She won't keep her sleep
I can't have her to play
9 a.m. on the hour
And it's a way for the will
It's a little bit of rain
She's waiting for her to fly and sail
She was hard for the money, so hard for the money.
She was hard for the money, so you better drink her wine.
She was hard for the money, so hard for the money. Oh, my honey. Oh, my honey.
She was hard for the money for you,

It's a thing.
In the years where the love has gone,
it's a lot of years.
All you want to live, please do believe. Every day. Every day. Every day.
All the time.
Every day I need a ounce and a half.
SP, the only flow that you know, with a bounce and a half.
Listen kid, I need a mountain and a cab so I can roll up.
Hop in the rhythm like bounce to the ass.
I get high cause I'm in the hood, the guns is around.
Take a run just to ease the pain and humble me down.
And I rather roll up and I'm in the rhythm like bounce to the ass.
I get high cause I'm in the hood, the guns is around.
Take a run just to ease the pain and humble me down.
And I rather roll something up.
Cause if I'm sober dog, it just might flip.
Grab my buns and hold something up.
I get high as a kite, I'm in a zone all alone.
Motherfucker, kicks I'm dying at night.
So I roll him up, back to back, as bad as I could.
You got the boots of South P, I come to slather the hood.
Every day.
Every night.
Every day.

All the time.
Ay yo I smoke like a Jiminy. Matter of fact I smoke like a gun.
When the killer sees his enemy.
I smoke like Bob Marlin did.
Add to that, that I smoke like the hippie did.
Back in the 70s.
Spit with the finishing touch.
Get this that. I'ma finish you before I in the 70s. Spit with the finishing touch. Get this, that.
I'ma finish you before I finish the dutch.
I get high like the birds of the planes.
I get high when bullets hit faces at the worst exchange.
I get a rush off the blood of the walls.
You understand like the X5 pedal when you touch your floor.
I get high because fuck it was better to do.
And I'ma never give a fuck, cause I'm better than you.
Every day.
Every night.
Every day.
Every night.
All the time. What I have with you. High for a living. Got stuff right for a living. Put my real gangsta niggas at a job for a living.
All the time.
Shit, I get as high as I could.
Because if you see shades like I see shades, I'm a dineer.
Motherfucker, understand the full surface of you.
I don't smoke the weed if it ain't purple or blue.

And me down.
And me down.
And me down.
And me down.
And me down. And me down. And me down. And me down. All right.
Good evening.
Good morning.
What's up, boys? Gem Token. gem token how's it going how you guys doing
how was your your week so far doing well man how are you i'm doing good nice nice yeah i had some
people up in the dms tell them about what we're doing here. And, yeah, I'm excited to talk to you guys here today.
Yep, we have a pretty fun giveaway we're doing today.
So, isn't that right, Nick?
Yo, what's up, Nick?
You there? You there?
A little bit. you there you there um anyway aside from giving away some um gmt tokens obviously we are actually
going to give away a sealed hobby box um to get people excited about sports and trading cards so
me and nick chatted about and we're like you? Instead of tokens, let's give some cash value with a sealed box.
So I forget which box Nick's is going to –
I believe it's going to be a football or basketball box, I believe.
I'm still new to this, so I muted myself.
My apologies.
Yeah, it's a top finest for a Cooper flag rookie card chase.
Go for about $800.
It's a big boy box.
That's exciting.
So the deal is,
obviously we'll go into what GMT is.
More in depth after this,
but for anybody, it's going to be a hundred men, correct?
Yeah. Yeah. So a hundred minimum purchase of GMT on our presale site gets you one entry,
or I'm sorry, we're doing the first 10 people get two entries, correct? Yeah, that's fair. Yep.
Yep. The first 10 people at 100 minimum
in our pre-sale page um get two entries into the 800 box after the 10th person um everybody that
puts 100 in minimum gets one entry so we're incentivizing the first 10 give them two entries
but yeah it's it's an 800 box um very valuable because it's Cooper Flag's rookie year. So, yeah.
And we're going to go once we get to $10,000, we'll give away the box.
We'll have a post on here after the show.
So all you got to do is screenshot your deposit and direct message the GMT
Twitter page or the X page, and we're good.
All right, let's go let me let me invite some more people in here i know maxi's coming up make sure she's coming get everyone on point can we do a little intro on gmt
and everything you guys are doing just about the sports cards and just just a little little shill of course um very simply on 2023 nick and i launched a an app called
the gem mink club it's a universal loyalty reward program for the sports and trading card industry
um very simply wherever you buy cards it could be on online at walmart does not matter um our
database verifies receipts and proof of purchases and
digital receipts, screenshots, things like that. And people get rewarded off every purchase they
make in the sports and training card industry. Amidst our growth after about, I think we were
a year in, I came to Nick with an idea I'd been crafting and working on regarding taking our
entire reward structure and putting
it into a cryptocurrency and just pretty much trying to be the digital currency of the sports
and trading card industry.
He loved the idea.
We went and spoke at a conference called TechCrunch Disrupt, presented our app.
And ironically, everybody that came over investment wise kept pointing to the one piece
of paper regarding the token we had and they're like you guys need to follow that so safe to say
when we got back to san diego we put every dollar we had into getting the best tokenomics guy the
best crypto guy and we went full-blown creating the world's first transactional reward cryptocurrency. And what I mean by that is, I'm sure every listener in here knows,
the only way to get rewarded via crypto right now is by...
It's like a high-yield savings account.
You have to stake your coins. You don't have access to them.
It defeats almost the entire purpose of having crypto,
which is not having to deal with a bank having money when you want so yeah prior to us the only way to get rewarded in the crypto sector is locking your
stuff up and not having access to it so we designed the first transactional reward token to where
you don't have to stake your coins don't have to lock them up every transaction that you make
you get rewarded transactionally it's's one to 5%, depending if
it's just a wallet to wallet to transaction, and it goes up to 5% back if it's one of our
partnered establishments. Amidst our growth with the app over the last three years, me and Nick
have made some massive, massive partnerships and are teaming up with a lot of different people over
the next couple months. Pretty much, like I said, we're going to have different partners. So if it goes to their wallet, you actually get rewarded
2%, 3%, 4%, and 5%, depending on the amount of the purchase. So yeah, in a nutshell,
the world's first transactional-based reward cryptocurrency for the sports and trading card
industry. Yes. And just to remind everyone, the sports and trading card industry yes and just to remind everyone the
sports and trading card industry it's kind of like it's huge but it's it's untouched you know
what i mean like no matter what happens there's always going to be this this kind of like avenue
for trading and collecting and everything of that sort. You know what I mean?
Yes, yes, exactly.
It's a massive sector.
And actually, I'm glad you brought that up because a big reason why we went into the sector was,
I don't want to say it's foolproof because nothing is.
We live on God's planet.
But during COVID, when outside sources altered every industry,
the most massive industries in the world were altered by outside sources, which a lot of times happens, whether it's a presidential candidacy or climate change or in this event, it was COVID, right?
Massive sectors got hit.
And the one sector that actually gained momentum and gained traction was the sports and trading card industry.
Everything tanked. And what me and Nick realized was there is a purity of the sports and trading card industry.
And what I mean by that is if you like the Yankees and Aaron Judge,
even in the worst of times, you're going to love them even more.
