear blue skies so i kind of want to
start with glisten glisten is up in the nest and i was thinking shadows do you want to read that
into the space do you want me to read it in? And then we talk
about it a little bit? Oh, that one was a while ago, wasn't it? Was it? Because I just, I literally
did that search. And I just gave me whatever. No, the 7th of November, 25. See? When you said
glisten earlier, I thought, is she mixing that up with Dewfall? No.
Which was published this week.
But, hey, that's pretty cool.
And that's the beauty, by the way, of evergreen content.
Every one of these echoes is not tied to any specific.
Well, once in a while, maybe it's a holiday, like Canada Day or something.
Actually, if that happens.
Rarely, right?
Actually, if it happens, it's coincidence more than anything else.
I think there's only been once or twice that I've actually, I will sometimes do one specifically for Remembrance Day because that's a day that's very important to me.
specifically for Remembrance Day because that's a day that's very important to me.
But generally, whatever word falls on that day, it is what the word is.
Perfect. So let me read this one, Glisten, that we have here in the nest so everybody can follow
along and we can remind Echo Shadows what she wrote back then. This was back from early November of last year.
And again, it doesn't matter.
Today's echo is glisten.
In the morning stillness, light waves away the dark,
reflecting in the dew drops that glisten and turn humble droplets into sacred clarity.
And then what shadows does is she creates even more. She goes
a little deeper into, I'm going to call these affirmations. These are echoes. These are echoes
of beauty. She goes into it a little deeper in the replies on the posts. So definitely make sure
if you go check out the echoes in the Gratitude
Unleashed community or on Shadows Pub on her page, on her timeline here on this platform,
go follow her if you like. She doesn't post that often except for these beautiful things.
So the reply right here, the addition is, when we take time for stillness to observe our world,
When we take time for stillness to observe our world, we may be surprised at the ordinary becoming extraordinary, the opaque showing clarity, and so much more.
Slow down.
Here it is, shadows.
And breathe on occasion.
Oh, breathing.
It's in there.
That's our theme for the week. um yeah slow down and breathe on occasion
so that's that word glisten now shadow do you remember when you created this
i would have created it either that day or the or the day after sometimes what happens is the word will come up one day
and I won't actually publish it until the next day. So it'll be either that day or the following
day. I hear your kitty. Yes, she's in the other room chatting away. She wants to be in the space
too. And Mac is taking a nap right now on the sofa next to me. So he's quiet. But
I notice sometimes, what time of day do you post? Are you usually on the same time schedule? Sometimes
I notice you post, you get behind a little bit maybe and post two in a row. Does that ever,
that happens very rarely. It happens sometimes a little bit more than others two in a row does that ever that happens very rarely it happens sometimes
a little bit more than others usually what I'm doing is trying to catch up so there's the echo
has been done the day before like the echo from the day before gets done the next morning I'll
post it then and then the post for the echo for that day will get posted later in the day. So I try to keep them as close as possible.
Sometimes a little further out and I, you know, I deal with it.
On March the 10th,
we'll be 1000 days since I started this project.
Congratulations.
Yeah. That's a long time. Every single day. Yeah. Didn't start out to be this. It just sort of evolved.
hear about meditation, about affirmations a little bit. Mostly when we talk shadows,
it's more on the tech, like AI kind of side of things a little bit sometimes. But I think one
time, and I love this, preparing these is kind of a little mini, it's a meditation for you.
You are creating and absorbing what you're writing, obviously.
Do you feel particularly touched by any,
do you have some favorites?
Or are they all kind of a surprise,
a beautiful little miracle?
A lot of times they're a surprise.
A lot of times I'll see a word and I'll kind of go, hmm, that's going to get interesting. Like, where am I going to go with that? And then I end up going someplace really unusual.
It was the word Columbine. And of course, you know, there's a connotation in the word Columbine, especially for us here in North America.
And when I looked at it, I went, how did that end up on the list? And then went, oh, it's a flower. And we went from there. So that was a complete exploration.
Yeah, unfortunately that word, yes, brings memories of events. But yeah, my husband, the artwork, isn't that interesting? The artwork
for coral is kind of similar. The colors to glisten that are months apart from each other,
but just by chance, I grabbed those two when I was going through there unintentionally,
when I was going through there, unintentionally, but they're kind of the same color scheme.
But AI creates the images based on the word. Is that right?
Not really. Well, yes, no. Okay. What I do is I've developed over the course of doing this,
I've developed what I call a criteria, and it covers several elements, including things like lighting, mood, color palette.
And I use Mid Journey to do the generation.
And Mid Journey allows me to create what they call mood boards.
And I can take a bunch of pictures that are kind of along the same theme and get one color palette code out of those pictures so i have probably
a hundred of those mood boards and i periodically create others depending on color palettes i'm
looking for so probably what happened was back in november i used a similar combination of mood board
similar combination of mood board codes as I used on the coral. So that's how you end up with
codes as i used on the coral
similar color palettes. Well, and it's interesting, and I want to read this out loud for all of us,
coral, because the idea for me is when I'm looking at this picture, I'm a scuba diver.
So the first thing that comes to my mind is under the sea. But this art isn't under the sea.
And that's okay.
But I'm so curious.
It's more like, well, are these sea anemones?
These are under the sea.
Or it's a combination, obviously, AI.
Yeah, there's somebody swimming in there. Do you guys see that? Yeah. There's a swimmer. That could be me. There's a swimmer in there, you guys.
I just noticed that. And how cool is that? I love this illustration. Is that what we call them,
But, you know, I love this illustration.
Is that what we call them, by the way?
Is that the proper terminology?
You could call it an illustration, call it art, whichever you like.
Yeah, yeah.
Just not photo.
Because that's the thing.
People are like saying, give me a photo of something.
And then sometimes people are, you know, making stuff up a little bit, which is beautiful.
But the creativity, like in this,
yeah, in this one, the details in here, it is under the ocean. Huh? Yeah, because I was going
to say the word coral could bring to mind different things for different people, of course.
The color coral. You might have an orangey color necklace or shirt that's a coral color.
So this particular one, coral, says,
our growth requires connection with others and patience,
the way coral forms slowly within an ecosystem.
And then the embellishment to that thought.
Growth cannot be forced.
We have to let it unfold, even in small increments,
when we want to leap ahead.
Interesting.
I love this one.
I don't think I read this one before. Or you just saw it, reading it in a different light this one. I don't think I read this one before.
Or you just saw it, reading it in a different light this time.
Well, and just like the last one that I just read, it had that word breathe in there.
And then right now it says growth cannot be forced.
And just earlier today, Larissa and I were in a space
and we were talking about flexibility
and the idea that once you have momentum sometimes,
when you're really passionate about a project,
you need to switch gears sometimes and adjust your trajectory.
But you have to slow down a little bit to do that,
and sometimes that can be difficult.
So this particular one speaks to me
on that level of growth cannot be forced. We have to let it unfold. You need to slow down.
