Let's grow.
Let's grow.
Just sent you a speaker invite.
Let's get this out.
Let's share it.
Let's activate the network.
Let's grow.
Let's grow. Let's grow.
Glad everybody can find their way back here.
We are reestablishing the connection.
Oh, my God.
That would have sucked if it would have happened a half hour from now,
but it happened now, and we are back up and running. Are you there, bro?
I'm trying.
Okay, it finally connected.
I had to leave and come back.
I was just making a tweet that we got taken for a magic carpet ride, but we're back.
Yep, I'm going to get this out in the tg groups real quick the old the tweeter has been acting a little ruggy lately they need to just beef up their
servers or something something doesn't well i think i think it was on my end i think it was on my end oh well i think my page timed out ah tree gens you're not grow hosting what
the heck the grossest with the mostest come on back
Okay, I also have to jump into a quick audio check for the podcast that I'll be joining part of the way through the concert.
You do that, bro.
Jimmy, tree gens.
Jim, Jim, Jim.
Okay, I'm going to come back from Jimmy and repost there real quick.
I only got one device.
Okay, one sec, one sec.
No worries.
Gertod, Gertod.
Gertod, Gertod.
All right, let's get this out.
We got a concert to prepare for.
Let's fill up the space.
Let's get it out on our networks.
Head up all your private chat groups,
all your TG groups.
Let's grow.
Thought we had six for let's grow down.
OK, let's go down.
Core stewards community.
Oh, I got five.
Boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop, boop.
Boop, boop, boop, boop, boop.
Man, I got to put out that new link.
All right.
Put out the new link in my cta
oh oh wait i can't do that oh man i gotta get will t in here
Why are we so quiet?
Can you hear me?
Can you hear me?
Okay, shifting earbuds.
Oh, good. Awesome. Jimmy, what's going on with you?
Collect the mic.
Jimmy? Jimmy, Jimmy.
Man, he's struggling hard.
Right, let me take the new link, put it in my CTA, inviting the musician fam in here. There we go all right tree gens calm down dude geez I'm just messing.
Zen DJ, and I hope you find this humorous.
GMGM, feel free to grow host me.
Can you hear me, Will T?
All right, sweet.
Send that grow host, please, broski.
And let's get this thing stabilized.
Okay, sweet.
Guess what I had for lunch today.
Did you have a lemon drizzle cake?
Was it a bagel with a croissant wedged in the middle?
Wait, what was that?
Was it a... Bagel with croissant in the middle.
You never tried it?
I never tried a big croissant.
You're not living life.
A croissant bagel.
It's how we do.
It's how we do.
Back in Paris, where you attack bagelel you say not enough you try to be
enough bread missing in the middle you put problem solved that's not like problem solved when i wasn't
eating healthy is a present from the inside hey tree gents so when i wasn't eating healthy i had
some friends that would have burgers but instead of a burger bun, they would put their burger with all kinds of cheddar cheese and bacon in the middle of a glazed donut.
That's madness.
They had a fast food for a while at one of those.
It was like KFC or something or somewhere that was fried chicken
between two donuts. Like that literally was being sold to people as food. Um, I never tried one.
I had a friend that tried one. I've eaten plenty of donuts and fried chicken, uh, apart, but never
sandwiched a piece of chicken between two donuts before. What a world.
So now I got to reshare back out of my DM groups,
the new link since we rugged.
Yeah, I think my page just timed out on my PC
is what happened.
The old timey outskis.
Time skis outskirts.
Yeah. I should have just been the backup till
the end of the ceremony. That would have been wise. Because we're going to go straight from
ceremony to closing spaces. So in an ideal world. Oh yeah, ceremony's gonna be everyone, yeah, that's fine.
This is fine. Everyone grow to the comments, bottom right, max engage, tag somebody,
so that they get back in here.
We just got riggedy-rugged.
This is a quote, tweet, and a comment here on
the Twitter X also
with a new link to this room. So
hopefully people start growing
over and, you know,
I got my audio
video test done for the podcast
so I'm good. I'm here to chill
till three o'clock.
Three o'clock. Then I gotta jump over
and do the other
oh let me send the new link to jose hold on
yeah that'd be important right okay i'm gonna put this in steele's group two for spatial
i'll put this in steele's group two for spatial let's see okay so and i'm gonna put it in the mob
musicians on blockchain
boom i think that's it i got um ascended to tricky so he can put out the signal just do quantum tribe
so he can put out the signal.
Just do quanta tribe.
So I got one, two, three, four, five, six,
seven musician DM groups that I'm a part of on X.
There we go.
Wow, you know a lot of musicians, my guy.
Yeah, I do.
Well, back in 2022. Wow, wow, a lot of musicians, my guy. Yeah, I do. Well, back in 2022.
Wow, wow, we won.
I said, wow, wow, we won.
