100 it's all about choices you get to choose where you put your energy you get to choose what you
decide you get to choose what you view the world which lends you look through and

you know obviously the the the artist is going to get their cut of it but the the majority of that
would be going to the whoever auction it off with the allow pass. So it would give people a reason to really invest in, one, the magazine,
and, two, the artist that is involved,
because you'd want to know more about them and their work
so you can market it in an appropriate way

especially as we go into tax season right now.

Do you have everything set up as like an LLC business?
I do.
Are you just working solely?
I am LLC.
I have my own company.
Everything goes through that.
I also work with a tax professional on all of my shit.
Also, this year is going gonna be a little bit weird
because like i do have management so i have to figure out that but i'm gonna be talking with
hilda and luca about that when you know when we get closer to tax season because like again i gotta
figure out like how that works from a tax perspective but look otherwise like everything
is just ran through my LLC.
I've been debating though.
Sorry, I don't mean to jump in,
but I've also been debating between,
I have to look up and research more the difference between an S Corp versus an LLC.
That's the thing that I have to research
probably within the next year or so.
I don't know which one has better tax benefits.
Because it's just you,
I'm going to lean towards thinking in LLC.
If you came to a point where you and another person
were part of an art consortium or whatever,
and there was multiple, call it people,
that would be part of the organization as members
and stuff like that,
then you might go. I'm also not a tax person or financial advisor, so I would ask, but I just,
I think for what you do and how you do it, the LLC gives you as much protection and benefit
without the extra costs. So. Again, I would, I'm going to research into it and dig deep a little bit
because at the end of the day

but you want to pay the least amount of taxes as possible

a bill at the end of the month say you owe the government this amount of money.

And they're just told how much they owe.
