Music Thank you. GM, GM, hello, hello.
Wow, I haven't been in one of these spaces for a while.
Day has been holding down the fort really well during GG, and I thought that
Mama Gitcoin would come into the last space of GG23QF donations.
How you doing, Jimmy? How's the sleep deprivation going?
How you doing, Jimmy? How's the sleep deprivation going?
It's not to me. It's not to Jimmy.
Oh, it's not Jimmy. Hello.
What's happening, Matilda?
Oh, I'm doing pretty good. How are you?
We just closed out an epic, epic, epic Let's Grow Live.
We had not one, but we had two impact concerts focusing on music and public greats.
Alrighty, well this is the final countdown for GG23 QF because GG23 is actually not over yet
when in an hour and a half the GG23 doesn't quite end yet so it is a little bit different
this time but our QF round ends in an hour and a half. So for those of you who don't know,
we also still have a retro round running
and the voting for that is open until the 23rd of April.
So we're seeing a little bit of an overlap
So we've got our QF ending today
and then our bad hold of voting for the retro funding
How that is set up is that we have introduced a multi-mechanism approach to our OSS program
where we have taken 30 of our top OSS builders and we invited them to opt into a retro funding round and so that is happening
as well. You can go check out if you are eligible to vote because we do have a couple of tiers of
voters, two community tiers, so anyone who has donated I, in five or more rounds, a minimum of $50 per round. This is any partner
round and any round running on GetCoin since GG18. And then we also have people holding 30k or more So the pool is smaller than we initially anticipated just because we want the weighting of the votes between experts and the community to be fairly balanced.
So, yeah, go check that out.
But you'll be seeing a lot more comms around that.
But without further ado, let's close out QF.
And for those of you who don't know who I am or who is behind this voice, behind the Gitcoin account, this is Matilda.
I'm Grant's program lead at Gitcoin.
And, yeah, I'm really excited to close out GG23 with all of you.
So how do we run how do we wonder?
That is the voice I was, I was hoping to hear.
How's the sleep deprivation going this round?
You know, it's not too bad.
It's actually surprisingly not too bad we have uh yeah
will t has been an absolute rock star helping me get sleep this time so that is super super
of course it's there to an extent we haven't completely avoided the old sleep deprivation
but uh but teamwork truly does make the dream work and uh yeah super grateful for the for the
whole team who who made the 24-7 thing
happen again for the seventh time uh but uh but but yeah this one was super special and we had
as will tease mentioned all of those live performances and we had poetry and music it
was it was such a vibe and uh we tried so many new things as well this time um not maybe not as many
new things as gitcoin drive but we tried a few new things
That's what GG23 is all about, right?
Experimenting, trying new things.
Wow, you've done this seven times.
Is that how many rounds it's been since the beta round?
rounds have I been involved with since GG oh wow like more than
10 okay yeah I'm like a gitcoin veteran at this stage um I think like just me and one other
person at the org apart from Milwaukee obviously has been there the longest so yeah I definitely
feel like a veteran at this point um but it's been a treat to see how even Let's Grow Live has evolved.
And I'm sorry that I couldn't hang out and pop in more often this round.
As you can imagine, it has been quite busy.
Going multi-mechanism is not a joke.
And it takes up a lot of resources and a lot of time.
But huge shout- out to Day,
who has been holding down the fort,
Maybe I'm sleep deprived, who knows?
For, yeah, for all the spaces during the round,
she has been absolutely killing it.
And yeah, I just appreciate all the work there
So yeah, lots of really exciting changes in GG23. I'm really proud to see
the strategy come to life. It's something that we have been discussing and thinking about and
putting together since DevCon in Thailand last year, so since November. And it's a really
incredible moment to see something like that come to life um it's
definitely not perfect you know the first time you try something it's it's not going to be perfect
but that is all about that's what building in public is all about um so really really excited
about um about where we're going to go from here um. So how do we want to run this?
I see we're giving high fives.
I mean, we'll get to that in a second.
But I don't know if you've been paying attention
to the Web3 streets or not,
but we have exceeded our best effort
of the longest continuous space by over 250%.
Our last best effort effort and this just
goes to the community that we're growing and cultivating and curating and um i know everybody's
pitching in they want this to happen let's grow live it's a thing now but our best effort previously
was 65 hours of a continuous space without X acting up.
Now we have to hang our hat on.
154 hours, continuous, one space.
Hats off. I mean, I'm sure that must be an X record.
Second best. Second best.
Pretty close. It's pretty close.
I was a part of the official longest.
We have something to strive for. We can still strive for that.
We will hit it eventually.
2.5x. Not bad. Not bad. Improvement yep, yep, yep. But yeah, 2.5x,
That could be a success metric
I'll even put it into my KPIs.
can I share with you guys
We are at, how many donations are we at now?
Last time I checked, we were at like 130 something K for QF.
Day, correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't know if you've checked recently,
but I think that's the last tweet that I saw go out about an hour ago.
Yes, our last donation number that we have checked is 133k.
I'll come every about 20 minutes and kind of give like a donation update. Yeah, that sounds great.
And, you know, for those of you who've been around quite a few rounds, this number is
a little bit lower than we're used to. And I'll explain why. It's, It is mainly due to the fact that we are multi-mechanism now. So we've
taken a lot of the heavy hitters out of the QF rounds. So the big projects that are usually
driving a lot of awareness and a lot of donations into the QF rounds are now participating in
retro. And this is not necessarily a bad thing. This is exactly why we did it this way, to give more space to up-and-coming and early-stage projects.
You know, it would only be a failure, in my mind, if no one showed up to donate to the QF.
But that is not the case.
So that is something that is really good to see.
And, you know, the retro builders are also sharing out collections of their favorite OSS projects.
So they are also driving awareness.
They have been driving awareness to the QF rounds as well, which has been really great to see.
So one thing that, you know, we that I have been saying as well is that, yes, we can look at the numbers and we can look at, you know, donation numbers and that's important, but this is the first time we're ever running
around like this. So there's a lot of other success metrics that are more important to me
personally. It's like, how many builders are we onboarding? How many high quality projects are
coming through our program, et cetera, et cetera. We actually saw a ton of really good, really high quality applications.
And I believe that a lot of the applications in OSS specifically were first time grantees.
So I am really, really interested to see how the matching goes.
I mean, we're going to be seeing, you know, top projects look really different this round. And that's really
exciting, you know. And we are going to be running also like a really big retrospective
after this round as well. And we'll be getting community feedback to see how we can improve and
iterate moving forward. Like I said, it's probably going to take a few rounds, you know, to hit the
ground running with this new structure. But all in all, I'm pretty proud., it's probably going to take a few rounds to hit the ground running with this new structure.
But all in all, I'm pretty proud, and it's definitely been a team effort.
We've been working really close with Open Source Observer as well on the design of this round, as well as some other consultants as well.
So it's definitely been a huge, huge team effort from our side as well.
Like the GTC staking numbers, if you go to the forum,
Iwaki just posted on one of the forum posts that there's been over 300K GTC staked this round.
So really, really interesting to see all of these, all of these
experiments come to life. So yeah, a lot of this is just giving us a lot of really good learnings.
