Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music Music I'm going to go to the next video. I All right, we ready to get started here?
Equa, how are you doing today?
I for a second thought that we'll miss the mark today, but yeah, y'all came in clutch.
But I still, I feel like we're missing something.
We need to have the intro music. I. We got it. We got it. But I still, I feel like we're missing something. We need to have the intro music.
Are you playing something, Brandon?
No, I'm waiting for yours.
Let's run it with the Siva song.
Siva? Siva. Siva. See you. Music All right, all right, I think we to be.
Hey, heck what, I think we can kill it. all right i just well i just felt like we were missing something without it we don't have we don't have new today so uh we had to figure things out so uh we got joe up here i don't
know if patrick wants to come up you can go ahead and request and we'll bring you up as well. A lot going on in the space, right?
I mean, huge addition for the council last week with FedEx. Got a household name. What
were your thoughts on that, Ekwa?
Yeah, that's huge, right? Especially combined with the new strategy that they're only on board and council members that have plans and products and pipeline using Hedera. So it makes it 10 times more bullish
that FedEx is on board. They're actively trying to integrate Hedera into their supply chain.
And yeah, I bet there's nobody in this space that has not heard of FedEx, right? They're in all the countries. They're everywhere. And imagine having that supply chain tokenized
and tracked using Hedera. It'd be a game changer. Absolutely huge. I think it's
3.7 billion packages per annum. So it's absolutely massive. Hopefully that's going to work out.
We also got Joe up here. Why don't you come on up, Joe? How are you doing today, bud?
Hey, I'm great. I'm glad we got in. Glad people are showing up. Looking forward to it.
Yeah, a little bit of a late start, but that's all right. We got it through. Patrick, what's going on, buddy?
Sorry, I wasn't muting. Well, everything's fine here, actually.
Well, everything's fine here, actually.
Yeah, I was worried that we wouldn't have a space today, but we're here.
It's great to see you having hosted space.
So it's probably going to be a bit more organized than when me and Agua are doing it.
I'll sit back and relax and see how you do.
So, yeah, I just kind of, this is out of necessity.
I just, they asked me to be the co-host or they didn't ask me.
I got requests or the request for co-hosts.
I'm taking the bull by the horns.
Who do we got behind the Silk Suite icon there?
It is J-Man today. What's going on going on everybody it's good to be here I'm
glad that the space got opened as well I was like am I missing something I'm like it's my twitter
bugging so it's good to uh good to be here today good to see the space open yeah good stuff and
congratulations you guys had a successful token launch um I was just looking at some of your
numbers I was taking a look at your app.
Everything looks really good.
Brendan, I really appreciate that a lot.
But I've got a bunch of things that I want to hang to.
I mean, one thing that I'm freaking out
about with FedEx is this is a company that I utilize in my day-to-day life. I mean, like on
an almost weekly basis, I'm getting packages of some kind shipped to me through FedEx, or I'm
utilizing their shipping services to do returns on things I bought online. So I'm excited to dig into whatever the topics are
going to be today. But yeah, I've got some notes that I've taken over the last few days about some
other things that went down that day on the token launch when we went from the beta version of
SilkSuite to the alpha version, so to speak, of Silk Suite that I'd love an opportunity to share with once I get
back home. But yeah, Brendan, thank you so much for the love and appreciate it a lot. I actually
was on SaucerSwap probably a couple days ago, and I noticed the UI seems to be a lot cleaner,
updated, refreshed. I don't know if I was going crazy,
but yeah, shout out to SaucerSwap.
I was on there like recently and I was like,
damn, this is clean as fuck, man.
Like things were looking really good on there too.
They did a complete update on the website.
And of course we have the app.
We just integrated Wallet Connect this past week.
So yeah, just trying to get more and more people engaged, looking for growing the assets
that are already here, introducing new assets, all that kind of stuff.
So yeah, and it's good to have competition.
We want to make sure we're pushing ourselves in the right direction.
And if you're all alone on an island, you're not doing that.
And SilkSuite's bringing some of that competition, but we're pulling in the same direction. No question about
that. So we can certainly dive into some of the stuff around FedEx. I actually got Rob on and
in my show tomorrow, he's going to dive a little bit into some of the use cases that they're
potentially going to be looking at. After I recorded with Rob, he was going to have a meeting with them.
He had plenty of prep work done.
So the interview that I did with him is certainly worth watching,
but there's going to be more information coming out.
The interesting thing from that interview that came out is FedEx is a different animal
than what some of the other council members have been.
It seems like they've had their blockchain division working on this stuff since 2018, since before Hedera was something you could actually engage with.
They've been working on the use cases, getting all of that kind of stuff dialed in, and now they're starting to pick the technologies.
of that kind of stuff dialed in. And now they're starting to pick the technologies where, you know,
and all indications are that, you know, it's going to be Hedera. That's not to say it's going to be
exclusive. Rob doesn't say it's not exclusive, but you know, they are probably looking at a lot
of different things, but it's good to see that they've put in all this legwork and now they're
to the point where they're actually choosing the technologies they want to leverage. So
great stuff. Does anybody else have anything they want to talk about on FedEx?