Well, back in 2022, when I was doing research for Kingfisher's Corner, right,
we had a whole week where we highlighted musicians.
We had a whole week where we highlighted musicians.
So, Nessie, what's up, Romy?
That's awesome.
That's pretty cool.
I voted on your questionnaire.
Yeah, or the company one for the uh logis
okay pasta i'm not understanding wasn't uh wasn't there a tweet maybe it was somebody else i thought
it was from um let me look back here i've been moving at kind of breakneck speed today so
no worries all good all good. Nessie, welcome.
Yo, how's it going, Will?
Going great.
We are winding down Gitcoin Grants 23 with an Impact concert by Jose and Easy in about 15-ish minutes.
Okay, nice. Nice.
Great to have you here.
Yeah, let all the fam know to come through if they're able.
There's Yamaza.
Oh! Woo-woo!
Yeah, it's super casual.
We're just going to hang out, have fun, play a few tunes,
and kind of close it out with a bang.
And Yamaha's adept.
So just to set the tone so everyone's aware as the musicians start gravitating in here at
let's grow down we do have a code of conduct and basically primarily it's about respect but we also like to keep the programming uh as clean as possible but we do understand that a universal language that's common around the globe
is the language of explicatives. Explicatives. That's how you say it.
You know, sometimes you might sneak in a little expletive in a musical act. But yeah, I agree.
Keeping it open for the kiddos is always good
when we're talking about Let's Grow.
Tree Gens, I don't know what your problem is.
You're stuck, so I'm trying to bring you back up.
Are you good now?
Don't know what your problem is, bro.
Get with the flow. okay tree gens is good
looks like there we grow welcome back
thank you good sir yeah this app is acting up. Sorry.
Jude, do a power cycle on your device?
No, the app just keeps quitting.
All right, I got to get this other earbud on my other device so I can sift out any background noise all right there we grow we are good to grow good to grow good to grow. We are good to grow. Good to grow.
Good to grow.
Good to grow.
So we're going to run this until 6.30 Eastern.
At 6.30 Eastern, we will rug the space.
And we will grow over to the Gitcoin space.
Have you seen a signal from them yet, Jimmy?
Jimmy, Jimmy?
I thought I saw it in TG, so let me see if I can find it on platform.
Everybody knows where we're growing. Oh yeah, there we go.
is it silent in here or is it just me ruggy um i'm not silent are you
oh no i'm making the noise no i was just wondering if i was still connected because
i didn't hear anybody yeah you're connected you're connected you're connected. You're connected. You're connected. Okay. So in 12 minutes, we're going to turn the show over to Easy Encrypto and Jose Cabrera for our pop-up impact concert. So hopefully we can get a lot of the musicians in Web3 to come through, participate, have a good time. Close this out at 630 Eastern.
Jim, Jim, Jim.
Jim, Jim, Jim.
And then I've already planted in our garden
where we're growing next.
So when we close this space,
we will be growing to the Gitcoin closing space.
Oh, my God. I was in the wrong line again. Oh my god I just realized
I was in the wrong line again you guys
I must be so out of it
What the hell
I could have sworn
It said eight
Twice in the wrong line
This lady's like you're gonna need a visa
And I'm like what Uh yeah That was the wrong place. This lady's like, you're going to need a visa. And I'm like, what?
Yeah, that was
the wrong line. Okay, the good thing this is
a short line.
So here we grow. Here we go.
We're back. We're back.
Back in action. I'm standing
for a very long time with absolutely no reason.
The reason I couldn't respond will be
asking a question. The lady was holding my phone
looking at the itinerary.
Here we grow. You're good to grow,
Welcome, HydroPad. Welcome,
good to grow.
We are good to grow. We just got
rigged in your room, so we need everybody to
do the thing. Bottom
right, max engage.
Yep. Engage to the maximum. Welcome, JT3. Artist right. Max engage. Yep. Welcome.
Engage to the maximum.
Welcome, JT3. Artist, musician, collector.
Bitcoin mortals.
We're going to have open, you know, we're going to have this be pretty open for anyone that wants to come up and perform.
We're at T-minus, 10 minutes. I'm waiting for Jose, my co-host, and Felens, who also co-hosts a lot of stuff with me.
He is our musician who generally sets the stage for these Impact concerts, so they should be on their way and growing in any minute.
Let's go, let's go, let's go, Let's go.
And in honor of Matthew Bondstetter and Tricky Buddha, I'm going to be pouring me a little sippy sip of Hornitas Plata.
Hornitas Plata. plata let's grow man hey uh speak of the angel matthew is back
i'm just realizing i'm speaking a little loud for public people are staring i love it
that never happens to you does it i've hosted so many shows from like in lines at airports or like
on the steps of like a you know conference or like just so many public places where people
look at you and you're like what i'm just like coordinating like 20 people and hosting a show
while i'm like in line for my coffee or whatever it's it's hilarious
yeah that's great well I haven't had any
alcohol. I actually haven't drank that much alcohol in many months, but I do have a couple
little bottles of alcohol and I did make my own rakia and the village president made 16 liters
and it cost me $10. And I handpicked every one and cleaned it,
added no sugar.
