is up jj how's your weekend going?
Hey, GM, GM, everyone. My weekend has been fantastic. I too have been a little busy in
real life. For me, I started my journey to stop trading time for money back in 2021 when I quit
the nine to five and pursued pretty much acquiring assets that produce income for me, right? So for me,
like my bread and butter is my real estate portfolio. My wife and I, we own a handful of
rentals and that's what generates a lot of income for us. But I'm also a licensed realtor.
My wife and I, we also own our franchisee owner operators. And for me,
it was real, real important when my son was born that, you know, I reclaim my time and not have a
cap on my income. And so like I quit the nine to five and have these other streams of income that
work for me now. Right. But today I had my realtor hat on. I hosted a
open house here in Delaware for one of my listings. And we did that today. We did that
yesterday. So we was cooking with that. And then the rest of the day was family time, to be honest
with you, man. So because I am so blessed in that I don't have a nine to five, I'm so blessed in that, you know, I don't have a nine to five. I'm so blessed that I don't have to ask
permission for time off. I'm so blessed that I can step up and coach my little son's little league
teams. I have a six-year-old and a four-year-old. You know, one plays machine pitch at 38 miles an
hour. My little guy does t-ball. And so today was our little league, right? Like the
actual league, all teams went to the minor league game here in Wilmington, Delaware. So, you know,
those minor league games for baseball are so fun. The tickets are cheap. The food is cheap.
Every seat in the stadium is a good seat. So, you know, we were vibing out at the game today.
Now my wife is getting ready to put the boys to bed.
It's their bedtime.
We got school tomorrow.
And, you know, it's kind of like not the calm before the storm.
It's like the storm before the calm.
So, you know, she's over there, you know, dealing with them, brushing their teeth and getting them ready for bed and all that.
But, you know, super blessed to be up here, man.
You know, just giving everyone on the stage their flowers for their contributions to the space, to Web3, to, you know, crypto and allowing projects and community members like myself to come up.
And, you know, really, I don't like not even chill, bro,
because like I can care less if anyone goes and takes action, right?
Like my bag is secure.
I'm just up here sharing blessings, sharing opportunities,
letting people know, like you don't know how often I read on the timeline,
like, wait, what's a giraffe?
Like where you guys come from?
And it's like, yo, we've been building since 2021, fam. Like, Gary, you know, we started the project over on EVE. We migrated to
Solana. Like Mr. Greenity said, you know, we've had different variations of what we were doing
with Giraffe and Gary Club. You know, when he was introduced, you know, we were in the social five
phase, helping first community, helping communities build their Web3 community.
And then we kind of leaned into the whole Front Tech side.
You know, we had tech before Front Tech for helping creators launch their own creator coins and tokenizing their community and utility.
where we're at, man, and where we're cooking,
and the opportunities that I'm super excited and hyped to be sharing
is our mission to help others and everyone stop trading time for money.
And what that looks like is, you know,
having digital assets in the form of a giraffe, NFT, and Gary coin
to unlock an autonomous trading agent for you on the Solana blockchain
that has different skills and knowledge bases that's built in.
It has like just the tech and the development behind the machine is insane.
I'll be happy to go into more in depth there and answer questions.
But just from the surface level, it's just owning AI to work for us.
you know, just from the surface level, it's just owning AI to work for us, because I think we can
all agree here in this space, because of how tapped in and locked in we are, that, you know,
we see the writing on the wall that AI is coming for every fucking job, like, in a couple weeks now,
Tesla's getting ready to launch, like, their cyber cabs in Austin, right? So like you can own a fleet of cars, you can own an asset that goes to
work for you, right? So, you know, we're kind of on that phase of this whole teeter-totter, this
whole seesaw is like the writing is on the wall. So many people's jobs are going to get, you know,
just completely wiped out because of AI. And instead of us waiting for AI to be our boss, where are you going to be
using AI to work for us and stack games for us in the form of, you know, trading on the Solana
blockchain, man. So just super excited and super blessed to be able to share that opportunity.
We'll be cooking all night tonight. And, you know, at the end of the day, you know, if you believe
kind of what we're building or you want to kind of see for yourself from the inside, go ahead, grab, you know, the assets that need it.
If not, you know, we're still going to cook. We're still going to rise to that number one spot on Solana for NFT projects.
And, you know, I'll end here for right now that, you know, I'm a firm believer that action takers will be rewarded and have been rewarded in our space and holders will be blessed.
And, you know, what we're doing with our giraffe NFTs and what Gary has been able to develop and really build hype around is reasons not to sell your NFT.
You know, a lot of these projects that launch, you know, the utility is price goes up, sell
and then you're
left out not with your community
if you have one asset
here we're giving you an incentive to hold on to your
asset because the longer you hold it
the more work is going to put in

