introductions to other individuals with like-minded mindsets I mean that's massive because you never
know what that can create what that can develop what these relationships can bring for the future

wednesday was technical analysis we had crypto stoner in there with t-wop trades and some other people popped up and just really educational and then thursday is kind of just open chill and chill
and we dived into some projects which was fun and uh friday we got to learn a lot about the dragon
punks and decentral bros and what they're building on Abstract. So just really great time.
So we're excited to keep doing those weeknight spaces, you know, cruising along our roadmap.
We've got four people headed to NFT NYC with some merch and some stickers they're going to be passing out.
So that's pretty exciting.
And lots of R&D right now for merch and some in real life products. We've got some things
on order so we can get our phase two kind of merch situation launched. And really, I think
the most exciting thing is we've got some profit sharing utility that's going to be expanding soon.

too and educating people. We've got crypto clubs starting up where we're trying to get some boots

you know, kind of just directing people around. So yeah, it's been really fun. We're like over
10% minted now. And, you know, that's kind of popping off. And it's fun. We have a mint bot
that pushes the NFTs into our telegram. So you can kind of like pitch out about them and see them

minted out and it's just been really great for the community so yeah i mean we're stoked and
that sounds great i mean you sound excited like i am we met a few weeks ago um you know when you
were on the space and stuff like that and it's great to see that you're out here and you're
growing you're expanding your network um great to see the connect with like um crypto stoner and the gpc fam you know what i mean um it keeps on growing that's
that's why i'm so bullish on web free man because you never know who you're gonna meet that's gonna
be the next it project and like you know organic growth and like taking it at a slow pace is always
the way that's that's one thing that i strongly believe in
like you know that that that's because i just have a very strong solid foundation in web 2
and like you know i've built some like you know successful companies in web 2 and it's taken time
you go through your ups and downs and all that kind of stuff but as long as you're resilient
you believe in yourself and you've got sincere intentions for like you know your consumer
your community if you would here in web free it it gets there it gets there because like you know
some people there's different measures of success right success isn't necessarily just a financial
instrument like you know i want everyone in the audience to know that success isn't just about
how much money you made do you know what I mean success could be contributing to the growth of other
individual success that's what's important to me I want to contribute to
the next person's growth I want to continue to the next person expanding
their network and making their connections and possibly coming up with
some great tech that I could tap into do you know what I mean I'm not a dev I'm
not a super graphic artist or whatever whatever but i do have a skill and that is connecting
people and that's talking to people and like you know just finding levels that we can resonate on
as like you know human beings you know we're in web3 you know we're dealing with people from
different cultures different backgrounds and all that kind of stuff and most importantly of all we have to find that common ground outside of whatever projects in web free and whatever
technology and all that we just find common ground where we can communicate and then everything else
will lead on from there do you know what i'm saying you know it shouldn't just be a binary
kind of relationship where it's like hey buy this from me and i'll be your friend do you know what
i mean what do you hey look i launched blockchain guardians two months ago and like you know i'm
very very extremely happy with the way that things are going do you know what i mean last week um
actually i think it was monday we done our first holder rewards distribution we ain't even mint it
out and we're doing holder rewards distributions
do you know what i'm saying so like you know um as a businessman obviously i have to be smart
about how i manage my finances and the finances of the project and stuff like that and it's built for