So it was very natural, very organic.
And yeah, you can legally make your own alcohol here
and buy stills and do it.
You can't sell it legally
if you're doing it just from your home.
You have to do it as a business.
I've got a friend in Northern California
that's been making
natural wine for many years. He actually went over to Francia and studied there and then came
back and started up a business. And I've helped with everything from going up to pick the grapes
to all the way through bottling and like dip in the hot wax, corking. And it's a really cool
process to kind of learn and be involved with.
It's been a while since then. My neighbor right next to me, he's got the house above me. He's got
two vineyards and he just added another one about three years ago. And he has like, I don't know,
maybe five or six big vats. And he's got like a little bar area down below he's he's probably a millionaire he owns
a really nice property he's 70 years old um and he's still working he's got a tractor and does
stuff and uh and yeah they you know then i went to a bee museum and they actually um were doing
bees and honey um and then also wine for over 300 years.
They lost a little bit during some of the wars, whatever, but then the family got it back.
But it's a great bee museum.
Yeah, I'm a big fan of natural, organic, raw honey.
And I mean, honey is an amazing product as well.
I mean, nature.
I mean, the more you understand nature and what it can do for us, the more you got to be excited about the chances that we have to unfluck ourselves.
Because right now we're pretty plucked up because the flucking leaders that are just into wealth and money and power and a good old boy network has been flucking us for thousands of years.
Now it's time for us to be the solution and be more peaceful about it, is my opinion.
Because if we spend, you know,
our time on hate, negativity, judgment,
we're not going to get what we want.
But if we come together, listen to one another,
support one another, donate, groanate,
you know, like, retweet, comment,
and find your place, find your communities.
And if you're new, you're young, you're struggling,
ask for help.
I'm 60 years old. I'm a life coach. I'm a business consultant. I consult with people
for free and have for 25 years. I don't charge anyone for life coaching. Don't charge anyone
for consulting if you're a good person. If you're fucked up or you're a billionaire and you're
fucked up, I will charge your ass money. But if you're a cool person and you're part of the
solution, I will give you my love, my time, my energy, my skills, my knowledge, my coaching, my life coaching, and point you to
experts who know more than me. That's amazing, Matthew. By the way, shout out to the musicians
making their way. I pass out some microphones. So I see Jigsaw.
I see JT3.
I see Felons.
All you guys got to do is pick up those mics.
And let's jam for an hour in about five minutes.
Pick up the mic, pick up the mic, mic, mic.
Pick up the mic, pick up the mic, mic, mic.
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.
Grogle bells, grogle bells.
Yeah, that's good. I like that.
I'm still waiting for Jose.
He might be having, you know, VPN issues or something, but he should be in here.
I hope just in time to kick this off.
What's going on, Jigsaw?
Hello. You said musicians should come in, and I have a few moments here before I have to go get my kids.
If y'all want to hear a song or something.
Let's have a pre-concert song.
Go for it.
Warm us up.
Pre-party.
Going down right now.
Hell yeah.
Let me just boot up my computer.
I suppose I could introduce myself.
I'm Jigsaw, or I used to go by General Beans,
but my actual name is McKay Voiles.
I'm a cinematic flow composer.
I make music that, well, you've never heard music like mine, I can promise you that much.
It's very, very unique, and I'm very proud of it.
And yeah, I've got this piece that I worked on with a friend of mine.
She floats around the space.
She goes by, she calls herself Ghosty or dj ghosty and uh she supplied
some vocals to this track um but i think this track is a particularly cool uh it's like a nice
blend of kind of dancey meets uh my style i guess i don't know i'll let the music do the talking
here we go this is called Take a Flight. Thank you. you Oh Oh Oh The Thank you. Thanks for listening.
That was epic.
Quite an intro.
Thank you, Jigsaw.
I've seen you around the space for quite a while
in a lot of spots.
Give Jigsaw a follow
and let's all support each other. We are just kicking off
a very impromptu pop-up Impact Concert. It's actually our first pop-up too. We did our first
Impact Concert in the spaces and we're doing our first pop-up now. Felons, request a mic or get up
there unless my Twitter might be odd and I might not see all the speakers. Oh, Jose Cabrera in the house.
I am here.
I am here.
Thanks for coming through,
I know you got a lot growing on in your life in the background.
just send out the signal,
activate the network,
let the musicians know we're here for the next hour.
