Folks, yesterday we found out that all the jobs data was fake. Today we found out
that all the inflation fears about tariffs and their impact on CPI, PPI was fake as well. PPI
came in negative month over month, well under expectations. Our beloved internet coins are
loving that news. They are green here this morning.
Some are more green than others, and we'll talk about why that is on today's show.
Farouk will be with us in a little bit.

We'll start with the market report.
PPI coming in negative.
Oracle stock up 30%.
Crypto mining stocks catching a bit on the back of us.
It seems like the demand for AI data centers, AI infra, is soaring right now.
So that's helping a whole lot of crypto stocks.

It's going to the Supreme Court. Biggest mortgage interest in three years as interest rates are
finally starting to come down. It's funny how that works. We're going to talk about Senate
Democrats are coming to the table. They are reaching across the aisle. They want to talk

well. But let's get into the market report here to start things off. So crypto majors, baby. Oh boy,
we are green this morning. Bitcoin back over 114K. We haven't seen that number in a while. Up 2% on the day.
ETH flipping big green up 3%, $44.48. Solana leading the way up 6% at $225.
Getting to a critical level here. Perhaps some green skies ahead.

are going negative month over month. They're down 0.1% month over month. That is well below
expectations of a 0.3% increase rising now just 2.6% year over year. Again, well below 3.3% expected. So I believe stocks are green on the back of that. Yes.
S&P 500 up at new all time high on the back of this.
I want to say gold also is basically back to all time high.
Yeah. It's cruising at 3690.
The dollar down. It's doing all right today.
Looks like it's basically even hanging out at 97, 80, the 10 year hanging out at 4.06.
So it's, uh, where are we at in the week?
Yeah, down a bit from where we were last week, kind of chopping so far through this week.
Uh, we'll see.
We do have CPI data coming in tomorrow. I think that is still a hurdle
to get through. Getting very excited about this PPI print and what it means for inflation. I mean,
taking a step back, PPI decreasing means that we're perhaps avoiding a stagflation situation.
The Federal Reserve, their mandate of keeping inflation
manageable and boosting jobs. We know the jobs report was revised. The job situation is not great
in the US. The Fed has to fix that. Their other concern was balancing inflation. It seems like
inflation not as bad as it was made out to be. So it looks like we are set up well for rate cuts. I believe the CME has odds
of 50% up a bit. Yeah. So this was down to 8% yesterday, 8% chance of a 50 bips cut next week,
a week from today. At the next FOMC meeting, it is now 12%. So that's up 50% on the day. Let's
take a look at Polymarket. What is the Polymarket rate cut? Here we are.
Looks like, oh, wow, 17% on Poly. That's about as high as it has been. So again, a bit of a
disconnect. Polymarket bettors are much heavier on that 50 bps than CME. So a bit of an arp spot there as well. Clearly, are coins like this news? I also saw
a headline around mortgages. Let's see if I can pull this up. The mortgage numbers are the highest
they've been in three years. And that's across refinancing applications as well as new mortgages. So
the 10-year coming down, rates are dropping. There is more demand for housing in the US.
It's funny how that all works. I think the other big macro story of the day was out of Oracle
stock. This came in yesterday at close. And Oracle is up 40% today.
Wow.

