people are going into. So I've done mostly commercial with my family so i i'm more
more well-versed and commercial and and um just all that shit so yeah that's what i've been doing
a little bit that's fucking dope so you're looking at buying like uh apartment buildings
like renovating them and then getting them on the market or like just running them out yourself under your family's brokerage? Usually it's like, no, I'm just trying to, I'm trying to maybe find
some buyers that we already work with that want to buy it and invest in it. And some of them are
kind of affordable where I can try to like get some investments between friends and family for
some, but so, okay, there's like a four, there's like a four apartment complex. So it's
only four units, but each unit has a bedroom. So it's basically eight rooms, you know, total.
And then it's about like 1.8 mil. So that's not that much compared to it's in California. It's
an apartment, but they're in kind of like this weird area, but yeah, it's, it's still interesting.

business here in Vegas because California is pretty,populated and crowded. But the real estate market in California
is always going to be good because it's like monopoly. Like I said, geographically, it's one
of the best spots. So California will always be somewhere where the real estate is very high
in most areas. And if it's not high in that area it will be in the next five to ten years
because california will only get more populated and just because it's it's right next to mexico

to take the time to learn about it that sounds like my sister you know even even in nigeria you know if you talk about crypto to some people you know there
will be the first thing that comes to their mind is you know people are losing money you know
losers are in the crypto space that is what you hear from you know most people in Nigeria but they don't know what
crypto really entails you know so we just have to educate them you know how crypto works

nft is i spoke to my cousin the other day and he really made me laugh.
