but I just wanted to say

so Bullbar
is a community-focused project
first and foremost
and the whole idea
with us
was to try
and unite communities
from various NFT projects
together on Hedera
with a focus
on collaborations
and partnerships.
so me and James
shared a passion.
Silver,
I don't know
if you can see him in there.
We shared a passion
for NFTs
on Hedera
and AVAX
and we sort of
sided with Hedera
a bit more
and we've both been
long-time holders
and me especially,
I've been in the ecosystem
for quite a while now.
I love Hedera,
I love HBAR
and we saw
an opportunity
that some projects
may have not taken up
in the past
regarding partnerships
and collaborations
and we hope
that that might inspire
more collaborative efforts
and more people
to unite.
It's very cringy to say
but we are stronger together
in that sense
given how small it is.
We didn't want to exclude anyone
on our journey
and we want to be
all-inclusive
in that sense
so yeah,
I'm very excited for this.
I just want to say
that we have
a very active Discord
server.
It's full of all sorts
really in there
and we're always there,
me and Silva
or one of our council members
is always there
to welcome anyone
and answer any questions
you've got.
We've had plenty,
I can assure you that.
It's a very nice
and warm,
welcoming community
and we're proud of that
and our community
our growth
has been so quick
that it's completely
just, you know,
it's just,
it's crazy really
how much support
we have had
in such a short
space of time.
So yeah,
I'm kind of blabbing
on a little bit there
but yeah,
so I'm going to go
back to the start.
Earlier last year,
me and James
began talking about
the idea
of releasing a token
on Hedera
and it being
a community meme token
and we had been
discussing this
for several months
before release really
and also a plan
of doing
a NFT project
alongside that
so we just decided
to do it.
We went with
Bull as our ticker
token name
and have been shocked
by how quickly
it's all taken off
to be honest
and with that pressure
and responsibility
we immediately
began working
on our art
for our VIP pass.
This was our foot
in the door
into the NFT space.
So we are focused
on providing
for the community
by offering
Bull airdrops
every two weeks
with our VIP pass
and we wanted
to ensure
that those holders
would also get
more utility
which now the pass
gives people
15% off of our mint.
I've seen a lot
of rugs
in crypto
over the years
and myself
have been a victim
to a few
including Luna
if you could call
that a rug.
I lost a lot
of money in Luna
and it was horrible.
That's why
we recently partnered
with Big Tiny Brands
who deal with
web-free compliance.
It's been a pleasure
working with both
Scott and Mr. Green Knight.

They've also
audited our project
and KYC verified us
which is
further strengthening
like us
as a serious
and genuine player
in a space.

for our default

of which we were
successfully voted

to our
bullish balls
which is minting
on Kabila
30th of this month
so 7 days time
we started off
talking to Manu

the art done
already
and we began

ideas of a
full NFT collection
and Manu
kindly said
to us
that we could
use their
artist
so the same
guy who did
the CWAS
for our
NFT project
and we
gladly took

we discussed
internally a couple
of hours ago
this morning
in approximately
three weeks
from now
we want to
prepare and
launch a
gamified
initiative to
strengthen the
relationship between
Hedera
Hedera projects
and also the
Hedera community
itself and so
this initiative
is to promote
as we said here
the legends
of Hedera
so you know
our game is
legend of the
past we want
to create what
we call the
legends of
Hedera so
internally in
our discord we
created a much
more engaging
gamified version
of rumble
royale bots so
we already
coded and
created this
it's a discord
game that we
are using
internally with
our community
and so what
we want to do
is in I would
say approximately
two weeks from
now organize a
big event
public event
called the
legends of
Hedera and
so basically
this will be
like a one
time game in
our discord in
which everyone
can enter for
free obviously
and you'll have
access to a list
of legends of
the Hedera space
so ultimately
Hedera legends
people like
people like
Limon or
Mence like
project legends
such as all of
the people that
are here in the
space but also
community legends
people from the
community or
influencers and
so basically
you'll have
access to a
fun list of
legends on
Hedera and
there will be

