myself one of those audio interfaces by Sterling. A nice little audio interface that plugs into the computer. And then I just got
kind of a medium priced, you know, audio vonix, I think it is microphone, and that that's really all it takes, you know, audio, Vonix, I think it is, microphone. And that's really all it takes.
You know, just plug that into your laptop and makes all the difference.

and it was so cool to just see them interacting

They had all these kids toys, all these slides

that they could just enjoy.
And it was awesome.

are going to look like. Because there's just so much happening week by week now, you know, at one of these,
one of these weeks Dylan, we're going to look back and everyone's going to just
have a whole different sentiment right now.
It's kind of like a, you know, Touch and go right now.
I think people are like not as much woe as me.
We weren't like that, I guess maybe two, three weeks ago when they were seeing
these dip, dip dips, but, um, I feel like one of these weeks, we're going to have
a breakout where all this stuff they've been working on right the the powers that be are gonna finally release this this this resistance that they've been imposing on the market and things are just gonna rip and move and accelerate pace. Yeah, we're going to have some crazy fun in these spaces. Like I said, you probably don't even have to be invested into Ethereum and Bitcoin to
fill the aftershock.
This bull run is going to just be so massive that just being in crypto, you're going to
be like, yeah, I made a few bucks.
Just being in crypto, just holding a token, holding an NFT, you'd be like, yeah, yeah, it was crap a couple of months ago, but it's kind of a couple bucks
today.
You know what I mean?
Like everyone's going to be up.
That type of pool is what I feel like is coming.
So it's not an if, just a win.
And so, you know, just want to stay consistent, always have these spaces because you just
never know the shape of the market.
We can wake up tomorrow, Dylan, and it could be on and popping. And next thing you know, Bitcoin is on its way to go back
to 104, pushing past 110. And we're onto a whole new discovery for the charts. So
I'm just waiting patiently, watching, buying, mean, looking, and just waiting for that moment,
because it's soon approaching, you know?

I agree, there's a lot of really good things
that I'm seeing in the market.
You know, in our Stardog space yesterday,
Sid posted in our comments, an article in Decrypt about
how the SEC is looking at NFTs and it's bullish, you know, sitting there
going, okay, you know, basically SEC is looking at it to where now you can use, legally use NFTs to raise funds for your business.
And that was never really there before.
I mean, yes, people done it in the market
because there was no, oh, it's good, oh, it's bad.
You just didn't know.
Now, there's, you know, you've got the SEC saying,
yes, you can do this.
And then you've got, and I'll find the post
and I'll share it up to the top
because I think it's important for people to see this
and know what's going on and how the government is is looking at, you know, the whole market in its entirety.
You know, a lot of us found each other through NFTs. I mean, I got in, you know, because of Darcy when she got into like DeFi and tokens and, you know know all different types of crypto stuff and
then you know NFTs came after that but it's it's cool to see and then you've
got a fairly large project that minted out about week and a half two weeks ago
on a theorem called good vibes Club had six thousand nine hundred and sixty nine I'm on Ethereum called Good Vibes Club, had 6,969 NFTs that minted and they minted out
in about 48 hours.
So when you see these things, it's a really bullish, you know, when you look at the market
of, you know, where it's going.
And that floor on that project, I think is at half an eith now.
So we haven't seen that in a while and so me
personally I'm excited. You know our whole team here is excited with Star Dogs.
You know there's a lot of stuff that's being built out behind the scenes.
Obviously you guys heard Sid last week. For those of you who weren't in our space yesterday, you definitely
want to be in on the NFA space on Wednesday. There's an announcement that's going to be
made on Wednesday. You're not going to want to miss that because it's going to be big
and it's pretty freaking bullish. And you know, we've got, we're getting closer and closer to this
newest update with income Island. You know, we've got next Saturday for Stardog Saturday,
we've got a new utility that we're adding into our NFTs for the Stardogs. That's pretty bullish as
well. Darcy came to me and was like, you know, I've got an opportunity
for our community for our private sale holders and you know, the people who are there supporting
all the time. I was like, you know, that's awesome. Once you went over everything with
me, I was like, this is perfect. It's so on brand. And so I was like, all right, you know,
there's just more and more of these things happening

Hey, Dylan, I did want to ask you, though, because I know you guys still have the the the the
the the the There was a total of 500 of those that we made available. So once we sell through enough of the regular pods to where there's no more mega pods, then
you know that that promotion will be done.
We'll probably look at some other type of promotion.
I don't know.
You know, we'll figure it out when that time comes.
But the cool thing with those pods, and I've mentioned this in this space and other spaces,
is that anytime you get one of those regular pods, the value automatically goes up.
The next per like, let's say you bought it at, you know, $30.
Well, you know, the next person that buys is probably going to have to buy it at, you know, $30.50.
It goes up 0.5% on every new buy.
So which means that anybody who bought in the past, like the first person who bought
one was able to get one of those small pods at $25.
Well now we've got them, some of them are as much as like $35 or $38.
So obviously you can see that the value has continued to go up. You know, by the time
we get through, you know, half of them, then you're going to be going, okay, these are
selling for a hundred bucks a pod, you know, so that's what's cool is, you know, down the line,
for those of you who have bought them already, you'll be able to turn around
and sell that one that you got for 25 bucks for 75. It'll still be lower than
what it is buying a new one and you just tripled your money. So it's it's really
cool how we had set up and it's very similar to real life real
estate. You know, as more housing goes up, the nicer houses, nicer buildings, other businesses,
schools go into an area in town, you watch the value of those homes go up. So similar type of thing happens within income island.
And so, and that's for all of our properties.
The pods are just your cheapest entry point,
but you know, we've got apartments, houses,
mansions, ranches.
I think there's one palace left we sold out
of all the penthouses.
Although I think that if you go onto the secondary market, of all the penthouses. Although I think that if you
go on to the secondary market you can get penthouses. I think some are
available there. But yeah it's a it's a cool opportunity. I did have a question
about how the the megapod works or maybe if there is a kind of a method to it. I
know Jay Ruck spoke last week that he bought four pods. You know one was underwater and one was above or a couple were above the surface, but had different traits
Does that then?
Somehow influence what you eventually get when you get a mega pod if you wanted something where you wanted to be able to connect