I see it with others that, you know, I'm in part of some groups and I know in the background they're they're cooking some things up like Greenity, you know.
So it's like I love to see these things because it to me, it motivates me to keep going and keep pushing forward because it's everybody's cooking
right now. Everybody's cooking something, whether you know it or you don't, you know?
So I love to see it. I did want to ask you, JJ, how did you get yourself involved with the giraffes?
What's kind of your story and background on that? Oh yeah, that's a fun question. And you're absolutely right, Marky.
Like, everyone is cooking, and that's what the space,
that's what Solana needs, man.
And, like, it can't just be one project carrying, you know,
the weight of the whole ecosystem. So everybody cooking definitely contributes to that.
So that's A1 for me.
So how I came into Gary and Gir and giraffe tower it started back in 2021 so
hold on sorry i just took a rip and had to call um so it like it started back in 2021 so like i i
grew up in new york city i grew up in a spanish harlem uh new york city born and raised uh you
know my family i could tell bro you got a little accent i could definitely tell
yeah i i take i take pride in my accent man because like i go when i go back home to the
city or whatever all my friends be trying to troll me and shit like i like they they say i
talk southern because i live in delaware now so you know i i'm happy that you know that cute that
comes through um but nah man so i was born where you where are you from originally so new york city but uh my
family is puerto rican okay both sides yeah let's go yeah i love it i love it man yeah man so so for
me like growing up in new york city you know it was a very different especially in the projects
in the hood like I had a very
different or not a different I think a bunch of us can relate to this but my mindset around money
was was scarcity like my mom is an OG being able to like hold on and clutch on to $20 for like half
a year fam like like you know just that kind of stuff right so and in 2021, you know, when I so I'll rewind.
I would it was 2018. My first son was born.
I was not even 30 years old and I was making real good money here in Delaware.
My salary was about one hundred and six thousand dollars a year.
I had two annuities, two pensions. I had my home.
I had a couple of real estate properties, a car, graduated from college,
like quote unquote, living that program American dream. But as I realized real quick, as soon as
my son was born, I realized, and it was a reality check that my time is not my time.
My son was born on a Saturday, right? And on Sunday, I had to meet my director to debrief him for some shit that was going down for work.
And the motherfucker made me, not made me, I had an opportunity, but like if I would have chosen otherwise, I would have been left without a job.
So he made me drive 45 minutes from the hospital to meet him.
The motherfucker showed up 30 minutes late.
We chatted for like 20 minutes.
And then I drove 45 minutes back to the hospital.
My wife gave natural birth.
And, you know, I felt ashamed.
I felt less than I didn't feel like a dad.
I didn't feel like a husband because I had to leave my family less than 24 hours.
Right.
And so that like the shit, it rocked me to my core.
Like, so that was Sunday.
Monday, I had off.
Tuesday, I had off.
We had our first pediatrician appointment.
I was back to work on Wednesday.
And then I put in my resignation on Friday.
I took a salary cut, you know, like, from $106,000 to, like, about $70,000.
But I sort of regained some of my time back. I got
my evenings and weekends back for the most part. But from 2018 to 2021, I hustled hard in the
background, you know, to put a plan into motion, which meant, you know, acquiring real estate
property and refinancing the properties that I had to give me a runway. And so in 2021, in April, 2021,
I had a refinance. I was able to cash out refinance. So I had bought a home for $85,000
back in 2013. And then around this time, around 2021, it is like the home is appreciating for
close to $180,000, like crazy. So I was able to extract
some equity, keep my mortgage payment down, have tenants pay for the mortgage, and then give myself
a runway. I found myself alone, Marquis, like alone. All of my friends from the hood didn't
understand entrepreneurship other than doing what you have to do on the corner to bring some money in. My pops straight
up told me, like, yo, son, you're making a bad decision. You need to stick with this union job
and the annuities and your future and shit like that. So when I became a full-time entrepreneur
with my wife, it was super lonely. You usher in the time where clubhouse was super popular. And I was in with, I would say,
I found myself in a clubhouse with like-minded individuals pursuing or in
entrepreneurship.
And then Gary club is hosting a bunch of rooms around marketing and business
coaching.
And so I came across Gary before we were even a Web3 community.
And Gary had an offer for a business coach and to be a business coach.
And I took him up on that offer.
And that's kind of how our paths cross, you know,
me looking for community for entrepreneurs.
So, you know, so I can, you know,
be inspired in the around like-minded individuals
and around community with similar paths.
And so Gary Club at the time was just that,
like a business coaching kind of environment
and community around that.
And then he started fucking around with blockchain
and tokenized and ushered in the community into Web3.
And I've been along for the ride the whole time.
I was like, fuck it.
Like, we're all in on this stuff.
So, no, dude, I just want to say I appreciate that story, dude.
Me personally, I love to, you know, meet the people behind the PFP.
You know, we see a lot of PF, and that's usually all we ever see.
So it's nice to get some background stories on people,
get to know who you really are, bro,
and really feel the genuine side of yourself, bro.
You know what I'm saying?
Because I think it's bigger than the project itself.
It's bigger than what you guys are doing.
It's as big as the people behind it.
So it's always nice to kind of start off as big as the people behind it so it's always nice to kind of
start off and and learn behind the people behind it so i really do appreciate you opening up dude
and and giving us that backstory
yeah it's my it's my pleasure fam i i agree with you 100 that it's it's the people it's the energy
behind the pfp and you know that's one thing that I take pride in and that, you know, made me comfortable and confident and convicted ultimately in Giraffe and Gary Club is that, you know, for the most part, like, so Gary himself is docs, like the founder.
And a bunch of us creators, a bunch of us core community members, like we're docs ourselves.
Like, I'm telling you, I'm a licensed realtor in delaware
it's not fucking hard to find you know and um i say that to say that you know it's it's really
important to um uh just be able to share that side like being being being open and and shit like that
so yeah love it man love it so tell me a little bit and and i see gary in the building i