battles in

and I'm
the guy
behind the
Hedera
aliens
collection
so the
idea of
it came
to me
back in
March
of this
year
and I
work
in real
life
as a
software
engineer
slash
architect
and you
know
that's
a very
technical
with
much
creativity
in terms
visuals
and I
have
always
liked
designing
even though
it is
primary
responsibility
at work
I've
been
within the
Hedera
space
since
late
2020
and I've
gotten
into
NFTs
in summer
of 2022
and so
I thought
to myself
let's
combine
these two
things
together
so I
have a
technical
background
and knowledge
and I
also like
designing
stuff
visually
and that's
basically
when it
started
so the
idea
behind
visuals
comes
from
South Park
one of
the first
episodes
was called
I think
Cartman's
Anal Probe
and that's
where the
aliens showed
up in that
episode
so based
on that
I started
handcrafting
the collection
I have to
say that
I highly
underestimated
the effort
needed to
push it
out of
the door
and it
all started
as a
sketch
on an
iPad
and then
I moved
to Photoshop
where the
design
continues
still to
this date
initially
the alien
looked a bit
flat and
cartoonish
it was
lacking depth
and yet
still I
was I
have to
say I
was quite
still surprised
or maybe
excites the
correct work
for the
project
and I
started adding
shadows and
other effects
to make it
look more
real
and that
was the
point when
it went
downhill
with the
amount of
work needed
for the
collection to
be finished
so it
has become
an endless
process of
crafting items
and traits
I have
revisited
pretty much
all of the
items in
the collection
at least
three or
four times
already
and still
counting
and you
know the
shadows need
to match
the lightning
the highlights
needs to be
in correct
positions
and textures
need to be
right in order
for stuff to
look you know
correct and
fit in the
whole picture
and the
thing is
that I have
now discovered
how to
animate
things as
well
so now
there are
these glitch
aliens that
you might
have seen
already on
my profile
and we
will see
where this
goes
so currently
the collection
has over
670 layers
in 200 groups
and the
photoshop file
itself is
over 420
megabytes
just to give
you an idea
of the scale
and yeah
I still haven't
decided on the
collection size
I still feel
it needs more
variety
and I really
do not want
to rush things
or cut corners
and given the
effort that
already went
I wanted to
retain value
over time
and not to
oversaturate the
market with it
and I want
people to
proudly have
them in their
wallets and
possibly have
beautiful profile
pictures
so that
leads me to
it will be
most likely
a quote unquote
slow mint
meaning it will
be released
in multiple
mints
with a higher
probability of
getting a rare
one in the
sooner mints
meaning the
sooner you mint
the higher the
chance you get
a rare one
as an appreciation
for early
supporters
yeah but
that's something
I need to
figure out
I'm still
focusing more
on the art
and there
will be
an announcement

getting any of that

getting all of that
he's the one who's
taking the tax
liability on that
um his company has
to deal um with
whatever that is and
then he can do with
that as he pleases um
and and hopefully he
uses it to build um
infrastructure for for
tier bot and I think
that's that's amazing
and you know hopefully
if we we're gonna can
it's a nice little I
think it's a nice
little onboarding
thing too you know it
is just one um hbar
each um which right
now is that much right
if if crypto ever
reaches our um fabulous
dreams you know a
a pixel could be you
know worth 30 um
usd um which would be
crazy and and but
once again it wouldn't
be attached to you
know a speculative
meme coin um that
really is trying to be
a satire and worthless
um so that's kind of
um what's going on um
with that and you know
and and on top of
that I was just you
know um I was just
trying to look up you
know those pixels you
know we're about
pushing transactions
out on hedera bringing
awareness to hedera if
hedera wins then
everyone wins um so
those pixels are
attached to a verified
smart contract built on
hedera that you can
uh interact with um
that was built by lazy
superheroes and I say
verified because it
is you can go to
hash scan and you can
scroll down um and
you can see that the
des uploaded all of
the metadata um and
it matches how the
contract is and then
you can even go in and
view the contract um
and it it's not like
he could still have a
malicious contract in
there but if you have
the technical
capabilities in the and
the ethos of open
source you can go in
and look at exactly how
that smart contract is
working and that's
kind of like the whole
purpose of its existence
is showing the broader
um hedera community
the capabilities of
hedera and things that
you should be looking
for and you can verify
and things that are
happening um and you
know you should be
paying attention to
those things that are
for the betterment of
hedera as a whole um
on the network side um
and not necessarily go to
um extreme speculation or
in in the casino i i
recently this morning
even used i'm going on
a tangent i'll be quick
this is the last thing
i'll say um kind of
what before i take a
breath um uh i was
using the metaphor as a
casino and it's um
because i there was
like this solana meme
coin that was pumping
you know like 17 000
percent like what why
like that's just crazy
like so it's like the
space really is are you
um are you playing in
the casino which is
fine are you are if
you're in the casino
and you realize are
you're you're um at
the table and you're
playing the craps you're
you're pulling the slot
machine you're but you
doing that intellectually
honest that's fine but
or and then there's
another part where are
you investing in the
casino itself you know
are you the one who's
trying to you know own
you own the slot machines
and invest in and get a
partake of those things
and that's how i kind of
was trying to use the
analogy of kind of
these layer ones is you
know your layer ones
are the actual
infrastructure of the
casino and whatnot um
and then inside that
there's going to be you
know a whole bunch of
speculative games and and
yeah it'll be fun and
you someone will make it
you know you'll hear
that way i just made it
yay but uh for the most
part you're over there
just you know still
playing the slot machines
and occasionally you get
three hundred dollars but
it's still fun right it's
fun and what do you and
it's like what do you
value your entertainment
you know i can go um
to a swifty concert for
three hundred dollars
and still be um outside
because um that's how

