the server, the quitter, everything. We got control of the project and the guy took the money.
But to be honest, the project itself is historic. It has a lot going for it. We've built a lot of things over the years.
And all we wanted was our project, our art.
We got our artists back.
We have everything we need to succeed.
So we like to think that it was a gift.
And we actually know it's a gift.
And we are just so excited that you guys are here.
It's been four years.
We've had people come in, come out.
That's fine.
But people here now supporting, getting it done, coming together, seeing the vision,
rocking through the bear market, rocking through the bull market.

It's going to be Ape Chain CTOs.
And it's going to be Polygon CTOs.
But it's also going to be the people that were here prior.

I kind of been riding a week high with Bo Art.

Snout Bears, we were a CTO in July of 24.
Started off with zero in the bank account.
Started telling people what we were going to do, our vision going forward.
Just that we were going to develop a community that was rugged by, it was a free mint.
We had 224
by the time we took over we had 400 wallets uh in july we went from zero in the account as of today
we have gifted over ten thousand dollars usd and polygon to i'm just going to say we were at 9500
but we already have a thousand in the account that we're about to pass on.
So we're about the 10-5 mark.
So we're easily there.
And so going from nothing to a bank account to donating to our core three, we decided to go organic on that.
We have a core three foundation that we donate to for autism awareness.
95 to 100% of every mint that we do in the zoo goes to these core three and any donations
that is given to snout bears goes to these core three and goes to the community wallet.
The core three are in this order, Nico and Caden.
Everybody knows Caden.
He's a 10 year old young artist from South Africa.
His dad, Nico,
is the caretaker of the basically overlooker of the account. Kaden's 10 and has autism,
but he paints. When we did this, BJ, one of our team members said, hey, man, I'd really like you
guys to look into Kaden and Nico. They've been in the space. They're artists in the space. And I
said, yeah, I know of them, but I didn't know, you know, basically, you know, I got the idea and just what NANIKO was doing.
But then I started listening in more. Sent a message. I said, if we donate to you, what's
it going to? He said, art supplies in school. And I said, education. I said, and he goes,
yep. And so I was like, we're on board. That's 100% no-brainer. So our first few donations, like three or four, were to him, you know, in the amount of about $3,000 pull at the time, probably around $1,500 after all three or four were sent.
So for full transparency, we put that in Discord, told everybody what we were doing, did the same on X, showing people our transparency.
Second came ARI, which was Autism Research Institute,
and you can look at them at autism.org. They basically do research from children all the
way up to adults, and they are a national institute. The expense of every dollar goes
towards autism research, so we really like ARI as well. We just made a $450 donation to them
last week. They wrote a thank you card. I posted that in Discord and on X as well for 100%
transparency. And then we have NB4T, and that's the organization in New Jersey that does living quarters and a job placement facility.
And what it does is it teaches adults with autism how to sustain, get a job, work, and get that employment and live, sustain a life of independence and research and his stuff of that as well.
So NB4T was founded by Boart.
It's based in New Jersey, where he's originally from, lives in Florida.
But these folks are basically doing God's work, man.
They are really, they put their money where their mouth is.
They have three sustaining buildings and all of them, most of them,
house like apartment style and then have
like a restaurant or something attached to it. So they're really thinking like inclusiveness,
like working within a community or society. So it's just really cool. We dedicated like $1,900.
That was $1,969 like a couple months ago to them. And that was Bo Arts Mint Out in April.
$59 like a couple months ago to them. And that was Bo Arts mint out in April. When he minted out
his ducks, he wanted to dedicate his money towards to NB4T. And that was our first large submission
to some, you know, we submitted like $190 before that. But I mean, when we got that, they were like,
Oh, who are these guys? And so it was, it was interesting. And people will be given these
gifts. And I, I do it in honor and memory of the
Snout Zoo and it's like we're giving
this in honor of the Snout
Zoo and last one was the Honey Badgers
to ARI so that was
funny as fuck because in the little donation
area it said
in given honor of the Honey Badgers
from the Snout Zoo and that
was six skulls stuff that minted out
in about 12 days. So
I think we're on the precipice right now on the rhinos to mint out, but we're doing great. So
basically full circle, wrap it all up. Those are our three core foundations. We were basically
making money off of the secondary sales and those 10% royalties. And so if you have to do the math real quick, Polygon at 25 cents
right now. So a 10 pole NFT is $2.50. Just quick equation there, 10 times 25, right? So you're not
going to make a lot of money on 10% royalty, which would have been 10% of that money. So we would
have made about 25 cents, take 80%, you know, the rest goes to
the dev and whatever else wallet. It was like 85, 88% goes back to us. So we would have had 21
