Let me check the countdown.
And they also said that on this tour, they won't be playing the song One More Light.
I think Mike shinoda said
that it's too sad for them to play in the shows yeah maybe not the not the concert vibe maybe you
know usually when you put when you put together a show you gotta you pick songs that kind of go
together um and kind of lead the energy for the night you know what i mean what i feel like they
would play is like in the end and yeah they're closer, that kind of stuff.
They usually will play like their top hits too.
I can't wait to hear what they'll be playing.
They've been touring for a long time.
They have a lot of options.
Yeah, it's going to be good, this concert.
It's probably going to be one of the best nights of my life.
You've got lots of those left.
If you've got any goals or anything you want to share with us, let me know.
Appreciate you being here.
I'll definitely let you know about that.

I'm cool, man. I was like, you know
I was like, you know, just, you know, scrolling through the space and I happened like come across the weed project.
But I actually I've like seen a couple, you know, of, you know, your share engagement, you know.
And I guess it was in Space Penguin, you know.
Yeah, I guess a couple of weeks back so um yeah i like this you
know yeah so like i don't i don't really you know beg friends you know weed is my best friend as well
right always there always reliable for sure yeah i joined the project uh may 1st because they
didn't really have a twitter presence they had launched this coin last year and I love the ticker
the icon a little little buddy is funny I love him he's so happy looking despite
what we've done to all his friends he's still happy like I love it but yeah man
I'm glad to be on this team they got like 40% of the token supply for like just burns and the community for like community engagement.
There's some good things we can be doing with this.
So looking forward to some collabs and who knows, maybe some events.
But yeah, man, appreciate you stopping through.
If you've got any questions or goals this is usually my office hours kind of
like monday and wednesday i'm here as a personal advisor so normally i would charge a hefty amount
but here you can just come ask questions for free uh you know if you just have a couple few
questions you don't mind having a discussion in public because these are all recorded so
that you can you don't have to take notes even you can just come back and play it later you know but uh yeah man that's what we're all about we just love crypto and nfts so uh we
show up every day that's basically it if i'm not here i'm over on crypto fam radio or another space
i try to jump into lots of spaces you'll definitely see me around. One of my accounts, I got the Tricky Buddha account,
the DeFi Space Donkeys account, the Weed account.
I've got a bunch of, I have 12 accounts total.
Feel free to come up anytime.
This is the place to share your goals,
get some insights, brainstorm.
Hey, just want to vibe out, smoke a bowl,
listen to some music. We could do that
too. I'm actually, I need to get
myself a drink real quick
and get some new water in this
pipe, actually. That would be good.
I'm going to play this song
called Gummy by Clay Jean.
This song's a vibe. It's pretty
fun. I'm going to play this song,
get myself a drink. Let's retweet
the space. You tag three people and get into a weed giveaway.
I'll give away $5 a weed.
I'll give another $5 away for every 25 people that get into the room.
So that's what's up, man.
Of course, I get a phone call.
It was a beautiful day today.
Come here to be productive and not let anything get away.
I don't know what that was, but I kind of like it. I think I'm going dummy L's is getting runny Licked a little loose and now she twerking in my tummy

Well, it all started with a gummy, then I got a nummy. I'm going dummy.
Time to sober up and get on track back to this money.
Get on track back to this.
Clay John, the trap violinist.
Member of our DeFi Space Donkeys Club and absolute legend.
Definitely account you can check out on YouTube and on TikTok.
I don't know how many hours a day, but every time I seem to go over there, he's live.
He's got like a million followers.
I haven't checked in a minute.
I wonder what he's up to now.
But guy is a beast. We have had him at a concert of ours for his out chela
Performed at the end of the night. He just absolutely killed it. He's supposed to go on like midnight ended going on like 2 a.m
That party went long. We took over a club in Miami for like four from like 4 p.m. till 2 a.m
It was amazing we gotta try to do something
like that again this this year i don't know if we're able to do the same thing but we got to do
something but yeah what's up kim i was trying to like know, joining the telegram through the website link, but, um,
it's kind of like showing me that the link is expired or something.
I don't know if maybe you should check it out.
You said the telegram link on the website.
I don't really know if that's from my end, but just check it out though.
All right. Thank you. I will. I don't really know if that's from my end, but just check it out though.
All right. Thank you. I will.
Do you know this artist, Bonner Boy? Do you listen to reggae music?
Yeah, I listen to pretty much everything, honestly. I listen to a lot of Web3 music just because there's so many talented artists in our club that they keep on putting out new stuff.
I can't even keep up with everything they're putting out.
There's so much good music coming out.