or or i can do other
things um and i guess

me i'm 38 years old i live
on the coast of north
carolina topsail island so
i'm a surfer mixed martial
artist and i work for the
department of defense as a
contractor um i have a
six-year-old and a four-year-old
and they homeschool so my
wife's a stay-at-home mom but
she's currently going to
school to sell homes but um
doing the homeschooling my
six-year-old showed a lot
and puzzles and art he's big
into art so i being an
investor and being big into
defi decided to start up an
nft project with my son and
my four-year-old he does like
vocals and stuff they're both
involved with it and that was
goop at show and that is
goop at show and it's still
running basically all the all
the money that your gooper
show as well yeah yeah so
all that okay so we've talked
before i don't know if it was
on here or in other spaces but
now i remember yeah so that
project all the hbar goes into a
liquidity pool on saucer swap
and wraith x who many know in
the community was kind enough to
work with me and collaborate and
he built a rumble bot that is a
boxing monster rumble bot so in
the ecosystem of tata which is
the goop it shows land and it's
storyline based um well we may do
like kids books down the road or
something fun um but i'm going to
pass this to my children as they
become teenagers and they'll become
the developers and rulers of the
land as you say um the discord
people and it's gonna it's going to
continue on to them i'm going to
pass it to them so um but you know
it's basically um every thursday so
today it gives you a 12 hour window
uh when you have the nft to sign up
to battle and it's a randomized battle
just like the rumble bot all the
rumbles that people are aware of on
discord and you you win at the end
and you can put that hbar or sauce
you actually win sauce you can put it
towards your boxing monster um and
it's like a ranking system on the
website where if you get to a
certain amount of points you can put
your own banner up there or i'll make
a banner for you if you get to more
points you can put a link to your
website or your project or stuff like
that so it's a cool little
collaborative thing too i also
collaborate and do artwork for other
projects if they need so i got that
going on and it was going really good
um but and this kind of goes on to
working with you uh kabila is i'm
working with syntax with them but i did
something unique which i call a slow
drip process and it's where i actually
drop nfts and in like a period
throughout the week and it slows down
or it speeds up depending on the way the
um the story base is going on the
website however lately we had a little
snafu and um syntax started to move
over to their google server from my
understanding and their um i forget the
technical term but you got to go on
discord and manually tell them every
time you add an nft to your your
project now and they got to manually
add it in there so it's too cumbersome
for them right now until they get their
auto indexing tool back and when that
happens i can start doing some you know
releases there but i've already developed
the artwork and got it all sitting so i
have plenty of side time to work on on
what i'm doing now with trollarium so i
decided to kind of rebrand myself as you
know just me as an individual speaker in
the ecosystem as troll or hedera troll and
um what i'm doing is now i'm i'm
building out these trolls it's going to
be a 500 um collection and it's pretty
cool what i'm doing this all all the
liquidity towards this is going to go
towards me purchasing other projects
nfts within the ecosystem and holding
them in a in a wallet where any of those
nfts that if they all any of them go up
3x from their purchasing price anyone
within the community that owns a troll
can purchase one of those nfts in there
for a discounted rate than the floor price
so over time that'll build up and be a
cool little clubhouse thing but we're
going to be art based i'm solely an
artist um you know if any type of
programming or stuff like that i i
obviously need help with i know a
little bit of javascript and stuff like
that but but um i'm big into photoshop
layering so this project if you look at
it um any of the nfts within the
projects that i purchased with my own
money i'm like using them so the
barbarian incorporated um and some other
projects that i'm starting to purchase up
i'm i'm adding them as layers into the
project uh kabila i gotta get that some
liquidity together to actually purchase
one of your cwas i think that's how you
say it and i'm gonna you know add them
as a layer and they'll they'll be rare
of course they'll be rare um but just
any random thing i'm gonna add as layers
and they're gonna be the rarities as the
the metadata but what's gonna be really
fun is the first generation release that
i'm gonna do on kabila is only gonna be
50 and i'm gonna do a white list of only
25 so it's gonna be a select small group
of people and then we're gonna in discord
or on twitter we're gonna start developing
the new layers so if someone says they
want a grenade someone says they want a
pogo stick someone says they want to give
the troll a bunch of tattoos or maybe give
them some uh some jogging pants um you
know we'll we'll come up with all kinds of
fun ideas and it'll be like an art project
we'll all work on together until we get to
500 and uh it'll be it'll be fun so i'm
excited to do this with the group and kind
of collaborate and bring all the other
projects in and uh purchase some of the og og's
uh you know floor prices of some of these
people that have been around for a while so i
can um yeah i don't know i just think it's
pretty cool and i want to work with