And even in small increments, when we want to leap ahead, stop yourself. Don't leap ahead.
Don't skip steps. That's kind of what we were talking about earlier.
steps. That's kind of what we were talking about earlier. Yeah. Coral forms slowly within an
ecosystem. I love that, Shadows. So the usual cadence that I use when I'm creating these
is the quote, which is what I have in quotes and then Shadows Pub following.
The quote part of it can end up being a little abstract, even a little bit poetic.
The follow-up comment kind of grounds it a little bit more and brings it into the life experience.
That's the goal between the two of them.
No, I love the way you do these.
One will illustrate the word and the other one will expand on the illustration.
And you guys, for all of you who are joining right now,
hi, Long Barney.
Welcome, welcome.
We're talking to Shadows Pub right now.
She's a member in the community.
She is a moderator of the community.
And she gifts us with these posts every day.
She creates them for herself and her other platforms.
So you can find her all over the place.
I know Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
And we'll talk about her other platforms in a few minutes.
But just so you guys realize,
again, whether you're a member of the community or not,
you can absolutely enjoy these posts at any time,
whether you're a member or not.
And you're absolutely welcome to share them to your own timeline
if you feel that some
of your followers would enjoy these. And you can follow Shadows Pub, of course. And so we are
talking about some of her echoes that she's been sharing. And I grabbed a few of them.
Shadows Pub, well, I read this next one about low spirited. Can you add a few more to the nest? Do you know how to add to the nest, by the way? I know you're the co host right now, but I think you're on a lot on a desktop, right?
No, I'm not. I'm on the phone, which makes it even harder. I do nothing on the phone.
Oh, you're on Android?
Yeah, I'm on Android.
So I'd have to get into my account, right?
Yeah, which you can, when you mute yourself, you can go to your own timeline.
And then to the far right underneath the post, there's that little dash symbol with an arrow pointing up.
And then you push that button and then you scroll across
at the very bottom, you find the title of this space and it's going to put your post directly
into that nest right there. Okay. I'll see what I can do. Okay. And I'll read this. And you guys,
this obviously is not a tech space right now,
but maybe what I just said will help you if you're ever co-hosting or a speaker
and you're asked to put something up in the nest.
You always want to ask permission first.
This is a space that's about these echoes.
So I'd love to fill that nest with as many as we want so people can see them better.
This one about low-spirited. Do you guys see
that image there with a person sitting on a chair? That is such a sad, that's sad and lonely.
It says, like trees shedding, rain falling, and flowers drooping, we also feel low-spirited at times.
Beneath the feelings of sorrow, if you listen closely, you'll discover opportunity for renewal. Tapping in.
And then Shadows writes, when we experience down times, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the
feelings of sadness. We do need to be intentional and introspective to explore what could be waiting to be learned.
Yeah, sometimes that's hard to do.
Low-spirited.
Low-spirited.
This particular one, I'm kind of wishing there was a third part of it
that suggested how to break that cycle.
I think if someone were sad and feeling isolated,
low-spirited, reading this one,
I think it would be so nice for them to read choral next.
That choral echo about our growth requires connection with others.
That low-spirited, that has a lot to do with isolating, feeling separate from everybody.
So some of these, even though these are months apart, I kind of like it that they're next to each other.
Ah, I have one more up there.
Shadows, did you figure it out?
Okay. You then. Alessandra left a comment in the space chat. I remember exactly when Shadows started Daily Echoes. Now, why did Alessandra write that was that in one of those work hours
um yeah actually so what happens in in work hours as you know i'm never a person to come on
on video even on zoom and what we what we've been doing is is I come into Creative Work Hour, which is on Zoom, I put up the art for that day.
Oh, as your profile photo?
I would put the art in as my image.
Ah, uh-huh.
And that's how Alexander came to know about them.
Very cool.
Okay, I'm finding some more. I have velvet. I have fulfillment.
Velvet was a surprising one, as I recall. I have cedar. Oh, you have so many beautiful ones.
Wow. Okay. Let me, since it's cold where I am right now well i i shouldn't say that in front of the
people in the east coast or canada it's cold by california standards right now um let me read the
one about warmth because i love this photo or see image this image yes this image of this girl
looking out the window at the sunshine, the clouds,
the blue sky, and those flowers next to her. That's such a sweet image. And it looks like
she has a, yeah, she has a hot drink in front of her. I have tea in my hand right now, by the way.
I have a chamomile tea right here in a mug, in a mug, not just in my hand.
here in a mug, in a mug, not just in my hand. It's really hot. So warmth, let's read this one
about warmth. Imagine sitting bathed in morning sunlight, sipping a hot drink. Do you feel the
warmth of hope and optimism opening your thoughts to possibilities? I do. Then Shadows writes, when we pay attention to the intertwining of
experiences and emotions, we can deliberately create moments of hope and optimism, even in the middle of raging emotional storms.
Boric commented on this one back in 2024.
Shadows, that's where this one comes from.
Evergreen content.
Yes, yes, yes.
Bring it on.
This one, quieter. This is what Boric wrote in response to this warmth echo. This one quieter night with what I'm feeling today, even before I read this,
have a full of warmth, everybody. It helped quiet his night, I think he's saying.
it helped quiet his night i think he's saying
even before he read this warmth and quiet was on his mind sometimes that happens it's interesting
the number of people who commented back to me on different platforms that that particular
not necessarily that one but the one that I happened to publish at that time,
or the one that they just happened to read, connected with them at a time when they needed it.
Yes. Yes. That synchronicity. I think divine guidance is always working out here,
no matter what you call it. I agree.
It's just amazing.
And I think even, you know, Shadows, when you and I speak,
we're not necessarily having a really deep spiritual conversation,
but it touches on that.
And I feel like the flow of energy,
even though that's not the goal of the conversation, it comes through,
which is exactly why I'm out here, to merge that energy that we all have in us
and noticing it in everyday life. You don't have to be all fancy up on a stage with a mic.
Your voice, your power of creativity, like shadows, it's just these echoes are so wonderful.
And exactly as you say, even right now, searching through the community for the echoes from the past, it didn't give them to me in chronological order.
I'm not exactly sure how this app is organizing the search.
Because I can scroll through, I have probably hundreds of them here, but I'm just taking them in order that I'm seeing
them on the screen. But for some reason, the app is scrambling it or they're being shown to me
so that I can put them in here because maybe something in these images
is meant for somebody listening right now. Even if it's not me.
We all are conduits of that energy that's coming through.
And we each have different skills.
I feel like it's a responsibility to step up.
If you know how to do something, don't minimize your gifts
because you're scared too many people will notice you
or you're scared somebody did it better or already wrote that book.
The book from you is different than the book from anybody else, even if it's on a similar topic.
Sometimes I can read these echoes and the word, yeah, jumps out at me.
Go ahead, Shadows.
I have to agree with you on that because even if you write on the exact same topic, you and I are going to see it from different angles.