cents to work with. Well, that would have taken a lot of sales. So we decided as a community to
come up with a zoo. It was kind of like my idea, but I brought the team in and I was like, what do
you guys think? Rotate, do small mintages, keep the price equivalent,
but bring in communities to collab with.
Let the artists, let them pick if they want to keep the 5% or donate it.
So every mint is going to be 95% says thanks to our devs
and people on the team like Medigang.
There's a reason why we can forego that 5% dev fee and 5% artist fee is up to the artist.
We're never going to ask an artist not to take their money.
We just paid out Executive 333 poll because we're down to 23 left on the Rhinos.
So we're totally transparent with everything we do, exactly what executive did. He went in and
amended 10 and he's going to give them away to people. So he took half of what he got and he put
it back into his own community and put it back into our community and executives on the team.
He's the artist. So you're looking at all these people just giving and giving and giving,
and they do it for nothing. They really, nobody here gets paid. So if you're going to get 5%, that 333 poll for what executive just raised, maybe like $1,500 for our core three.
So every one of our organizations now gets $500. But we use some money wisely. We literally have
been gifting our community like with puzzles. So we're growing, we're thinking
merch of puzzles, we're thinking merch of hats and hoodies and stuff of that, the typical stuff,
but we want to be educational with it. So we're going to have our snout bear logo. It's going to
be unique. It's going to kind of stick out really plain and simple. We're really thinking of how to
give back to the communities. We're really thinking of how to give back to the communities.
We're really thinking of how to bring on new people to understand our mission, that it's all
about autism awareness. That is our number one mission. We don't want to deviate from that.
We don't want to promise you things and then under deliver. We want to over deliver and we
want to raise the bar and we want to show you as a community and as a team of
giving and like-minded people that we in a community, we can, we can grow this thing.
I think we can grow it outside of web three. I think we can take this into web two easy.
But when you see the, the, the foundation that we have set and we have a large team,
it basically in working for free, that doesn't get paid. But our
reward is the giving back into the autism awareness, our core mission. And once everybody's
on board with that, I mean, it's there, it's a no brainer, right? I mean, and it's like,
we are setting the pace because when you give to Susan G. Komen, 60% of that goes to feed the fat
board members that sit on their fucking panel and their employees.
And I'm sorry, out of every dollar you're donating 60 cents to women's breast cancer,
and they're taking the money for the board and giving 40 cents to research, I call BS.
So we have come up with a foundation that we can show and formulate on X.
And if we could take this to a biz, you don't need a huge building to do donations.
You don't need rent in New York City,
downtown off the square to do donations.
You don't need a fucking,
a jacuzzi off your fucking penthouse.
You don't need that shit.
You don't need it at all.
You need to give the money that's being raised
to the shit you say you're going to do.
So what we do every time that we do a mint out, we then post the money in Discord on
the community wallet shot.
And we say, this is what's going to wear.
This is what we're going to do.
And then when I make those out of the community wallet, I also annotate that in Discord and
on X.
So this is what community means. Now, if you guys don't know, Bo Art is a nonverbal 24-year-old
young gentleman out of Florida, putting himself through college, lives with family, but is just
a hellified dude, is a digital editor. And so the mission on this is for me, I'm an older dude,
live in California, winemaker, all this good shit, whatever. Very happy, four kids.
We are holding this contract until he graduates college. Once he graduates college and shits off
of his plate and he can think freely. I mean, he is nonverbal going through college. We don't need
any distractions while he's in college. We're going to hand the contract over to Boart. Why?
Because we know that this is not just a five-year project. This is a long-term
project. And what we mean by that 20, 30, 40, 50 years is we want to leave this for generations.
And I think we can do it, but we need to set it up together and we need to grow this together.
So literally, I am being very generous in what we're giving you guys because if we overdeliver,
we've gone from a free mint to our floors at 18 pole.
That's like four or five bucks that gets swept up to 100 pole.
We're now we're now talking a $20 NFT.
That's the way pole goes.
That's the way we go.
And I honestly think pole polygon is going to be used more this cycle
because people are excited to use Polygon
because of the effectiveness and the efficiency,
and it's a lower rate.

half ago and we announced it just this past week. Uh, and then effectively we were in a unreal
kingdom space and cake space with Bob and that family. And Bob was so generous just to say,
Hey guys, I really like this art. It's cool. You know, I heard Wes speak about it and him and Bo
art have been in spaces that we host for a while, especially Bo. Uh, Bo is a space whore just FYI.
It's, it's the worst. We're having fun. Let's just call it what it is.
Bo's in a lot of fucking spaces.

