Thank you. Hello guys, I can see our guests are joining so I just wanted to welcome everyone.
Currently I'm adding all the projects to the stage. I just want to make sure everyone was able to confirm the mic.
Hi guys, can you hear me? Hi everyone, Riverdex is here. Can you hear me?
Can you hear me? Hey everyone.
Jim Jim, can you hear me well? Yes, we can.
So I'm thinking we are missing one.
I just want to make sure everyone is here.
So we have Satya from GrowStreams.
We have Irina from Riverdex.
Oh, I know we have Rafael as well from the smart cup league we have uh excel hub augusto
and then we also have a w street with robin and we have and we also it seems like we have everyone, okay? A moment of mathematics for me.
First of all, welcome everyone who joined us to listen to the first ecosystem call.
Before we will start, let me just introduce the point.
This point of this Twitter space is to not talk about BORA, basically,
but to give a space to all the projects building
in the ecosystem and to give you the latest update,
what's happening on their site
and how you can join their community
and how you can get involved.
We will have three simple questions
and I will let everyone answer these questions one by one.
But for this special session,
we will let Riverdex go with all the questions,
and then we will let Irina go,
because she needs to go to another call.
But before we will start generally,
let me all of you give you space to introduce yourself, guys. So welcome to this call and maybe let's start with, I will always probably ask you so you don't talk gross over yourself.
So maybe can we get introduction from Saitam from GrowStreams?
I'm Saitam from GrowStream,
and we are building the first ever money streaming primitive on Vara.
Let me briefly give you what the GrowStream is. GrowStream is a money streaming primitive on VARA. Let me briefly give you what to grow stream.
Grow stream is a money streaming platform
where like you get paid every second
for whatever you are working.
This is about getting paid every second
because we work every second.
the economy runs every second,
but payments are still stuck.
So we build this out infrastructure
and a first product of this infrastructure
where we are putting up some tasks, campaigns. You can do those out uh we build this out infrastructure and the first product of this infrastructure is our rewards portal
where we are putting up some tasks campaign you can do those out and you'll get paid every second
with these streams thank you thank you uh let's go to rafael from smart cup league hey everyone
how are you my name is rafa raf. I'm founder of the Smart Cup League.
We are building a change part prediction game where players don't bet against the house,
they actually compete against each other across an entire tournament.
So this means this is not just a one-off bet platform, but a season long tournament with progression, continuous participation.
And so instead of isolated predictions, every match contributes to a global leaderboard and the users performance builds over time.
So at the end of the tournament, along with the match by match bets or predictions, the top five users in the leaderboard also share a final prize.
All right. Thank you so much.
Let's go to Ixchel Hub, to Agosto. I really don't know if I pronounced your name correctly,
but you can tell me right away.
First of all, hello, everyone.
It's a real pleasure to be here with you
in this very interesting VARANetwork space.
My name is Carlos Agosto.
I hold a Master of Science in Mathematical Engineering. What we are building
at HL Hub, in simple terms, is an intelligence platform for Web3 users and crypto investors.
We want people to stop needing 20 tabs open, three dashboards, two explorers and a cold coffee on the site just to understand what is happening in the market.
The idea is to bring together on-chain data, market context and useful signals into one much clearer experience.
Another important part of the project is sentiment analysis across different
sectors of the crypto ecosystem. We are not only looking at raw numbers or blockchain activity,
but also at how the narrative around specific sectors is behaving. For example, sectors such as DeFi, artificial intelligence,
gaming or real world assets, meme coins, et cetera.
And even broader topics like regulation,
geopolitical risk or commodities when they affect the market.
Because many times the market does not move only because of what happens on chain,
but also because of how people interpret events
and how narratives spread.
All right. Thank you so much, Carlos.
Let's now go to V Street.
Robin, can you share something about you and your project as well?
Yes, thank you for the invitation to connect with other projects and the community.
V Street is a project that is looking forward to become the DeFi Hub and Vata network. In the first phase, we will launch the lending and borrowing features.
