Mo, how you doing, man? Happy to have us back up here. Happy to co-host here with gift forest mo how you doing man uh happy to have us back up here happy to co-host
here with you the holiday seasons are among us we're only weeks away from christmas i'm definitely
feeling the holiday spirit i literally just put up my tree today here in thailand still celebrating
the christmas spirit how you feeling brother yeah honestly it's like two weeks away like i literally was you
were saying it i'm like wait it is literally two weeks on the dot i'm really excited honestly i
don't really feel the holiday spirit as much as i used to back in the day but i'm trying to hype
myself up as i said like last week getting those jams in like listening to all the old classics having some movie nights
and all that but the grind never stops so there's a lot of work to be done so it's mostly like i
haven't ever had such a decent boot i'm really focused on work as much as i am this year
i totally agree.
And it's rightfully so.
We grind it all year.
I think that everybody deserves at least a few weeks
throughout the season or throughout the year
to just enjoy, to spend some time with some family,
to look at the investments that we made over the year
and reflect.
And that's what I'm doing.
You know, I think that people kind of detach a little bit from Web3 at the investments that we made over the year and reflect and that's what i'm doing you know i think
that people kind of detach a little bit from web3 or only focus on the the real projects the real
portfolio and stay connected with the community that really matters uh what do you think that web3
you know especially in web in uh in the holiday season what do you think it's bringing towards crypto
honestly nowadays with my work even over on gift horse web3 is creating something of a new area new era where people can connect in a fresh take and it's not as conflicting as it was
but like a couple of years back it's bringing us back to the core of communal stuff which
is giving the spirits again like some lift up like if you think about the last like three
four years in my case like the holidays weren't as grand as they have been my whole life but connecting with the community connecting with the feel of it
it's giving me those vibes as if I'm a kid again there's a community
around me that's trying to celebrate and this is always hyping everything around me up
when I'm not feeling super inspired the community is definitely there
they're picking me up they They're getting me hyped.
Let's say what's up to all these amazing speakers and open the conversation to everybody, guys.
Retweet this space. Get hyped.
I was excited to have this space.
I got a cup of coffee. I got some weed rolled up.
I see we got Water 150 in the building.
Water 150, GM, GM, brother. How are you doing?
What's this holiday season really
exposing for you in web 3 gmgm brother how you doing gmgm yeah super super excited to be back
a very quick intro for everyone who hasn't heard about water 150 yet we tokenize premium spring water wells, aiming for 1,000 water wells globally around the world.
One token equals 150 liters of water that you receive over the next 150 years.
So each token gives you one liter every year.
So if you hold 1,000 tokens, you can drink 1,000 liters of water every year for over the next 150 years.
So it's pretty much for
life you can live very long and uh yeah i mean super excited uh about the topic today um like
i mean it goes into like kind of a little a lot of different areas and kind of a review of this year and kind of outlook onto the next year.
I mean, to me, it doesn't even feel like holiday season just yet.
Like I'm still with a pedal to the metal another 10 days and then I'll disappear for a couple of weeks.
So very excited to kind of like, as much as I love the space, leave the space behind for
a couple of weeks and I'll legit try to even with those projects that are dear to my heart and that I follow closely normally,
I'll try to even then not follow too much and just kind of like distance myself a little bit.
And I think, to be honest, I mean mean everyone needs to do what's best for them right
but with this
space being 24
7 days a week
the time it's never
ending right
like sometimes we do need a break
as well so I'm
going to use these two weeks really to
refresh myself so so so that um then
for for 2026 uh we can again uh give 110 percent every day and uh crush the space
i love that answer you know and it's hard to stay tapped in all 12 months, 365. Life hits,
life doesn't slow down just because Web3 is accelerating or mass adoption is upon us. So
I definitely agree. I think that I was saying off camera and offline, you know, to a friend,
I said it's important just to take some time to reflect and enjoy yourself as well, too. And crypto has come a long way.
You know, even if you just held Solana from a year to today, Solana was at like $73, $75.
You still would have made some money, almost doubled your money. So crypto came a long way,
and I'm excited to see all the growth this year, all the projects that launched, all the tokens.
Today, Mo, there's something crazy that's happening.
