So I just want to ask the first question.
Can someone explain what an ETF is?
Bekah, maybe you want to share your experience.
you want to share your experience? Well, I don't really have experience with ETFs, but it's
basically, it's opening door for investors to gain exposure without essentially purchasing the NFT.
It's basically allowing investors to gain exposure and to buy asset in a much, much safer environment.
Obviously, we are working in Web3 and we are seeing like crazy prices.
And for us, like it makes sense spending so much money on NFT.
For a lot of people coming from like Web2 side of things, like that doesn't really make sense,
which is obvious why it's so much money.
So through this way, and it's something that
that i always say like pachy penguins have so much potential and it's freaking crazy
but this will allow for like for demand to be increased for pachy penguins because
investors can get in um eat this kind of access point for them, they can invest without purchasing the entire NFT.
And obviously, in this case, it's not even one NFT. This is a bundle of assets, which is Spangu,
Big Pudgies, Little Pudgies. So without owning the full asset, they can invest. It's a pretty
safe environment. And obviously, doing that for a brand that is massive and is just going to get bigger and bigger.
So that is how I would say as TLDR.
But if someone else wants to add their own opinion,
that would be amazing.

for a long time and recently bought Pudgee Penguins.
And I really want to congratulate you.

And you have also managed to attract a lot of cool people
to our community, to the huddle and how
much have the ecosystem and community grown in the last year in your opinion
thank you so much for all of your lovely words I was extremely blessed to be able
to purchase big penguin I think also that's kind of how funnel works. We all really want to get to the bottom of it
and really hold the OG asset.
I saw this one, it was actually on the floor
and it was like price was angel numbers.
And I was like, I was literally out with my friends
and I was like, I need to go home
because I need to buy this.
It's angel numbers, it's mine, it's meant to be.
But yeah, Huddle for me has been really, really, this is going to sound cliche, but it was life changing.
For people that know me for a long time, I've been in a space and I haven't been doxxed.
Like I have been doxxed and I really like try to find where I fit.

And I'm actually really grateful for Shiv
because he was the first person
that actually introduced me to the huddle
when he rebranded.
I rebranded like seven days after him.
And we decided to go on this journey together
and to try to build a little Paji community,
obviously with the help of a lot, a lot of penguins,
which is one of the reasons why I think currently, like,
Pachi penguins are absolutely dominating,
is because it's such a family, it's such a community.
And in the past year, it has grew a lot.
Like, from when we started, which is like two years, I think, around two years,
it grew so much and it makes my heart so warm
because how I'm feeling in a huddle, I really want everyone else to feel in Web3.
Obviously, we are doing everything remotely.
Right now, I'm on my phone.
I'm in front of my PC.
I don't get to see you guys.
I don't get to talk to you guys in real life. So one of the core values that penguins have is making everyone feeling so
comfortable and like they have someone. And early on, I really recognized that. And I was like,
you know what, I'm going to double down on that. And I'm going to try to make every single person
feel appreciated for everything they're doing. And that's essentially the only way that you can grow culture
and just like friendships within the community.
And I have been so blessed to meet a lot of people,
all of you actually on a stage right now
and a lot of people in the audience as well.
I see Zorin, which is one of my best friends, Joe.
Joe has one of the best low pudgies in
the entire collection. I've been saying that and I will continue saying that always. And when you
find a place where you belong, when you find like your friends, you can connect in real life as well,
just as good as you are connecting over the messages. I think that's the key for everything.
And everything that I'm doing for the huddle, I really do from the bottom of my heart, because
I just want to kind of pay back to people that are putting so much of their effort and
everything into this, like myself.
And I just want everyone to really find their Web3 home, which with a huge bias, but I think the huddle is the perfect place.