maybe some domes or cities and stuff.
So if you had access underwater, you get it.
So should you, if you're going to buy the four to get the mega pod, should, is that
part of the equation or do you just buy any four and then you get a mega pod or kind of
how does that work?
Well there's only four of the regular pods anyway.
So you have to have
one of each to get the mega pod. You can't just buy four of the first pod to
get the mega. It's got to be one of each and then it gets you that mega pod and
then that mega pod is I mean it's a big you know house that floats out on the
ocean. We haven't dropped that one into the metaverse yet, but we will be.
The four smaller ones already in there.
You can walk, you can swim over to where they are, or fly over to where they are.
Um, drop in and check out what it looks like.
Um, but that mega pod is valued at $175.
So, you know, you might be spending 120 bucks to get a mega pod that's valued at 175.
And I mean, once you have that mega pod, it's not like you have to, if you're like, yo, I just want to keep the mega pod.
Okay, well, sell off the other ones, you know, but nobody's telling you, you know, try and make some profit, you know, whenever you can.
We all want everybody to make money, you know, in this space in life, you know, it's about enjoying life.
So, but yeah, having those pods or a mega pod will give you access to below sea city.
So we do, we have it when you go into the metaverse,
when you first go in and you're looking around,
the first thing to the right that you see is this giant Ferris wheel.
A lot of you have heard Sid and myself talk about it in the NFA spaces and the
Stardog spaces. I mean, it's huge.
And you'll see logos on there.
Brands have opportunities to where, you know, if they want to advertise
on there, they can for a small amount. And there's, there's, you know, little pods attached
to the Ferris wheel, you know, just like in real life, that you can, we'll eventually
be opening those up. So, you know, brand that has their their logo there next to
that particular pod they can open it up to their community they can hold meetings
in there a little get-together so on and so forth. So you look straight ahead
you're gonna see the NFA Zenu building you're gonna see the dealership off to
the left you're gonna see the you know more to the left, you're going to see the, you know, more to the left, you'll see
the giant performance venue.
There's an outside performance venue and then a big giant indoor performance venue as well.
But you know, you, everything's there, but you turn all the way around, like from where
you're facing, you turn 180 and you'll see a tunnel right behind you and you can go into
that tunnel and it takes you down under the ocean. Those
will eventually be going directly to this giant, you know, these giant domes. I
think we've got four in there so far, four giant domes. It'll be their
underwater cities and the only way at the beginning that you're gonna have
access to those underwater cities is being an owner of one
of those pods. So that gives you first entry into those cities. Wow, bro. You that's sick.
That's sick. I'm glad I did buy one through four. I thought all you needed Dylan was to buy four of any variation, man.

because the one has a roof that kind of looks out.

And I was walking through the metaverse the other day and I got to say, you know,
looking at the NFA building is dope, you know, seeing how you guys really put a
lot of work into the crypto homies, seeing the artwork on the wall actually be interactive and moving. I mean, it's dope, you know
If since nifty's world's gonna look anything like that
Man, you know, we don't got to worry about a damn thing cuz that was dope. You know, I mean if it's like

It'll replace the NFA building that you currently have walked into.
The other thing that I don't know if maybe you've played with within Income Island, so
you have the little app tray on the left side when you go into the metaverse and so if you click that and you go to the
settings you can change you can go in and change the time of day that it is so
depending on the time of day in the metaverse you really get a whole
different feel when you're going through it's it's cool because sometimes you'll
depending on the time you go in it it gives you even, it's hard to differentiate
the graphics at certain times a day.
You're like, whoa, this is crazy.
When you look at the water, when you go to the house or the mansion the penthouse and let's say it's sunset or sunrise
And you've got like just after sunset the lights turn on all around and you start seeing the reflections on the water
It's freaking dope, you know to see that level of graphics
Because you're like is this real?
You know is this I mean I've had people come to me
looking at photos that have been taken,
that, you know, people in the community,
other brands that have built in there,
they've taken photos, we've put photos up,
and we've had people say, like,
literally have arguments with others going,
yo, that's, where is that?
That's beautiful, I wanna go travel there, and they're like you know, that's where is that? That's beautiful I want to go travel there and they're like no, that's a digital world that you know has been built and they're like no no way
there's no way that's that's fake and
And then they'll show them something else. They're like, holy crap. It is
you know like those they'll show them like one of the avatars in there and that's when it kind of gives it away a
Little bit because you know, are going to see an iguana walking around
in real life?
I don't think so.
Maybe you might see some aliens you know at some point or somebody may say that they have
but you know other than that you know are you really going to see that?

