136.6, I don't know, maybe a million, I'm not sure what that is, imports 13.1. So the deficit
is 123.5. And then you divide the deficit by the exports. And so that means that Vietnam gets a 90% tariff.

which is not, I guess, a huge deal, but I just thought that was an interesting happening from
the day. Maybe the bigger news that's kind of US related is that Circle filed, or they didn't file
for an IPO, but it looks like they hired a firm and are looking to file in April for
an IPO.
They're aiming to be valued at $5 billion, which is like a 32x multiple on their, I guess
on their income.
And the really interesting piece, I don't know if people really looked into this, but
basically Circle, which is the maker of USDC, the second largest stablecoin,
is paying in distribution and transaction costs over a billion dollars,
which is 60% of their revenue.
And they're paying Coinbase and Binance basically like hundreds of millions of dollars to hold and use USDC.

of this is like kind of agnostic of Circle filing for an IPO. But I think also just kind of shows
Tether's relative strength in the market. Like Tether made $13.7 billion last year.

find the number here, but still kind of insane. So a lot of people were saying for a long time
that that was going to be $1.7 billion for Circle. A lot of people were talking about Circle being
the top signal for the cycle, which maybe this is just like another bullet in like the like old yeller in
the back behind the shed. But but still kind of interesting. The core weave IPO yesterday went
well. I don't know if you guys have followed that at all. It was one of the more yeah,
like kind of a marker for like the IPO market that people were looking at to like see how a
company going public would do. It did fairly well.
Newsmax did really well, and then it got tanked out by like 75% today,
which is kind of funny.

that's pretty exciting is Monad Shark Tank,

I think it's like a weekly thing.
And if you're a builder, you present what you're building and they'll hit you with some liquidations, which is really good. I feel like even if you did like a meme coin, you could probably like participate. I don't think there's like any regulations or anything like that. So I could see something like that being a thing because how many people are, you know, really kind these apps or something so or even just like an idea um it could be fun to get builders like out there and wanting
to participate in the testnet yeah that's true i got to talk to tunes about this um on tuesday and
we were actually talking about it i think it'll be really cool because it won't really be like going to try to
like get an investment in your company or whatever it is like you traditionally think about shark tank
but it's like the ability to go and have an idea maybe like an mvp that you're able to show
um but just like come you could come with like two, like a co-founder or like just you or whatever it is and just have like the barest bones of a project and get the feedback of like 500, 1,000 people.
Like I imagine a fair amount of people from the Monite community will go to an event like that.
And I feel like that kind of distribution on an idea is like one of the hardest things to actually like get when you're bootstrapping something.
So, yeah, highly recommend that you guys go and apply if you're kind of like a new project that wants to see if you have product market fit, wants to maybe battle test your idea or get some like better sense of it. pushing i don't know that this will happen but i told tunes that it would be really fun
if like some of the monad team were on and kind of acted as like sharks and everything so you
could get like the community's feedback but also some people were suggesting this was on a call
with some other people that like it would be cool if there were like other builders in the monad
space that were there as like sharks or not really sharks, but more like giving feedback or
like sharing their perspective, stuff like that. So they might not build it out in that way,
but regardless, the community involvement, I think will be really cool. And so I'm excited
to see where it goes. And we were also saying that really, Toons was saying that he wishes
that there could be like a Simon Cowell, which I actually think would be really funny.
Like, imagine if like KB was like on the was like on the calls and she was just like, honestly, this sucks.

like chains are great, but chains don't really win so much as apps that are built on a chain win for them, right?
Like the battle is waged in terms of what people can actually do on your chain.
And Monad or MegaEath or Abstract or anything could be like the best chain in the world.

project is doing just a wrapper of something that i could already do on eth or on solana
or is what they're doing like actually something that's innovative and is like pushing the boundary
and is like only enabled by monad and like what can be done because i'll just say like i think
that even if they're they might not it's not a guarantee that they'll be successful but what
it's doing is raising the ceiling of the project by like a ton so i would really say that like when
you're looking for projects that differentiate in that way, look for like the game that couldn't be built on any other chain because like you need to be picking up like RuneScape items, like 50 items every 30 minutes or not that long.
But like so, you know what I mean? Something that like is actually being enabled by Monad.
And those are going to be real standouts i think and and i think
that one of those cardinal ones is the the central mid-order book fully on chain but uh but yeah so