Jamming. Oh yeah. Appreciate the time too. Thanks man. I appreciate it. the signal activate the network let the musicians know we're here for the next hour jamming oh yeah
appreciate the time too thanks man i appreciate it much love let's throw uh my grow host and uh
uh my my my my my my man i already did i already sent him a mic i already handed him a mic he just
has to pick it up pick it up jose he might be having a little lag coming from venezuela through uh the digital
uh breaking down of walls with a vpn so we will have uh jose cabrero the one and only
venezuelan connection the goat up on stage very soon and uh i think what i might do uh as is our
tradition to kick these off felons would you like to set the stage good Good sir. Let's do this. And that's what it's called, setting the stage. Thank you. Music guitar solo Thank you. Music Woohoo!
That was rocking and that's how we do it.
The stage is now set, my good people.
I want to shout out Let's Grow Live.
Raging applause from all the audience. Look at that. I want to shout out Let's Grow Live. I want
to shout out Gitcoin. I want to shout out all the amazing people that have come through this
space over the last couple of weeks, the Grow hosts that keep it growing. Just been an incredible experience.
I myself have met many wonderful people, been connected to new tech, new platforms, new
projects, new protocols.
And that's how we grow.
We grow together.
And, you know, love to hear the conversations, the amazing grow-munication that's been going
down here.
I've also stacked my wallet with making up a few vocabularies.
Good thing I got the pass.
And so, yeah, you can participate too,
making up vocabulary words.
It's a lot of fun.
You can also, I believe,
get some treeish tokens by touching tree
and tagging that in a post over here
with a little hash tag.
And if we have Jose Cabrera on stage,
because my twitter is probably
acting weird i would welcome him to jump on the mic we have been hosting these hello
concerts woohoo he's here take it away hi easy do you hear me do you hear me good yes good copy
good copy my friend do you hear this chord oh yeah kick it off with a song. Let's do that and then we could talk a little this is a little different
Usually we have a project and then we're just gonna throw with the flow
A veces dorme y garroquía o león
That's how we grow with the flow. Woo!
That's how we grow with the flow.
My amazing co-host and co-founder of the Impact Concerts,
Jose Cabrera and his partner, Vanessa.
Incredible.
Just so much talent, so much love, so much passion.
A quick little bit about the Impact Concerts. We started these just very organically with the idea for a fundraiser to get Jose out into the Amazon to connect with the Watuja tribe about five years ago.
They're starting to pick up steam recently. We even just started a little giveth. I actually posted a little tweet with the link up there if anybody wants to groanate a little to us.
if anybody wants to groanate a little to us.
Over these last five years,
we've just been working from a place of passion,
groanating to the projects that come and speak out of pocket
and trying to pay our musicians as often as we can afford it.
So if you do groanate a little, that's what it goes toward.
It goes towards paying the musicians to play at the Impact concert.
It goes towards groanating to the amazing projects that speak.
And we're just excited to be meeting up with new people and and expanding and we've got a few impact concerts coming up soon if you keep an
eye out on the socials you will see them any any good words from you Jose or from
our other grow hosts here before we bring up get into some more music raise
your hand if you want to come sing a song play a song a whistle Dixie poetry
how was I was it that's my question it was great it was actually really really Play a song. Whistle Dixie. How was audio? Poetry.
How was audio?
That's my question.
It was great.
It was actually really, really good for a Twitter spaces.
I was blown away.
It sounded beautiful.
Nice to know, guys.
Yeah, just warming up things.
I see Will here.
Rising the hand.
Buenas noches, amigo. Eh, pal, buenas noches amigo
oh amazing you guys let me tell you out of all the let's grow live iterations this is going to go down as the best yet right because the value add that you guys have brought
to this space you know what this reminds me of i don't know how many people in this room have
this shared perspective but i'm a gen x-er and i'm proud to be a gen x-er i'm a child of the 70s
and a product of the 80s that being said one of the greatest things that happened during that
time period in the late 80s and the early 90s is when musicians would rally around a cause and throw just a massive, massive concert, a benefit concert, they were called, a fundraising concert.
And a lot of it was it went deeper than the money that was raised.
Well, well, that was a great effort that was accomplished.
It went about awareness, it went about
awareness. It went about exposure. Those were the themes, right? To highlight a specific societal
epidemic in some cases, right? That we can make a difference with. And this
really is reminiscent of that. So you thank you thank you deeply grateful
good for you guys to be here and appreciative um yeah on behalf of tree dents he's traveling he's
in route right now um but and getting ready to board a plane but what i will say on behalf of
him you guys have made this let's grow live absolutely epic and we're grateful to have you
much love i uh i want to add there what what we'll say about about music and crowdfunding
i i jumped into that rabbit hole when i was studying audio and woodstock
whole when I was studying audio and Woodstock impressed me when I connected with that information
and then when I reached to Web3 something I have been telling to EC and to the guys is like
like we should do Woodstock but Blockstock and the idea would be to have a template funding concert to put into different regions and
be able to invite indigenous communities playing ancestral chants and I think
that that will be like the next evolution point of music with festivals
like blockstock or the fractal events like music going around the world not like superstars
more like neighbor musicians i think like we can reach more people or we can have more meaning
into the day i don't know i just i just think it's different and that we should definitely
experiment with that and i i just i just loved what you said will thank you so much for for
sharing and for caring.