And we saw it firsthand during COVID.
While every other sector failed, the sports and trading current industry just picked up momentum
and picked up momentum. And it's been off to the races since it's projected over the next five
years to be a $250 billion a year industry. Tom Brady just opened about 15 car shops all over the
world. It's massive. And what's really awesome about the token is if we look at simply the monetization side of it
for the token for us to grow, we charge a very, very small fee, way less than what the other
cryptos charge, what Visa charges, we charge half a percent. What's awesome about the sports and
trading card industry is it is a transactional kingpin. Unlike a home, which will probably have
three or four owners over its longevity, a car, maybe two or three owners, one Martin
McGuire rookie card could be sold 500 times to different people, right? Sometimes you go to a
card show and one card is transacted three or four times just at one show. So it's a transaction kingpin is what I'm saying.
So monetization wise, as we grow as a company,
it's going to be really awesome
because we're actually taking 10% of everything off transaction fees
and we are opening up our GEMT card vault.
And very simply on this one,
we are going to be purchasing very, very high-end cards
that the most people can't afford a $12 million card, right? A $500,000 card. But if that was
broken up into fractional shares to where somebody could afford 10,000 and have access to that card,
whether it's a Charizard or a Mickeykey mantle rookie card they know that it's
going to go up in value no matter what but like i said they don't have the four million on the
side to purchase that right so our card we are going to be purchasing high-end cards um creating
a gemt card vault to not only back the tokens value but anybody that owns gemt has access to
own fractionalized shares of all the high-end cards
in our vaults that's so funny because my next question i was going to ask you about like
charizard and those type cards yep so sports and trading cards both so it's not just the split
it's the entire sector as a whole so magic pokemon disney lorkan is massive now too
but yeah all the above
Let's go perfect i'm hitting some up in the bdms and people up
I got zen in here. I appreciate you joining
Yeah, uh, let's say how did my boy based?
I don't want to know if you had any questions or anything about what's going on with you guys.
Well, I didn't want. I mean, I just
really wanted to come in and support what
you guys are doing.
Always a big
supporter of Keith Berry
here as well as a lot of
projects that he gets behind. So,
I just wanted to say shout out.
Thanks for having me. If I have any
questions, I'll be sure to bring them up.
Yeah, no worries, man.
Stay up here.
You're PFP.
You got that big, big grin on you.
You know, it just brings bullish vibes to the leaderboard over here.
The leaderboard?
The fucking speaker panel, which is the leaderboard.
Same thing.
All right, let's go.
Maxie should be here in a little bit, and then we'll do a little more of a deep dive
when she gets here.
But okay, so last week we had some spaces.
We had a space on Monday, and then we had another individual space, and then I think
we had another one.
So we were doing a lot of a lot of space a
lot of stuff going on last week did you guys see any movement in the pre-sale i know you guys have
some stuff going on and to enter in that giveaway i know you have to buy into the pre-sale today
for the 800 box giveaway and um also wanted to just get a little more into rwas and um
you guys are really into those obviously um yeah so to be quite frank and
transparent there hasn't been too much action on the pre-sale page but that is that is to be
expected um we all know when pre-sales begin it's the momentum is slow in the beginning we got to
get the shilling up get people some tokens in and then once we get a couple grand in there the
movement will be a whole lot easier, but not too much.
But that's why we wanted to do this big boy box giveaway.
The average box when you go into a sports and trading card store,
purchase-wise, is probably about $150, $200.
So let's just say this is quite a chaseable box, $800 value.
So, yeah, we just want to reward people
and get as many people getting the token as possible.
Yeah, get as many eyes on it,
people checking out what you guys are building.
And you guys are here long term.
So I want to kind of like get that in people's minds.
Like you guys are going to be here for a minute.
You guys took a couple of years to build this out and get everything right and line everything up perfectly so yeah and
and speaking on that note as well too i'm glad you brought that up um 35 of our entire token supply
35 of every token 3 billion 500 million tokens are actually set aside for our community rewards. So as much as obviously it's fun to have a token
take off quick and make some money,
but this is a utility token that is literally designed.
We have seven to 10 years of rewards set aside
for our community, like I said.
So yeah, we're in this thing for the long term.
Yo, I love that. let's go all right so to get into
this loot box to get into this 800 giveaway we have to get some action on the presale should we
throw up a tweet for the room for everyone engaging coming up and we'll start running giveaways off
of it you know whoever we can kind of track to see who's buying,
who's staying on track with us, you know?
That sounds good.
We could rig something up, get a tweet going.
Sounds good to me.
Can you guys hear me?
Yeah, sorry, yeah.
Yeah, let's do that.
Let's see if we can get some traction while we're on the call here.
$100 men, top fines.
There's probably about a $50,000 upside in those boxes with Cooper Flagg,
some of the prices I've seen.
Oh, you get a gold version of Cooper Flagg's rookie card.
We're talking about, yeah, $50,000, $75,000.
There's autographs in there.
There's one of one that's sold for a couple hundred grand.
I mean, there's huge upside in these boxes couple hundred grand i mean there's there's huge
upside on these boxes that's why i picked it yeah yep sir so yeah first uh hundred dollar men um
like i said uh send uh us a message on our on our twitter um get first 10 people first 10 get
two entries after the 10 beginning with number 11 it It'll be one entry for every hundred bucks for them
I'm sorry not not not not every hundred dollars you'll get one entry with a minimum of a hundred putting so
You guys want to rig up a little tweet for that and just tag us and tag the space and then we could all retweet it
I'd rather you guys do it from your account so we get some more traction and kind of build up both of these accounts up here
So people kind of start recognizing you guys with the RWAs and collectibles and sports cards and everything that you guys are kind of
Creating here. Yep. Yep. I hope whoever wins lets me rip it on stream, too. So we can see the big hits
stream too so we can see the big hits.
That would be fun.
Like on a live stream?
That would be dope.
It's the one with the San Antonio
Spurs player on the front, right Nick?
Let me actually look at the back. I'll look right now.
I've never actually opened one of these. I'm excited.
I believe it's...
I'll tell you here one sec.
Yeah, it's Dylan Harper.
That's another big chase.
He's on the cover.
Yeah, they go for 934 on Dave and Adams,
which is one of the bigger cards.
Yeah, it's a $1,000 box.
All right.
Let me just craft this up real quick.
No big deal.
Shit, if we sell out today, I'll buy the box. Yeah, I wonder if we could find the box that somebody already opened
so we can show people an example,
like someone getting off like crazy FOMO, open up a box.
Oh, yeah. I can show you some of the hits.
I was just looking at it.
Yeah, let's see that.
Let's post something up to the top.
I'll find you one.
Base, do you collect cards or are you into collectibles like this?
Charizard or anything like that?
I mean, you know, Pokemon cards have a dear place in my heart.
Don't we all?
Yeah, those are up massive, too.
I still gotta go to my mom's house, because apparently she uses my old room as storage, but I have a bunch of
Pokemon cards in there. Oh, man.
You could be sitting on a gold mine, my friend.
I need to go over there.
All right. Let's tag you guys.
Don't worry. I'll show them to you guys first.
to you guys first. You guys can have your first
You guys can have your first bids.
bids. Nice, nice.
