Thank you, Q-Bay.
Thank you, Peanut, who's also in here.
That's crazy.
Thank you, Earthlings.
Thank you to all the H-Graph crew.
Thank you to Graham, Bonzo, all our champions, man.
That's absolutely crazy.
Will, Kim, Shi, West End, Orbit, Rafal, Koza, HBot.
I see May down there come up.
I see Raptor.
I see Silent Architect Gawky here.
Renly for Bonzo come up on stage.
Brandon from the WCO.
Darren, Will, it's a party in here.
Thank you so much.
Listen, guys, we just wanted to take a moment and be grateful in this holiday season just to say, hey, thank you.
Christmas is inbound. The holidays is inbound. We've all crushed the year. We all had fun.
So let's gather as many people here, Hedera and abroad, and just showcase everything we've been having.
All the dinners, recipes you guys are going to be having, too, because we're really happy.
So if you supported the ecosystem, thank you for being here. If you
reposted one of our stuff throughout the year, thank you
for being here. If you swapped in wallet, thank you for being
here. If you minting some stuff, if you played Smack'Em, if you
traded over Orbit, if you supported Peanut, if you had fun
over HGraph because the MCP server is absolutely a banger.
Thank you again for being here today, tonight, this morning with us.
Without further ado, listen, my two co-hosts for today will be rotating because I think there's
going to be a lot of people like joining in. If you want to talk, grab the mic, have fun. This is
your space. This is your session. Also, we're going to be running this mostly probably for two hours.
Two co-hosts today, two friends, all friends in here.
But listen, Patricia, Joe, thank you for taking the time today.
And especially you, Patricia, tonight.
Damn, that's crazy.
Absolutely.
And if we run for the full two hours, it's going to be my midnight.
But I couldn't think of a better place to be than helping co-hosting this amazing space
and having fun with everyone.
That is so important in their ecosystem.
It absolutely is.
And again, midnight is absolutely insane.
It's already a marathon.
Joe, what's up?
Thank you for taking the time.
Only 5 p.m. here.
I can go until midnight my time.
So if you want to keep it open for seven hours, I'll be here.
Just excited to hear a year-end recap and plans for 2026 and just catch up with some people.
We see most everybody around and from time to time, but to have everybody coming in all in one place.
Supporting Hedera for the Christmas party, this is special.
So I really appreciate you having me involved.
Oh, yeah, man.
It goes without saying, man.
We had some amazing show like you and me throughout the entire year,
especially on Monday Madness that we transformed into Food Madness.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, thanks again for taking the time, man.
I really appreciate.
Before we go to our guests, I just want to, because that'll serve as a clear showcase as to, of course, like what we accomplished.
We just want it to be fun, accessible, really cool.
What you guys accomplished like this year, what's expected, maybe, what would you love for 2026?
So for us at Hashback, you know, it was an amazing year, of course, like we expanded on ramps with Coinbase, Topper, Aura Crypto, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
A quick stats, we also crossed 40,000 pack holders.
We reached 145 million pack stake.
We enabled also AVM support.
Also crossed over the past dispatch, which is our newsletter.
Also, that is almost 5,000 subs.
And we only launched in September.
That's been absolutely crazy.
Pack the Mic, those shows that probably if you're in attendance right now,
if you haven't, you absolutely got to come up on the show next year.
Pack the Mic is 40 shows deep.
We also have a strong presence over at AdairaCon.
We'll have the opportunity, of course, to cover that later on in the show.
We also have the possibility to of course, to cover that later on in the show. We also have the possibility
to have a hashback card.
Multilanguage support also is inbound.
Potentially, maybe,
AR components.
Pluto's been cooking.
Yeah, so yeah,
a couple of showcases
of what we've been crushing.
2026 is looking absolutely bright also,
but enough of me,
enough of us.
Tell us what grabbed your attention
we can start with brandon because the pfp is an absolutely banger and you guys have been
killing it all year man brandon thank you for taking time today thank you for having me man
holy cow it's been a minute since i've been on spaces under this pfp because i've been i've been
because I've been so busy.
And I think that that's something that is very similar, I think,
for a lot of teams this year.
One thing that I've noticed is people are hard to get a hold of
because they're so busy working on things.
working on things. I think that there's been so much interesting opportunity this year.
I think that there's been so much interesting opportunity this year.
And I was reflecting about how unavailable I've been for people. And I always feel bad. I always
like to be out there, you know me. This year truly has been a year where the amount of incredible
work being done is just overwhelming. And I think that when you look at it from an
H-Graph perspective, we're hiring team members, we're growing, we're seeing other folks hiring.
It just feels like there's a very palpable energy right now. And I was just on a Spaces
this morning with the Hedera Foundation on that side too. I mean,
just the love that everyone has for H graph, but then also just the huge wins that we've seen
everybody taking in the ecosystem and just celebrating all of those. Like I've got,
like I said, I've been busy. I've got a list on my phone of all the things that I want to like
be sharing and congratulating people. It's just incredibly the amount of stuff that's happened this year. It can't be understated.
And I mean, of course, for the next couple hours, at least, please, everybody, let's just ignore
the price just for a while here. And I think that what we can do is just reflect on the amount of high quality work this ecosystem has done this year.
It's just been incredible. So anyways, that's kind of what I'm coming into the spaces with.
So Phil, thank you for having me.
Oh yeah, no, I appreciate you, man. Yeah. How did the space with the foundation go earlier today?
I saw you on day.
Oh, it was Dynamite. We had a chance to talk about um all of the
different ai things like i mean people know about our mcp server being able to connect the the hedera
network data to chat gpt and clod and you know all those different things what they've been using it
for whether it's like connecting it to clod code and just leveling up their development game or
doing network analysis or or just so many different
ways in which people are using it, which is so exciting. We had someone in Discord today trying
to get it working with Grok. Grok doesn't support MCP servers yet, but I don't know. With this crowd,
someone's going to find a way. Someone's going to figure out how to hack it together. But
we did that. We heard some great updates from other folks. But one thing that I shared on the Hedera Foundation spaces that I'll share here with everybody just as a little bit of alpha is something people have been asking for for such a long time, for years in this ecosystem, and to HGraph specifically is, can I just type in a website and go and talk to the Hedera network?
And we've been approaching this very methodically because the two things we value most in this AI
space and when you mix DLT into it is safety, of course, but then also quality of output,
making sure that the data that you're getting is high quality. LLMs can hallucinate. So making sure that there's that auditability there.
And so we started with our custom GPT assistant
that people depend on every day to make GraphQL queries.
We have our MCP server,
which is the most used MCP server in the Hedera ecosystem.
It's just amazing to see what people are doing with it.
But what this brings us to is our final product of the year, which is going to be the HGraph
data agent. So I'm not going to share the URL yet, but you're going to be able to go
to a simple URL, open it on any one of your devices, log in with your HGraph account,
same as you would do in our account dashboard, whether it's click GitHub and log in with GitHub, Google, your email address, or of course your Hedera wallet, easy as pie. And then
just talk to the Hedera network, no setup, free access. And it gives you the same quality output
as the MCP server. So the cool thing is, is it actually uses our MCP server. So we're building
products that we use ourselves that's
what we've already done so that's the approach we've taken with ai so it's taken us a little
longer than folks may have wanted but it is arriving tomorrow um and we're so excited to
stay tuned for that um but yeah i'm pretty stoked wow no that's awesome dude uh bro i gotta say i
love the product i'm a user myself uh probably not day one, but I would say like day five.
And I built quite the agent around it.
And it's so good, man.
Now it's part of my routine.
And you hit it right on the nail when you're saying that, you know, you guys are crafting
product that you want to be using yourself, which is absolutely, that's so good.
Now it's on my daily.
I'm like, okay, let's see.
I call it Omega Pulse just to know
what's going on. And it gives me this broad range of just metrics from which again, I'll never stop
saying it, Brandon, where, you know, wow, that's storytelling. Wow. That means something instantly.
It's like, wow, it's not only data anymore. It's like, it's numbers, but I can attach a meaning
to it. And that's thanks to you guys, you have enabled that. So it's a tool. I want to be using it, and now it's a need.
It's amazing.
Behind every friendship, every hug, every enemy,
there is a transaction somewhere on Hedera related to it.
So yeah, it is storytelling.
And just to your point, just to finish it off,
my favorite way to use our new data agent is when I go to the coffee shop in the morning. I mean, not so much now that it's
snowing here, but you just go to it and you just type in what happened on Hedera yesterday and you
just get all the info you need. And it's just, you're right, it becomes part of a routine. It
becomes part of a habit. So yeah, that's basically what we're about. Get the data where people need
it when they need it.
I love it.
That's absolutely it.
There's a big shout out to you guys.
We'll have the time again to cover that.
I mean, it's so good.
It's so good.
And I'm going to be there tomorrow, man.
That's going to be absolutely awesome.
We're all going to be here tomorrow for sure, man.
Looking forward to it.
Brady, Brady, listen, it's been so long since we talked to another man.
Thank you for taking the time, brother. What's up? Hey, how's it going? Hey, I'm doing great.
I'm doing great. It feels like we haven't talked in ages, man. Really,
GG's for pulling up, man, into your crazy schedule. It has been a long time, no doubt.
No, glad to be able to make it for this. I love the Christmas all hands that Hashpack puts on. I think this is the...
It's been a couple years now doing this, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But I mean, it's just friends and we just thought that it would be good, like just to...
Yeah, just like good pre-holiday season, pre-Christmas, just to gather up and just have fun.
And you guys had a killer year.
Really happy that you're here.
Bungsville claims season five is ongoing also, I think.
And the merch is a banger, by the way.
Big shout out to the merch.
I need the shirt big time.
The merch is insane.
The merch is insane.
I appreciate that, guys.
Thank you so much.
Yeah, a lot of work with the whole team put into that.
Renly especially setting up the store and everything.
So, yeah, I appreciate that.
Oh, yeah. No, it's really awesome, really awesome man and again bravo for the picture that's absolutely awesome
but thanks thanks for being here yeah thanks for hosting I'm seeing on stage also we got two
champions man if I if I if my ex is not playing with me is that silent architect and that cuba what is up guys yo how's it going phil appreciate the invite up man i couldn't think of a better way to spend my
day than with my web3 family here in hedera at the christmas all hands how fantastic is that look at
all the familiar faces look at all the digital collectibles we're rocking bad ass let's go
everybody and yeah shout out real
quick to brandon i appreciate you helping me troubleshoot that uh little test i was trying
to run couldn't do it but maybe next time keep going keep trying oh it was you it was you on
grok oh yeah yeah i was uh trying to get the mcp on grok so that we could all have it here too
but yeah work in progress.
Hey, keep us posted, man.
Appreciate you being here.
Thank you, man.
I'll figure it out.
I believe in him.
He was doing a lot today.
Hey, I'm triple dipping, so I have to hop down the listener.
I'm at work.
I'm in space, and I'm rendering videos right now,
and one of those has to give.
You're still at work if you're at.
I want to say really quick
what Brandon was talking about
with being able to talk to Hedera.
Obviously, I'm excited about that.
A lot of people are excited about that.
I have a bunch of friends
that are really into AI
but don't know anything about Hedera or crypto
and it's already blowing my mind
that like, oh, I can just send them the link and then they can just ask the network about itself.
And it's just like, what a very nice Christmas gift. So thank you for that. Yeah, that is sick.
Yeah, I appreciate it. You hit on something really important, which is
we talk a lot about onboarding people and bringing people in and going outside of our bubble and really being multi-chain.
But I really think that if you go back to 2008 with the invention of Bitcoin and the whole idea of it, and it was about a transparent infrastructure for people to create value and share ideas and having a window into that that anyone can use.
I don't know, but that sounds like onboarding to me, right?
I mean, when someone who knows nothing about crypto
can just go to our agent
and just start asking about what's going on
and what's happening,
that's a great way to start to learn about the network
and maybe make someone curious
and want to dive in a little further.