version like the tldr kind of version
because like you know we've got to move around there's a lot of requests coming in i want to
make sure that we get the opportunity to hear from everybody and like yeah man hey just shoot
your shot yeah no problem buddy uh so uh dead ducks collective is a generative nft project 333
dead ducks uh just a little bit of background about me. I have an architectural design business
but grew up collecting comics and into all kinds of pop culture. I've gone to many comic book
conventions but also into music, punk rock, hip-hop, rap, everything. And so all of those
things combined to me is what kind of the Dead Ducks about it's really an underdog nft uh represents the
degen the misfits uh the outcasts um and it was really born in the trenches was kind of cool is
it's been organic um when the project first started we started something called the founding feathers
uh sold it to 50 uh just 50 unique uhTs, sold to these 50 early buyers.
They were promised three dead ducks at launch,
which is really a leap of faith for most people
because they hadn't even seen the artwork at this point.
So those 50 bought into the project.
They got merged.
They got trucker hats.
They got work shirts.
They got some cool founding feather shirts.
But those founding feathers really have been the core of the community.
They were the ones who were the gatekeepers to the whitelist.
So when we did our whitelist, those 50 invited 50 people, and then those 50 invited 50 people, and then those people invited 50 people.
And so it was really like I wanted the dead ducks to be not just random supporters, but I actually wanted to have a core community of people that actually knew each other.
And so the dead ducks has really grown up from that.
So my style is very different.
I'm always going against the grain.
So everybody faces right in their NFTs.
I faced it left.
Everyone does shoulder portrait pictures. I faced it left everyone does shoulder
Portrait pictures. I did full body
And full bodies the thick yeah, I everyone did does colored backgrounds
I did fully drawn in detail backgrounds
But I'm actually building a lore if you look at the project every background is the actual location
This post apocalyptic world where
these resurrected ducks uh are wandering after mankind is done and so each location there's
places in tokyo there's places in london there's places in san francisco and you can actually go
to these spots and uh kind of see where your duck actually lives um every every trait over 500 traits
has been renamed from a dead duck's
perspective uh so they don't call a hammer a hammer they call it a nest smasher uh every
trait has been something i try i put a lot of thought into creating a world with these dead
ducks this is not just a pfp uh this is a world i'm doing some world building with the dead ducks
uh in fact we have um i'll post it up in the Jumbotron.
We just kind of announced we're doing a, what's it called?
Tabletop game.
So I'm turning the Dead Ducks into a tabletop game
so you can have your Dead Duck as a Pokemon-style tabletop card.
Right now, the game mechanics haven't been figured out.
It really is just kind of to give something back for people
because I love collectibles i love to i love those games i play uh those games with my
brother-in-law and um to me it's about building this as ip so um i have some really cool things
coming uh with the project and just like those in feathers who got in early they're getting rewarded
along the way early buyers of the nft will be rewarded versus people who buy in later and
that's going to be with some really really cool airdrops i am super excited about the airdrops
that are coming because i think that this is building out a world. I fully, fully, fully see this being an intellectual property that you guys can see. I can see this as a video game, a cartoon, a toy line. We have our clothing store brand that's about to launch. We've been releasing different things.
am so excited about this project and um i'm putting my heart into it i'll be at nft nyc next week

i really was about being with the big boys as far as those projects. And I have absolute love for all other chains.
In fact, our founding feathers was launched on Solana through LaunchMyNFT.
I just wanted them on Ethereum because to me, it's just the dream for me to have them on Ethereum.
So 0.075, actually the price is relevant.
When I was drawing these ducks, I was doing this in the trenches with with traders uh with we were tracking wallets they were um jumping into coins they were um
really educating a community about trading crypto especially pump fun and solana trading
and so at the end of it we'd lose the solana sometimes a day and so like i would always say
like wouldn't you rather have a dead duck in your wallet
instead of that one Solana you lost?
And so that kind of was the base price.
I always felt that I would be willing
to pay one Solana for these ducks.
So the Ethereum price was comparable
to one Solana at the time we launched.
So 0.075, it's representative of uh of being burned and burned in the trenches

you being part of the network to get work fam um i love the art man i love the art um definitely a
lover of hand-drawn art um it's very unique you've taken it in a different direction
you've made it your own um and that's the biggest value proposition is when you make something your

playground i mean there's a lot of blockchains that aren't in like you know the popular meta
but like you know they're bubbling under and like i mean there's so much for us to learn

i mean there's so much information for us to like you know go through there's so much meta that's
being decimated every fucking minute like you know i just say to everyone take your time yo
take your time build your portfolios like you know um with caution like you know get to know
the founders of these projects like yeah all right

and there because sometimes that's what it is even with like projects that do come off as like yo