Nice. Nice. Perfect.
an auction would be fun.
Yeah, we could do one of those.
That would be fun.
Keith, you want me to tag you?
I'd tag Nick. Who else?
You could tag Mexi.
No Jack Prescott though in here
Mexi should be up here pretty
yeah like she's awesome
she knows a lot of good sports
people so me and Mexi
we met with Metafans so it was a
sports kind of um nft
and they revived it twice she she gathered they went to sports games they took us to
they took us to a football game not a super bowl but it was like a regular season football game
took everyone to a mlb game i mean i want to say like every other sports game. So that was over the last couple of years.
So obviously a lot of these guys, they're into sports trading, collecting, and they're
into the RWAs with the vaults, exactly what you guys are doing.
So yeah, I want to get a lot of those guys in.
So Mexi's definitely a big, big part of this.
And she knows a lot of those good contacts.
So it's perfect.
Keith, I just DM'd you a Cooper Flagg auto that sold a couple weeks ago
for like 6K.
Just to give you an example.
Give you an example, yeah.
Oh, speak of the angel Mexie.
Here she is.
Bring her up here.
But, yeah, she's so knowledgeable with all this type of stuff.
and um it's been cool like like i i know i fuck with mexi a lot and i play around but she is like
really smart and she has a lot of knowledge i would say more than me with a lot of sports and
gambling which is crazy because i'll be like yeah i'll take the over under like we'll take this
point spread this and that and like she knows that shit better than me
I'm like this shit's crazy. I never like met a girl
That's actually in like that and that actually knows the alpha but Mexi. Good morning. What's up?
Just tell him a little about all the sports stuff with meta fans we used to do and all the betting and
Just all the sports context. So good morning.
GM, GMT, I should be saying probably, how are you guys? Sorry, we had some bunch of stuff going on
today. I had to be in attendance to just one of those busy days. But I hope you guys are doing
well. Yes, I love the the PFP that you guys got going on over here.
I'm checking it out.
Oh, yeah, I love Ricky Purcell.
Not a Niners fan, but I am definitely,
we've talked about this, guys.
I definitely can support a man like Ricky Purcell.
But I love that PFP.
How are you guys doing?
Doing well.
How are you?
Doing great. You know, guys doing? Doing well. How are you? Doing great.
You know, baseball season's kicking off.
It's one of my favorite times of year.
But also my least favorite because I do got to hear Yankees fans, you know, chomping on the timeline.
So I love this new feature that Elon has because I can just take that away probably.
I can just like remove the word Yankees and I won't see any of it on my timeline. So it'll be beautiful. But yeah,
it's I wanted to get some good baseball pieces before the season kicked off. I like to use that
as like a betting mechanism for myself, you know, try to try to pick up some cards, some players
that I think may perform well and see what happens to the price. Did you to pick up some cards, some players that I think may perform well
and see what happens to the price.
Did you guys pick up any good baseball cards before the season started?
I'm a big, I actually love a Rippon Bowman is the brand, what it's called, baseball cards.
But if you want some valuable baseball ones, get anybody you're trying to
collect, get their first Bowmans. That's where
it lies there.
Mexi, I just did a little Instagram
post. I tagged you talking GMT.
I just thought it was funny.
But let's go. I'm glad we got everyone up here
getting it going. Let's say hi to it. We got some let's go. I'm glad we got everyone up here, getting it going.
Let's say hi to it.
We got some new speakers up.
We'll say hi to it.
But, Mexi, you have the third co-host.
I just don't have it.
But you're in charge, just so you know.
Good morning, Kiss.
How are you doing?
I'm doing well.
Good morning.
It's nice to see you.
It's been like a minute.
Yeah, where have you been? What have you been doing?
My account got compromised. So I was like offline like sulking for like two months. But thank God to
SWE. They got my account back. And like, I wouldn't have I'm just so blessed. Like, honestly,
like I was done. I'm such a loser. I'm a quitter. I was like, I wouldn't have, I'm just so blessed. Like, honestly, like, I was done.
I'm such a loser.
I'm a quitter.
I was like, screw that shit.
No, I'm not curious.
No, I get it.
It gets frustrating.
They take your whole account from you.
It's like, you got to start all over.
It's crazy.
But I'm glad you're back.
Thank you so much.
It's funny that you said that mid, literally mid, uh,
I forget what this is called, mid-talk right now
they froze my account but I didn't get
kicked out because the call had started so I had to verify
my email and my number
mid-call right now. Have you guys ever had that happen?
Yeah, it's because you're so new you don't
have that many followers yet so
you're just making sure you're not a bot.
Gotcha, yeah.
I see you guys are talking gem T.
Am I saying it right?
I'm sorry.
I butchered.
Just however you want to say it.
Gem Mint Token is what it stands for.
it's really nice to meet you guys.
You guys have a great host.
look at him.
how did you get this stage?
Just kidding.
This is great. I'm so happy to be here. want to hear more am i am i coming towards the end of the space
no no we just started so we can we can go over it again just to kind of since there's a lot more
people in here now we got mexy the queen of all queens in here hanging out with us with all her
sports knowledge i know it sounds like i'm being sarcastic, but I'm serious.
It does. It really does.
But she's being, she knows a shit ton.
I'm serious.
So yeah, let's hear another, a little share about it.
And then we'll talk to Dave and then we'll kind of pass it around
and see what you guys think.
Then we do have an $800 giveaway we're doing with them as well today.
Yep, yep, yep. giveaway we're doing with um with them as well today so yep yep so uh yeah first off we're doing
a it's actually it's up to a thousand bucks now uh the box on retail sites so thousand dollar
basketball box it's called top finest you're chasing cooper flags rookie year um Let's just say some of his rookie cards based off which ones you get are going for
$40,000, $50,000. So the upside is absolutely much more massive than $1,000. Let's just say that.
So we're giving away that box. In order to get an entry into it, it is a $100 minimum purchase of gem mint token on our pre-sale site that we just launched.
The first 10 people to put in at least $100 will get two entries. And then after the first 10 people,
beginning with 11 and on, anybody that puts a min of $100 in, GEMT will get one entry. So like I
said, $1,000 box,
but you're also chasing cards that could be worth $50,000 plus.
So massive, massive upside.
And GEMT token is actually the first transactional-based reward cryptocurrency.
Our sector is the sports and trading card industry because it is a transactional kingpin.
One sports card could be owned by
500 different people um and we're passionate about the industry and sector as well so um
yeah nick anything to add uh actually i'll go into a little more about that as far as far as
cryptocurrency right now um the only way to get rewarded like you would with your credit card or
something like that is staking and locking up your tokens right it's pretty much a high yield
savings account but you don't have access to your money which is the entire reason cryptocurrency
exists is so we can do what we want not have to deal with a bank right so um but yeah the only
way to get rewarded is staking and locking your shit up.
So we created the world's first transactional-based cryptocurrency
where you don't have to lock it up, you don't have to stake it.
Every transaction wallet to wallet, you get rewarded 1% up to 5% back.
We have multiple partners in the sports and trading card industry
that we've accumulated, I guess you could say,
over the last three years running our app.
That yields you much more than 1% back, like I said, 2%, 3%, up to 5% back based off the amount of the transaction. So yeah, Nick, anything to add?