about you know some of the utility uh behind with the giraffes yeah so real quick Gary is definitely

But yeah, as far as right now, what our utility is right now is, you know, you get a PFP.
And, you know, that's pretty much you should always expect because I say that because this utility wasn't built in.
This utility that we have now is a result of, you know, Gary trying to figure out a product market fit for Web3.
And we've had various variations of what utility looks like withholding giraffe.
You know, when I first got my bag of, you know, 25 plus giraffe to be considered a whale,
the utility was coaching.
So instead of charging coaching in a fiat annual fee,
coaching came in the form of holding assets.
So as long as you hold your assets, you get the value of the coaching. And when you're done with the coaching, when you feel you sponge that all in, you go ahead and you sell your asset.
And it's way better than a course that you can't resell. Right.
Like that was the thought process then right now what the utility is man is
you know uh we've noticed that when we give people the recipe to cook people people don't want to
work and and cook the recipe like you have all of the instructions i'm i'm 100 guilty of this where
you know life happens like you know like if i, like if I'm going to put it,
like I got to put in work and you got to build it and all of this. So, you know, what we found
in this variation of utility is that we make it super easy for everyone who has a dream to stop
trading time for money. You know, tomorrow is about to be Monday. I remember what it's like
waking up on Monday morning after a lit weekend, whether,
you know, you're out partying or just vibing with family. Like, I know what it's, I remember what
it's like to relax, wake up on Monday and just be in the Monday blues. Like, fuck, like, I got to
do this bullshit. I got to deal with fucking, you know, this person at the office or the fucking commute or you know you're like you're
you're reminded of the bills that are coming due right and so with with what we're trying to do is
you know we believe in not trading time for money and so with with with the digital assets you know
to stop to stop doing that you know your utility is you hold one giraffe you hold 1000 gary and with that you
unlock an autonomous ai trading bot um similar to you know bonk bot or gmgn interface you know right
now it's uh the the stack of asian bot will be built in telegram uh and then that will be migrated
into more like an app feel as we continue
to go through our journey.
But to answer your question, the utility is if you want an agent to lock in, to analyze
charts, to understand when to enter, when to exit per your configuration, depending on
what skill set you want to run. Like these AI agents have right now we're testing live a max extract skill.
And what this skill pretty much is, is that we found in our data that about 70% of the time when a new token, for example, on PUP that fund launches,
example, on PUP that fund launches and it breaks through the ceiling of a 500K market cap, like
within the first 12 hours, that coin is likely to run. How high it runs and for how long, you know,
that's still the game. But, you know, they're supporting data that shows breakthrough 500K
likely to run. So, you know, one quick takeaway, everything that we're sharing and that we have, you can do manually, right?
So right now, everyone in the audience, you know, if you have a GMGN account, do your filters.
You have your coins that are just launched.
You have your coins that are getting ready, that are completing in the middle.
And then all the way on the right, you have coins that have completed, right? And so I implore everyone, go to the filter all the way on the right-hand
side where it's completed. Set your criteria to 12 hours and set a market cap between 350
and like 750 to kind of catch these runners. And just You can, not that you can TA, but you can look at data and it supports,