Absolutely. And if we're looking to tap into indigenous communities, we have some Latin American leaders in here in their local communities that have those connections.
One I want to highlight right now that shared some ancestral indigenous vibes with us.
I think it was like two or three iterations ago. And that's Ceci
Sakura from Bolivia. And she is very much in tune with what is going on. You know what,
guys, the Grove Police are not here except for me. I'm going to say we don't need to be wary
or on our toes about our grocabulary right now for the sake of conversation. But yeah, Cessie is
one you should definitely lean into
for that type of effort.
Yes, we are actually planting the seeds
for possibly July.
Cessie, Cessie.
Hook up, Jose and Cessie.
Cessie is amazing.
We're planting the seeds for July
2026, around thereabouts
for an impact festival or a block stock.
So we're just going to try and make it happen.
And, you know, it's been incredible here.
Me and Jose just got out of a call earlier today, right before I found out we were going to try and throw this little pop-up with,
I'm blanking on his name, from Normie Tech and hooking up with Jose to reach a bunch of people down in Venezuela.
The technology is amazing.
Just one, two, three, easy peasy.
You can send somebody from like your bank account or a PayPal into USDC, into their wallet on Arbitrum.
I was blown away.
So, you know, making these connections only because i was here in the let's grow live space
and then helping to connect people it's been so valuable so uh you know it's an honor to be able
to be here and to be able to bring in some more music vibes and i just i'm blown away my heart is
warmed uh by the by the community here and uh let's grow anybody else want to throw down a song
or jump up and make a comment? This is pretty casual.
Definitely down for music.
Just let me know.
I'm down to have more chat going, so I don't want to jump and just play.
But yeah, welcome to open your mic and share.
Let's do maybe, Jose, throw down one more song while we're waiting for people to request mics and jump up into the conversation.
Sure, but I see that Feliz opened his mic,
so I want to know, Feliz,
do you have your guitar already set?
Oh, I'm ready anytime.
Take it away.
Take it away. Okay.
All right, well, let's turn some pages. do
do Music Thank you. do
do nice job fellas we also got a jt3.sats up on the stage.
Easy, just so you know.
I know your visibility is limited.
I just want to give everybody who's joining for the first time a little rundown about Let's Grow DAO and what we're all about.
So we are a DAO that is founded by nine co-founders.
that is founded by nine co-founders.
Our emphasis, our mission is to grow
the regenerative communities
and the regenerative finance communities,
also known as public goods.
These are communities that are making an impact
either locally boots on the ground
in their own native communities
from a focus of environmental impact, social impact, societal impact, or economic impact.
A lot of the people in our network that are part of this DAO but part of the public good space work tirelessly to amplify that impact.
So that's our mission.
That's what we're about.
This is the seventh iteration of Let's Grow Live.
This is the second impact concert we've had this go round,
which I'm very excited about.
And yeah, let's grow.
Let's grow the good vibes in Web3 and prove to other aspects of Web3,
I don't know, what are you going to call it, the holistic, the humanitarian, right?
The wholesome side of Web3 and what we can accomplish collectively as a community.
Let's grow.
Let's grow.
We can only do it together.
So, yeah, great, great info, Will. Thank you very much.
And just to let everybody know, I do have to jump out in like eight or nine minutes. I do have some responsibilities to host on another podcast, but you will be in amazing hands with Jose and with
Will T, with the Tree Gents Grow hosts, with Felon. So I'm still here. Stick around.
I'll let you know.
I'll probably pop down to listener so I can get the volume down,
and then I'll be back as soon as I'm done with that one.
Sounds good.
Sounds good.
Sorry, you say music?
I want to hear from JT3.
I want to see if JT3 has something queued up.
And I see Refi Tulum with a hand up, too.
Let's grow.
Whoever wants to jump up.
I just wanted to know if there was a link somewhere to all of this amazing music that we could follow.
So we actually, here in Tulum, very shortly, in about 40 minutes,
people are going to start showing up and we're going to start tricking our bikes out because
we've got a Refi Tulum vibe ride happening. We're going to be going through the streets of Tulum.
It'll be like a Burning Man meets Critical Mass little event event here we've got lights we're going to check
out our bikes and we're going to go to um around town hit like some spots that need to have a
little bit of a cleanup and yeah just have like a good vibe ride through tulum with our community
some good clean fun getting some exercise and we would love some good tunes to vibe with our ride if that
is something that is available i know that that's like maybe like a tall ask in such a short period
of time but that would be pretty awesome if we could have some fun fun tunes to like you know
just like really like get us excited to ride, to clean, to, you know, be active with
our community. You know, that gives me a great idea to make a playlist somewhere of the people
that have performed at Impact Concerts right now. This is kind of our first venture into home
basing in X's. We always stream to X, but also YouTube. And previously, we've always been
in kind of our home Discord,
which is the Token Smart Discord.