Yeah, it's really exciting. It's really cool. So I'm especially looking forward to that.
I really appreciate everything you guys are doing over there. I'm going to hop down to listener,
a little small plug. I just finished a Christmas song, a Christmas Starfall song,
and I'm working on a music video for it. Yeah, it'll be tomorrow. I'm posting it tomorrow.
Oh, dude, I'm so stoked let's go yeah it's gonna be a full-blown animated uh music video i'm gonna be tagging a
lot of people in it so get in the holly jolly spirit with zombies on hedera that's awesome
okay i want you to hear about yeah yeah yeah share it everywhere we're gonna amplify that
with pleasure man thanks for hopping in man i appreciate it absolutely thank you uh while x
is not rugging us i don't know how many speakers we can have at a time.
But if you want to just grab the mic and pack the mic, just request.
We're going to be rotating folks in here.
And yeah, this is again, just a reminder.
This is a chill space just to remind folks what you've been up to, what you've been crushing.
What's your expectations for next year?
What's going to be on the Christmas menu?
What's your favorite recipe next year? What's going to be on the Christmas menu? What's your favorite recipe?
Stuff like that. So we just can even get to know each other even better and just
have fun as I'm seeing.
Is that yes? Yes.
My eyesight is absolutely on site.
I'm seeing Juno from Orbit right now.
What is up, brother?
Hello. Happy Thursday, everyone.
Happy Thursday. Happy pre-Friday.
How are you doing? We're doing good.
Brandon really hit it strong.
There is so much to be grateful for right now,
not just with us at Orbit,
but it's nonstop,
and it's almost this never-ending chain reaction happening,
which felt like all of 2025.
But really quick,
I have to give gratitude to Brandon and the HGraph team
because they've fully allowed us to do what we're doing with Orbit.
And they allow us to build vigor.
I keep saying that because I just think it's so true.
And kind of like a little lore dump for Orbit.
We started building in February.
And I was in Vancouver visiting a friend.
And somehow word got to May.
And she was like, oh, we should meet up for lunch and
you should pitch me orbit so i did and the rest is history and i i'm endlessly grateful for the
wisdom and the resource that uh may kind of has provided for us over the uh this year she has
just been such a good resource to talk to and to get insight and advice from and she's really
helped me in Weston quite a
lot and I see Brady in here in Bonzo and yeah looking forward to 2026 we're going to be doing
even more cool things with Orbit and me and Brady have already talked a little bit about that and
then you with the hub every Friday it's been like one of my favorite things that we do and I'm so
excited to see that grow and to be able to share more. January is
going to be pretty exciting for us. We're going to be able to put out our roadmap, graphic roadmap,
and you'll be able to see what we've known is coming for the last three or four months, but
what we're planning on. And that's going to be really exciting.
Oh, that's awesome. Hell yeah. No, I'm grateful too, man. You know, I've mentioned this a couple
of times, but there's really something magical. And you can feel it also when you go to face to face event, we're going to be able to cover their account
like later on to the show or Devreel, any show that you attend. There's really this magical part
when you know, you meet someone like in the flesh, and it just clicks. But also this happens and
occurs also here, which is crazy, you just connect and you just and it amplifies absolutely everything
on the business standpoint, of course, but a personal level and it amplifies absolutely everything on a business
standpoint, of course, but on a personal level. So yeah, absolutely reciprocated, man, especially
for the show. The hub is absolutely amazing. I think it's a great spot. Also for everyone listening,
it's every Friday, 1.30 p.m. Eastern time. Probably going to skip the one coming up,
but it's just fun. Updates from Hashbackback updates from Orbit. What's to come? Our take also on
the ecosystem, what's the latest news and whatnot. And it's
really smooth. And as Juno would say, it's absolutely comfy. So
yeah, grateful for you and this show and this beautiful
collaboration we have between us two. Thank you.
Yeah, I'm really excited to see what both of our companies kind
of achieve next year. Big plans, big plans.
Hey, absolutely. Here for it, man.
I sighed, I sighed.
Am I seeing?
Yes, I think I am absolutely seeing Nat on stage, man.
How's it doing, Nat?
It's going well, Phil.
Thank you so much for having me, man.
Of course, I appreciate you spending the time.
Absolutely, absolutely.
It has been a year for me.
I think this is my first one.
I was out last year, December.
And funny thing is, Phil, I don't even celebrate Christmas, but you know what?
I am here to support.
I love what everyone has been doing on the Hedera ecosystem, right?
I feel like we've amplified and we doubled down on our vision vision and we have our, our foot on the gas here.
I was out for the majority of the year.
It was really, really rough, but you know what?
I'm a woman of faith and you know why God came through big time and I'm here, I'm hanging out with you guys.
We've got a lot of things cooking.
I saw Salsa, so I've just updated their UI.
I've been keeping tabs on what a hash, hashback has been doing. What you guys have been doing has been amazing.
We speak a lot about, absolutely.
We speak a lot about what Hashpack,
what you guys are doing towards the back end.
I think we had you guys on the Hedera Spotlight show.
And I also have another show, All Things Crypto,
that I run, I co-host that actually.
And we bring up Hashpack, atchback Wallet quite a bit.
And whenever Cancer and I, or even Leon, we talk about Hedera a lot,
we always bring up your wallet and we have people download it
and we send them NFTs whenever we can.
So it's really been...
I appreciate it. I didn't know that. Oh, that's awesome.
Yeah, yeah.
And I see a lot of people that are building, right?
Everyone in the speaker section, in the listening section, man, I think the world
will soon come to know Hedera.
And I think what I see for Hedera in 2026 is a powerful force.
We're going to be everywhere all at the same time.
Words of absolute wisdom.
I totally agree.
And damn, I didn't know about all the support.
Feel free to ping me.
We'll Amplify.
We'll have some more fun all together and absolutely here for it. Yeah, yeah, totally. Thanks again for the kind word. Much appreciated.
we can have absolutely everyone in here as I'm seeing also Shady, Psychera, Kim Shi.
I'm seeing also, who else is here? Cosmic, HBuds, Pagy. Thank you for being here. Make
sure to post-repose the whole thing. Request if you want to speak with my Canadian accent.
And without further ado, Tam, is that May I am seeing on stage? My colleague and friend,
what is up?
What's up, Phil?
You're so hyped in these spaces.
I just love your energy.
You always bring it so well.
You caught me in the middle of sharing this tweet,
so I'm trying to context switch now.
Pardon my awkwardness.ness but yeah it's great
awesome how was your day my day's been pretty good pretty busy I woke up a bit early and and
we've been helping out some teams who are putting out some interesting uh work on testnet so I've
been setting them up with some testnet
hbars and stuff like that so that they can
get to testing but
even though it's a week out till Christmas
they're still grinding and I think
a lot of us are still doing that too
even though
it's the holidays coming up
but we're still so so busy
oh yeah it's
absolutely crazy right now.
Yeah, totally.
I mean, yeah.
Is there... Listen, we can talk a bit about Hashback, right?
Is there anything I might have missed you think that folks could be expecting
or stuff that we shipped accomplished this year or next year
that folks can be expecting that I missed in the introduction, you think?
You said a lot of great things that we've done this year. I think that this year has
actually been very much like a behind the scenes thing. So the security stuff that we did with
Blockade and integrating that so that people can be more protected. And we supported ERC tokens,
both like fungible tokens and NFTs now. And those are things that are just going to like
passively just allow teams to build on this network and to bring their stuff. And we should
be seeing some really, really exciting assets coming into Hedera hopefully early next year.
And I just can't wait till see what we can do. And like a lot of that is just based on what we enable in this ecosystem,
the things that we build so that other teams can bring their stuff, right?
And I don't know if Cantor is here,
but like he's doing work here in the background with his hashinals
and with Hashgraph online and the standards that they're building,
which are now in the Hiro repo.
So Hiro is Hedera's open source organization where the entire Hedera codebase is now open
source in the Linux Foundation.
And Kanter and his Hashgraph Online repos are also in there, the standards that he's written, and also the standards that we've written.
So like the voting site, which has HCS eight and nine, which are the voting standards so that you can put your votes on graph and have anybody see and verify them.
and have anybody see and verify them.
And that is one of the HCS standards.
And that is also in the Hira repo now,
Cantor just told me last week.
So, you know, we're doing work here.
Other than that, I think we're just like really trying to build out
the best user experience that we can for people in Hedera,
make Hashpack just feel snappy and good.
And just, yeah, fun to use.
I think that that's really what we're aiming for.
And I think that people are generally really open to telling us
when it's giving them trouble or when there's something that they need from us.
And we try our best to build that.
So, yeah, it's been a fun year.
I love that. Snappy and cool. Yeah, absolutely.
And we're always here, by the way, if you want to give us feedback,
always listening.
You always have your audio
in Discord.
X is always a great spot also.
and we have a presence,
like all the team
is pretty much there.
So feel free to give us
some feedback,
but absolutely looking forward
I think it's going to be fun
and absolutely snappy.
I want to,
is that Cantor?
That's Patch is coming up on stage.
I want to give a quick shout out, by the way, to Hashgraph Online, the entire crew, by the way, and especially to Cantor, of course.
I don't know if you can come up on stage, if you can.
Absolutely killing it.
And to me, we've ran those spaces for nearly nine months now.
now and it's called of course idrxai every thursday noon eastern time it's really good
And it's called, of course, IDRXAI every Thursday noon Eastern time.
because it just streamlined this whole craziness of ai sheer amount of information that you have
out there and just like gives it to you in a fashion where it's just accessible it's just fun
it's also numbers it's metrics of course but it's what ifs also at the same time just giving you
more power to being even better decision whether that that's for AI models, new AI components and whatnot. And of course, every single piece
of tools that those guys have been crushing is absolutely burned on the best out there in what
we call Web3. So yeah, just a quick shout out to Kent and his team and the whole HatchGraph
Online initiative is absolutely crazy. Damn, is this Brandon from the
WCO that I'm seeing on stage, Raou?
Is that my brother from another? How are you doing?
Oh, what's up, guys?
Happy almost Christmas. I'm doing great,
brother. How about you? I'm doing excellent,
as I'm seeing on stage, man. That's really good.
How many push-ups today?
Oh, absolutely
none. I've been... You asked me the question and and you know
i've got to admit nothing today just sitting in front of the computer looking at how i'm
going to set up my space i've got a lot of floor planning to do and things coming up for the
january expo that we got happening in january so the hustle and grind is uh is right now focused
on that yeah it's the last stretch when's the uh what's the date so january 10th and 11th is when
it's gonna happen la convention center um it's always the biggest event, the biggest fit expo of the year. There's usually about
67 to 70 some odd thousand heads that come through attendance wise. And because it's a very
experiential, not like there's a lot of booths and a lot of product and a lot of, you know,
consumer based business, but it's, there's a lot of entertainment and a lot of
competitions that happen. And so it's, it's a really unique event. And, you know, it's an
introduction of Hedera to this massive health and fitness industry where we hold battle the bars
usually. And I think it's, it's going to be a, you know, I've just been kind of honing in my pitch and just really focusing on how to easily capture and talk to people within my industry and just the attendees and athletes on the simplest way to get them onto Hedera.
You know, personally, everything stems through Hashpack because of simplicity, simplicity you know but there's a lot of cool
stuff that can be done and we have a lot of plans you know to to do in inside of hash pack coming up
um but you know it's it's right now i just really want to focus on bringing new people into the
ecosystem because i'm fairly a newbie right i've I've only been on, I mean, I've invested, I bought
HBAR ages ago, but I actually got into the community a little over a year ago. And, you know,
this is now kind of like looking at how do I bring more people in our community, health and
fitness industry, but our sport into Hedera, not just getting a wallet or buying it in it, but actually
becoming users, you know, through our D app, which is going to be on up only that we're white
labeling with Karate Combat. That's one of the easiest ways, but you also have to think about
the D app doesn't allow people the off ramping experience right to use in the real
world and that's where hash pack comes in play and I'm gonna I'm gonna put this on you again Phil
because I know I tell you all the time and may I see you're up here also everybody I talk to
not just the US is very easy but every international athlete every person that i deal with on an
international level when i tell them about the possibilities of this having the off-ramp
experience through a hash pack debit card absolutely changes the entire world of my sport
we hear you we are are so, so excited
for that. Yeah.
