Testing in people hear me Yes, you're coming through Fantastic, thanks Come in for your life and clear dude Loud and clear how's it going everyone? Yeah, thank you very much for joining tonight. I'm just gonna kind of be it's dealt with
here I guess you may have noticed and we have our wonderful senators in the house today and yeah we want to go through the constitution and of course get people's feedback which is super important to us yeah just wanted to preface this by saying you know like thank you
very much for all the senators. There's been a lot of work that's gone on just to let everyone know. Senators have met five times also and there's some initial documents that have been created around the Constitution, grant funding proposals and this would be a good
time for all of us to get together and have a good discussion around this. Pretty laid back as mentioned, these are all drafts at the moment and the idea for the Senate is not to be some kind of weird dictatorship. Of course not, the idea is just so everyone's clear again.
that we can have a dedicated group of really special people in the ecosystem that are able to look at the community fund in a way that allows it to be used very optimally and of course to be able to even more so to actually help protocols that are coming on board.
to be able to get their way going through the ecosystem again in a really optimal way. So if people need help or if they need any kind of guidance throughout the whole process of building on Cugera, it's really, really important and we realize that we needed this group of really talented
and amazing people to help guide teams through this process because if you look at just the standard governance, it's not enough to just have a few-day window for that. And even if we did increase the actual voting period, I don't think that would make too much difference because there's so many votes
that go on in Kujera because as we know, we're a team that builds the senators also, or people that are all about building and growing and really reaching as far as we can with Kujera. So this is really important thing for us. So having the actual builders
that are coming on chain, go through a much better process and actually being able to be helped is going to be a really good thing. So yeah, so just from my side, as I say, I'm very much just loosely holding the wheel here and it's going to be a great time, I think, for us to just hear from a couple of sentences, you know, we're not going to go
So, like, go around everyone in chronological order and do anything like that. This is just a relaxed space where we can kind of chat and hopefully you guys have read the draft constitution that's gone up. And if not, I'm sure you'll hear a bit about it now. So, yeah. Ryan, okay, yeah.
see he's requested there we go. Okay so it looks like I know Ryan had another space. So yeah guys just feel free whoever wants to kind of take it from here just to kind of give people an overview and then we'll just get into as I say just a pretty relaxed conversation and hopefully give everyone the info that they need.
Hey guys, just come off of all this space I'm exhausted, but I had to make it to my Senate duties. I think the purpose of the space today here is really to bring more eyes to what we call in the Senate Constitution.
which we've got posted up. I don't know if maybe one of my fellow senators might want to pin the Senate tweet that links to where we're hosting the the Constitution so people can go and read it if they haven't already. The idea being that I think
When the idea of the Senate was initially posed, there was some loose guidelines in terms of what are the roles that we want the Senate to perform, how will they perform them, how will the Senate be constituted, what's the process for adding them?
moving people and whilst I think we've all got a general idea of what we want the Senate to do, which initially in itself is to manage the Cajuric Grants Program and take some of the heat off the