That's discord slash gg.nft.
If you go to the Token Smart YouTube,
all the previous Impact concerts
should be up there.
Of course, it's music interspined
with speakers of public goods projects.
But that is a great idea to try and wrangle the musicians
from these Impact concerts into some sort of playlist.
So thank you for the epic idea.
We will start working on that.
I also can DM to the Refight to Loom account
a couple of links of NFTs I have made
that you can play and reproduce, a couple of them in sound that's why I
see that um they are just like like they want you here today like microphone and guitar and I also
have another song called calma calm on in on english and it's a 42 hertz song all my music
is on 42 hertz so it's actually music to calib. All my music is on 42 Hertz.
So it's actually music to calibrate
the energetic centers in the body.
So if you are doing yoga
or if you are doing any type of meditation,
it's encouraged like to listen to.
And I'm happy to share the music.
I have little songs on chain.
I love to write songs and I have little songs on chain. I love to write songs
and I have many, but I love
to perform them live
on the spaces and live
shows, especially on Discord. Sound is better,
but I'm happy that DC told me
that audio is coming good.
So, yeah, I'm going to DM
you in a minute with the links.
Refit Tulum, right?
Refit Tulum. Yeah, yeah. Shoot those over to Refit the links. Refight to Loom, right? Refight to Loom.
Yeah, yeah.
Shoot those over to Refight to Loom.
We need to get Jose minting even more of his songs and get them out there because he has a great repertoire
of so many amazing songs.
And yes, the 432 Hertz is the old way of doing music
before they went all digital and crazy
and kind of disconnected us from our souls a bit.
But so we got to get back to that.
And I see J3, were you wanting me to perform?
Or Will, if you see anybody with hands up,
because I'm kind of stuck with the same issue as before.
I don't see all the speakers.
Well, we know you have to grow to a podcast.
Are you ready for your ride?
I'm here for a few more minutes.
I'll take this on a ride.
What's up, J3? I'm just for a few more minutes. I'll take this on a ride. What's up, JT?
I'm just doing some work and listening.
I don't have any good...
You know, my band song or something like that. But, you know, like I said, I think your audio is cutting out a little bit there
with the receptions, or is that just me?
I was switching around, but I also heard a little cutout.
Nah, mate.
Please look for better reception. We'll be able to find a couple cutout. Nah mate, please look for better reception. Hug the router.
We're able to find a couple more bars.
Hug the router.
Couple more bars.
While we do that, Jose, Jose why don't you play us one while JT3 is getting
connected a little bit stronger.
Sure thing.
Chibi! Chibi!
You want to play a song?
Okay, we are going to come with a cover.
Let's party.
Ahora que he vuelto so bien, so bien, so bien Let's grow! Keep away from foam on hold goodbye!
And we've got Vanessa on the house.
Ahora que vuelto a sorrir I'm live on the other podcast. I'll be back later. Keep it growing, fam. I love you all. Let's make the world better. so nice let's grow easy and jose together man this rare treat guys
that's amazing jose who are you with right now I'm here
with my wife Vanessa Hill she's also web3 native we are always doing
everything together but yeah she she wants to be more active in the front
side of things and start creating more content she She has an amazing voice.
She's the one that helps me to get my feet on the ground and understand grammar and correct me if I say she when it's a he
or he when it's a she.
So props to her.
Consistency.
And it has worked out. I get better and better in the English. And yeah, we do
music together. Right now she received a package of them because all our friends wants them and we want to do workshops with them
and if everything goes good maybe they will get to web3 to our friends doing music with
these instruments we don't know let's see whether we are enjoying life and and yeah
vibing with music I love it brother that was that was incredible that was really really cool
amazing amazing tunes I'm so glad that we are culminating our spaces in this way
that was absolutely phenomenal I see we've got Stella up here on stage. Is Stella here for the vibes or is this a surprise performance we don't know about?
Oh, hello.
Hey, what's up, guys?
No, again, I was put in for, I think, stewarding today at 5 p.m. my time.
So this is why I'm here.
Do you need me to use the delegate account?
Nope. Okay. here. Do you need me to use the delegate account?
Nope. Okay.
Well, then I guess he's got it.
I guess he's got it.
Yeah, here for the vibes.
What a great final
hosting slot. You get to be
here for the closing ceremony.
That's amazing.
Well, I love this music.
Jose and wife.
The other musician looked like we got rugs.
So if you're able to keep it rolling, we'd love to hear another.
And just to say, everybody give some love to the Flows.
The Flows need your support.
We love nouns.
I'm wearing noggles right now on the other podcast.
Peace out.