to hear everyone's thoughts because this
is my first time interacting with the
hedera community uh widely because we
have been building it and didn't spend a
lot of time uh connecting with
communities and uh now is the time when
we start the uh community building
exercise and great to hear each one of
uh the thoughts and lovely being here so
uh just a little bit about me like uh
since i think uh i'll just take the time
and spend uh brief about myself so
uh i am based out of india and two of
the co-founder in india one in dubai
uh majorly south asia uh all indians and
we have been uh i have been a product and
growth professional for eight years and
and this is my second startup i've worked
in web2 industry uh being a blockchain
advocate for about since 2016 uh my brother
who is my co-founder he went on to become a
blockchain developer and uh since then we
have been uh brainstorming uh what to build but
it's been two years since we actually took that
leap of faith and started building things in the
space uh we were initially building on solana then
uh we got the interest from the foundation we would
since we have won this we actually started solving the
the first basic because it's nothing new the rental and loan system exist uh for
for quite a decent while but we realized that there is a
problem of composability like you can only use one financial instrument at a time
uh if you want uh but if you see in the real world where you
acquire any real estate using mortgage then you are able to take a loan against
that property while the mortgage is active and you can have a tenant inside it so
your asset is brought back in economy uh and you are able to interact with
multiple financial tooting and that's what triggered us that
why and since the nft was pretty young uh back then two years back it's only been
one and a half year uh so there was an opportunity to build
a new tech new infrastructure and we ended up proposing
erc 7066 as in standard on ethereum and we built the composable ecosystem where
someone can acquire property uh nft using buy now pay later and yet they can interact
with the loaning system and yet they can rent it out to someone else so idea was to
provide more opportunities and remove those entry to barrier with our loan protocol if
someone uh who's purchasing power is not at par with others but they should be able to
uh experience it so that we can onboard masses was the idea behind working on a loan protocol
so till now we have been working on uh bringing uh removing barrier to those experiences for end
users and solving the liquidity piece but now onwards we are also uh getting into solving uh developers
problem and enhancing those tooling so that devs can start focusing on bringing uh those masses so
likewise just for an example in the web3 gaming space we have started building uh the live ops tooling
and we are quite bullish on on-chain gaming stuff and we believe like a fully on-chain games is going
to happen at some point in time so we are actively researching on those lines as well but idea is to keep
building newer and build those standards which can be used by the wider uh communities and people can
it's very easy for people to interact with those culture and navigate between those social culture
is the idea behind stream nft so thanks like happy happy to be here and i i think i'll see all of you