We may agree on a lot of it, but we're going to see
something different, if not a lot of things. Yes. And the way we describe it, our vocabulary
and our tone of voice will come out differently. And your experiences and my experiences are
different. So that gives it another level of vocabulary.
Yes, yes, yes.
Hello to those of you who have just joined us.
I'm Maria.
I have Shadows Pub here.
She's the one with the little kitty profile picture there.
She's co-hosting right now, but we are talking to her specifically about her work.
She calls them echoes,
and she puts them into our Gratitude Unleashed community every single day,
and she uses AI to create art,
and she writes something beautiful every single day
and shares it across social media,
not just into the Gratitude Unleashed community, of course.
And of course, she displays these in amazing, unique ways.
She's building.
It is evergreen content.
You can never talk about love, gratitude, human connection.
You can't talk about those things enough. Every conversation is going to be different,
and every echo that Shadows creates is different from the prior one. And sometimes, just like I use affirmations or card
readings, sometimes those kind of prompts create a conversation that allows for connection at a
different level that you might not have anticipated. So these echoes are a beautiful starting point for any of you. If you enjoy them,
go ahead and repost them and such. But we're reading them right now. They're up in the nest,
I call it at the top of the space. Hi, Canadian. We're going through some of them to the surface. And inadvertently, the app gave me the list of all
her echoes that she's put in Gratitude Unleashed, the community, but it's in an interesting order.
It's grabbing some from 2024, some from 2025. Today's, I think I grabbed.
2025. Today's, I think I grabbed. Today, Coral, Glisten, was Glisten today? No, that was in 2025.
It's interesting. Bond was today. What was today? Bond. Okay, Bond, that's a good one too.
Let me go grab that one, but let me read this velvet one. Because you said this one was a surprise to you.
Especially the image.
What is that?
Is that a curtain?
Or is it a tree?
It's kind of a curtain in the woods.
What a cool shape.
And the light coming through that's really beautiful
this reminds me
sometimes in guided meditations
we'll go through and
I'll say you know
find a safe
comforting
place to be. And with your eyes closed, look around and
feel where you are. My place is in the forest, looking out like kind of like in a little cavey
kind of place where I'm safe and quiet. And this view coming out from this shape reminds me
of that, of that view that I would see. Beautiful. Hi, Angel. Welcome to the space.
Agartha, hello. Welcome, welcome. And who else do we have there what a journey
cool name viliris hello hello so let me go ahead and read and artemis i see you up here i love it
the more speakers by the way that we have on mics the more visibility the space gets so please feel
free to come on up even if you don't feel like speaking right now,
even if you feel like absorbing the energy of the conversation. I am reading these echoes out
loud for all of us. And the app is giving them to me in a strange order. So this one right here
is from January 5th, just about a month and a half ago. This one says velvet. We don't need
to bristle with iron to project strength. We can be just as strong, draped in velvet, and quiet
resolve. I'm going to have to talk about Rumi in a moment. And then this is what Shadows Pub wrote.
Like the tree bending without breaking in the wind,
our inner strength is about how securely we can remain soft without collapsing.
We don't need to announce who we are.
We just need to be ourselves. I love that.
I mention Rumi because somebody just reminded me about a Rumi poem about gratitude being a cloak that you wear. So this draped in velvet reminds me of that.
What do you think, Shadows?
What came to mind?
What surprised you about this?
The image itself.
I wasn't really expecting a combination of the woods and a material like velvet.
So what happens when I'm creating these images is I create 100 to sometimes 200 of them,
and I go through them and I curate them for the ones that I think come closest to the way the word needs to be used.
And then I pull them into AI and I have AI rank them. And if needed, break a tie. I have
a process for doing that. So this was one that I had curated and kind of gone,
it's different. So we'll see. And it ended up at the top of the list.
The number of times that I just kind of,
just that gut feeling, I'm not really sure about it,
but I'm going to throw it into the analysis
to see what happens.
And they end up being the selected image
is rather surprising.
That, I love that. I was looking
for a photo.
Because when you said velvet
and trees being together,
velvety and plants
go together for me.
I sometimes think of
leaves and I put a picture in the chat there.
I'll bump it up.
But it's of some succulent plants.
When you touch those leaves, there's a gentle fuzz.
And I would almost call it velvety, a velvety texture.
That wouldn't have surprised me.
It was the trees involved that I kind of went, what?
Yeah, interesting.
Interesting.
And you guys, what Shadows is doing is so interesting because she is mixing this energy with AI.
She is writing these things.
AI is not writing it.
These are her reflections on the word, on the image.
So working in tandem with AI as a partner.
I say this all the time, you know, this technology out here,
it can be used for good or evil.
It depends who is wielding it.
So Shadows is one of those people that gives me so much hope
that is really representing how you can do this.
Is this Jesus in fulfillment?
Do you see that at the top?
Okay, there's, this is Jesus in your image.
Okay, fulfillment is the word. It's up in the image. Okay. Fulfillment is the word.
It's up in the nest.
Is this Jesus?
Up in the nest.
Fulfillment is the echo.
And it's from 2025.
And it looks like Jesus sitting under the Bodhi tree, where Buddha was, almost.
I don't know, it's interesting.
When we shift our perspective from trying to be more to being who we are,
holding both joy and pain without the need to fix either,
we find fulfillment in just being.
When we seek personal growth
from a position of radical acceptance
of who we are now,
the journey becomes one of self-awareness,
self-love,
and integration of the version of self
we are becoming.
I love that.
Are some of these from the past like good reminders, Shadows?
Are you kind of going, I wrote that?
going, I wrote that? How brilliant.
How brilliant.
I actually have created
an explorer
of sorts. I haven't got them all into it as yet,
but I do have a webpage
where people can go and they can go back over
the different months and
select what words they want to have
a look at.
Put that in the chat.
Yeah, I was figuring out how to do that on the phone.
You're on the Android in the lower right-hand corner. Is there a chat bubble?
Yeah. Next to the scissors? Do you see the little scissors?
Yeah, it's getting the URL over here. It should be just a cut and paste.
Artemis, maybe you know how to do that?
She's much more gifted than I am.
Making her switch platforms on the fly.
Tell us about the Go Brunch Me platform, by the way.
Can anyone go there and see your echoes?
They can, but you know what?
I guess it's public enough that I can go ahead and say that.
Is Keith Keller taking it over?
I hear he's on YouTube, though.
I think he's taking that over.
I will be switching off of Go Brunch to a platform called Rippling, which is currently in closed beta.
And these echoes will be embedded in a room over there.
So I haven't built that room yet, but when I do, I will make sure that there's a link put into the community.
Did I end up throwing Artemis off the stage? No, she's there. And look, you guys, Elon Musk is in the house.
How exciting. Hello, Elon. Maybe you can fix spaces a little bit and give us back some of
the tools in the DM chats that have been stripped from us.
But this isn't a tech space.
But speaking of tech, I mentioned that because Shadows Pub and so many of you guys create such beautiful work.
And we all know there are so many different platforms where you can keep your work, right?