What's up? I see you are on stage. I would love to hear your thoughts, especially because,
you know, you're so close, you're so close in the Gitcoin ecosystem as well as you're part
of Team Tiger, so you were reviewing
a lot of these projects as
well. I would love to hear your thoughts on
round. You know, I'm overall, like, I believe it was the most builder-centric round by a long shot.
Because, you know, not only in the open source round, like, if you think about it, we had, like, a bunch of community rounds.
We had 13 communities applying for funding when it comes to the
community round. And this is the highest amount ever of 20 rounds running on a Gitcoin season.
And also the fact that the mature builders are segregated from the early stage builders.
from the early stage builders, I believe that was the biggest and most impactful change
that is going to make the machine phones distribution a lot more fair than past rounds.
If you think about it, the machine going to community rounds was huge.
Also, Celo came with matching on matching.
You know, overall, I'm super happy because of, you know,
GeekCoin still keep 2025 delivering funding builders
when they need it the most.
You know, so that makes me happy.
I'm super, you know, I say this in private.
I believe this is the most builder aligned grants program because we have appeals.
Like you apply for open source.
You can appeal a decision like, hey, I forget to include like the repo or I forget to specify how my project
meets the criteria, you have that opportunity.
And that's priceless because you don't see that very often in other programs that you
can actually fight the decision that reviewers made on your project.
So, yeah, that makes me happy.
Yeah, I love that you brought up the community rounds as well,
because, you know, in the past,
like a little bit of what happens in the background during these rounds,
which is a lot, running these rounds,
there's so much that goes into all of this.
But, you know, in the past, we had to do a lot of direct outreach.
GG20 and GG22, we also did a lot of builder direct outreach
um, as well as community rounds.
This round, we did nothing.
We did no direct outreach to anyone.
And I mean, so many builders showed up, uh, so many community rounds showed up.
And that to me is a really strong signal that, you know, the momentum is here.
Uh, we're making some really big changes. People are on board. Some people are not so happy,, you know, the momentum is here. We're making some really big changes.
Some people are not so happy, but, you know, that's part of it.
So that's really powerful.
And I just love as well what has happened organically with the community rounds.
You know, there was matching on matching, like Wasabi mentioned,
with Celo coming in as well as a walkie and there's
just a really powerful movement happening with community rounds and a theory of localism because
that's what this program is all about you know like get coin grants is really here to power and
to support the ethereum ecosystem ecosystem and really the builders that are
the foundation of scaling this ecosystem.
So it's really powerful to see so many pieces of the Ethereum ecosystem coming together
under like one umbrella to really fund what matters.
You know, so we're living and breathing our mission right now,
which is really cool to see.
Yeah, so the community rounds as well,
that's not completely over yet either.
So just a reminder, the community rounds are wrapping up.
We've got a few different mechanisms as well.
We've got five mechanisms in total for GD23,
We had how many mechanisms last time
one um so that is really cool to see um and so the community rounds there's a new process
so just a reminder we will be putting out some comms on this over the next week or so but
the work there isn't done yet either. So how the community rounds work now,
now that they're running on Grandships,
is everything is transparent.
It's all public domain on Grandships.
Instead of posting their applications to the forum,
they posted it on Grandships,
and basically the council went and voted and reviewed
But then how Grandshipips works is it creates this
really iterative feedback loop and approach. And that's exactly how we plan on, you know,
iterating and bringing this feedback loop into the community round so that we can support them
to scale and to bring, you know, higher success metrics to the table and kind of empower them in that way. So
how's that going to work? I just said a lot of words now. But after the community rounds in GG23
have completed, there's going to be another vote. So users are going to be able to go in,
it's going to be a GTC holder vote, that you'll have to hold a certain amount of GTC.
vote, that you'll have to hold a certain amount of GTC. And we, you'll basically go into and vote
on the six ships. So it's not going to include all the community rounds that ran. It's only going
to include the community rounds that Gitcoin matched. So the ships that basically made it
through the vote on ground ships itself. Then as a community member, you can go and vote on the,
it's going to be a really interesting type of vote.
You're not going to vote on the rounds themselves.
What the Grand Ships team is building is something really cool.
I don't think I've seen something like this before.
They're building like this LLM tool, this AI tool where instead
of you having to go through all six projects, all six rounds, look at what they were trying
to achieve, see if they did, et cetera, et cetera, you are basically just going to be
able to feed your subjective voting into this AI and it's going to help you distribute your votes accordingly.
And we're going to have a few success metrics there.
One could be I care a lot about someone who used a novel funding mechanism
and you can rate it out of five.
And then we'll have like a few of those, maybe three or four.
And then you can actually put in a suggestive, a subjective prompt
into this AI as well. And it's going to spit out how it thinks the vote would go. And then
that's how you're going to vote. So it's something really unique. They demoed it to me this week. So
I'm really excited to see that roll out. Also going to make voting a lot easier, which is
something that I've also seen in this round,
you know, like the metrics-based retro style voting.
It takes you a couple of minutes to do that.
Donations have become a lot more streamlined.
So that is all really, really exciting to see.
But we will be communicating all of that out.
Obviously, we want to focus on QF right now,
just so everyone knows, this is not quite over yet. There's going to be a few more things.
So don't go to sleep after this yet, Jimmy. You can sleep for a day, but come back when you're
done because I know you disappeared usually for like two weeks after these rounds.
But yeah, and then once everyone has voted, once the voting for the community rounds is complete, the top three of those rounds of that vote will then have automatic eligibility into GG24.
And that's a process that will also be reiterating and evolving over time.
This is also, we're starting really simple with a lot of the things that we're starting new.
But we'll be improving this over time as well.
I haven't heard enough of my own voice.
Why don't I hand it over to the let's grow down team?
Because you guys do just such a wonderful job at the Shilabeta and all the
You probably have some new stuff that you've come up with.
Shilabboard. all the other things i don't know you probably have some new stuff that you've come up but she live forward we had some double shills okay we'll see how much um how much do we have in this grow jar to allocate to the shills today question and i think if we can get day in a co-host role
because she was here for the earlier one we are definitely looking for projects that maybe have not been highlighted before in the show of editor.
We've run two iterations so far, one in our own community on Let's Grow Live, and we ran one earlier today. day. I think day can help me sift through these projects and who needs not only additional funding
as our on-chain capital allocation mechanism, but also who has not been highlighted or emphasized
yet. So to date, we have in our cart that we will share as a collection as the Shillivator. You like that? Collection as a part of GG23.
We have 32 projects that are loaded.
Right now, we're using USD Glow.
So the total impact of the 35-ish Glow,
because some have a double contribution
because they made it through both Shillivators,
is magnified to the tune of $933, approximately.
That's the estimated match.
So, yeah, really liking the estimated match this round.
I don't think that I've seen it to this degree.
If I talk to the OGs going back to like, you know, 17 and prior,
this is the magnification that they were experiencing back then.
So really impressed with this.
And yeah, let's make some impact.
So how much is remaining?
That's how many we've already done.
But we've got room for about 20 to 25 projects for sure to get into our cart.
And yeah, I think we discussed, Dave, we're going to...
We'll evaluate it as we grow.
But Dave, I think we discussed earlier, we'll run it for about half an hour to 45 minutes, see what we get.