So yeah that that gives it away but it's cool to look at it at different
times of day. You know, I've talked about this new update that we have coming, the graphics that
you're currently seeing are running at 50% of the capacity of what we're able to do. And so with
this new update that we're releasing, we're doubling down on the graphics that are going to be available.
You're going to see that twice the detail on when you go into the settings and you put everything to ultra, which is the highest level of graphics.
That's where you see like little specks of dirt.
You know, you see the scratches on the gutters at the house, you know, that type
of detail, you see the fog on like the the morning dew on the glass in the backyard by
the pool, that type of stuff is what you end up seeing, you know, when everything's on
ultra level.
Well, that's currently that you see that.
So with this new update, we're taking it like to a whole new level, you know, at
that ultra setting so, and we're lowering the overall, we've optimized everything.
So we're lowering what it's going to take for somebody to be able to go into the
go into the metaverse. Some people have had a hard time. Maybe their computer doesn't have enough
metaverse. Some people have had a hard time.
Maybe their computer doesn't have enough RAM.
RAM. They don't have a good, you know, a strong enough GPU for their computer. So we've gone
through, we've optimized it so that other people can, will be able to access this because it does.
To have graphics at the level that we've created, you know, you've got to have a pretty good piece
of hardware to be able to access it.
But now, we're making it more accessible. And we're going to continue to work towards that. And also as technology evolves, you know, it kind of forces people to get, you know,
better computers, you know, Windows 11, you've got to run at a certain, you know,
compatibility, like you have to have a certain device to be able to handle that.
You got to have a certain amount of RAM to be able to handle Windows 11.
So it kind of pushes people towards getting new devices, you know, and we're already ready
for all of that.
Dylan, I mean, bro, you just blew me away with just what you gave us.
You're not kidding though with the output of those graphics.
I had to turn my system down just because it was starting to go through like a little
mini stroke when I put it all the way up to ultra and I could start to see all the detail.
Well, then when everything actually finished rendering, because the whole world, I guess,
was still rendering and the Ferris wheel popped up and all the names were rotating around and all the lights
are the dimming give you that hue of like you know that ambient lighting.
You're right at night.
I didn't turn it to daytime I didn't know I could do that but when I loaded into it,
it was at nighttime, I was walking down the street.
I saw the NFA building to my right I just stopped them I didn't go inside bro I was
already overwhelmed just looking from the outside in
and seeing all the painting and their artwork on the wall
and how they were living pieces of art, man.
That was dope, you know,
and the Crypto Homies designs, everything.
And then I will say one more thing, guys,
that Metarides dealership, bro,
oh my freaking gosh,
that Metarides dealership was so fire and the car they had inside, man, I
can't wait to see what Metarides has coming for you guys and all that
blending together.
That's why I said, if, if, if this is going to kill it and we're all
buddied and partnered and glued together and all of this, man, and you're
telling me NFA is going to look better than this in real life.
And when it's the real one, this is the placeholder.
This thing's gonna be a revamp
and it's gonna be right there.

That's why I kind of want to jump on it now, Dylan,
because I kind of felt like the precursor
of everything that you guys are talking about is coming.
And like maybe Wednesday is the big announcement,
but I didn't want to wait because like real estate,
timing is everything and location, location, location.
So when you were like, man, the way we have it set up is,
as people keep buying these,
they're gonna go up in a little bit of a fee
and the interest is gonna go up.
So it's like, I bought my house today for,
let's say 25 bucks, but then yeah, down the line,
someone might have to pay 40, 50 to get it.
And you're talking about these pods, the mega pods,
and bro, I can't wait. And the penthouses already sold. I mean,
tell people how much the penthouses were broke because I
don't think they understand. So like, I remember looking at the
penthouses and I'm pretty sure when I was looking at them,
weren't they like weren't they like 1500 bucks? Where did like
weren't the penthouses like 1500 bucks? Yeah, all sold out? Yeah,
all sold out. How many were there all sold out? You know,
when we first when we first,
when we first started selling those, I think we were selling them for one BNB. You know,
when we first launched them. Now, you know, you figure that's what, you know, a little over
About two and a half B and B that those are worth so
you know the apartments those were 0.5 B and B initially and
Now, you know those are selling for like one and a half B and B
So, you know and that's just off of
Maybe somewhere between a hundred and two 200 of them that have sold of the
apartments.
It's not a ton that it takes for that, you know, 0.5% as that continues to compound,
the value is going up faster and faster with every sale, you know, because, you know, 0.5%
of one B&B is double the increase of what it was at 0.5% of half a BNB.
So really think about that compounding of interest, so to speak, what we all look at
when you throw your money in a high savings bank account.

If they are selling merch, you can buy it directly from inside the Metaverse. If it is a digital collectible you know if they're doing a mint obviously they've
got the mint coming up with rogue bunnies on April 2nd so if if they have
that right there on the Metaride site somebody could scroll through end up going there and mint one of those new Alfa, Zara, those cars that are
going to be available for Rogue Bunnies, the racers, that you've got the female and male
drivers that you'll be able to mint.
You're going to have the garages that you're going to be able to mint.
All of that, you'll actually be able to do it just by clicking on that advertisement
inside the Metaverse.
Well, you go down the street a little further and on the left side of the street, you see
an advertisement that's for an energy drink.
You click that one and it pulls that energy drink up.
Again, on that mobile device just pops up again.
And there it is on Amazon and you could purchase that energy drink from Amazon and it'll get
delivered to your home.
No different than if you bought it off of a regular website.
You go into the MetaRides dealership.
You walk obviously to the right, you'll see the four by four that you can hop in and drive