And it used to be websites. I don't think people
really go to websites to interact very much anymore because apps have come along. These
platforms make it easy, the community. But when people like your work, it can be frustrating if they need to shop around to
different places.
Oh, this video's on YouTube.
That one's on Facebook.
This one's on TikTok.
That one's on Instagram.
You're having a deep spiritual conversation with somebody on Instagram.
And like paragraphs and paragraphs of wisdom could be coming through in the replies on
a particular post.
But you can't really get that conversation over to your friends on X.
It's not easy.
So a lot of us are looking for alternate plans where we can house our creations without concern that they will be deleted or sold without our knowledge.
For me, I'm a meditation teacher and I do a lot of audio recording.
And I know that when I speak on this particular platform, I know that my voice is going into this platform and they can do whatever
they want with it. And I have to find that balance of being okay because I feel like my voice is
meant to be heard by people out here. So I'm not scared to be out here.
Let's just say that.
So, Elan, thank you.
Thank you for the platform.
I do love it, even though it's a little wonky sometimes.
But overall, I think it's worth it to be out here.
And like I was saying earlier,
technology in general can be used for good purposes or evil purposes.
Depends on perspective sometimes,
but usually the icky ones are the loudest and the most prolific. So I think it's really cool that we are all meeting each other and crossing the streams like in Ghostbusters,
mixing up the energy and giving each other confidence to keep creating, to keep speaking,
but also going to other platforms sometimes. I know a lot of people, I know Angel is on Blue Sky,
people. I know Angel is on Blue Sky. I'm on Blue Sky. Mama Bee is no longer on this platform at all,
but she's on Blue Sky and YouTube. A lot of us have YouTube channels. A lot of friends out here,
of course, are not content creators. They are here to connect with other human beings,
Connect with other human beings.
Talk about things more than just about making money,
increasing followers, becoming famous in some way.
There is so much more to life than those subjects.
These spaces are wonderful,
and I encourage people all the time to open spaces.
Get courageous.
If you look around in all of the titles of spaces that are happening in any given moment,
none of them may interest you.
Maybe they're all about politics and crypto, all sorts of stuff.
I want you to know how to open a space and have a conversation.
Put it in the title, what you want to talk about.
And I promise you,
there are other people out here in the world
that might see the title.
So we can talk about that more in another space.
Shadows Pub is a moderator in Gratitude Unleashed.
She is not usually in Gratitude Unleashed.
She is not usually in spaces that much.
Our schedules are a little different,
but I'm glad to get her attention fully on this space right here
so we can highlight her
and talk about these beautiful echoes that she creates
and the knowledge that you can go to one place and see all of them together.
Are you eventually putting them into a book or an affirmation kind of calendar thing?
I have my Louise Hay calendar, which I love, but maybe if you did one, I would get that one too.
I've actually got several projects kind of in mind. I don't know exactly which ones will end
up actually coming to fruition. The biggest challenge always is time. One of the things
that I've been working on and I'm still wanting to get out is sets of journal pages where I would
take one of the eclos and I would do a larger explanation on it,
like expand out on it a little bit and then have some questions, you know,
that people can think about to be able to write their own reflections on the word, the image, and the echo itself.
Because, you know, you're looking at my perspective when
you're reading one of these echoes, but that doesn't mean that that's how you're going to
envision it once you've looked at the word and thought about the image and what it could
represent to you. Yes. Yes, and shadows, that goes along. Sometimes we're talking about,
I don't know, various workshops that we might go to. We might hear the person on the stage speaking, and we may be taking notes, and we may be
writing things completely different than how they're explaining them, because we're transferring
it in our own mind to things that are going to stick later and remind us individually
what they're talking about.
It can look really different.
So one of the things I want to do over on Ripley,
once it gets out of private beta and people can actually join it,
is that I would like to hold discussion rooms about, you know,
one or me, even a group of echoes,
and just have a conversation in a safe space about them.
Yes. And I know you're on discord too.
And a lot of us are looking for places to have a conversation here on this
platform at the X.
All of these spaces, you are public.
You can figure it out. So you are public. You can figure it out so you have subscribers,
but other platforms
have similar offerings too.
Ripley allows me
to create almost a world
that would be representative
of what we're talking about.
It's a different feeling.
It's like being in the
room, a full echo sort of thing. The artist has done some wonderful rooms over there. I haven't
caught up to her yet, but you know, she's kind of quick. Well, that's what, I mean, I love spaces.
I love spaces that are smaller, like under 20 people. It feels like you guys are in my living room.
That's the kind of feeling I want. And I don't mind that people I don't know come into the
conversation, but it depends how deep, how vulnerable the conversation gets. Some people don't like speaking at all in recorded spaces. This one is being recorded,
but it's not like we're giving out our social security numbers.
Although Brenda might be coming up with her address here. I'm kidding. Hi, Brenda. Go ahead.
What are you thinking, Brenda? Hi. I'm thinking 1122 Boogie Boogie Avenue for my address.
And my social security number is, oh, all of a sudden I forgot.
Try me again tomorrow.
I'm sure I'll remember it.
But I just want to tell you that I really love you, Maria.
You know, I've been checking this app out so many years.
And it's interesting. And I'll tell you guys, I'll give you a app out so many years and it's interesting.
And I'll tell you guys, I'll give you a little peek of what I look for.
I view these spaces like soap operas.
Some of them are being solved.
This is like TV for me.
But along the way, I found such special people that if they said alright
you can no longer go
to certain spaces you can only
pick out five
Maria yours would be one of
the five so I just want to appreciate
appreciate you for that so
thank you so much Brenda
yeah I just
got up to just to be seen.
I want to be seen.
But really, why I raised my hand is,
Canadian, I'm not going to tell anybody.
We aren't going to start any rumors.
But I knew you had a good personality.
And somebody noticed it today.
And that's not anything personable or anything personal.
It's just that, Hey, I like you.
I want to see you again.
Please come back.
And I just thought it was so beautiful Canadian.
So, all right, folks, have a great evening.
That is so sweet, Brenda.
The way you just described whatever interaction you're describing for us, I can feel what happened.
Sometimes when you meet people, that's why I'm a huge fan of audio.
I think you can feel somebody's intentions, their personality, what they giggle out what they say
it matters
and sometimes
yeah, you can contribute just a tiny bit
to a space even and all of a sudden
it sounds like people discover
no, Brenda, she's my friend
I found her first
some people are like that too by the the way. But yeah, Brenda, go ahead.
Okay. I feel really comfortable sharing some things that I normally just talk to God about.
And I wrote them down because I was going to write a post about it. But I'm going to tell you,
and then you can help teach people um if you want
but this is just some of the things um with me going around to all the spaces I do have the
opportunity to see who is pretty much causing wreak havoc everywhere they go so um sadly I do
try to stay away from those people those people people that are getting into arguments, yeah, I got to stay away from them as well.
But I like them, but these are not people that I would plan to meet outside of X.
Are you putting, are you picking up what I'm throwing down?
So, Alexa, stop.
I know it's Aura's face.