And this comes on the back of some new information they released that basically demand for AI infra, AI data centers
is just well beyond what market expectations were.
So this stock absolutely soaring.
Several crypto stocks, mining stocks mooned on the back of this as well.
I saw Mando retweet Coldblood Shiller.
Coldblood Shiller called this out here this morning.
But just look at these moves.
CIFR, SIFR up 19% yesterday.
IRON up 15%.
RIOT, a big Bitcoin miner, that's up 13%.
American Bitcoin, another Bitcoin miner, up 11%.
Galaxy, who was getting into the data center
game, up 10% as well. So a huge day for the mining stocks. I haven't checked in yet this morning
to see how that is continuing, but certainly a big sector to watch there.
I think going down the risk curve a bit, I think the big strategy in coins has been POMP.
POMP now up a full 100% off the late August bottom.
It's at $5.6 billion.
Clean 2x in basically two, two and a half weeks. And for good reason. If you take a
look at the weekly revenue numbers, I tweeted this out this morning. Hyperliquid and Pump,
neck and neck, folks. Hyperliquid did $16 million in revenue in the past seven days. Pump's done
$14 million. Within 10%, Hype is trading at 10x the FDV. So there's a disconnect there.
And I think most are starting to realize that pump is likely undervalued comparatively here.
So I used to think $8 to $10 billion was perhaps the target level for pump, but I don't know.
That might be conservative.
I think it can clearly continue. And the Solana meme streets were alive yesterday. Some of the biggest green that I remember seeing for most of
this summer. I'm not crazy market caps by any means, but the IRENA token up 700% to $21 million on the day.
That's 67 coins, 6-7.
Up 30% got the Binance pump yesterday.
The Streamer coin up 300%.
It was up 400% when I woke up this morning.
Just broadly, some strong action on the board.
It's mostly pump coins, and it's driving the revenue,
which is driving the buybacks.
Pump continues to look good.
So those were some of the big movers that I saw.
We might go into some more specifics when Mando and Faroq end up joining.
I think arguably the biggest story of the day from a crypto perspective,
it wasn't really getting talked about much,
was this Senate Democrats headline.
So basically what's happening is
we know that the crypto market structure bill,
one of the most important bills to go through Congress here
for the remainder of 2025,
is up for discussion right now.
Setting the tone,
kind of setting back behind all of this,
the biggest concern on most people's minds
with this whole trend of crypto
becoming more and more politicized,
the Trump family leaning in,
perhaps enriching themselves,
is if there is a shift in power in 2028
or perhaps even in the midterms
that we might either see progress stalled
or at worst case, a lot of callbacks and reversals in 2028.
That is, I think, one of the more consensus fears out there for a broader group right now.
Well, we're starting to see some signs of progress, but that might not be, in fact, the case.
So it looks like yesterday a group of 12 Senate Democrats released a new policy framework.
It lays out the conditions that they want to have met for them to come to the table
to help work on bipartisan crypto market structure bills. So basically what they want,
their biggest demand, they want seats at the SEC and the CFTC. Both of those groups
have five commissioners. They are capped at three commissioners per party. The Democrats want their seats there.
They also want consumer protection conditions, jurisdictional clarity between the SEC and CFTC.
They want rules for these issuers.
They want guardrails on elicit finance.
They basically don't want any new crypto regulation to be bypassing existing TradFi regulations and securities regulations,
which on my read of this from
this reporting from Sandra Lutz, and I do encourage folks to go read this, it all felt pretty
reasonable to me. These were not outlandish requests or demands by any means from the Dems.
And I actually think this is incredibly positive. It shows that we can actually move forward.
And the situation does happen where Dems come to power in 2028.
Maybe we will have laid a real framework and groundwork that doesn't get reversed because both parties have effectively agreed on it.

that in 2028, all this will get reversed is an argument that has some holes in it.
Exactly how would that play out? I don't really know. It feels like one of those things that's
kind of a straw man to a degree, but I understand why folks are concerned about it.
And we also saw related to that the Trump family, Eric Trump was removed from Alt-Five Sigma, which is the World Liberty Phi backed company.
So he's off the board. So one Trump family member a bit removed from power, at least
at one new crypto entity. And we also saw the news that Trump Media, or Truth Social, Truth Social
and Truth Plus rather, they are going to move forward with a program that rewards their users'
gems with CRO tokens. So we already knew they had this partnership with Cronos, CRO, or Crypto.com rather,
and the CRO token.
It looks like True Social is not
going to launch its own token.
So they're just going to be partnering with CRO,
which I think is also a net possible.
We do not need another Trump
token hitting this market
at this point in time.
So I thought that was a big one.
Certainly some progress for us all to point to.
So I was quite happy about that.
I think another big headline from the day was,
oh, I keep pulling that up, was Hyperliquid.
So Hyperliquid has this ongoing proposal.