Yeah. So yeah, we came in this space because of everything Dave just said. Transactionally, it's massive.
There's a billion dollars upside in this industry, and it's growing the last five years since COVID.
Everything that we run into with problems in the case of moving money around or buying cards is a big deal.
So a safer, less fees.
Compared to eBay, for example, anyone that that's on here has ever bought a card on
ebay that fees over 13 so if you buy a card on there versus uh in the future if you do a deal
with somebody through gmt you're saving right there already 12 um that that's just a small
reason but it is just another massive reason why this will win. And due to our partnerships and relationships in this field,
once this takes off, we will be able to see the transactions in real time, partnering with
real life businesses like whatnot and big breakers around the industry.
Yep, exactly. We've spent the last three years running a loyalty rewards app for the sports and
trading car industry. So yeah, just like Nick said, we've, aside from being passionate about the industry and
making a ton of connections just via personal reasons, we have a ton of big partnerships
coming into play that even go into athletes.
So we can really take this thing to where this becomes a cryptocurrency for the sports
world, athletes as a whole.
I mean, years ago, Odell,
a lot of athletes will take about 5% of their salaries
in cryptocurrency, but Odell Beckham years ago
did something unheard of,
and he took 100% of his salary in Bitcoin.
So there's just a lot of avenues we can expand
and grow with this thing.
massive industry transactionally.
Did you guys mention,
I dropped out cause my wifi is being weird and it said I was disconnected,
but did you guys mention the fractionized assets?
Cause that's my favorite thing.
We'll bring that up so um
we like nick said we don't charge 13 like ebay we charge half a percent so the savings is massive
already aside from the rewards you're getting back um but with a lot of our transaction fees
we are actually going to be purchasing very very high-end sports and trading cards and putting them in what's called our GEMT
vault. And what that is going to be, it is going to be the first time people will have access to
own fractionalized shares of high, high-end cards. To make it very simple, I can't afford a $4 million
Mickey Mantle card right now in my life. But there's a possibility if I have the access to own one fractionalized share for $10,000,
that's completely doable, right?
So we are going to give anybody that owns GEMT and is holding it
access to own fractionalized shares of high-end cards
that they normally could not purchase on their own buying power
because just the very simple truth of that matter,
those million-dollar cards, those $100,000 cards,
are generally only going to go up in value.
They're just so high-end, like I said.
Not many people can purchase them.
So, yeah, our GEMT vault is going to be a massive vault of sports and trading cards,
both that anybody owning GEMT can own fractionalized shares.
And where is this? Like, where are you guys um where where are you building what ethereum right
correct yes have you guys so like ethereum that's pretty cool um so like fractionalized uh
okay so i know ethereum and i also like love everything fractionalized when it comes to
uh ownership like have you guys like why did you choose ethereum maybe that's my question
um when we after we spoke at a conference and got told how great this idea was about the token
uh we had about 38 grand left for our company that we were working with.
I'm a very transparent person.
So me and Nick, we said, hey, we're going to hire the best of the best of the best in
the crypto industry.
So we hired a gentleman named Art Lainuma, who's launched and done tokenomics for over
40, 50 different tokens that have raised billions of dollars.
He was the number one person you could pretty much hire on Upwork.
And we picked him because we wanted the best of the best of the best.
And we spent every last dollar we had on getting this thing where it's at now.
And actually, ironic enough, the fractionalized shares,
after we told him the idea of the token and everything
about it um his brain started uh moving and he started asking questions and coming up with ideas
and it was actually his idea the fractionalized share ownership thing he's he brought up he's like
it was it was a massive idea coming from a gentleman that wasn't even a part of the project at first.
But yeah, we have a guy, like I said, that's launched a ton of these things.
So moving forward, we have access to him and help from him and his connections as well.
Yeah, it was his recommendation to put it on ETH to answer your question though because it is a little higher, I guess, on the fee side, but it's a lot safer.
And the person that did all the coding also agreed with us uh me and dave are more on the sports card side and we have the two partners on the crypto side but um that that is
the reason to answer your question yeah because uh when it comes to like so i've been trying to
really study this like the fractionalization for a very long time and the reason I'm working
with SWE is because to me this is this is like I just want to like make a comment is that so with
Ethereum the fractionalization is like a layered workaround so you take an NFT and you wrap it
and you issue the ERC20 tokens as fractions, right? So everything lives inside like a smart contract mapping
where you're going to like need approvals,
wrappers vaults and like all that extra stuff
where with SUI, the asset is like an object by default.
So you can literally split, merge and control ownership
at the object level.
The ownership is direct. so like you can own a
fraction and it is yours and you could do anything you want to it so that is just kind of um something
that maybe you guys eventually i don't know how much longer we're going to be staying in these uh
fragmented uh eco echo chambers i hope one day that maybe you guys can explore something on Sui as well.
I want to add, shout out to Kiss, because she's a Sui Maxie. She is a diehard rides for Sui.
And I'm not an ambassador, never been. I just want to say.
Exactly. She just does it because of the conviction and her intention. So yeah, definitely have to say that. And I love SWE. SWE is one of my favorite
chains. I actually got to educate Keith on SWE a little bit, but from what I understand
is that GMT token, you guys are building on Ethereum as far as a token, but the plan is to
migrate across many different chains. And I think you guys wanted to start with Ethereum for many
reasons, which it's, you know, it's a great place to start. It's a great place to get momentum and exposure. And so moving to SWE, I think, you know, I would definitely help consult with these guys, even on XRP as well. And Solana is a great move for the technology.
and when things start picking up again,
you'll start to be able to showcase
what you guys have done here
on a more broader chain like Ethereum
and then you'll be able to move into
places like SWE and XRP and things like that
because the demographic on there,
I guess the user base on there is more,
they can be very culty in a good way.
So they're very good at kind of culty in a good way so they're very good at um kind of coming
around and supporting projects they believe in but it does take time to build that kind of reputation
to be able to go on something like sweet or xrp and say hey i'm here to add value and not take
from you because they do ride really hard for um projects that are building on there if it you know
resonates with them yeah i when we want as
much help as we could get this is the first time we've done this we got our tokenomics guy we got
our dev guy who we trust too but any help we can get we want to get this thing out
everywhere so yes we do want to migrate to other options um as far as i'm glad you said the word
culty thing because that's also another reason why this is going to be absolutely massive.
The sports and trading card industry is very, very loyal and culty.
And let's just say it's a massive industry, but it's very niche as well, too.
So once this once this thing gets exposed to enough people in the sector, let's just that um it's it's game over and this thing
takes off um because it is so niche um regardless of the size and and the potential growth of it
over the next five years like i said it's culty people are loyal and once this thing it's just
due time till the the snowball effect of this is going to be absolutely ridiculous.
I think the person who's advising you, they did great.
Like when it comes to Ethereum, you got great liquidity, you got great traction. And eventually when you do all of this, because sports and collectibles are insane.
So that is something that every chain is going to want to have to be a part of and I think
like later on when it comes to like you know with the tech I would definitely recommend you guys for
sure venturing into that move language and seeing what's out there for in suite and then the
foundation itself they're extremely very they're very excited and they want to hear what you have to do. And they have a lot of these programs that they'll be able to like help you market, pay or whatever it is, work with you on your project. Like ETH is no joke. ETH is where the liquidity is and where the traction is.