I think for me, real quick, I think for me, one thing that I'll be watching is kind of, again,
how much do they really end up utilizing the hashgraph tech?
You know, I think I've become somewhat used to over the last, you know, three to five years
seeing companies, you know, announce, you know, partnerships or, you know,
oh, we're joining, you know, like the board of directors of this, you know, of whatever, of this L1 or that L1 or, you know,
and then not really kind of getting a clear picture over the coming years of like how much they really integrated the tech from whatever L1 they kind of joined hands with into what the services that they provide.
So I'll be watching that very closely.
I'm not skeptical per se at all.
It's just something I'm going to keep my eye on.
So yeah, just kind of my two cents on that.
No, that's completely fair.
I mean, we've gone through things like Atmyo with Avery Dennison,
where they've launched products.
It's had a huge impact on Hedera on the network, but didn't find product market fit. And we were
subsidizing that stuff. Now, that can only go so far. We have to get to the point where we're
sustainable. It does feel like FedEx might be a little bit of a different animal. But again,
they're looking at a bunch of different things. Supply chain tracking is certainly going to be one of them. There's almost a dozen different entities. And
these are like buckets, not companies. Of course, there's a lot more different companies that are
involved, but different buckets of different entities that are involved with the entire
FedEx supply chain. And they don't necessarily completely trust each other. And
that's what they're trying to establish is this one layer. Well, it's what we talk about all the
time, the trust layer of the internet. And that one single source of truth certainly makes sense
to use Hedera Consensus Service. I certainly wouldn't expect like every single scan on every
single package to get put on the Consensus Service. But, you know, when you're talking about
3.7 billion packages, and each one of those is getting scanned 15, 20 times, I crunched the
numbers on that. And that would be about $59 million worth of revenue for the Hedera network.
But even if you cut that significantly
back and it was just certain points when it's crossing a border or getting to certain
points, you're doing things like that, it would make a lot of sense. And then just the payments,
because there's different things that these suppliers and partners of FedEx have to facilitate
payments. Most of that stuff has been ironed out as far as business to
business. But the other thing Rob and I talk about are how he has the playbook for utilizing
stablecoins on Hedera. And of course, FedEx, like you were saying, J-Man, they have this huge
retail-facing portion of their business where they're accepting credit card payments all of the time.
That's 1.6 to 3% fees that they're paying all the time.
If they can eliminate some of that with stable coins on Hedera, that goes from 2.5% or 2% or whatever it might be off the top on every single one of those payments coming from retail down to one-tenth of a cent.
So there's really low-hanging fruit here. It is exciting. What about you other guys? Come on,
Joe, Patrick, what do you guys, Equal, what do you guys got on this one?
Well, if no one's speaking, then you always know I will open up my mouth so i was happy yeah so as a lot of you know we have a lot
of testers now in uh our city and i'm actually happy to see that all of them are very content
with what we're doing and uh they love the quality in beginning we because we did tell them guys
you're you're walking in the development server because we didn't set up a separate server for
So we were very clear from the beginning.
There will be things that we still,
we have a train set in there and it still has,
had to prioritize other stuff.
But also sometimes you sink
through the floor because we didn't set all the collisions right just everywhere just yet
but the city is maturing now it's in final stages and it's it's so nice to see that
people are responding so nicely about what's happening and they love where it's going they
they complement us on these things so that that's really nice to see and a fun fact my builders they
hated me for that for having them in that environment but i said come on they helped us
build this and they want to see what we're building now so it's i think it's around 30 people who are now work walking in
there on a daily base actually and now my builders are very happy with it because they see that they
understand that it is indeed not a final product but a product in development and they are not at
all complaining about it but they love seeing what we're building on the daily base and actually it's a great formula because we get some early books already out there
now that you normally would only catch when you are almost ready to launch but now we catch them
head on so actually my builders are now very happy with it and um they they do a sneak peek in this
channel every day so yeah it it's all going well.
Very happy about the progress we're making at the moment.
We had some bad times as well where one developer got depressed
and other stuff happened.
But, yeah, you just continue.
We speak a lot in the Kabila spaces about the difference
I don't think there should be a difference.
You just continue building.
Only difference is, of course, you have a community backing you up.
Sometimes that's hard as well, of course,
because they always breathing your neck.
But they deserve it, of course, because they are also
helping you build the whole thing.
So yeah, that's something that I was.
Let's see, do I have some other stuff?
Yeah, we got four for uh i told them
today that um because they keep asking me can we show stuff um on on on on x and on discord
so we held them back a bit so far because yeah i don't want them to show a screenshot of an ugly
area or where you are stuck because not everyone will understand that it's a game in development but joey and i are going to discuss tomorrow if if at least they can show some
stuff already but we'll just have some limits because i really want them to show off the the
soccer team that we have in in earthlings land but yeah so i'm going to ask some of them to
But yeah, so I'm going to ask some of them to show that on X.