But after that, we will launch more functionality to let the users
to interact with the native Vata token, stable coins, bauls, etc.
Vata token, stablecoins, bauls, etc.
Even we are designing right now a feature that led the users to launch trading agents on the Vata network.
We are investigating and researching all the tools and possibilities to do that.
Even the delayed message, etc.
So stay updated about the project. Thank you.
And then we also have Ben from NBL Labs.
Hey, everybody. My name is Ben Schwartz with Amble Labs.
Hey, everybody. My name is Ben Schwartz with Amble Labs.
So Amble is a SaaS risk tech blockchain infrastructure layer that was built on Vara.
It's for floor plan lenders. A lot of people may not know what that is,
but basically lenders that lend to dealerships across the United States to buy inventory in order to sell.
Right. So it's short-term commercial loans.
What we provide is cryptographic proof of present, immutable audit trails,
and anogenic anomaly detection with our Bluetooth low energy devices
that we place on every vehicle.
Basically, what we're doing is reducing fraud within the automotive space,
fraud within the automotive space, the automotive used car space.
the automotive used car space.
And so, yeah, happy to be here and excited about this call.
And now, Irina, can you share something about yourself and Riverdix?
And thank you. Thank you so much for hosting the space. I'm Irina.? Of course, of course. Hi, everyone. And thank you. Thank you
so much for hosting the space. I'm Irina. I'm the head of marketing. But as you know, like in any
startup, you wear many hats. So we're building Riverdex. It's a decentralized exchange built on
VAR network. We are the trading layer of the ecosystem, so you can basically swap tokens, provide liquidity, and even launch your own trading pairs.
All of this with close to zero gas and instant execution.
So thank you for that to Vara Network.
And we're still in the test net, going to the maintenance soon.
So we're in the phase of testing a lot and collecting the feedback from the community.
So that's basically what we're in the phase of testing a lot and collecting the feedback from the community. So that's basically what we're doing.
And then we did choose Vara because of its speed and how affordable it is for users.
So our goal is to be the go-to place to trade if you're on Vara network.
I just realized I didn't introduce myself because it's also first time for me to talk all of you and all the projects.
So just for anyone who doesn't know, I'm head of the community group in Vora and I'm in communication with you regarding marketing stuff and community stuff.
And as I mentioned at the beginning, since Irina needs to go, I will just give her space now to ask her the questions and we can let her go.
So Irina, could you share with us some biggest news and progress updates from Riverdex maybe in the past month?
what are some things you would like to mention?
What are some things you would like to mention?
Oh yeah, of course, of course.
So March was actually like really active month for us,
like both on like the trading and the building side.
we actually crossed 100K transactions.
We hit 50K in early March
and doubled that in just 20 days.
So we're like, we love how how this growth was driven by the community.
Obviously, this was posted on social media,
and the community picked it up so much.
So our 100K milestone campaign was actually recognized by Galaxy,
and we were at their carousel pic.
So they featured river decks on their homepage banner.
This wasn't even a paid or boosted.
It was just rewarded for high community activity,
which showed how active the community is.
So it put us in front of this entire user base.
And because of that, we were exposed to this huge community
that keeps joining our community.
And because we're part of the ecosystem,
we're sharing all of this and we're running the ecosystem week.
So we're sharing all of this and like we're running the ecosystem week. So we're sharing all of that together. And also alone, just along the ecosystem week,
we started that, which we want to continue doing. We connected community, our community with some
of the projects building Envara and combined, we received 10,000 new community members across all
of them. On the partnership side, we also integrated Community One AI agent into our Discord
for the real-time user support, which has been working really great.
I feel like the members, the other projects here can use them.
And one more exciting thing that we currently are doing, we are in talks with Delora
protocol. For those who don't know who they are, Delora is the cross-chain routing and execution
layer. They let apps embed cross-chain swaps through their single API. They already support
EVM chains and Solana, and we are exploring how we can integrate this with Riverdex and basically bring so much more cross-chain liquidity
our team was actively working on the product every day,
improving the text, building our documentation.