I could play Klajan music like the entire space and every single day and never play the same stuff.
If I wanted just to keep on playing his whatever covers he made, because he'll cover people's favorite songs.
on tiktok you can just like request it hey like this i love this song but play like a rendition
on the violin and he'll he'll do it like he'll do like a like ozzy osbourne or like what any
anything like it's pretty it's pretty awesome it sounds like uh he'll do like violin where the
lyrics are supposed to be so like you can get like the instrumentals and then he can play the violin over it as like the lyrics
He did this one. It's like lollipop and like R&B and shit. He's done a couple different like I'm trying to find it actually right now
I have a couple different mixes with him on it
Hey, what up troll what up Joe mama? Hope you're doing good chum wizard good to see you Mike
Hope you're all doing well today. All right, yeah, this is the Ozzy Osbourne one. Thank you. I'm sorry. We can make you believe It's amazing how talented he is that he's awesome Yeah, do you you make any your own music?
I'm always interested if people make their own music. I
Think the future is music
Yeah, I I told you will it accidentally Christian was that Kim yeah I thought you were asking me a question was that
like directed to me or someone else yeah do you make do you make any music you
make any of your own music by chance yeah yeah yeah I do music and um you know
you know like weed itself you know it's like kind of like music it's our a way of you know
inspiration you know for some of you know some artists like me I do I do love
reggae music though so I mean if you want to play a song man you're more than
welcome to There's a nice thunderstorm brewing over here.
Hopefully, he doesn't knock out my, uh, my wife. my
you know trust's um okay he's actually a reggae you
know dancehall artist from jamaica and you know i just love his vibe and this happened to be one of his songs you know so that's awesome I was uh so I I started thinking like I mean I wonder I wonder what uh our AI
would would do with a couple of these suggestions so I immediately broke out the AI.
Just had a push and giggles.
What happens if we do this?
I like it though. Good chorus.
Hey, what up, Crypto Fam Radio in the house.
I just saw your post there. I like that. Good shit.
and try to take a little bit every day
but after about, you've been on it for like a week you can like really start to up the dosage
Yeah, don't go too crazy right off the bat
Plus it's better if it lasts you longer anyway
All right, we eat is my I have no idea what this is gonna sound like that's not reggae at all
oh okay it missed the vibe completely.
Hey, what up, Crypto Fam Radio?
You said something about your tease, and then I requested to speak, and, you know, there's
like a 10-second delay, so I totally missed what you were talking about.
But other than that, I'm doing good, fam.
I'm surviving another day grinding
yeah yeah just uh just saying i saw your post with the teas and the stickers yeah
dude so is it one scoop that was a question i had i was gonna get over your own life so it's
a scoop of each is that is that enough for one tea tea bag or what um i haven't been sleeping a while
yeah for yeah i mean you could actually start with as low as like
two tablespoons or two yeah two teaspoons okay but one tablespoon is usually good um if you're
like really want to like up it a notch you can you could do like two but you really want to you
got to try it the first couple times and like see how you react to it because it you know it might
be fine to literally just do like like, a teaspoon for some people.
And then I noticed the sleep one, there's two bags.
The sleep tea gave me, like, three bags total.
Like, one says energy on it.
Obviously, that's the tea that you use when you wake up in the morning.
And then I assume the other bag
there's two bags inside of that bag.
so it wouldn't spill, I think.
Because they look different,
So I wasn't sure if I'm supposed
Well, what about the other bag here?
And were those two bags together in the same bag?
Take a picture and send it to me.
That might refresh my memory.
I hope I didn't accidentally just double up.
I just accidentally threw another bag in there.
I think you doubled up the energy bag twice.
There's two of them that say energy and then there's one that doesn't.
So the one that doesn't is the sleep.
Maybe there was one that was maybe pre-weighed out or something like that oh okay and
just one scoop you said or two tables no no no no one tablespoon max yeah yeah if
you really want to get a good kick out of it but like try it try a light the
first time you know or make one table like make one tablespoon but then like
some of your own like favorite tea like whatever tea you normally like like arizona or whatever
like a you know from a grocery store just go grab a gallon of tea like all right did you like sweet
tea or whatever like just to like suit your favorite palate because um there's no sugar in
it it's made with licorice root and herbs so So, yeah, you can add, like, tea or sugar or honey or whatever, you know, whatever you want to it.
I will, yeah, I'll let you know how it goes.
I'll post the video or something later.
Glad I finally got your teas.
I just got a call from a buddy. I needed to talk about tees today. I was hoping he'd stop by.
But yeah, it's been so helpful for me, man. All the painting levers and stuff.
Be careful you don't push yourself too hard now on that shit.