But yeah, okay, that's it.
It's always difficult for me to end it up, wrap it up, Brendan.
So I'll keep it with this.
I love that we can go from – first of all, Patrick, real quick, is my volume okay?
Because I'm actually just using my computer, Mike.
Your volume is great, yeah. actually just using my computer, Mike. Is that all right? Your volume is great.
I love that we're going from talking about supply chain
and going directly into gaming.
What you guys are doing is great.
And everybody does understand.
I've been in doing some of your beta testing,
walking through and all that kind of stuff.
And yeah, I mean, you're getting started
as far as your final testing to bring your product out.
Everybody understands that it's testing, just like, you know,
J-Man was talking about, you know,
we all have these things to work through and we're all kind of building on this
retail level at the same pace and you have to go through the same steps.
So there's no problem with that at all.
I will say that, you know, that I'm addicted to Steam Runner.
So I like your mini games as well.
times a week and when i put it start playing i play for way too long so uh my wife gives me some
crap but that's all right go ahead yeah actually that's nice what you said go from one subject to
the other one because there can cover everything but um what i wanted to say is um crap i forgot
cover everything. But what I wanted to say is, oh crap, I forgot. I just said it.
No, it was about gaming and, ah, well, when I went, oh yeah, because it was about what
someone just said about how some of these partnerships don't even then really seem to
use Hedera. And Ubisoft is a council member as well.
And then they go off and build a game on another network.
Uh, so that was a bit weird, uh, but, but it's, that's one of the companies
that I always had in mind.
Why don't they build something on, um, uh, on Hedera?
So maybe you have some insights on that, but, um, I know the people that are very
nice, but I don't, are you talking about, um, Ubisoft? Yeah very nice. I don't know. Are you talking about?
I would have gone to you for questions
because you were talking with them at one point, right?
Yeah, someone introduced me to them once.
They're going through a major restructuring,
like huge billions of dollars of cuts and restructuring we'll get
them we'll get on the other end there's something new um so i one of my builders gave me a youtube
link of a guy addressing the problems that are now being faced in web 2 gaming and one of the issues was that if you buy items in a game then you can't
sell them anymore the problem that he mentioned was that young people they buy a lot of game tokens
but because of course it's not a web 3 token so i know a young guy who spent 4 000 euros so let's
say now it's about five5,000 in one month.
Yeah, I don't know what was wrong with him,
And then, of course, a few weeks later, he regrets it.
But the thing is, he can't sell these tokens back again.
So if he'd have a Web3 token,
he could have sold them back on the market again
and at least get some money back or more,
depending on what the game does of course so i was listening to this this um this youtuber
about this subject and it was almost like they're even pushing gaming a little bit towards web 3
from that point of view and i always say web 3 is inevitable because it's a new technology it's like
when i was younger uh sms text messages
came up and everyone said no one's going to use them but it was inevitable and everyone's going
to use them compact disc i didn't want to use them i wanted to stay with the long with lps but
of course it's coming and web3 it has so many advantages and of course some will use it in bad
way and others will use it in a good way but these things um they will
push it towards the gaming industry as well i think and ubisoft did already um built some
web3 gaming it was a shame not to see them do it on on on adera of course but they might have
their reasons for it but yeah so i do think that in every market and also in the gaming markets
they they will push towards that and this felt to me a bit like when he was explaining it, hey, they're already doing
it because it was the regulations and the governments who were complaining about how
you can't resell and whatever.
So Web3 was a perfect fit for that, if you ask me.
There's no question about it.
It was really Steam Runner that allowed me to understand the power of Web3 Gaming. When I realized that your avatars that I wanted to buy because they had different attributes and abilities in Steam Runner, I was like, wait a second, not only can I use them here, but I'm going to be able to use these in future mini games. I'm going to be able to use it in your gaming metaverse and all of that kind of stuff.
So it really just went a lot further than the normal buying something in a game.
So it makes perfect sense to me.
And guys, anybody who's up here, make sure you raise your hand if you want me to give to you
because I will yak on forever.
And anybody else that wants to come up, I see we got
Nick down there. We got Mark. We have our fighter pilot on down the line. If you guys want to come
up, just request to be a speaker and I'll go ahead and bring you up. I also have a bunch of stuff
with or some stuff with Hedera ETFs. I have an interview with Infran from Dovu and they, of
course, just got listed on Kraken.
A bunch of other stuff going on as well in the Hedera space.
Yeah, and not to linger too much on the FedEx thing,
but I just kind of wanted to re-highlight something
that you said earlier about it.
You know, there's so many...
There's so many different kind of niche
little opportunities within FedEx
and the nature of their business.