The co-founder of Luna is actually going to trial and could be either facing over a decade worth of time behind bars or maybe getting five years or seven years on on a plea deal so
I'm interested to see how things are going to shape up I know that I was invested into Terra
Luna back in the day any thoughts on that Mo I just thought it was something relevant that I
saw in the timeline I see Keith in the building what up Keith what up Satoshi what up Mikey
what up to all the homies?
But what's your take on that, Mo?
Looking back at the end of the year, looking back on some of the highlights
and looking back on maybe even cycles that we've learned lessons
or maybe even got rugged from.
You just had to make it back with this pain point.
Like every space, I try to forget about it,
but you literally give it
back to me like hardcore but yeah honestly it doesn't really matter give him 10 years give him
a year give him a 20 years he's not gonna give us our money back like what we lost is already lost
and like it's it's nothing for us but in a sense people get what they deserve so whatever happens happens i i don't want him anything bad
i believe like he had a vision it got broken with greed and all the corporation around him
i hope the projects learn from that mistake and nobody literally tries to grind us back in
like what he gets is something that's gonna be reflected upon other projects so that they don't do the same mistake he did in general.
So that's the only take I'm gonna make.
But in general right now with projects and the audits coming in and like all the security
around it and like the legal opinions, the research, it's tough to do something similar
to what happened to Luna back in the day.
So I feel much safer in the industry in a sense, even though there's a lot of speculation but it's much safer than it
I agree and I think that there's a lot more regulation around stable coins now
that there is you know the genius act and so much regulation change around the
world so and I'm sorry to bring it up, brother.
I just saw it today on the timeline.
This is something interesting.
Mo's going to definitely comment in this space.
But I think at the end of the year, you mentioned it, and I want to touch upon it again.
I think people really stay connected to those communities, to those projects that almost
feel like second nature, like almost feel
like it's a habit.
It becomes a part of their everyday schedule.
I know opening up my phone, being on X, jumping into the group chats, jumping into the spaces
or streams has just been a part of what I've been doing for the last four years as I've
been investing into crypto.
I think we've moved past finally you know the white
paper era of just utility and more of you know kind of habit utility is there any uh any projects or
any apps or any uh any native chats that you just been constantly tapped in maybe even through
he tapped in maybe even through some of the holiday season
some of the holiday season
honestly i wouldn't name something concrete i've been hopping around like i don't really have much
free time as you know like when i did have some i would hop in for like the doodle genx community
chats and all that but right now the past like three four weeks have been hectic as hell
but when i have like that hour where i can just browse around, there are projects, there are
even gaming projects that are literally taking me into a deep consideration.
Remember we had that project a couple of weeks back that's connecting mental health and stuff
like that with the gaming industry, especially for the young ones.
It's something that's interesting to me.
It's not about the monetary incentive about it, It's about the mission, the vision they're trying to create.
And that's what's actually making me
even a bigger believer in Web3
and the vision that people building in Web3
are trying to achieve.
So I would say that's the main points.
Like there are projects that have deviated
from the monetary gain first
into something that's actually a shape for the future, I would say.
Big facts.
Big facts.
And there's a lot of things that excite me about December and wrapping up the end of the year.
Everybody comes with this whole bullshit mode
that new me, new year, new this, new that.
I mean, it's how dedicated, it's how bad
and how much you truly desire something
that you're gonna go out and actually change,
you know, maybe create a new habit,
you know, achieve a new goal.
But for myself, I try to limit this year.
I tried to limit my investments to not over-investing, not over-trading.
And I think that has done me justice.
I think not taking just trades that I saw when markets were favorable and then got faking out and markets reversed.
out and markets reversed or, you know, over leverage myself into positions where I kind of feel bad when the retracements do happen instead of accumulate more.
So I think just kind of positioning for myself was everything and not just overbuying random, you know, projects.
But have you picked up anything recently as charts as markets as kind of the the entire
crypto ecosystem felt a little bit of the retracement first of all i'm going to comment on
the fact that you said uh new year new me i hate this phrase i usually answer it by saying it's
not new year new me i believe it's gonna I believe it's a better thing mentally and psychologically to be
new day, new me. I love the old Latin saying which is carpet diem. If anyone watched the
Poet Society, the captain, my captain, carpet diem is a phrase that shaped me after I was
like 13 or 14 when I watched it the first time. So basically when I think about it, I think about like this is a new day.