You're going to have more energy for sure.
Oh, yeah. Well, I'll start small, you know, and then we'll see.
We'll just go up from there and see how it goes but yeah i'm excited um i just have to figure out how to boil hot water right now that's that's
what i'm struggling with oh i should have sent you a little hot water boiler like a little
hot basically an electric kettle i do have an electric kettle but it doesn't work it takes a
lot of power and so it'll like blow a fuse in
my trailer which is a bit yeah it's not good i've done it a few times already so i'm trying to figure
that out but the ones that work well or take a lot of power it's true yeah and i'm like you think
they would have a water kettle that doesn't take a lot of power i don't feel like they're well
what you you could do it like slower right and it'd be so
so expensive but that's the thing is they want people want to like they want a boiling water
like cup in like in like five minutes or less they want it now you know right and that requires a lot
of power so yeah that makes sense yeah i've been noticing that I've been learning a lot of tricky camping.
And, yeah, you never want to bring a microwave up to the mountain.
That doesn't make any sense.
Because that literally blew out my fuse.
That just, like, everything died in my camper.
I was stuck up in the mountain at, like, midnight.
This was, like, a few nights ago.
And, yeah, just completely in the dark.
It was, like, so quiet. And I just passed out, woke up, and then tried to, like, just completely in the dark. Nothing around me. It's an equation number. It was quiet.
And I just passed out, woke up, and then tried to, like, figure out.
And, yeah, I was freaking out, like, 24 hours.
I couldn't figure it out until I finally did.
But, you know, it just, yeah, problem solving.
Yeah, you probably have, like, a fuse panel that tells you exactly what wattage like exactly we know what
you can plug in and most microwaves start off at like 900 or 1100 yeah 1100 is the one crazy
yeah i got it at a thrift store it was a good buy i was like oh i have an 1800 yeah so i'm looking
at you can't put that anywhere but a house right yeah um it says panel inputs 120 volts and 60 hertz 30 i don't know what the a mean
ohms no amps maybe amps there we go a yeah so yeah i'm learning a lot about electricity
trying to see how much power i can push through this breaker without it resetting itself but yeah so far so good though yeah and you got
to be careful too because i mean hopefully i mean the good thing is they do reset instead of
overload right because you know if they overload you know the result is right fire right yeah we
don't want it don't take off yeah you hit it with a fire. But you've got to be careful because even the wire between the breaker and then,
you can still melt wires before you trip a breaker.
So I'm being really mindful of how much power I'm pushing through here.
Obviously, I don't want to push too much.
But just enough, so I'm like, I've got my Starlink working.
I've got my fan. working. I can charge my phones. I got my fan.
That's basically where I'm at, cap.
And then, yeah, basically if I want to cook something, I just have to use.
I got to use gas, you know.
I think that's what I need to do.
Yeah, I think propane is probably your most like yeah propane yeah it's gonna be the most
efficient and i i guess i'll just have to boil water through propane and little campfires too
if you can if you can do a campfire and there's plenty of wood around and you don't have to pay
for wood then yeah you can make a little campfire and have a kettle boil. Oh, yeah.
I should probably get one of those charger logs or whatever.
Wouldn't those be more efficient?
Just throw that with a bunch of wood.
Those things are, you have to pay for those.
Just make a fire fire sometimes we can make a fire usually there's like dead tree debris some like around i've never i mean i think i've paid for
wood like once or twice in my life you know what i mean yeah i do have one of those fire igniters
you know i mean if you're gonna cook like a nice steak then yeah you go get yourself some like
hardwood go get yourself some like nice. Go get yourself some nice wood.
There's some wood that you don't want to cook food over.
So you have to be complete coals in order to be safe, even to start.
Yeah, I'm just trying to figure it out.
I'm too OCD for that shit now.
Well, it's like a job in itself, you know?
You got to, like, maintain everything.
It's a lot of work to keep it diced.
I'm the kind of guy who, like, I'll constantly be, like, trying to prep, trying to prep something, like the next snack and shit.
Trying to wash your hands and not be sticky in a fucking camp environment.
What about the baby wipes?
There's the baby wipes, and then there's also the sanitizing wipes.
Get both on deck seriously but yeah so i'm back at the central bro's house because i had to get that package but
i'm gonna go back up in the mountains i found a lot of good spots so i'll be there for the rest
of the week probably before i head back down the next week. All right. Just do it back and forth.
How much was your camper?
This teardrop, I paid six for it,
but easily I could have paid 12.
Because she was basically giving it away.