yeah so yeah my name is fabian i'm the uh founder together with with uh scotty of big tiny brand
and uh a fellow age barbarian at heart so i i love to see the space growing together and um yeah i i
definitely would need to put some emphasize on something because people who know me uh you know
that i'm a i'm a nerd and a numbers guy um next to be an information security specialist and i just put
up some some charts here just uh give the audience an idea where the hedera space is in my opinion gonna
head to i mean just looking at the uh at the volume of the 24 hour ball trading volume on on
across all chains if you go go to coin gecko you can see that sport app your club has a whopping 4.7
million dollars in in 24 hours on trading volume that's just this borderline insane and then if you
check the numbers uh on what the combined hedera nft space has accumulated in the last 12 months in
volume it's uh it it basically matches what body of your club is doing one day so just to give us an
outlook how early we people are in this space and that's uh coming from this strong security background
that's that that we have a big tiny brand is it doesn't come by coincidence that we chose the
area hashcraft as our distributed layer technology uh where we are building our decentralized applications
i think that's one of the biggest alpha we want to share in the space i usually also not a big fan
of chilling things you know infosec is is more small most of the time most of the boring topics in the
entire world knowing knowing this um but we are developing uh applications and um it's the code name is
going to be uh is called the vault and uh the first um use case will be an actual iso 27001 certified and
the tested multi-signature wallet on hedera hashgraph i think that's uh that's a big bang and um yeah
leading into into this space i think um just looking at uh for the people who are new to hedera hashgraph
and tuning into this space i think it's really important to to share and shout this out just have
a look at the governing council i think we cannot emphasize this this enough why i'm saying this because
it's full of industry leaders across all different sectors and uh it's needless to say that the future
of this regulated space and uh heading with uh with the with the dethroning of cz from binance this is
in my opinion all preparing the landscape of 2025 where everything will be regulated and scrutinized
and that's where where we see the our main benefit as an enabler security and compliance as an enabler
for all you great legends and project founders and community members to stay safe and compliant with
the with the future of what lies ahead so that's the main goal that we have at heart that's it was
basically the domain driver why we founded big tiny brands to connect with and interconnect with with
the projects across our chains and specifically on hedera hashgraph to make sure that you're not going
to hit the wall at 150 miles per hour when the regulatory framework comes into place so with with
this out of the way um i uh if i'm allowed to tell a little bit about our upcoming uh gamify collection
wait wait wait wait wait this one because the the the hesitant the hesitancy around shilling right
because i've called this open mic but ultimately open mic equals shilling right i think it's just a nicer way to put it
it so i encourage you to show like this is once a month opportunity take it away and then it's in a week

that's uh projects are doxed and kyc uh hence making giving them credibility this is something that's
i think is really really important and will be definitely mandatory going into the regulated space
of 2025 and um yeah so coming to the upcoming uh collection the seed world nfts um i think
with connecting with what i started at the beginning how much we are hedera is still behind all the other
nft chains in regards of liquidity i think our main objective as a age barbarian community
needs to be to onboard the dgen people from other chains into our space that's that's just a thing
which would be one of our number one missions because with these dgens and once they are convinced
that how easy and safe it is to navigate in the hedera ecosystem they will love it they will not want to
go away and um hence the uh the seed world collection is basically it started as a community thing um
we asked our big tiny community to come up with their favorites imaginable seed word and our art team
basically then created 24 unique um lovely created uh pictures resembling the seed words that has been
the name giver of this nft so there will be 24 unique uh seed words and uh if you love minting and
managed to collect all 24 of them um then there will be a special uh giveaway and a special raffle
and uh an airdrop of the so-called speed phrase nft so this is a secret art that is inside the
collection uh that will be airdropped to those uh daring enough to collect all 24 unique words and to
make this uh more gamified um there will be lots of upcoming uh small little events uh inside our
discord community um we endorse and invite everybody to trade those nfts um with each other so that's why
there's zero royalties on this collection and um that will be like the the main thing that we uh
will chill to our um people from on ethereum and solana maybe uh mainly because uh to show them how
the safe trade works whether it's inside uh kabila suites or inside the hashback wallet uh you can
basically trade it in a very safe way peer-to-peer and this is also unlike any other chain basically
uh for this amount of low cost it's basically doesn't cost you nothing so that's uh basically um
the gamified approach that we're taking and of course there will be utilities uh attached to these
to these nfts like content gated um we will close up our discord server um the the more secret
channels as we go along into next year uh we always be an open open arm community that for sure but
definitely we want to have at least a little bit of content gating and hence this will be the lowest
entry barrier uh for our um community so we are going to mint at 77 h bar we already featured on the
uh kabi labs uh amazing launch pad it's now it's the second time that we are releasing a collection
and uh i i share and resonate with with daniel from vulva uh about the the preparation and the
nervousness going into a mint because any mint is like the like a major pinnacle in in in in the
nightmare uh for every founder it doesn't doesn't change so now it's the second time around and we did
our due diligence and we're quite uh quite comfortable with with the with the amount of
uh nfts uh that will be featured will be 777 so it's not a not a huge amount of nfts but still
it's a it's a tremendous pressure uh on the team and and and the big tiny family uh but the positive
pressure that for the let's put it this way so yeah with that being said uh i'm inviting everybody uh to
uh have a minting and blessed uh christmas time because that's uh when it's when the fun is going
to start nice thanks i i must say i like the supply i like the the price and i love the the play on the
seed the seed phrase um i think that's pretty cool pretty unique and and also encouraging people to trade
and because that's one of the features that when i arrived on hedera and i was like wait there's a
secure trade like how isn't this on every other chain and every wallet across you know the entire
ecosystem this feels like a no-brainer right like collectibles outside of web3 have always been traded
so why i don't know it's interesting that it's not it's not out there so i love that part it's not
random that we chose playing cards uh as for those who might uh know me a little bit better i've been
uh traveling the world in my in my 20s when i was still uh free of my lovely lovely queen and my
two kids uh being a magic the gathering uh professional player and uh actually that's
that's also one of the reasons we why we chose this layout of the of the of the cards resembling
trading card flare and um a little bit more alpha uh we are planning to uh make the transition um and
actually uh hand out playable uh card decks featuring the art so that will be next in pipeline and um
yeah i think scott wants to add something i might have forgotten something yeah i just thank you
yeah i just i i i love everything you said i just wanted to throw some more some more points on top of
of what fabian's saying uh you guys did mention the secure trade uh but we're royalty free on this
collection i know that the secure trade doesn't force royalties uh but we want the community to engage