And yesterday took us down from 150 minutes
down to 33 by the end of the day last night so you talk about 120 minutes happening within a day
that's just huge for us as a small project so uh yeah everybody's just feeling ecstatic and loved
and appreciated and i think the relationships being developed right now are really the
relationships that are going to last in the future in this space. Because we don't plan
on going anywhere and changing any modus of operandi, meaning that we are going to stay
consistent. Bo is not just going to have me as a voice. He's going to have Astro as a voice.
He's going to have Harley as a voice. He's going to have Harley as a voice. He's going to have Mike as a voice.
He already has Pele as a voice. Medigang as a voice. Myself as a voice. You feel what I'm saying? And that was the impact of what we designed. He's nonverbal. How do we communicate
with a guy who's nonverbal? It's the same fucking way you would your friend that's
over on your phone. You tweet. You get in Discord, you chat, you send emails. That's
called effective communication. Communication is the most essential thing in a good business.
And Bo Art and I communicate a lot, a lot. We communicate behind the scenes. I'll get in.
So when we want to do a chat or talk together, like literally just have a one-on-one, we'll
slide into Discord, into the team talk. We'll pop in there. I'll get on there. He can be in chat and I can talk. And I'm like,
you know, so this is what's on my mind. And then I can talk to him or he can chat. Hey,
this is what's on my mind. What do you think? Right. And then I'll read that and then I'll
read it back to him. And then I'm like, oh, boom, here's what I think. And then it's, it's,
it's a beautiful thing. So we are setting the way for people that
are doing like, um, maybe have somebody that's in their, uh, team that's a nonverbal or a high
functioning autistic. That's okay. That's, that's what we're here for to make you aware of it
through autism. Awareness is education, acceptance, and awareness. Once you're aware of it, you can educate.
It's a neurological disorder.
So I'm not a doctor.
I didn't sleep at a Holiday Inn last night.
But I can tell you, snout bears are here to stay.
We're here to develop.
We're here to grow.
But our mission is one, autism awareness.
By these JPEGs that we wear, that we give away, that we gift.
These are a way, a badge of saying, hey, I believe in what we're doing, but we also want you to flip
them, sell them, give them away, gift them, because if they get the market, the more they get sold,
the more money we make, it's okay. But we also want you to diamond hand some too, but we want
you to do it the kind way, your way, the way you feel that you
can fit in. And we're not putting pressure on anybody. We just ask if you list it, go above

like when life is good and you feel blessed, you know, blessings come to, and blessing doesn't
have to be a religious connotation. A blessing is something that is bestowed and you feel blessed, you know, blessings come to, and blessing doesn't have to be
a religious connotation. A blessing is something that is bestowed upon you if you, whether you
feel like you deserved it or not. It's like grace, you know, so we just take these blessings, and
I'm telling you what, this week we feel blessed by a lot of good people, by a lot of good community

Like I said earlier, congratulations on your four-year anniversary birthday.
That is awesome.
My name is Graham Skinner.
I'm one of the founders of Hostile Crypto Incorporated.
We're a company based out of Alberta, Canada.
And yeah, I'm going to tell you all about Hostile and the Hogs.
I'd like to start by just telling you a bit about myself and how Hostile came to be.
So my background for the last 18 years has been oil and gas.
I was a tool push on oil rigs in Alberta, service rigs to be exact.
It's a bit of a story, but Hostile kind of started. I did a project in the Northwest Territories in Canada, a kind of Arctic winter access only project.
And long story short, we had a pretty major drilling accident where a drill hose exploded
and almost killed the site supervisor.
And I was standing right beside him and the hose hit me as well.
And we had to, it broke a bunch of his ribs, sent him flying off the rig floor
and we had to airlift him out of there.
It was one of the craziest days in my life
and don't worry, he's fully recovered.
He's doing good.
The rig didn't burn down, but it was quite a day for me
and then to top it off two months later i wrapped up that
that project and i came home and i i was when i say i was north i'm like i'm talking satellite
phones like pretty far north so when i came home all five of the kids were home from school and the old lady's like, there's no fucking toilet
paper in town. You know what I mean? It was the start of that whole thing. So for me, I was very
fortunate. I had saved enough money that I did decide to, to take a little time off work. And
it was actually a really special time for, for my family
because we got to spend a lot of time together. And sometimes, you know, in life you're so go,
go, go. You don't realize it where you're doing projects for two months and you miss out on those,
those moments. And it really kind of changed my life. So I got into, I went back to school online.
I got licensed to sell financial products like life insurance.
And I also passed my securities exam to sell mutual funds.
And that's really what got me into, that was the start of the bull run.
And I really started thinking more about about investments about growing money and that's when crypto like I'd been aware of crypto but it really
caught my eye in a different way and then and I'll get into that in a bit.
But we decided we needed a character in it, right?
So one of my partners, he rides bike, and he calls his bike his hog.
And then kind of a slang thing on the rigs is you're a rig pig.
And that's kind of how the hogs came to be in a roundabout sort of way, right?
And we weren't sure whether to go about this as just a couple friends
or a couple guys or to make a business out of it.
And it wasn't until we realized we are going to need like some pretty heavy
investment to,
to bring our vision to life and, and get things off the ground.
And that's, that's when we brought my other partner,
Dan Nelson in who owns a couple pretty successful businesses in Alberta,
in the oil field that are Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC-wide.
And he was able to, he saw the vision as well,
and we started Hostile Incorporated.
So that's how it became Hostile Crypto Hogs.
And so we are a legit business.
We're fully doxxed.
You can go see who we are.
But it quickly morphed into what do we want these hogs?
It went from being a vest and being a club online like not a bike
club but a crypto club where we could move through web3 grow learn be there for each other
and uh kind of have the hierarchy of you know a motorcycle club. And that's, and it just kept growing, right?
And we wanted to get a big goal,
was never not following through on our word
and also building a Sin City universe.
That's in one of our first articles
we put out on Yahoo Finance News.
It's all over our website.

