To kind of kick us off and introduce the space,
we'll let a couple people pop in.
This is episode nine.
So Bonk intern and I talk to various Bonk ecosystem projects each week.

I don't know how many weeks that is, but three times a week times 25.

So my name is Hero. I'm 15 years old. I've been in the space since 2016 for quite a while.
I don't know how I'm here or got here but i really enjoy
being here um love doing these spaces i like i don't know why you guys want to listen to me still
but i think it's good to bring up various people from the bonk ecosystem i learn a lot every time
we do one of these and give myself more conviction into why i i have quite a bit of bonk tokens,
which new bonk tokens to purchase,
and genuinely just love connecting with new communities.

you know I love the Chinese community.
For some reason, I feel like the Chinese community is stronger than any other community,
even more than the Koreans, which are also pretty strong.
So today we're talking with Wang Chai, representing them as the Wang Chai official account,
and then Rocket Jack.
So this style is going to be more so kind of AMA.
We'll look at some comments too.
I like to see who reads the comments who has questions in the
comments itself but we're going to learn more about Wing Chai more about I don't know the
difference between Wing Chai and WeChat Doge if it's the same thing and one's in Chinese one's
not in Chinese so we'll learn about that there are looks on the Bonk ecosystem prod on Bonk
ecosystem overall which projects they have and like and then we'll cut it like the last 10-15 minutes
open mic to learn more about some of what bonk projects that you guys like we're starting or
what questions you want to ask Wingchai so Rocket can you hear me okay yeah of course

this space I had I had a couple of my Chinese friends say, you know Chinese? And I was like, not really. So I'm okay, though, if you want to take my questions and pivot it into Chinese as well for translation, if you have quite a bit of your community on too, if there's some overlap, whatever's better for you guys.

kick it off can you tell everyone a little bit about yourself, your background, how long you've maybe been
in the space, what you like, what you don't like, where you're headed, different things?
Yeah, basically, you can see my name is Rocky Jack, and I have been in crypto like three
years.
And yeah, I live in i live in uk so uh sometimes uh i think first time when i touch
with uh crypto is when i went to idihad stadium uh when i watched uh like man city
um like the competition there are games and I saw OKEx on their board.
So at that time, I stepped into crypto, and it's like three years ago.
So I like memes.
I like basically all the memes.
all the memes and but I sometimes I I don't like to touch BDC and ETH something like that because
at this period I I don't know those like like men talking very well so I I prefer memes. So I like, I love that story.
So the one thing I'm curious about, so VeChain back in 2017 was like super big.
And somehow they still have on like all the UFC things, it says VeChain.
So I'm curious how many people get into crypto from seeing like crypto.com or VeChain.
They probably don't know what VeChain is, but I think more and more people are getting into it.
So what's the first tokens you ever bought?
So it sounds like you like meme coins.
So back in a few years ago, what, 2021, 2022-ish, did you buy the top or did you buy the bottom?
Oh, I think when my first token is on ERC20, it's on ETH chain.
So I don't really remember the name, but I think it's already almost set to zero.

That's my experience too i it was so funny because back being in here for so long people used to read white papers every single website had like
triangle little doodads on it that made it look super tech techy like and everyone was here for
the tech now it completely pivoted to you just need to turn your brain absolutely off.
And if it's the most retarded thing you've ever thought of.
So like Fartcoin when it came out, I was like,
that's so stupid.
That's probably the most retarded coin ever.
Here it's sitting at like 15, 16 million market cap.
I was like, that's actually retarded enough
to probably do really well.
And then I completely faded it and it is where it is now.
But that's
how things go yeah yeah and also also you know uh on erc their gas fee is very high so why why
try to buy a token i will think a lot like if if i bought this token uh how long should i hold and a lot of things pop just popped in
in my in my brain and i i need to read all of the information of those tokens so you know

But sadly, the story is not perfect.