Hashtag debit card.
This is something that is
really taking the crypto world by storm.
And the biggest thing that we need
right now is to put some pressure on
some of these providers
to support Hedera.
And I think that coming into the new year, we're going to be doing that.
And once they support Hedera, we're going to be right there, getting this out there so
that everybody like it's going to make converting or using your crypto so much easier.
And then from there, like, I think it's just going to be like step by step.
We're going to make this more and more accessible more easy um and then we really see synergies between crypto and the real world and
that's what i'm really excited for and and gunning for next year
oh yeah it's gonna be it's going to be awesome and by the way i want to give flowers again here
i am that's gonna be the whole show oh by the way, I want to give flowers. Again, here I am. That's going to be the whole show.
By the way, this is a huge show to thank absolutely everyone.
Shout out to Brandon because all of these athletes are going to be using a hashback wallet.
He's going to be repping us at the forefront.
That's great branding for us.
Of course, the app is absolutely easy to use, but still, you are still doing
You are managing a real world business that's out there,
what we call Web2, right?
So yeah, just to thank you.
And just again, a clear showcase
that we are bridging this thing slowly,
but surely we are merging into something else.
So yeah, big thank you, Brendan.
That is really good and appreciate it.
No, absolutely, brother.
You know, last thing that I kind of thought about how to bridge
that gap with people at the expo right you know aside from downloading the wallet and you know
giving that little bit of education on how to use it but all the everybody in the competition
whoever wins one of the events I've've got freestyle battle, like some freestyle competitions
happening, max reps, they're all getting paid through hash pack in USDC, right?
So it's not just to get people to download the wallet.
If I'm now giving you your prize money in that decentralized bank account, you're going
to have to figure out something to do with it.
Are you going to invest in HBAR? Are you going to buy NFTs? Are you going to start exploring the
ecosystem? That to me is much more important, getting people not only on the ecosystem,
but actually using it. And what better way to get them to use it than to give them free money
it. And what better way to get them to use it than to give them free money from, you know,
my thank goodness to my sponsors and people that are getting involved. And because that's really
where the money goes is basically right back into the ecosystem. And those people could,
if you want to cash out, cool. But I'm kind of pushing people to start looking at some of these
real cool NFTs. And a lot of the art side of it is very interesting for our community too
they love i mean i a lot of my athletes literally do like they're they're ripping open of pokemon
cards and they're all gamers and so you know the crossover and the conversion is very simple
i have to like say i i really truly think we have some of the absolute best artists in the game here in Hedera.
I mean, I might be biased, but I don't think anyone can compare to our NFTs or digital collectibles, as I'm trying to start calling them.
We really do have it made over here.
So, yeah, I don't blame him i'm a gamer too and i was like
it immediately captivated me when i was seeing the marketplace here and what's offered it's crazy
and uh it's very attractive to try to jump into so mad props to you man
hell yeah over there we got a crazy pool of crazy talented people and look in attendance again, you know, we got the DPGC, we got the punks, we got Psyched Era, we got Fossil, also, big shout to Fossil and what he's doing also with Dosa, that's how it's really, yes.
the amount of sheer amount of talent that we have,
even just on the artistic side.
It's just, I really feel,
and that's a topic we can cover also later on.
I really feel like the entire ecosystem
has come from a 3D standpoint where we're like,
hey, this is our turf.
And look what we can provide.
Look, that's the infrastructure.
Those are the tools.
And yeah, we can compete.
We can compete with the big boys.
And you know what? we are the big boys
too, so yeah, but yeah, big shout out also
that's a nice point, big shout out to every single
creators and crafters and artists
that's out there as I'm seeing
absolutely one on their own stage right now because
to me, I think
I've said that to Patches a couple years back
which feels like 10 years back, but coding to me
so I probably can't hear behind
the hashgraph online account right now what's up
some people trying to come up the stage is full right now so if you'll just hold tight we're trying
to get to everybody can you hear me
i can hear you joe uh ph Phil's coming a little bit poppy.
Phil is a little bit in and out.
But what I was saying is just hold tight if you're requesting or try to get to ASAP.
Oh, I can hear you. Hey, thumbs up if you can hear me if X is not rugging me.
Just a mic check. Awesome. Awesome. Okay, cool.
You are a bit choppy,
Phil. Just a
slide. We can hear you still, but you
are cutting a bit
here and there.
Just walk like
six feet closer to your router.
sometimes it really is just that
and it resolves.
Okay, I can hear folks again. Awesome.
Is Patches still on stage? I cannot see him.
Hey, what's up, man? How's it been?
I mean, I know how's your day been, but not everyone.
We talked like three hours ago, but yeah.
How was your day? How was your week in the woods?
Yeah, it was good.
I did my end of year unplug and this is my first day plugging back in. How was your week in the woods? Yeah, it was good.
I did my end of year unplug, and this is my first day plugging back in.
So catching up on all the things that changed in AI,
which is months of work in three days.
And then, yeah, just hearing, I feel like it's a good end of year time.
Everyone's still busy, which is a good sign. I think if we were all bored, that would be a bad sign. There's an immense amount of movement. I think it's pretty obvious
from my timeline. I've sort of switched from, you know, NFTs and DLTs to the convergence of AI and
DLT as a focus. And I think that's mainly because that is the new user experience. And if we can
make sure that our DLT is accessible to the new user experience and all of these new
onboarding flows that are going to come from it that we can't really imagine yet,
that's going to be imperative for adoption. And then the other is, I like human civilization.
And I believe that without decentralized ledger technologies, AI is prone to lie, deceit,
and destroy. And we're already
putting into military healthcare government. So without the solution, it's not looking great. So
almost all my energy is really going into that convergence. And it's been great working with
HOL, the community. If you saw that patchwork event we got to do, Advanced AI Society. Yeah,
I was lucky enough, they tapped me to host it. So I was, to do, Advanced AI Society, yeah.
I was lucky enough they tapped me to host it, so I was introing topics and stuff.
But it was a great event to get these people that are building these silo pieces of value to get together in the same room and understand this is the new internet.
And so we need to make sure that we're not siloing these in intranets
and having the Microsoft Internet you know, Internet Explorer wars
and AOL wars where it's like, well, I have the internet.
Instead, we need to make open standards like TCP and IP addresses
and all this interoperability.
And that patchwork event was just so amazing.
You know, the people, we had VP of like GoDaddy,
we had people from Cisco, we had Ethereum Foundation.
There's tons of really big industry people paying attention.
And most importantly, from the AI industry,
where like AI and Web3 is like 2%.
98% of the AI industry does not care about blockchain
and they're just building solutions.
And that event, I think, was a really great crowbar opening up their mind
to why you need verification of what this model was trained on. What data is it using? How is it
executing? Why did it execute? How can I trust this provenance chain of what it thought to make
sure that I'm debugging it correctly? All of these things are just, you know, impossible without DLT. So, yeah, I've been busy, definitely.
And it's been great working with HOL and Advanced AI Society
and just really getting, I think, again, I think Hedera is the best L1
for agentic computing and needs, especially with our consensus service.
And so being able to have that conversation in their realm
and bring them into,
instead of adopt us because coin number might go up, it's adopt us because the technology is so
groundbreaking. It's imperative for the future of your technology. That's getting through. So I'm
super grateful for 2025. The community of Hedera is what's been pushing this AI mantra so well.
And we're just seeing a lot of interest
into what is the trust layer, you know, trust layer of the internet. Well, it's an agentic
internet, and that's coming. So I believe Hedera can be the trust layer of that as well. And
the interconnective glue of all of the other silos. So it's not like just Hedera wins. It's
all of these systems will win, and all of these will build upon each other and we will have this connected agentic internet of compute that brings value to the human quality of life.
And that's the dream we're pushing as hard as possible for so it doesn't curve off into problematic places.
Wow, I love that. I really love that.
Love that. You've been one of the first, at least, on my feed.
You've been one of the first, at least, on my feed.
And I don't LinkedIn on here.
Just to, not necessarily, I won't say the word warnings,
but just like, I will say the term like, hey guys,
maybe we should potentially maybe slow down and have guardrails for that.
But the human side point that you're bringing is absolutely valuable to me.
And that's really good.
Also, I think you're one of the sole one also that's bringing it up
with my man, Ryan, that I'm seeing on stage right now.
He's the only one that I've seen on LinkedIn actually mentioning those points.
This is true.
And they're bangers.
This is true. Absolutely bangers. Oh, sorry, Patches, go.
I was going to say, I did a talk at an AI conference in San Francisco and two people
that came to the booth at a 200 even
knew what blockchain was. And I was the only talk about AI in Web3. But once I was done my talk,
I had a line of 20 people asking me about it. So it's really, yeah, the takeaway from that is
it's the most important thing for me to do the mantra of you need DLT with your AI,
because people in the industry are looking for solutions
and they don't know what they don't know.
And I see a responsibility as DLT experts
to bring in the actual technology, the actual value,
and explain that to people who need it
because they're going too fast and they need this.
They're already on the application layer.
Their foundation is sand.
And so they need this for a really solid foundation.
So yeah, there's not
many of us so if you start talking
about AI and DLT, you're one of the
experts. Anyone who's listening to me right now
you can be an expert in AI and DLT
just research it and
start talking about it and we need
more. We need more people preaching it.
Oh yeah man, I'm grateful man.
Thanks again for taking the time
because like you said you know you're 100 like and i follow a lot of folks like ai stuff of course
dlt stuff web3 of course like we all know right we mostly follow pretty much all the same folks
but still even a broader perspective and the convention that we know you went into san
francisco is a great showcase as to no one really talks about those elements and things.
So I'm grateful for that information also that you bring in also with Hashgraph Online.
It is paramount.
It is paramount that people know, have the great information also because they don't know that they don't know.
We're all playing with those tools.
And often it's through content creation, right?
Oh, look at the new model that can generate banana stuff really good.
But also at the forefront, also it's really important to be reminding folks
is that there's data and data privacy also
that falls into play.
But yeah, thanks for the mindset.
Really appreciate.
Thank you for taking the time again today.
I'll hop on stage back anytime.
I just want to give the mic.
And a quick shout out also to Ryan,
one of our great partner also from Genfinity,
who's absolutely been killing it all year.
If you know something about Web3, what we call Web3 crypto, any news, especially there has been killing it.
But broadly speaking, of course, it goes through Genfinity.
So what's up, Rayum?
Thanks for being here today.
Hey, I wanted to ask.
Thanks, Phil.
I want to ask Patches.
So the past two years, I had the opportunity to go to like PyCon, uh, which is like the
annual Python summit.
And for those maybe that aren't aware Python, uh, like the coding language is like pretty
big and like machine to machine learning, uh, internet of things, AI, financial data.
Uh, so like Bloomberg and things like that.
Um, but I will say I was surprised for two years in a row that there was only one network at PyCon, which was Algorand, because they included Python, I think it was like AlgoKit 2.0, maybe two years ago.
But now that Hedera has Python, do you think that it would make sense to start having some representation at the python summit and i'll
put it under the context of exactly what you just said uh i was sitting down because you know
normally it's like these coding summits there's like a free buffet lunch and then people just
like ask you what you do and i'm like oh i'm in blockchain media and they're and the guy was like
blockchain that's still around so like there's a, there's not a whole lot of education going on as far as the ways
to use blockchain and DLT for data provenance and authenticity and truth and all this stuff
with AI at the actual AI summit.
So that's my question for patches.