liquidity into the lab, helps us to sweep up some monkeys so we can run giveaways,
helps us to keep Blunana stable. Blunana last week hit an all-time high. I haven't checked today.
Monkeys as well. So the community is really getting excited about the future direction
of the lab. Lots more IP plays, particularly with the zombies, but then there's a few more
other collections that I won't drop sneak peeks of yet, but I've been working on in the background,
in the back, back, background, if you like, to help bring some more, you know, some more art
out to the community. I'm, you know, super passionate about digital art, about Web3, about merging those two
super bullish on the AI tools that are coming out now. We're really at the, you know, the start of
that curve where it starts to go fully exponential. You know, the things that I've seen in the last,
say in the last month, we've seen, you know, ChatGPT roll out a major upgrade of their art tools,
of their, you know, art generation tools.
We've seen, and now we've seen Mid Journey roll out
a major upgrade of video editing, which really wasn't possible.
It was possible, but this is, for me,
it's a little easier integration because I've already got all that kind of stuff set up.
As I say, I would love to tap in with you, Theon, and see what tools, you know, you've been using.
It is a bit of a minefield out there of how many AI tools there are.
But what we're seeing now, the quality of what comes out is just absolutely mind-blowing.
It's going to be a real shift in the way that people design, the way that people create.
And I'm not saying, you know, I don't want't want it to you know get rid of jobs for people you know that's a
very big um bone of contention with people right now but i really see ai as a tool you know and
any artist who um starts adopting these tools and using it as a tool you know remember you're still
an artist you're still somebody who has been you know training
his brain through beauty through everything he sees from his entire life that's the way i see
you know being an artist everything that we see from the day that we're born influences um what
we output as an artist i like to try and fill my eyes with beautiful things you know beautiful
landscapes beautiful scenery beautiful people uh and web through and beautiful art. And that's what web three has enabled as well. You
know, there's beautiful NFTs out here, there's beautiful people, you know, there's beautiful art
being created, the more you can absorb the more you can, the more, the more you can see the more
inspiration you have when you go to create. So, you know, that's what I see is, you know, being

such amazing growth in the Monkey Lab over the last 10 months since we minted. And I can't believe
it's almost, you know, it's 10 months since we minted monkeys. It's just, it's amazing.
It seems like, you know, four weeks and it seems like two years at the same time, you know.
I've been here every single day cooking and grinding.
And, you know, at first, you know, it sometimes felt like a chore, but now it's just comes, it's a real love.
Like I really enjoy tapping in with everyone.
You know, my wife doesn't love it so much, but, you know, we have to make time as well for, you know, for our loved ones. It is about finding that balance
as a founder. And that's been, you know, it's hard to find at first, but once you've found that man,
you know, you really, it really is like any other business. You know, you go to work every day,
you grind your ass off, you come back home and you spend time with family. And, you know, just
that after my wife goes to bed, I've got another family to come in
and tune into. And that's all of you guys. And that's the people who are in Discord will run
some late night rumbles, or we'll just have a chat in a VC or, you know, do something like that.
Or we haven't had so many chats in VC so far, you know, lately, because I've been getting these
zombies over the line. But that's my drawing time, you know, that kind of 10am to 4am kind
of time slot, I find a really nice quiet, you know, quiet kind of 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. kind of time slot. I find a really nice quiet time.
But, yeah, there's a lot of stuff, you know, coming up.
As I said, with Monkeys, we are going to be working
on this new contract, on new swaps.
We've got those coming out in the lab.
We've got new utility in Discord with the Metamate bot.
That's just an absolute beast.
And, you know, Prim's building more on that every day.
We're bringing out new, with Zombies, we've got a new staking drip platform coming online as well from GOTM Labs and Rico, who's an absolute legend.
He's the mastermind behind Gains NFTs.
And he's, you know, he's been helping us cook since day one. He's behind this new, it's the GZS1
contract. It's a similar kind of contract to an MPL404 contract where it has tokens tied up
in with each NFT. So you can swap, enable swaps between the NFT and the token seamlessly.
It enables a lot of other features too. You can re-roll your NFT for an entirely new NFT
there's a whole lot of stuff
that he's cooking up with that protocol
I'm really, really excited to bring that out
for Monkeys as well
because I know the communities that have got it
which are DMST and games
those community members have been absolutely loving the features
and the ability to swap
directly from an NFT to tokens, back and forth again from a pool, which is an in-house pool, has been really kind of a revolution.
And speaking of revolutions, LaserAce is coming up onto the stage too.