guys are building something awesome and you know even the service you guys are providing are very valuable
for all the founders that really want to stay in the loop and in the ecosystem you know uh so i know uh
right now it might be super underrated that people will realize like it's a huge thing whenever
compliance and security and all that comes in place um so yeah i love what you guys do i actually
was able to uh get the number one sigma key um just because i was like i know long term uh we're gonna
have some good connections but yeah no i just wanted to come uh jack i love the uh game personal
man that one with ray ray was really good uh questions are getting a lot better for sure and super solid
i'll tell you what that was that was actually the community right i had the most questions from
the from the fan gang so they they made they made it yeah they made it even better so if if i'm
interviewing a founder and and you're part of that community when i do the post like i think it's
normally the day before i you know i ask people do you want to ask any questions like raid that post
with questions and it just makes it just takes the end that's what i witnessed and i think you've said
it yourself like it took the interview to the next level that community engagement so
yeah i think that's what it was yeah and their community is pretty solid too so yeah that makes
sense yeah because the questions are good so yeah we'll have to uh do like good and just push that
out a lot more so their community actually sees it and stuff so because it was a good interview um
and also shout out to boobor i know you guys are coming up um i know we got some stuff cooking and uh
just can't be really cold but uh just wanted to come back here really and say you know happy
thanksgiving to everyone in america and we celebrated stuff like that um i was in the gym and i was just
listening to all the legends come out so i was like all right i have to come on
what about shrinis oh first of all congrats congratulations on the smooth as smooth token swap i
don't think it could have been any smoother um but there's a lot more coming this month man do you
want to share anything yeah yeah man uh first uh i mean cavilla did amazing uh with that that was
thanks to them token swap you know um i know cantor helped quite a bit centix was super useful too just
because everyone was at the coordinate and obviously the hospital team um we had to kind of pause the
loans and everything so it was a lot of moving pieces but uh overall i don't think there's any like
missing shroomies or anyone that got the wrong shroomies everything was pretty smooth so yeah super
grateful for that i think there's only like 180 shroomies left to be delivered which people use
need to associate it and uh after that we're going to be wiping the old collection um i know some text
is also adding a creator like total creator fee so the volume will definitely go up and show the old
volume but the new one so we're excited about that um as far as like like what we got upcoming now
that the swap is happening um everyone knows the king shrooms are up and coming for sure um vipa has been working super
hard on them um we're kind of looking at the art overall and i know he's adding some extra things
in there that people will be excited for for the preset um and also uh the ui ux is coming for the
hash room uh we're planning on monday or tuesday so the entire platform is going to be remade um we're
going to make it very uh mobile friendly um the desktop overall version is going to be very smooth we had a
few little issues after trying errors and stuff like that but uh we fixed a lot of those things
to the community and then trying to pull platform out so we're kind of excited about that um just in
three days we had almost a quarter of a million uh x bar volume so we're pretty excited how quick is
picking up um i think this month alone we're already going to be that one million if everything goes
accordingly and um we're excited to actually say that in december we're going to be onboarding over
14 or 15 collections alone on hash room um some of them are going to be bangers i think uh some of
them have are like some og projects and some of them are like some founders that really seem you know
to really be here for the long term obviously you know with this i think we're going to need a lot of
liquidity and which is the reason why we're also bringing the multi-off and multi-loan offers uh at the
beginning of december it'll be probably the first week of december if not the second but yeah so
you know you don't have to be doing one by one it'll just be all smoothly that's awesome so monday
tuesday that's like 48 hours 72 hours right yeah yeah yeah yeah awesome yeah we're uh yeah monday
we're gonna be testing obviously on the weekend um and just make sure everything's set to go and just do
little quick fixes if we need them but yeah um monday or tuesday is the goal um we're excited about
it and that's why we're all of a sudden bringing a lot of collections on just because we're we're