in Miami for Art Basel.
And I was just so like, just impressed by like the team itself in miami for art basil and i was just so like just impressed by like the team itself
right how down to earth they were and how like diverse the people were because especially at
that time it was like 2023 right i feel like nft communities they could have a certain type of
person right it could be bad it could be good right but like this project you know people
are like this like everyone just has the same vibe, right?
But I feel like when it comes, when I was a Pudgy Penguin, even when I was, you know, meeting the team and meeting the community for the first time, it was like, dude, it was like people from all over walks of life, right?
With ethnic background, racial backgrounds, things they do.
Like I just met people that were not even in Web 3, in Web 2.
They're just jamming.
They just bought a penguin and they love it, right?
And that was really cool too, right? And also like the last three months i was actually in asia and shout out
to foxy i see her in the panel but like i got a chance to like meet the asia side of things the
pudgy penguin side of things and man it was really cool to just see how people in asia like interact
with the ip in general right and in asia one thing is very huge over there is like people really love cute
ips like like guys girls everyone would have some type of like a clip on some kind of cute like
stuff animal clip on on their backpack and their purses and this is not just girls guys too like
everyone would do it like and it's not just like kids too it's like adults like going to the office having that right and so that just shows you like the cute ip resonates a
lot in asia and then seeing like how people interact with with um the pudgy penguins like
ip with the toys and it was really cool to see that right and and yeah like a lot of people in
asia let's be real it's like they don't really know what pudgy penguins is right but like seeing the the the penguins the toys and also like meeting the community and the people like that
like it really got them really like excited about like oh wow i want to learn more about this and so
uh yeah just long story short like it's just really cool to see how pudgy penguins is like
that should when it comes to like theIT communities, it's such a diverse group of
people, right?
Like literally on this panel, right?
We're representing like five different countries, right?
Right now, right?
Even on this panel as a penguin, right?
And so like, it's just really cool to see just the diversity of the Pudger Penguins
and something that I'm always really bullish on and about this community.
Couldn't agree more with you and i mean there are a lot
of cool a piece you know around uh a lot of great nft collections ecosystems but still
pudge penguins are moving forward and we are at the top of the charts always because we team of Pudgy Penguins are delivering all the time, constantly.
And as Becca said, as you said, if we compare everything with other ecosystems, for me,
Hado is the best and my conviction in it.
And I couldn't find better ecosystem and community in Web3.

What do you think about ETF in general and how can it affect our ecosystem and us as a community members,
if you are speaking about it as a member of community?
Yeah, 100 percent.
Before I respond to that, I just wanted quickly to give a shout out to Foxy,
because she joined. Exactly what we were discussing a little bit earlier. We have in a huddle
people from pretty much everywhere around the world, and we are all trying to represent
to the best of our abilities. But I was always saying, what Paji Asia has been doing with like all of these sub-communities
and how wide and far they go, they're built different.
And obviously Foxy and Erin, they have done so much for the huddle.
I'm scared that people don't realize that. But I just wanted to give shout out to a female builder to say that
because when we started, like back in the days when we started with the Iceberg Radio,
Shiv Raj, Maya, which is in the audience as well, shout out to Maya and myself.
It was our first episode.
We had all of the team members coming on stage.
We had a lot of people in the audience.
It was like one of the first spaces led by Lil Pudgies.
And during that space, Foxy reached out to me
and we never like connected before that.
She just reached out to me and she was like,
it's so lovely having another female
representing Lil Pudgies and being in a huddle
and I'm here to support you however I can.
And that's exactly like kind of connecting to what I said in the beginning.
The reason why I still really want to push and make sure that every single person is
really comfy and has the warmest welcome and just loves it in a huddle,
it's because that was a treatment that I got when I joined from Foxy and
for many other people, which made me love penguins way, way, way more. Obviously, it's the cutest IP.
So kind of connecting now to your second question, it's the cutest IP. And I think that if someone is leading the charge, it's Budgie Penguins.
Not just thinking about like filing for ETF, but about pretty much every single thing that they have been doing.
Whether we are talking about pushing a toy line that is actually quite successful, or whether we are talking about social presence, Giphy, Instagram, TikTok, PajiKindness,
like you name it, they have done it in kind of like on a social side.
Or if we are talking about NFT licensing through Overpass IP or even a whole blockchain through like Abstract.
I feel like Paji ecosystem is so wide and the team is, in my opinion, the best team in
a crypto. So if someone deserves to be the face of Web3 crypto and NFTs, it's Pudge Penguins,
hand on heart. And that's why I think that ETF is important for us. Exactly as I said in the beginning,
it really opens the door for institutional investors
and hedge funds to really just gain exposure
without purchasing the NFT in a much safer environment,
which I think it's very, very important.
And not only that it's one NFT, but the ecosystem,
it's a bundle of assets.
And obviously, if we as a community believe
that Pudgy Penguins will go mainstream,
and if we believe that they will do so well,
then we kind of have early investments,
which means that there is a higher upside potential.
And then obviously, with all of that,
we have brand recognition,
which I think is just going to go higher and higher. But then because Pudgies are really leading the charge,
if this ends up being successful, which I wholeheartedly believe it will, it's kind of
making a path for other projects and kind of showing them what is the right way and how they can get where
where they are so for many reasons i do think that this is important for us um fingers crossed that
it's going to be approved uh i hold a whole heart wholeheartedly believe in that but as a whole, I don't think there is a project that deserves to be face of crypto, NFTs and Web3 in general more than Pudgy Penguins.