What we should start is,

So basically, you guys do know
the live streaming is hot as
f*** for right now right the pump did the live streaming and every token pump and dump because
the live stream but the same story happened to us happened on one child and the vChair Doge. So there's a platform called Setkick. So one day, our old leader called Gigi Boy,
one day he's doing the live streaming show.
He found a token.
Well, then he said, well, this one is pretty cool.
This one is the unique one.
And they got the Chinese taker, right?
Cause you know, the world is deserving
in some ways the Minkoins should do the same one. the Chinese take care, right? Because the world is deserving
the some ways the mean coin should do the same one.
Then he said, let's do this one.
We didn't create this coin, the dev did this and he gave up.
Then all our team come in and we said, let's CTO this one.
Because this one is a very unique one.
This one is the number one hot in our culture.
This one is not a mean coin.
This one is a pure mean in our culture.
So that's the reason why our community
get 6,000 people here.
And that's the reason why everyone
get the passion in our community so when um
actually i'm not here to show i show you guys to buy but you all welcome to join our community

So with, I guess, how's really popular in your culture so with uh I guess how is it popular
in your culture is it like an everyday use thing that everyone uses or or or what yeah basically
every day I think every day everyone will use it on WeChat even my mom my mom talked with me, like, talked something about my dogs, and she will send this Wang Chai meme to me.
It just represents something that is funny, and you know what I mean, something like that.
So it's a funny meme, yeah.
And it's very popular in China on WeChat.
Everybody's going to use it in the future, I think.

I think that there's a lot of blend with Eastern communities merging with Western communities as well.
I'm probably the most bullish on, again, Chinese communities in general.
So that's perfect
so it sounds like you CTO'd it the original dev do you guys talk to him at all or do you just
decide as a group or as a group to CTO it and to kind of just take it over from there to take it
to the next level oh so basic basically our old leader is GG boy, right? So, but I think after two weeks or three weeks,
he just gave up.
And like, at that time,
we have around nine or 10 people in our CTO team.
But, you know, after a period a period like two weeks we just have five
left and for now we still have this those five five people in our team and
like because we we don't want to give up and we don't want this this story and this meme just fade away you know because
i think it's very important for us and also it's in chinese it's a chinese token and it's
use chinese taker and we would like to push it on exchanges or something more,
because I think Chinese will be much more bigger.
So we won't give up because this is very important for us.
And also it's very important for Bonk,
for all the memes in the ecosystem.
Yeah, I was looking at the... So actually the funny thing about the ticker, so I just try
to type it in.
I have it on my watch list.
I just try, I had a few people message or comment earlier.
They said, how do I buy this?
And they listed your ticker.
And I was like, I don't know how to type that.
So I just copied and pasted it.
But yeah, then I typed in WeChat Doge and then picked it up. But yeah,
you guys, so that's kind of an interesting thing, but I like that. So I mean, Bonk had a really
astronomical run up, right? And then it peaked about July 25th across every single chart. So I
think it's uniquely positioned right now to sift through who believes in where it's
headed and who is just kind of there kind of speculating initially and kind of think it's
dead or whatever. So across the board, and this isn't just specific to WeChat Doge, it's specific
to anything on Bonk. I think it's important to find the the communities that are actively building and
continue to build um if you care about not just throwing money and hoping it goes up within a 24
hour period if you have a patience of of maybe at least a few months to see where the cycle heads
instead of just a 24 hour period it's probably a good idea to bet on Bonk. We even saw it with Pump,
right? Everyone thought Pump was absolutely dead and taken over, and then they came out swinging.
And I think the same thing with Bonk, right? You're seeing people say,
I'm selling all my Bonk tokens. I'm not going back to Bonk again. It's kind of the same cyclical
thing where people sell the lows, and then it's going to absolutely reverse. You know what I mean?
So it's a good place to position across strong communities.
So with WeChat Doge, it's a meme coin, right?
So there's obviously no utility attached to it.
But what have you done so far as a community, if anything?
Have you had any type of releases?
Is it pure meme?
Is there any type of utility that goes along with the meme?
Can you speak to that at all?
Yeah, because you know, for now we speak in English, right? But for Wong Chai, also for
the WeChat, all the takers in Chinese, so basically that's two kinds of the culture,
right? So we've been making the
video in English to introduce Wong Chai and the core of the culture of Wong Chai to English
speaker. Also, we've been building a game for the future community member, also the future people, they can know how to buy Wong Chai,
also how to pronounce Wong Chai, also what is Wong Chai.
So the game will be released, I think,
will probably be released in next week,
or later next week.
So, and we've been built a website to show everyone what the passion of our community
and how many supporters we from the famous KOLs. Also other, you know, we do have some,
lots of help from the Bunk team, the team of Bunk. We got help from Cadence, we got help from Tom, even Norm. So that's what we build.
Also in the future, I think we will keep building and keep pushing Bonk to more English community, because we would like to let them know this dodge is different.
This one is from the Eastern world and something unique.