And patches, I know that I just asked you three questions at once, but I haven't had
the opportunity to interview you for a year or so. matches. I know that I just asked you three questions at once, but I haven't had the
opportunity to interview you for a year or so. So you also have to say, what are you doing this
holiday season? And yeah, nice to talk to you, bro. Yeah, it's, I mean, I just sent you a DM,
I think even this morning saying that we got to catch up. It's been way too long.
I just did my first HBAR bull interview in a year as well. I kind of just get deep into the code.
Yeah, I commit to you.
We should do an interview sometime in January or February for Genfinity.
So I'll answer that question as a human being patches person
because I don't, you know,
Ashgraph and Hedera is an organization.
So from my perspective as an AI strategy kind of guy,
I think what I saw at AI conference was we were the only booth.
So every time someone came up to us and they're like,
hey, we have like this idea, like it was kind of disheartening
because there was a lot of people trying to come up.
I'm not going to make that analogy, it's sad.
There's a lot of people trying to come up and like say that they have a solution for AI trust.
And the basis of that solution was trusting a different AI that was trained on hallucinations of another AI. And they're like, we fixed it. And I was like, okay, well, how do I know that's not
lying? And they had no answer. So having a booth at AI conference, I thought was like the most
lucrative. I've never been in a booth where 98% of all interactions, people want to know more,
people want to know, they're like actually asking questions on how to follow up so they can add this
value that you're telling them. And then we have all the benefits where we're not like, hey, you
know, we have fluctuating fees with gas and we have to explain it. We're just like, this is the
cost. You can do quarterly analysis, you know, exactly how much you're going to spend. You get
the verification. You have a topic ID that has all of the, you know, hashes that you want on one unique identifier. You don't have to transverse the whole chain and
find your hashes. It's just really easy, like Kafka. And so I would absolutely say that
attacking those venues where AI is prevalent and they don't know what they don't know,
with the solution that's Hedera, which again, very biased, but I think is the best solution for AI to adopt is a highly lucrative thing. And I have communicated that internally just saying,
hey, this conference was amazing. I did some research and presented some conferences we
should go to. If you could send me the information of the one you're talking about, because I don't
think that made my list. But yeah, with Hyro has a Python SDK, and now Hyro has a Python agent SDK, just like our AI agent SDK on TypeScript.
And so if you go to the Hyro code base, you can get the SDK and you can start using Python agent kit there.
And that is a major language for machine learning and for AI.
So we really, really hope that that gets a nice uptick and we continually build that out for more value. And yeah, we should definitely be going to more AI only.
It sounds like it makes sense to not compete for crypto recycled liquidity, especially right now.
I mean, there's not a whole lot going on. Let's get some other people here outside of the maybe
three or 4,000 of us that are actually in this industry outside of all the bots and everything else.
What if I say to you,
we can get a bunch of people excited about decentralized ledger technology
and I don't have to promise them that they'll be millionaires in one month.
Like, we can just give them real software value
that brings quality to their products.
I mean, I would go down there and knock out some interviews.
I mean, we could probably actually do
what we all say that we're supposed to do
in this space,
which is like educate and inspire people
and get them onboarded into the tech
outside of like,
when's the next airdrop, guys?
When's the next capital raise?
Thanks for having me here guys by the way i can't hear audio now but am i can can everybody still hear me rambling uh good i can hear yeah i think phil oh he's back hey he's back he's back
awesome hug that router oh yeah by the way phil whoever told you to get closer to the router is wrong.
You want to turn Wi-Fi totally off when you're on Twitter spaces
and just go straight off your 5G signal because you normally won't have issues.
Damn, that's a great one.
Off to it.
If I lose a signal, guys, that would be nice.
Would you want to get an Ethernet adapter?
Well, don't do it now because you're going to rug the space.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
As I'm seeing, oh, as I'm seeing, is that, is that MRAC that I'm seeing on stage?
MRAC, what is up, brother?
What is up, brother?
Yeah, definitely don't switch from Wi-Fi to cellular midspace.
That's a big no-no.
Yeah, how's it going?
I just wanted to come up here, say hello to everybody, give my well wishes during the holiday season. Just drop a reminder to show extra amounts of kindness to those around you as we walk through this time. It can be heavy for certain people. So, you know, extra generosity can go a long way. And don't forget to, you know, reach out to your loved ones, let them know how you feel about them, especially around this time of year, we all get a little bit busy. This is the right
time to slow it all down. Not everyone gets to unplug for a full week. I'm a little bit jealous,
Patches, not going to lie. But, you know, just a little friendly reminder that little things like
this do matter. They go a long way. We are humans, after all.
And yeah, sometimes we get lost in the sauce.
Hey, Patris, are you going to be at the NVIDIA conference?
No, I did not know NVIDIA had a conference.
Yeah, it's in March.
That's an AI-centric conference.
Is it called NVIDIA Con?
I don't know. It should be.
It should be.
I'll put that on my list too.
I'm trying to, yeah, I genuinely think it's like ROI
on those events are so high because
you're just, you're the only
person selling the solution. There's no
other in Web3.
And like the convergence of Web3 and AI
is like 2% of the AI industry.
Like if you understand DLT and its value, you're in less than 2%.
I remember I was at a conference.
This year was a little bit better.
I went to the same one again this year.
But the year prior, there were three sessions that had to do with crypto.
And I attended two of them.
And I was one of five people
in a room filled with 600 seats. Oh yeah, there wasn't a lot of interest at the time. This year
there were about 20, 25 people in the room, but it was a smaller room. I think they learned from
the first time around. But yeah, it's nice to see, you know, some sort of growth and adoption in the space.
And yeah, hey, Patches, just want to put out there, I really appreciate all the work that you and Cantor have been doing, just from a standards level, you know, and sort of paving the way.
I think, especially in the very, very beginnings of all of this, I think a lot of the point of what was going on
was lost on people.
And I think, you know, they just didn't value
what you guys were trying to do
to the level that they really should have.
And while I'm throwing out flowers,
you know, we are very, very lucky on this network
to have so many talented builders
all continuing to just push ahead,
regardless, you know,
bearable doesn't seem to really make a difference for most of us.
And that speaks volumes, you know,
to the conviction of this tech layer and what we're all trying to do here.
So, yeah, big pat on the back to everybody who is in the room right now,
listening to that message.
It is directed at you if you are a builder here who will not give up.
Big shout out to you. Big shout out to you.
Big shout out to you, man.
And again, thank you for taking time.
And I'm really happy that we reconnected on so many levels.
Because again, you are a genuine builder.
You've been here since the jump.
Even before there was a jump.
And you were here and you came over, packed the mic.
We still get to run Mints and Drops sometime soon.
But yeah, you've been killing it also all year.
Will Atlantis also transforming.
Lost Fugives also that you've been crushing, man.
So yeah, thanks for taking time today, man.
Appreciate it.
And without further ado, damn, is this the one and only Fossil
hopping on stage, man? That's a GM for you. Is that early GM for you? What is this the one and only fossil popping on stage man that that's a gm for you is
that early gm for you what is up man that is a gm it's uh it's 10 a.m here in australia gotta
apologize i'm a little bit under the weather at the moment so if i'm croaky and sounding like uh
uh i really really oh i can't even think right now.
But anyway, yeah, it is very early here.
I am holding down the fort with Mavflu right now and also trying to work my day job.
But I thought I'd pop in and see how everyone was going.
Excuse me.
Yeah, yeah, you catch a cold.
That is for sure, man.
You got to get some ginger and some garlic, man, and with some honey. That's going to, you're going to kill it. A hundred yeah, you catch a cold there, that's for sure. You gotta get some ginger and some garlic, man.
And with some honey. You're gonna kill it.
Take zinc.
Yeah, zinc. Don't take that over-the-counter crap.
Just load up on zinc.
What is zinc? It's a vitamin.
Take zinc.
It's a mineral. You can just get it out of the ground and eat it, fossil.
Mine's zinc.
Just do that, dude.
Just go dig around in the backyard and find some zinc.
Are we doing some of it?
Yeah, go out there now.
Zinc paired with copper also is very good.
But you got it good for the 25 milligrams dosage.
Also paired with vitamin D3K2.
Man, we're all just full of vitamins and these days aren't we we are we are man but yeah no big
shout out to you man and the uh the um dosa studio man again killed it all year man thank you mate
thank you uh it's obviously been a great year trying to grow the brand across the studio and
It's obviously been a great year trying to grow the brand
across the studio and the meme coin.
But, yeah, it's gone a lot.
I mean, it's exceeded my expectations for 2025, to be honest,
like that vision at the start of the year and to create a meme coin
that was recognisable.
I think we've done that and then expand into a studio that's been able
to partner with, you know, multiple projects and bring some
great content to life has been super exciting.
Like, you know, we work with like Orbit.
There's been a few other projects I can't say.
Obviously, Hashman as well.
Like, you know, there's always work going on in the background as well.
So it's been fantastic. I actually can't wait to to see what you know he's in store for 2026
for for the studio as well yeah it's awesome good morning fossil oh yeah we started the show
thank you well i was just going to add to the fossil that like you guys have totally helped
us kind of build our image and we're so stoked that we get to continue to work with you.
And I'm going to be DMing you pretty soon about that.
And then kudos again with DOSA.
I think you definitely did achieve
a identifiable, recognizable meme coin.
That's kind of one of the hardest things to do.
And DOSA stood out from the beginning on MemeJob.
Like, the moment me and Weston saw you guys,
it was like, oh, these guys are doing it.
They're doing it differently, and they're doing
And for those of you that
don't know and haven't seen
anyone willing to sponsor his
trip to Hederacon,
he will be competing in the
Strongman Contest at Hederacon
and taking on all challengers.
Is that true?
Because you're training right now.
Breaking news, Joe's just told me.
It's news to me now.
It happened in the end of your space.
So if you get a sponsor, you've got to do it.
It's true.
I think I'll be a little bit disappointed. I'm not as strong as probably people think i am so but um but yeah appreciate those
words uh you know and i think you know in a space where there's no whole not a whole lot of um
uh i guess oh my my brain is like mushed today. So I apologize.
There's a lot of, what is the word I'm looking for right now?
I'm going to start digging for it now.
I'm going to start digging for it now.
But can you get zinc, like where would you dig for this stuff?
Buy it Amazon.
Make sure it's paired with copper.
You want 25 milligrams?
And 10 milligrams of copper daily.
One night and one in the morning.
There you go, dude.
Phil is the plug with these things, I swear.
Yeah, he's my connect.
He's my connect.
He's my help. I got you here. We're going to do a whole show. I could talk something with pleasure. But yeah, Yeah, he's my connect. He's my connect. He's my help.
I got you here.
We're going to do a whole show.
I could talk something with pleasure.
But yeah, no, that's the best.
And usually Amazon, like 20 bucks,
will get you like, yeah, 60 tablets or so.
Hell yeah, I'm going to get on it now.
And I think they do same-day delivery for me, actually, in my area.
So that's, I mean, in Australia, that that's uh uncommon i mean i know you guys probably
get that kind of service all the time over there but you know if somebody like randomly that isn't
in hedera like hops into this chat and it's like all hedera accounts up here talking about vitamins
like end of year what to buy from
it's been a long year we're all burnt out and sick now.
We've got to recover ourselves to 2026, you know.
Oh, yeah, man.
So, yeah, again, big shout out to you, man,
and all the crap that you guys have been doing, man.
It's just crisp.
Potentially, the word you were looking for earlier is crisp.
The art just speaks for itself, man.
And that's why you've been getting a lot of mindshare
and folks' attention because, you know, it speaks.
And that's an art, man.
That's an art by itself.
And especially when you're going into multiple styles, man, because it just makes a difference.
And especially, you know, our main is all X.
You know, let's just face it.
You know, we have Facebook.
We have Telegram.
Damn, we also have LinkedIn.
But, you know, on X, as soon as you see like those artifacts, man, and craft that you're crafting and that you're doing, man, it just makes sense instantly.