You don't need to tell me why.
No, she's not having it tonight.
Are you serious?
Did you see her message?
she's postponing because,
her friend went into labor.
So it's more serious.
That's going to be so much.
So she has all the kids at her house.
They're making cookies right now.
She's not doing the space tonight.
if we all look close, I'd be'd be like come on let's all get in
the car and go for a make trouble at auras no but um i would love that party train party train
from one space to another yeah but it won't work tonight yeah oh man okay i forgot my train of thought but it was just like about spaces and how
we spend a lot of time in spaces telling people what we don't like and what we won't put up with
and I'm just thinking it's a waste of time just do it and just be it. People will find out you're not putting up with crap. When they find out,
it'd be like, boom. So I think the spaces are also like for debriefing us. Oh, I forgot to put
my thing on, but I'm out of here anyway. Like for debriefing us, let's say you have a hard time at
work and then you come and do a space and you're talking to us about your hard time at work
but you don't tell us it's about your hard time at work you tell us like you know what are you
going to do when people aren't listening what do you you know and then you just talk like that so
bottom line is we are all listening to spaces and code. And I know this is going to sound crazy,
but I enjoy it because the less I know, the better.
But I just give a kick out of hearing topics like that
because I'm like, I don't even know what they're talking about.
But the host always knows and the host always has an idea.
So I just think it's great.
And I love trying to figure it out. I never really
do. But it's fun. I love it. Actually, one person flat out came into a space and said,
no, I don't like her. I don't want to fix it. That was the most clarity I had. I was like,
oh, okay. Like about someone else in their life outside of X?
like about someone else in their life outside of x
no it's all inside of x and that's another thing
i look i think very poorly of those that hear information and then they go and tell other
information why can't you at least do it behind closed doors like in a DM. But at any rate, this is my group.
These are my, these folks are my jam.
And we don't look alike.
I don't think that we're alike, but we are similar.
And I love that.
And I love you, Maria.
Thank you so much, Brenda.
Beautiful, beautiful share.
And yeah, just because we don't like the same things
or same types of conversations that our friends like
doesn't mean that we can't be friends with them. I have learned my lesson a
couple of times out here over the years, somebody that I've really connected with in a conversation
and I'll go and follow them into a space and it's far different than I expected. So, you know, word of caution, if I'm not familiar with a space host or I can't
tell what the title on a space means, I might listen anonymously a little bit first before I
go into the space. Because unfortunately, sometimes the really volatile spaces, sometimes people are immediately following everybody that's in there, and then they're assuming everybody likes that kind of stuff, and, oh, no, no, no.
I don't want them to remember I was in there at all.
But if it's a really good space, I'll come out of anonymous mode and then I'll join the conversation.
So it's a nice way to kind of test the temperature if you're uncertain of a space.
So, shadows, did you want to say something or shall I read this fulfillment? Did I,
I didn't read the fulfillment one yet. Oh, yes, I did. Did I? Yeah, you did. Yes.
Now, is that Jesus? That's the question. Not intentionally.
That's Jesus. Some may look at it and say, yes, it is. And others will kind of go, yeah, that's a depiction of what some people think it is. By the way, Artemis succeeded where I didn't.
She put the link to the Echos Explorer in the chat.
Perfect, perfect, perfect.
Yes, thank you, Artemis.
Thank you, thank you.
And you know, you both are, and several of you in here,
are in the Gratitude Unleashed community on Facebook,
which is private, which is where I'm comfortable sometimes going live.
Sometimes I'm reading the Pema Schoen written book, stuff like that,
but it's been a couple of months since I've done that.
I keep thinking I'm going to get more active over on Facebook. But word of caution too, make sure you connect with people that you like on multiple
platforms just in case the platform were to disappear someday or your account gets locked
out and you can't reach everybody somehow. Don't be too pushy about it. Don't go
around. You know, I get DMs all the time. Can I have your number? Can I be your friend? No, no, no.
People that you truly connect with. Yeah, Brenda, go ahead.
That's a brilliant idea. And looking back, I don't know how I got Sarah's number. Oh, yes, we had to actually meet. But how did I get Donika's number?
I don't know.
And I had one other number, Lana.
So, but Maria, I can reach you on Facebook.
So I would have at least one person you can reach on Facebook to get the word back to X that you're safe or what have you.
I like that though.
I love that.
And let me take a look.
And whether it's Jesus or not,
how cool is that when we shift our perspective
are the first couple of words on that particular echo.
Perspect perspective is everything
maybe that's just some guy sitting under that tree it's all good go ahead brenda
look really good yeah he's handsome go ahead brenda
may you define echo for us what does echo mean in terms of this?
Echoes of gratitude.
So this project starts with a single word every single day,
from which I then create an image to represent the word.
And then I add a quote to it, and I add a comment to it,
and then I put it out into the
world to see who it echoes with. Yes. So Shadow's been doing these echoes for a very long time,
and it's so cool because the Gratitude Unleashed community, my idea is always to amplify,
my idea is always to amplify, amplify, create that vibration, that ripple effect across the planet.
And so her echoes are in such great alignment with that idea.
So Brenda, it's basically, yes, those ripples, that echo that keeps going.
Sometimes it comes back to us from the cave walls, right? Or sometimes
somebody might be talking to us from across the planet. Yeah, Brenda, go ahead.
It was me?
Yes. Was your hand up? Okay. Well, I was talking to Alexa, and then I got my earphones just back in time to go ahead, and everybody was silent.
So I just wanted to make sure it's me.
I had to ask Alexa a problem.
I said a question.
Alexa, stop.
I had to ask her I had to ask how long is 1,000 days and she said 2.7 years
so you've done this every day for 2.7 years amazing Amazing. It's almost longer than that. Well, yeah, yes, 2.7 years.
June the 14th of 2023 was the first one that I did.
It was not called an echo then. It didn't even actually have a name.
It just started out as me using words to learn mid-journey better.
And it evolved from there.
Yeah, beautiful.
Agartha, if you want to raise your hand, if you want to join in, please feel free.
My idea is that I never call on people unless their hand is up,
because I don't know for sure.
You could be in the shower right now for all I know.
No, just washing dishes dishes I really like the
title says talk AIR and affirmations that's pretty much my jam like that describes me pretty well
it's like poetry writing journaling oh for god's sake it's wise muse yes I didn't know that until
you spoke it's okay I love that no your voice is so distinct and beautiful yes i haven't seen you in
a while i'm sorry continue i i cut you off or um okay so i've been kind of like in hiding you know
the holidays are out so i saw a lot of your spaces but i could never make them in time so it's like
one of the ones where like i finally made it like for like the first time in a long time.
So probably haven't listened to you speak probably in like about like two to three months,
something like that. So yeah, it's good to be here. I love what Brenda was saying earlier.
