ETH, basically even.

I think stocks have flipped green on the day here as well.
Pump, top mover on the board, up 6% as Alan is getting his voice back
and has been super active on the timeline.

The ETH ETFs flipped green again on Tuesday, $73 million in net inflows
after a two-day outflow streak, though the Bitcoin ETFs now on a four-day outflow streak, though the Bitcoin ETFs are now on a four-day outflow streak.
So ETH ETFs are outperforming.
The biggest news of the day, the SEC confirmed that Ethereum staking protocols such as Lido and Solana's Gito will be exempted from SEC securities loss,
likely opening the door for everything staking-related in crypto.
So that was a big one.
We had stablecoin usage.
Some stats from July here.
Stablecoin usage hit a new all-time high of $1.5 trillion.

Then we also had Hyperliquid.
Earned 35% of all blockchain revenue in the month of July.
So that was a pretty dominant figure there.

Coinbase is planning to raise $2 billion
via a convertible note
offering. Then Solana,

add 83,000 ETH in the

but the rest of the earnings are being beat left and right.

Bitcoin's $1.142.
Ethereum's still strongest horse on the seas.

Solana's $1.65.
And our memes seems to be rebounding a little bit.

We're starting to see a few more like tariff headlines.
Basically, India, that was very close to a trade deal, has been importing a lot of the Russian oil alongside China.
So Trump's annoyed about that because he's trying to get Russia to come to the table for negotiation around Ukraine. And now he's slapped 25% tariffs on India because of that.
So market maybe didn't like that. It's been like a bit of a shaky period here for a stock market.
I think six out of the last seven sessions have been negative, not like crazy amounts,
but we had that rebound on Monday and then we had another negative day yesterday.
So it's like stocks have come off a little bit of a high.
So that kind of makes sense with where crypto is.
You're sort of a bit more like dollar strength as well.
So macro just isn't as strong as it has been for the last couple of months.
Yeah, but I'm even seeing like up down, it's not that much.
So we'll see what happens on that.
And Tyler, let's just go through the headlines then.
Let's just see what our top headlines are today.
I think the biggest one is out of the SEC.
So they have now issued a statement on certain liquid staking activities,
effectively exempting major Ethereum and Solana staking protocols
like Lido and Gito from their securities laws.
They're saying that liquid staking tokens will not be treated as securities under U.S. regulations.
This comes after several months, perhaps years of speculation on whether or not the SEC would go after this specific niche.
So why this matters, there's probably five major impacts here.
So for one, this is huge for Lido and the overall broader staking economy on ETH.
Huge for Gito on Solana and their infrastructure.
It's huge for DeFi and just broader staking protocols across DeFi, which now likely have the green light.
ETFs, those staking ETFs, this was probably the final hurdle we needed to get through
to get those approved
and across the finish line.
So I think it's huge
for the ETH and SOL staking ETFs.
Then arguably my biggest takeaway
from all this is
the SEC announced Project Crypto last week
and they are getting to work.
Yeah, dude.
They're rolling out the announcements
and actually starting to pave the way to make
Project Crypto happen.
I really like the pace
at which they're working right now.
I think what might have been a multi-year
implementation of this Project Crypto,
maybe it happens in the next six months.
This is insane.
At least for a lot of major bullparts.

I saw Jesse Powell ask for his $30 million back.

Kraken got sued for this like a year ago.

I mean, pour one out, I guess, for everyone who spent so much on legal fees.

What Axel allows you to do is you can create an account with just an email address and start up a savings account.
Basically a bank account, but it's just all online.
It's just all virtual.
You can fund it via a bank
transfer or a usdc deposit so it is crypto native and then you can get six to ten percent apy on
your savings and how they do that is they connect to d5 protocols on chain like ave or morpho and
they're just constantly kind of scanning those putting your funds to work and kind of keeping you in the higher APY pools.
So I think this is kind of a glimpse into kind of what we're going to have more and more of with these providers kind of tapping into DeFi.
Now that it's a little bit more greenlit in the U.S.
And this feels kind of an onboarding mechanism to me. This is perhaps a way to...