hey there uh this is tudor yeah you know i just texted you actually on uh on our group that i need
to we need to grow the head starter team with somebody like you i think uh it's it's a missing piece
you stole our uh because we were doing before you really came into uh into the scene with these
open mic spaces we had this thursday seven to eight spot so it's a we kind of like skipped a beat and
you took over and you're doing a great place man shout out to you and um it's great to tune in
uh to to to to your spaces i'm getting so much alpha that i generally don't have time to listen to
we only see it so like uh we the team often gets it through like sentinel applications this alpha
but it's good to get it firsthand from the project creators no doubt
absolutely thanks for the kind words and this is only the the the open mic is once a month so i think
there's definitely room for at least another one or two open mics per month i say we could have an
open mic on hedera once a week so i think there's definitely room for more of those
there's so much happening man and uh actually like listening to um stream nft i got a bit of a
fomo and i invited the project that's doing um uh doing uh lending uh some project that we've been
accelerating and um i wanted to have them up but i think we we're gonna push it back for for some other
time uh sometime next week after we end the the sphere of wall campaign but uh yeah excited excited
to uh to to showcase uh uh some new d5 applications on hedera on on that note you mentioned sphere and i
did tune into your spaces i think it was a couple of days ago um anything you want to share on that
because that's that's quite exciting for the for the ecosystem at large right yeah i think they're
going to have a lot of uh a lot of uh opportunities in the next few days and weeks to connect with the
community i know that they might be featured on a weekly recap this weekend uh but uh the guys are
great i mean uh the team actually behind sphera is uh if you remember there was with an application that
came out on hedera one year ago with the dubai courts where they're using the hedera consensus
consensus service to log in different events that have to do with uh with different deeds and wills and
uh so they're using the time stamping feature if i'm not mistaken but don't quote me on that but but
they are they helped uh with with that application with the ifc course for anybody who wants to look it up
um so yeah sphera is a great partnership between uh between deca4 and quora and quora has um millions
of daily active users it's uh i called it last basis the espn of the middle east so if if we want to
see like a comparison i would say that uh so rare would be like their close competitor but if you go to
the headstarter dap right now you can uh we just put the projects live and you can get like the full
details of of their uh i upcoming i know uh there'll be two events and um yeah after the after these
events they have some bigger stuff planned for january and february so uh i guess i guess it makes sense
we're going to have a small christmas break nice i love it um yeah i think i'm not i think everyone