Going back down.
Love y'all.
Keep it going.
We love Flows.
Flows are good.
Yeah, keep it going.
Nounish vibe.
Keep the Flows going. Yeah, hold the vibe, actually.
Hold the vibe.
There's a way to get gas from musicians these days, and it's almost set to be done.
Well, I can do music, but I think that Phelan's is also here, right?
It's all good.
I'm here, if you can hear me
Oh yeah yeah yeah
Jose can you hear me
Yes I can hear you

do Music do
do Music guitar solo Words no longer matter.
Hey, really great to be able to participate and contribute.
Such great projects through the week to hear everything.
So congratulations for everybody everybody keep up the good
work great to be here let's grow police that is mad talent you got there go ahead we'll see
yeah uh wow i mean what a what a surprise for you, Stella and Angela, to come into this and, you know, an impromptu pop-up concert during your hosting slot.
And yeah, we hope you're enjoying it. One thing I want to say about the independent musician community on Web3, right?
It is a vibe. And when you tap in with the musician, because one thing Web2 does not offer them is visibility into their communities, right?
In most cases.
I'm not saying it's 100% true, but in most cases, they don't know who's listening to their music.
They don't know who appreciates what they do.
They don't know who is probably going to be the next person that's
going to support them that you know gets them there and gets them their next um their next
gig i've always been a big fan of live music i appreciate live music this is totally a vibe
i also say in the independent musician community in Web3, a lot of them are finding great resonance with what we're doing and having connectivity to Web3.
I'm very blessed. And Jimmy was kind of amazed when we were promoting this.
He's like, wow, will you put it in seven DM chat groups on X for Web3 musicians?
I'm like, yeah, yeah, I did.
Yeah, I did. But one of the honors of being a music collector in Web3 is oftentimes those creators, those musicians, I mean, they at the end of the day, they just want to make great music, right? That's their passion. They just want their art to be appreciated and recognized.
quite a few Web3 musician communities.
And one of the benefits of that is that I get to participate in consistent
concerts, private concerts, that these Web3 musicians are hosting.
So I would say, hey, you know, get in with some Web3 musicians,
join their communities.
Most of them right now, especially with the recent market downturn,
are affordable to most budgets.
And you're going to have a great experience.
And this is outside of the public goods ecosystem and the region communities.
That is another aspect of Web3 that I resonate with strongly.
So let's grow.
Let's grow, Will T. Big k for uh helping get some musicians in here i want to recognize we got
angela in the house as well welcome angela let's grow let's grow hello hello are you a musician
i'm here for the vibes i'm so here for the vibes
okay okay great the vibes. Okay.
The vibes are fantastic.
It's great to have you here.
Helping bring the vibes.
Hold on to the vibes as Jose says.
You know how we have a saying in Bitcoin?
You know how the saying is?
People come for the...
You mean front of saying?
People come for the funny, but stay for the community, right? Yes, come for the funds. Stay for the You mean front of saying? People come for the funny but stay for the community
Stay for the community
I think the saying for LGL growing forward
Is going to be
I came for the community
And I stayed for the vibes
Stayed for the vibes
I love it Yeah you did come for the vibes I love it
Yeah you did come from the community
Not in the round
You're here for the community my friend
And those vibes will resonate
Throughout the next quarter
Until the next GG
And the next LGL
We're gonna be growing live
Even greater
In two and a half months
And we're gonna have a whole lot of planning Now that we know what's possible That we can have concerts here Going to be growing live even greater in two and a half months.
And we're going to have a whole lot of planning. Now that we know what's possible, that we can have concerts here, we're going to be growing live in a big way.
All right.
Jose is back up on stage.
I just want to set the stage real quick too so everybody knows what's going on.
So in 18 minutes, we are shutting this space down.
So in 18 minutes, we are shutting the space down.
There is a post planted in our garden of where we're going, where we're growing.
We're going to be growing over to the Gitcoin closing ceremony space.
We are going to be activating the Shillivator.
If you have not been part of the Shillivator yet, this is our way of Let's Grow Down, giving back to the community and supporting you and your grants.
So get in early, request that mic, get up on stage.
We have probably, I don't know, room for about 20, 25 more projects to add to our cart before we deploy it for GetCoin Grants season 23.
play it for get coin grant season 23.
let's freaking grow all right jose take it away
hahaha uh we are thinking what do we do what do we do? What do we do here?
And then we got that introduction and it's like, oh my God, oh my God, why don't we play?
I was spending time here talking this while I would think, and I think that I found a song.
Yes.
Diminutas florecitas
Que cantan esta canción
Y la unión
De todo está la misión
Madre tierra, padre sol
This is your flower and it's not far away, I just have to feel it, and it's here in my
heart, walking by the light.
That is a cover.
I'm happy to share music.
Keep away from foam and hold the vibe.
Music with so much love.