I'm excited to see where you guys are going to go with all this.
But definitely look into SUI for the tech.
Can you spell that for me so I can look it up?
Yeah, it's on my PFP.
It's S-U-I.
Of course.
Of course.
My friend down there in Cairo.
Sorry, Keith.
He was like. No, I was just gonna say dave had a
good question and i think he had a maybe he'll come back but uh yeah i wanted to also say out
of power of defy my boy what's going on good morning how you doing what's going on keith man
uh good afternoon gm to everybody here i just had a quick question for the GMT.
Speaking about your guys' vault, do you guys look to acquire more different assets besides just collectibles?
For example, like our vault, we're going to be acquiring gold, different precious metals and stuff.
So just curious as far as what else are you guys going to be putting in the vault besides just collectibles?
Yeah, good question.
We are going to stick in this industry and sector.
If it wasn't as massive as it is, we would probably go into other areas, mainly collectibles, to be honest.
If we were ever to dabble, we would stay in the collectible field, whether that was stamps or coins or something like that.
But we're staying in the sports and field whether that was stamps or coins or something like that but um what we're
staying in the sports and trading card industry it's massive enough that i mean we could have
hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of cards in this vault and it would be easy to do so yes
staying in the sector good question i think the only other option would be like high-end memorabilia
um things that are really uh sought after um game use otanis things like that
yeah pokemon's part of the trading card yeah yes so it's so pokemon's in there sports and so pokemon
magic uh disney any any card sports and trading cards both they're both massive so yeah we're not
going to exclude anything like that because the market share is actually getting closer and closer
to 50 50 on the pokemon and
sports um which is insane if you go to a show there's almost more tables that have pokemon now
um which i never would have thought would happen but it's literally it's real it's happening
awesome and then just another quick question what do you guys do as far as you know one thing about
the market right everybody's happy when the market is up but when the market is down what do you guys
do to protect you know on the bottom end so that's a massive reason why we chose this industry as well
too um nothing is foolproof i won't say that but it's as foolproof in an industry and sector as you can get
and the reason why we actually launched our app in 2023 in the sports and trading card industry
aside from our passion in that sector um i came to nick with this idea because i saw the purity
of the sports and trading card industry and what i mean by that is during covid and it could have
been anything it could have been a any source, whether it's a presidential candidacy, climate change,
whatever it may be, outside sources affect industries massively, like you said. So how
do we protect that? During COVID, the sports and trading card industry not only just took off to
the races,
it overtook watches as the number one selling thing on eBay, which is massive because watches was pretty much their kingpin for the last 15 years.
Aside, very simply, if you love the Yankees and Aaron Judge,
even in the worst of times, you're going to love them even more.
And that's as honest and simple.
There's a purity in the industry that is,
is untouched and not even truly understood.
It's pure and it's pure and it's pure and it will always be like that.
So that, that, that is a massive protection for us.
Like I said, we've seen shit go South.
And we've seen the industry absolutely pick up steam.
So that combined with, like we just spoke about, the value in our vault over time, we'll have 10, 15, 20, 50 million dollars worth of cards in that thing.
So, yeah, between the value of our vault, obviously the tokens, limited ability.
We're not creating unlimited supply.
We have 10 billion with 30, 35% set aside for community rewards.
Aside from that, picking an industry and being in an industry.
How much value has been involved now?
What is this app you had before?
Yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, the app you had.
I would like to know that.
Yeah, we still run it.
It's called the app you had. I would like to know that. Yeah, we still run it. It's called the Gem Mint Club.
In 2023, I came to Nick, met him via a sports podcast type of thing.
Came to him with this idea. He lived in San Diego.
We ended up linking up and he became my right-hand man, but we launched.
It's a reward platform for the sports and training card industry universally. So very simply, anywhere somebody buys sports or trading cards,
it could be online, it could be at Walmart, it could be on eBay, it doesn't matter.
We reward them universally. So people can get raffle tickets based off how much they spend,
and we just give away sealed boxes of cards every single month. So that's our rewards we have about 3 000 members on it um been going for about three years now we've had
over 10 000 receipts um uploaded verified and rewarded um it's slow growth we we didn't really
have a lot of money for marketing so slow growth is kind of what it's been and pretty much after
we got back from speaking at that event we we put every dollar we had into the token.
So yeah, the app's still going, doing well.
But like I said,
our focus maneuvered into the token
once we came back.
No, that's awesome.
Love what you guys are doing.
Appreciate you, Keith. Let let's go good to hear from
you man always but yeah but yeah man to hit it hit it on the head again the the sector is just
protected by a veil of purity that's as simple as i could say it like i said when everything
crashed because of covid and it could have been like i said a. And it could have been, like I said, a presidential candidacy. It could
have been climate change. It could have been a war, right? When everything else failed and faltered,
the industry, because of its purity, just picked up steam. And just like stocks, I make the joke
a lot in this industry that we're trading cardboard stocks. There are charts and graphs
you can look at. There's subscriptions that I have that I've studied for years.
And to answer the gentleman's question in the sense of, like, blue-chip stocks, there's blue-chip cards.
There wouldn't be a 2025 card in the vault, so let's put it that way.
The cards would be an Otani rookie card, or it could be a Patrick Mahomes rookie card.
It would be very established people.
It could be a Ted Williams, people that are retired and dead.
First edition Charizards.
Yeah, yeah.
Charizard's not tearing his ACL and his stock plummeting.
It's just, it's not the type of cards we would pick for this.
Just like the Federal Reserve for the dollar,
it would be the most conservative versions of high-end sports cards
that have a proven track record.
And the board of advisors, about five of us would pick each card individually.
There's a bunch that I have in mind, but to answer your question, it would be proven
cards, not some 2023, let's say Anthony Edwards, who's hot right now.
But potential is there, but it's not proven yet.
It's kind of thing.
All right, just to mention I put up that tweet up at the top And we want everyone to engage with that and until it gets a certain amount of engagement and buys
Obviously then we will finish this giveaway so we could run it for a week. It could only run for a couple days
We'll kind of
Yeah, let's rip it. Let do it nick loves ripping live so i mean
but like i said with this with this box too um aside from the knowledge and info we gave about
the token aside of gmt um this is a thousand dollar box with the upside of a hundred thousand
dollar card so the upside of this box that we're giving away is like i said let's set gemt aside and how
massive the token is going to be in the success of that this box you could get a fifty thousand
card in it so yeah good luck all right so everyone up at the top rate that tweet we got me and mexy
tagged in it check it out uh but real quick i know
dave had a question before and i know he got rugged for a second he's back up here and then
i want to talk to wise and y3x as well but dave uh good morning or good evening how's it going
good evening nft kid i'm doing great um Good evening, everyone. Space GMT, Keeves, BIS, Wise, Mexi, and all the other legends in the space.
I greet everyone.
What I wanted to ask from GMT is that the card box, the sport, since it's based on sports,
is it only based on NBA or is there the one for football or something?
So the giveaway we're doing is a basketball box.
It is, but we, on our application, if you're talking about the vault,
it'll be a mix of everything.
As far as the cards in our vault, it'll be football, basketball, Pokemon.