It means something. It just speaks to people. So it works, man, and craft that you're crafting and that you're doing, man, it just makes sense instantly. It means something.
It just speaks to people.
So it works, man.
And you really paved the way.
And, yeah, big shout out to you, man, onwards and with 2026, which you guys are hustling.
And so just one last thing.
There's also not a lot of, like, unique brands anymore.
You know, we've seen so many, like, everything's kind of regurgitated and just a variation of something else, you know you we've seen so many like everything's kind of regurgitated and
just a variation of it is of something else you know and i think we've come up with a you know
character that's it's very different to what what i've seen like unless you know i'm missing
something um but the the dozer character itself is is very unique to brands.
Absolutely is.
Sorry, I thought you were speaking still.
He absolutely is, man.
And that's what's so unique about it.
It's just like you took a risk, a calculated risk of not doing stuff that was already done, but something unique.
And that takes courage that entrepreneurs like you are doing on the network.
Brandon, is your hand is up or is X tweaking
again on me?
No, X is not tweaking. My hand is up.
Hands up in the air.
Let's go. It's
end of the year Christmas party.
Get your zinc on. Let's go.
just going to say, I have to hop off here to have some supper soon.
But just, I mean, like I was saying at the beginning of this, I mean, I think it's going to take us quite a while to kind of fully absorb the amount of great work that's been done in this ecosystem.
It's like, it is crazy.
And including yourself, Phil.il i mean give yourself a pat
on the back these spaces are amazing if anyone knows how hard it is to do spaces it's myself so
i appreciate you and and bringing the community together as usual so it's awesome stuff and i i
pinned a sneak peek of what's coming uh tomorrow to the top there if anyone's if anyone's curious
i couldn't help myself i was was, I was hearing people,
fellow artists in here,
like I'm working on my,
in my metaverse computer,
I'm making art.
And I'm like,
so I was on my computer here,
just like whipping together.
Something so bad I'd share it.
But anyways,
appreciate everyone here.
And if I don't connect with you before the end of the year,
have an awesome,
have an awesome one. We'll see you in the new year. Oh yeah. I appreciate you taking the time. Big shout out to Tyler before the end of the year, yeah, have an awesome one.
We'll see you in the new year.
Oh, yeah, man.
I appreciate you taking the time.
Big shout out to Tyler and Brett, by the way, from the team.
Thanks for taking time today, man.
Tyler, our CEO, and Brett, aka H-Bar Gremlin.
Our team is growing, too, so we'll have more people to thank as well. But those guys are just the greatest.
Great to hear from you, Brandon.
See you soon.
Joe, it's so good to hear from you, man.
I still think about hanging out with you in LA, man.
So we're going to cross paths again soon, brother.
Thanks for all that you do.
Oh, yeah, man.
Thanks for passing out, man.
As I'm seeing, Dobu, I want to get to you.
I think it's getting late, but also for Fly, whoever wants to take the mic first, guys.
I think both of you guys on Europe man, thanks for being here
today guys
How you doing, it's Irvon here
River Watkins from Dovu
Really enjoyed the
really enjoyed this
spaces and just hearing the
energy, good things that are
coming across and Phil, you know you're doing a great job sort of hosting it.
You know, it's been a good year for Dovu.
It's been a breakout year for us, I think.
And we're, you know, super excited about next year.
We sort of signed some big deals this year that will come to fruition next year.
We sort of found some big deals this year that will come to fruition next year.
I think it will generate a lot of traction on the network.
So, yeah, I mean, you know, the team are brilliant.
I do a small part of it.
Dovoo team are fantastic.
Dev team are brilliant.
And we ride on the shoulders of the wider Hedera ecosystem as well.
So it's been a real joint effort.
Next year is really exciting for us because we're launching a new product called Flow,
which is a workflow product, really, which...
Yeah, it actually you know follows
up on what Patrick was talking about
really one thing that we've had to do
with our sort of
credit system
or ecological credit system is build
an audit trail and
create sort of authenticity
and trust a whole
trust layer that's been built there and it was a logical conclusion to sort of authenticity and trust, a whole trust layer that's been built there.
And it was a logical conclusion to sort of follow the path
of what does trust look like in an agentic economy?
And how does that, you know, is it a natural development for us?
And it really was.
So rather than, it's not just ledgering activity,
you've got to have context as to why it was ledgered in the first place.
You know, why was that done?
Why did you need an audit trail?
So this context is really important,
especially in an agentic sort of structure.
So anyway, yeah, so Flow's kicking off.
We'll launch it in Q1.
We're actually launching a trust token as well.
More about that next year.
You know, because the big question there is why.
So that's the one that really needs to be answered.
And that sort of plugs into this wider Dovu operating system
that we're sort of building out.
So, you know, a lot of work this year, getting everything ready, you know, for next year.
Some great contracts that we've sort of done, which has created this sort of blowout year.
I don't like talking about token price ever, really.
So, but I sort of blowout year. I don't like talking about token price ever, really. So, but I sort of just have.
But the, you know, the token's important,
but I think what's more important is,
I think what we're seeing is a Hedera ecosystem
that is now open to a much wider community.
And I think that's really, really important
that we're not Ibiza, you know.
Although I love the party vibe,
and it's end of year,
so we should be having a bit of a party,
but you can't survive being Ibiza, you know.
You've got to be part of a continent at least.
So I see that happening,
and I think that's going to be a really, really important
element in 2026. So we can come and see each other on the party aisle in Miami, but we
really need to be spreading ourselves around the rest of the world as well. So I'll stop wearing that analogy too thin,
but I sort of got on a bit of a vibe there.
So that's all I want to say, really.
So thanks to everyone.
Thanks to everyone for enabling,
certainly as the CEO and founder of Dovu,
enabling Dovu to have a blowout year
because it's a community effort
that enables us to do that.
We've got a great team that builds on other people's hard work.
We then add our hard work to it.
But it really is an ecosystem.
It's a Hedera sort of community
that enables us to do what we do.
So thanks for everyone.
And yeah, I think I'll stop talking now.
Thanks to you.
Thanks to you and the whole team, by the way.
I know Matt.
I personally know Justin.
He's been a friend since more than five years now in here.
You guys are bringing seriousness inside the ecosystem,
also with real actual use cases. Big
shout out to the Flow. Of course, there will be Mika compliant and the whole nine. It's really
good. And again, I'm a huge proponent as to the entities only as strong as the ones running it.
And you guys are great humans and it shows in terms of how real it is, how concrete it is also.
And what actually can it do? And you mentioned also,
and we opened the show into this precise angle
as to we are ready in terms of cross-ecosystem accolades.
We're ready for cross-chain, crossed-off attention too.
So yeah, big shout out to you for that.
Dovu and Irfan and team and Brandon and H-Graph are in the running for the teams that produce the best short form content after interviews.
If you ever pay attention, when Dovu is in an interview, there's like 30 pieces of content that come off of the back end of it.
I mean, it is a marvel to behold.
So between H-Graph and Dovu, these guys, I think for me,
win the award of best short-form content after interview.
I don't know if that's an award,
but you guys definitely win it.
So thank you.
It sounds like a challenge, Ryan,
and thank you for putting that out there.
Thanks for that, Ryan.
We'll try and keep doing it next year.
That's all any of us can do.
Hey, I'm going to hop in a couple minutes too, guys.
Phil, I want to give a shout out to Phil
for always helping to co-host the all hands podcast
that uh hash pack supports us with hope you guys like those i know that there's they're kind of
everything and in between i also want to give a i don't know if tate's down there but i'll give a
huge shout out to tate we had tate helping a lot with a lot of podcasts this year and he's
done a lot of awesome um awesome ones so uh my sentiments are similar to uh urfans i think
you know most of us in hedera have been here for a few years and even for new people i mean you
kind of get the sense that people tend to come here and stick around um but i do i kind of get
i think everybody's kind of get the itch getting the itch a little bit to break out of the glass ceiling a little bit.
I feel like we did a really good job with Genfinity of that for the first couple of years.
And I think that that's going to be a big focal point moving into next year.
How can we bring Hashgraph Online patches and Cantor on some cross-chain AI panels?
How can we bring Centex on cross-chain NFT panels
or Joe and Earthlings on some bigger gaming panels
or talk tokenization with some big names across the industry
and have been trying to do that near the tail end of the year.
Some of you guys probably saw we interviewed Solana.
That was not like a paid-for thing or anything,
even though, hey, we'll sign any layer one probably.
And I just interviewed Grayscale today so i
mean trying to make some of yeah some of these like trying to make some connections so that we
can have maybe some bigger panels here moving into next year but anyways um everybody's a legend i
see i saw may down there earlier i see brady there there's way too many people to mention lady h
the h suite crew has killed it this year. I see Valor listening, but dude,
literally every single person in this audience,
I probably know.
So like, yeah, happy holidays to everybody.
You guys are all legends.
And thank you, Phil, for hosting this.
It's awesome.
And Patricia for being up here too.
Oh yeah, man.
Appreciate you taking it.
Hey, Ryan.
I just want to say thank you for sharing
your personal life journey.
And it's helped a lot of people.
And I really appreciate reading your openness.
So thank you very much.
Yeah, that's been an interesting journey.
I think people that remember, well, I wasn't doing videos back in the day, but that was
for a reason because i knew i
looked like shit um but i did do i did do a couple of live events so some of you guys caught me out
there in the wild looking like bigfoot just double fisting beers like the whole time so that was
pretty there won't be that anymore but um yeah man i mean i don't really share that uh stuff
really for me i i so i appreciate when you say that because if it does impact one person,
I don't care how embarrassing it is for me to share stuff
because that's really not the point.
But I appreciate it, Joe.
Happy holidays to all you guys.
And I will talk to you guys when I talk to you.
Thanks, guys.
Thank you, Ryan.
Thanks again for taking your time.
I want to give a quick shout out also to again, everyone in attendance
because it's getting absolutely full in here.
Big shout out to Postmaster, to Frosty, to Agee, to Studio Gip.
Get in here.
Pagy, get in here.
Raptor, get in here.
Also Valor, also for the Janfinity crew.
Big shout out also to Renly.
Get in here.
Ruggy, big shout out to Brandon.
You've been here.
That's awesome, man.
Slow Mojo, Lady H. VCs, are you in here? What are you doing? Come on stage. here ruggy big shout out to brandon you've been here that's awesome man slow mojo lady h
bc are you in here what are you doing come on stage what are you doing down there come up uh
thank you for being here guys make sure to post repost the whole thing and without further ado
man you've been really patient man fly uh thank you for being on stage man appreciate you
um good morning good afternoon good evening i I just wanted to quickly hop on stage and
say hi to everyone in this wonderful space. Well, yeah, I've been sort of sat on the wall
for about a year now, watching you and admiring what you're doing, in comparison to some of the projects, most of the projects
actually, bigger projects on Hedera that you represent, Fly and OmniFly is a mini-skill
project, but thanks to all of you and obviously the enthusiasm of this group in particular,
we've obviously decided to launch something and give back to the Hedera community.
And it's a fantastic way of being able to obviously interact with all of you
and asking you questions, what do you want to see uh and being able to deliver
what you want in this space uh it's it's yeah there's no there's nothing like it which is which
is why we've decided to obviously stick around and build and build on hendera and and being able to
do it uh for fun and just being able to do it without being discriminated and
without being obviously pushed towards monetization is a fantastic opportunity and
fantastic feel and well thank you all for you know being here and doing what you do and motivating
builders like myself obviously
because yeah without you there'll be no only flies there'll be no no project no smaller projects
would ever would ever attempt to to do anything like that and I think there is the only space these sort of things where a project is born out of, well, an idea, a joke perhaps,
and then grows to be something else and deliver value.
Thanks to you, man.
Thanks to you.
Like the sheer amount of just like memes and crazy visual design you've pushed our way
since a year, man. It's absolutely crazy. And it's fun. And it's fun. And that, and've pushed our way since a year, man.