yo, breaks through 500K, likely to run.
And so you can lock in, I can lock in, and we can, you know, make gains.
But the issue with that, fam, is that likely, at least for me,
how busy I am in real life and managing my businesses
and being involved in community and being a dad and a
husband and all of this, like I can only lock in maybe for like an hour and a half, two hours max
looking at charts. Then when I'm looking at charts, I can only maybe, I'll be 100% real with you, Marquis, maybe follow two, maybe three charts. Having an AI agent for you,
it's analyzing all of the tokens on the blockchain, every single one of them. And if there is momentum,
if there are signals that we have built into our agent that are triggered for max extract,
that are triggered for max extract, you can have an agent go ahead and enter around 500,
run it up to the top, a local high. As soon as there's momentum shifting, volume dying down,
more sell pressure than buy pressure, big wallets liquidating their position, like all these
different things that we can monitor manually or done for you service agent analyzing it.

And even though it's my day off, I'm still cooking because my kids want me to cook. So I'm barbecuing up some, some Chuck and some hot links and we're about to eat
dinner. And so since I had some free time, I said, Hey, Marquis, my boy has a space. So I'll tune on
in, listen. And I caught some interesting info about the draftss i actually had a question in regards to it just because again um
i don't know if i caught the whole the whole uh spiel but in regards to um what they're building
and the box and everything because again i do a lot of trading in regards to regular utility
coins meme coins and so forth and obviously you know there's different exchanges everyone has bots and so forth so just as a general thing for anyone coming in because obviously
you know if you're a holder um you get access to obviously um what gary's building um what's just
maybe some of the perks just for if you're if you're someone that's coming in and obviously
you're on a budget not everyone's gonna have you know 12 12 soda drop on a draft to get some of the features there's other ways they can go about getting
trading bots and everything that can help all the meme coins what's maybe some of the keys like key
points that would want to push someone um to more so go with you folks and what gary's building

Yeah, that's a great question, man. And we're already experiencing that, you know, this,
like our project is getting out of reach, right? And, you know, we have humble beginnings, right?
And I say that to say, like, just in January, our floor was half a Solana. And from January to now,
we were able, we've been able to cook, right? And so as far as kind of what differentiates us from
others, first and foremost, not for it to sound semantics, right? Sound like semantics, but
this is not a bot. This is an AI agent. So it's's analyzing it's uh executing it's triggering like you can
theoretically like i plan to manage my my agents uh regularly um but you can theoretically
buy the giraffe buy the gary coin and fund your agent one solanaana, two Solana, five Solana, $10,000, however much you're comfortable with.
And you can just set the parameters.
Hey, agent, I want you to scour all of the tokens on the Solana blockchain.
And I want you to look and identify opportunities for at least a 40% return on that trade.

you can say, all right, I want you to swing trade daily and bring home a 10% gain every single day.
And it'll go trade, you know, Jupe and Solana and, you know, the, the stable coins and all of the pairs and all of that.
So all that to say it's an agent and it's, it's not a bot.
It's analyzing, it's being fed raw data.
Our data is actually more reliable than like a bird eye.
So like, we're not relying on API latencies or anything like that.

