today? Yeah, I mean, it's exciting when there's new chains, there's new ecosystems out there,
utilizing very fundamental things when it comes to crypto
and just Web3 as a whole.
So it gets me excited.
There's just something different about the last couple of days.
The Alpha Junkie stream the other day with Chris and Kenny and and kenny and suburban crypto was on there too
hearing what he had to say i mean there's just you know new inspirations left and right kenny
starting his own town server got in there got situated in the official g5 towns too so we're
just we're heading the right direction and it's just yeah there's there's so
many there's so many new opportunities out there and it's really just been fun to see a lot of you
guys just taking advantage of of opportunities out there getting creative exploring new things
like it's it's infectious for me at least so uh super uh, super proud of, of Kenny and Chris and, and just seeing
what's going on there. Like I said, it's, it's, it's sparking something in me where I'm just,
I'm thinking about new ideas that I haven't thought of before. And where I'm just kind of
like pushing myself out of, out of comfort. You know, that's the biggest thing I'm really been
not only just thinking about, but actually trying to do, you know, push myself out of the comfort zone, just like, you know, even just being on spaces
a couple of years ago, didn't want to do it. So maybe a little bit of a different answer here
than maybe expected, but I'm just, I'm fired up. I love to see what everybody's doing. Like I said,
it's infectious. It's contagious to me. And, you know, I hope that maybe I can be a spark for other people too, just like you
guys have, have been for me.
So yeah, just the way that we're, we're all tackling life head on and, and really applying
ourselves.
Like it's, it's, it's very stimulating.
Like it's, it's hard not to get fired up and, and to, you know, cheer for other people
to support them, you know, however we can.
Like, that's what it's about at the end of the day.

You just mentioned Maui.
So I actually have tasted his salsa, and I told him that I was going to be very, very,
I take this serious because hot sauce is kind of like in my blood um i love hot sauce with everything say what what percentage what percentage crypto empress what percentage are you uh salsa
like 99 of my kids have to have salsa like i seriously like if the doctor ever tells me I cannot eat salsa anymore, I just I will just call it a day.
You know, anything that I eat without salsa, my food doesn't taste good.
So I'm just kind of like a salsa girl.
So he you know, he was telling me about his project and I was like, all right, I'm going to critique you.
I'm going to tell you the truth.
And actually, when I tried it, it was so good. The mango,
it's really spicy. Also the pineapple one. So the pineapple one, I feel like it's a little bit
more hotter than the mango. But I have the whole collection already and I'm really proud of him
because you know what? This guy is a hardworking person.
I love that he does a lot of charities as well. And, you know, it's just important to kind of just help your friends and literally his vision.
I was kind of giving him feedback about, you know, hey, you know, we need to do the packages.
And it was nice to collaborate with
them. And now that I'm seeing that that's happening, and he's doing like the three,
like I just pinned it to the jumbotron, like that idea, it was something that I actually,
you know, I love watching Hot Wings. I don't know if you guys have been watching that show.
I really love the bomb. I literally forwarded to the bomb
because I want to see the people's reaction.
I have not tried the bomb yet,
but hubby says, you will not like it.
It's not that kind of the spicy that you like.
I was like, okay, then I won't.
But the fact that he, feedback from the community.
And seeing that he took my feedback, it's really awesome to see him kind of growing.
But definitely, guys, support good salsa.

this one i opened up i believe it's the mango the mango is so so good try the pineapple that will be

water lots of water um have you noticed that they're a little bit thicker like maybe it's
just me like are are these like are they thicker to you like in terms of consistency yes okay got
it okay just double checking and also guys keep in mind that he made what he makes the sauce is
not mass produced so when you do mass
produce you have to change obviously the the ingredients but this he goes literally the guy
goes to a freaking um place where he makes the salsas he rents out a a whole kitchen to do this
so you know like to me that that's like that's what I love about Salsa.
Like he definitely, you can see the hard work.
But yeah, if it's mass production, I believe it changes the game and the quality of Salsa.
This is why I'm like, continue doing what you're doing because I love it.

yeah, we found a new one this one's better they're
consistent on it the consistency on the sauce is is it's improving bro uh we gotta mess with the
ph levels make sure the the the spice is correct on the correct levels the taste the pineapple the
mango so all that comes in play when we're like ready to bottle it so i had like the ph levels
were like kind of messing with me on the last batch, but you're going to like this one.