For them to just be able to dip a toe,
Even if they just dabble in utilizing the hashgraph for certain facets of their, or
even just a single facet of what they do, I think it then really opens the door to them
saying, hey, you know what?
Let's continue to go down the rabbit hole a bit with this.
So I would be ecstatic to find them even somewhat utilizing the hashgraph for really anything they do,
because I think that the tech would then have an opportunity
to speak for itself. So not to like hearken too far back into the initial conversation,
but I just thought that that was, I wanted to re-highlight that. It's like, give us a shot,
give the hash graph a shot, give us a chance. And i think that that's really where that that snowball effect
occurs but i i do agree with you as well brendan i do think the fedex thing is is a little bit
different i'm a little i'm unusually bullish on on this one for sure yeah it definitely has
been excited and one of the things that the at my o um use case showed us is Hedera does actually do in a real world use case exactly what it says it does.
It was cruising along for months and months at 2,000 transactions per second with spikes
to 11,000 transactions per second and literally never broke a sweat, never had a problem,
no issues. So, you know, that's one thing. And of course, that's a supply chain use case as well.
So exciting on that front. The other thing that I'm going to get into a little bit tomorrow is
on the ETFs. We're continuing in the HBR ETF, which is the one that's just primarily
holding HBAR. It's continuing to increase its assets under management. A couple of weeks ago, I think it was at 532 million
HBAR in there. And I saw it was up to 542 million. So we're over 1% just held in that one ETF alone.
There was a lot of excitement and not just within the Hedera space, but around the T-Row price
actively managed ETF. And so the difference there between that and some of the
other ETFs that have and are coming out is most of those are based off of an index. So the Coinbase
20, the CoinDesk, or I'm sorry, the Coinbase 50 or the CoinDesk 20, it's just based off of market
cap. Now they do kneecap and pull down Bitcoin to make sure that it doesn't have like too much waiting. And they do the same thing with
some of the other mega caps out there. But this one's actively managed and they only list in
their S2 filing to the SEC 13 different assets. And I could try to find all of them, but I know
Bitcoin is on there, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Avalanche, a couple of meme coins. I think they have Doge, SHIB,
and then a few other utility tokens. XRP is in there, but there's only 13, and HBAR is one of
them. And I just think that the managers for them, it's going to resonate, the actual utility. I saw
actually a clip, and I'm going to include a clip from Paul Barron's show
talking about how important these utility platforms are going to be going forward.
And then we saw one of the other Hedera council members, BitGo, talking about Agenda Commerce
and how they can't touch cash. They're going to have to trade with each other using some kind of
digitized money. Now, that could certainly be a stable coin.
And that's what he mentioned stable coins,
which I certainly think makes sense.
Hedera has the benefit of having those fixed fees.
So you know how much it's going to cost.
Granted, I think we do need more liquidity,
but you guys all know that I want HBAR
to be that agentic medium of exchange.
I just think that with it being 10 times cheaper, even though our stable coins are cheap at a tenth of a cent, HBAR is even cheaper. services, right? So the Hedera token service, the Hedera consensus service, the smart contract
service, the file storage service, and then the cryptocurrency service. And it was always strange
to me because the cryptocurrency service isn't the tokens, right? That's the token service.
It's just HBAR. So I was like, it's kind of weird to call that a service. But if you think about it
from the perspective that it is a service that allows very cheap, consistent value transfer
over the internet. It absolutely is a service. And it's a service that's even 10 times cheaper
than Hedera tokens. So I think it makes perfect sense for those agentic, the agentic commerce,
agent to agent payments, user to agent payments that BitGo was talking about. I think
we really need to put our foot down in that space. J-Bad, did you have something else? I see your
hands still up. No, no, it's just Twitter bugging. Just Twitter bugging. One thing I will say,
You know, I looked into, not to deviate too much from what you're unpacking for all of us,
I looked into the Canary HBAR ETF not that long ago, a couple weeks ago,
because I was thinking about gaining some exposure within my brokerage account to HBAR. And one thing that I do think will need to be worked on
with the Canary HBAR ETF, which is great
because it is physically backed,
but it is the fees associated with it.
I ended up not pulling the trigger
on grabbing anything through that medium due to the fees.
So just a quick side note, we're talking ETFs here, but yeah.
And just for anybody who wants to know, the fees on that are 0.95%,
which isn't for something as specialized and unique as HBAR.
So for example, a much bigger-
No, I mean, it's not for you, JNN.
You can go and get staking rewards, all of that stuff.
You're used to self-custody.
It's actually for the people that want to get exposure, but don't feel comfortable going to
Coinbase or getting it on a decentralized exchange or something like that. And you don't get
these things, right? You can get close to 2.5% right now, plus you're paying that 0.95%. But
to it. So you can play around with options with it and you can actually get income that way.
Granted, you have to be careful, but that is one way you can actually lend your shares out.