And then we do need time to submit before the round closes because you know sometimes those
on-chain transactions do not go as planned right absolutely right we need to give a buffer of time
so let's speed through this sorry go ahead i was just gonna say absolutely yeah let's get this
started and let's make sure that these grantees get their grow nations. I'm very excited to be here with everyone.
Look at you using your vocabulary.
You've been trained better than me.
I've been on more of your spaces.
Thank you. That's great. To all the grantees that are in the audience, if you have not already requested to
speak, please go ahead and hit that request button. We want to bring as many of you guys on stage.
If you already shilled earlier this morning, try to make room for some newer grantees, but I'll
give a shout when we are ready to accept some more.
So let's go ahead and get started.
I have Refi Bay Area on stage.
Wait for that grow timer to start, and you can start shilling.
And tree gens will be running the clock.
I will be adding two cartons.
Teamwork making the dream work.
Okay, let me just hotspot this computer so we can get the stopwatch.
By the way, friends, let's end this with a bang.
Bottom right is the chat.
Make sure you max engage there.
And let's get this show on the road.
All right, we got stopwatch.
Okay, refi Bay Area. Stepping into the shillivator ready set grow hello everyone this is al from refi bay area
so we are a regenerative incubator and catalyst weaving real estate design and web3 tools into
living systems that restore ecosystems, house communities,
and inspire collective well-being. This round on Gitcoin, we're funding real-world regeneration
from emergency housing projects in San Francisco to urban food forests in Manila. We don't just
theorize, we build. We've already helped generate over 70,000 in regenerative revenues and created
a system where 5% of sales flows back to regeneration
via refi. We believe in regeneration should be irresistible, beautiful, scalable, and rewarding
for all who contribute. That's why we're launching creative tools like EFP, EFPunk tokens that are
attached to the Frontier Tower living wall facade with a constellation punk flavor and to make cities into living
constellations so join us on gitcoin to fund the next wave of regenerative transformation check out
our profile on the gitcoin regen coordination global round thank you very much
perfect timing well done okay so Day's kicking things off
She's got a heart we're going to need to see
Four more hearts from the audience
To get a grow nation Stella got the second
Third okay Jimmy's throwing in the
Fourth oh we'll see we'll treat Jen in the audience
Okay we'll count it we'll count it wasabi
Okay amazing plenty of hearts
Make sure we get that grow nation
And will T fantastic job Alright who's next up next we have Green pill dev guild Plenty of hearts. Make sure we get that grow nation in will tea. Fantastic job.
Up next, we have Green Pill Dev Guild.
The Dev Guild stepping into the shillivator.
I'm the steward of the Green Pill Dev Guild,
where community of builders supporting
Greenfield chapters and region communities with regenerative tools, product feedback,
tech support and workshops, focus on impact measurement, capital allocation and community
coordination. We're open to all developers of all kinds, whether you're interested in
product, business development, engineering. We're looking to incubate all different ideas
and grow. We have a few projects
that are kicking off and starting to grow from seeds into seedlings. And Green Goods,
which is a simple app to bring biodiversity data on chain, which you can visit at Green
Goods app. And if you visit on your phone, you can install it as a PWA. We are also working
on Alley Eater to support doing payouts in the region, Rio round and different Sello If it's on your phone, you can install it as a PWA. We're also working on Alieeder to deploy on Cello
to support doing payouts in the region, Rio,
round, and different Cello regional hubs.
And yeah, there's a whole multi-tours,
Want to shout out to Oval community.
We've been kicking off that initiative to get more nodes.
And we're looking to get more hardware
to more places where people can afford it,
where it's too expensive.
So support us with that initiative as well.
And I think it's better to be here.
We're going to see five hearts from the audience.
Five hearts to get the grow nation flowing.
Calaberry got the second.
KF Media the fourth. We're going to see one
more heart from the audience, friends.
One more. Okay, and Daniel brings it home.
Alright, let's make note of that. Dev Guild,
Elephant Room Climate Campaigns.
What's up? How's it going? Let's grow Ben! Stepping
into the shillivator! Is that Ben West? Hello! Hello! Yes, it is I. I am here on the couch
as we approach the final countdown in awe of the shill-ovation that you all are, uh, making a reality.
Amazing. Amazing. Were you here for my Data speak earlier?
Perfect. Uh, I love it. I, I'll never get tired of hearing about Data.
Okay. I'll let you chill now.
Okay. Uh, so there's this project okay okay oh that's another timer
timer timer timer okay the timer is ready set go okay so uh information is a public good but right
now we're living in this world that is basically a surveillance capitalist nightmare on our doorstep. Uh, as, uh, you know, companies are finding more and more ways to take our
data and commercialize it.
It's actually putting us at more and more risk.
Uh, I've created this project, which is called, uh, have I been wrecked?
Which is part of a, an OSINT and AI protocol.
So basically using private AI running directly on virtual machines, you can do
investigations into open source intelligence data. And really what that means is like investigating
things on chain or online. If you think you've been wrecked, or if you are curious to research
something or to understand something that's happening on the net, now you can
have the same tools that the bad guys have in your fingertips. It's public goods, open source project,
building it on GitHub, got some cool devs. Shout out to your devs abroad if you're looking for
some amazing devs. Yeah, that is my chill. Oh, right, I heard a noise. Which OSS round?
It's in the DAPS and APS.
I did not do that. And we're back. I did not do that.
I wasn't touching my phone.
All right. We're getting to see five hearts for the did I get wrecked? Who is doing it? Okay, alright
We're going to need to see five hearts for the
Okay, I'm going to start the first one
We got Day with the second
We're going to need to see at least two more from the audience, friends
Okay, Addy Law and Joshua
Much love, Ben It's not did I get wrecked, it's have I been wrecked Bonus heart The law and Joshua brings it home. Fantastic work, good sir.
It's not did I get wrecked, it's have I been wrecked.
Thank you for the correction.
You just pulled up the Grow Nation station.
I definitely have been wrecked.
Okay, Daniel, stepping up to the shillivator. Alright, here we go.
By the way, friends, anyone who wants to
shill two projects, you're welcome to do so,
but you will need ten hearts for
that to grow through. Alright.
Stepping into the shillivator. Ready,
Hey, hi, old. Hey, hi all.
Just like to start with a huge thanks to the Gitcoin team,
the grant operators, I guess,
and also to the Let's Grow team for all of their support.
This is our third Gitcoin grants round.
And yeah, we're still not selling any carbon credits
or we don't give out any tote bags yet
but we're really focused on trustworthy tech so what we do is we connect donations with the actual impact generator and we bring it back to donors on a soulbound dnft we call that the nft a proof
of donation of an impact so yeah fully transparent i guess easy to use designed so even your grandmother
can verify where the money went and yeah you donate we show you where the results no magic
just clean code simple processes and clean data so yeah that's what we're building we're in the
d apps and the apps round and i also planted it uh in the garden on top, I guess.
Thanks again for your support.
What's the name of the project?
November Uniform Initiative.
Love it, love it, love it
Can we get three more hearts from the audience
To get a grow nation for our new initiative
Alright, we'll count it from Let's Go
Okay, oh no, that's the same person, Will TreeGen
Collaborary, that's four, okay, okay And Matthew L. Bonstetta brings it home. Well done. Congratulations.