It's absolutely crazy.
And it's fun.
And it's fun.
And through that,
that was your funnel, man.
That was your funnel
just to streamline your brand.
And also now you're pushing
OnlyFlies.
And it just makes sense.
And now that was the hook.
Like the number of times
I've shared a piece
with our champions,
like, wow,
did you ever get that?
That's so cool.
Yeah, we love them.
We really do love them, being able to yeah being able to do something serious and not serious at the same time you know the serious part is the data analysis and the and the serious part is
is obviously all the infrastructure and hardware involved in data collection and the actual,
you know, techy stuff.
And then not so serious front end to all of that being obviously, you know,
the silly flies, you know, that we keep posting daily,
but the sort of synergy between the two and the fact that I can just do it and
that you enjoy both sides of it.
And I'm now getting people asking for more and more tools to be developed where they
can obviously log in to a single place online and not just look at what's happening on Hedera,
not just look at what's happening on hedera but you know by a little token by by an nft and see
how others are doing and and have their questions uh answered very very quickly about you know what
what is pack doing today and and that's that that's the sort of thing we're going to be sort
of focusing and and doing next year where the community requested tools will be added to the toolbox and only flies
and it's all obviously going to be you know free of charge um we also have the api now developers
api where if you know if you only fly you can just tap into the uh you know the data we've collected
and it's all super fast it's all served to uh to you again free
of charge if you if you are part of the ecosystem so you can you can have all of that gathered and
already analyzed data um delivered to you fairly quickly that's you know it's it's brilliant being
able to to do that no flowers your way man the the
suite of tools that you have they keep adding super useful really really nice ui too very sleek
um i've thoroughly enjoyed using them so thank you for providing those it's great being able to you
know build for myself because at the end of the day i'm having tons and tons of fun with uh
with with only flies and i like to go through the tools and i like to scrutinize what what's been
built and and obviously there's there's bugs and fixing bugs is part of the fun as well
but at the end of the day that you know the goal is to have a reliable data analytics and fun
place online where people can just go and you know ask all those questions and get their answers
very very quickly things like you know who moved so and so much back today and you know who's moved
or or converted so and so and you know being able to see the whale alerts and things
like that no one else is doing that and people want to see that kind of you know data analysis
in one place but presented in a fun and easy to understand sort of pre-digested way if you will so
yeah that's that's what we're going to be doing next year.
That's awesome. That's absolutely awesome. It goes back to what we were saying, like you're developing a product that makes sense for you. That's also useful for you. That's why
it's so potent. That's why people are using it, man. Big kudos to you. I want to, Juno,
you got your hand up.
Yeah, no, I just wanted to give kudos to Fly because his humor has made me rock out of my chair multiple times in the last couple months.
Like, I just find it hilarious. You did something with Orbit on a recent video.
You, like, screen capped it when we showed Fly in the video.
And I busted up laughing at Discord. It was so funny.
Oh, was it the skating bit?
It was just, uh, it was in the meme job integration video we just
did oh yes yeah yeah it quickly highlighted you guys and you screenshotted it and turned it into
content and i cracked up it was awesome well yes and again being able to do that very quickly and
being able to obviously interact with with with the rest of the with the rest of the community in such a way, you know, just take what people are producing, spin it around,
and present it in a way that maybe answers a question
or brings a smile to your face once a day or twice a day.
You know, it's great.
It's fantastic.
But we have to, yeah.
No, you're achieving it.
You have genuinely made the network and social media on Hedera more fun for me.
So mission accomplished there.
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Much appreciate it.
It's true.
It's true.
You guys are pioneers.
That's, that's one of the point I want to touch.
You know, it's like often be like distribution can often be like, it can be also the product.
Like say for us and like, I don't know, Orbit like that, the trading UX, it just, it just
makes sense. So that's thebit, the trading UX, it just makes sense.
So that's the product, but you're distributing it.
DPGC, as I'm seeing Will on stage, you know, Forever Mint, that's culture distribution.
That's also a wonderful tool to be onboarding folks.
Or Brandon, who was here like from the WCO, like physical distribution. And also he's doing culture because he's crushing it because he's doing plans.
He's doing push-ups.
He's doing all those beautiful
things but that's also distribution so
you found a way to distribute
a product at the same
time as you're distributing culture
that's awesome
if this was a commercial
product I wouldn't have so much fun
and probably motivation to do it
but because it isn't and it's
a passion project,
it's just, yeah, it's,
I don't know where this is going to go, obviously,
because it's year one.
No one knows.
There are so many ideas,
so many ideas,
there are so many things on a to-do list
that will be developed next year,
and I don't know where this is actually going to end up.
And keep in mind it's the same with all projects, like every single project in here started with
an idea and not knowing what we would be able to do over the long run and we are all still here
and that's the most important part. And have a funny story with um with fly because the
day that fly sent me um only flies it was already later in the day for me um it had been such a long
day I was tired so he sent me the the link to only flies and I I told him I'm going to check it
tomorrow and um the joke of only flies I didn't even notice that and then the very next day i go to
um our chat again to to grab the link and to go check uh the website and i read the link and i
was like ha only flies so yeah probably the reason why the content that i post isn't as popular or isn't uh you know pushed as far on x as uh
that's right we love our fly food come on now domain domain was on sale when i needed it and i
and i thought you know i'm just gonna go for it go for it. It's a fantastic domain name, I think.
And, well, the rest is history, you know.
But yeah, keep pushing it again, because unique proposition value like that
is what makes the ecosystem all the way stronger.
And, you know, in my nearly five years here, I don't think I've ever seen that.
And also, it's really good.
Of course, it's a great wordplay and whatnot, but the content also is really fun and it strikes to everyone.
So it strikes, that's the hook.
And if you strike with the hook, you already won
because you have a small audience, man.
And again, I've said it multiple times.
I think over Discord and DMs and all the crazy DMs that we have,
it's just like the UI just makes sense.
It's just fluid.
And to me, that's awesome because it makes me want to stay there.
And again, to rotate back to Orbit, I feel that's also the same thing.
Of course, at Hashback, of course, the same thing.
But it's just once you want to stay there inside a UX experience,
that's when you win because you have discoverability afterwards.
Because you have a proper workflow, you have a routine, always going to this A, B, C.
And then afterwards, what happens?
But if you want to stay there, you're like, wow, let's discover something.
And you have it.
You can definitely tell when the builders are building for themselves first.
And that makes a whole difference to the end user as well.
Because if it's built with passion and love, and if you scrutinize your own work the way I do,
just make sure that it's absolutely perfect before it gets released out,
then the end result and the experience is,
well, as you've just mentioned, it's rather good, I suppose.
It is. And that's the modus operandi
from one of our comedy champions, Anthony,
an architect from
Starfall V, where he just, he started
with comics. He started with comics, he said,
yo, I love doing this. And then afterwards
pivoted to AI and then, well, AI
chatbot. And then, wow, now he's animated
his whole entire comics into something
that's animated. So, because he's doing consistently what he loves and people gravitate around that.
And now he has an audience because he's crushing and crushing.
Exactly what you're doing also is that he's just doing out there what he loves.
And that's what makes sense also.
Big shout out to you, man.
Keep crushing.
We're going to be here for that.
Thanks again for taking the time flight, especially that it's late for you.
It's nearly midnight right now.
Nearly midnight. It's been a pleasure. Thank you. Hellfly, especially that it's late for you. It's nearly midnight right now. Nearly midnight.
It's been a pleasure. Thank you.
I appreciate you, man.
Hey, is this the ruler and I'm on stage, man?
Are my eyes bugging with me?
Is that X? What is up, man?
I almost didn't make it up on stage.
My timeline is completely cooked,
so guys, do not get monetized.
It will ruin your crypto timeline. Stay away from it. So shout out to Lady H for coming into the DMs,
dropping the link for space I personally retweeted, liked, shared, told people about,
and almost missed. So I originally came up real quick to give a few shout outs to a bunch of
people that I've seen in this space, but that's going to take a while.
So instead, I'll just say thank you to everybody who's still around, has not been shaken out, continues to put in the work, continues to show up on the timeline, hosting spaces, interacting.
And brother, it's been an incredible year.
We had a really good start and it kind of faded off.
But guess what? Guess what? When the sentiments are bearish, that's the an incredible year. We had a really good start and it kind of faded off. But guess what?
Guess what?
When the sentiments are bearish, that's the time to build.
That's the time to pull up and try something different, right?
So it's been incredible to see the community come together and make friends with the XRP homies.
Bring them over.
Show them what we're doing.
Same thing with the Dodginals.
Everybody's interested in HBAR.
You see their stuff on the timeline. And then
when the timeline again gets cooked, we all get
together. We monetize our accounts to
position ourselves to be in the
spotlight when that crypto timeline
does return. Maybe we'll have some more views
on our posts. So yeah, it's just
been an incredible year. And I just want to again say
thank you to everybody who's weathered a storm and
continues to be here because I hate saying this, but we're so damn early.
It still hasn't even kicked in yet.
And all the news are so positive, but the price action is not.
That will eventually correlate to each other.
We'll actually get rewarded for sticking around and keeping up appearances because, listen, this cannot stay like this forever.
They're just manipulating the
prices and it's going to be a floodgates that will open eventually so again thank you for everybody
that's putting in work and putting hbar on the map every day so appreciate all of you and thank
you for hosting these spaces man i love this and and thank you deruler thank you as well bro i see
all the work you do bro i don't know how you do it, but thank you as well.
Compliment not taken, sir. It is all community. I'm just one person. I can't do anything by myself. So again, it's all a community effort and a shout out to freaking Hashpack for always
providing us the tools, the facilitating for people to be able to open up their wallets and
get them onboarded for freaking Centex and Kabila being such reliable sources for us to send people to buy NFTs on.
I mean, Joe with Smackin', bro, he's in every single space.
Everybody here is contributing in their own way.
Like, it's just incredible to see us to come together and push through even when the sentiments are down.
It's true.
But you did bring us, like, into a new era where you brought on the
Doginal crew, bro.
Of course, that was a conceited effort.
Of course, I totally get that.
And you're humble.
I totally get it.
By the way, big shout out and congratulations on the new fatherhood
situation, by the way.
That's a blessing.
But you absolutely brought also the DJ N'Hour's crew, like Cesar,
Buva, you absolutely did.
I know you're humble, bro.
I know you're humble. I totally get that.
But for sure, at the forefront,
you absolutely brought up that era,
especially with the Wooks. So credit
where credit is due, absolutely.
You absolutely ushered that, especially
like Lake Summer, like early autumn
kind of vibe kind of stuff.
Absolutely everywhere. So Flowers, man, take them because they're not always there. I was going to say stuff absolutely everywhere so flowers man take them
because they're not always there and especially i was gonna say yeah you gotta take them bro but
yeah you you absolutely ushered that man damn humbled i appreciate the kind words and uh yeah
the baby was my best mint this year no offense to any projects but it's been absolutely life-changing
for the better and people thought thought, oh, the ruler's
going to have a baby. He's going to disappear from the space. Hell no, I'm not going anywhere.
You can't shake me out. And also, I do want to give a quick shout out to you guys mentioned
it, Forever Mint. Let's be honest, the Forever Mint has revolutionized the way we do NFTs,
not just on HBAR. You're going to see the Forever Mint come up in different ecosystems as well.
There is whispers we might be seeing in XRP. yeah exactly but we're gonna see it on xrp as well very shortly coming so uh it just that has been such
an incredible tool for all of us to use and piggyback on and to be able to tell people hey
you never miss a mint now you can forever mint baby you can forever mint how long is the mint
forever so will not just holding it to the DP, the Ghost community,
but actually giving the technology and letting every other project
that wants to participate in.
I mean, what other ecosystem do you find it on?
You just don't.
What other ecosystem do you see Centex and Kabila,
the top marketplaces, jointly hosting spaces together?
You just don't see it anywhere.
HBAR is just absolutely incredible.
