Absolutely. Thank you, Edward. So yeah, my name is Joanna. I am the co-founder CEO of Soon.
I have been in the crypto space since 2017. First started as a on the leasing team at Coinbase
started as a leading team at Coinbase and moved over in several roles, including the
NFT marketplace, Coinbase NFT marketplace, launching the market back then. And I've been working in the infra space.
So it says that BDT and optimism,
and actually working across the table from Coinbase
when we launched the OP set
with BASE being the first team to launch on that.
And then I worked at another infra project as the head of BD.
So basically took two projects over to TGE, you know, building the ecosystem from scratch.
You know, when I found it, something that really matters to me is being able to able to build an in-front project
that actually differentiated and allows the builders
to build innovative projects that are within the user docs.

I think, as you mentioned, there's
a lot of question about how is Zoom unique or different
from any other SVM projects.
I think just to be clear, we're not just a SVM projects. I think just to be clear, like we're not just a SVM fork, right?
We are using this decouple SVM technology
that sets us apart.
It's building on this super adoption stack,
which is our vision as mentioned earlier
for the massive user adoption, built on top of the high-performance
tech stack.
And that includes the instant finality, the deep composability.
So while other forks, SVM forks, are focusing on the and building their SVM, copying the client side of Sonana mainnet,
we innovate where it matters in the following areas, three areas.
One is the merkelization.
So this is where we're adding the merkel-patricia tree MPT
into the Sonana virtual machine. This solves the SVM state proof limitation
and enabling trustless rollups and real-time cross-chain interoperability.
And then the second part is the decouple SVM. So this is where we decouple the voting threads from
the user execution threads. So as an L2, we don't care about the,
we don't need the consensus layer.
So this allows us to enable the projects
to launch their own SVM-based chains.
So we kind of call it like you launch your own Solana
while leveraging Suits infrastructure.
And the last part is the execution is also meeting with the interoperability.
And this is something that, as mentioned, we're expanding Solana's top performance beyond
the ecosystem that's building on top of Solana already.
We're meeting the users where they are. So currently we already have two mainnets that
allows the Solana top performance on top of the ETH mainnet and BNB, right? That's the SBN BNB
announcement. So yeah, and then we also allowed other, you know, application-specific chains to launch their own SVM roll-ups, such as AI consumer use cases,
and basically launching their own chains on top of ETH or other EVM-based outwards.
So SUNY is the first SVM network that's designed to scale beyond Solana.
We're the only team that can do this,
as mentioned, this SMM B&B experiment
is something that only a student team can do.
And we're already seeing the success from that,
growing adoption across multiple ecosystems.
And I think that this is something
this is yeah this is something that truly unique about us you know we we we have been very much
that truly unique about us.

그런 정체성을 가진 체인이라고 볼 수 있을 것 같습니다.
그래서 이제 세 개로 구분되었는데요.
첫 번째가 워크라이징 브레이크로 라고 설명을 했는데

두 번째 질문은 아까 제가 제기한 질문, 궁금증, 그리고 여러분들이 알면 좋은 그런 것들에 대한 질문이에요.
그래서 여러분들이 아시듯이 순은 SBM이라는 타이틀을 가지고 있는데
결제화폐로 이더리움이나 BNB를 사용하고 있어요.
그래서 많은 사람들이 왜 이렇게 작동하는지에 대해서 원리를 모르고 있어요.
그래서 이게 어떻게 작동하는지에 대해서 순수택이라는 프로덕트를 여러분들이 알고
순수택이 어떻게 작동하는지에 대해서 설명이 필요할 것 같아서 두 번째 질문을 준비했습니다.

That's a really important point.
So I'm glad you brought it up.
Yeah, first, I just want to, before I explain how the SoonStack works,
I want to explain why this matters.
So for each layer one chain that integrates the SoonStack, Soon's architecture
enables native token to be used and burned for gas. This is great for users, for builders,
and L1s themselves, because it promotes the value accrual to the underlying chain, the base layer
that supports the SoonStack while preserving the performance benefits, the best part of Solana.
So I think, yeah, just to go back to how the SAC works, we have first the gas abstraction,
users can pay fees in native tokens.
In this case, we have these two already live mainnet, the SUMainet that burns ETH as a
token and the SVM BNB is using BNB as a gas token.
So this benefiting the users, you know, can continue to preserve the user base of the L1,
in this case, BNB chain itself, and the liquidity that's already resides on that chain.
We're all benefiting from the SVM speed
where the builders from a completely different ecosystem,
in this case, Solana can come in and build on top of, right?
Without having to redeploy their,
sorry, rebuild their contract.
And then the second part is the decouple SVM.
So as I was eluding to before,
because we did decoupling work already on the stack level,
so this is customized SVM chains.
Now they can use their token for gas while inheriting the execution layer that's benefiting benefiting from this 30 k TPS, 50 milliseconds block time,
the high performance metrics that's unique to Solana Virtual Machine.
And then the last part is the cross-chain liquidity interoperability.
Solana standard addresses.
So this means Solana address, not your 0x address, no like ETH address, but Solana addresses and can be easily directly plugged into the existing L1, you know, in this case, BNB chain.
And the inter-sum bridging is ensuring the seamless composability across Solana, Ethereum and BNB chain.