That was our vision since 2022, was to build the Sin City Metaverse.
And, you know, to be a business and to grow,
especially in Web3 in this world is changing so much.
You got to pivot.
You got to move.
So I think we did achieve a lot of our goals.
We do have an app that we call the clubhouse.
That was one of our early goals to build a clubhouse.
It's still in beta version,
but you can play with some AR hogs.
You can play some AR games.
It's more of a proof of concept to,
to show people where we're putting our money where our
mouth is. But, uh, yeah, we, we took a few different moves and I, I'm just so blessed
that things worked out the way they did, because I remember looking at a contract
for thousands and thousands of dollars to build in the sandbox and it was uh in my opinion sandbox
for thousands and thousands of dollars to build in the sandbox.
was losing losing popularity but we wanted to keep moving forward we wanted to keep going
we had a bit of a game development plan that we had some some people help us build
and we we're very close to signing that deal.
And I'm glad I didn't because it was just by chance
through a community member that we came in contact
with Code Compiler and Unreal Kingdoms.
So I know a few of you guys have heard about Unreal Kingdoms,
but for those of you that don't know,
it's going to be the first actual metaverse
in my opinion actual metaverse and it's going to be on playstation xbox and they're about to go
live beta testing on both platforms any day now you know they're just making sure they're putting
their best foot forward so we've been with them for over a year, started with a bike shop,
quickly realized that we need to build a world in there.
And that's where Sin City is going to be.
It's going to be called Hog City.
And it's going to be hostile,
just like the name of the company.
It's going to be aggressive.
It's going to be fast-paced.
You're going to want to bike.
There's going to be bike access everywhere. You're going to want to bike there's going to be bike access everywhere
you're going to want to take over territory in the city with your guild
it's it's uh what unreal kingdoms is built is a free-to-play play-to-earn environment
and we've been very fortunate to to be there at the right time to to get in on it because i imagine down
the road is you know it's everyone wants in once it's it's up and running but you know some people
were lucky to get there and see the vision and see see what they're doing and and think this is
a good place for us and we we certainly feel that way and continue to do so today. So we're very excited for their release
and for Hog City to get built.
It will be beta and will continue to be built
for the next 100 days,
but it's going to open a lot of very exciting possibilities
for the community.
So we want to give 28 of the profits
back to the holders and a lot of other projects in this ecosystem are doing very similar things
now the way we're all doing it is you can't give money for owning an n. It becomes a share. It becomes a security. It's a problem.
you can pay people to market.

most of that's been funded out of pocket not out of mints same with the development for unreal
kingdoms and different partnerships we have.

It's going to be like an OpenSea Magic Eden marketplace, but I think it's going to be so much more than just NFTs.
It's going to sell digital assets.

upcoming build of nifty's world so that's sydney richland he's the founder of nfa he's doing an sec
raise to build a building in vegas i've got to go down there it's fenced off they haven't broken broken ground yet but that is another another project we're invested in so we don't have a full
roadmap on these other things as they're developing yet and we we do have to update the website i'll
be totally transparent about that and that's coming very soon. But if we're doing 28% of the profit of the game,
I imagine if we can find a way to give back to our holders
with our other ventures, we will do that.

say are have become like some of my closest friends and that's that's really what it's about right so
these are very special people in the community that have have stood out who have uh you know just gone gone a little bit above and beyond and and we're definitely gonna reward them when the
time comes so we're trying we've sent out a lot of leather vests with their crests on it to those special people.