Up next, we have Collabberry.
Woohoo. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for joining this space. Hello, Jimmy. Hello, guys.
Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Okay, you're stepping into this elevator. 69 seconds on the clock. Ready, set, grow!
Nice. So in Colabberry, we are doing capital. It's a capital allocation mechanism. It's actually for the last mile. It's for the projects, contributors working in any team, in any organizations.
It's kind of a retroactive way to fund contributors because we provide the mechanisms that bring fairness to the way in which people are taking compensations out of the teams, even when they don't have the cash flow to pay teams, we can pay them with
tokens that directly represent the value and effort that they have put into the table. The
way that we do that is just making them to make agreements on what they want from the organizations,
what they are offering to them. And then we have a social validation, peer-to-peer review, where people just say how well the contributors perform.
And then our algorithm will directly
account for a number of tokens that will represent the value
in a round that this team has actually put on.
So it's a new way to build out.
It's a new way to build out. It's a new ways to share ownership and you'll be happy and to grow
All right, okay, so Dave's got it started elephant gave the second
Jamie got the third heart. We're gonna see at least two more hearts from the audience.
Will Tree, Jen. Wait. Oh, hold on.
Okay, yeah. Okay, I'll count that. We haven't counted that yet.
Okay, and Greenfield, Nigeria. One more heart,
friends. One more heart to get the grown nation
Oh, you saw one. Okay, amazing. Good.
Oh, and Defice Gang. Yeah.
Nice. We got bonus hearts. We got bonus hearts.
Congratulations. Elephant, are you
giving us a high five? I think we need
to address the elephant in the room.
That had to happen sooner or later. Thank you.
I love it. I mean, that is
where the name comes from. So,
thing. I think I didn't mention that.
I was trying to give you a high five, but I also wanted to shill it forward.
But if there's other people waiting to speak, I could circle back.
I think we're circling back to your direction.
You can love corporate speak, right?
We'll create a picture for that conversation. It's a's a good circle yeah we're good to go okay all right all right 69 seconds on the clock ready set
okay so uh identity is super important and it's actually kind of an achilles heel in web 3 because
kyc processes are everywhere right you need to need to give your, what do you call
your ID, your ID documents to some entity who then takes them, processes them, keeps them in a
honeypot that could be hacked or sells your data to other people and puts you in more risk. So
PrivID takes the Holonym protocol, which is a ZK proofs protected identity protocol, which can actually work for KYC legally.
I've had lawyers tell me so.
So the idea is open source, use that and connect it to decentralized social networks.
Well, this is a project that's starting with blue sky and a browser extension.
that's starting with Blue Sky and a browser extension.
And the idea is to make it so that people can see
a whole in M.I.D. as a little check mark
with more information when they are in Blue Sky.
And the idea is to try to get adopted by Blue Sky directly
and then spread to all kinds of other applications
It's like a bridge between Web 2 and Web 3
using CK proofs and privacy protocols
to make the world a better place and my partner's running
it she's new to web 3 uh and doesn't like talking on these faces but did at least one of them
uh and i was so stoked to see it i haven't even heard it i don't know if you guys have heard it
uh but yeah she's uh made the leap from web to uh world i'm still talking the damn thing went off i
gotta shut up you guys somebody somebody got to show me.
It's love spreading time.
I'm pretty sure I saw Mama Gitcoin before,
we'll tea in the audience.
We easily got you five hearts,
congratulations. Congratulations. I mean, congratulations.
Definitely getting another grow nation.
That was a good shill it forward.
Does it count as a double pitch if I'm shilling it forward to somebody else?
I mean, if we live in the same house, maybe it's not really forward.
10 if you try to get it all done in your 69 seconds.
If you mention two in the 69, then you need 10. Yeah, exactly.
in both of those, so yeah, no worries.
Next we have GreenPillNYC.
Oh, there we go. Of course. Yeah. Okay, great.
GreenPillNYC. Stepping into the shillivator. Ready, set, and grow.
GM, everybody. Thanks again for setting this up. I'll be quick. So yeah, GreenPill NYC, we have our monthly meetups. We're setting up our monthly digital calls. We are incredibly fiscally conservative. We don't spend any of our money. This is the second grant round we've done in the last year.
100% of the funds are earmarked for a local quadratic funding round
that we're going to be running in Red Hook at some point.
And yeah, short and sweet and simple.
Mama, Gitcoin leads the charge.
Data's the second. And got to grow in there. All right. Mama, Gitcoin leads the charge. Day does the second.
Wow, that was probably the shortest pitch and shortest, quickest way to get five hearts.
I'm adding that one to the vocabulary now.
Up next, we have DeFi Scan.
Did it growcabulary? that one to the vocabulary now. Up next, we have DeFi Scan. Hi, everyone.
Stepping into the shell of beta.
So to describe the DeFi Scan in one sentence,
this is L2Bit for decentralization the DeFi scan in one sentence,
this is L2B for decentralization of DeFi protocols.
So for context, there have been many innovations in DeFi
recently, but decentralization has not progressed as far
So in DeFi, you can find some protocols pretending
But when you find out how it works,
there are clear signs of centralization
So yeah, DeFi Scan is all about bringing insights
for decentralization as a whole for the protocol.
And yes, we have reviewed many protocols so far.
We have many more reviews to come, like Morpho, Sky, or Aave.
And yes, we notably spotted some unverified contracts in Uni-23,
especially for the hybrid deployments and yes that kind of finding
Three out of the get grow.
We're going to see two more hearts from the audience, friends.
Two more hearts from the audience.
I saw one from Kut. I'll throw one up.
Mama Gitcoin has to stay credit.
Thank you. Okay. But I'll help, you know. Thank you.
You can be the, yeah, exactly.
Help me catch these hearts.
Now they're all flowing in for me.
All right, Day, who we got next?
Up next, up next is Rolodox.
Rolodox. All folks. Rolodox.
Stepping into the shillivator.
So Rolodox is about banishing hexadecimal addresses from your life.
Let's face it. We all want to get rid of them.
Let's replace them with some juicy human readable labels of your choosing.
So Rolodox is a browser extension that is open source, privacy, preserving, local first, local only actually.
And you can just right click on hexadecimals in your browser, any website, any chain, give it a human readable label.
And that's it. Boom, done. You can never need to wonder what that address refers to.
Again, it's that simple. You can also look things up in your address book.
And I'm working on a bigger vision of sharing address book data across the whole of Web3. So Rolodox is the first step on that journey. So let's fix Web3 UX everywhere.
That's pretty much it. And big shout out to my buddy Ben and PrivID who I just donated to to about 30 minutes ago or less.
All right, let's get the hearts a-flowing.
Mama, get coin on the lookout.
Who we got from the audience?
Will Trejan giving a thing.
Congratulations, Rolodox.
You got the grow nation flowing to you.
Will, did you have your hand up, buddy?
First off, Rolodox, which round? And secondly, what do you define as human readable addressing?
Human readable, any label that you want to assign to address,
whatever's meaningful to you, just
like you do with your phone address book, same principle.
Cool. And which round? address book same same principle well and we drum
sorry I didn't catch that which round was the second question which round
oh sorry yes the apps yeah the DApps and apps it is.