And I'm honored to be part of it.
We're special here, man. We're lucky.
We are blessed. We're blessed to be in this space, man.
Blessed to be in this space as we're talking about the Forever Mint.
And Will hops on the stage, man. Good morning.
That's timing. There's no coincidence. Good morning, Will.
good morning good morning yeah it's uh it's been it's been a fun year i appreciate the flowers um
it's been fun to listen on the space a lot of legends jumping up talking about what they're
doing and uh yeah it's been it's been a good year like i just feel like there's like there's a lot going on, a lot to be excited about.
And, you know, our team just feels excited that we get to be a part of it.
So, yeah, really enjoyed rolling out the Forever Mint this year.
That's been a lot of fun.
You know, it's always rewarding when you work on something and, you know, you're excited about it.
But whenever you release it, you're never sure how it's going to be received.
And so it was just awesome to see that the community actually enjoyed it.
It was something that they had fun with.
And so that's something that we're just super stoked to be able to kind of contribute to this space with.
And we think that there's still quite a ways to go in terms of what we can do with it.
We still have some work that we have to do
that we think can kind of improve it even more.
So, yeah, we're stoked and just really appreciative
that, you know, the community really leaned into it
and got fully engaged.
You know, they've been having fun with it,
engaging with it, sharing it on the timeline,
and that's how something grows.
You know, as you're, you know, you use the term culture, Phil,
like that's how culture spreads. And so we're excited about, you know, as you're, you know, you use the term culture, Phil, like that's how culture spreads. And so we're excited about, you know, what we think is in store for it.
I don't know who's applauding, but I can't on the stop, but Gigi's that's absolutely on site and
precise timing also. Flowers, flowers to you, Will, again, and be humble because credit, again, where credit is due, culture is absolutely it.
Saved the summer, man.
Let's go, man.
You know, it was absolutely awesome.
Just the momentum and the feels right to it, you know.
Pass the volumes and the JPEGs and whatever.
Just rallying every single folks out here through a single location in terms of what this is that we have to offer and then have this tool to just onboard folks and just be having fun with it.
And also in a way that people can relate to.
That's power. That's culture.
And I'm here for it.
And big GGs, man, to you and the whole team.
And that's awesome.
I appreciate that.
Yeah, man.
Also, that was awesome, too.
No, that was fun.
I appreciate you guys supporting it.
But no, I agreed completely.
I think 100%.
I think, you know, to us, I think one of, like, when you talk about culture
and the way that it relates to people getting involved,
I think maybe one of the problems that, like, collectibles had in the Web3 space
was the culture around it was focused
on some of the wrong things you know it was it was purely on the speculative side rather than
like these are fun things that like community can come and be a part of and and like you know link
up and join around to to enjoy together and so i think the more we try to build out things and and
engage in things where it's something
that people can actually relate to, they can feel like, oh, yeah, I like collecting things,
I like minting things, I like seeing what I get. And then I can do that with a community.
I think that's where we start to see people who maybe weren't necessarily interested in just the
speculation. I get it. Like speculation,
all of us love it to a certain extent, but I think that can only go so far. And so I think when you create things that are actually fun, engaging experiences, that's where you stand
to potentially see the serious growth. And so, you know, I think as this space, you know,
right now, obviously, it's at a point where there's less attention. But I think when we see that attention cycle come back around and you have new people to the space, you know, to me, experiences like that and other experiences that other projects are creating where the focus is on that fun element that just is engaging to people.
And there's actually like substance to the you know the the experience that
they're that they're having and they're having it with other people i think that's where we're
really going to see um you know that that growth really start to skyrocket so i'm excited for it
i mean you know i'm excited for when that that attention cycle comes back and i think you know
i think our space is poised to really capture that because we have projects that have that experience now.
And it's just going to be easy for people to jump in and take part.
So, yeah, again, thanks for the flowers.
And, yeah, feeling really stoked about what's to come.
Oh, yeah, so are we, man.
Absolutely so are we.
All eyes on the DPGC and on the whole entire ecosystem,
All eyes on the DPGC and the whole entire ecosystem.
because again, it's a great and powerful tool
just to discover cross-ecosystem stuff and elements and things,
but also to be discovering it from within also.
So yeah, it's awesome.
Full circle or stuff that absolutely promotes culture.
And while we're on the topic of culture, listen,
I got to mention VCCZ, and I got to be as happy as possible to finally see him on stage, man.
What is up, Vicente?
How are you doing?
You know, I heard the culture, you know, bat signal.
That's always going to bring me out.
You know, I had to pop in and say, what's up?
Anytime I hear culture in Web3, I just get so excited.
But shout out to Phil.
Appreciate you having me, brother.
It's been a minute.
I mean, I'm always around.
Every day. I haven't missed a fucking day a minute. I mean, I'm always around. Every day.
I haven't missed a fucking day since 2001.
This is true.
2001 is crazy.
That would have been nuts.
I was so early.
You guys think you were early?
I was early.
Yeah, man.
I hope everyone's doing well.
You know, heading into the holidays.
You know, wanted to pop in and say what's up to everyone.
Phil, as you know, this time's super crazy for me because I'm always in the middle of working on the Super Bowl.
So that's February 8th coming up.
So my brain's a little fried right now.
But it always makes me like reflect on the year when I do these like Super Bowl plannings.
um like reflect on the year when i do these like super bowl plannings um for you guys i don't know
i i'm part of the music production for the halftime shows and opening game and opening you know all
the cool stuff so we kind of do like a rundown of what was like culturally relevant and what's cool
and what artists obviously we should bring in for these moments but um yeah it just makes me think
about like edge and and culture and i that's something that like I wish more people in Web3 would like really focus on. I think that's like the thing that's going to matter for everyday people. So like for me with like Vassizzi this year, it wasn't about launches. I mean, we haven't launched anything since 2022. Right. It's been that long. So it's always been about focus, right? So like on surface,
we're music, but underneath it's always me attacking this question of,
like in a world where music and content and AI are infinite, right? It's going to be everywhere.
infinite, right? It's going to be everywhere. What's going to matter to everyday people?
And it's taste. It's context. People you trust to filter signal from noise. And that's the gap
in Web3 that I think most people still miss. So that's something I'm very intentional with
Vassizi. It's always culture first. It's never trend chasing. And it's difficult when
you're doing these things because there's no comparable and people don't know how to,
you know, gauge your success or if you're doing the right thing. But that's what we're trying to
do, right? We're trying to be intentional and big picture. And what matters most is like who's
building and who's understanding culture and who's focused on
getting everyday people to actually care about Web3. And it's about, you know, creating initiatives
and these moments like we've done with or we're doing right now with Lost Tapes and creating
these things that don't exist in traditional ecosystems or industries like what I'm doing with dynamic NFTs with lost tapes and
bringing in someone like the finalist of this season's A Voice, Renzo, and he's the first
artist and bringing him on to Hedera and someone that doesn't care about crypto, but just cares
about making dope music and loves me as a songwriter and a producer and just wanted to
work with me. And I'm like, cool, let's do it on Vassizi and on Web3 and on Hedera. And he's like, I don't know what you just said,
but I know I want to work with you. And we did it. And I think that's what matters, right? Is
having that, bringing that value and creating stuff that people want, everyday people want,
right? So I digress, but I just wanted to come in here and say, listen, we're still early. We're still setting these standards early. That's the optimistic part. So, you
know, appreciate everyone here and happy holidays, man.
Happy holidays, man. Merry Christmas. Appreciate you taking the time, man. Again, you mentioned
like bridging a gap. Like I'll never say it enough. I'm a huge proponent of like humans
first technology afterwards.
And everyone on stage, everyone in attendance, actually.
I'm not even going to name names.
Well, friends, it just makes sense.
And to me, like talents and the sheer amount of uniquely talented people like you, like
Psychtero just hopped on stage, like Will, like QB, like Fly, like the ruler, Joe, all
like Q Bay, like Fly, like the ruler, Joe, all, like Patricia, of course, sorry,
like Patricia, of course, sorry.
all are incredibly talented into a field that I'm not, which absolutely fascinates me
every single day, like for real, like 98% of my friends now are here, like in what we call Web3.
So to me, that drives me. And that's, again, on a personal level, of course, it really, that's what
really, really makes sense for me in terms of, in terms of culture, in terms of, yes, it's music.
Yes, it's entertainment.
But first and foremost is, damn, you hop into the Discord and it's a party, man.
You're just having fun.
You're just like, you had a good day.
You had a bad day.
You just hop on there, man.
Yeah, we're going to talk about music.
You're going to talk about memes.
It's going to be humoristic.
That's culture.
That's powerful.
And you cannot replicate that to a way that it cannot be fake.
It just needs to be tangible.
It needs to be organic.
And I feel that's where we're really striking through in terms of ecosystem
right now and especially for those who prevail, like everyone here right now,
is that you have a unique use case and value proposition that really stands
through time that makes sense for you, that makes sense for the audience,
and that makes sense for the ecosystem and the broad.
And that's the end of my TED Talk.
But yeah, it just makes sense, man.
So yeah, Culture, thanks again for taking the time.
I appreciate you, Vicente, man.
You're absolutely awesome.
Shout out to every single viewer, by the way.
That's awesome.
I was going to ask really quick, Vicente,
because, you know, it's not every day.
I get to catch you. Because you're super busy, man. You going to make it quick, Vicente, because, you know, it's not every day. I get to catch you because you're super busy, man.
You going to make it to Hederacon, bro?
Yeah, I'm going to try.
When is it?
May the 4th.
May the 4th.
May the 4th. May the 4th. May the 4th.
May the 4th.
May the 4th.
May the 4th.
That's like Cinco de Drinco.
That's diabolical work.
I like it.
All the more reason, man.
All the more reason.
And, you know, there's going to be some stuff going on.
I mean, there's this thing I heard called the Hash Bash that's happening.
It's the first ever.
So maybe you should come along for that.
Are you familiar with the first HederaCon where VassiziCon happened?
When was it?
Two years ago in L.A.
And when Phil and I met for the first time?
Do you want me to put you on to some early game?
Ooh, we're gonna share some lore?
Not too much, this is recorded.
Go on, go on.
We've been here way too long.
But Trish is like, yeah, I wanna hear this.
But yeah, hopefully you get there, man. Yeah, so May the 4th of fort miami come on you need to be there actually needs to get there hopefully
come on yeah i think last year i couldn't go because it was and it was the nfl draft
yes and it's always around that that time so uh i'll
try i mean listen you know me i love a good you know this easy concept we'll make that happen if
we can if not i'm just gonna send lit as my as my representative where's lit i don't know he's
lacking right now where is he let's find. He must be waking up right now.
He's back in Bulgaria, isn't he, Dom?
He's back in Bulgaria.
No, he's here right now.
He's yapping in the Discord.
So let me see.
I'll have to look.
I know he just replied to me.
So he's there.
But yeah, dude, if you do make it uh let me know like i said it's gonna be the inaugural hash bash you won't want to miss it you'll definitely you'll you'll know if i'm there
trust me yeah i'll be the guy in the mask like you can't you can't miss me
we gotta talk about this hash bash what is it it? What's going on? Well, the hash bash. So you'll see, I think it's still in the audience there.
Joined in on a little group. We launched this thing called the Helix Group.
And our goal is kind of be like a Web3 networking, Web3 lifestyle, you know, kind of group of likeminded folks all here within Hedera, you know, throwing events.
And the first one is going to be, the inaugural one is going to be at Hederacon 2026.
So that's the Hederacon 2026 Cash Bash.
It's going to be super dope.
I mean, you know, we're going to try to get as many folks in.
More info to come as far as like, you know, RSVP and all that stuff.
So, you know, stay tuned. And yeah, if you want to know more,
follow the account for the Helix Group.
It's at Helix Group TX for Texas.
I got one question. Will there be merch?
Yo, well, yeah.
So funny that you mentioned that.
Actually, there will be exclusive merch.