you know, a lot of people out there in the world, they feel like,
like it's kind of bleak, at least for some people. But I'm telling you guys,
what I see coming down the road is going to be the biggest financial moment in history,
like the transfer of wealth. The boomer generation is retiring,
they're passing away, they're moving on,
they're transferring assets.
And whether, let's say you're just an average family
and your parents own a home and you have one brother, one sister,
and that home's risen in value to a $400,000 house.
I hope your parents live forever.
I'm just using this as an example.
But, you know, when they pass on and you sell that home,

Mentaverse is like a project about, first of all, the universe, planets, stars,
everything that has to do with that.
But also about mental stuff, because Mentaverse is actually,
it was actually first mental verse but that doesn't
sound doesn't flow so well so we took the L out so it's Mentaverse why I'll tell you right now we
also do a lot for mental health that's why I did a shout out earlier to my homies Ice Master T and Coast. Together we are building an app where people can come and make music together online in
a virtual studio and also learn.
We also have micro learning stuff in there and we are working with a mental health institution
called Pernasia in Holland,
which is kind of, if you're from Holland,
you probably know this name.
It's one of the biggest ones here in Holland.
And they want to really offer this to their patients.
We call them clients here.
But for the people who are there with their mental problems, just to forget it for a minute and teach them a thing or two about how to make music after you wrote it. Do you want to rap it? Do you want to sing it?
Then afterwards, how do you mix it?
How do you make it sound nice for the radio,
for industry, make it industry ready?
How do you promote yourself on Instagram?
How do you make some merchandise for yourself?
A little bit designing will be in there as well.
How can you design yourself a cool logo or whatever.
And yeah, so we're building this for them.
But eventually this will also be implemented in our Mentaverse ecosystem.
So we already launched a few NFT collections in these four years, especially the planet
collections and the star collection.
If you hold both, we are on Solana, by the way.

If you hold a planet and a star together, that combination will give you the option to add a virtual studio on your planet when it's done and when we launched it.
And you can then promote your virtual studio to make it active, to make people really go in there and make music.

in April and so that will be eventually our coin for the ecosystem for the in-game currency so to speak but till then

beta version to launch and to show to the world of course the coin will also
go up in price I think but hey you never know what coins so I suggest you check
it out and do your do your research about it.

Another thing that is more on the short term, because the game will be a little bit more long term. It will probably be next year somewhere.
It will be really done because it has an app that is connected to it,

together in the studio in real time but that's later we are also planning to
have our virtual studio in the income island from Stardogs who is also there
Dylan and we will have it in there as well but first we need to launch it of course
on the short term um i'm building a staking uh platform for all our nft holders this for all our
planet and star nft holders they will be able to stake their nfts and earn star coin on a daily basis some uh traits will give you a
multiplier you would be able to stake more the traits multipliers will switch every week so it stays also honest it stays honest for everyone but it also
stays exciting because one week your NFT will make like a times two and the other
week another NFT in your wallet would make a times two so that way it keeps the
excitement going on we will also have a small DAO section in there from our other partners, AlphaDAO.
And if you vote on stuff in there, that will also multiply your staking rate.
And so, yeah, that's coming up in probably a few months.
It's actually almost done.
We are in the testing phase.
There are still some glitches we need to get out of there,
some errors,
but that won't take a lot of time.

particularly important because a lot of us are chronically online and we found
web 3 well from everybody that I've talked to over the years something in

so to speak. And mental health is so important and it's good that you're keeping awareness on that.
I've went through some crazy shit in the past five years and I know that taking care of your
mental health is just as important as your physical health. So I appreciate what you guys are doing in the space.

frequencies like when i wake up or when i meditate i put on like a 1000 oh what is it 1111 hertz or

It's kind of a niche thing, but the people that do it, they heal their frequency.
They are able to ground themselves.
I know that without that part of my meditation, I'd probably be more insane than I already am.
So you're actually hitting on something that's very important for people to understand.
Because at the end of the day, we all are just beings that are vibrations, right?
The vibe is inside, but the vibe is inside of you.
And you have to control that.
And music and frequency, it all has to do with it.