yeah sorry about that um traveling but i think i'm here i think i'm here awesome well we uh
we got you well i've been rambling running us through the news mando but i'm happy to take a step back. Man, big morning.
Yeah, the board looks really good.
PPI came in under.
Curious, what's top of mind for you?
I think it just,
we now have this macro setup where,
because PPI came in low and then we had the job revision yesterday,
we're looking highly likely
for multiple rate cuts by year end now,
potentially even some early next year. And that's just meant a bit more of a risk on attitude so um
it's obviously led by the majors i think bitcoin and solana have been the strongest
but this this is also now extending into like um majority of the solana alts as well
and all the revenue generating protocols but
it's kind of what we said on monday or what i was speaking about over the weekend just
a lot of people had taken profits or had were talking about you know this is the end of the
cycle after a 10 move lower in or in bitcoin and a 15 move lower ETH. And I just didn't see it.
It didn't feel frothy by any means.
And I think we're now chasing the best narratives higher.
Things like Pump, Hype, Athena, all felt like chases.
And then now it feels like maybe even some of the meme coins
look like they're getting chased higher
pengu far coin being probably like the two biggest in solana but this feels like it could
extend down so i really like the setup here i think people were under invested and and now i
think we're gonna hitchhire what often happens is happens is, you know, PPI came out today.
We will have an even more important metric tomorrow, which is CPI,
and often that can reverse some of the gains from today.
But, yeah, I just don't really see the really bearish setup here
other than we've come so far, which I don't know if that's really enough.
Yeah, I'm with you there. I'm trying to pull up. Yeah, here we are. So Bitcoin back over 114.
I've once again found myself getting very excited. And I do know that we have to get through CPI tomorrow.
So I guess we've got CPI tomorrow and then probably clear skies until next
Wednesday,
maybe some de-risking ahead of next Wednesday's FOMC.
Is it going to be 25 bips?
Is it going to be 50 bips?
It will be 25,
but I think,
I think we'll leave a lot of room.
We have to understand that 50 bps, a 50-bit move often indicates that the Fed needs to admit they got stuff wrong.
And I don't think they will.
So I think they just stick it at 25 and that indicates they're going to do more.
I think that we are going to see more volatility, but we're going to go higher.
That's my guess.
I continue, you know, I made the call on the show.
We had caught an all-time high by the end of October and didn't feel like that was going to happen.
I think we're still going to do that.
So I think you're meant to own these things.
JLP continues to be my favorite major exposure, let's say.
Hit another all-time high again today um
just an obvious trade in my opinion i've got a decent bag of this now and uh and then in terms
of all coins which i like look i do think some of the major memes suddenly look okay
some of the major memes suddenly look

in terms of that breakout.
I still think
I prefer to own
Bitcoin and JLP as the
majority of my bag, but yeah.
It does feel like
some of the memes are bouncing here.
They are.
Let's take a look at the

Pump has been a good trade.
And Hype and Athena seem like,
but it feels like everyone's in those trades.
Yeah.
Pyth is still up there.
They got the benefit from the whole chain link.
Yeah.
U.S. government data coming on chain using their oracles.
Everyone's talking Pomp, Hyperliquid, Athena.
Farouk heard that we were talking about memes.

Pingu's up 15%.
Pumping Talks up 40%. It's one of the biggest movers in all of crypto. Bonk's up 15%. WIFS up 12%. Farcoin's
up 11%. Popcat's up 10%. I mean, it
does look like pretty much all the big memes. Useless is up 26%.
Most of the big memes are up 10%, 15%. And it feels
like this move just getting started.
We talked about this Doge ETF.
Doge ETF is coming tomorrow, folks,
which might light this market on fire even more.
But a part of it, and we haven't talked about Solana yet
on this show, Farouk.
But I think we need to hit 225 this morning.
We bottomed it.
I mean, this show is one of the only shows in all of crypto that told you that Solana was bottomed at 160 when everybody pivoted to Ethereum during the DAT run.
I'm just saying.
It looks real good.
So where did we bottom in April?
Solana bottomed 107.
Yeah, we went to like
one low hundreds 107 so it's up a clean 2x wouldn't be surprised if we even ticked to 98
99 like it was like really bad dude it was sentiment was in the gutter like look bottom
ticked on trading view was actually oh wow dude 95 tyler on trading view like if you go bottom Oh, wow, dude. 95, Tyler, on TradingView.
If you go bottom, bottom, tick, 95.
Then even in August, we got the big pump to end July,
all the way back to 205.
And then it went straight back to 150,
and everyone, again, was just kind of the chorus that
Solana's stuck in the range.