We've been expanding partnerships.
Community is testing a lot,
and we're getting a lot of feedback
that we're providing to the development team that's backing us up.
So I think that's pretty much it.
And our next target we're trying to target this month is going from 100K to 250K transactions.
Thank you for sharing so much going on, so much when going on this past month, I see.
You actually mentioned that community is super involved in your projects and in everything you basically do.
So my next following question is for the listeners, maybe.
is for the listeners maybe can you share how the community or this new listeners people who just
find out about you could engage with your project or maybe support you on what you are building
yeah of course like so the easiest way is to like jump in and try the test net like swap some tokens
explore the pools provide feedback like which is so important, like provide
what you want to see, because like, this is where like the real, like, like the real communication
happens, like you want to know what the like, when you're building something, you want to know what
the community needs, because you don't want to build just something what you think they need.
So like this feedback, collecting this feedback is so important. And we also have like active
campaigns running that like support like you
earn points rewards for like participating obviously like following us on x and joining
the discord community it's pretty active there so you can um like talk to like thinkers and um
we're also open to any partnerships with anyone who's building or considering building like on the Vara network.
So basically joining us and then seeing how like seeing and testing and providing feedback is the
biggest one for us right now. I also just for myself because like marketing is my thing I
honestly wanted to say like that putting spaces together like this,
So thank you so much for hosting this.
Like when we ran the ecosystem week,
what we saw like the firsthand
was like when projects showed up
for each other on social media,
it didn't just boost the numbers.
It just made like it moved people
and like, and it just made it like,
made the ecosystem feel so much alive. And that and like, and it just made it like, made the ecosystem feel so much alive.
And that was like, like, that was like the networking effect built on like, on the trust
So I feel like we should do more of those and like collaborate a little bit more.
And like, I think these calls do the same thing, just like at a deeper level.
So we get to hear what like everyone, each team needs, what they actually building, what problems they're solving, what might be overlapping, or we can actually see opportunity.
I already picked up a few opportunities that I'm going to reach out to a few people that I heard today.
So that's also a really good one.
Because the best ideas don't come from a pitch deck.
They come from conversations like this, I think.
All right. come from a pitch deck they come from like conversations like this i think all right thank you so much for sharing all the information uh also i want to give a space to projects who are joining us as well if they have some questions for you before we will let you go
uh guys if anyone from you would like to ask or connect with Riverdex in in any
level now now would be your time yes and by the way I'm still staying for the
space like I'm still saying because I have to get off in 20 minutes but I'm
still here okay okay all right so thank you so much uh we will then uh continue with the the flow of the call um so
um the second uh one of the question was what kind of biggest news progress updates from your
project you would share in from the recent month months or from march uh and we will go one by one so I just see it shall hop
now so maybe Carlos could you go first yes I would say one of the biggest
developments has been giving more shape and identity to
what each year really wants to contribute because one thing is to say we are doing
AI for Web3 which half the planet seems to say these days and another thing is to build something that actually helps people make better decisions.
Over the last few months, we have been refining the project's vision a lot.
How to turn scattered data into clearer signals, how to better connect on chain analysis with
market context, and how to add a sentiment analysis lawyer that help
us understand which sectors are gaining strength, which ones are a loss in traction and where
there may be opportunities or risk that are not obvious at first glance.
For example, it's not the same to detect movement in one isolate defy
protocol as this is to understand that and the same time a positive narrative may be building
across the broader defy sector or that attention may be shifting toward ai tokens gaming or infrastructure that combinations of hard
data and marketing interpretation is a very important part of what we are strengthening
and actually this week we started running testnet trials with vara
we started running testnet trials with VARA ambassadors,
which is a very exciting step for us.
It's mean the project is moving from vision
into hands-on validation with real users inside the ecosystem.