I'd love for you to just talk a little bit about what you've been building,
about your ecosystem and share for those of us
that may not be as familiar with Hedera.
Yeah, yeah.
So I started building on Hedera 2020.
I came into Hedera. I launched a project, small NFT collections, just to mess around with the network. Because when I came into Hedera, there was no tools. NFTs were brand new. There was no minting tools. There was no marketplace. We barely had a wallet. So when all this was new on a new chain um i started exploring so i really didn't know what i was doing until like a
year in into nfts that's when i kind of shifted my mentality and it's like okay it's time to start
branding how am i going to brand this pro this project and how am i going to incorporate it
web2 because rooster cartel it's only limited so much right if you put that on a product in irl
some people might not take it right some people will just because of the word cartel but we found our audience it's uh it's been amazing and i started rooster salsa i was
like i need a web 2 business i need to find something that's gonna bring me income not just
for me but for the brand and reward the holders itself long term so that's when i came up with
rooster salsa brand today i talked to the artist like, hey, help me brand this business Web 2.
But kind of leave some of the Web 3 style on the logo.
That way our Web 3 community can know what we're doing with our Web 2 business.
So kind of came out with the logos that look similar.
But instead of Rooster Cartel, it stays Rooster Salsa.
That way, once we hit the shelves, people are going to recognize the name.
So that's kind of like the whole plan.

I put that on hold because it was burning my wallet.
And building on the bear market, on Hedera, there's not income coming in.
So I was like, okay, I'm going to put this on hold, focus on the salsa business because this is what's going to generate income.
So I thought about long term and uh we're here now thank god i shifted because if i wouldn't have shifted and did other things and talked to chris
vaughn crypto impress gave me all these branding tips all these hints i was like okay because i
was stuck when i met crypto impress we started talking she definitely helped a lot and yes that
three-pack did came from crypto impress her idea idea. And I was like, Hey, what'd you think about this? And she's like, let's fucking go.
And I'm here now. Hedera, it's a, it's not a blockchain is a hash graph. So the way I'm
going to be using the tech for the hotels business, I'm going to be using this mechanism
mechanism called Hedera consensus service. So everything's's on the public ledger. And I'll be
using that once we go commercial to the stores, I'll be using that to track inventory.
That's awesome. Crypto Empress, if you want to just hop into that conversation,
tell us a little bit about the experience from your perspective.
Yeah, of course. I just, you know, for me, like helping projects like to my friends, you know, like a lot of you guys have interacted with me and I always want my friends to win. Right. So obviously, like Maui came with the idea. I mean, I already had at this point the salsa. I'm like, hey, I love the salsas. We need to get you connected, like, in the real world. Like, I'm also trying to connect him with, like, my friends that own restaurants here in Orange County.
So it's just, you know, I told him he has something very special and definitely, like, something that I want to keep pushing him.
Like, hey, you got to do it.
You got to do it.
And I just love that, you know,
again, like I mentioned the feedback. You know, I even talked to Chris Vaughn, and I was telling
him about this. And he was really like, honest about it. And, you know, to me, it's like, when
I come to branding, I take branding so serious. I don't know why. But I just my whole life have
been about branding, branding. So Chris Vaughn, but I just, my whole life have been about branding,
branding. So Chris Vaughn, I feel like we have those things in common. Like if you guys go to
Chris Vaughn, he doesn't just put anything out. He, it has to make sense. It has to fit your brand.
He does a lot of my marketing too, as well. Like, so I always tell him, I always tell people like
he actually amplified my brand.
And, you know, I love that, you know, and I think when I came to about the website,
you know, that was another thing about the website.
And I was, you know, criticism is good sometimes when you know you say it in a good way and
and it comes from your heart obviously I want him to be successful and obviously that idea of the
it comes from your heart.
Obviously, I want him to be successful.
you know of the sauces three pack I'm like you need to sell more units and I do have I do come
from a retail perspective background for work I used to do retail for over 10 years I was in the
fashion industry as well so I think that's where all those things come from
but Maui's doing a phenomenal job and I'm just super proud of you like seriously super proud
and he's still onboarding he's always showing up for everyone and that speaks a lot to to me and
I always tell him whenever like we were supposed to get in a call
I know that we're both been busy but he has my direct line and I'm like dude call me um if you
ever need more feedback or anything like with my friends like that is no problem like I want to be
there to build their foundation and also see them succeed and it just makes me happy to see this
kind of work.
Like I know a lot of us are just grinding day and night.
And it's crazy that a lot of you guys
don't get to see this in the backend,
but producing anything in anything,
in the real life, in Web3,
it takes a lot of time and effort.
And sometimes we just need to learn how to be patient
and support your projects because
they are building sometimes there's things that we it's inedible like the market i mean
do we know that this is going to happen probably not do do we have a sense of it you probably but
it's just you know you got to support those who are really grinding so i just wanted to give you
your flowers maui continue. Your community is growing.
He has a chat with over 200 people in that chat,
and they're all very supportive.
So I'm just happy to be part of that community as well.