Some of the things while I was sitting in listener mode, washing dishes, I was like,
oh my goodness, this is hitting really hard because that's how I've been feeling lately so I just resonate a lot with what the ladies are saying tonight and
I came to listen but also the title is a really good title because I like those things those
topics a lot and that's a really big passion of mine is like talking better to myself and that's
how I've been trying to show gratitude lately like trying to stay out of negative mindset because the
negative mindset when it's cabin fever you know like, like winter month, it's really hard. It's probably the hardest out of all.
And, you know, like other personal problems on top, you know, it's a lot. And, you know,
you kind of have to duck off. And then this is my time where like I just come back and I'm like,
okay, what's up, everyone? How are you all doing? So hope everyone else is doing good tonight.
Hey, what's up, everyone? How are you all doing? So I hope everyone else is doing good tonight.
Absolutely. And wise me is no matter how long since we've spoken, you haven't missed anything.
You're in exactly the right place at the right time for this conversation. I love, love, love that.
And yeah, the title, AI Art and Affirmations. That's the combination kind of of what Shadows is doing. And the reason
the AI art, for anybody listening right here, sometimes I've been posting recently because
it's getting more frustrating for me personally. I'm a photographer. I like to use my own photos in most of my posts. Rarely do I use other stuff. But lately with the Northern Lights, with animals that have never existed, sometimes it's getting more and more confusing what's real and what's made up by AI, right? But people like shadows use AI
to create some mystical,
fantastical creations.
And I love those.
So I think it's worth thinking about sometimes,
about, you know, are we trying to use ai to pretend that we
were in italy at this fan at this house on on on the mediterranean and such um and there's so much
envy in the world and everyone a lot of people only post the good stuff, right,
on their social media.
But now they're, you know,
now it's easier than ever
to make up the good stuff.
So we need more real connections.
So anyway, Brenda, go ahead.
Thank you. I should have wrote it down. It was going to be quick.
I should have wrote it down.
It was going to be quick.
I'm on board with AI, you guys. Oh, hit that.
I was not in the beginning, but I absolutely love it.
I have my third plug-in, and I told my son, I need one for the heater.
Alexa, turn the heater on.
So as much as I love AI
I see any heater devices
in your setup
oh Alexa stop
she's talking back to you
I know she changed her name too
there was something
that I was going to release in this room
because you can only do it
in certain rooms
I wouldn't dream of doing it in another room.
Hopefully it will come back. I'm so sorry. Let me think about this.
No problem.
Kanajan has had her hand up for quite a while.
Perfect. Go ahead. Not perfect. Imperfect. But thank you for your patience, Kanajan. Go ahead.
Imperfect, but thank you for your patience, Canadian.
Oh, sorry.
I thought Brenda was going to speak.
She's thinking because we talked so long that she forgot what she was going to say, which happens sometimes, you guys.
Canadian, are you good?
Are you ready?
Well, it was the baby thing.
That's what made me pop my hand up um i was
in the bathroom and i had this feeling go through my girl parts and i went oh the baby's coming
i have a friend in the uk whose baby is overdue and so i I contacted him. And he said, No, still chilling. I thought, Oh, okay, I guess
I was wrong. And then I come in here, you tell me that the baby's on its way. And I went Oh,
wrong baby. That's that was like, it's it's another baby. It's or his baby because I didn't know she canceled her space. I don't use AI, if at all possible.
I don't trust it as far as I can throw it.
And I like to write my own stuff, even though my punctuation and spelling suck.
So I'm not a good AI art in affirmation.
Now, affirmations, I speak them to myself. I had a
think like a Gartha or wise muse. I've had some weeks that it's been tough. And also like you,
Maria, I go into spaces, sometimes even ones I like, if I'm feeling really shut down or I go into spaces that I normally speak in and I can't, I just can't.
Other times I'm very talkative, but there have been times, especially recently where I'm like, I don't want to talk anymore.
Like, oh, Forrest Cump, I don't want to run anymore.
I don't want to run anymore. And I had to go because my body just started doing this clenchy
thing where it shut down and said no to me. If I don't listen with my head, my body tells me,
you can't do this. You must not. Or I will make you so sick. You'll be sorry. Oh boy,
will you sorry. And it has done it. so I felt I absolutely had to listen to it
so I use anonymous sometimes even in spaces I like just to sit there and hear the voices I love
and the people saying stuff and mostly nice things I'm trying to do a recap of everything
I've heard like A Ora would be doing.
Brenda, was that Samita's space or Famous's space?
Was that Famous's space you're speaking about?
Because, yeah, that was, you know, it's remarkable.
I didn't realize I was having any effect on anybody, really, except I frequently thought I've annoyed people.
And I thought, well, too bad, because lots of you annoy me too I mean I've said the wrong things at the wrong times to people and
they they have understandably taken it badly who can blame them because I've done exactly the same
thing but usually the worst ones are the ones that I didn't mean it's like I did a beta I really did
it that's not what I meant to say and yeah no thank you Canadian um I want to check in with
Shadows Pub are you okay time-wise yes I'm doing fine okay all right we can hang out a little longer
you guys normally the Gratitude Unleashed spaces are one hour long.
We're a little over right now.
But it's so incredible to go through these echoes.
I really like them.
And this conversation, what's going on in between, is great as well.
You know how I am.
I want the title to match the space conversation.
I want to earn people's trust that they know when they come to one of my spaces,
that is what we're talking about. We go off a little bit, but I feel really responsible for
keeping the integrity of the space and the conversation.
And I, of course, wanted to check in with Shadows Pub because I know it's late where she is at in the world.
And she's the co-host and these are her echoes.
Well, let me talk about that.
It's not really late for most people, but when you get up at 3.30, 4 o'clock in the morning, it's getting up.
Yeah. So let's go for 10 more minutes. How about that? We'll stop
at 30 minutes at the half hour after.
Yeah, let's go.
Okay, let me pass the mic over to
Larissa. Larissa, go ahead.
Hi, Maria.
Hey, Shadowpub.
I've really enjoyed...
Can you hear me
Yes. I just wanted, I wanted to thank Shadowpub for what you bring.
I really enjoy when I read your own book.
I see you.
And there's something about
how you take the time
to make things better
so you make my day better
I'll let you know
thank you Larissa I appreciate knowing that
yeah it really is wonderful
to hear you guys
because we all know out here on social media,
it can feel like you're just sending stuff out into a big void.
And so receiving replies on posts and such is so wonderful.
And then being in spaces like this, I love getting DMs from people.
Somebody sent me one the other day thanking me so much for the space we did last week,
talking about the new Neil Diamond movie.
It was so good, you guys.
But one of our friends out here just had such a moment of beautiful memory for them personally.
And I love that.
You guys can generally DM me if you would like to.
But let me pass the mic over to Brenda.
Go ahead, Brenda.
Yeah, I don't remember what I was going to say,
but I'll just throw something else out there. I really like your spaces, other people's spaces. I've been trying to stay away from talk AI, art and affirmations. So I'm still on track affirmations. So I do your space.
Your space.
And there's a few other spaces that are like my reprieve.
Restless spaces.
And I just think it's wonderful, you guys. I just don't know how they would not have spaces because I absolutely love them.
