and the very first client being harmony blockchain. Globby, could you slightly introduce yourself a little bit?
Yeah, good morning. And yeah, like you mentioned, my name is Jeremy, my username in the in the web 3 spaces, global and yeah, I've been working with the
the Harmony team in multiple capacities over the last couple of years. And now I am working with communications and marketing on them as we're working towards getting the number of great initiatives launched, including what we're here to talk about today.
So yeah, super excited to be able to talk about the work that Lawsless and Harmony are doing together. And yeah, share with your audience as well as harmonies. But what is making our partnership so great?
So thank you very much for joining today. Short introduction about our tool, I, I, I, it's a very simple monitoring and protection tool that can be applied to any smart contract in the industry, which could be
a simple protocol, investing, staking contracts, wallets, dexas and so on. So it's widely applicable and companies, traders, investors can use it to their imagination. And we are here talking today to Harmony
blockchain where they are applying this tool to their newly to be launched bridge. So the first question to Globius, the crypto industry is aware of what happened to your bridge in June. Could you introduce your relaunch plan?
The individuals who may not be super aware in June the horizon bridge which is harmony's Ethereum and
and Binance Smart Chain bridges at the time was compromised and part of that incident was looking at
really how to take a holistic view of how to make sure that both users as well as
people who are working on the blockchain layers.
are more aware of what's going on in terms of real-time status updates in terms of knowing transactions that are happening when they're happening in real-time and being able to see, you know, "Hey, something might be going on," which is how we initially started on
the relationship with lossless and GS. When we are looking at the relaunch plans, first really was taking a look at how we made sure that we started the process of removing these deep-packed assets that were affected during the bridge.
the bridge incident, getting those out of circulation and we started that in the beginning of October working with a number of burn partners on harmony to start collecting and burning those deep ag assets. We currently have three partners.
that have signed up to assist with that right now. It will be looking at that every month, sort of reviewing that as we go. The second part of that relaunch process really was getting bridges back to harmony, as well as bridges from harmony to Ethereum to
by a smart chain and two others and being able to connect with lossless and specifically a GS in this instance allows us to really take a look at what's important and being able to monitor the data
using the bridge technology and the validation layer that we've opted to go with in layer zero. And then a GS brings us that real-time data layer of being able to see what's going on in each transaction across the board.
Of course, thank you. So which end of the bridge was most popular before the hack and which do you forecast to be most popular from harmony with the new bridge launch? Is it exterior more by the smart chain?

Any different going forward, especially now that the functionality of the bridges being restored, I think especially working on the defy layers, really where harmony kind of gone.
Next big push from over the last years who before you know game fire really took over and sort of catching his head of steam was really defy and a lot of that does come from the Ethereum side so I would say that
By the end of our chance, obviously it's getting more traction all the time. So that's not to say that that that couldn't be flipped. But I definitely foresee that the Ethereum side will be the the lion share of that transaction layer.
Of course, understood. So yeah, with the increase of volume, we all understand that security is definitely one of the core aspects of the entire bridge relaunch.
What kind of measures will you introduce to ensure that this bridge is secure, including the implementation of iedis?
Yeah, and I think really the implementation of IG is one of the most important options that we had to
really review in depth and where we look at what is super important for users is being able to see the documentation, being able to see how
The technology actually solves that problem. The knowing that there is actual layers of monitoring of real time updates of review that goes through this
and really the importance of having the dedicated APIs as well as the tools that GIS offers that are kind of constantly being updated and having those
updated in real time as well as kind of
At a base level provide all the things that we need to give out to developers who are going to be working on that, who are going to be implementing the use
of the bridge, having a documentation that says, you know, this is how losses works, this is how Gs works. It's super important. And then second to that, but you know, and very much in tandem
is going with layers 0 as the validation layer for the bridge. So that removes the use of a multi-stake layer, which is where we realize that we could do
Great work with layers 0 and they've also done amazing work with about 15 or 16 other blockchains up to this point and they're continuing to expand all the time.
But it's really a nice one to punch that as you just offers an amazing real time monitoring. So you can see those things before
There really is that delay in information sharing. Now with G.S. it's built into the smart contract layer.
and it's constantly being updated, which kind of made it a no-brainer for the choice of how we improve the bridge experience going forward.
Thank you very much for that, Globee. So following up with that, I wanted to ask you, do you have any expectations from lossless team overall, not just from the tool IEGIS as it is?
I mean, from my experience working with you guys so far, and it's getting more in, you know, in depth as we go, I think the pace of development that I've seen from Loslis is probably one of the
the things that I appreciate the most, as well as the fact that there is
not been one time where I haven't gotten even Monica who, as you mentioned earlier, is under the weather, but still made it to our space.
you know, not having constant communication with you guys. And I think that that is one of the, the hallmarks of, um,
Any team that's going to be successful in Web 3 is having this constant communication about what's going on, how you guys are updating.
rolling out updates, new partnerships. To my expectation for you guys as a team is to continue building on that because I think it's an amazing brand strategy as well as it just says a lot about the team that is working on the
technology at Loslos. And for a premier product, you know, having that as your your reputation layer, so to speak, I think it's it's it's volumes about you guys and then it couldn't be more excited to work with you as an official

Going back to your grid, I wanted to ask you what future do you envision for it? We thought that even without the relaunched announcement, your TBL is already increasing dramatically.
Yeah, and I think that it's a testament to just doing the next right thing. Harmony's reputation in the space has long
been built on being one of the industry leading technology protocols. And speaking recently about the technological developments that we plan on
hitting milestones in quarter four and 2023 really real lines with that vision and the
long-term view of the last 24 to 48 hours in terms of TBL. I think it's really a testament to that. It's that there is still very much in need for uniform scaling across layer 1s,
to, you know, and it's something that even Ethereum is constantly working from the foundation layer to try to solve. And I think we've really still have an amazing amount to offer to Web3 in that regard. And bridges are
for the foreseeable future, the key way that we're going to be able to accomplish that. Harmony is going to be the most interoperable layer one that there is.
the key to the key to our partnership with lossless as well as the implementation of a GS is bringing all the best tools
that we can to make sure that that experience is as seamless and as secure as it can be in a decentralized way. And that's a constantly evolving process, not just for Harmony, but for the entire Web 3 space.
So having that advisory from your team, not just for Harmony, but for the entire industry. I think it's going to be very important going forward. But the bridges are going to be
extremely, extremely important, at least for the foreseeable future. And I think that's a core component of what you'll see as sort of a rebirth for Harmony over the next six months to a year perhaps. So yeah.
Sure version I think it's very important. Yeah, and I could not agree more with you on that point. And I hope that Harmony does reach its peak level when it was and that it goes even further than that. I love which