I just love having people together and just connecting them.

Last year.
A lot of people from the community, we gathered around.
Hedera sponsored the food, which was pretty cool.
We cooked a bunch of food for the homeless.
And yeah, from there we started and we made that into a nonprofit.
But that's like a whole separate project here in Web3.

just be careful um if you're going to cusco uh it's a safer. But if you go to the main city, always be cautious. Do not just talk
to randoms. I actually went to Peru in my 30th, like 30th birthday, and I had a great experience.
But I think the stories I was hearing from people just landing because it was cheaper to just go directly to Peru,
the main city, and then taking a train to Cusco.
Just be very cautious, especially for us women.
I did hear a couple of horror stories, but nothing to be worried about.
Just do not go in different scenarios that you're not used to or drink and leave your
drink there.
Just, you know, make sure that you're protecting your drink.
That's that's pretty much my advice.
But if you're going to Cusco, oh, my God, you're going to love it.
Just make sure that you do give yourself one day to just get the elevation kind of your
body kind of elevated because you will get kind of sick and short of breath.
So they did recommend it, once you go to Cusco, take the coca tea and go to sleep, and let your body adjust to that.
So just wanted to give you some pointers, because I have seen people ended up in the hospital,
because they just thought that going to Cusco and then directly started doing their trip.
It did not work.
People got really sick
and they thought they were having a heart attack.

It's like you're like better than TikToks
because I tried to find some TikToks about like Peru
and there are not so many.
And so I was hearing about like Cusco
and said you have to like take it a little bit easy so yeah now at least I have some like real person advice yeah I'm going
to Cusco first and then I wanted to go to Lima just like for a week but I think that yeah that's
it so but after Brazil like after I had like one hour walk in the center of Rio because I didn't
realize that it's the center and nobody goes there I I feel like, yeah, like I feel like I'm just lucky.
So hopefully, but yeah, now I will think about it every time I'm in a bar there.

so what I'm building,
I don't know.
I've been particular about,

I've been writing.

I hosted a huge space
that turned out, I mean, it turned out 1.1 thousand people standing in my head. That was unexpected. And then a lot of turnouts and then pretty much had a branch of my community, like a branch.
Now the support system is divided into two. The other branch is, you know, more like a brother
community. And of course, from that space, we gave birth to the community. And I've been at
the back channel trying to groom some people trying to grow up here in the Web3 space and
give them the chance to be bigger. I mean, not just bigger, just creators with an audience or,
you know, get people some of the engagement and interactions they desire for all of this, you know, good contents they put out there, right?
So, yeah, that's pretty much what I'm building on the back channel.
At the same time, writing educative content, looking for alphas,
doing the Web3 thing is just grinding, and nothing else, nothing other than that.
But, yeah, it's been awesome.
And, you know, what else should i add to this uh yeah of course i always keep supporting my people that's part of the game

moving too. She is also an AI bot. I always say this, KC is like an AI bot because she is everywhere.

And not only do you have, you know, those individual, you know, fan bases, but you may also have outside people looking into saying, wow, like, I didn't think that those people
would all work together to create, you know, an album or a song, whatever it might be.
And then again, you create something even bigger than, again,
just one person can create.
So love where your head space is at, too.
That's something I've been about since I've gotten in the space.

But that's, I mean, it sounds so much like what we're trying to do as well.

you know, John, you know, Peanut, you know, I'm loving Peanut, man. Peanut, as much as I get to
know him more and more every day, man, he's a very humble person. And all the people that are
really out there building for the longevity and that are trying to make good relationships, because you got to always remember, man, money is always going to come and money is always going to go.
But relationships, man, those things, those things could last forever if you put put the hard work and the effort, you know, and you build with some type of substance in them. So I just want to thank you guys for, you know, creating these platforms,
letting people just like myself and regular people come up and speak and speak their mind
and introduce each other, man. That's how we're going to grow in the space. And that's how we're

spaces at midnight EST pretty much throughout the week. So you want to stay locked in there and
just, you know, let, like go there and I let your cup get filled. That's how I feel about it. Like
I can go there and there they'll talk a little bit about, you know, maybe prayer, a little bit about religion,
God, and then someone else might share something they're going through. And then we might go back
to crypto. I know Gilly said this before, but I can't speak enough positivity about my new friend.