But there must be a value for all of them.
I remember when they stopped selling a product.
I can't even believe it.
I went to find it.
I forget what it was.
Gosh darn it.
I think it was the Turkey Stromboli from Trader Joe's.
I had been buying that Turkey Stromboli for a while and it was gone. And I asked the lady,
oh, where's the Turkey Stromboli now? And she says, oh, it wasn't, you know, a hot seller.
And I said, I bought it. I loved it. So, bottom line is, this app is not about me.
It's not about you.
It's not about any of us individually.
So, we pretty much have to, what would be the right way?
It was earlier in that space.
Learn how to be set apart.
Yes, of course.
Thank you so much again, Maria. Absolutely. There's nothing wrong with leaving a situation
that you're not comfortable in. I think sometimes people get nervous to leave a space.
They don't know if they're thinking the host is going to be mad at them or something too
sometimes we stay places too long
now I'm forgetting what I was going to say
wise muse go ahead
I saw your hand
I put a link in the comments and this is like my AI art
when I first started doing it.
It's like a collection of it.
I haven't updated it,
but maybe I will
like after like I get off of here
or something.
But I have a lot of it
and the stuff that I was coming up with
is really cool
if you wanted to look at it.
Thank you so much, Wise Muse.
Very cool.
Very, very cool.
There's something I was going to say
in response to Brenda,
and I can't remember what it was now.
I don't know.
Artemis, did you want to say something?
I see you up here.
Yes, I'm up here.
I'm just really proud of my sister
and everything she's accomplished.
She's actually created a new art form.
That's how I see it, with words and images.
I think that's pretty cool.
Thank you, sis.
And I would say that, and she's not even my sister.
You said it very well.
Artemis, thank you so much.
Brenda, go ahead. Oh, man, this is so much fun. Iis, thank you so much. Brenda, go ahead.
Oh, man, this is so much fun.
I'm getting to talk a lot.
All right, you guys.
In the timeline, Elon has asked me to message him.
I'm so excited.
What should I do?
Should I shower?
Should I get a haircut?
Should I wash under my arms, scrub my booty? What should I do? Should I shower? Should I get a haircut? Should I wash under my arms,
scrub my booty? What should I do? Elon wants me to message him back. Like I messaged him before.
I don't recall doing that. Okay. I just want to do things funny.
You are cracking me up because Sam Elliott sent a message uh last week telling me how much he appreciates all the interaction on his post and i'm like oh my gosh we are so special maria oh
my gosh i love how cool we are we are relevant oh my gosh i mean who would put a celebrity name and have like 10 followers?
That's redonkulous.
Did you say that's redonkulous?
And I'm sorry about my hand.
Oh, my word.
Redonkulous.
That's my word.
Not rinoculous, like the flower.
Oh, my goodness.
Mystic, I see you there.
You should be doing homework probably.
I love it that you're here.
Primrose League.
Hi, I haven't seen you in a while.
Nancy, I see you.
Jan, hello, hello.
Arpan, hello, hello.
Somebody came in here earlier, by the way.
They joined our conversation. Before even one word the way, they joined our conversation.
Before even one word was spoken, they raised their hand.
And of course, I looked at their profile and I didn't give them a mic.
And they went away after a few minutes.
So for anyone who is hosting spaces, usually trolls that come into spaces, one of the signs of a troll is that they'll raise their hand immediately without listening to any of the conversation, of course.
If it's a friend of mine, of course, but yeah, usually they'll go away.
Just ignore them and they'll go away.
But be very mindful of who you offer
to be a co-host with you. Because sometimes the co-host might not realize the signs
and they might let them up to the mic. So then I have to be on guard a little more.
But yeah, I just wanted to give you guys some reassurance. Just ignore them and they'll go away usually.
But did I say hi to Plankton Bus?
Thank you for being here.
So it is 528, but Brenda, go ahead.
Okay, I wanted to ask you and you specifically, because this does wrap in with the A, I, and art.
On my timeline, I have, like, you know, Google, excuse me, Amazon ads, but they're not.
They're called X ads.
And it has the gold, you know, X.
But I'm afraid to click on it.
I've already talked about it with Grok.
And if I really see something that I think is of interest to me, I'll give it to Grok and I'll have Grok, you know, tell me what's in it. But isn't it a shame and a crying one at that, that we can't
even trust links on this platform. What do you think?
Yes. And I think the photography too. I've been taking, speaking of AI art, I've been taking photos and asking Grok if it's real or not. And it will tell me. It will look at the photo and
it'll do a little analysis on it. And like I said,
it bums me out because I am a photographer. I love using my own photography. I'm not a
professional photographer, but some of my photos are really pretty and I wouldn't want someone to
assume that they're AI. Like, no, the sunset really did look like that.
like no the sunset really did look like that
so as far as the links go
Brenda I just looked at your timeline
I don't see what you're talking about
as far as like ads on your own timeline
is that what you're talking about
okay Is that what you're talking about? May I? Yes.
It's when I'm looking at other people's timeline, those are the ads I think are pointed toward me.
So whatever ads you see on my timeline, if I have any, I don't know, should be pointed toward you.
Yeah, interesting.
I don't have any as on my timeline because I'm nobody.
And I have been a nobody all my life.
And it's perfectly fine.
It doesn't bother me.
But I don't, I'm asking you now, but you don't see as on my timeline?
Well, and let me say, it doesn't mean you're nobody. It means I'm nobody. If it's tailored to me. I do not. Like the short bus and helmets.
They must be targeting you specifically because I don't see those things on your timeline when I look at it. If what you say is AI or the app is able to show, is able to manipulate the ads that are shown based on whoever clicks your timeline to view it.
Is that what you're saying?
I'm going to show, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm going to show you an example this here's a
thing i just got on my timeline and they show me which is good i don't have a problem with
oh come on got it now what do this how do you send it in oh to the far right the little button the little line and an arrow that goes up put it up there
no not reply you can go all the way go all the way to the right and push that little button
that points straight up that'll push it up into the nest but um oh whatever i push it, it's going to come under your flowers, your velvety leaves.
Oh, you replied on the velvety leaves.
I don't mean to hold you up, but...
Oh, Jesus.
Excuse me, people.
I see Alon's message to me, too.
Message me back.
I'm sorry.
You're not that special, Brenda.
I got one, too.
Wait, is it just to you? But was it really to me or did I think it was for me and it was for you
all along? Well, it's a reply on one of the pictures I put in the chat. He might've said
the same thing. He might've cut and pasted and given that same message me back to 50 people.
So he's cheating on us. Yeah. He's cheating on us.
Well, I don't know who's going to be the first one to have his baby, but it ain't going to be me.
You better start getting in shape, girl. So let me go ahead and we need to let shadows go.
And I want to, oh wait. Oh, Canadian, I just shared your space, by the way, that you did three days ago up into the nest.
I just wanted to say congratulations for hosting that space.
I know you don't host very often.
I'm sorry, what space did I host?
Did you host this one?