Jimmy, Jimmy, you keep clipping your mic, bro.
I think he's just busy with his soundboard.
But he's so excited.
I can't blame him.
Yeah, I was doing soundboards.
Is the mic always open when you do soundboards?
Then it's open.
Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep.
Well, what is what is someone is one of the few Spanish words that I understand?
It is the heart, right?
From the heart.
It's clear that you have a lot of heart in your music and it is great to have you here.
A lovely couple spread in love with the music from the heart.
We love it.
Thank you, Jose.
We appreciate you.
And Vanessa, let's keep growing and growing.
Much love.
Growing and growing.
Growing and growing.
Okay, should we do one more?
Are you able to?
Are we going back and forth here?

What a vibey.
Amazing way to culminate.
Waiting till this announcement's done.
Hey tree gents.
Hey tree gents.
Cross pollination.
Yeah I love the cross pollination.
Hey tree gents did you know something?
What's that? Mystic tree gents. Music you know something? No. What's that, Mystic Teejian?
Music is a public good.
Technologist.
Music is a public good.
Did you know that?
It is a public great.
It's a public great.
Digital Street Music.
Bards night.
The Bards were the first blockchain notes. Did you know that? Did you know The Bards were the first blockchain nodes.
Did you know that?
Did you know that Bards were the first data buses
curating what was cool,
what not was cool back then?
A couple of hundreds of years back?
What is this? Bards?
Bards, minstrels.
Storytellers that put their stories to music The town bard
A town bard
Blockchain notes
From the Pachamama
Yeah, it's basically a wandering minstrel
and those guys they tell the stories.
They're the ones that pass down the lore, especially, you know, the lore of battle.
They were always singing in the nasty taverns, talking about how somebody gored somebody's eyes out.
talking about how somebody gored somebody's eyes out.
You know, I'm sorry, no.
You know, I'm sorry, no.
Just the winnings, the joy, the celebration.
They're the ones passing the information
from one town to another.
Let's freaking grow.
The original public greats. The original public greats
The original
Public greats
Each and every one of you are public greats
You are great
And you're helping the public goods
And the region movement
The future is bright because of you guys
We're gonna blossom and bloom.
And grow all the good things.
And I'm really grateful to have spent this time with you guys.
And what a beautiful way to end.
We've never ended like this.
This is so cool.
We've never done an Impact concert on LGL before.
This is the seventh time we've done this.
But this one was extra, extra, extra, extra special.
You know what it usually is?
Thank you so much for coming to me.
You know what it usually is?
It usually is Jimmy with some music
queued up on his Rodecaster.
I love this.
This is much better.
natural evolution of doing the things
that you love.
You know what they say?
Like the law of attraction?
I do believe that if you say to yourself the narrative of the world that you want to live in,
you will find resonance in others.
That is a beautiful word that is yet physical, and yet you can feel in your heart, resonance.
And that's what is happening with web3 and this big merge of
the narrative of a web3 native or what a web3 neighbor is because somehow we are sharing better
than we share with our neighbors most of the time and that has to mean something
that's beautiful my friend that's beautiful
hey groset
groset cabrera
you got a new nickname
you got a new nickname you got a
grocabulary name now you're making them a
grocabulary word now. Are you making a more grocabulary word?
Yeah, it's specialized.
Grozé now.
I love it, dude.
Let's grow.
Grozé Goats.
Grozé Goats.
All right.
We might, and we just might might have time for one last song.
I don't know if that's a lot to ask, if it's in the realm of possibility,
but we got five more minutes until this space is closing down.
So has anybody got one more tune inside of them that they can unleash upon this space?
We have one we have uh uh share
this is this do you hear me knock knock one two three four five okay i'm going to cover
song with vanessa this cover is the little hummingbird that is the name of the song from
Natalia Lafourcade and we hope that you like it we say goodbye with this music Pajarito colibrí no tengas miedo de vivir
I'm happy to be happy. Let's grow, you will change and grow, which innocence grow, building people like to plant
the trees and grow, two or three and grow, make you eat that norm, society changes don't
happen that itself is wrong.
What you know about building a team, getting users on board in your way, wind up the station
and that's what i can't say
So no, we can take a break now.
It's our time to procrastinate and do it right now.
It's supposed to hate and the bad talk.
Let's collaborate and rock it out.
The future is black and green.
We make them all green.
So plant our trees in 17 seconds.
I drew this.
Tell me what you're excusing.
Let's grow.
Build a chain and grow. We hear the sense grow. Let's grow, ladies and gentlemen! Jose.
Let's grow, ladies and gentlemen.
All right.
Thank you so much for coming through.
That was amazing.
Let's grow.
Let's grow.
Let's grow.
All right.
Until next time, friends.
Thank you, Jose.
Thank you, EZ.
Thank you, everyone.
Thank you, felons.
Thank you to everybody that tapped in and tuned in.
We love you.