And soon the community testnet will also be loaded
which we see as a very important milestone
because it opens the door for broader feedback, real interaction
and much stronger connection with the community than we want to deal with.
All right. Thank you so much, Carlos, for sharing all this information. We will go to Rafael now.
So, yes, the biggest news that we have right now is that we are just about to launch the project on Mainnet.
The idea is to launch it six days before the world cup so then throughout this time we can engage more and more
with the community um and of course um get to know the project uh but also during march we we tested
the project the full concepts on on the testnet with the buyer ambassadors, running real tournament simulations
and testing the full gameplay, right?
So it's starting from connecting the wallets,
see the pool of the predictions working,
the settlements and the ranking, you know?
And the feedback was very positive most of the the protocol
is already uh working as we expect and the the main improvements now are mainly from the the
front change making the experience simple simply more intuitive so we are just about to to moving
more intuitive so we are just about to to moving to from from this testing to preparing uh the
project for the real users for the real competition so we are really excited to
within door to the the next two weeks um announce that we are actually on maintenance
that we are actually on maintenance.
So I'm going to prepare for some betting.
Let's ask now, Ben, could you share some information as well?
Robin, could you go next, please?
progress about the project.
The first one, and I think it's
the biggest one, is the Forge section that we launched on Testnet,
where you can stake some protocol token, the VSD, and you can obtain the derivative, the stake VSD.
The idea is that let the users decide the time they lock in the time options,
Let the users decide the time they lock in the time options,
starting on one day, I think, or not lock.
From not lock to 90 days.
And even if you lock the VST token,
the more time you lock, you can get more stake BST.
And we have the idea to provide the stake BST,
the DeFi functionality, for example,
use these derivatives as collateral to borrow some stable coins.
And we have another one that is like a bond marketplace. Actually, the idea was born in 2024 in the Brussels Eat Global that VARA was a sponsor
and the VST trade participate in that.
And we win the first place on that track. And the idea is that let the users
and wait some time to get this discount.
For example, if on Riverdex,
the price is, for example,
$1 per BST you can obtain that with
x percentage of discount on the bond section and you can wait for one month
etc and this is for letting the users to acquire cheaper and wait some time.
And the liquidity we get with that functionality,
we will go to the Treasury and the stake BST will have the power with the treasury. And as I mentioned before, we are planning to launch
an AGI agent that is called VNEO to let the users launch
AGI trading agents on the VAR network.
We are researching about the options of the libraries
like OpenCloud, AirMessage, and LandGraph to have the best options
to let the users to launch this AI agent,
setting some parameters of trading parameters,
and then they can create the strategy
with all the features we have or we will have in the protocol.
for even people who doesn't
understand trading and can do trading
at least to set the strategy.
It's not that we provide a strategy, it's not for that.
We don't suggest trading, but for the people who know about that, they can automate the strategy.
For example, that all the lines and etc, they can set that parameters and let their AI agent trade on the network.
We will have to contact the river DEX to do that connection and let our agents use the DEX liquidity.
But it's simple. You set your strategy and the AI agent is trading with the
yes definitely guys I'm happy to share now some updates from your side?
I'm happy to share the updates.
So from the last two weeks,
our team have been working day and night because it's the time we are about to come to our main net.
Right now, we are on testnet,
we have launched a VARAI about challenge this week
where users have two tracks
either they can contribute via github or they can contribute via x and for this contributions as
better their contributions are going they are getting xps like right now they are getting xp
every time but in the later time they will get paid every second in form of this canton coin
so we are happy that community is engaging over it and people are
participating over this VARAI bot challenge.
making submissions to both
And we did this out because we wanted
other partners who would be coming to us.
Alongside our business development
team has been outreaching day and night to find out better partners.
And luckily, we have got two to three chains who wanted to become,
who wanted to partner with us and who would be putting up their bounties
or their campaigns with growth streams into this instantaneous rewards manner.
So, for sure guys, into the coming times, you have a lot of good things
And we are excited to be a part of those.