And they have all, you know, a fair amount of controls. I know it's, you know, trad fi,
but there are a fair amount of controls where you can get a fair amount. If people want to short it,
they can borrow yours and you can get some extra income that way. So there are a fair amount of controls where you can get a fair amount if people want to short it. They can borrow yours and you can get some extra income that way.
So there are some tools in the ETF that you might not have available in the DeFi space and vice versa.
Yo, yeah, I do want to take this chance and bring people's attention to everything going on in the Hedaro retail ecosystem as well.
Because, yeah, we're turning the heat up it's been a great week with the silk suite uh final version launch
and the token launch i'm sure jayman will go a little bit into that but yeah love to see it
uh hell yeah more dexes more defy infrastructure more liquidity more tvl on hedera it's always going to pump up the numbers it's
always also good to have multiple big scale dexes uh saucer swap silk suite coming together really
uh taking full position over here would be great it also is a sign of a really stable defi ecosystem
it invites more people from other chains as well
So that that's that's one big highlight of this week for sure
Also, we got the Mark rise just PFP collection. They're minting today at 2 p.m. Eastern
The white list mint goes live. They're minting on centex this time. Yeah, that's gonna be super cool
188 fresh new NFTs up for grabs and just PFP odd, you know, like there's,
there does not have to be, there's no need for any further explanation. Another, I'd love to give out two or three more quick shout outs. Wild Tigers have been killing it with their website.
If you haven't been there yet, wildtiger.world, be on there. You can set up your own profile.
They have a cup builder thing that they're
cooking up right now and also if you participated in the raffles if you have the raffle tickets
those are dynamics you can go on to the website upgrade them you can and you you will receive a
key in return yeah they're not gonna burn your raffle ticket. You're going to have that. Just dynamically update the metadata inside the NFT.
So, yeah, shout out to Maui and the whole Wild Tiger squad
because they're really cooking up a whole lot of tools
They have a Discord bot as well, which does a lot for you.
If you want to track the sales of your collections,
if you want to track a lot of your collections if you want to uh track a lot of things uh within the hbar retail ecosystem uh you should definitely integrate that into your
discord so yeah shout out to wild tigers um one last shout out i love to give is uh to pagey uh
they uh they shot uh they opened up a gib space it was the first gib space that happened in a while.
And they have set our time for that.
3 p.m. Eastern on every Wednesday.
There's going to be a gib space with a whole lot of giveaways.
So, yeah, it's always fun.
And, yeah, there's late night spaces now on HBAR.
Hosted by Darren, XRaptor, and Cube.
Three legends in the H-Bar community for sure.
Tonight, they're going to do a special edition
boasting and celebrating the women
It's going to be a really big
It's a space where they're going to encourage
only females to be up on the speaker panel
some wholesome, nice conversations. It's going to be a fun one. panel and just let them have some wholesome nice conversations
and yeah it's going to be a fun one i'm definitely tuning in to that these spaces happen at 10 p.m
eastern monday to thursday so yeah almost all weekdays uh we have uh the late night spaces
going on on hbar uh yeah if you're a woman in the ecosystem, you should definitely come say hi because it's going to be a great place to network and connect.
Yeah, Darren and XRaptor, they're actually inviting their spouses.
Their wives are going to show up and interact with the community.
So that's also a great place.
If your wife is confused, what do you do on X all day long? And who are these people that you keep talking to?
Then, yeah, it's a great place where you should probably invite your wife and be like, hey, see, we're not all that crazy.
You know, there's some really healthy and nice conversations that go down in this community.
So they stop questioning you as to what you're doing on your phone all day.
Those are some shout outs from within
the HBAR community. The HBAR retail ecosystem is catching on fire again. Yeah. And shout out to all
the people who keep building relentlessly and keep pushing the agenda. Let's go.
Absolutely. We are that crazy though, Sight. I'm telling you. We are that crazy, but that's okay.
So I do have somebody, I want to
talk a little bit about some of those tokens that you started off hitting on, but we got 8-Bit Alien.
If you want to come up, if you have a question or a comment, all yours, buddy.
What's going on, guys? Can you guys hear me clearly?
Yeah, I'm pretty new to the Adaira chain.
I got on boarded through a friend and I hear great things about this place
and I think I'm really going to like it.
I got my first, I got my couple of NFTs.
I got some DJ tapes and shout out to Coco Labs.
I got some, I got a few other tokens and I also got some dj tapes and shout out to coco labs i got some i got a few other tokens and i
also got some meme coins and i i hear a lot in the space and i would really like to get to connect and
make new friends if if i could if i could use that term i'd also like to be pointed in the
right directions when it comes to spaces and communities and people to be a part of because because I would really like to grow and become a part of this place.
I hear a lot of things about you guys, and it's a pleasure to be here.
Well, welcome. We appreciate you being here.
I do another space. I do this one every week, and then I do another space
focusing on Hedera DeFi Mondays at 3 p.m. Eastern.
That's called DeFi Corner Live.
