yourself how you got involved in web 3 and crypto and then what you guys are
working over at playing moonies yo basically I have been crypto streamer on
twitch since 2020 I have been involved in a lot of games I have been a crypto streamer on Twitch since 2020.
I have been involved in a lot of games. I have an investor. I have been like community manager.
I have been working there behind the scenes.
And yeah, I started to develop this like closer than a year ago.
And finally, we are about to to launch on April. But yeah, my background is basically that
I was a programmer, I was a worker. And I find that they click to run games, the games, the games
on the past children. And yeah, I just did a lot of money. That's God. And that's my background. I
started to stream how to earn money investing on these kind of games helping people
to join the Web3 games. Back there I never knew that it was Web3, I only was a player. I actually
I didn't know anything about Bitcoin and I was playing NFT games. That was my entry that was
kind of weird but that's how I started and that's how I have been going since 2021 I
have been on Solana. I just go in love with Solana a lot because I love their community
so basically that's why I started to build there and that's kind of my background. You
actually guys have a Twitch channel, I have been there, I always show my face, I basically
did these like spaces but that's more like streams. I show my face. I basically did these like spaces,

about my building, about the market conditions
and everything guys.

Also, I was our leader on Solana.
I was working with OG, with Previz,

back in 2020 to start streaming?
It was because, yo, I don't want to sound like weird,
but I had a lot of money and I wanted people to earn money
because it was so easy to earn money in a game
that it calls
do you remember PBO? I don't know if you ever played Plants vs Zombie I know some people
on the here on the on the space maybe play that game so basically I was making free money
by trading plants it was so easy so that makes makes me to stream that and people start to make money with me.
And I think that makes my stream to earn like community to grow up because they were earning
money with me. And that was my reason to show people how to earn money. That was the main reason.

using that game to make money and, and, you know, being able to, you know,
give money out and everything. What converted all that, you know,
for you to go into crypto itself?
Actually, it was a strange path because yeah, I was earning money. I didn't know anything
about crypto. I was playing and earning money with Dragon Binance. Later that year, actually
it was the 2021. I just started to see the games going down and I just started to see that the market
was going down too. And then I released that we had some mine cryptos that used to dictate
how the market goes. So that's how I happened on the crypto too, on the crypto market, not
only on the gaming. And yeah, man, that's, that's what my start. And from that, I was, I was keeping an eye on, I was keeping my eyes on the
crypto too. And right now I'm not an expert, but I, I, I'm very know how the
crypto market also go.

little bit more of the game itself?
What is it exactly that you have to do in this game?
Basically, the main idea of the game is like a strategy game because you have to create teams between spaceships and astronauts.
Astronauts bring you power, spaceships bring you seats to sit your astronaut there, by the way.
And you create teams and attack planets.
Their planets require some attack power to be attacked, and that's basically the main idea of the game.
You earn rewards by attacking that planet and getting a success attack because you have some change to lose to.
So that's the main idea to explore the universe and
rewards and get some fun into got it got it perfect bro perfect and let me see
I am with this I see you guys have a token as well the the snuck token so is
this a in token game that or currency that you guys give out to the players or what exactly is it?
It's not on the lore. It's like the main reason to the teeth of the universe. It's like our water.
On that, on the lore only. But on the crypto, it will be a currency, it will be a token,
and it will be the reward for the players.
Basically, we are selling a collection of NFTs.
Each NFT has attached to it a certain amount of that snook, and that snook is to play the game.
So basically, that snook allows you to buoy your assets on the game to create your teams and it's like the the

Actually, on my crypto stream, we got like $50,000 of investment there.
So basically, they were my main reason to start this.
And actually, they have been pushing me, they have been backing me on everything that I'm doing.
And yeah, man, it's pretty important part of my project.

People trust me back because I have been building.
Meanwhile, they are seeing what I'm building.
And for sure, my core community, it's for my own community.
And also it combines with the Munis community.