chinsanity of course like i miss you chinsanity you should come back to asia it's so weird without
you here yeah so yes so like usually i was doing like budget penguins um nft all this while and
then for like for past few months um has to change to like pangu and
what is the strategy of like telling the normal people because i deal a lot with web2 companies
um how to explain to them how do i make them understand the same language that i do
um nft was a little bit harder um for web2 but web2 p Pengu is so much easier because they have like a Dogecoin.
Everyone understand what Dogecoin is. So like my mom or like my aunt, they were like, oh,
so yours is the penguin coin, right? I was like, yeah. I don't even really have to explain to them.
It was really easy to onboard them. They were finance it's like more most of the major exchanges
in in asia so it was it was quite easy but it wasn't easy to um let them hold um because they
do not know what pegy penguins is like we have the ethos we started like long time ago we we know how
it was built but um the coin community is just different.
And there's much more explanation.
Therefore, I feel like there's even a stronger need to do more RL events, especially for Asia side,
because they have to meet you in person.
They have to know what Pajipanguin's community is.
So now that Pajipanguin's community becomes like the mentor or, you know, like elder brother and sister to show the Pangu community how we were formed.
And I built a lot of relationship and family with Pajipanguins.
So they said that they were like, oh, I never thought this could be a thing.
And half of them don't even know who L Nass is um or Pajitim is
so they are they're trying to learn they're like okay you know the more stories I share
then um they really open up their their heart and they will listen to that um we have like about
13 to 14 countries um different language and culture.
So I deal with, we have to translate,
getting the locals,
Aaron get the locals as well.
The business, the wills,
we have our strategy talking to them.
And we always do like a special dinner or a meet up to talk more,
like more in depth.
But we also have the community run hiking, walking.
Today is a food tour.
Tomorrow is with line partnerships.
We will have a claw machine.
Most of the pangu has not played the claw machine before.
So I'm going to bring the blue pangu plushies,
the pangu penguins plushies um the pudgy penguins plushies the toys
and also the um the minini which is the lion toys so it like it brings like the whole of the
lion committee come together um the web 2 committee comes together and web 3 2.5 all of them um to get
to know each other and really when they come in like today
everyone was so happy that they have not been like a food tour that been organized like all
the tables were were there for them it was all set up usually you have to think about like because
most of the places that we go is uh is the trendy ones or the very, very local ones or the Michelin-style ones.
So usually you have to take about like
four to 60 minutes of queuing up,
but we organize it really well.
So people just come and have fun.
People came in and say like,
you know, thank you very much
for giving us experience like that.
We're doing the Hong Kong WebPay Festival next week,
like a few more days back to back.
Because of the high demand uh
requests from the consensus hong kong that please like foxy can we do hiking again so this time we
gonna up the game uh we're gonna hike to a buddha statue in hong kong we have to take a cable car
over to that island and we're gonna hike and uh all the way to the buddha statue the huge one um and we're
gonna have a monastery which is a temple we're gonna dine in there overlooking the buddha so um
all of these experiences in waftari i don't think many of them would be doing it um the our merch
um chusanity saw of you or any of you guys see on the timeline um the merch we put a
lot of thoughts um our team aaron ross swan everyone been using like one month or two months
to really think what is useful for asian what's useful thailand what is localized um what makes
pachy penguin so different from any other merch that people will want to keep.
So yeah, these are the strategies that Aaron and I use a lot.
I do more in community.
I do more, you know, the girly stuff, the lady stuff.
I touch hearts.
Aaron touch deals.
Aaron touch partnerships.
I talk Web 2 language.
He taught like Web3 language.
So for the Web2 companies, they don't feel intimidated.
They feel like, oh, okay, I'm from Web2 background.
And I relate to them a lot.
I know what takes them and what makes them run away.
So all of that.
And of course, I do a lot of pride, like a little gift. Every time when we visit, every business deals, every meetings, I make sure I try to remember. I used to remember everyone, but now I'm not as good as before. I try to remember what people like and what people don't like. And I try to bring it back the memories so i feel like petri penguins is more about
wholesomeness sense of belonging that sense of belonging that's that's our one our number one
motto we have to hit that if we if we don't then i feel petri penguins is losing the charm so um
my team and i we we always put that right in front of our board, a sense of belonging.
If we hit that, we hit home run.