Yeah, yeah. It's about to get real exciting.
You know, but a little back story.
You know, we've obviously been here for a while since the last four rounds of 2021.
And I think one of the first, you know, B.O.
Basie derivatives kind of had a rough start, you know, so there's a lot of history there.
But the Baby Ape Club is our primary collection, and you can see us both on OpenSea and
Magic Eden. And then the Little Mutants came after. And we're currently only on OpenSea for the Little Mutants. We are working to migrate to Ape Chain soon,
so then we'll be able to be on both Magic Eden and OpenSea,
but we're currently on OpenSea right now.
We've been having issues, DMCA's and all that,
but we're about to hit the corner with the good stuff
because we've been working with Yuga, dealing with Yuga Legal and getting everything ready to rock and roll, making sure our art's good.
We have a meeting with them this week to finalize everything to see if they need us to change any art and things like that.
They didn't really say they wanted it, but we want to make sure that that's a smooth transition and um because uh ape chain is popping you know um the baby ape club we're
probably gonna stay on eath you know that's just our you know i think for the culture uh there's
something about staying on you know eath um with that one but um i had recently joined the team
this year uh maybe a couple months back.
So I haven't been there long, but I saw the potential because I'm like, I'm looking at

kid cartoon you know so you know working on trying to build a little cartoon with that,
you know, we're talking about gummies, our own candy, you know, THC gummies, you know, dispensary
stuff, a lot of different avenues, you know, to kind of bring more people to the space, you know,
and more attention to the, you know, Baby Ape Club and the Little Mutants. So,
but yeah, we've been, like I said, we've been kind of moving in the dark right now, but just vibing, you know, and, you know, collecting the Little Mutants. And we're just
right now onboarding, you know, different, you know, people that we vibe with in the community.
We had to mint out the last remaining little mutants probably
a month or two ago um straight from the contract so you know um but now those are all out and uh
you know i think we're going to be giving away some more to some macy's and basies soon uh as we
migrate you know so once we get to ape chain that's going to be pretty uh pretty awesome um

them and, and building with the income Island.
Why don't you tell the, tell the room a little bit about what you got going on.
So yeah, we're getting close to our mint.
We'll be minting Stardogs probably in November is what it's looking like.
Basically, for those that don't know, you know, we've been building out for about four or five years now,
getting the artwork ready, but also building a strong foundation. We've had about
eight, nine movies release over the last two years, been able to put some of our private
sale holders into those films. They got to act in them, got paid to be in the movies,
got to see themselves on the big screen. Last year, we had one of the films was God's Not Dead and God
We Trust. And a lot of the films that we're doing are either Faith and Family or Rom-Coms,
PG-13 type films. That's what we're releasing under our Stardog brand. And then on our parent
company, Real Vision Entertainment, which we've been around
for over 20 years, we work on a lot of different movies from more mainstream films to Faith and
Family to action and so on and so forth. So bringing Real Vision Entertainment out and bringing it into the Web3 space with Stardogs has been, you know, the big thing that we've been doing with this and really giving people an opportunity to get involved in the entertainment business on many different levels from roles in the films to, you know, being able to follow around a director or producer on set,
attending our red carpet events, and being able to network with people in the industry,
and then also people in Web3 as well, being able to submit script ideas,
photo shoots with celebrity photographers.
The list goes on and on of the different utilities that we have available through
this. And then we also were able to announce about a month ago that finally we're able to say that
we are, anybody who gets in on our Genesis collection will have the opportunity to get a
portion of the profits from all of our movies moving forward once we mint. So any movies that
we produce,
the holders will have the opportunity
to get a portion of those profits.
It's something that we've been working with our attorneys
to make sure that we're in compliance with the SEC.
And so that's for us really exciting
because for Darcy, as the founder,
she really wants it as anybody that she goes to the dance with, she leaves with.
So basically just saying that everybody's involved with this.
Everybody has opportunities.
Whether you're wanting to be involved in the entertainment side or not, everybody has some type of opportunity with what we're doing.
everybody has some type of opportunity with what we're doing, whether it's to generate money from
the movies we do, whether it's to get more involved on the film side, even if you're a
musician and you want to submit your music for the films, there's all different aspects. And then
on the metaverse side, we've got Income Island, been building that out for four or five years now,
continue to upgrade the now, continue to upgrade
the graphics, continue to bring more and more businesses in both Web 2 and Web 3, you know,
where it's really an environment where people can go do events, attend conferences, you name it.
You can sell your products, whether it's physical or digital. Those physical products,
you know, from the metaverse that are sold can be delivered to somebody's home. We've had people
order food from in there, have it delivered. Really anything that you can do in your everyday
life, we're able to do within the Income Island metaverse. And our goal is also to connect with other metaverses as well.
We don't see ourselves as the only place to go.
People don't want to feel stuck.
They want that opportunity where they can go from one site to another
or from one world to another.
So as technology evolves and these different digital worlds
find ways to create that interoperable experience,
you'll be able to walk through a portal from Income Island to Sandbox or to, you know,
Hostile City, you know, with H.C. Hogs or any other things within, you know, Unreal Kingdoms,
Futureverse, Fluff World, you know, the list goes on and on of all the different digital worlds that
are out there. And eventually they're all going to be connected. And you'll have different experiences,
you know, throughout them all. And you'll have that full ready player one type of experience
in the future as we're moving closer and closer to that. So a lot of different aspects. We are
building movie theaters for Stardogs inside the metaverse as well, where you're going to be able
to hang out with your friends, watch movies talk joke as the movie is playing you're
not going to have to pause it you're going to feel like you're sitting in the theater you know
with your friends with your family turning the right left be able to see them talk to them laugh
and all that and um yeah it's it's just it's a lot of exciting stuff we do have a movie that's
uh we're re-releasing at the end of this month called The Blind.
It's about the Duck Dynasty family. We had released it two years ago.
The movie did extremely well in the box office. We did over $30 million nationwide.
And since Phil Robertson passed away this year, we are re-releasing the movie.
It'll be in theater.
We're going to have it in about a thousand theaters nationwide. And it'll be in there for
about five days. So it's releasing on August 31st and will be in there till September 4th. And we've
already got tickets on sale for that and it's doing well with the pre-sales. So yeah, I appreciate
the time. And you know, anybody who's interested in getting in on our private sale, there's certain utilities tied
to that, lifetime access to our red carpet events. Our private sale holders also get called when we
are filming. And so we give them the opportunity to get into the movies and there'll be more to come for that as well.