Because we distribute some percentage of the tokenomics between
the NFTs.
The only, I mean, they're, they're a utility for the reddities.

But not, it's not attached to the tokenomics.
It's more utility on the game because as I mentioned before, the planets can have a win
rate. So basically it's not not 100% winnable.
With your NFT, you will have a plus for that win rate.
And more rarity, more win rate.
And it makes sense on the last planets
because you only have like 50% of win rate.
But you will be winning like $100.
It's important there to add like an extra 10% of win rate but you will be winning like hundred dollars it's important there to to add like a 10 an extra 10 percent of win rate i don't know
if you got my point but that's the idea behind the the rarities it's not about
the token it's more about the game itself oh yeah no i definitely get your
get your approach there it's it's kind of something that i've seen lately or

like, right? And I think this also incentivizes people to kind of stay active, do some more

NFTs, but then I think one of the best perks of the game that will people
love the game will be our internal marketplace.

And basically what CarbX is, is it's a way to,
it's a project that's going to be built on the blockchain to basically offer
users a way to monetize their carbon credits.
And what that means is essentially for everyday things that we
do when it comes to traveling, whether we take a flight,
whether we take public transportation, whether we take a flight, whether we take public transportation,
whether we drive a vehicle, motorcycle, whatever, anytime we're basically burning carbon credits,
the project is in place to actually monetize it. Similar to, I guess you could say that, you know,
when you have your Fitbit, how it will track your steps, your heartbeat, all of that types of stuff.
Essentially what the platform CarbX is going to be doing is it's going to be tracking your carbon
usage. We have a B2B model that's currently in place and then we have a B2C model. I was brought
on basically because of my experience in blockchain. the founders and the devs, they are smarter
than heck.
They've been working on this project for about four years.
Essentially they were thinking about launching on Matic, where they kind of built their token
and everything else on that, and they were going to try to get some funding.
But with market conditions and the way they saw things going, they didn't
see Matic being basically the channel that they wanted to go with. And so because I know
them on a personal level, IRL, and they know what I've been doing, they asked, you know,
basically my opinions on what blockchains and everything I thought would be good for
them to launch on. My suggestion obviously was Solana mainly because of the user base, what they're
currently doing in the space, how they're just making it easier to onboard everyday people,
and essentially that's what they want to do with this Carbix platform is they want to bring it to
everyday users as well as business to businesses, And on top of that, they are also working
on government agencies and other international regulations
because of the need for it in the marketplace.
Currently, there are other companies
that do similar to what Carbex is doing.
The big significant difference is Carbex
actually has people that work in the field that have
been doing this with a background.
And they're actually using blockchain technology to make sure that it's actually verified because
the current system is in place with a lot of other competitors and other companies.
They don't have that verification system and they don't have a structured down that really
kind of makes sense on a broad scale.
So this is what Carbex is looking
to do. And I'd be happy to take any questions because we are still early and there's a lot to
go over and since this is our first introduction I love to you know just kind of lay it on easy
and if anyone has any questions definitely dig in and we can go more into it. Yeah bro I just got to

you have been working on this project and it's, you know, fairly new to a lot of people here in