So those guys have just opened up a 3D print farm,

We need new integrations from like ChatGPT.
Say ChatGPT can take a 2D image, make a 3D model out of it.
If you like it, you can then tell it to create a Blender file,
which you can then, you know, send directly to a 3D,
or make a 3D print file, which you can send directly
to a 3D printer and print out that 2D item in 3D. And that integration, once it works properly and that's in its very, very early
stage, but I really do see there's going to be print farms. We're just going to be sending 2D
NFTs to, and they're going to be spitting out 3D busts and sending them to us. And that is going to be absolutely awesome. I love that idea.
I love retail.

You're not overdoing it where you're coming out of your own pocket.

You can't sustain a project out of your own pocket.
It's not fair on your family to be plowing all your money into a project.
These projects can
be sustainable. You just have to, you know, think out of the box a little bit, look at the, get the
right utilities, you know, promote them in the right way. And look, automatically, you know,
your project, you know, can have a longevity. But also really, you know, looking at other projects
as well, seeing how they do it, getting that inspiration. Like I love the way Gains NFT, for example,
some of those mint funds are used in liquidity pools
to provide liquidity to very stable like Solana to USD liquidity pools.
And those fees that he earns then go straight back into the project.
You know, rather than throwing a big chunk of those fees
one time bang into your liquidity pool and they're done,
you know, he's using those fees for the good of everybody.
Even, you know, what Martek's doing, staking the Solana
and, you know, growing that pool rather than just dropping a token,
throwing all the money, and it's a one-shot deal and you're done.
You know, it's about thinking outside of the box and going,
you know what, we can build in this space.

finding quality coins or quality project uh to basically people looking for trading setups you
know with all these tools that came out now everyone is looking for volume and volume basically
kills the you know the people that are working. You're trying to build something.
You're doing a lot of work.
You build something great, but you launch.
There is no volume.
There is nobody looking at you.
Then there is no bias, especially that we did not have this crazy art season yet.
But what I can see is that the NFT community is basically now lifting up this space.

early in in in a narrative that is expected to get growth, that potentially could have massive potential.
So when every new narrative you find,
and then you're early, you make money.
So one of the narratives that pop up,
you know, the last, let's say two months,
is internet capital markets.
I'm sure some of you heard of it, you've seen it.
And then we saw the birth of like belief app.
A platform that you can launch coins there.
And then the basically the idea is bridging web to to a three, bringing, you know, like, um.
Projects with existing products to the market to wave three through that to the launch
back so this is basically when I started looking into this I spotted the coin
that is not does not have a project does not have an app it's just a meme coin
within that narrative and it was basically the number one, and the name of that coin was Startup.
So I checked it up.
It went from nothing to $40 million market cap,
and I saw a lot of wealth accumulating and stuff,
and then, okay, I looked at the website.
What it says, it's a meme.
Startup, the market cap, the product is the market cap.
And I was thinking, wow wow so why this thing blow up
and then immediately picked up in my mind this is a meme at the core it's a company with nothing
you know the product is a market cap and if you look at their twitter all they tweet is
the product is the market cap and with so imagine meme coins beating um let's say the the the new
internet capital market coins the utility coins let's say within their narrative so this is the
this is what got me to think all right if startup did it then you cannot have a startup without a
pitch deck so with the same with
the same vision i decided to launch a pitch deck buy and hold the product is the market cap
and then we get together with some friends we drop some content and we truly believe that
um there is also a shift away from you you know, animal coins. Like you've seen useless coin.
Like you can't have like 10 useless coins.
There will be only one useless coin.
It went to $80 million market cap.
That also, you know, something you guys can, you know,
just within the same idea of new coins within this, you know,
this market that could spark a big you know blow up once we
hit the alt season and the alt season guys it's related to the quantitative easing and it's gonna
happen rate cuts are coming quantitative easing is coming bigger prints are coming and this is where
quantitative easing is coming bigger prints are coming and this is where when bitcoin is going to
do neutral time hives it's going to be at the same time with the quantitative easing and that
time we're going to have you know full blown up you know our season all right man so like what
we're going to do let's get to the meat and potatoes you got a you got a meme token it's on
pumped up fun right now it's a low cap like you know
it's been out for a couple of weeks and stuff like that and um yeah that's what you want to pitch