I woke up, it's a new me again.
So every single day I try to achieve something even bigger.
So I would believe this is a much more favorable mentality to have
than to look upon the new, like the New Year's Eve to start something afresh.
But in terms of what I acquired, the market has been very favorable
in terms of acquisition. I went the market has been very favorable in terms of acquisition.
I went into the classics, to be honest.
I wouldn't say numbers, but the classics, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana even, some other classic projects.
I did go into a couple of public sales, but I tried to keep everything private in terms of fresh stuff because I'm not that lucky
when I try to share some stuff it goes the other way around so I don't want to drink it to be honest
I've been buying but buying cautiously and take it as you wish I'm still trying to take advantage
of the market I still think crypto is very in very early stages infant
stages and i think we've had some mega leap forwards this year with interoperability
more liquidity uh even just with more mass adoption but i think we still have some ways to go and
like you said i i've made more money investing over the course of time than
just kind of trying to time the market.
So I like where your head's at.
Water 150, talk to us.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Mo, I find it very interesting that you mentioned that you went into a couple of private sales.
Like maybe you can kind of share what you are currently looking for
in a private sale.
Or did you mention public sale?
I'm not sure.
I'm not sure if I understood public or private.
But anyway, like, because I personally,
I stopped investing in private sales completely.
Like, I mean, this cycle overall has been letting us down, right?
But especially
private sales,
yeah, they
simply didn't perform
the way they did in the
previous cycle.
So, I mean,
also, but maybe it's
just me. Also, in terms of
liquid projects, I'm just like i'm not i'm not
even i'm not even looking that much for for that kind of new opportunity anymore where whereas the
previous years i was always chasing hunting hunting and trying to find like the the next big thing kind of but um but now i've i've just kind of like found found my my few
projects um and i mean i'm i'm focusing a lot on on quite early stage and and low cap projects but
i i kind of found the ones that i've known now over over many years years where the trust is very high that they are delivering
and it's just taking time.
But for me, it's just kind of waiting and kind of monitoring, staying up to date,
but not really chasing the new crazy opportunity anymore.
chasing the new crazy opportunity anymore.
Yeah, from what I was saying, I did go into a couple of public and some early rounds,
but my criteria is quite stupid in a sense, because I look into stuff that actually interests me
and where I see potential, and right now my fixation is on infrastructure.
When I see something early stage
and it has a potential in terms of infrastructure
for the future, I do invest, not much.
I don't have the capital to invest a lot, but I invest.
I look forward to like helping out the builders
and seeing what this could like build up into.
But in general, yeah, I usually try to keep it safe
and play it safe. I diversify as much as i
can i've got some stock options i've got some uh currency options and some crypto so it's all
diversified trying to keep it there in a safe distance from being all into in the same basket
as they say but in general yeah infrastructure first i would say that's the leaf i'm looking into
for the for the next couple of years
I like the takes from both of you guys
I want to open up the conversation to everybody and say GM GM. I see a lot of familiar faces
I see a lot of familiar faces.
I see a lot of homies joining us this morning
I see a lot of homies joining us this morning.
One thing I would say as well, too, is don't listen to the loudest person in the room.
Listen to the loudest community and group of people that are on the timeline.
If there's avid builders on Ethereum, Solana, whatever chain, even on Bitcoin or within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
And they're exciting.
They're believing it.
They're backing it.
They're consistent.
They're transparent.
You'll see the growth because people are building in public here,
especially on the blockchain.
It's the nature of it.
You know, the ledger is very transparent so people can see what's actually happening.
And people that kind of run and avoid some of the hard questions or maybe some of the moves are questionable,
maybe your investment should be elsewhere in other places.
