Welcome to the live public trial Hoffman Martinson and Chow.
It is Tuesday, July the 8th, 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and 8 a.m. on the other side

I feel that this is a matter of necessity to do this, and I'm pretty nervous
doing it. Yet at the same time, it feels like the right thing to do. So just right up off the bat,
I do not believe that any of the three people named are directly trafficking children.

who are turning a blind eye to what's going on.

if CO2 really was destroying the world and taxing it and making regular people pay for it was a good thing, they'd be volunteering to do it, most likely, because the alternative is the world is being destroyed by CO2.
Alas, no.
So even in spite of the fact that carbon credits aren't even on DEXI, on CHIA's basically one exchange people use much.
There isn't any carbon on it whatsoever.
So that's completely a gene decision.
That is not someone trying to do good for the environment.
That's someone following orders, in my opinion anyway.
So the CO2 carbon credits link, that's linked to the junk bond scandal of the, I think it was the 80s, it may have been the early 90s, I'm not sure.
Whitney Webb talked about this.
She said that junk bonds was basically a fake bond that led to a massive amount of corruption.
and the same guy from, was it Bear Stearns?

was the same guy who came up with carbon credits.
So why is Gene promoting it or is it linked?

Our goals for this year haven't changed talking about
chia one non-carbon real world use case so that to me suggests the goal the point number one is
simply to put something in that isn't carbon based because people were complaining. So number one, it's not an actual use case.
It's just a non-carbon real world use case.
Number two, carbon offsets trading 24 seven.
Three, better on and off ramps.
Four, IPO ready.
2024 that was.
Okay, let's go through the list.
One, non-carbon real world use case,
didn't launch last year, hasn't launched this year. Carbon offsets trading 24-7. Two, there's no carbon credits on Dexia all a year later. Three, better on and off ramps. There's less on and off ramps now, I would say. A few have been taken away, and I don't think any have been added.

of 2021 it's almost like four it's four years later and now we don't have chia go into ipo it's
now permuto capital is going to and if permuto capital is successful
if permuto capital that gene owns does well if that does well and if that's profitable
maybe in the future a little bit will go on to chia and then chia's blockchain can do well as well
oh hell and he's a cypherpunk so're reliant on a new asset class that he owns,
a company he owns, being successful,
running through all the government, whatever,
and then hopefully that could lead to Chia IPO-ing in the future.
Well, that's a long way from let's IPO in 2021,
or as Gene said in 0.4 of his predictions last year,
to be IPO-ready last year.

All of Gene's predictions for last year are based on carbon or fluff.
There's not one thing on there about improving the world in a good way.
One, it could be something like link spoken voice applications to the Chia blockchain.
Two, expose child trafficking using the metadata in Chia.
Three, expose satanic
cults who's trafficked children to cause world wars four like have a cigar like you could have
one pretend one with that list but gene's got four things that are fluff and he's earning 400 grand
a year when he's already rich he's already loaded he's already richer than you he already owns a
boat he already the blah blah but wait for all this to happen which never happens it's inversion there is lies written
all over it it would with a team like chia with bram with with all the developers with the community
with you know there's i won't say their names in here but there's so many community members that
have they'd be ready to jump at the beck and call of something genuinely worthwhile or cool in cheer but alas we don't we
don't have anything at all and i don't think that is an accident that reeks of uh that reeks of
deliberate sabotage or deliberate control okay i've got a couple more points and then i'm going to close
it off so it was either introduced anthony scaramucci the mooch to gene now if that sounds
strange it should it shouldn't have been me it shouldn't be possible for someone like me
through email to set a meeting up with a top with the head of the skybridge capital and
salt conference in blockchain it shouldn't be possible that it's me that does it like why
can it not be gene that invites mooch to a space or why can gene not invite elon musk or why can
gene not bring people into the chia community he's not bringing anyone in apart from trent but
anyone in apart from Trent but when I did the space with the mooch last year
that something quite strange happened is it was all set up and it was like the
mooch introducing Gia with the mooch Scaramucci and Gene Hoffman and that's
pinned to the top of my Twitter profile if the mooch is in it for about 30
minutes an hour and then the rest of it is brilliant space but i set it all up i did it through the mooch in his secretary
i spoke to him on zoom once at his home set it all up anyway the day of the space
i get my first message off gene on twitter he He's never messaged me before. And in fact, for years has ignored me on Discord.
So Gene has ignored me on Keybase, Discord, Twitter.
He ignores probably 80% of my messages.
So if you ever hear, oh, send me a DM, well, hello at cheer.net,
it'll almost certainly end in being ignored at some point.
And I didn't talk about conspiracies back then.
That's a
relatively new thing, because time is of the essence. So on the morning of the Mooch space,
I got a message pop up on my Twitter from Gene. And he said something along the lines,
I could go back and read it properly. In fact, let me do that. It is a live trial after all.
Let me go and find what he exactly
said I can off the top of my head it was something like just to check is this
really happening as in the space with the mooch and he also said that let me
just scroll up to make sure I've got it so it's definitely the first time we
messaged on Twitter I I would think. Here we go.