And people are missing the fact that entertainment and NFTs are the perfect couple.
And I used to do, well, I still kind of do it, but I was involved in indie film for probably about eight years we used to do uh 48 hour film festivals where you would uh get a plot a character a a uh prop and
you'd have to create an entire seven minute film within 48 hours and i was just super fun and i
understand what you're saying about seeing yourself on the
big screen and just involving people and life on the film set is fun it really is it is like working
but it's like a party and and i i love it and my brother actually works in hollywood he uh
he helped on the superman movie that just came out. They filmed it in Cleveland.
And he worked about
10 days on there.

crazy shit's about to happen and most of it's going to be unexpected because like i said people are missing the fact that the
nfts are the clay and we now we have tools and community to mold that clay into into movies you
know movies movies one of the biggest industries in the world and it's moving away from being centralized
in Hollywood to to literally the blockchain so hell yeah dude well and I think there's a learning
process on both sides you know the the studios I mean obviously you've got Sony that you know
created their blockchain Sonium for all different aspects of what they're doing um they haven't
really figured out the entertainment side
of it yet with all of it. And, you know, there's been NFT collections and some digital worlds and
they, you know, a lot of these studios have tried releasing stuff, but they don't understand
the community aspect of what Web3 really is. And then I guess on the opposite side of it, you've got these NFT projects or tokens
that release films or blockchain studios that release films, and they don't understand the
distribution side of things as well. And they don't understand the marketing to the mass audiences so you've really got to you know understand both sides and be in
both worlds simultaneously because otherwise you know yeah you can put
together a film but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's gonna do well
in the box office or reach you know a mass audience so you've got a kind of
you really do you've got to kind of, you really do,
you've got to move in both worlds at the same time
and build those relationships across the board.
And it is, it's all about relationships.
You know, we're all in here.
A lot of us have known each other,
met each other over the years,
supporting what each other are building.
And I don't care what business it is.
It is all about relationships. It's all about working together and supporting each other are building. And I don't care what business it is. It is all about relationships.

into a brand, a project, a business or not, if they love what's being done and they love the
people that are behind it, support that. Tell your friends, your family you know when you've got you know brands

and popular you know it's help get the word out about these brands you know it takes an army it
takes a village it takes a family to get the word out and make it successful.
And it's got to be consistent. Every business, consistency is everything. I don't care what you
do, who you are. If you're not consistent, people notice. And yes, the best way to rise up is to lift those
around you up first, and then you go with them. It's the only way. It is. It most definitely is.
And that's how you get things to work. When we're talking projects and teams here in Web3,
most of us can't meet face to face. In an IRL job, you go to work, you meet your boss,
you see your co-workers every day. So y'all can talk face to face and function the way the
business should function. But here, we're multinational, like everybody's international,
here, we're multinational. Everybody's international. Everybody's everywhere.
So to have that togetherness, we are a family. And I find that it works way better when the
team functions like a family and when the communities function like a family. It just
brings togetherness and it helps us all grow.

Union and what the Dauto was.