But yeah, if you guys, anybody wants to throw up spaces,
I know Joe, which looks like Joe jumped down,
he gets involved with all of them.
But Ekwar, I know you mentioned one of the spaces there.
Are there any other spaces that you want to pass on to 8BitAlien
that it would be good for him to get involved with?
3 p.m. Eastern is a good slot for Hedera spaces as well.
On Tuesday, we have a space hosted by JmanLadyH called the Cross-Chain Collide.
Ascent from XRP hosts that space as well.
So it is a cross-chain space between H-Bar and XRP,
which might be your cup of tea, 8-bit alien for sure.
I myself, I host a space at 11 a.m. Eastern from Monday to Friday.
Only on Thursdays, we merge it with the Kabila space because it's the same community.
This is the HBAR open mic.
But at 11 a.m. Eastern, you'll always find a space going on for Hedera.
Yeah, I'll encourage that you follow all the people in the room
so that you make more connections
and you can follow them into different spaces for sure.
But yeah, 11 a.m. Eastern, you can always find us from Monday to Friday.
3 p.m. Eastern is a good time slot as well.
Monday, I think Silk does a space,
and also Brandon just talked about his DeFi space as well.
Tuesday there's a cross-chain space between H-Bar XRP and Wednesdays.
There's going to be a space hosted by the Gibb team, which is one of the biggest meme coins on Hedera.
Yeah, I think this should be a good starting point for sure.
And as you get involved in the community, I'm sure you'll make a lot of new friends
and get more familiarized with all the other things that are going on for sure.
But yeah, appreciate you, man.
I hope we all we love making new friends, love welcoming and onboarding new people in the Hedera ecosystem.
There's a lot of fun to be had over here.
I hope you stick around and find some good value over here.
Yeah, appreciate that, man.
Just shout to everyone on the speakerboard, a follow.
But I will be turning on notice for you, so I don't miss all the stuff that you got going on.
But I appreciate the welcome, and thank you to everyone for having me on here.
That was one heck of an answer, Ekwa.
I know that Joe, he was trying to come up again.
Try to bring him up. Didn't look like it worked. Like always, it seems like X has given us a hard
time. So Ekwa, you mentioned in the beginning there, you know, some of our retail tokens,
you know, the expansion. I've been talking a lot with SaucerSwap about how we expand. And of course,
expansion. I've been talking a lot with SaucerSwap about how we expand. And of course, the tokens
that we already have in our space, we can make them bigger, right? Make sure people are engaging
with them. We have so many great tokens. I mean, we got Steam up here with Earthlings. We have
Silk. We have platform tokens, Centex and Kabilis token, SaucerSwap, all that kind of stuff. So
we have a lot of great platform tokens. And then we
have new tokens that are going to be entering the space. Well, and actually 8-Bit was talking about
meme coins. We have Nick here with Soot. We have some of the other Gib we mentioned here today.
We have Grelf, the grandfather of them all. And starting to get excited here because we have a
lot of great products, a lot of great communities.
The meme coins, of course, represent those communities.
And then these platform tokens, really good products.
I mean, Galaxy is a great one.
That's where I manage my community through the Bulbarians.
Really fell in love with that platform, putting out content on that.
So I love what Galaxy is doing.
These are like world-class. It really is like
Galaxy is a world-class social media platform. You know, we have stuff like that. I think Saucer
Swap has a great platform. We have one of the most user-friendly wallets and they have a token
with pack and hash pack. You just go down the line. We have all these great tokens and now
we're starting to see, or we've seen with Dovu, a listing on a tier one exchange
We haven't had, you know, we have fairly good representation, of course, with HBAR across
But this was the first instance of a regular HTS token getting listed
on a tier one exchange. And from what Brady from Bonzo, another great platform token, Bonzo,
for our lending and borrowing. Again, this is the first instance of seeing a regular Hedera token
get listed. And Brady mentioned that he thinks this isn't the last. There's going to be more to
come. And that's what I'm excited about, to see
some of these other tokens get added as well. It exposes our tokens and our platforms, our products
to a much wider array of people. Hold on one second. I'm getting messed up here. All right.
But I mean, it's important because if you say that you have to go to a decentralized exchange where we want to get to eventually getting a hash pack, all that kind of stuff, it could be a little bit higher barrier.
But if you could just say, go on Kraken and go ahead and buy this token, and then they're going to get bored, you know, just holding that token there, even if it really resonates with them, then they're going to have to bring that in to our DeFi ecosystem. That means going ahead and getting a wallet, whether that's Kabila, whether that's using
the SaucerSwap wallet, whether that's using Hashpack, and then you can start to really
interact with all these platforms.
So what's y'all's take on this first major?
If you want to go ahead, if you have something you want to add, go ahead.
If you have something you want to add, go ahead. I see your hands up.
Oh, yeah, I was going to ask a question. It's like a new question.
So I'm asking you guys to pardon me if it sounds a little bit weird.
