So um, but a lot of our friends are opening stuff, which is good
So everybody that's opening chests is people that we know. It's been in the community farming.
So if you've been literally just, especially during June and July, May, June, and July,
when we're really questing, like six quests a day,
you really could have gotten like three golden chests and maybe a few silvers if you really pushed it.
And if you're somebody that casually just did the quest, you could have gotten a golden chest,
a few silver chests, a few bronze chests.
Even just being a casual nerd doing some of those quests like you do on OpenSea or some of the other IRL stuff that you have in some of these projects.
But very, very nice utility.
We've also added on to it, too.
Made it a little bit more simpler.
Updated it along the way.
So next season should be quite interesting.

But I do have quite a few, you know, because I was grinding away for the couple months that this was going on.

And I'm excited for it.
So I think I might have to at least, you know, maybe start off and go easy with a bronze chest and see how that works out.

When we were minting,
stuff was going a little bit slow,
and then we added the chest feature to the minting,
so that if somebody minted,
they could get a chest,
and we built a whole system for that.
But then the whole issue was that when somebody won a chest,
Richard had in his, I want to say his backend,
but that sounds a little bit strange,
in the backend of the thing that Raj built,
he got a message and he said, hey, Bobby has won this NFT.
And then later that day, Richard could have sent all the stuff out.
And we were, I think at that moment, were we in Paris or something Richard? No, the first part we were in Paris and then I was on a vacation with the
Wintersport, right? Skiing. Oh yeah. So it was perfect.
Every morning. Yeah, we went out totally wasted and then in the morning when it was
still a little bit wasted to do all the stuff
send everything out so then we just wanted to make it so that the whole thing was automated
and what you're going to do tonight is the first try of the first version that we have created which
is totally automatic which means yeah somebody might break it. And listen, if you break it, don't be upset.
Everything is okay.
We won't be angry if you're the one that pushed the button and let the whole thing explode.
But we got Raj waiting that if something goes awry, then he can jump in and save everybody.
Another thing, this is just version one right in the
testing and the first slides and the first thing that we showed to the people they already gave us
some uh stuff that they said well this could be improved this could be improved so yeah
then you're playing with the first version and uh have a lot of fun everybody yeah yeah i wanted to
add to the people that have used this site
and have been doing quests and stuff.
I just went to go to the bronze chest.
Let me tell you how quick and easy that was.
Like, holy piss.
So I clicked, you have to switch to the right network first,
and then when you're there, you click and it claims,
and it seems like there's an automatic transaction that goes into play.
So I won one ape, two ape, one ape, a frogling, and two ape.
I just opened up the bronze ones.
So it's really dope that there's, like, no additional window.
Like, it's just right there.
You click the claim, and it all does it in that one window, which makes it less confusing.
I think what confuses people in general when you have a built-in, like, claim or something,
people get confused going to, like, other sites and stuff.
But I'm happy it's with a site that we're all used to using at this point especially if you've been with the aw spunkies
so a really nice job to arrow with uh making that seamless um i don't want to open up the
silver as a gold yet until tom does wait and you open you opened and you got a frog right off the
rip on a bronze you're gonna just what i have seven seven bronze chests so i opened up seven
and all them were one or i mean bigger hype you won you won like a 70 nft for like tweeting
sheesh let's go i've seen a lot of projects are really moving which is really nice so some of
these rewards are to go out are going to be really really dope so i know there's a bunch of projects
that have been in there i remember when handsome swept the entire eight chain so we have all the all of our favorite ft projects from like season one and season two
still up there from the like another original uh run that we did in the beginning of the year
but uh gamble tom let's all click a silver one together you want to do it live on the space and

We were just talking about the randomization of the chess.
Everything seems to be going swimmingly on our end.
We're claiming tons of prizes, ape and NFTs.
If you could, feel free to go a little bit off the rails as you are more technical.
Happy to hear on how you're randomizing the chess feature for AIOW for these claims.
Yeah, so the thing is, the chain, so the reward system that we have is not on chain.
If things are not on chain, then randomizing is not a big task
because there are tons of algorithms available in the world
to have the randomization ready.
I would not like to name the algorithm that we have used.
I mean, it's already claimed, so now nothing can be changed, but maybe
in the future, we might want to use the
same randomizer function.
So just let's prevent
people from guessing. It's not so easy,
but even
then, let's not name the algorithm.
But because we don't have on-chain
randomization, then achieving
randomization off-chain is
fairly easy because the world is
doing it for thousands of hundreds of years um it has been used everywhere pretty reliable
pretty random no biased uh even if you want to um but yeah like let's see in the next version also
i want to go this on-chain randomization as well but on-chain randomizations are a little bit
expensive for the minters as well and for us as a company as well because you need to use
chain link for it and then it becomes expensive in terms of gas and you also have to pay subscription
fees to the chain link, which is not cheap.
And then there are lots of other issues.
So that's why we thought let's keep the first experiment off chain and then upgrade it to on chain in the next version. So that's the plan.
But yeah, that's it about the randomization.

I don't want to call them gambling sites,
but a lot of other randomization stuff
that has been happening on Web3,
ApeChain in particular,
has been focusing on proof of play.
Do you guys plan on keeping the same chess system
for Season 2,
or potentially moving to a proof of play
randomization on-chain option?
I mean, we always export new things.
So as of now, the idea is to have the same chain,
mainly so because I'm not sure if it is already shared by Wrangler and some,
but basically we also want to uh do some on the utilization so if you have a collection on
on web3lp then you you will get access to platform which is also kind of no code platform for adding
utilization for example staking or something like that so that's also one of the focus that we want to, we want to enable the creators to have more than just a collectible.
So assign some kind of utilization to their projects at affordable price
and without any technical knowledge.
I mean, that's always the selling point that without any background,
you just need to know the basics of how things works
and then you can set up some utilization as well.
So that's the primary focus.
So yeah, I mean, if we have something really cool
in really short time,
then we have more time to work on the test
and then we can improve upon that.
But let's see how it goes.

uh you know to be able to to achieve that, which I think is pretty cool. So yeah,
just building and creating and trying to get there one step, one piece at a time. But you know,
the overall plan for it is super exciting, which is why I got on board. So yeah, I'm super glad
that you heard that and, you know, that you liked what we were talking about.

and all the communities and stuff.