Up next, we have Hinal.eth.
All right, Hinal, stepping into the shillavator.
I'm from ICS, the Institute for Community Sustainability. We're part of the Regen Coordination Round.
This is our first ever on-chain funding round of any sort.
We're at 65 donations so far, just four away from 69.
Could someone just jump in with a dollar here and there to get us to 69?
It would be so cool for our first round.
We are connecting traditional impact work with Web3 Coordination.
We're a small not-for-profit that runs a thriving repair cafe and tool lending library in london ontario now we're operating
a multi-sig we're minting impact attestations we're helping major canadian foundations understand
the value of regenerative finance we've moved over 140 000 from canadian foundations on chain
kept it circulating the regen ecosystem we're documenting our learnings in patterns of playbooks
sharing it with the global knowledge commons we're part of the project called the
reimagining power project partnering with foundations community groups and dows to explore
and experiment with how region web3 tech can grow impact equity around the world thank you for
supporting region coordination and the institute for community sustainability Let's grow. Fantastic pitch. Fantastic pitch. I'm pretty sure I've already
grownated, but I'm about to do it again. Let's get you to the funny number. We can do this.
Okay. All right. So let's see who, okay. I already seen some hearts flow in, but... Hit the game. Coconut. Pretty sure I saw one from you.
We're going to need to see two more from the audience.
Daniel, Auburn, Hyde Cat.
Mama Gitcoin caught them all.
She doesn't miss a single heart.
Congratulations. Congratulations.
You'll be getting well on your way to the
funny number. Alright, who we got next?
GM, GM, everyone. I'm K'm coy i'm from greenfield brazil and the dev guild um yeah i want to to talk about greenfield brazil we have been doing
uh an incredible work uh the team it's like learning very fast and we are getting together
fast and we are getting together. We are running the Rio de Janeiro round on
Gitcoin this time. We have some beautiful projects there, you definitely
need to check. And we are also building our infrastructure
using cookie jar contracts and gardens. So yeah, take a look on our
application and support us if you
So, thanks for the opportunity.
Let's grow. Short and sweet.
Oh, day's already spreading the love.
Who else got some hearts?
Who else got some hearts?
Coconut, Agroforest, Wild, TreeGen, who else? Who else? Oh, wait.
One to the An-An-Felens. Felens. Amazing. Brings it home. That's five in the bag. Well done, Koi. Well done, indeed.
All right. Who next,? Before I say who's next, here's an updated GG 23
everyone. Grownate to your favorite projects
a success. Up next, we have
GM. What's happening here?
Inquiring minds want to know, do you literally have a coconut hat, like a half shell cut in half?
Then you gotta come on the live stream video
And just be like I'm wearing my coconut hat right now
Coconut Network is Addressing A really great problem set grow yeah coconut network is
faced by underserved communities
a framework for underserved communities
to get access to global markets
end up making 10, 20, 20x the money.
That value doesn't flow back to the community.
So that's why we are building the coconut framework.
And we are using this framework to build a network of syntropic farms, mainly focused on coconut trees because coconut trees, they are so useful in many ways.
But we look at them as an instability mechanism for the network because they have a very long life span.
They can create value for generations and they are a hedge against everything.
Because when you grow a coconut plantation, you are tapping
in more than 12 global markets at the same time. So you have a market agnostic. Yeah.
So check it out. Thank you.
Check it out. Check it out. All right. All right. All right. All Alright. Let's see some hearts for the Coconut Network.
KF Media, Agra Forest leads the charge.
We're going to need to see a few more from the audience.
Oh, and My Crypto Adventures.
Definitely got your five easy spreading the
love as well so is stella we all love the coconuts wow wow they're all lighting up now
my goodness okay fantastic fantabulous okay grow k who we got day up next agroforest yes
day up next agroforest yes you're on it
okay amazing agroforest see you don't even need a
grocabulary word there it already has grow within okay
stepping in the shield of agroforest now ready set bro gm gm
hey jimmy dai thank you You guys make a great partnership, you know, a lot of energy, thank you.
And yeah, we are just building some agroecological primitives on chain and making agroforestry great again, like back before the 1500s.
like back before the 1500s.
We're going to normalize this.
You're going to have an agroforest near you.
You will be able to assess that wherever you are.
We are all part of the same tribe.
And they're going to make our own rules, our own reputation systems.
And yeah, this weird world of syntropic agoforistry,
you're going to normalize that.
We're going to need to see three more hearts from the audience.
Oh, Addy Law gets one. Oh, a heart. That's two. We're going to need to see three more hearts from the audience. Oh, Addy Law gets one.
Oh, and you already got Coconut.
Well, Arbolern, Green Pill, NYC.
Okay, now they're all spreading the love.
Much love to you, Dio Grow.
You're definitely getting your Grow Nation from Let's Grow Dow.
Have we cycled through them all?
I see some projects that haven't joined the show elevator yet, like Unlock Protocol.
Get up here, Unlock Protocol.
I have been sending super requests.
Yeah. I've been helping you manage the stage, here. Wait. I have. I have. Yeah.
I've been helping you manage the stage too.
Now is not the time to be shy, Unlock.
Don't make us play Les Brown on you.
I just want to jump up. not in the shillivator,
but just to spread some love around.
It's been such an incredible experience.
It was an absolute joy and honor
to throw our first Gitcoin-inspired Impact concert
and to get to know so many amazing people out there
making a difference on the ground
as well as through these virtual streets, just, you know, getting the world into a better plane.
We are moving forward. We are growing forward into a much better place because of the work you all are doing.
So I groanated to as many as I could. I think I got everybody that shot me their links.
thank you all for being a part of this amazing movement. Much love. Let's keep growing.
Let's grow. EZ is the champion of LDL, bringing this incredible experience. Not just one impact
concert, but a pop-up concert for our closing ceremony.
He whipped it out like it was nothing.
Just brought all the musicians.
Even though we got Rugged right before, we got it right on back on track, which was amazing.
And EZ is, by the way, also a purchaser of a Grow Pass, which means he funded your grow nations just now. That's how we
fund these, these shillivated grow nations. It's grow fines and grow passes pretty much entirely
grow passes. Actually, we're pretty lenient with the fines this time. Um, but, uh, but yeah, grow
passes for the win. So thank you, easy. Thank you for being such an amazing supporter of, uh, of,
of what we're trying to do and everything
public goods you sir are a public
we actually for another milestone
milestone moments we had a couple of hearings
and cases that were heard
yeah constables in let's grow live so there we go
yeah yeah yeah there were a few grow fines trickling in as well we had a whole court
meeting okay stella stepping up to the chillivator is this the chillivator there are 69 okay oh yeah yep it is yep it is you're ready ready okay 69 seconds
on the clock ready set grow hey guys so yeah i'm the lead steward over at unlock protocol dao
unlock protocol is a decentralized peer-governed protocol with which you can create on-chain ticketing, memberships, recurring
subscriptions, certifications, and so much more. And aside from being peer-owned and peer-governed,
it's also the most easiest way of launching or deploying your own smart contract and yeah,
use it for all the mentioned cases. That's it. And also, please, let's grow and get some more granations.
Okay, let's see these hearts.