But if you are talking about just the giveaway, yes, it's a basketball box,
but we do do giveaways of many other things um like
pokemon football baseball ufc and that's all on our app so that's not what this call is about it's
about the token but we do uh the gem mint club app we do a ton of giveaways via our application
but yes the giveaway for the token is going to be basketball box yeah we would have
picked baseball but no new baseball cards have come out recently even though it is opening day
that's that's their fault not ours okay thank you thank you very much of course
don't let me pull the hobby box because we told. So we told you guys. Do it. My luck with basketball is trash, guys.
We'll get you some Dallas love.
Yeah, I need that.
But, yeah, I know Kiss has her hand up, too.
You guys do share that giveaway above.
Like, if you don't realize, like, these are literally assets.
Like, I know you guys were saying that cardboard sucks.
They're literally assets that, you know, can appreciate and value them based on just people like being a fan favorite like it
really doesn't even have to be like they went to a championship like i love buying rookie cards as
well because they're like sought after potential stars you're kind of betting on so yeah i just
wanted to share that again and reiterate like i love i love trading cards a lot because of that.
It's like we spoke about.
Obviously, you want to chase rookies and have a little risk for the big upside,
but the cards that are going to be in our vault that people have access to own fractionalized shares of are the big boys that they're not going to have a 5,000% spike, right?
But they're going to have 20% every single year locked in no questions asked.
So, yeah, that's what's cool about the industry.
There is gold like that.
There's obviously risk and other stuff that you can play around with,
but there is actual stocks and gold there if you really want to get into it.
I have some good friends of mine that make over six figures a year
just buying and selling sports cards for a living.
And it's very exciting to see them make big deals and get rewarded a few months later with the upside.
But yeah, it's a really fun industry.
And to harp on the industry again, once this token gets out to enough people,
the cannonball and snowball effect of this thing is going to be absolutely insane it's a loyal culty sector that like is going absolutely nowhere so
yo mexy who's your biggest basketball fan is there anybody from meta fans you can remember
we need to get him in here and say what up top shot oh well it's March Madness
right now so a lot of people are pretty involved with basketball and also yeah I
gotta I gotta get this tag get some people in here oh yeah we got some games
tonight I forgot
access in Purdue today right I put some money on Texas. Oh, let's see. Let's go.
Real quick as well.
Let's say out of Wise.
I know he's had his hand up.
I invited him up.
I want to say hello.
What's up, Wise?
Hey, guys.
Thanks for having us.
I have a question.
How much TVL is in it?
Because I was late.
Forgive me if you already explained this.
How much TVL's in your vault.
And how do you make money by using your vault?
Yeah, yeah.
So, I'm sorry.
What was the first question?
What's the current TVL of your RWA vault?
The total value of it.
So, we haven't began the we haven't began the
purchasing um of the business side cards for gmt for the vault we have we have our own personal
stuff that um one or two cards will probably go in there to begin the vault but we actually haven't
that that's all going to come from the transaction fees wallet to wallet. And obviously the raising of the pre-sale funds,
we're going to probably have 5% to 10% of those funds going into beginning the
vault as well too.
So that's a big reason we're doing the pre-sale is to have access to really be
able to make this happen.
The second, what was the second question?
How do you make money with the vault?
And like what percentage APR are you guys paying for participating in the vault?
So anybody that holds GEMT will have access to buy fractionalized shares.
We will be doing them in incremental values of 10, 20, very simple things.
But how it works is there's websites that have the values of sports and training cards.
I'm not sure if anybody knows those different sites and stuff like that.
It's all taken via sales, via eBay and different things like that.
But very simply, you can go to a website and see the last 10 sales of a card
and know that the average value of this card is $8,400, right? You
can see the growth. You could see the downfall. You can see everything as far as values. So finding
the values of cards, especially high-end cards that are well-known is very, very easy. So very
simply what happens if you buy, let's say you buy one share for $10,000 of a high-end card,
the card goes up and it's all based off the value of the card
is what I'm getting across.
So a couple months later,
you can go on different sites,
see the value.
The value of the card will be updated
on our actual vault site
to where you can see,
hey, you purchased this at $10,000 a share.
It's now up to $12,000 a share.
Does that make sense?
Think of it like a house.
It's just like when comps of a new house
in your neighborhood go up and a sell is happens that that happens in the card industry.
And as that happens in these blue chip stocks and these auctions are ran every single day,
they end every Sunday on Fanatics, eBay, Golden is another one. Heritage is another one. These
are the high end auction houses that we will plan to partner with. And people can pay with a token instead.
And then it becomes a win-win because the processing fee on the back end isn't there.
But these will then change the comps of the cards inside the vault.
And they'll make them either go up or down.
And the cards that we're choosing is why that is so important
because we're going to choose cards that have shown a record of gone up consistently
over the last 10 years.
That's how you make your money.
And then you could sell that fraction to anyone on through the GMT vault.
What I'm going to work on too for my space coming up on Monday is to get a bunch of sports
projects that we've worked with to kind of collaborate and kind of cross pollinate as they
say and to kind of get some more eyes on this and um you know collaboration right now especially
when times are kind of down in the market you know can really spark some things up and um yeah
no because this whole concept is amazing and uh so and you're also earning money off the transactional base of the token, correct? Correct.
Can I make a comment real quick?
I was sponsored by FX1 Sports like three years ago almost.
And I was doing spaces for them.
I don't know what happened to them, but I know they just poked their head out of wherever.
I think they were just like building quietly but I think they're out again maybe I
could contact them and they could um reach out to you Keith for your space they're pretty uh they're
pretty cool fx1 sports there I was doing like spaces for them during their playoffs for hockey
and basketball and um yeah there's there's like there's been a little attempts, but I'm not, like, I haven't seen very many people really stick around.
But yeah, I could reach out to them.
And can I ask my question?
I have my hand up for.
Yes, I can.
Of course I can.
You're not going to say no to me.
I just have to be polite.
I'm Canadian.
So, like, I'm guessing the reason you're in Web3 is because of the tech, right? Like,
you're using, yeah, so the fragmentation. Okay, so are you thinking that you're gonna, like,
do you have a huge Web2, like, following or community? Yes, yes, that's actually the side
that we know best, I would say, between me and Dave uh we did this ass backwards and have no you did it right
actually this is how we that's how we get quote-unquote adoption is it's i agree it's honestly
the opposite way of what people do is how it should be done right you should already have all
those connections and marketing avenues and partners lined up so yeah yeah it's asked backwards
as far as normal people,
but it's going to work out in the long run.
Ideally, it's like you're implementing the tech
in a way that people don't even need to understand,
which is like you have your, yeah, so great.
Yeah, I just wanted to like, I don't even know why.
I just wanted to make a mistake.
That side of it is actually what makes me excited
because I don't know the crypto as in-depth as everyone on here.
And I know the massive potential and the transaction side and the amount of money that flows in and out of this
industry on the daily that's just kind of not talked about. Right. And it begins with multiple
billions. Right. And now, starting this year, including like a gentleman like Mr. Wonderful
that's on Shark Tank, he purchased a $30 million sports card,
and I was watching it with my girl,
and he was wearing it around his neck at the,
was that the Grammys or the Emmys?
That's so funny.
But you're getting these whales now inside of here
because they see the cardboard, quote-unquote, as art.
And that's what he called it.