kyc and things and um compliance and you know i get the the ethos of you know um being a dgen and
anonymous and pseud anonymous um and whatnot and i think that's fine to a point um but you know on
the hardcore layer you know somewhere you know you're especially if you're a project right if
you're asking people for money if you're asking for h bars if you're asking for anything from someone
um you know you should be doing that in a compliant way which means you know you should be registered
and whatever jurisdiction it is that you're operating in you know those people should be you know
well if you're registered you're going to be kyc and and and not in some weird you know bahamas
shit or you know some other place like because that's just there's no point in doing it right
like if you're if you're gonna say i'm registered in the bahamas like well you're just registered to
do nefarious shit that's all you that's all you get to do um if you're serious like you just fought
you have to fall into compliance in whichever jurisdiction you're in um and i guess if you're lucky enough to
be in like you know switzerland i guess you get to say that uh my foundation or whatever is in
switzerland you know for people like me i'm in the states and i i ultimately have to play by the rules
that i live in regardless of what i may think about those rules right if i if i disagree with
those rules i can choose to try and act and change those things but until that happens the rules are the
rules and we all have should uh fall into compliance for the rules um and i encourage any nft project
no matter how big or small um you are you know it doesn't take much to go get registered um as a
doing a business as or even take the further one and be an llc um because that does show that you are
serious and you're not just here as a hobby um to blow some smoke off in the weekend
um and i really do appreciate everyone who does hang out on hedera and call it they're kind of like
home chain um but i you know it is not it you don't have to be a maxi i enjoy the tech um but i do
understand there is there is also awesome tech out there you know there's a reason why there's nvidia
and amd um intel and qualcomm like uh it's good it's you can get the same result um through various
avenues that are just as efficient um but it's just done differently so keep an open mind guys
and oh one last thing i'm sorry um i've heard hash well it's the hash farm said that but the bull bar
or the not the book i'm sorry bull bar coin the bull market i wanted to say bull market the bull market
and the bear market um i think we should get try and get away if you're a business um speaking in those
terms it is the market like you're operating in just the environment that you're in um and to say
that oh we're doing things in the bull market or the bull market doing these things you know then
you're not your business shouldn't be dependent on if things are doing going great on the h bar price
or things doing horrible on the h bar price you know your if your business you adjust accordingly
and you'll have if you're a legitimate business you have cash inflow and accounts received and
accounts payable um regardless of what the price goes and that's i think that's just how you do
things as big boy um folks and we put on our big boy pants um sometimes take off the dgen helmet um
which is fun and all but it it sometimes especially like i said if you're asking people for anything
you got to play um by the big boy rules i appreciate cabilla man you know you guys talked about coming
up into spaces uh hosting spaces is just as frustrating uh and i got long-winded and i
apologize and thank you again love you all i do i do it i do love all of you i may not like all of you
but i do love all of you thanks zero well what was the frustration part regarding spaces
i missed i think oh there's you know folks were talking about being i'm scared or this is the first
space and you know when i was in the navy i had a job of getting up and telling people what's going
on and you know the worst thing that could happen was like someone would get up and like run across
the room and like kick me in the balls and be like you don't know what the fuck you're talking about
and kick me in the balls and shit what would ever happen to you know just know that your worst ideas
of what could possibly happen in a space will probably never come to fruition and most of the folks are
happy um and whatnot that's that's what that's what i was gonna say it's it's it's so true um i mean
and even if you did because i mean i've i've been up on spaces and got nervous and probably said things
the wrong way around it's like you could do the worst job ever and everyone will still be you know
welcoming and you know um accepting of you know because we've always we've all been there you know i mean
we've all been there i always say you know um bull bar was saying to me earlier dan i think it was um
you know i get i'm not a public speaker and i get nervous i'm like what i get nervous every week
before every space i do you know i used to host pop-up events as a chef and when i would present the
food i'd always get a little bit nervous before i think you know it was part of it it was part of that
um i don't know confronting confronting those nerves was always it's always been a thing for me and it's
still here today you know and i host these spaces so i think uh yeah crypto scotty
yeah yeah thanks i just wanted to add to that you know if i could give any advice and i'm in my 40s
i have kids that are as old as some of the people in this space uh not in this specific spaces i don't
know everyone's age but in general and i could tell you a few pieces of advice uh first off you're your
biggest critic everyone else is going to listen to you and they're probably going to tell you you did
great good info thank you for sharing but you're gonna feel like oh no i fumbled this and i fumbled
that because you're gonna be your biggest critic but what i've learned over time is you gotta fake
it till you make it sometimes and in a space where you're coming out with new ideas and new things
the fake it till you make it definitely applies simply because it's new it's something you you're
not exactly sure how to offer it or what the best points are uh you just gotta tell everybody
everything you got you gotta just tell them everything about your idea and your project
and so definitely think about that you you know don't criticize yourself let others be the critic
just get up there say what you gotta say uh and and even if you're nervous the nerves will wear off
the more you speak in these spaces and stuff so guys you know and this is a great space everyone
in here is awesome uh you guys just the h bar space is amazing amazing people so i just wanted
to throw that out guys don't don't be shy thanks man i i think that's the real alpha today um kyc
and get on spaces like those two things every day like well you can't really kyc every day but you can
get on spaces every day but i think that that those closing thoughts um a real takeaway i think

i was like damn i need to brush up on my um spanish here not only for myself but also as a business