Because it's got a lot of nice hookups and stuff all I had to do
is replace the dead battery everything else works as long as I don't blow
another fuse but it's got like solar panels and stuff it's got a sink it's
got a stovetop in the back you can you know connect a propane it's got water
hookups as well it's got a radio inside here it's got a fan it's got bluetooth it's got
speakers i can get a really nice really nice camper and like just go to the mountains for
a couple weeks yeah yeah well the thing before like we move into our next house yeah that's
ideal you just gotta like you know make sure you have enough water. Make sure your power works. And then you're good to go, honestly.
I thought I needed an AC unit, right?
So I bought one of these, like, portable AC units that, you know,
like, if it gets super hot because I was just thinking,
oh, it's going to be so hot.
Should have never done that, fam.
It's like a dead weight for me i
haven't used it once and it consumes a lot of power so unless i have like unless i'm at an rv
park i mean really use it so it's like it's like dead weight if you're but man if you're on an i
if you're in an rv i don't know man having the ability to cool yourself down because it gets
hot in some places bro that thing's that thing literally could like could save your life it could remember i'm up in the mountains it's
colorado it gets cold at night fam like 50 degrees and it doesn't really warm up as much as like 80
degrees all right fahrenheit so it gets a little warm currently but it's overcast now it's actually
really nice i've got the fan on i've got It's actually really nice. I've got the fan on.
I've got the windows open, you know, and I've got the fan blowing out.
So I've got this wind kind of circulation going on in the trailer.
Like, I don't even need an AC.
And Stella's just passed out sleeping next to me.
She's, like, dead to the world.
Yeah. So life's good, fam.
Got my Starlink going, finally working.
I learned something new about Starlink too.
If it gets too warm, tricky, it just turns off.
It just like doesn't reset or something.
When it cools down, it just turns back on again.
But especially where I have it because I've got it like on the top of my sunroof, right? There's no power. It just doesn't reset or something. When it cools down, it just turns back on again.
Especially where I have it because I've got it on the top of my sunroof, right?
The roof part of the car.
Because that's the best reception I can find.
I don't really have a spot I can put in the trailer.
You know, if only you had some way to cool that thing down, like with an air conditioner or something.
I got the windows down. i got the windows down i got
the windows down a tad but it still gets pretty hot in the car you know itself yeah you're gonna
find the coolest area you can put that thing a lot of people suggest the front part of your car
the front glass because it's actually not as hot as the top glass of your car so if you put in the
front but it's still warm there it's just not just not as warm as the top roof part, you know, the sunroof.
They have this really good, like, ceramic film that's, like, it's good for radio conductivity.
Like, it won't interfere with reception, but it will, like, severely limit the amount of lumens coming through and the heat coming through.
And you can put that on, your front windshield and you wouldn't even
notice it as far as like the visibility, like brightness.
It's a clear cover thing or what?
there's like a special type of like micro ceramics that they have in this
new, this new type of film.
I forgot what it's called, but it's basically the one that doesn't
uh it doesn't impair radio reception like cell reception it allows all that stuff to work better
oh okay well because because you don't want to have the best reception possible right you don't
want to interfere with it but you can you mean if you can like cut down on like the high end of that
it's it's pretty good you know
doesn't even change the visible light that you're looking at it's just like getting rid of all the
uv and the and the heat you know yeah that's cool yeah i mean that's what uv is it's pure heat
it's not even visible on our it's not a visible light it's it is heat. Gotcha, gotcha.
I'm kind of sad, tricky, that I didn't get a CryptoFam radio sticker.
Oh, you know what? It kind of makes sense, but also it's better to have
other people have them than for you to have them.
You need a stack that you can hand out.
So now you know that those
were a decent quality sticker.
All you need to do is have them pre-cut
I would order another pack of those. you need to do is have them pre-cut or perforated at least. And
There's a couple people we know
Yeah, we could get them we could get way cheaper i think
really you think so that's through canva yeah yeah i can hook i have a couple different
sources depending on what depending on how many you want what size and everything like
yeah i mean it's expensive when you don't have time to wait.
Are you calling a doctor appointment in?
No, I'm on hold with unemployment services.
It is a pain in the ass, but since I got wrongfully fired,
supposedly I can qualify, so that's what I was told.
Even if you're wrongfully
If you're just fired, period.
As long as you didn't quit.
No, I didn't quit no i didn't yeah yeah so if then you can you qualify for unemployment automatically you just it just depends on um the circumstance usually depends like if you murdered someone and
that's the reason you got fired i don't know if unemployment would take care of you.
Well, they gave me a letter saying that I was eligible, but I haven't received anything in weeks.
So I don't know what's going on.
I put my banking information in, direct deposit, blah, blah, blah.