So you've got different things all around that you're able to interact with.
Well with this new update, we got six new vehicles that are going to be dropping inside
the metaverse as well. So we've got three different brands on those vehicles and
you're gonna have three Zaras and three Alphas that'll be dropping in there and

as, we've got our Iguana, and then we've got for Income Island avatar.
And then we've got the Clown Town avatars also which is the Joker and the
Harlequin so you know you can choose any one of those and then also one of our partners
some of you may not know of the company but it's called Lynx.
So we've been partnered up with them for years and we added that their app into the app tray.
It allows you to check your crypto as you're walking around in the metaverse, but it doesn't
give access to the wallet. All you're doing is putting in your wallet address, your OX in there,
and then it shows you what you have in your wallet as you're walking through the metaverse without giving access to it.
So we've had that in there for a long time.

You know you go there you're able to play games or they're built out as a game themselves

There's another brand out there called Wilder World.
Their graphics are great, but they're built out more as a gaming platform.
They've got a shooter game, they've got a race car game.

And yes, they have their own token built in within it.
And through their games, you're able to do certain things that are tied to their token that they have.

It's fun. It's interactive.
There's a place for everything. With ours, it's really, we look at the metaverse as
Internet 3.0.
You know, we're currently all involved in Internet 2.0
every day, you know, whether it's on our phones or computers, whatever.
So, but the metaverse is more interactive, a more interactive version of the internet than we've ever had and so
You know if you are building out a business
now you can build it out inside, you know the income island metaverse or
connect it to your real-life business and

know, from inside the metaverse, make income. You can buy properties, those
properties go up in value, you make income. You know, with our token, our
multi-chain coin that we have, with the the taxes that are involved just by
holding, you literally will make it, you'll make income
off of it because you get rewards.
So depending on which chain you have it on, so if it's on ETH, BNB, Polygon, you earn
every time somebody buys and sells, you're going to earn ETH, BNB or Polygon just by holding the income coin.

and so we're all having a conversation and as I'm having this conversation like five or six people walk over and it started kind of

I can be in the metaverse all day.
And the thing is, it was like, these guys just picked up and started doing it.
They were already helping.
They were already working.
And it's like, I can see that man.
You know, look where we are now. Dude, that's just, that's just within that, that ecosystem there. Those are people that just work for Horizon World or work for
Meta. We're flat out talking. So one of our employees, he, his family grew up in Alaska. And, you know, he there's, I mean, we were, I had a meeting
with him, you know, on Friday and he's like, yo, I'm going to go to a couple of the companies
that I grew up knowing up in Alaska and talk to them about being inside income Island.
So you know, these are companies where they sell, you know, salmon, you know,
and the salmon up in, in, in Alaska is some of the best in the world, you know,
so they sell that and they ship it all over the world.
They sell and ship, you know, King crab, halibut, you know, all this amazing fish
that they have up there, they sell it and ship it.
Well, we're able to put that store that they have up there where people order their fish and crab and lobster and all this stuff from
we're talking about putting that into the metaverse potentially and people could go into income Island by
that product and it gets shipped to you from Alaska.
And now you've got like this amazing salmon, you know, from Alaska that you're eating for
dinner or whatever.
That's what I'm talking about is it's going any business, not just working for Meta or
Horizon or Facebook or, you know, you know, know the digital versions and that's been around for a while
You know, you've got one of the first meta verses that out there
Is called second life and there's people who have you know created?
businesses where they
They make clothes that are just for second life, you know, where your avatars can wear them. So you sell those clothes, you make money, you can cash it out, you know, and live off of
that money in real life. But, you know, this expands your real life businesses.
We, you know, Sid's been talking about RWAs. We're all, you know, seeing in Web 3
RWAs are becoming kind of that next hot talking point.
But, you know, we're talking RWAs, we're talking RWSs, so real world services, RWBs,
real world businesses, where it's all tied in within the metaverse, within the digital
world and it all being connected.
Yeah, you won't Have to leave your house, you know
Even people who are our truck drivers, you know could eventually just be you know
Throwing on an oculus or you know accessing their truck because look at what Tesla is creating with their self-driving
You know diesel trucks, you know diesel trucks
You know you access it from the Metaverse from your oculus, you know, whatever from the computer You know your mobile device and you're driving it down the street
Yeah, you're in control of it and you're taking it from one place to another
But it could be as simple as that and you're accessing it through the Metaverse, you know
If you are, you know an attorney, you know, you could meet with your clients
inside the metaverse.
They can sign their paperwork, you can have your conversations there.
They don't have to, you know, drive to your office and meet with you.
You know, it can all be done there.
You know, you've got a clothing store, sell your clothing, you know, maybe you get a digital
version and a physical version. Maybe it's just a physical version. know maybe you get a digital version and a physical version maybe it's just a physical version maybe it's just a digital version
you know the possibilities are endless.