So I set the space up.
And so Gene on the day said, so we had messaged before I've gone back in my
messages. He had messaged me before. This was not the first message. First message was about
five before I said, Anthony Scaramucci is interested in doing a Twitter space to learn
about cheer. Are you interested? And this is what Gene said. I can, but I also have an email
introduction into him as of last week. Also,
please make sure that it's not an imposter. So in spite of the fact it was me that set this up,
Gene still somehow managed to squeeze in that he had contacted him personally the week before by
coincidence. That's very strange. I mean, the mooch didn't say that he knew about that
so he went on to say how confident are you this is the mooch and then he said again in parallel
we got in touch with him too i don't know i don't think he did i think that's a lie i don't think
that gene got in contact with mooch the same week or two as me.
Well, actually, I had set it up for weeks or months before, but the week of the space.
I just remember at the time I thought, really?
You emailed the Mooch the same time as me?
I mean, he doesn't know you.
So, I mean, I knew that in the space.
I introduced them for the first time.

When I'd spoke to him later, he said, why does Chia's chart do that?
Because obviously it's a, what is it like a, is it called a reverse hockey stick?
Whatever it is, all it has done is crashed and dropped.
So the Mooch thinks something's off with it,
and that's why he's probably not been back.
But when Gene tried to claim credit for setting up the space with Oto,
I thought that was very strange.
Could be real, though.
I don't want to rule it out.
But it just felt like it was off.
And though I didn't suspect Gene was anything but a good actor then it just
stood out to me why lie why not just say well what awesome well done let's get in there but instead
he was trying to claim that somehow he had done it in parallel maybe he had though I mean let's
be fair it's possible he had emailed him I mean I don't know why someone like gene would have to email the mooch i mean
i guess i did so there's one reason but you'd think that someone at gene's level friends bosses
mark andresen peter tilly wouldn't have to do that so i'm calling i don't think gene
emailed him i think that was a lie to cover up the fact i set it up to try and control the narrative basically.
Okay, so I think that's all my key points. I'm going to leave it there. I'm not saying Gene is
guilty of anything per se, but turning a blind eye at some point, if we end up in a world war,
turning a blind eye, it's just whether you're wrong or not we're gonna get
screwed because alex cart peter till are absolute psychopaths and they're somehow linked to gene
and i'm not quite sure how so that's me so as far as martinson and chow i think they're just
maybe they're freemasons maybe they were born into it maybe their genes recruited

them are they guilty well $800,000 a year Thomas Chow gets from the pre-farm
every year brams on 400 grand same as gene exactly the same down to the dollar
suspicious and then Martinson is the like the new gene full of flowery language and
etc etc so guilt by association i'm calling those two out both absent today but i i just hope we
can move forward i hope that whoever's pulling the strings with this child trafficking can be
overthrown we don't have a world war and basically we can live in a world with a blockchain we're all proud of and live together and have a loving
happy life to achieve it i have chosen truth speech that's it if anyone wants to come up
please do otherwise i'm going to end and leave it short i'm willing if you're listening still