You got to stay on top of that stuff.
You have to constantly check back.
Well, I'm like, there's nothing else for me to do and I'm still not getting,
So I don't know what's going on.
That's why I'm giving them a call
oh, I need to wait two hours.
You can also contact your bank
if there's been like transactions
trying to go through or anything.
It shouldn't even matter about that.
They should be able to just direct deposit. Yeah, yeah've been double checking my bank there's nothing wrong with it
so i think it's unemployment maybe they can't direct deposit but they should they should yeah
maybe i don't know we'll see you would think they should be able to by now you know what i mean
this is why we need crypto for everything right right? I want to – the government really could just be smart contracts.
We're like, okay, we need roads.
We have the smart contract written up.
So it has to maintain the road versus the size of the population using the intended tax revenue.
We can have all that shit that we agree on all ironed out just so there'd be no possibility
of corruption that it would execute
We could get rid of like half the politicians.
Chum Wizard in the house. What's up?
Yo, what's going on, guys?
I'm doing good, doing good, you know.
Just been a decently long weekend, but I can't complain.
Enjoying yourselves today?
I got myself a nice bowl here with some
What was it? headbanger something?
It's a which looks like a headband and something else cross, but it's really good
Concentrate doing little dabs on top of my bowl. Let's go
Yeah, I need to go to the
and then start another one back
I'm trying to figure out what the
schedule is for that pharmacy.
My wife might even be nice enough to go get my
But yeah, good to see you, chum.
I saw that picture that you guys look so happy and uh
congrats man that's uh that's awesome thanks man yeah i appreciate it it's been it was a long time in the coming i mean it's not like we
hadn't both had the conversation Prior
But you know actually going through
The steps of getting the ring
I know she's happy with it
Me and my wife were together
For nine years before we got married
We got together in high school
And so it was just like well everyone
says that's a stupid idea so and what would be the benefit it would just be a bunch of money to spend
like it's not like our family's got money and we're gonna make we're gonna make out real well
in the presents or anything you know it's like no i'm gonna i would basically pay to throw a party. So, okay, forget that.
And then also you lose the scholarship money
if your scholarship money is based off of your income.
And by us being two separate, independent, unemployed, broke-ass college kids,
we got way more scholarship money.
So we got like double the money.
And we both lived together. So it got like double the money. And we both lived together.
So it was like, it was just a huge savings.
So once we graduated from college, you know,
and had real jobs, and then it was like,
well, if we get married for $10,
I get health insurance through your work.
I was like, okay, it's fucking worth it.
and we got married on the 4th of July.
only government building that's
government holiday, right?
Everyone has off on 4th of July
We got to sign on that date.
And everyone celebrates now.
Everyone's all lighting off fireworks for us.
Hey, that's a great wedding date, though.
So we go to Vegas. And we stayed in the Treasure Island Hotel.
That was like it was still relatively new at that point.
And we get up to the hotel and and we like we pour like a bottle of champagne to just do a toast.
And all of a sudden, right next to the window, a firework goes off like a like a huge
Was like how did the window not break and then another one goes off and I'm just that's when I realized that at this at like nine o'clock
There's this firework display
That goes off and we were on like the 16th floor so it was going off right next to the window i was
just like how is that even like possible you're not breaking glass like it must have been like
bulletproof glass it was crazy amazing view if you can get it
i was like yeah see we kind of have the same thing because i'm here in santa anna so like it
it looks almost like a war zone when they start doing the fireworks it's just everywhere because
it's all the neighbors and everything it's just it's nuts but it's it's pretty cool compared to
like oh you go and you sit somewhere and you watch a fireworks show from kind of far away
like now you you get that that feeling and that sensation of
them going off like right next to you yeah that's funny this one time i sold fireworks and it was
like middle school but i had to buy one get one free coupon basically that was like my my that
was my profit so for some things i i didn't need to double up to for to like to like deliver on a sale
so i just got like you know maybe an extra one so there was a lot of like really big like unique
items that uh because there were kids in boca raton florida so they had some money uh i saw
mostly had like a profit of like six600 worth of fireworks. And we, for multiple weekends, we had fogged out the neighborhood.
Like to the point where like our neighbors and like our moms
were like having asthma attacks and shit.
We were like, no one could breathe.
We were like, all right, we'll stop.
But yeah, I could have fogged out a city block for like a week straight.
It was crazy. it was crazy I don't know
you ever think back on some of the shit
you did in your younger room
how did I get away with that
like what wait what Like, I was in middle school, and I saw fireworks. Like, what?
This is like, wait, what?