Okay, EZ is leading the charge.
Day brings in numero dos.
We need to see three more hearts from the audience to get the granation.
Okay, of course, Will, Tree Will Tree Gents getting the love growing in
Two more from the audience
Mama GetCoin doesn't miss
Congratulations A fantastic Shillivator pitch Doesn't miss much They're all flowing in. Congratulations. Congratulations.
A fantastic Shilovator pitch.
That's the new catchphrase.
How's everybody doing today?
By the way. Growing well, good sir. Growing welluring and growing in their own natural ecosystems, but
also flourishing in the Gitcoin community as well. A prime example that I'd like to highlight
is AgriForrest Dow. I first met DJ in GG18 as a grantee. And now he is not only a round operator
with the work that he's doing in his local community
but he is also operating with a global focus.
Love it. Love, love, Love it.
Or Matilde, should I say.
You know what else we got
I'm so sorry about that, Tymo.
You know what else we got growing on
We can all try. we can all learn this we
can get the spaces training again okay check this out check check my pfp real
quick see that yes this is called the emoji spam I have yep wondered how you
do that can you please teach me?
This is beyond what you can do on a computer.
Okay, so everyone's going to learn this.
If we all do this together, we will get this space back into trending with the little fire emoji in the top left.
We can do this as a team. Okay, so this is how we do.
with, it's a two hand job, left hand with the left thumb goes just to the right of the mic.
Okay. You're going to hold that there. Leave the thumb in this place. Don't move this. Now you
take your right thumb and you're going to tap the heart with the plus. You're going to tap it.
You're going to keep tapping it.
Ideally, you don't see coming.
If you do see emojis, you have to step one.
Okay, but keep tapping it.
Okay, then when you release both thumbs, it should appear the box with all the emojis
with a little shadow around it
And now you can tap the emojis as many times as you tap the heart with the plus
Oh, oh, oh mama get going got it. She got it. Oh, easy got it easy got it. Let's go got it
I've been trying so hard. I got it Yo
I've been trying so hard. We've had so many lessons and you finally got it. Oh
Okay, if you didn't get it, don't worry
You nailed it mama get coin
Mama, do you don't miss when I'm gonna end this face?
Ma gee don't miss that's what I'm talking about. That's what I'm talking about., don't miss. We're not going to end this phase, bro. Momotie, don't miss.
That's what I'm talking about.
That's what I'm talking about.
So if you didn't get it, don't worry.
Easy had to try 10 times before he got it.
Now he finally got it in the closing space.
So left thumb to the right.
Sorry about the background noise.
Left thumb to the right of the mic.
You're going to hold it there.
Feliz got it. Very nice. now you tap the heart with a plus keep tapping it 10 20 times
Doesn't matter if it pops up go back to step one, but then if you release now it should up. Yep
Mama get going don't miss look at this
Let's grow coconut got it
this was the best kept secret
let the cat out of the bag
it's all good I've been seeing you guys do
this for a long time like i've seen you guys do this for a while well different different same
same but different same same but different what we've been doing we've been using computer so on
computer when you tap the emoji you can tap like three times maybe four you see what i'm saying
guys we did it look at the top left the fire is back guys the fire is back
We're back into trending we are gonna be suggested in the algorithm. The algorithm is in our favor
So yeah, so on computer you can tap like maybe three times
But you can't do ten and on computer. You also can't change the color of your hearts on mobile
Bam, booyah shakalaka. That's i'm talking about all right we did it guys we did it
we're trending again may i ask mama get coin a serious question uh yes cart is loaded ready
to deploy however we want to publish this as a collection we have to publish as a collection
first yes oh yeah if you want to create a collection,
you can't do that after you have already donated.
You've got to do that before.
And Jimmy, help me with the spelling.
Like an elevator. T-E-R or T-O-R? Chil-o-vater, like an elevator.
Okay, so then... It's already published,
now we're going to submit. Then you can share that. We're going toator okay so then it's already published now then you can
share that we're gonna submit so right now in our cart we have 40 projects through the shillovator
the total glow dollar contribution between arb and silo is right around 52 glow dollar that's
amazing and the impact estimated matching is 1422.
So now share the collection and we can all go double time.
day is bam in the hearts.
in the jumbo, in the garden, in the comments, We love it. We love to see it. Let's keep it growing. Where is it in the in the jumbo in the garden in the comments?
The collection. Oh, I posted it to GrantStack.
Can you not see it there? Huh? Oh.
I thought you're just going to share a link with us. Yeah, you got to share the link.
Okay, well. Yeah, we're not. We're not going to share a link with us, buddy? Yeah, you've got to share the link. Okay, well...
Yeah, we're not going to search for it.
You've got to share the link of the collection.
Yeah, in order to find it again.
All right, well, you guys remember HoopShield just now?
Just keep it in your short-term memory banks?
We are going to publish a thread.
We are going to publish a thread that will show the transaction hash of the shalom so you'll have that um love it yeah the other thing too love it love it hydropods in the space for a high five
mama gitcoin i did notice we can also mint this as an ea as well but i did notice
there's a new little uh chicky chicky box on the checkout do you want to talk about that
oh yeah the donate to gitcoin uh this is something that we actually had live in cgrants i don't know
if any of you were around in cGrants. That was the platform,
the centralized platform we used before we built GrantStack. And at checkout, you could donate to Gitcoin. So this donation goes straight to our treasury. So you could also give back
to us, which is also really helpful. That goes towards us continuing to, you know, to fund what matters.
So, yeah, that's what that's about.
Hydropad, what's growing on with you, my guy?
Literally just here to high-five.
Cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool, cool.
No doubt, no doubt, no doubt.
Hey, EZ, are you in a place with the V formation by chance?
Oh, this is another new thing, Matilda.
Unfortunately, I'm not V formatted to, you know, connect the bots.
Well, let me share the alpha for everyone up here on stage,
and maybe one of y'all might be in a position to make this happen, okay?
This is how you actually get decent sounding music playing into spaces.
And Rodecaster's not on the table right now because I am literally at the boarding gate.
So, this is how you do it.
It's called the beat formation.
So, if you get two big old pillows or cushions from a couch, depending on the size of your speaker, okay, you make a V formation.
So it's in a V shape, right?
Two touching the sides going outwards.
Now, what you do where the cushions touch each other is you put the speaker right there where they touch, right? Now, where they
go, where they grow out, that's where you put the phone. So as it's growing out, you put the phone
like that, okay, on the outside. Then you put a blanket over top. Contains, contains it. I don't
know why this works. It totally works, okay? Definitely works. So, does anyone have some cushions or pillows with a speaker nearby?
I don't know about you, but I don't typically have pillows or cushions or blankets at my desk.
Aren't you in your house right now?
I'm a cook and in the kitchen.
Hey, turn the stove off for a minute.
My mom somewhere found these like, they were like tall, long rectangular cushions.
They weren't like necessarily for a couch or anything.
They were just, I guess, for kids to like,
you know, build forts with
because they were like giant Lincoln log building blocks
made, you know, foam and upholstered
and we could build the biggest forts.
I would be able to like build a like rectangle formation and go inside it if I still had those bad boys.
What are we trying to do here?
We're trying to play a tune. All right. It's a tradition at this point.