So, we've had discussions of a marina being put in,

we're talking about businesses where they sell
yachts, boats, all of that stuff in real life. So we would want to connect, you know, make that
available within the metaverse as well. But then also have those, you know, digital boats, yachts,
cruise ships that people can hop on, you certain things like that inside of the metaverse,
taking the yacht out over the ocean,
take a boat over to your pod.
Yes, from the car standpoint,
taking the car over to where the pods are,
and then just park on the beach
and just jump over to your pod.
So yeah, all of that is coming.
This new update that we're working on also is going to have the first iteration of our login.
So it's going to remember start.
We're going to, we're building in the base layers of remembering everything
of when you go in as well.
Right now when you go in, you leave, you come back, it's just you're starting
over. That's where it is. But with the new login feature, it's going to
start remembering everything of what you've done. And that means that setting the ground floor for, you know, any pods, properties that you
own, vehicles, whatever it is, we're laying that out so that it's like, okay, you go in,
yes, you can connect your wallet if you want, access whatever NFTs that you have that are
usable within Income Island.

Just a quick just a quick one Dylan, um, you know, I obviously I've been around the last few weeks and and So you're going to be going through the quest or is that is that something on your road map? So just a quick question. Yeah, absolutely
And happy to answer it. Um, the answer is right now it's available for both PC and Mac
So when we first launched this it was only PC
You could only access it from the Microsoft App Store then
God what two years ago? We made it available for Mac added in the functionality to where you could connect your
PlayStation controller or Xbox controller to your computer and use that to maneuver around
One of our next
Big updates that we'll be doing will be making it available for mobile devices.
So we're going to go that route before we go to VR.
Yes, you can access VR currently, but you have to stream it from your laptop onto your
VR headset or from your PC onto your VR headset.
So that's the way that you could go into income island with a VR headset currently. But we do have it planned
after we do the mobile release then we're going to release a VR version as well.
Nice I think that's perfect strategy I would go mobile as a priority anyway. So yeah kudos there.
I mean it is a really interesting space and there's one thing about being too early.
And there's one thing about being too late. And there's one thing about being too early. And I think this whole environment really
has been a, it's been a conversation that has been bounding around for crikey, you know, around just after COVID or during COVID, should I say.
around just after COVID or during COVID, should I say.
Time Magazine was quoting this, that and the other
and they were talking about $5 trillion by 2030
and 2.6 trillion through e-com alone.
So I think there's always been huge momentum
about this space, exactly what the metaverse is.
That's also debatable
because to some extent we are digital representations of ourselves in this
room, so we are on the metaverse. But I got into it really, really quite early.
I was in, I'm trying to think, I was just, whilst I was listening to your
conversation, I was trying to work out how many hours I spent in Altspace VR.
I mean, I spent pretty much the whole of lockdown in Altspace.
And it was a really interesting space for me.
From a connections point of view, it was just invaluable.
And there's people that have done business in later life following those early alt space relationships. It was just phenomenal. And
then I've been in Spatial, and I was in Decentraland and connected with Dr. Giovanna when she was there. And I know Dave
from Engage and the team at Multiverse, which is the Infiniiverse. And this is how these things kind of perpetuate.
So I remember we were in alt space VR,
and there was the regulars going in there,
just the usual faces.
We were talking literally on a daily basis,
depending where they were in the world.
And all of a sudden they started talking about
this new thing called the Infiniiverse, the multiverse.
And actually we were like, right, okay, what's all that about? And they did a great incentive whereby
they would give everybody 500 coins, meta coins, and they would then, they would use
those coins to go and buy their first property. So basically what was happening was this scavenger
hunt. People were just coming over in their drones.
I mean, literally we were just leaving Altspace VR
and just going over and having the same kind of engagement
and parties, but just exploring this world
and just buying our apartments.
And we were buying them on the names of the roads
and you could get a penthouse.
And we were just going crazy
Absolutely crazy and and I've got and it's still operational now. So the Infiniiverse is still going I've got 400 over 400
Digital apartments in that space and they are developing that project and no doubt They're gonna probably go down the VC route and everything else
But one of the interesting things with that was the fact that they also were interlinking. They were thinking back in the day about
interoperability and almost using these spaces as a version of the internet. And yes, they were
talking about potentially the inclusion of Unity and all the other bits and pieces. I think from a capabilities point of view,
cache is a big driver for these types of projects,
because everybody can have amazing ideas,
but actually deploying them at that scale and just the processing,
and just the data involved is colossal.
So there's huge expense on servers and everything else goes with it.
AltSpace VR being a prime example, you know, it was owned by Microsoft and they
couldn't make it work back in the day, but I think they were too early.
And ironically, I'm part of quite a few groups on Facebook, actually.
And there was a post come up literally this week, like a few days ago, saying AltSpace
VR is coming back
and I've connected again with the guy that's basically, I don't know what the circumstances are, but I've reached out to him again on LinkedIn and said, look, can we have a conversation? I'm
really interested to find out what you're doing with the brand because surely you don't own the IP
or maybe he does. So again, I think it is a question of
all that good groundbreaking stuff
that was done three, four years ago,
maybe now's the time.
And maybe it isn't with a headset,
maybe it is just with mobile.
And then when we start interacting with Orion from Meta
or, you know, Nvidia come through with their eyewear, we start bringing that experience in, well, delivering that experience in a different day, in a different way, should I say.
And I just want to, just before I finish, I just want to throw in a little bit of serendipity is probably the best word, because I love saying that word. And so last week, I couldn't make this space last week, I was
I was busy doing some bits and pieces, but I thought, you know,