As kids, we get away with so much stuff that, as adults, we look back at it, and it's like, I don't know how I have all of my limbs still.
At least I should be missing some fingers and toes.
This one time, I made this improvised explosive device.
I was super young, like 12.
And I put it in the street.
And we get over to the front yard.
And me and my friend are sitting on the front yard.
And I'm like, all right, here goes something.
Because, you know, it was button detonate.
Anyway, so I hit the button.
And, like, the main canister of it flies right towards us like a fucking rocket.
And goes right between both of our heads.
And we're sitting, like, two feet apart.
Yeah, we got so many times we got so lucky.
I just don't know how we survived.
I sold candy, fireworks in middle school,
and then I also charged some kids to play their video games.
GoldenEye, because when you beat GoldenEye on the hardest difficulty,
you unlock all the cheat codes.
There's like two columns of cheat codes,
and none of the kids would believe me, so I did it for one of the kids for like $10.
And then I just kept that as a thing.
I must have made like $300 or $400 that year
just playing 007 Goldeneye on Nintendo 64.
I think it took me like 25 minutes to run through it
on the hardest difficulty.
So it was pretty good money.
It was like making $25 an hour in middle school.
Flipped that into candy, flipped that into fireworks.
Then I paid for half of a car for high school.
Hey, that's the way to do it.
You got to make it out of something right
what like my because i i grew up my parents didn't have anything like so i didn't have like a lot of
luxury things and then this one time i was walking home from school and i got i found a tv like a
little tiny black and white tv with like 13 channels on this shit but
it was upside the road someone was throwing it away and it worked so I was
like shit I have a TV now and then I sold that thing for like I don't know
five bucks or ten bucks to a friend that really wanted it you know and I
needed the money and I was like but I took the money after I got and I and I
spent a little like I think I got it I got another one and I just upgraded
basically from used TV to used TV it just kept swapping until I eventually
got enough money to buy myself a brand new like 32 inches or 20 was it 20 27
inches it was back in the day they're everything those are so big the backs
we'd go back for like I'm like a foot and a half you know, those were so big. The backs would go back for like a foot and a half, you know?
The TVs were so fucking heavy and bulky.
Even the small ones you had to hesitate to make when you got ready to move them?
Because you might throw your back out trying to move it alone.
If I get 60-pound, 80-pound TV, you're like, what the fuck?
I don't know how they make TVs bigger now, and they're lighter.
And what a lot of people don't know about those or didn't experience that, you know, never had to deal with them,
it was always on the front end that they were heavy.
The back end was, like, just heavy enough that it made it awkward. But it was always that front end. It was always on the front end that they were heavy. The back end was like just heavy enough that it made it awkward.
But it was always that front end was ridiculous.
They were literally the only reason they went back that far
because they needed to counterweight the tube in the front
and like the glass and shit.
So it wouldn't fall forward.
That's why they went back for so far, just to give it a nice wide base.
But yeah, the only thing is, man, when you smash a TV these days, it's not nearly as satisfying as back then.
And listen, if you just completely blow it up, you won't get that same satisfaction as you would punching out the screen.
And nobody would throw a Wii remote through one of those things.
You know? Yeah, that remote you would break your remote instead of the dv yeah all right hold on a second guys um i'm gonna play a song real quick
uh tricky as you get ready to pull up that song,
I just want to quickly, I'm going to put it to the Jumbotron,
but just released a new issue of Tweak.
Lots of new different artists out there.
So if you guys could check that out for me,
because there's people doing some incredible stuff out here,
and I think more people need to see it.
Yeah, man, pin it up. If you want you want to yeah tell us any more about it feel free to go ahead i might have to run um it's kind of it's kind of self-explanatory you know it's just
another way of sharing the art with people um the cover this time is done by a community member,
I actually really like it when he put it out.
we definitely got to use that for the cover.
But yeah, I did the majority of the picking
but there are some great art pieces
by some different artists in there.
And then hopefully next week
I will be back with another issue that actually features a
Collection or a artist that I interview
Go up there guys give that a share
You did it right you got the
Make sure I'm following it down
All right, good stuff. Well, oh says my connection was lost. Can you guys still hear me?
All right, you'll hear you just fine. I'm
Gonna see if I could just take you guys with me and go get my meds because it looks like they close at 530 So I have to get there in a half hour
If it if it doesn't drop, you know, sometimes it won't even let me talk when I'm in the car driving.
I don't know what it is. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that I didn't get that fancy film.
I didn't get the ceramic one. That helps your signal, you know.
Yeah, you definitely don't want to be driving with the windows down and your phone out.
You hit one wrong bump and there goes your phone.