But if I was to get into meme coins on Edera,
if I was to get into meme coins fully fully on edera and um probably a lot of
tradies and all that stuff what wallet would you would
is it me or i think he cut off he got he got off no he's not all right i would like to answer
but yeah i think we got it he's looking looking for meme coins and tokens like that in the Hedera space that he might want to get involved with.
I think Smackem is a good place to start because you can do something with it.
It's the memetility brought up by Joe.
I mentioned a few of them there.
I would certainly take a really hard look at Gibb.
That's a great one as well.
Sorry to quote you short but i meant like
could i could i do these on telegrams could i do these uh tradings on telegram and what wallets
would you advise me no so the wallet that you have to go for is the hashback wallet um yeah it has a
lot of functionalities in there and the trading it does not happen through telegram over here it's
not like how fast first ledger functions but you have dedicated dexes through Telegram over here. It's not like how First Ledger functions,
but you have dedicated DEXs. We have two over here. We have SaucerSwap and SilkSuite,
and there's a few more here and there as well. These are two Premier DEXs, and you can find
most of the token pairings over there. And there's also a PumpFun type of platform for
fair launching your own meme coin.
There's a platform called meme job dot fun.
That's the way if you want to launch a meme coin in a fair launch way without like I know and stuff.
I'll get into your DMs 8 bit and drop you some of the links and some of the stuff so you can start exploring.
And hashback wallet is where you have where you want to start though
joe did you want to add anything there no no no the honkbot is in our telegram and some other
telegrams but yeah for somebody new definitely start with the hashback wallet and then go from there.
But I do have some conversation about Dovu.
So kind of walk people through what Dovu does if you were telling a friend to go on Kraken and get Dovu.
And I saw something about what they're doing with AI,
but I didn't find an article on it.
But it looked like they were one of the only companies
that's going to actually audit, but I didn't understand it.
I just saw a post, so maybe you know a little bit about
that. Yeah. I mean, when they're talking about audits, they don't just want you to be able to go
and verify in the normal. It's not supposed to be a investigation as to where all this stuff came
from or when it comes to a carbon credit
It should just be, you know, authentication, double checking.
And that's what they provide.
The lifeblood of their platform is the Dovu token.
And you can take a look at my interview tomorrow.
There's a really good graphic of how it works into their platform.
They have a really innovative staking mechanism for that as well.
And what has a lot of people excited that were in that community last year is there was a $1.1 billion deal that they cut with a company here in the United States that's creating carbon credits that capture carbon
in the soil, but at the same time, it's increasing the yields. So there's no trade-offs here.
When you boil these down, these different things, everything that I've seen,
they're unequivocally good, regardless of what you think about carbon credits and all that kind
of stuff. The projects, when you dial it all the way down to what they're actually doing, whether that's mangrove restoration, reforestation, there was this thing with windbreaks in the Amazon, which increases the biodiversity.
But at the same time, it saves the yields and the crops and all that kind of stuff as well. So these things often serve multiple purposes.
And Dovu is creating the markets and the trust layer around that.
You can go on there and as an individual
buy carbon credits today,
or of course as a small business
or a large business or whatever.
So yeah, they're certainly leading the charge
which has a massive moat compared to the rest of the industry.
But I'll leave it there real quick.
I see I have a couple hands up, and I know that X is bugging, so I'm not sure if the hands are actually up.
But 8Bit, did you have anything else you wanted to add?
No, man, I'm pretty good right now.
I appreciate you having me here once again, and thank you very much.
Joe, did you have anything else you wanted to add on that?
All right, so we are at the top of the hour now
because we did get started a little bit late.
Normally I'm killing it at exactly the top of the hour,
but I'm not going to do that today because I know J-Man
had some other things he wanted to touch on.
I'm not sure if you're ready.
Are y'all settled in there, buddy?
Do you want to tell us about a silks week?
Thank you so much, Brendan.
And there's, there's things I want to say about Dovu.
There's more I want to say about Canary.
There's so much exciting stuff going on on Hedera or associated
with Hedera. Yeah. Yeah. So I mean, the only thing I will say real quick on Dovu is it's kind
of the same concept that I was talking about with FedEx. It's I feel like a crack in a good way.
Sorry, I was receiving a phone call. I feel like a crack has formed good way. Sorry, I was receiving a phone call.
I feel like a crack has formed in a good way in regards to getting this first listing on a tier one centralized exchange of an HTS token.
It opens the door to so much more, and it's great to see.
But yeah, going to SilkSuite real quick. You know, as you guys know,
we launched our protocol token on Tuesday. We're very happy with how that went. There were a
myriad of other things though that happened that day as well that I just want to quickly shine a
light on. I'll try to be quick here. One thing was we integrated our V2 tech stack which is the one that was audited recently by
halborn it's working phenomenally well um we're we're very happy with you can almost feel the
difference to be honest with you guys like definitely go ahead and poke around on the
platform uh we updated our ui from top to bottom check that out as well. We merged the pools. This all happened on launch day.