out, just get in touch. And I'm going to preface this next part of the conversation with something
that happened to me back in the day. And I know I've mentioned it before, but you never ever know who's in the room.
You never know who's listening live and you never know who's listening back. And we should all be
cognitive of that because I was in a clubhouse room during lockdown. And my circumstances, you
know, I was literally isolated for a year. And it was a tough time. And actually that's probably why I spent so much time
in these virtual spaces to connect
and to engage with people and anyone else.
But I was in Clubhouse and I was in a room talking
about the fashion industry and talking about how
with COVID all the industries kind of shut down
and the trade shows shut down.
And it was really, it was such a shame for us because it was one of those environments and the trade shows shut down and it was it was really it was such a shame for us because
It was one of those environments a trade show where you get to meet your peers from all over the world
We all used to get together and we might be in
Barcelona or Berlin or Paris or wherever it was in the world and we would all meet in the same bars pretty much on
the same time and go to the same parties and
Not just talk business, but just talk about vision
and where you were and what you were doing
within your business.
And it was always a great kind of balancer, shall we say.
When it was tough, you would go then,
you'd come back infused.
And we'd missed that during lockdown.
And I was in this room talking about this
and I got a contact. And I think I might have told you this story when I started coming into your spaces and Arnold's
spaces previously about a guy from Philadelphia, J-Rock, that contacted me and said, look, let's
hook up on a Zoom call. So I was on this Zoom call and there was a guy in front of me that I've never
met before and he was a Brit and he was in Philadelphia and I was like, ah, you're in America, right?
And he was like, yeah, I'm in Philadelphia.
I said, right, okay.
He said, where are you from?
And I told him my sea time, sea side town and he went, fuck, that's where I was born.
I was born in that town.
And I'm like, hold on a minute So I was in a room on the in the metaverse it will be a you know, a clubhouse room and
You connected with me and you were born in the town that I'm living in now and we built this amazing kind of connection
instantaneously and
I was talking to him and he said, Oh my god,
and I told him what I was doing. And he was like, Oh my god, I've got to introduce you
to someone else. So a week later, I had a conversation with this guy and a lady and
she was connected with Burning Man. So she basically used to run all the VIP parties for Burning Man. So in her Rolodex were Will.i.am, the Kardashians,
everybody you need to get in front of.
She was super, super well-connected.
She did a lot of work with Gap back in the day.
I was just blown away.
I was like, oh my God. I said,
so what are you doing?
And they said, look, what we're trying to do is this concept of a recycling factory so we would go to fashion brands and we
would say look it's the end of the season as opposed to shipping it through
to TJ Maxx as you guys call it let's upcycle it and we'll resell it and we
want to open a factory and we want to do it in Philadelphia so I was like wow
that sounds amazing I'd love to get involved. The week after that, and I will rush through this story, but the week after
that, I met another guy. And this guy was in the denim industry. And he bought all the
old denim looms from the oak factory in the white oak factory in the US where basically Levi's used to
make all their denim there.
So these were not just looms, they were pieces of history and he wanted them.
And this guy was one of the original team that worked with Ralph Lauren.
And again, very, very well established, knows everything about denim, you know, has worked, is one of the most
influential, I think he was in the top 50 most influential people in denim, amazing guy, knows how to produce
product. And then the last guy was an investor, the week after they introduced me to another guy who was Anita Roddick's right-hand man with launching Body Shop in the US.
He worked for VF Corporation,
which is a big clothing company.
They're a huge group based in Europe, in Belgium.
He was head of retail there,
opened 2,000 stores with them.
Now he's a partner of a venture capitalist company,
and he also worked with Gucci.
So we had this like, we had this steering committee and they asked me to get involved
for some strange reason.
So I was part of it and I had a conversation with these other four individuals and I kid
you not, every single Tuesday at 9.30 of an evening UK time, we would sit down and we
put together this proposal.
And we spoke to lots and lots of people and we were looking for some investment.
We were looking for 2.6 million dollars and everyone was like if you were asking for 26
million you would get it straight away. So we kind of shot too low but we wanted to convert this
40,000 square foot warehouse, not all of it,
we had an option on 12,000 square feet, to this factory. And we got all this, and we
met with Madewell, who obviously you guys know, and we talked to them and they were
into it. Anyway, one thing led to another, and we all went off and we all did our own
thing and it's an idea that we would love to go back and talk about at some date. And so we're all cracking on. One of the guys
goes off does all these denim things, the other guy goes off and does the
investments. The guy from Philadelphia, who I've spoken to you about, J Rock,
went off and did his thing and this guy was doing like the staging for Drake
some amazing amazing projects and he worked with Red Bull and he worked with Stella Artois and
some amazing amazing brands and we all kind of went off and did our thing and then last week when I heard Sid talking
I thought you know what I'm gonna connect with Sid
So I went on LinkedIn and I dropped him a message
and I looked and I thought,
we've got a shared mutual contact.
And it was the guy in Philadelphia, J-Rock.
And I was like, I cannot believe this.
I cannot believe that he knows James.
And I'm like, this is just crazy, man.
So I messaged James, I messaged Sid on LinkedIn and he kindly accepted my connection and I said,
I can't believe you know James. And he was like, I'm meeting him tomorrow in Vegas.
I was like, this is just bonkers. This is just insane. And I know what James is like, and I know how he operates,
and I know the way he works, and I know the momentum
that he puts behind everything that he's involved in.
He's an incredibly talented and hugely successful guy.
And I'm like, okay, this is just bizarre.
So then I messaged James directly on WhatsApp,
and I went, are you in Vegas tomorrow?
And he was like, yeah, how do you know this? I said, do you in Vegas tomorrow? And he was like, yeah,
how do you know this? I said, do you mean a guy called Sid? He went, yeah. I said, what are you
talking about? He said, the Vegas project. I'm like, this is just bonkers. How do you know about the
Vegas project? He says, I said, I know about Mainnet Z and Zinoo and, and the homies and all this.
It was just absolutely crazy. So then James says, Do you want to speak? So I then
took the call from James and we were having a WhatsApp and I was like, this is just bonkers,
man. Anyway, he ended up selling that company in Philadelphia and now he's working for
another company which look just on steroids. They've got a big, they've got some big,
big projects going on. And we didn't talk at length about the Vegas project but what it did was instill
a lot, not that I was doubtful, but when you start connecting the dots and you start putting people
together because every business is based on people and it's based on relationships and it's based on
expertise and it's based on just knowing that you're going to get a job done, that's what it's based on just knowing that you're going to get a job done.
That's what it's based on.
And that for me pushed so much more faith in Income Island, in Maynet Z,
because I know the lines, the stars, the galaxy, however you want to talk about it,
are starting to align and that was really, really important.
And I would not have made that call I would not have connected with CED if I didn't
listen to your space last week J-Rock so serendipity on steroids and this is how
we should be working we should be connecting these dots we should be
having steering committees and I know I've said it previously because you do
not know the amount of quality and expertise that is around us all and we need to start bringing it
together not siloing and just just assuming that it's gonna get done it
will never get done unless we all put our heads together so a little bit of a
ramble there but I just wanted to kind of put it into perspective a little bit
because I think sometimes we we hope but we're not actually seeing the wheels turning.
And it's important that we do.
And the best way to see the wheels turning is to come out of your comfort zone
and pick up the phone or connect or have a Zoom call or whatever it takes,
whatever it takes, because you just never know.
And yeah, it's going to be exciting.
And again, it's just another it's another facet in my life that,
you know, and now I kind of strive in that.
I'm like, right. I mean, Sid was very gracious again.
He gave me his WhatsApp number and I'm going to contact him because,
you know, I know a lot of people in that virtual space.
I know a lot of a lot of people that are doing some incredible things.
And maybe they haven't got a part of the jigsaw
that they need and good practice and understanding use cases
and what works.
And some of the mistakes that have been made previously
may not be used to anybody anymore.
But if you have that conversation,
then it might be of useful to the team in Income Island.