And because art has value,
and art seems to go up if you buy the right art,
that's how these big whales that are coming in here are buying these high-end sports cards
because they see the same thing we do because of the value.
But what we're bringing is now actually the tech is actually also part of the value,
which you're speaking on.
People would be shocked with how many, let's say, billionaires that don't speak about it are heavily invested in the sports and trading curve.
And I think it's very interesting.
And I'm going to like plug SWE here again.
Why it's really important for you guys, because they have Silicon Valley in their back pocket and they also own Parasol.
So Parasol.
I'm going to play advocate for KISS.
And I'm going to say BASE is also a good one to build on a layer on top of Ethereum before moving to SWE as well.
I saw Jed was in here, and I definitely got to get you guys on one of his spaces so y'all can hear and network with him because of all the things he's created. And he's a Web2 guy as well. And he's done amazing work
in Web2 and built like businesses. And what I was also going to say, Kiss, is because I know you
said some of it was mostly, you know, the fractionalized side of it. I got to interview
Dave and Nick before and talk to them about what they're building.
And it's not just that.
Like that was kind of like what they said was like the light bulb moment of, wow, this
could be really cool.
But I know it was more so what you guys were focused on was the fact that it was an untapped
You guys have already built a huge reputation in Web2.
You guys figured out the reward system.
You guys figured out how to incentivize people to use something like the reward system.
And now you're taking all that experience, combining it with everything that you guys
have done well in Web 2 and bridging it into Web 3 so that now you guys could create this
currency that can be used by people and get them more reward in return.
And then the people who are invested, they're going to earn because
of simply because of the price evaluation going up with using this. And the other thing is that
these guys have plans to be at card shows and Comic-Con events and kind of be on the ground
and doing activations that way, which is a very slept on process of getting your name from Web3
into more IRL people, more normies, if you want to call them. Comic-cons and card shows.
I'm glad you brought that up.
Yeah, they're very, very collectible, culty central. So yeah, go ahead.
Let's just say we already get this feedback with our reward app when we have booths at different shows and stuff
because we're literally the only people not selling something, right?
Whether it's cards or protection or sleeves or boxes, everybody's selling something.
And so when they come, they're like, what do you guys sell?
And we're like, nothing.
We reward you for buying shit.
Let's just say the eyes open up and they're just like holy cow so let's just say untapped and we will be
a light and in a place where people are just spending and spending and spending and spending
so yeah sorry i was gonna also say that like mr wonderful was at base camp in dubai and he
invests in a lot of SUI projects.
And the reason I even brought that up was because they have the attention of huge companies.
Like I said, Parasol and a lot of people because of this whole fragment.
Oh, sorry.
What are we calling it?
Fractionalization.
And there's also another one called like there's a director eli roth he does horror movies and he's building on suey
where you get to yeah where you get to have ownership in his future he's the hostile guy
right sorry yep yep yep hostile yeah yeah eli roth eli roth did hostile did all the cabin fevers
he did all of those uh horror horror movies still to this day.
So, yeah, he is actually on SWE doing fractionalization for his horror movies.
So you can own a piece of the movie, basically.
Anyways, yeah, I can talk to you guys more.
I even tagged the founder of SWE to say, why don't you come on here for the love of God?
You get paid the big bucks.
What am I doing?
I appreciate that.
No, I'm kidding.
We got Driven Labo in the building.
Oh, shout out.
Wait, real quick.
A moment for base.
Congratulations on your recent hire.
That's amazing.
Like, honestly, I'd love to see people in this space win and grow
and, like, get jobs here on Web3 because they're there,
and a lot of people don't really know how to do that.
And so congrats, Base.
Like, that's incredible.
I'm super proud of you.
Oh, you're making blush.
I appreciate it.
Yeah, I'm only going to be nice for five seconds, Base,
so you just take advantage of it.
I figured because it was a little weird for me.
So you're going to fight me next?
Yeah, I'll pull the blade out on a time or two.
But I know that you guys are doing some stuff with Driven Lab.
And they are doing some RWA stuff too.
I think they wanted to ask a couple questions or check in.
Yeah, it's nice to see there's a few people here that know what we're doing but i had to request the mic because i was listening and uh what you guys are doing at gmt are like
directly in line with what we are uh focused on building etc in the collector car market so cars not cards uh and uh we just
recently launched our rwa platform with fractionalized ownership in plockers ferrari 360 modena
so tons of crossover so mega bullish on what you're doing i think you know i well our lead
developer is a huge uh card collector so i know there's a massive market
in it i did have one question for you on the fractionalization component um so that's something
that is the the first thing we've focused on in our rwa platform is fractionalization. I'm curious how you're going about it. Are the fractionalized
cards, are they going to be like liquid assets that are tradable on DEXs or SEXs, or are they
going to be something where the value is tied strictly to the real world value and then they
have to sell back their fractional shares to you
or kind of OTC to get that value out of it?
Yeah, great question.
Yes, it's going to be strictly off real-world value,
so we're going to keep it out of.
And the reason for that is if you go on eBay,
I mean, it is what it is.
Somebody will have a $500 card listed for $10,000, right?
So we want to keep it as accurate as possible.
So yes, pretty much it would be a sell back to us or sell to another.
But yes, all real world value.
Yeah, I mean, you might down the road, look at doing it where it can be
both liquid, but also kept somewhat in line with the real world value. So the way that
ours works is there's a trading range above the appraised value of the car. And so it
allows for some level of speculation and for the market to bring that vehicle's value into price discovery.
But if it goes above that trading range, then our program or our platform sells tokens to get below that range.
And if it ever drops below the appraised value on the open market, then we buy.
So we're kind of keeping it in this range,
but allowing for a lot of volume to happen in the token, which generates fees for us
through allowing that trading volume. I like that because you're taking the
bullish mentality of the buyer and letting him buy, let's say. Yeah. Yeah.
And we're open to many. Obviously obviously this is just the base and the
foundation of what we build in our building but there's a lot avenues as you already know we could
take with this so that i mean that's an easy way for us to make some extra money right have a fee
to have a percentage of hey you can you can bump this or list it up with a five to fifteen percent
it got said yeah we're open to a lot of it makes sense
because how does a car comp ever go up if someone's not willing to pay more than what the last person
was willing to pay so cards or card it is the same uh thinking and yeah i think that's a great idea
yeah we'll obviously do the the foundational price will be that, that real world value. But yeah, yeah, definitely want the buyer to be able to, to crank that, that price point up.
So nice. Well, if you guys ever just want to spitball ideas,
considering we're doing very much the same thing, just in different industries,
love to, to chat with you and, you know, just kind of share notes.
Appreciate that. Appreciate that.
We'd love to, yes. Share notes. Appreciate that. Appreciate that. Good luck, TDS.
Do have my boy up here.
I want to say what up.
What's up, man?
Yo, yo, yo.
What's up?
Can you guys hear me?
Loud and clear.
Awesome, awesome.
What's up, Keith?
What's up, Jam? Bass, Mexie, Mike,
what's up to Kushlings and Doodlgenics? Just want to come up here real quick. I love the way the project sounds. I personally am not into sports card trading, but my brother is a huge sports fan.