It sounds like you're building a game as well.
That should be coming out in the next week or so, which is really fun, because I think
games bring kind of communities together
especially if you can add like a layer of like p2e or or like leaderboard on top of it um and it
sounds like it's more of a long-term plan focused on community building which i think that's where
the meta is headed i know it's uh around streamers right now creator creator capital markets. And I think that Bonk is obviously positioning for that as well too
with their Kik partnership.
And we'll learn more about that in the coming,
I guess, whenever that comes.
I would say weeks, but I have no idea.
Maybe it'll be tomorrow.

like let's hypothetically say you could have not CTO'd it
and you could have launched it yourself.
Would you have chose Bonk or would you have chose Pump?

back to the old time, I still will choose bonk because everyone you know we're in the trench,
the trench is hot and everyone knows Solana is the PVP season.
But if you want to build something, if you want the community member, if you want everyone or anyone around you,
your friends or your family, if you want to make people in belief, you should build a token in Bonk.
Because the Bonk team will give you and us lots of help.
And they do the Amplify and they do some buyback support.
Also, they even give you some support from the CX listing.
Yeah, that's the reason we choose Bonk.

So the savior in Solana ecosystem is Bonk. So I believe this time the Bonk will save
the Solana ecosystem again and again. So, because I believe in Bonk team, also I believe they will
be the savior and they will change the PvP to the PvE and they will make people to believe something and they will
make people to have the belief.
Yeah, so basically because why we choose Bonk is because the PvE and we believe in PvE
and we think crypto is all about PvVE, it's not PVP.
So and from my side I'm a huge football fan so I think even if you if you choose a team,
football team like a football team, you knowchester city win four in a row in past four years but this
last season they're not doing very well but i mean if you believe in this team and you believe
in this football team you believe in your city you believe in your culture and you just push it you
you just support it and then you you can get your final result.
Even this season, they're doing bad.
But maybe next season, they will win again.

I think that, I mean, being someone who's doing this a lot,
I mean, my daily routine is basically i wake up i work out
while i'm working out i'm on looking at everything that happened the night before on
telegram and twitter and discord and everything right and then i go to my setup where i have like
four like one two three yeah i can count four monitors and I have gambling on one monitor and then I have charts
on another and just all these conversations and chats on others. It's really fun to gamble on
everything, but it's also kind of, it gets tiring when you just open up a group chat and you know
that you're the one that's going to be used as exit liquidity when you buy something, which is,
I always tell people when I join these group chats that I'm probably going to be your exit liquidity because I just buy whatever they
post. And then that's why people after these spaces probably starting to invite me to their
group chats and show me tickers that I get rugged on. But that's the fun part about the community
aspect. One thing though, that's hard though, and I'd like to ask you i guess is with when token prices are down and obviously
the team so the five of you aren't really able to to pay yourself and you're kind of low on funds
like creator rewards are good but they're only really as good as the volume that your token
brings so as someone who is is heavily involved with withit community on Bonk,
we don't really have a lot of volume.
And I was looking and thinking,
hey, is it just us or is it all Bonk tokens?
And it's not even Bonk tokens specifically.
It's actually quite a bit of tokens on chain now really don't have a lot of volume.
And obviously, hopefully that picks up.
I saw a chart the other day of on chain sole transactions
is completely in Goblin Town.
A question here is, how are you managing your own mental health in general of price being down
with fees and time and everything going into it with the five of you? Is it hard to get everyone
to want to come in and do this every day? Or is it pretty simplistic because you see a greater
outcome as market go up?
OK, this question is.
I'll summarize it because I gave a big part question.
So to summarize it, is it hard to be motivated to continue to build out WeChat Doge when prices are down across the entire ecosystem?
Or is it still motivating because you guys know where you're heading and why?
Yeah, of course.
Firstly, I think we all believe in this token just because we believe in this meme.
And we know how popular is this in Chinese culture.
So we don't worry about this.
This will fade away like on Web2.
And we think more and more people will know this meme.
And this is going to be more popular in the future.
So, and, you know, we all have our own backs.
So, even if the price is going down,
we still have to believe in the story. And we believe in the we have the belief in in this meme and
mainly i think we believe in this culture and we want to push this this culture uh like to the western world or something else. So yeah, and for myself, every day, we have a lot of meetings.
And you know, we hosted like a poker competition,
and a lot of people, they're always asking about
always asking about when is the airdrop gonna release
and some more questions like why the price is going down.
But I think for all those questions,
we always answer that and we just trying to tell people,
this token is not only about like a meme, it's a culture. It's a Chinese
culture and we want like more people to know what's the story behind this meme, what's the
culture behind this meme. So I think it is simple, we believe in this culture. That's why we're still motivating.