I changed the name on my AI assistant so that way I can do this trick more often.
Alexa, turn off the lights.
And I just get to see if anyone in the audience
is now sitting in the dark listening to Crazy Train.
It was this one time I was hosting this space for a...
Am I the only one that can't hear Tricky? so is i i'm i'm assuming that tricky has disconnected there there you are there we go
can you hear me good now yeah i can hear you now i just lost you for a second there it's like you
were talking and then it just cut out i'm like oh, oh, is it my end or is it yours?
I mean, it said connection interrupted on my screen.
So I was like, I'll just reset real quick.
So I closed the app and just came back into it.
I mean, it's a thunderstorm outside.
And it's also like, we'll see how driving goes.
But hopefully I don't lose you guys.
Yeah. What's up liquid what up dad?
Hope y'all doing good. What's up? I'm here
Yeah, give the rumors a free tweet and tag three if you want to get into this five dollar weed giveaway
It doesn't say so up top because we'll just get a bunch of people who don't actually give a shit about
Hey right here for the here for the free stuff.
What's up, Tricky? It's nice to finally meet you, man.
Hey, what's good, what's good?
Not much, just got out of the shower, about to meal prep for the week ahead.
Smart. What do you do for like your meal prep?
So I've actually just recently over the last three or four weeks changed up my diet just because of my UC.
see um and just kind of removing things and adding things to see if you know i can manage the flare
up until i um start this medication and uh so recently i've been um sauteing broccoli squash broccoli, squash, zucchini, and then searing either salmon or mahi.
And then side of lemon with that. That's been my lunch for work every day for the last like
three or four weeks. But before that, I was on a vegan diet for about eight years.
And so I've recently just kind of switched things
up to see, you know, to manage my stomach. And yeah. Easily absorbable food that doesn't require
much chewing or, you know, it breaks down because it's not doing the work for you.
Right. So, and then I've removed wheat and grains over the last three or four weeks as well.
So, yeah, man, that's kind of what I've been doing recently.
And Mama Bear told me about you.
She said that you've, I think, had a similar situation
and you possibly have found at least some answers for yourself maybe.
Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's just, there's a lot of helpful herbs and things that aren't in our
normal diet. And when you have Crohn's or ulcerative colitis, I have Crohn's disease.
So it was very similar experience. The Crohn's is basically ulcerative colitis. Plus it, it could
attack anywhere in your body and not just your guts. So like sometimes it'll hit me in the face.
Sometimes it'll like, and it's different every time. So like, for example, the last time I, well,
this last flare up happened during COVID, which really kind of sucked. I came back every minute
CMYC with COVID and I went into a flare so that was kind of lame
Like right before I went to NFT NYC
I thought I was gonna look terrible because like a week and a half before I had to go
All of a sudden I got like these crazy sores
Everywhere like all over my but if now they're still healed, but it looks like I got shot
Like I got scars all my fucking body. Now they're healed, but it looks like I got shot. Like I got scars all over my fucking body.
It looks, it's ridiculous.
It looks like I got into a gun battle.
And I didn't have any, and I just, it never happened like that.
It's like all of a sudden it was like I had puberty and the plague hit at the same time.
So I had to cut everything out my diet and actually I could understand trying to digest like most plants this doesn't work I'm allergic
to most things that are green too I've cut out wheat I've cut out milk I'm allergic to milk
proteins and wheat proteins so yeah I have my list of allergies goes pretty, pretty far. And
then I have different classifications. So I've got like milk and wheat, which will like send me into
a flare or, and I'll be throwing up like by the end of the night. Um, then there's like another
list where it's like, if I have any of those, I can't drink or do anything stressful and and if i yeah so i have to pick
and then if i'm gonna drink it could only be tequila or maybe vodka but it has to be a clear
non-oaked barrel it can't be an oak an oak barrel uh liqueur because i'm allergic to oak too
damn but i'm allergic to like black pepper basil uh fucking like yeast uh you know like
everything that they normally have in most places so if they don't have like the ability to have a
separate grill space and even then they'd probably have it contaminated with some of the other things
that are like minor allergens so right i'm pretty screwed for going out. It usually doesn't end well.
So what herbs have you incorporated into your diet?
Patiaco bark, wild yam, white willow, saw palmetto, goji berries.