I got a lot of friends. I cross conversations and I hear a lot of them. They're really into it.
i cross uh conversations and i hear a lot a lot of them they're really into it and uh i feel like
this project could could possibly be a uh like an invitation to onboard people who are not even into
cards at all because i'm interested but what my main question would be uh uh because it parallels
with what you're doing with trading is uh are you familiar with numismatics
is are you familiar with numismatics?
Not, Nick.
No, sorry.
So numismatics is basically like trading coins,
fiat currencies, dollar bills.
People find value just because of the number sequence
or the date it was minted or printed.
Some people are putting value on it simply because their daughter's birthday coincides with the serial number.
I just feel like these parallel each other.
There's pennies out there worth like a quarter mil, million dollars like I think it's the 1943 bronze up to about almost
2 million I just feel like this is a eventually they run alongside each other
gotcha yet have not heard of it before it's other collecting though i worked at a bank for
a long time and i saw people collecting rare coins it was always something a little older
gentlemen's usually but a big passion for sure i i totally agree and the market's massive just
kind of hidden yeah there's a lot to be to be quite frank with you, even going outside of the sports and trading card industry, the collectible field as a whole, a lot of people don't know this, 9 out of 10 people, 9 out of 10 Americans, if you walk up to 10 Americans, 88% actually collect something that doesn't mean it has to be a sports or trading card
it could be a coin, it could be a stamp
it could be anything but yeah
88% of people collect something
Alright, I did want everyone to engage
with that tweet up above
if you're just in here, I'm just going to do an easy giveaway just for being here,
just for like Maxi engaging with this tweet so we can get some eyes on it.
It doesn't have that much engagement on it,
but there's a good amount of people in here.
So just be active.
We'll do a giveaway on that literally in 10 minutes,
just Max engage and I'll pick somebody from the comments.
And you have to obviously be in the room
You have to be following both co-hosts and then we'll go from there
So that's an easy one like it like it. No
We lost Mexican damn it
That's all good. All right, did we want to go over anything else?
Do you guys think we've kind of covered everything?
I do have some good ideas for some spaces,
and when we do give the loot box out, I want to do it live.
I think it'd be cool to do it live.
So Tony with Doodle Genics, he's like a partner of mine.
He usually does a lot of spaces with me.
It's like way late for him,
so I want to plan a space with all of us
that's kind of later in the evening uh so it would be his morning and our maybe like 6 or 7 p.m if
you guys could do that maybe probably sometime next week so we can get all prepared for it and
uh just kind of make sure we get some eyes on this we want i feel like we had some good spaces
like our first week and then the
market kind of did some weird stuff and then people fell off a little bit. So I just want
to stay consistent and then get with some people that have some really good collaboration
connections with anything sports related, you know, that's what this is about.
Yeah. See if there's any other questions people have that we can answer and then we can go from
there. All right. Perfect. Do we have any other questions from have that we can answer and then we can kind of go from there all right perfect do we have any other questions from anyone up here
yeah if any if anybody has a question about the token again let us know before we get off but
yeah the the box giveaway it's a thousand dollar box with the upside of a fifty thousand dollar
card so it's a setting aside the token in itself, massive, massive upside.
So we got Mexi back. Dave, go ahead.
I wanted to ask the, about the GEMT project. So is the coin the main, like, the focus of the project?
Like, the main thing the project is about,
that the cards are just, like, utilities for the coin?
Or are the cards the main focus?
Then the coin is like a utility?
No, no, no.
So the main focus and creation, when I came to Nick with this idea,
it was about rewarding a massive industry that you can't get rewarded in right now.
It's about the token and getting people to get rewarded transactionally.
The bonus in the addition is going to be the vault, right?
Which is going to back the value of the token as well as just open up avenues for token holders to want to keep it and use it.
But the focus really is on the reward aspect of the entire thing.
All right, guys, I fell off for a minute.
I want to help add to that as well.
Essentially, it's an ecosystem they're creating for people to get rewarded.
Literally, incentivizes you guys to be able to use the currency that your trading cards and sports cards purchases.
And essentially, you can also have the opportunity to buy fractionalized assets and also use, you know, I know, I don't know if you guys, one thing I wanted to ask on top of that, actually,
because that actually just made me think of a question.
I know you guys are continuing the app, the application.
Are you guys going to be introducing,
aside from the reward that you get,
I think it's what, up to 5%, I believe.
Aside from that being initially one of the rewards like the main
reward will you guys be also creating some kind of reward system in place um that will activate
people to make more purchases things like that kind of like what you guys have in the web2 app
so we will be activating incentivizations for our database of 2,700 people, right?
So whether it's...
What we'll probably end up doing, I've spoken to Nick about this,
the average sealed hobby box is about $300, $200.
You can buy what's called a case, which is 12 boxes, right?
You get a higher probability of getting something magnificent the more boxes you buy at a time, just like buying wholesale, right?
So what we'll be doing is I want to do a full case giveaway.
It costs about $4,000, right?
But pretty much anybody, very simply, similar to what we're doing right now, any of our Gem Mint Club members that put in minimum 100 bucks or whatever it may be,
get a raffle ticket into a massive, massive case giveaway. So yes, we will be at that.
Like Nick had mentioned, we're untapped in the crypto industry, but we have a massive following in the sports and trading card industry. So that is going to be why we get help from the community
here and Keith getting that side going. We have our sector that we're going to be hitting very hard as well all right love it and and something else um
that I wanted to bring up regarding partnerships which is going to be very very massive um and I
want people to understand this so we can even have a better understanding of how much this
thing could grow. In order to yield the rewards of three, four, or 5% back, it has to be via
one of our partners, right? Eventually over time, we want to have eBay, places like this.
But we have a company called BLEZ, who we've been purchasing from for four or five years,
know them very well. We've actually flown out to Vegas, met with a bunch of the employees. We have them locked in for when the time is right.
And ironically enough, they already accept crypto on their website. So they literally have a button
that says we accept cryptocurrency and Bitcoin. So it's the smoothest transaction for us to add
a GMT button. And what's awesome about the partnership with a company like that, and it's going to go hand in hand with companies like eBay and PSA, is guess what? Rather than
taking a credit card and a Visa where you're paying Visa four or five fucking percent back
when you got to cash out at the end of the month to get your money,
these companies like BLEZ, like eBay, if it goes through gmt same thing applies it's half a percent
right so we're not only saving the consumer who buys the card money while rewarding them
but all our partnered establishments we're saving them mass amounts of money
just regarding credit card fees and things of that nature so
let's go perfect well i'm gonna pick this winner but the actual main winner we're gonna do live
we're gonna wait till we get some more engagement plan out a little more of a collaborative space
with some other projects that are very sports oriented so i'm just gonna play this song i'll
pick a winner and then we're done. Everyone definitely, if you missed anything, you could replay it from the beginning.
A lot of good stuff,
a lot of good facts being dropped.
And I'll be,
I'll be on the Twitter for the next hour.
so if anybody has any questions,
reach out to me and yet make,
make sure with a hundred dollar purchase,
standing via our Twitter,
what we'll obviously see the wallet,
but just so that the username matches,
send us an image for that
raffle ticket. And where can we get to you?
Where can we buy the token key?
Presale.GemMintToken.com
And the link's in
our Twitter bio, our Instagram bio.
But yeah, Presale.Gminttoken.com.