But I built a huge respect and fantastic relationships.
You know, I've now got in to investors.
I've got a place to stay.
If ever I want to go to Tokyo, you know, one of the guys has got a place in the US, he's

And he just said, anyway, if you want to come and look at the cherry blossom,
you come and stay with me.
You know, this goes beyond business.
And the reason why those connections will
be lifelong connections is because of trust.
It's because of trust and its ability,
and it's knowing that you've got somebody's back.
And we never knew, when we started those conversations about this Philadelphia project,
in the middle of Kensington, which is a rundown area, and yes, we had an idea,
and yes, it didn't materialize. But those are the conversations you need because if everybody could,
if every initiative just worked, we would get complacent.
We wouldn't build those relationships.
We would just be looking at the outcome.
And it's not about the outcome.
It's about the income of investing into people.
And that's what it's all about.
And I agree with you, J-Rock, you know, you know, there are, there are people
when you align yourselves and one day I will tell you about an incredible man,
an incredible man called Mr. Universe, Mr. Metaverse, and I will tell you my story with
him.
And you know, again, this thing, it's much bigger.
The whole way that we're going to work in the future comes down to, you know, Web 3.
But it comes down to relationships. It comes down to be able to, OK, we can't look in the eyes, but we can feel the heart.

people together even more with how technology is evolving and things that are becoming available.
You'll be able to interact with these people more and more in these digital environments.
And it's really cool. I mean, there's tech I haven't even touched on that's out there. It's not really available to the general public yet, but it's there. And as we know,
with any technology, over time, it's going to become more, you know, cost-effective.
You know, it'll become available for the retail.
And I mean, and this is, we all know haptic technology is, you know, you're playing a
game and you've got your game controller and you feel it vibrate as you crash into, if
you're doing a race car game or you get shot and you feel the vibration.
Well, you've got haptic gloves that exist where when you go into these digital worlds,
you can shake somebody's hand and you feel that handshake, you know, haptic suits,
you could feel a hug. These things exist, you know, stuff on television shows and movies that
we've been watching, but it does exist. It's just too expensive for the average person
currently. But we've already we're already thinking about those things for income Island.
And you know, like Arexa was talking, you know, with the multiverse and all of that,
you know, our goal is to connect with all the different metaverses. So, you know, with the multiverse and all of that. You know, our goal is to connect with all the different metaverses.
So, you know, where Income Island is photorealistic,
you can walk through a portal and end up in, you know, Spatial,
or walk through another portal and end up in Decentraland,
or Horizon World, or Sandbox, or any number of other digital worlds.
You know, it's where everything needs to eventually be connected, not where you have to log out
and log back into something else that you just can walk through and walk from, you know,
environment to environment and engage with different people in each one.
That's where this is going.

see like what are actually experience is every day, then

ballpark of 20,000 transactions per second with current gas right now at 0.0001. So yeah,

a few ZNUs that are right there.
You click those and it pulls up the ZNU collection right there on OpenSea where people can buy
their ZNUs on the secondary market.
So that's just really kind of stage one of where this can and will go.
But yeah, in regards to, you know, mainnet Z being available to, you know,
within the metaverse, you know, net Z, you know, as a, um, as a
coin that's usable within the metaverse.