The mullein, skull cap is a sedative sleep for either type of that in a sleep tea there's about 16 different herbs I'll make a full label
and I'll tag you in it because I want to start I want to make like a mock-up
bottle and with the label and stuff on the back so you can see all the
different ingredients but it's just a bunch of different herbs like Western and Eastern medicine kind of herbs
Some of them never heard it before like potty aqua bark
It's like a record a red bark and it kind of makes the drink a little bit red
But it's a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory and all a lot of these things are anti-inflammatories
mild pain relievers A lot of the a lot of they have dual purpose a lot of these herbs
it's interesting but a little bit of all them together really kind of has like a
synergistic effect and it within the first couple sips on my I was pretty
convinced that this is this is something I'd want to do just because the fatigue that I feel is
pretty obvious so I wanted to make sure you know I that's why I have an energy tea and then I also
was an insomniac so that's why I have a sleep tea but but they're like yeah 16 different herbs and
yeah yeah definitely tag me when you do that. Have you tried slippery elm bark?
I think I have had some slippery elm bark.
Yeah, there's a couple things that I played with,
and then there's a couple things I've removed for mass adoption
just because of common allergies and common interactions with other drugs or other foods.
I was going to put a bunch of mushrooms in it,
different types of like beneficial mushrooms.
But if you consume mushrooms with alcohol,
they can become slightly toxic,
like even good mushrooms.
there's no point in spending the money on this high quality ingredient that people could then then go have a drink with, and now it's extra toxic, and now they're hurting themselves more than they're benefiting themselves anyway.
That's just something that people can add separately afterwards.
I might make like a pack that you can mix in as a separate product later on. But, you know, I basically was making this for myself because after about a month,
I noticed a huge decrease in pain.
I wasn't waking up, like, buckled over anymore.
And I was like, well, that's crazy.
So I went to, like, up the dosage.
I will try to use it to pull myself out of flares.
Like I'll just like double up or triple up the dosage.
I'll just be drinking the tea all day.
And I think the combination of all the anti-inflammatories just like really help calm your system.
And it's in liquid form, so it's easily absorbed.
Like your stomach doesn't have to work hard to get to it.
I'll even add it like a collagen powder to mine. So it's got like some easily absorbed peptides
You know some protein that you can get real quick. Uh-huh
Yeah, so that's basically I turned into like a meal replacement for like my mornings
For my mornings, I make the energy tea with some coffee.
I make the energy tea with some coffee
And then I make an oat latte with honey and collagen powder, a little bit of probiotics.
So when you feel a flare-up coming and you do this regimen, I mean, how, what is it, in a day or so, you're back
Sometimes, like, two or three days, I've been able to, like, actually, like, kick out
of a flare, instead of taking, like, prednisone for, like, 10 days, right, or a week, usually.
So, yeah, I'm not taking prednisone every month now.
You know, maybe I've taken prednisone, one like twice in the last – maybe three times in the last year I've had prednisone.
Which is – considering I was on it almost every month, I would have like a flare-up for like the longest time.
Getting lots of sleep and good sleep is important.
Over the last couple months, there's been some weeks where I'll wake up like once in the middle of the night, go to the bathroom, and then I could go right back to sleep.
So it does disturb my sleep sometimes, but typically I'm getting decent sleep.
Sleep is like half the paddle because that's when you do most of the recovery.
So if you're not getting good sleep, then your body is really not recovering from your flare-up.
But having a bunch of anti-inflammatories and easily absorbed food is really key.
And it sounds stupid and simple, but chew your food so good.
You almost want to have everything in a liquid diet.
If you can do liquid diet, you will feel better during a flare.
Have you ever thought of, I'm sure you've seen it,
or considered doing a fecal transplant.
I've heard of it, but that's not what my problem is.
It would help you if you have like your gut biome is totally fucked and you need to reinoculate.
But there's other ways to do it with good foods and probiotics.
Right. So I guess, I guess I'm just bringing it up because I do know that, you know, in the past,
if you've taken antibiotics throughout your life, as you know, do you have potential of
destroying good bacteria that you can never get back again? And your gut microbiome is, you know,
key with basically how your entire body functions. So that's what I was asking,
basically how your entire body functions so that's what i was asking because obviously
if you can find a super donor to give you that you you know who knows there's there's studies
that are going on where they're doing this for people who have c diff and it's like completely
transforming their lives um and turning them back around now obviously cdif is different than what
you and i have but i don't know it's just something that is in the back of my mind as a potential.
Just check off the list and see what happens. I think we might have lost you, Tricky.
I don't know if you're talking right now. I don't know. Thank you. Still can't hear you.
Wait, now I... You're cutting in and out right now.
All right. I'm co-host now all right let's see let's see if we can keep this space running
yeah um also what's up joe mama it's good to see you man
all right i i think you're good now tricky up top you put you posted the tricky tees
want to hear how tricky teas affects you.
So this is the thing that you were just talking about.
Herbal energy, green tea, sleep and recovery tea.