You know, we already discussed a little bit about ETF.
We tried to find out and explain it to our listeners what an ETF is. We did,
but maybe you can add something in simple words. Yeah, I was about to ask you. I have no idea.
I have no idea what an ETF is. Oh my God. So I'm just kidding. So the easiest way to describe an ETF is it basically, if you look at the Bitcoin Ethereum or a Bitcoin ETF, the number behind it doesn't
look like Bitcoin or Ethereum. It's just like basically a percentage cut of what they're
backed by. So like Bitwise looks different than VanEck, for instance, but it's all backed by real bitcoin uh and so what the pingu etf would be
would be um canary capital started it so what they would do is they would attribute
uh pingu the token and they would also attribute nfts to it which is the the cool part about this
this is the first time uh an etf has been uh pushed forward that includes actual nfts
and i thought the the cool part like the most interesting part behind it was they're not just
like buying for nfts i think it looks like if you read the nf the etf correctly they're going to be
uh looking for birds that are are favorable uh like in the space
so they'll be shopping for trades and stuff like that um and yeah so you look at like bitwise
they've always had a like a nft uh what you call it investment just from bitwise itself but they don't have an ETF out so yeah
hopefully I'm explaining that well Luke has his hand up I'm sure he's going to do a horrible job
at explaining it but go ahead Luke yeah I mean I'm sure more information will come you know step by step uh and you explained it very well i i have more
questions to dive a bit deeper into it uh but now let me pass the mic to luke i saw his hand

yeah in regards to the etf um i don't know that i have much to contribute beyond that i would
imagine that when he mentions that they referred traits or aesthetics it might be referencing ip
with overpass and then getting penguins that you think could play a role with their ip into
something and then you know tie it into overpass and kind of proliferate that part and kind of legitimatize NFT IP, which I feel like would be huge. But I was just going to say that,
was it Foxy who was just speaking about the experiences that she's putting on in Asia?
That was incredible. Yes, big props. And then also, I just went to DM Becca because I just
want to say what's up seeing her in the space after we met in Paris. And then I saw that she

etf filing you saw the same thing happen with
uh the first doge filing when it happened like i think the first one when people were like why
dude why do we need a doge etf and then like more and more uh etfs of for doge started piling in so
i saw a bunch of people like come out say why do we need a penguin why do we need a penguin? Why do we need? Honestly, like, why not? Like, we're the only people in the space, I think, that are really, really pushing not only the space forward, but bringing the outside world into the space.
Like, whenever we went to Walmart, it wasn't a big deal.
It was a big deal that we're in Walmart.
But I think the biggest deal to me was the fact that every single person that got a toy was brought on chain and so it's
the first time in the history of crypto that it was like a giant on chain event where people
outside of the space had no idea but they were being brought on chain um i can't say that for
uh really anything else uh not just in nfts but in crypto in general
so um why pudgy penguins etf why not let's go uh pp um we already talked a little bit about pengu
etf but if you have something to add uh you can add i mean how it how it will affect the future of
penguin its price uh but my main question is about uh paji penguins nft assets um because
these are the first nfts i as i understood it in history to get an etf and uh is this just about pagi or lales rods also
included i'm pretty sure it's bigs and lils i'm not sure about rods i could be completely wrong on
it not including rods and it not in like i'm not even sure if it includes little but I know it includes bigs pretty sure it includes little but yeah whoa now I'm
bullish even more because when I saw the announcement I thought like oh maybe
it's only Pachi Penguins bigs but if Lills also then we all are bullish even
more yeah I mean if if it's not included the lils i i will go to the other
community you will sell all the lils and buy one big right of course nice
but you know okay it doesn't matter uh Only bigs, Lills, rods.
I mean, how this affects NFT assets in particular, since this is the first time and the price for NFTs is much higher than for Pengu.
What do you think about it?
Well, I think, honestly, the first ETF that passes and people are able to invest in NFTs, it does not only good things for, you know, like, say Pudgy Penguins was the first one it gets passed.
It does not only good things for Pudgy Penguins, it does good things for the rest of the NFTs that are actually here to stay, you know, for the long run,
because people see that as an opportunity and they see it legitimizes the asset.
And so instead of having, you know, 8,888 potential holders of an asset, it goes from
having that amount of people to be able to hold something and invest in something to
hundreds of thousands because anybody could, you know, put the Pingu ETF in their IRA or their 401k.
So yeah, it, it, uh, possibilities are endless. Um, and I don't like to really talk about price
speculation. Really. I'm not allowed to, to. Maybe under this current administration, I am.
I should just talk about it.
But yeah, I think possibilities are endless.
Whether it's Pudgies, who has the first ETF that's passed, or something else,
it's only going to do good things for NFTs.
I have a small question for Pippi.
Was the ETF, is it fell together, Pudgy and Pengu, or as separate ETFs?

