Can you explain that to us, for those of us that don't understand?
Sure.
Obviously, so we'll start with nfts right nfts we know are non-fungible tokens which are is in its simplest form a digital art i would say and um the sec we know the sec kind of monitors a lot of financial things and um
so something that has happened for a while is that people were worried that nfts are securities
um which basically is a security is like, Hey, I, uh,
I have a claim of this company. Um, you know,
it's like a tradable, like, like a tradable asset,
a tradable piece that represents, you know, I,
I own part of this company or I have interest in it. Right. And so, um, with that comes taxes
and all kinds of things that people want to make sure that they're tracking your money.
So, um, them coming out and saying that NFTs are not securities is very good because there's been
a lot of money that's been flown around trading these NFTs, these profile pictures these pieces of digital art and so people were
you know i think a lot of that comes from same with crypto is like i don't want to dox myself
i don't want you to know who i am so i don't have a picture of of me i have a picture of this uh
whatever it may be and a pfp and you know i i go by this this name on the internet and i use a vpn and all of those
good things that you know kind of keeps your your habits online hidden um is a good way also to keep
yourself protected yes so like hey you don't know that i have you know i don't go around telling you
that i have you know all this crypto and stuff um and flaunting and showing you like look at all this stuff that i
have uh which is not a good good practice as we have seen recently but um being not docs also
helps with not with the people finding you and having to pay taxes. So a lot of it comes from paying taxes basically.

and then coming out and saying that it's not a security is going to let
people breathe a lot easier today.

Had the second week of the Fossils Disc Golf League yesterday.
Had 11 people, so two more people than the week before.
We're growing.

So out of 12 bag tags, we have 10 sold, so we have two left.
And, yeah, it's been great.
We had one of the people come and they donated something to the fossil bag, which is like the prizes.

then you win a prize or the cash and the uh and there's one for long putt too same idea whoever
makes the longest putt on a certain hole bam and we have these little signs and you can put your
name on these cards and then you put you know the sign in the ground where your disc was so people know like
oh okay this i gotta beat this so anyway uh it's a cash payout league so you know first second third
gets money and then based on their performance on the round and then those people that win those
ctps or the long putts they can choose between the fossil bag or taking the cash and the fossil bag contains
a lot of different little prizes that are disc golf related or may not be so you know i've uh
you know i've got a little bit of uh some outdoor bug got little shrooms that you know um toss in
there as we go along here and i think uh the guys will appreciate that too. Some gift cards to gas stations, discs and towels, things like that.
It was lots of fun.
They had a great time.
With the ties, with the bag tags, how it orders in number of how everybody places after their round,
if people tie, they have to throw off.
There was like six people that had to throw off to get their place
yesterday. So everybody was having a really good time. You could tell it was really catching on. So
it's cool to see that happen, you know, when something catches on that you kind of created.
When you see a gap in something, whether it's work, whether it's SAS, uh, software as a service or, you know,
whatever the case may be. And you,
and you fill that gap with something and then people kind of take to it.
It's a good feeling. So, um, me and Mark, yeah, we're having a good time.

the collection is deeply connected to mental health and emotional expression so in the image

how to record the brainwave data with the help of a mobile app.
You record your brainwave data and share it with
the artist the artist then generates the final video artwork and updates the nft metadata with
the completed piece and then as a final touch each holder receives a high quality a2 size

It's a lot of fun. We enjoy it. It's a great way to ease into the weekend. big weekend here in the states memorial day so right memorial day i always get those mixed up
yes memorial day's first then labor day right so good time to remember a lot of people open up
their cabins here in michigan so there'll be a bunch of people driving up, and I'm going to be going down south, go to mom's, finish up that privacy fence, get that baby, the old one, torn down and put up a new one. fencing and then my sister and brother-in-law they built the other half of the yard a few years back
and this other side of the yard needs a new new fence right so went with the horizontal because
that's what they did on that side but it's short and uh i popped off i got pre-made panels and
just popped off like the third one and then stained that one blue and then the rest is like a
brown reddish cedar brown or whatever so it looks really good get that baby up and
have mom's yard almost all set for her to do her thing she's a big gardener
um slowed down some but i've posted some really cool pictures from our garden like those bleeding hearts
and like poppies and rosa sharon like all kinds of cool stuff so just as those gardens where like
it'll just constantly flower throughout the seasons you know they'll like die off then the
next ones come out so look forward to seeing mom and probably stop in and see my sister and my niece and nephew, you know, do a little family deal.
Always like to stop in when I can when I'm by them.