When we're getting close to the final countdown,
the final countdown needs to be played.
Which reminds me, how many minutes do we have left?
16 if you're counting 59 as the end, right?
I wasn't even going there.
There we go. Thank you. Not a lot. 16 minutes left. 59. That's next level. I wasn't even going there. Yeah, 16. There we go.
Hey, guys, how are you doing?
Thank you so much for giving me the stage and letting me come here and speak.
Good morning to everyone.
I just want to come here and say thank you to Gitcoin community
and the amount of love we receive from the community is overwhelming.
We really, really appreciate the community with the support
and, yeah, let's build together.
Thank you so much. I don't know I don't take so
much of a time because I want to give everybody some space because we already have you know
received over 1300 donations 1300 people who who wants to be part of our project. It's just amazing to see the amount of support
we have received from the Bitcoin community.
By the way, oh, sorry for the typing in the background.
My bad, I didn't realize I didn't open my hydropad.
By the way, I learned this week that another person who I'm a big fan of that Stella and I share a mutual connection with as part of a DAO that we're involved with as a DAO contributor.
Wonder Woman Code, I imagine, is part of your team.
Yeah, Angela is part of our team as well.
She has been advising us for a long period of time since we founded our project.
Yeah, Angela is an amazing person.
I've seen Angela in here as well, if she's still here.
I got the chance to hang out with her.
I got the chance to hang out with her at ETH Denver,
Yeah, Angela is the best, hands down.
No more East Denver FOMO,
Will T. Come on. That's enough.
Jimmy, did you hear about what you missed at Shelling Point?
I am so bummed. You have no freaking idea.
Shut it. Keep it in freaking idea. Shut it.
Now, if none of these speakers can figure out the V formation cushion,
someone in the audience is going to have to step up to the plate.
Aren't you set up for this?
No, he's getting on an airplane.
I am literally boarding a plane right now.
then the blanket becomes the challenge
I also don't have a speaker
So I don't know how this is gonna
No, come on, easy, you got this
Remember those fort building days from your childhood
This is teamwork making the dream
work. It doesn't work without the team.
It don't work without the team.
Look at us. We're trending. We got the little fire back.
extinguished. You know what I'm saying?
Let that fire continuously burn,
concludes. Yes, we got this.
Do you have a question for True Gents, like, where he's traveling
But if you want it, if you feel like telling me,
location where you're going to?
I was invited to speak at this AI conference in Taiwan, so we're growing in Taiwan.
We're going to explain how we're using AI to do the tree counting and other things as an example at this AI conference.
Or how to keep spaces alive with AI agentic models.
A shell never came through. Maybe. GG24. GG24. I shouldn't have named names just now. But we have, yeah our this is our plan to have let's grow live forever
forever let's grow live is we we i had a promise that the ai was gonna take over the spaces and
just keep it ever forever alive um and we were gonna have italik speak as an AI. This was promised to me, Matilda.
We were so certain it was going to happen.
And it didn't. But, well, it kind of, like, we were able to get it.
It left after 20 seconds.
But, you know, we'll figure it out.
That doesn't work, does it?
And we have a new goal to strive for.
Going to be the year that Let's Grow Live just never dies.
It's going to be the quarter that it grows on forever.
My skills are coming back.
I need just a few more items.
But how much time do I got?
You got to have at least three minutes buffer for the song.
So did you watch my V formation video?
Did you see how we do this?
Or you got the good visual from the description?
I'm a fort building master.
It won't be exactly V because of where i'm at
and what i have for um you know materials but i've got it covered already i just need to tighten up a
few uh you know tuck ins i need like maybe a clothes pin or two to clip to the head of the
bed board but we're there we're close we're close it will it will have to be just my computer
speakers unfortunately because i don't have something else but i will just be able to fit We're there. We're close. We're close. It will have to be just my computer speakers, unfortunately,
because I don't have something else.
But I will just be able to fit my head in,
and the cell phone and the computer will be towards the back.
Maybe while we wait for you to get set up,
I can ramble on about the next steps after GG23,
and then we can close out this beautiful space and QF. Day, did you have
your hand up? Yes, yes. I just want to say we are at 139K in GG23 grown nations and the POAP secret
word is GG23 final shill. All one word. It's linked in the jumbotron go ahead and claim that before the
end of this space when does that mint window end day it will end in nine minutes okay well go go
mint your po app go claim it i'm gonna go claim mine after i um after i ramble on. So yeah, just a quick reminder, this is the closeout of our QF donations for GG23. But
GG23 is not quite over yet. We are multi-mechanism now. So we have our retro funding round for our mature OSS builders that is running in parallel to QF, but the voting has overlapped
with QF. We did that on purpose. So the voting for that round will end in one week. So it'll end
on the 23rd of April. If you are a community member, you may be eligible to vote. So go and check it out. You can go to
grants.gitcoin.co, click on the mature builders round, and you will see a list of all the builders
that are currently in that round, as well as a button to go vote. All you need to do is connect
with your wallet. And if you are eligible to vote, the voting platform will come up. If not,
it will just give you a, it'll just, there will just be a pop-up saying that you're not eligible.
So, yeah, if you've been a donor since GG18 or if you hold a significant amount of GTC,
you will be eligible to vote as a community member.
We've got three tiers of badge holders.
We've got expert badge holders.
These are badge holders that we have
handpicked from the community who are experts in the field. And then we've got two tiers of
community members as well. So yeah, I would highly recommend going and checking that out. And yeah,
I know that you all are probably going to want to chill out after this round for sure. We usually see things go a little bit quiet after
QF winds down. But yeah, things are not over yet. And we will also have another vote that you can
go and participate in for the community round. So we're running community rounds on a new platform
and a new mechanism called Grand Ships. So there's an extra step now after this round is complete.
There will also be a vote going live there.
It'll also be a GTC holder vote.
We will release all that information really soon.
And you will basically be voting in a very unique way
on which of the community rounds that
gitcoin matched uh you think um pushed had i don't want to say like the biggest success because we
can't really because people they all ran on different mechanisms so it's not we can't really
compare apples to oranges it's not that kind of thing really compare apples to oranges. It's not that kind of thing.
It's going to be pretty subjective, you know?
But yeah, it's going to be a really interesting vote.
There's going to be some AI involved as well that is going to help with subjectivity.
It's going to be super, super interesting.
Anyway, I see Let's Grow.
And then there's also Stella.
Sneak peek into GG2424 now that get coin is
multi-mechanism just planting a seed here no pressure maybe streaming qf
yeah we've thought about this i've thought about this one before um but streaming qf is more
continuous so it doesn't it's not like it can fit into a like a two or
three week cycle round necessarily I think that's something more to think of like something that's
just continuous um but yeah I I have heard that come up I mean I spoke to Jimmy about this
on the other day on a space but we'll. We'll see how there's already some stuff planned
for GG24. Some other exciting stuff. So we'll see. We'll see how it goes. Yeah, Stella.
Hey, I probably have the dumbest question of all. Where can I find that POAP link?
So the POAP needs to be claimed through the app.
You're going to go to App Store or Google Play Store
and download the POAP app.
Once you get logged in, press the plus
on the bottom right-hand corner, click Secret Word,
and input GG23 Final Shill.