The filing of the ETF, was it Pudgy and Pengu at the same time, or as separate ETFs?
Pungu at the same time or as separate ETFs it's I think it's a it's the same thing so the it's a
Pingu ETF uh it's Pudgy Penguins ETF that includes not only Pingu but um a percentage of the allocation
is dedicated to the NFTs too so it's the coin and the and the NFTft all in one oh okay nice i got it now and i think that's how
what you just said this how it will impact uh our industry nft culture in general and uh just a
small question for you pp as well like um maybe you know, can ETF attract not only large investors we talked about, but also normies?
Yeah, I think that kind of ties into what I was saying earlier.
I think it opens the doors for institutional investors and, you know, your grandma who has an ira to invest in pudgy penguins but not only did
that it opens up the floodgate for speculation uh for not only pudgy penguin nfts but every other
nft you hear the baby in the background but every other nft as well because then like once this
passes uh or once you know an nft etf, the speculation is going to go rampant through the entire space.
What's next? What's next?
I think the filings are going to be rampant at that point, too, because you already started to see it with the coins.
Once Bitcoin and Ethereum had theirs passed, every single coin was coming out of the woodwork with
a etf uh so like solana xrp doge like everything so like once the first nft one passes i think
you're gonna see the same thing nice nice appreciate you for explanation and it seems like you need to go now. Your baby is crying. But I have last question, if you can answer.

And I think it's also very important.
How long does it usually take for approval?
And how does the process work?
It beats me, dude.
I think it really depends on the administration um i think
the way we're looking at it is like the time is right for you to submit something like this
because the sec administration is they're very very're, it's going from like anti-crypto,
it feels like to very pro-crypto and wanting to do the things the right way.
And I can't think of another, you know, team in the space doing things the right way
as much as we have the entire time.
So it feels like the timing to me is right.
I don't know how long something like this would take
but uh timing wise i don't think there could have been a better time to file something like this
i want to add last one last question marks then pp can take care of his little pudgy
can take care of his little budget. I mean you know how it works with government
administrations. I mean before there's a policy in place it will take a lot of
time and regardless if the ETF is approved or not I mean it's still there
is still a policy that needs to be in place to see that this is not seen as
I call it and a financial asset of as seen as a financial asset so it is
easier to be approved so I don't know how you look at it
yeah I kind of talk back to like I think my previous answer is, like, with this new administration, I think they're going to be way more lenient and try to get everything I've heard.

help with the confusion that we have

pray for anyone around me the pudgies whether you're not a pudgy well whoever you are in general
i have great friends and i most importantly have i have great parents and great teachers around me i think that it's up only and uh and to say it like this there's no actually numerical
value i say it like this the sky is the limit and it'll only be dependent on how much positive
energy is aggregated right now as well as the entirety of this of the entire operation of
pudgy penguins there's so much pent-up positive energy
that you know it could go up it could go up uh infinitely that's my perspective infinitely so