We've partnered with a lot of big names in the ecosystem
who have very graciously given us permission to make extra merch.
We're doing it ourselves.
We just asked permission
because, you know,
it's their brand
and we want to make sure that,
everyone's cool with that first
and also like that
we're making something
that they like as well.
there will be exclusive merch,
exclusive goodie bags.
There's going to be,
I might be giving a little too much alpha,
but whatever.
It's okay.
It's the end of the year touch point.
It's Christmas. It's a Christmas of the year touch point. It's Christmas.
It's a Christmas gift.
It's a Christmas gift.
Yeah, yeah.
There's going to be a scavenger hunt.
So it's not just going to be at the Hash Bash,
which this is happening the day before Hederacon, by the way.
So you'll have that event before Hederacon
and then a
little scavenger hunt for
when you're actually there to
figure out where to grab your other
exclusive merch and
go to the right tables or talk to the right folks
and who knows what you might get
as long as you
have certain prerequisites
which will get sent to you
if you RSVP of course. That's interesting. So Helix have certain prerequisites, which, uh, which will get sent to you. Um,
if you RSVP, of course.
That's interesting. So Helix, we have to, yeah,
it's in attendance right now. Helix group TX.
It's in the, it's in the chat right now.
I'm going to put the pressure on you. We did a, um,
our things did a scavenger hunt and, hunt in LA and the winner got to have coffee for,
I think it was an hour with Lehman Baird one-on-one. Whoa, no way for real.
Yup. Wow. It was so, it was, it was wild. Like we set it up, he agreed to do it.
And then I tried to go and they're like no you can't
You can't go
You tried to take it
No I tried to tag along
Like you know hey we gave this
Jump in yeah yeah
Milan and I are going to come with you
They're like no you're not you didn't win
That's so funny
Milan like the Milan the one that I know I'm guessing that's who we're talking about.
He's an awesome dude.
He shares photos of the ice cream that his wife looks so good.
Oh, my goodness.
And he's the only person from, no, I lie.
We have advisors that I met. I met Rob Allen and I met Brandon,
but from the core original team, Milan's the only person from Earthlings that I met in person.
He flew to LA for the event two years ago. So we got to hang out for two days.
event two years ago so we got to hang out for two days and the ice cream uh photos he sends those
not super often um on x but um as as part of the mouth we have a group chat and he sends those a
lot so he keeps torturing me over oh no i I can only imagine.
I've only seen a few.
He's only shared a few here and there.
And every time I'm like, oh, my God, I want it.
She just won some major recognition for her shop, which is wonderful. As soon as Melon can figure out how to incorporate it into Web3, I'm sure he'll drop her crazy with it.
Oh, dude, I can't wait.
It's like on my to-do list to one day, if I'm ever nearby, to stop and to get me some ice cream.
I have to do it.
Hell yeah.
Well, maybe he's going to bring some over Heather Con.
Who knows?
It's all going to be held.
No. hell yeah well maybe he's going to bring some of our head work on who knows uh it's all guys i want to give the mic to psych terra because for him it's it's fast late it's so
late that it's beginning to be early but first and foremost right before that i want to give a quick
and medium shout out to our community champions they are absolutely killing it out there erjba
allen um higher grounds there is hedera kim Kimchial there, Shady Whale,
and of course Anthony from Starfall V, and of course Cube, which is on stage. Those guys are
absolutely killing it relentlessly for us, with us, with all of us, like constantly, relentlessly,
day after day after day after day, in chats, in DMs, in X, in Discord, pushing content, great content, reliable content, true content,
both for us, for the entire ecosystem, the projects and entities that they love.
So yeah, I just want to get this 30 seconds just to say
that we're absolutely grateful for you guys. You guys are killing it.
Pushing the brand and the ecosystem absolutely forward in great fashion also.
We're very blessed uh to
have you guys oh and then thanks for having us man and it's uh truly truly an honor to to be part of
the group and uh i love you all man you're all the the homies you know so looking forward to another
amazing year ahead all together absolutely man shout out to the homies, man.
And shout out to Psych Terra, man.
How you doing, brother, man?
Good morning.
What's good, Phil?
What's good, Joe?
This is an awesome space.
The vibes were so good that I had to be here.
I'm just out here.
I'm sorry, but what time it is for you?
I'm super curious.
It's past 5 a.m.
It's like almost 8.30.
It's not early.
Good morning.
Pretend you just woke up.
Just pull an all-nighter.
I could never wake up this early.
But yeah, I can go to sleep late.
That's fine.
I'm just out here engaged in DJing activities. I was double spacing it on stage at DJing hours and listening to this.
And once that space ended, I hopped up here, minting these Mark Rice PFP Forever Mints,
trying to get the legendary, just like being an absolute DJing.
And yeah, but loving the vibes over here.
Loving what people have to say.
The era is ending on a high note. Like, who cares what price H-bar is that? And yeah, but loving the vibes over here, loving what people have to say, the air is
ending on a high note, like who cares what price H-bar is at, like we don't care, we're
just out here building, having fun, making friends and just living life, so yeah, I appreciate
each and every one of you, like Phil was saying, 98% of his friends are in Web3, like 98% of
my time is spent with people in Web3, you know,
just hanging out in spaces.
We understand each other way more.
So, yeah, I love it.
I love it.
And, yeah, just out here to enjoy
and be a part of this end-of-the-year party.
Oh, yeah, man.
I appreciate you taking the time in this.
All nighter, man.
That's absolutely crazy.
By the way, you have a mint coming up.
If you want to pin it on top,
absolutely feel free.
Let folks know also.
You've been killing it all year also with spaces.
Was it on 11 a.m. for me?
Was it 11 a.m. Eastern time on Mondays
or was it all the week?
Yeah, it's 11 a.m. all throughout the week,
Monday to Friday.
But then on Thursday,
I co-host with Kabila.
We merge those spaces because it's one community, one space is what we do.
So, yeah, 11 a.m. all days of the week.
And that space has been going on for almost two and a half years now. So, yeah, one of the longest running spaces on Hedera for sure.
And, yeah, the Megaboard looks really clean right now so I'm not gonna
put anything in there but we got a mint coming up on Monday if anybody wants to do it now if you
want to go check it out on our profile is the pinned tweet I'll encourage anybody to go and do
that for sure yeah it's a party and yeah y'all can join the mid party on
the Monday as well but yeah the spaces I'll definitely encourage y'all to join that because
those are for the community by the community everyone is welcome we talk about random things
a lot of times and we talk about projects a lot of times and we have some fun segments as well
like we debate once a week on Wednesdays where we call it the hottest internet debates and
shit gets spicy over there so yeah there's a lot of fun segments and i'll encourage everybody from
the community to come and hang out because we need more spaces we need more engagement we need
to pump the algorithm more and shout out to to Hashback and Phil for hosting these spaces quite regularly as well.
And to everybody else who hosts the spaces.
Because it's the best form of networking you can do here on X.
So yeah, it's just wonderful.
And as we all know, psych networking is the cheat code.
This is very true.
You got your hands up.
Yeah, I'm actually heading up.
But before I do, I wanted to really give a shout out to Syke
because as you guys remember,
we had Fatboy and Cap host their daily spaces.
That was our hub, right?
That was our community center.
We all used to go to and talk some crap,
grill some people, expose people, have drama,
and we lost that hub since they left.
And guess what?
Syke just stepped in there and took over two-plus years
without asking for anything in return.
So massive shout-out to you, Syke.
I don't know how you do it.
You have my respect, and it's been nice to be able to go
into different spaces, different ecosystems, and say,
hey, if you want to get to know the community,
this is the space you want to get into
and introduce yourself.
So thank you for giving us the community center
every single day to be able to come in and vibe with.
So again, man, massive shout out to you.
And of course, to anybody else hosting spaces,
you guys know who you are.
So we need these.
We need to stay in the limelight
because the moment we fade away, it might be hard to get that momentum back. So again, thank you are. So we need these. We need to stay in the limelight because the moment we fade away,
it might be hard to get that momentum back. So again,
thank you for having me tonight, guys. Appreciate
all of you and I will see you in the next space.
I appreciate you hopping in, man.
Thank you so much, man. Again, big shout out to, as he
was saying, man, to
it is no easy task to be
running a space and especially when you do it like
relentlessly and every single day, every single
week. You need to be consistent. You need to be relentless also inviting guests you need to be
showing up like every single time so yeah man big shout out to you psych um keep on pushing
man and best of success for the minted launch man let's go much hell yeah go go go yeah and much
love to the community because I rarely invite people.
People show up,
and that's what comes with consistency, right?
Like if you open up a space,
same time every day,
people are going to show up,
and yeah, it's become a big part of my routine.
I love interacting with the aged barbarians,
talking about everything building on Hedera,
and also we go beyond the projects.
We go towards the founders
and what they got going on, right?
So yeah, absolutely love it.
And yeah, we're never going to stop.
We went throughout the bear market.
We went throughout the bull market.
We'll be here till the next cycle.
We ain't going to stop.
So y'all, if you're bored of me,
you still can't get rid of me.
We're still going to be hosting spaces
every single day.
So yeah, let's go.
And much love to each and every one of you. We're never going to be hosting spaces every single day. So, yeah, let's go. And much love to each and every one of you.
We're never going to stop, man.
Appreciate you, man.
And good morning again.
Good morning again.
I want to slowly run this one down.
Guys, it's been absolutely amazing.
Attendance was absolutely crazy.
Content was legendary.
You guys absolutely showed up.
Everything lined up perfectly for the space.
Two brilliant, absolutely co-hosts.
Great speakers, attendees.
People showed up.
I didn't give a shout out, by the way, to my colleague.
LED in attendance also.
Thanks for being here.
There's also Alpha Romero also on the stage.
No, he's not on the stage in attendance.
I saw you on stage.
There was also Fatboy on there.
Thank you for being here, guys.
Maybe we can just wrap this one down just by quickly, I don't know,
saying what's going to be your favorite meal for the holidays,
for Christmas, for whatever, and then we're going to go our way
and sleep or eat for whoever's on the time zone.
time zone. We can start with
We can start with, let's start with Fly, because it's so late for you.
Fly, because it's so late for you.
I did decide
to stay until the end, obviously.
It's midnight.
But yeah, definitely worth it.
Fantastic space. Thanks for
I appreciate you.
What were you eating for the holidays for Christmas?
You know, so Christmas, we do a really big turkey dinner with all the fixings.
So that's what I'm looking forward to.
And then New Year's, we're going to be doing a prime rib roast.
Again, with all the fixings.
Gotta love it, man.
It's my favorite time of the year.
I end up putting up so much weight, that's okay gives me all the more reason
to keep hitting the gym
Patricia, Joe what are we eating for Christmas the holidays?
okay so here it's also turkey curious at Christmas but then we have cod,
bakalhau the fish is super common here. You eat it at
midnight on the 24th. So, supper that night, it's cod with cabbage. So, it's a very healthy
Christmas dinner. And then on Christmas Day, you have the turkey. On New Year's, it's seafood-based.
Like, pretty much everything on New Year is seafood.
So it's absolutely delicious.
But what I prefer, it's all the desserts that you have on Christmas and New Year
because everything is absolutely amazing.
So I eat less turkey to have more space for the desserts.
That's awesome.
Joe, what were you eating for Christmas?
Let's see.
On Christmas Day, we're having some turkeys.
Stephanie's dad's just slow roasting some ribs for he and I.
And then for our meal at home, the next day I'm doing crab cakes.
Look, crab cakes don't belong in a fryer and if you can't tell what kind of crab meats in it when you look at it you're doing it wrong
speak the truth joe love it and what better way to end this show on words of wisdom around crab.
Guys, thank you so much for taking your time today,
tonight, this morning, this afternoon,
again with us on this end of the year Christmas
special party with everyone.
Thank you, everyone who joined,
everyone who was a speaker, who co-hosted.
Thank you, Patricia.