And I did go ahead and extend that for another 30 minutes.
So as of right now, you have about 35 minutes to claim it.
I believe the newest version is PoApp Home because there's been a few PoApp apps.
Mine is just called PoApp.
But if you're familiar with the website, then it has the exact same logo the app does.
I'll try to drop a link in the...
I'm in the fort, by the way.
Oh, wait. Do you know what you're playing?
Oh, yeah, baby. thing uh oh we got it oh yeah baby so Let's grow! We're leaving together
And maybe we'll come back
I guess there is no one to blame
We're leaving ground We're leaving ground.
Will things ever be the same again?
It's the final countdown.
The final countdown. The fight of countdown
Cause maybe they've seen us
And welcomed us all, yeah
With so many light years to go
And things could be found
I'm sure that we all miss our song
It's the final countdown The final countdown
The final countdown Don't come down, don't come down Oh, oh Thank you. All right, that's good, that's good.
The count is counted down.
It's getting hot in the tent.
Bro, you really built the board, huh?
I had to hit the emojis, like, upside down on the phone.
Yo, take a photo of your...
I want to see what you built, man your i want to see what you built man
i want to see what you built i think i'll photograph you really went to town on that

this with us. It is always
Yeah, with you guys, it's always
I can't believe it. GG23.
QF. I still don't know how to say
that. Multi-Mechanism Matilda is not quite
I don't know do I have any
I don't know do any of have any closing words of wisdom? I don't know.
Do any of you have any closing words of wisdom?
Okay, QF is done, but there are still community rounds going on,
That's conviction voting for you.
We have the retro funding round. Go check it out. Let's
grow. Like, you know, yay. We just wrap up another successful season of product funding. It was great.
And there's other great platforms in the public goods space. Huge shout out to Gitcoin for pioneering and just helping so many people.
I'd like to just shout out Giveth and Artisan and Octon and Flows.WTF could use your support in the upcoming nouns vote.
And much love, y'all. Let's keep growing together.
Yeah, a lot of you will have had some spark of potential grow laborations that you can make happen during this last Let's Grow Live.
Make sure you do the thing.
Follow up on each of those potential grow laborations.
We can grow so much further together.
Don't let it just be a spark.
Make sure the thing happens.
And remember that in the end, the love you take
Look at all these hearts.
Man, it's been a pleasure
homo sapien, man. You are one energetic energetic homo sapien man
you're a very energetic homo sapien just had to say that man you keep this space going
and i really appreciate you man um thank you very much gitcoin for setting all this up
um thank you ot for keeping the sparks you know with your words of wisdom thank you
thank you easy thank you all um one one last stupid question by the way day uh sorry my
network's cutting off while um while you were talking about the poor app i thought it was pull up and i typed pull up and i got so confused
the accents the difference in accents and stuff sorry about that
proof of attendance it took me a while to realize that it's soap but poop you know like if i was to
pronounce it i'd say it's poop but then you were saying like Pope app and I was looking for pole app.
Damn, sorry about that though.
Now I'm confused as to what to do now that I've downloaded the app.
So you're just going to log in and click the plus on the bottom right corner.
Click secret as your mint of choice, and then
enter the word GG two, three final shill, all one word. That's also pinned in the jumbotron.
Amazing. I love that. Alrighty. Well, we'll get, we jimmy get to his flight um enjoy taiwan taiwan is awesome i
don't know if you've been there before but i have and it's a lovely place um yeah as a reminder if
you still want to get involved with gg23 it's not quite done you can still go to ground so get
coin.co to check out some rounds that are still running. Exactly. There's conviction voting.
There's also other retro rounds running.
Token Engineering Commons is also running a retro round.
There's a whole bunch of stuff still happening.
But don't go too far because there's still a lot of exciting things coming.
Yeah, and just want to give a huge shout out to everyone that has made GG23 a possibility.
It is quite a big moment.
I've said this before, but it's a really special thing to see.
And look, this is not all me.
Yes, I'm Grant's program lead, but this is a huge team effort.
I am really proud of the work that everyone has done to make GG23 a reality.
Some people said that multi-mechanism would be crazy to try.
I was like, hold my beer.
And, you know, no, it's not for the faint-hearted.
There's a ton of work that goes into making a round successful,
let alone a multi-mechanism round.
There's so many learnings already that we've had in this round.
So, yeah, I just want to give a huge, huge shout out to the Gitcoin team for not only
helping get the strategy live, but also all the product updates that have happened as
They built a new retro funding app, which is super easy to use.
It is an amazing platform.
There's new features this round, every round,
there's some new features as well. And then yeah, huge, huge shout out to Day, who has been not
only holding down the spaces, but who has done an amazing job at holding down so much with GG23.
And yeah, shout out to the community. You guys just show up every single time. And it just blows my mind that this is the seventh time you guys have been running 24
And it's not even something that we asked for.
It's just something that you guys started in the beta round.
And yeah, it's been a really, it's been a treat to see how that has evolved over these seven rounds makes me feel
really old um that I've been around for that long but it is yeah it's a it's a big moment and I'm
super proud and yeah thank you to everyone who showed up and I know that this round is not
perfect and there's a lot of iteration and evolution that is still needed. But that's all about, that's what building in public is all about.
And we've already got some exciting things lined up for GG24.
So I'm excited to share that at some point.
I wanted to shout out to the GeekCoin Community Council that they curated the community rounds.
It was a great, great coordination behind the scenes.
And also to Think Tiger that coordinated and curated everything related to the open source round
and a bunch of other stuff that no one sees happening behind the scenes.
So yeah, shout out to them because it's, like you said,
I was going to go there next.
I don't think that the community
how important Team Tiger is
to the operations of a GetCoin Grants round.
So yeah, huge, huge shout outs.
And you're part of that team.
Wasabi, like you're just embedded in the Gitcoin,
like in our fibers at this point.
You know, you're on Team Tiger, you're on our council,
you're a sign-on, the matching pool.
And I just want to give a huge, huge shout out to you.
This program wouldn't be what it is today if it wasn't for you.
So really appreciate all the efforts.
And, yeah, I'm just so grateful for this community.
I'm not going to get emotional here.
But, yeah, I don't get emotional ever.
No, what are you talking about?
So, yeah, huge, huge shout out.
I'm probably forgetting a few people, but that just comes with old age, you know, old mama Gitcoin age.
One day I'll be grandma Gitcoin, so I'm not too far away from that.
But, yeah, just huge shout out. Also, that Team Tiger is also, you guys are becoming a lot more instrumental in also making sure that our appeal processes and our application processes are more robust.
And, you know, that is actually not a Gitcoin effort.
That's mostly Team Tiger these days.
So, yeah, huge, huge shout out to all of you.
Yeah, appreciate you all.
I don't think you have missed anyone, but you missed yourself.
Shout out to Matilda for doing all the amazing work.
Yeah, you were an inspiration for all of us. Thank you for the good work,
all the good work you do. Yeah. Huge shout out to you and shout out today. And I want to thank
my good friend, Jimmy, EZ and Will, Will in the here. He's no listener at the moment. But yeah,
thank you all for, for make this this happen and everybody has contributed so much
and looking forward to contribute into the gitcoin and they be part of the community thank you all