So this is something that we also pioneered where we are solving the interoperability
issue from day one.
While we're growing the overall ecosystem, building multiple chains, we have bridging
capability across different chains within the universe to ensure that liquidity stays unified.

top performance, the builder culture while staying connected to Ethereum BNB chain liquidity.

나중에 까보니까 핵VC도 참여했고, 그리고 긴캐피탈도 참여했고, 여러 유명의 VC들도 많이 참여했고요.
그리고 이러한 커뮤니티 VC 라운드 전에는 파운더 라운드도 많이 진행이 됐어요.
솔라나 파운더들도 당연히 다 참여를 했고, 그리고 칼데라, 그리고 웜홀 등 여러 가지 파운더들이 참여를 했습니다. 그래서 이러한 펀딩 이력을 봤을 때
순의 팀원들이 그래도 어느정도 신뢰를 얻었기 때문에
여러가지 프로젝트 파운더들이 투자를 한 것이 아닐까 싶어가지고
이 팀 멤버들의 배경에 대해서 알 기회가 잘 없었는데

So my team, I think that's something that we are really proud of.
We have an absolute crack team.
It's a direct reflection of the community we have cultivated.
The team has a combined 21 years of experience building on various L1,
top tier L1s in Solana ecosystem and in Web2 companies previous to joining you soon. And a lot of these builders coming from Polkadot, Solana, Ethereum,
various ecosystem with deep expertise in building the blockchain infra.
So I have explained my own background,
but I think I wanted to give some shout out to team members where
my co-founder really worked in the Polkadot ecosystem prior to coming joining force with
me to build the build soon. And a lot of other team members are Solana ecosystem contributors,
early Solana contributors.
So yeah, our deep roots in Solana, I think,
exemplify this multi-chain vision.
Also, when you're looking at our cap table, right?
So we're backed by the Solana OGs like Anatoly, Lily both are you know
Tully is the founder of Solana and Lily is the president of the Solana Foundation so all these
Solana founders as well as other folks that you mentioned like Wormhole and other modular space, DA layer,

These industry thought leaders see soon
as the first SVM network designed for multi-chain scaling
and modularity.
Another shout out is Anza,
who's the Solana Dev Shop spinoff,
has been on numerous accounts
talking about how soon it's revolutionizing the SVM.
The core research that we've been doing with Anza
has been in the process of getting upstream
to the Agave repo as an industry standard.
So together with our community, with our team,
Sun has been developing this gripping meme that's redpilling the slowpoke grandpa Ethereum meme with the decouple SVM.

Yeah, sure. As mentioned, the gas token will be customized based on the base layer. So in the
situation when we have the SUMENA, the gas token is ETH and the SMM BNB will be BNB.
But the SUM utility differs fundamentally from other L2 tokens in their ecosystem.
While we offer governance and staking like others,
what really sets us apart is the product-first approach.
We're building an actual product ecosystem
where it soon has a direct tangible utility.
So currently, we are building two products in development,
and that will be launching soon, given the, as mentioned, this demonstrated delivery speed, everything is happening soon.
The products will find the product market fit and target the substantial market opportunities.
So we don't shy away from difficult questions of whether L2 tokens have real value. We believe
that existing framework make it challenging to create genuine utility for tokens. So the solution

um you know a fragmentation doesn't happen just within like ecosystems liquidity but it happens
because of you know cultural barrier uh language barrier um geography barrier right which is by the
way why this amas is so valuable i really appreciate it uh edward you know you can say
anything i say like that takes a lot of effort. So appreciate that.
I think what we are really doing is really extending
the Solana top performance builder impact
and also the developer into the BNB ecosystem,
which are not the typical developer audience

So as a centralized sequencer, we can completely eliminate that.
So I think all of this is solving the congestion issue that we see on the BSC chain right now.
And more importantly, coming back to the cultural standpoint, right, beyond the tech, it's really important to see that BNB has this unique potential to become the home to both EVM and SVM builders.
I think that diversity on the builders, on the ecosystem developer side, is what really sets this SVM-BMB apart.
As mentioned, it's really meant to be a bridge to bridge that gap between the two,
like the East and the West ecosystem builders.

more and more mature. And it's a very fast process because those DeFi applications that have been tested and running on the SumiNet EVM tech stack to take advantage of the new tech stack.
I think we will continue to see like more interesting applications coming in.

So I think the order of operation has to be getting that ecosystem built out first,