Thanks to all.
Was it Aura Space?
Oh, it was Aura Space.
Yeah, because I don't have to do a darn thing. That's what it was.
That's why I was good. I just sit there. I can't do, as you know, I can't do anything anyway.
So it's, I'm just holding space so she can open more mics. That's the, I was going to say,
I didn't think I'd done anything. Surprise, surprise.
Elon's message is up in the nest, by the way.
Message me back, okay?
Nino, Elon Musk is trying to get to Brenda and I both.
He's cheating.
He's going for multiple ladies at the same time.
But anyway, let me get back to shadows. And Canadian, thank you for that. And yes, I did share up into the nest too, by the way, Ara's post about how she's not having the space
today. So you guys know, go flag that and put it on your calendar. Next Thursday, the 26th.
I think that might mean she's skipping Sunday too. I'm not sure.
Check her, the Storyteller Sandbox account for details, but she's definitely not doing the space
tonight. We normally, I have decided to take this particular, it's supposed to be one hour from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays, but I've decided not to do
this space in this slot anymore. So we've skipped the last couple of weeks, but I decided to take
it off the schedule because Ara's space is right after this, usually, not today, but usually. And
I don't want members to have to choose or go one hour here and then her spaces
are longer and they're fun and they're games and they're getting ready for bedtime and such too.
But that's a lot to ask people to be in spaces for four hours because it would be me for one
hour and Ara for three. I'd rather just move away from this slot so that people don't have to feel
pulled in either direction. So we probably are going to start a Friday space at noon Eastern
Standard Time, but it's not certain yet. I'll let you guys know as the schedule changes.
But let me get back to Shadows Pub because Shadows Pub, we're talking about her echoes
that she shares into the community every single day.
So let me read this last one real quick.
Okay, Shadows, and then I want to hear what you have to say about it, and then we'll go.
I'm picking the cedar one because I'm such a tree hugger.
When frenzied life hits,
take a moment to envision yourself in a calm clearing,
surrounded by cedar trees.
Like you, those trees have quiet strength and resilience
through slow growth and steady presence.
and steady presence.
Then Shadows writes,
Then Shadows writes,
on the toughest days,
reminding ourselves to look toward the strength
and resilience we already have
is a way to feel grounded
against the strongest headwinds.
Love that.
Yeah, sometimes we get buffeted by the wind and we actually forget just how strong we are
and that we can bend without breaking
yes and how perfect you know our our theme next week is flexibility
and trees are definitely part of that in my heart.
Definitely.
I feel trees bending.
And that's a big part of resiliency, which is what keeps us going.
The more resilient we are, the better we can deal with what life tosses at us.
And the fact that trees can bend so far and not break is a visual for resilience.
Yes, yes, yes. I love that.
And the artwork on this one is beautiful too.
All of the AI artwork that Shadows publishes with her writing is beautiful.
This one is this guy.
Ah, there's a cute cabin.
He's sitting outside.
I imagine he's meditating.
And I see like a big,
huh, a design in the sky.
I wonder what that is.
Let me see what...
It's like a third eye.
It looks like a mandala or something.
It's in the sky at the top between the trees.
It's the sun.
Radiant vertical light descending from above through the cedar canopy.
It doesn't actually see sun.
The descending light signifies blessing,
guidance, and higher alignment.
And the vertical cedars act as pillars of protection
and spiritual stability.
The seated figure represents humility, reverence,
and quiet receptivity.
Shelter implies safety in being held within ancient guardianship.
And the circular framing reinforces containment, wholeness, and sacred space.
So when I have the AI analyze and rank the images, it gives me this symbolism that's within the image.
Wow. That's so cool. That's so cool.
I think taking the time to go through these and then getting that backstory of what you just
shared is so fascinating. And it reminds me, you know, yeah, AI, you can ask it a question,
have it analyze an image like this, and give you all that information. And it's
culling through all of the information out there, where we could take days to find the same thing.
Oh, yeah, I could never do these daily without using AI as a tool. And it is a tool,
it gives me background material.
It gives me material to go through that I get the inspiration from to be able to write the material.
So anything you see me write, I've written. But that doesn't mean that there's not a whole bunch in behind that I've got from AI that I've drawn from. Exactly. The note that this one came from actually is 10,244 words.
10,000? Yep. Oh my God. That's like a lot of culling that you're having to do
too, even through what AI gives you. One of these echoes takes me from the beginning,
doing the images, building the background note, and then
going through it and then coming up with whatever is going to inspire me that particular day
is generally three to four hours. Well, from my perspective, that's an excellent use of your time
because I love them. Yes. Thank you. Yes, absolutely.
I so appreciate you for sharing them into the community here.
And I try when I can to share them out to other people because I always love them.
I don't always have the chance to get them out there.
But yeah, they're beautiful.
I appreciate your consistent support of them.
Yeah, yeah. they're beautiful. I appreciate your consistent support of them. Yeah, yeah.
I love it.
So I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to thank Shadows Pub for those echoes.
I'm going to thank all of you for being here.
However, Canadian, did I see your hand go up real quick?
Did you want to say something before we say goodbye?
I wanted to say that when I spoke, I didn't realize.
Actually, Shadows Pub, I hadn't seen your work before.
And that was a general expression of what I think of AI.
Oh, I didn't take anything from that.
Because you have the same attitude that I have.
The writing that goes out, I may use AI behind the back the background but the
the writing I put in is my writing and it always will be in fact well part of
that is because I let AI give me grammar guidance but I have had times where the
AI has gone ahead and said oh well this would make a great quote and I go what
part of your instructions say that you create the quote?
And it'll come back and go, oh, the instructions say the human is always going to write the quote.
That's funny.
So it's built in.
That's funny.
And Canadian, just so you know, at the beginning of this conversation,
Shadows explained that her mission with her images that she's generating with AI, she doesn't want them to look like photographs.
She wants them to be fantastical and imagery.
And so, because Canadian, I've been having this thing lately where photography is bothering me because I can't tell if it's real or not.
I keep sharing things because they're cute or beautiful, and all of a sudden somebody comments and says that's AI.
Unfortunately, that means I've slowed down sharing other people's beauty because I don't want to go and take the time to have to vet it each time.
people's beauty because I don't want to go and take the time to have to vet it each time.
Some accounts I've become comfortable with, and I know what they're doing, that it's not AI,
but others not so much. Shadows, I am happy to share her AI art. Ara does a lot on AI, Becky,
Brenda, I think, have you played around with it? Yes. So there are a lot of people doing
wonderful things with AI, but we're getting to the point where it's becoming more obvious. Some
people are misusing it. So that's why these kinds of conversations are so important. AI art. Yes,
it is art. So thank you. Thank you, Shadows, for spending some time here with us.
Thank you, Nino. I see you there. I got to go, but I will talk to you guys all another time.
Julie should have the schedule out tomorrow for the Gratitude Unleashed Spaces next week.
Flexibility is the theme, and we'll talk to you later.
Thanks for being here.