And like Mo said, I've tried to invest in the technology and the people over the course of time. And that's done me justice. But I
think that ecosystems and communities are what people are leaning into most. And I think that
that's where a lot of people, their attention and their investments are going into, whether it's
NFTs, RWAs, ecosystems with tokens, even long-term holdings with bitcoin what do you believe is um
the ecosystem that's going to capture in 2026 a lot of attention or maybe a narrative or
you know new new mass adoption mo and and then we'll open it up to everybody that's a funny
question man i'm building the economy of giving like I can't say anything else I honestly believe in the project we're working
to something very big and like the next couple of months up to TGE we're gonna get everything
as ready as possible and next year like hand on heart trying our best for that year to be our
year to be honest like there's a lot of ecosystems a lot of uh
infrastructure even projects that are trying to create their own ecosystem their own layers their
own chains and all that but right now when i'm looking into the missions around them their like
visions into the future and all that i kind of still lean heavily into what we are building
because it's something that I can affect.
I'm trying to make it as actually connected to the people as possible.
And that's why I have some bias.
I cannot be as transparent as I should be and as unbiased as I should be.
So for now, I'm going to just say I'm aiming for GIFTORS to be the most successful project next year.
No, that's amazing dude and we just had christopher hoskins they just did their tge as well with midnight and now it's claimable i love when there's a launch you know like the
launch is like such a significant thing with crypto, whether it's a Google rugging me right now.
Space, whether it's a token, whether it's an NFT,
whether it's a meme, you know, the launch is super important.
And I think gearing up and building towards that launch is also an important
aspect for any project.
And a lot of people rush that aspect. A lot of people don't gather community support community feedback
people just don't fucking get it mo when you when you ignore a call you ignored it on fucking
purpose don't call twice now that's an instant block and an unfollow that's my grandmother too see i'm ruthless bro tell that's
what you gotta take what it takes to be successful my guys and girls but anyways um back to what i
was saying i think that the launch of any token in any project super successful what are you guys
doing uh to gear up i know we're doing spaces i know you guys are doing a lot of
advertising and collaborations and partnerships um anything that you want to share as a recent
nothing concrete at the moment but there's something i want to discuss with you privately
before we share it so yeah there's a couple of stuff we're trying to gear up especially
partnerships and i believe i should have everything locked in before Christmas time.
So expect a lot of exciting, surprising news before Christmas.
So this Christmas can be as happy and as jolly as it can get.
And basically one of the main opportunities, which is creating the gifting sphere that's about generosity,
closing in on Christmas time and New Year's Eve.
It's different to holidays for different parts of the world,
but it's all connected to being generous and gifting around.
So I believe Gifts.org has this niche that it has to capture in the coming weeks.
So we're working towards that.
We're connecting with a lot of interesting people,
interesting influencers, KOL kols and partners getting
ready for that also the headache with the back end with the dexes and the ssaxes and all that
it's it's being handled tokenomics are being handled like there's a lot of work but in terms
of alpha i can say this thing uh technologically like the tech technical aspects of the the back end uh our token is
at last fully on the chain it's undergoing the testnet phase right now and it's 3040g to be
on all chains across the board dude that's exciting do we have any rough estimate of maybe like a day?
Or are we just aiming maybe like first quarter of the new year?
I don't want to... My man, you got cut off on my side.
No, just asking if there's a specific date that you guys had in mind.
Or just the first quarter of the year.
I couldn't get anything from you, my guy.
I'm getting rugged.
I don't know.
I can't hear you.
I don't know.
I can't hear you.
I can't hear you.
I think Dudo had some connection issues.
I believe he was asking about the time frame for TGE.
Our TGE is going to be in the first half of February.
So guys, around like the first week of February you can expect it.
Let's see if Do look can connect fast enough i don't know what the trouble is is my side or his side
no no it's not i apologize can you hear me better
yes sorry about that connection got a little bit crazy it's also raining torrential downpour where
i'm at right now but looks like it's stopped i appreciate you mo yeah i was just kind of just
checking in when the time frame uh for the launch was if it was the first quarter updates quarter dates
it's gonna be in the first half of february that's the preliminary time frame.
It sounds super choppy to me
in terms of
the audio, but I'm highly
anticipating it, brother, and I'm excited for the
project launch. You guys have been doing
a phenomenal job gearing up,
getting people educated, getting people
involved, and doing a great job of
bringing the community together so much love to you let's say good morning to mike to alex to
water 150 deep dive