I strongly believe that any giraffe under 20 Solana is free, is fun. I think we're going to
see a 20 Solana floor very soon. I believe that in the very near future, we're going to blow every
project out of the water with our floor. And that's my conviction play. But if that's out of reach, what I want to share with you is that not only do we have, like, a, you know, Gary, if you go to his page and you go to his timeline, he put out a post earlier today.
And, you know, a lot of projects got called out on this.
And there's a lot of projects kind of getting a little salty because, you know, we do our marketing a little
bit differently. Like we like to have fun. Right. And so it like, because we operate on the blockchain
and everything is transparent, you know, people lie, you know, men and women lie, numbers don't.
Right. And so what, what we were able to do is analyze some of the most common
projects out here. Actually, I can, I can pull it up and start reading it to you.
But all that to say, like, Giraffe Tower has outperformed
every single NFT on the market right now, right?
Period.
And similarly, we have the highest, the best return on our coin.
So, you know, for GaryCoin year to date,
so from January 1 to right now, you're, for Gary coin year to date. So from January one to right now,
you're at about a 500 plus return and we're outperforming everybody. Bitcoin, Solana,
Fartcoin, Pengu, like literally any coin you name. And actually I'm pulling up my ph on Liquid right now,
but everyone probably has at least 34 cents in dust somewhere in their wallets,
and you can get one Gary coin.
Obviously, the bigger, the better,
but with these kind of returns of 586% to date that that can be a play too you know i i know people like uh people like
joe you know you talk talks about you know bringing in you know three four thousand dollars
buying these assets and now the assets being worth closer to fifty thousand dollars so there's that
place so if your liquidity is tied up if you're not giraffe fish enough to rotate your liquidity
and full port into giraffe into gary coin start with one gary coin a couple of gary coin a bag
of gary coin and watch that you know we're at 34 cents now at the beginning of the year we were at
four cents so you know four cents to 34 cents you know i see us landing closer to uh 50 cents by the time all this is uh released
and then giraffe um again from half a solana floor to 12 solana floor and i believe we land
uh by the time the tech is released closer between like 20 30 solano

kind of stuff. So I say that to say, I'm good, man. I'm blessed. And I know the abundant blessings
coming my way. And I sleep good at night knowing that I'm not gatekeeping. I'm not over here like,
don't tell nobody I need to buy all the giraffe. It's the opposite. It's like when I'm on the up of, when I'm flying in wallets on any site, like when you see them stack,
because also what we did real quick is every wallet that is unlocked with their giraffe and
their Gary coin, the wallet address is going to start with Gary. So you're going to be able to
easily identify, you know, which wallets are part of the Gary ecosystem.
And when we're at the top of the P&L, like I'm not going to lose sleep because I knew that I did my best to at least share the opportunity.
I'm not forcing anyone to buy. I'm not sell. What is it? Self-shaming anyone when they sell and they fumble the bag or anything like that.
I'm just I'm doing me. I'm out here. I'm aware of an opportunity and I'm sharing it.
And I do this with everything.
So like I opened up in the beginning of the space,

four properties to quit my nine to five and just shifting that mindset, like people in the hood, like where I grew up, we didn't
talk about mortgages.
So what did I do?
I became a mortgage loan officer along my journey.
I learned the fucking game.
And then now we can talk about debt to income ratios.
We can talk about what lenders look to be lendable and stuff like that.
Like just real resources and tools and empowering my people who may have had a disconnect to those
resources. And it's no different here, fam. So yeah, man, I just appreciate you allowing the
space to have these conversations and these kind of shares and let people know what is possible
on on the on the overall uh solana ecosystem and you know like if you vibe come check us out do
your own research look into the numbers if you vibe you vibe if you don't you don't but you know