something that's a bit different or hasn't been built yet in this ecosystem. So and I feel like
Carb X has that potential to do that, you know what I'm saying? With what they're trying to do,
with the fact that they're, you know, kind of a green kind of, you know, way to kind of give back to everybody as well and being efficient in that sense.
So I definitely got to give it to that.
No, yeah. And, you know, what we talked about it when we were working together, main reason why I said I wanted to definitely work with you is one, again, you've been consistent in the space, you know, and that's what something
need, you know, that's what a project and a community that's trying to build in the
blockchain space, they need that consistency, they need people that are there. Market is
up or down, where their projects in or out, whatever you just and you're an everyday user
and especially if you're gonna break into you know if you're gonna build your
project in your platform on blockchain it's essential that you network with
the other communities that have been around for a very long time and even
some of the new and upcoming ones
that really have some utility base
and some following behind them.
Because like you said,
there's a lot of projects with similarities, Carbex,
it did catch my eye because it's something different.
It is again, a way to be greener,
but essentially, it's a way to monetize
what I do every day. I'm out in the field, you know, I take vacations with my family and take flights, you know,
I'll take an Uber ride while I'm shuttling around the city.
All of these types of things, everyday things that we're doing.
That's what Carb X is looking to do.
It's looking to monetize your, your basically your carbon use for you to either make money
on it or to actually, well, to monetize.
You can sell it off to businesses.
You can use it for tax purposes.
I mean, there, there's a lot of use case scenarios.
And again, the founders and the devs,
they've been working on this for years.
One, the CEO, he is actually, he works in the Bay area
and he works for the San
Francisco Department of Transportation.
And they have systems and protocols in place, again, that need to be better, need
to be tracked. They have to, you know, basically file reports and other things
with the government, state and federal.
And this is where he saw an opportunity.
And then his partner, who's the CFO,
again he has basically the engineering background so when it comes diving into the tokenomics,
the application, development all on a large scale to bring it to you know again B2B and B2C
and then to governments that's where his expertise rose in. So again it's a great opportunity

And being able to use this platform to monetize just, you know, you doing deliveries all day,
you know what I'm saying? Like I feel like, you know, instead of the tips now, you can fucking
earn some car bags, you know what I'm saying? Or whatever the case may be to cash it in.
And that brings me to my next question, you know, when the earning, you
know, is it going to be a Solana token and is this a token going to be redeemable
for, you know, cash or, or other incentives or items or, you know, gift
cards, something like that.
So, yeah, so essentially how it's going to start off with, like the first phase is we're actually going to do an NFT, which the NFT is going to be used.
It's going to be a two part process. It's going to be one to raise seed funding to build more of the things that the project needs to build.
But essentially, it's also going to act as a rewarding mechanism. The token and the tokenomics and all of this is on the website and in the white
paper are going to be built on the Solana blockchain.
So CarbX has its own native token.
That token will be able to be exchanged for USDC on Solana or
Solana itself. That was the big reason why, uh,
they initially wanted to be on Mic because of fees and gas rates
and everything.
So that was the cheaper route.
But when it came to obviously market share and how many users and where the people are
at currently, Solana just has a bigger and farther reach.
And so that's why it will be built on that.
So you will be able to exchange that.
At the same time is, yes, future plans,
because people will have an app
that will be tied to their phone that they can track,
they can exchange directly on.
There will be reward systems that will be built in.
So the company, again, will have giveaways
besides the token itself, but there'll be other ways to,
again, to monetize and earn rewards in the future.

I'm always looking for the opportunity for obviously, you know, the direction that we're going.

So that's actually that's actually a really good question. So the way the way the app and the way
the project is going to be designed it's it's designed to actually help change people's habits
when it comes to especially travel and how they can earn their like how they can earn
carbon credits because the the premise for this was obviously there was you know government wise
there's the green new deal you know around the world they're trying to you know cut down on
excess use of whatever pollutants and so forth so the platform is designed for you to kind of help
you change your habits um in a better way.
But it also helps monetize, again, even if you're taking a walk, rather than taking transportation
that obviously pollutes the air if you're using, you know, a vehicle, you get rewarded for those.
And the way the app will work is it will be tied to your phone. So essentially, you know,
distance traveled similar to, you know, distance traveled similar
to you know, Fitbit is the best way I can put it for now is it marks you know how far
that you travel. If you take you know, public transportation rather than driving, it also
notes for that. So and it gives you a reward multiplier at a higher base rate when you're
actually produce basically giving back and being greener with your choices that you make when it comes to traveling

be very easy for them to, you know, interact with this platform. So I think it's something that is
going to be very easy for everybody to use as well. I think what kind of takes my interest with this