We merged the pools from the original H Suite decks finally into the Silk Suite deck. So that
is now done. We've added permissionless LP creation. We've added the Fabric to silk claims feature and we opened up with adding $800,000 worth of liquidity into
the HBAR silk pool and $200,000 worth of liquidity into the USDC silk pool. There's going to be three
more liquidity injections coming over the next three weeks. The total when all is said and done
will be in the millions as we've been stating over and over again.
We've just kicked it off initially with a million.
And yeah, we're currently working on getting the Silk Suite pools and silk listed on Deck Screener. Very proud to say that our initial fabric to silk rewards claim opened with $55,000 worth of silk rewards being available to those who choose to claim during this window.
That window is going to remain open for a couple of weeks.
So anybody that hasn't been able to claim yet or hasn't had like the time or whatever, you can go do so at any point while that window is open.
And then moving forward, we are a trade to earn platform.
So swapping, providing liquidity, using our tools,
it earns you fabric points.
So make sure to have that token associated
because we are going to continue to lean on that fabric
points system as the way, the medium for people to tap into getting rewarded in silk. Every six
months moving forward, we will open up, we'll have like claim events that we open up where you can take that fabric if you choose to and claim silk with
it in a 0.618 to one ratio. So every fabric you get 0.618 silk. So yeah, there was a lot that
happened. I just wanted to run through that real quick for the room. Appreciate the opportunity
to do that, Brendan. Again, as usual in the Kabila space, a lot of great, interesting topics that get me thinking.
That's when I know I'm in a high quality space is when I'm starting to think and look at things differently and be like, yeah, wow, you know, like it really is a big deal that this, that or the other is going on. Or like, wow, you know what? All of those financial instruments that come along with
an HBAR ETF, there's a lot of value in that for people that maybe, you know, have been feeling
sidelined in the TradFi section of the world, you know? So it's just, I've had a great experience
with the space yet again today.
And I appreciate the time.
Thank you so much for hopping on here today.
I will say that I'm going to be going over the Silk stuff by the numbers, some of the
stuff you've already put out in my show tomorrow.
And I noticed that you're already in the seven figures.
I think you're already up to one and a quarter million dollars as far as tbl so congratulations good stuff there i'm going to
go around the horn if anybody has anything else you can go ahead and do it now joe we'll start
with you do you have anything else you want to add before we jump off here yeah i want to
congratulate the women's u.s curling team for making the uh semifinals
nice nice and we got the hopefully the the let's go is going to go up against the finals. Nice. Nice. And we got the,
the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the,
the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the,
the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the a final. Yeah, absolutely. Patrick, you got anything for us?
I knew I could continue to quit on the hour.
Happy of that because my wife is always happy when I quit on the hour.
So I'll leave it with this.
I really want to keep going because I've got about 15 minutes left in my walk,
and I hate dead air while I'm walking.
You're going to have to deal with it.
I feel bad about that already.
But we're going to give Ekwa here the last word.
No, just a great space, as always.
Yeah, just speaking about things,
HTS tokens on Class 1 exchanges and stuff.
Yeah, just giving a little shout out to the Gcoin from Gilmore Estates.
They're listed on Coinbase
and also the DaVinci Graph token
because they secured a listing on Binance for their tokens.
So yeah, the HTS tokens are making big moves.
So similar to what we saw with like the Coinbase.
So it's their, so the BNB DEX is likely listed.
Is that what you were saying?
Okay, maybe that's the case.
Because if Joe is saying it, then he might be more right.
I remember reading a partnership announcement with Binance and a listing,
but I didn't know that it was a BNB DEX.
Yeah, I mean, I would love it if it is Binance,
but you'd think we would have heard that around the world with Hedera.
So if not, we need to shout it from the rooftops for sure.
We'll dig into it for sure.
We've got some good tokens coming next year as well.
I'm looking forward to the 4D Sky.
We also have the Kite token from clsq that should be coming i don't know when but i saw a picture
of the main developer from um clsq and cz so that might be that might be a pathway for us but but
i'm not sure but i appreciate it aqua anything, let's go. Excited for the future as always.
And yeah, we'd love to see Sauce make its move
to more centralized exchanges as well.
And yeah, big ups to all the builders.
And for those of you cross-chainers that are XRP and Hedera,
Ripple will have a presence at Hederacon.
So they'll have a representative on stage.
So that's kind of big news too.
And Hedericon is going to be an absolute blast.
I'm definitely going to be there.
So looking forward to that.
Thanks to all the speakers here today.
Anybody that hopped up on stage, we appreciate it.
Let's see if Manu is actually paying attention.
I think we're good. You can go ahead
and end the space. Until that, why don't we do
that intro song again, Ekwan? We'll see when he
Sure. I'll play a different
There you go. Even better.
Okay, let's go. But yeah, do contact