The trader will buy and sell the mean coin, right?
But the second one will be the believer.

We connected, we united the people with the same belief.
So that's why even the price keep going down,
we still here to build with our passion.

We got lots of the Chinese speaker in crypto world, right? So the Wangchai will be the one
for the easy ticker for them. They will find, oh, that's the one I work easily to understand.
That's the one not in English. That's the one in Chinese. So,
English, that's the one in Chinese. So, Ape first, think later. That will be full.
That's a, I think we will get a bright future. Yeah.

you kind of entered about the end of, well, I can't remember actually, NFT craze. I can't remember.
I was part of an NFT project for like three and a half, four years, but I can't remember when it minted versus when we were building.
But if you're familiar with NFTs, I think meme tokens are pretty similar to NFTs. They're just a lot more liquid.
NFTs was it was a heavy focus around community and community building and people wanted to be in
that that that um NFT to and rock the PFP etc because they wanted to be a member of that actual
community so I think it's really cool to see memes kind of embody that with a little bit more
liquidity obviously there's a lot more memes on the table nowadays than there ever were before
with all the launch pads and everything but it's kind of sifting through the ones that are going to be just uh maybe a not even bond
maybe sell at 200 000 market cap because that's what everyone's targets are but i think the real
communities especially like wechat doge and then others building on bonk that are actually
community focused not just worried about short-term price action
are here to stay and i know that um the reason i even brought up nfts uh aside from community was
when people make enough money this cycle they are going to put it into other random shit and
turn their brain completely off and i can't think of of another... I mean, there was Icon,
and I don't mean toss-shaded Icon.
I just didn't like when Icon CTO lead
messaged me for money to continue the account.
So I was like, that's a red flag.
I probably will sell my Icon now.
But the reason I bring that up is,
is there any other actively building
heavy Chinese communities on Bonk
besides WeChat Doge?
Obviously, there's some other Chinese community members in various coins,
but is there any active, heavy Chinese-focused communities besides WeChat Doge
that you know of on Bonk?
Yeah, there's another one.

The whole kind of point of me bringing that up is
if I make a retarded amount of money,
I like to go to either
the the korean or the chinese communities and i eventually i flow my way down to binance coin or
binance smart chain and just buy whatever my chinese friends tell me to on that that's going
to be on binance alpha but um do you have any future plans i guess to migrate or do anything
from from bonk to to binance um or work with OKEx and any of those heavily focused Chinese groups or communities?
We do have in touch with OKEx and Gate, even, you know, yeah, I can't say that, but not today or not in the near future because they got the
requirement.
So, we need to keep build and keep push, but I believe in the future we will.
But for now, we got no plan for migration.
We will live in the bank system and we will build. Also, we will attract
more Chinese people coming into bunk ecosystem because I believe bunk ecosystem is such a
good and nice place to some non-English speaker. They're quite friendly and they give us lots
of help and amplify.

And that's the current plan.

And it's been, honestly, it's been refreshing to work with some of the people within Bonk.
They're all really nice.
They're all really supportive. They're all actively trying to help the best they can with PBE-focused communities.
But I think it's also hard for
the a lot of communities don't realize is they wonder why doesn't tom talk about me or why
does cadence not talk about me or the bonk account not talk about me and i think it's just they need
to see who's here actually building and lasting i mean if you think about meme coins and crypto in general it moves really fast
so what may be a week to us in crypto can feel like a year right so i think that a lot of the
support is organically growing and coming and as bonk gets ready for wave two um it'll continue a
lot more but a lot more loud so jack you had a comment or question oh yeah no i just want to add on
something so basically i want to say because in the future we will um i think we will host another
poker competition and also we will have a lot of activities in our group in our community and we always send out some air drops and also
some maybe salona and maybe we will send some gift package to people so i just want to say
welcome to our community we have a lot of rewards and we have a lot of fun activities.

um so i'm actually interested to see where bonk kind of goes with this because pumps kind of
heavily position themselves as as going forward with something like that and bonk already has
their kick integration and stuff so instead of kind of building this out themselves,
they are attaching to an already known existing platform,