It's not a matter of if it's just a matter of when.

soccer, football, basketball, you know, all different types of sports where you'll be able to, you
know, enjoy it, engage by merch.
You know, if we tie in games that already exist, you know, imagine you go into a basketball
game inside the metaverse, you're watching, you know, up on the big screen inside the
metaverse, you're watching the game, you're seeing the players down watching you know up on the the big screen inside the metaverse you're watching the game you're seeing the players down you know
on the court that are playing you know a iteration of what's happening and then
you're like oh this is fun you know I want to play NBA 2k5 you know let's you
walk down to the court click a button and then you're playing NBA 2K 25 or some other game
that might be tied in.
These are ideas that we toss around of integrating games with real life, with merch, with selling
tickets, being able to go in and buy cruise ship tickets for your family to go on a cruise
and you're doing that in the metaverse, buying your plane tickets for travel, setting up
your hotel stays, a replica of whatever hotel being in there and you're able to see what
your room looks like that you're going to be staying in if you're traveling
over to the UK and let's say there's a hotel that you're going to be staying at there or
in the US or in Japan or wherever that these can all be and you're seeing it before you
place your order and you're like, okay, I know what I'm getting. You know, you can plan these things out
and it's all tied together.
Yeah, man, Dylan, you guys are killing it, bro.
Like you guys are just way ahead of everybody.
I think you're picking up on it so well.
Like I said, man, like when we're talking about Horizons
and Facebook and the level that they're at, you,
you're already in high competition with that. Like I
said, you guys are really looking down the barrel at, I
think, right now for me, I check out some other metaverses. It's
like player one, a level the way it looks so real, the dynamics, all like that.

launched our coin. Now, the reason why we have two separate
ones, we renounced that original contract, There's nothing that can be changed, upgraded.
Nothing can be done with that.
So it's not like we could go back into the coding and change it from a token to a coin or change, you know, the the taxes or the functionality within it.
So we created the multi chain coin, and it is a coin for the very reason of where we're planning to go with income island in the future instead of just being a token.
So with this, you know, one, we've not pushed a lot.
We don't have a ton of holders on the coin because we've pushed the metaverse side of things.

We were like, you know what, let's really focus on the build and get the metaverse where, you know, people are building their businesses and they're using this the way that it's supposed to be. And the people will just see the value in the coin because it will be integrated in as a currency within the metaverse.

How that works out is 1% of every buy and sell

one of my, my device that I was using cut out as I was talking,
but in regards to the token, just a quick thing. So I was talking about the taxes and
how that works out. So as I mentioned, you know, 1% of every buy and sell gets burned from the blockchain. Now, these are very low quantity of coins on each chain on Ethereum and
Binance, there's only a million on each chain on polygon, there's three million.
The reason there's a difference is just because of the value of, of where those
chains stand. So we had to kind of go a three to one on Polygon,
but the pricing, it kept the pricing the same.
So anyway, the point being is, on Ethereum,
we've actually burned over 5,000 coins,
income coins from the chain there.
So we started at a million,
now there's 994,000 some odd coins left and it shows right
there on the Ether scan. On Binance scan, you'll see that there's 984,000. So we've burned over
15,000 there. With every one of these burns, there's less and less, which is causing the
chart to go up more and more. In regards to the next part of the tax, 2% goes to liquidity
on every buy and sell, which is only strengthening the value of the coin as well. Obviously,
strong liquidity keeps the chart more stable. So as more and more liquidity is being added to it,
the chart is gonna become more and more stable.
As more gets burned, there's less causing that chart
to go up more and more.
As more people are buying it, there's more holders.
Obviously that causes that to go up.
You know, it's currently, I think on all the chains
sitting around four cents on each chain.
And I mean, the possibility of where it can go
with buys and sells and holders,
I think on our multi-chain coin,
I mean, we've only got cross all chains,
a few hundred holders, we haven't pushed it.
And that's the exciting thing for us.
Absolutely no marketing behind the coin.
It's all been about the metaverse.
And so the value, there's a ton of value in that.
2% of every buy and sell goes back to the holders
in the blue chip that the income coin is attached to.
So if you bought the income coin on Ethereum,
you earn Ethereum
with every buy and sell. If you bought it on Binance, you earn BNB with every buy and
sell. Same thing with Polygon. And then 5% goes to marketing and to building out the metaverse more and more. So it's a highly, highly undervalued coin.
It's not our main focus, but it's growing
and it will become more and more a focus
within the metaverse as well as we integrate it in
and people will be able to use it
as a currency in the metaverse.

that are around, follow, turn on your notifications, never know

I know a lot of today's space was about star dogs and Kamiola and MetaRides, but
I just want to say, if you're a builder in the space, if you're attached to a team that's building in the space, just try to surround yourself with people that you feel like
you can trust as much as possible. Get on calls with them, get to know them, find people that
can be in your corner for you. I think that it's difficult to build in this space. Also, when you've
got team members that are across the globe, just do your best
to try to stay in your lane, stay with people that you feel like you can trust.
And, you know, if you meet somebody new, maybe run that person by somebody that you trust
and see what their thoughts are.
So it seems like MetaRides has avoided a lot of drama by doing that.
And I think that others in this space, you know, take that playbook, actually really,
really try to pick the people that make sense for you. Doesn't always have to be a brand that's building something that
aligns with what you're building, but the right people can often help you in many ways.