I guess this is the major update from our side.
Thank you so much for sharing the updates from GrowStreams as well.
sharing the updates from growth streams as well.
So at the moment, Ben has let us,
but probably he's coming back.
So we will jump to the last question
and then we also gonna have some extra special guests
at the end of the session.
So can you guys share, we will go again one by one,
share how can the community engage with your project
and support what you're building?
So let's go with Robin now.
They can get involved using the protocol. Actually, when the lending and borrowing
feature was testing, we got the address that interact with our program. So I cannot speak
much about that, but you can imagine what is it about. And we will launch
community quest like the RiverTex
All right. Thank you so much.
So this was the information how you guys can interact or engage with the WeStreet project Cup League is actually to play and share the experience.
The game is a social game at Scarno.
So we want people to bring friends, create their own prediction we predict, especially during the World Cup, the matches
in South America and also in Spain. So for the viral community, especially, this is a
great opportunity to help us shape the early experience, right? Play the game, give us
feedback and help us spread the experience within your networks.
So the goal is to build the first global community
of on-chain sports predictions before the World Cup
and also after the World Cup with other tournaments.
So yeah, just bring your friends, bring your family
to play together with us.
I wanted to also add bring your dad because my dad is the biggest sport fan.
When I first thought about the project, the first person that I thought that would like this was my dad also.
Yeah, I was thinking about the same uh all right thank
you so much uh as well these were the ways how you can guys engage and support the smart gap leap
also now let's go to uh carlos Carlos? Of course. Honestly, the best way to support us is to get involved early,
try the project, learn about it, ask questions, give us feedback, and also tell us which real
use cases you would like to solve. One thing we strongly believe at HL
is that the best tools are not built in isolation.
They are built in conversation with the community.
If someone in the VARA ecosystem
is involved in trading, analytics, development, research,
or is simply interested in understanding Web3 more
we would really love to hear that perspective.
Sometimes one piece of community feedback is worth more than the internal meetings
because it brings you back to real world use.
And of course, people can also support us by sharing what we are building,
help us move to conversation forward, connecting us with others in the ecosystem
and joining this broader effort to build tools that are more useful,
clearer and more verifiable for week three.
Also, people can follow us on x at each l hub and the discord
link is available there as well if they would like to to reach out and talk with us directly
and the end of the day, this is only the beginning.
There is no better way to build an alongside or a community that truly understands where the ecosystem wants to go.
I definitely agree with all of you guys
regarding that the project is made in the conversation rather
And then also last but not least, Satyam, can you also share how the community can engage
For sure, since we know this, that growth stream is a platform built for the community so that community get paid
community can engage to growth stream
either by creating content
engagement for the community
either they can be the campaign
builders who are running these campaigns on growth stream
so with this they will get
superb talent pool from Growth Stream.
And the second way for the community
to contribute on Growth Stream
participate into these campaigns and bounties.
there's a benefit of community and we are always
open for our community engagement.
if they have some ideas to engage with us
So basically, since Ben is unfortunately not joining,
not joining uh we are at the end of the session uh but we actually gonna have a special guest or
we are at the end of the session.
a special yeah guest joining us i would like to invite louis to join us at the stage
to share maybe something with you all of you as well uh smart uh yeah rafael do you want to say something
did you raise your hand no no i'll just no no i'm good okay okay all right so um i will just
invite luis yes welcome luis hey hello everybody hello hello Claire. Hello. Well, Rafa,
Irene, Satya, Carlos, Robin, and Ben that this, it was part of the space at the beginning,
but maybe he had some trouble with his connection. Well, thank you so much everybody, your team,
Well, thank you so much everybody, your team, your community.
I guess that this is really important for the whole of our ecosystem.
All the effort that you have done in the past and all the expectations that you have for
your project and your community, I guess that we are reaching a really important stage in
the whole ecosystem. It's really interesting to see all the updates,
but internally we understand what is happening
Also we have here the internal team
that is helping in the process.