is corporate America is all about, at least in my area where I live, the state and corporate
America are all about offsetting their carbon footprint.
And what they do is they buy that, you know, the corporation or the state will buy into
carbon exchanges.
I guess I don't know what it is or how it works.
But like, I've always wondered, you know, okay, so corporate America is doing that and trying to offset their carbon footprint.
And I've always wondered, but I've never done research, but, you know, I've always wondered if there's like a, like a, like a, just, just a normal consumer level type of carbon footprint or carbon offset type of thing.
And it's something like this is what Carbac is, right?
Yes. So essentially, that's where kind of the revenue model comes in for this, because
businesses and corporations, they, again, a lot of them have mandates,
depending on what sector that they're in. But a lot of them are doing this are required
to for regulations, and they don't have an easy way to do this or a verified tracking
systems as consistent across the board. This is where Carb X comes in. And again, this
is where the founders and the devs. This is where they knowX comes in. And again, this is where the founders and the devs,
this is where they know all the juicy facts and all the background and everything that you need to know
and can answer because they work with these governments
and they've worked with businesses
where this has to be applied.
So this is how they were able to build the system
in order to not only work for the businesses, but this is where they wanted to expand it and offer it to consumers because again, you as a consumer can monetize your carbon credits.
And again, what you can do is you can actually sell it off to these corporations that actually need it in order for them because they have a certain quota you could say that they have to have when they file.
And so this is where the monetization comes in.
But on a, on the, at the same time as his businesses, such as for example,
an airliner, because they're traveling, they have so many flights going,
they actually have to file all of this.
And right now they don't have an actual system
that tracks everything efficiently on a larger scale. And this is again, where they get they're
basically seeing a need, they're filling in that gap, and then basically being able to generate
revenue from actually them purchasing the technology, and then bringing it to the customer
to where they can monetize it. Also on their end. And then again, the final step is government regulations and basically
city and state, you know, Department of Transportation is just making sure that they can implement
these systems on a larger scale. So yeah, I mean, again, this is the first space there's
a lot when I met with the devs and the founders when they were going over everything
and diamond Marquino's, we got the white paper that we went through.
And I mean, they talked a lot and there's a lot that went over my head.
And so when they asked, you know, what do you think I said, well, we got to simplify
it for everyday people.
If you're trying to bring it to market, like how can we simplify it? Because half of what you said just went over
my head. Now I know it's you guys got all the info, you know, especially when you get
into these special meetings with directors and all corporate heads and so forth. But
I said, for the everyday consumer and everyday user, simplify it for me. And this is how
I was able to simplify it is it's a way for us as an everyday user to basically just monetize our carbon use. And going further besides
the travel, they also have built into the model, anyone that's even mining Bitcoin
or cryptocurrency that actually produces a carbon footprint. So all of that,
there's other applications besides the big travel ones. That's just the easy way and the
tangible way to kind of just, you know, obviously create people that, you know, if they have any
questions or they're interested, you know, how can they, how can they actually put some tangible
piece to it? That's the easiest ways based on travel, but there are more ways to actually
monetize the carbon usage that the platform is also going to have.

most secure way to basically for all data transactions, everything to be

forth, they need to see everything.
And so blockchain is very transparent.
And it's very secure.
So that's why they wanted to build it on this because there are other companies, like I
said, other competitors that have tried to do this just from a Web2's point of view,
and they weren't able to do it because there's, there's too many gaps when it comes to a lot of the back end things
that need to be verified and secured.
So again, this was the move to build on blockchain.
They are the first ones that are doing this.
And again, they've been working on this for the last three years, three to four years.
They have the experience in the in the industry, which is great.
And this is, you know, this is the time now for them to launch
because they've been building this on the back end.
Now it's to bring into market,
get a community involved around it.
They should have a test.
We're gonna have like a beta test app
for some users to actually participate in
by the April 21st.