Karen, Adrian, David also was part
of this important process.
And the rest of the team that is not here, like, for example, Andre, Tim, or Luisa,
even, for example, Nikolai, Alex, taking decisions about the projects,
everyone, everyone is really important to stay here and sharing this kind of dates.
I'm really excited for what is coming because
the possibilities to grow
Claire for organizing this space
and joining all the teams together
is something really important for the ecosystem
because we can see here the people that represent the project,
but also each project is really interesting.
And yeah, I'm really excited to be here, Claire.
to be here Claire and everybody thank you so much everybody all the community here it's also I guess
And everybody, thank you so much.
Everybody, all the community here.
one of the best spaces organized by the community because the audience here is awesome and well the
projects everything I'm really excited thank you for for inviting me Claire
thank you louis for joining us uh yes so basically louis said all the kind and nice
words to all of you but yeah i just want to make sure um everyone knows my oh oh my god ben is here
hi ben can you are you here are you so sorry. All right. My apologies to everyone.
Actually, you just joined before we finished, before we ended the Twitter space.
So let's give you the chance to answer the last two questions as well.
I've asked others to answer just two questions.
And one of them was, uh, what are some biggest news and updates which happen in NBL, um,
like in the past month or recent months, even from the beginning, because this call is for
So anything, uh, you would like to share?
And so last month, let me think about that for just a second.
So basically what we built on top of the blockchain is an entire operating system
for these lenders that we work with, right?
And so when I say lenders, I'm thinking about like, you know,
Ally Financial, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, all of these lenders lend to used car dealers in the
United States. And so they've been using tech that was built in the 1980s and 1990s to this day.
They're still using it. I'll pause for effect there, right?
So shock and awe that they still use this tech and they're still getting away with it.
And so what we've built is something that they can utilize that brings them into the century, if you will.
And so what blockchain does with that is allows them to create that immutable chain, right?
allows them to create that immutable chain, right? That immutable space where, you know,
everything can be seen as far as when they loan cars, loan money to dealers. And so what we've
done is we've been able to talk to a lot of these individuals about this operating system and really
have gained a lot of interest from these lenders. And so we started moving into demos and we'll have our first LOI, our letter of intent,
with a large lender here pretty soon and a couple of others on the way. And so we're pretty excited
about that. Yeah. And we continue obviously to talk to VCs as well as we continue to raise
as we build. And yeah, that's probably it in a nutshell pretty much as far as March. So
a lot of exciting things happening over at Anvil Labs.
Could you follow up on that maybe how the community could engage with your project at the moment
or maybe how they can support you or even people who are here listening for the first time,
like how they can engage?
And so obviously we love a follow, right, on our social media.
We're on obviously LinkedIn as well as here.
I think as far as the engagement goes,
our token would be more internal as we kind of engage these lenders
to tokenize assets and move it more into a real world asset.
I think another engagement point would be, um,
looking at it from the perspective of if there's any,
if you see any type of same like instances,
if there's any areas of synergy, uh,
between kind of what you guys do and what we're doing, uh,
I think would be a great engagement point as well.
You actually just stepped in in the last minute.
So thank you for joining.
I'm glad you made it and you could share all the information.
I apologize for having to jump off and jump back on.
We had even worse situation with Twitter spaces.
So I think it's all good.
So, yeah, I'm actually super excited about this Twitter space.
I'm so glad we could all have you here.
The community had a great chance to listen to all the updates from you guys because you are an important part of the ecosystem.
You are building the ecosystem.
There will be coming also a recap thread from this video space.
So for those who couldn't join or maybe prefer a written version,
there will be a thread coming out.
And I just want to thanks to all the listeners, everyone who joined and listened to this
space for almost 45 minutes. We appreciate it. And thanks all of you guys who joined as a speaker.
And hopefully we will see all of you next month for the next
call. So thanks everyone.
Thanks Clara, I appreciate that.