So, Mad Banana Union is the first CTO.
We CTO'd December 2021, and we've been building ever since.
We actually didn't know what a CTO was until, know two years later when uh people started taking over
projects like wait a minute we did that well wait a minute we're the first ones oh shit we got a
time stamp on the chain so we are the first community takeover and we've been building
lots of things my my head gets scrambled every time I try to explain all the things that we've been doing.
But for the DAO token, we started a DAO in early 2023, and it's on base chain, and it's a noun-ish DAO.
So that means that once a day, a DAO token gets put on auction every single day.
So there's only one that can be created every day.
So there's supply control there.
And each token gives you one vote
and the ability to propose the DAO on anything that you want.
And there's 102 holders,
and we all vote on whether or not we do that thing.
It could be involved with money it could
be a process it could be anything that you want and as long as you have a DAO token you can propose
that and there's about 0.5 Ethereum in the treasury right now so that's how much we have to work with
just sitting there for all of us to figure out what we wanna do with it.
But a cool thing that happened in the past couple of weeks
is that we got 100 holders for the DAO token.
And what that allows us to do is we can now qualify
to be a DUNA in the state of Wyoming,
which is the first, how do you say it, the first structure,
like a business structure. It's not a nonprofit. It's not a for-profit. It's not a corporation,
not a sole proprietor. It's a DUNA, which is four DAOs. And the requirement is you have to
have 100 holders. So that DAO token actually qualifies us now,
just in the past couple of weeks, we went over the hump.
We can now apply, we're gonna start doing this
for the title of being a DAO DUNA in the state of Wyoming,
which will open up a whole lot of different things
that we can do.
So in terms of the DAO token, that's how that works.
And there's a link in the Discord.

And those get sold every day.

that we never done before.
We released a unisex collection that we, you know, never had because our past
two collections are females. And, you know, I wanted to get males into the artwork. It's a
4,444 collection, split right down the middle, 50% male, 50% female female there's one of ones in there um you know we had a
little bit of um a slow start so i call it like a soft launch um because you know when you're
when you're moving to different chains um like you know we're an og ethereum project since 2021
but um we launched on um ape chain this project uh this collection i'm sorry and um you know you
really have to network uh if you're not uh if you haven't been networking for months and months and months,
and you launch on a different chain, forget about it. You're a newbie, and people want to know why
you're there, why you're on the chain, what you're there to do. They want to know all about you. They don't trust you. You know,
like, and I'm not saying nobody trusted me, but these are just the things that happen
when moving on to a different chain. So taking all of that factors, you know, into consideration,
consideration. You know, we still went with it, went with the flow, of course. And then, you know,
we have our, we started doing on Wednesdays, we have our official ape chain. It's on the ape chain
calendar. It's our space, 6 p.m. Wednesdays, Eastern time. And it's called Banana Coast
on Ape. And everybody is, of course, invited to join. We love to bring speakers up all the time.

it to look more like our OG collection because they're called babies and they're male and female, of course, but I wanted them to have traits from, you know,
the OG collection as well. So, yes. So what we have though is, so I did this with the board to be exact. I spoke with them and I was able to give back to our holders of the baby's collection
100% royalties distributed back in ApeCoin. So that's every month that I did about a month and a half ago. And, you know, I always wanted to give more
utility back. And I didn't have a chance to do that with the first two collections. I didn't
actually even have a choice to do that. So I was very excited to be able to do this. Also, we published our first book, paperback and e-book.
This book is on Amazon, both of them.
And they are for sale, but we give them free to our holders of the baby's collection.

Also, though, with the books, every month our community is able to color a page out of the book.
They submit it back to us.

We pick three to four winners, depending upon how many submissions we get back. And then
we turn out of the winners, we turn your actual drawing that you drew from the page in the
coloring book into a NFT, airdrop that back to you, and also print your actual drawing onto a Web2 asset. So that's a
hoodie, a t-shirt, a print, or a poster size. And with the print, it's really nice. So they're
framed. They have the checkmark, the verified checkmark. They have all the traits listed.

Sure. So most of you guys may know me. I've been in Web3 for almost three years now, actually.
My name is Sadie Sankolowicz. I'm completely doxed. You can
find pictures of me absolutely anywhere. I have no shame at all. But yeah, that's who I am. And
who we are as Nala NFT is straight up cat advocacy. That's what you can call us. I started
this project, but I do have a couple amazing people on my team, such as Miss Harley Queen, who
is also on the speaker panel right now advocating for the Mad Bananas.
I also have her husband, the lovely, lovely hostile joker.
And then I have my good, good, amazing wife.
So we've got a lovely little team of cat lovers who started a project for cat lovers.
a project for cat lovers. What we do over at Nala NFT is every single mint, we donate 70%
of that mint to an animal shelter in Michigan, United States called All About Animals Rescue.
So there's 256 total Nalas floating around on the Polygon blockchain. Each one is about $9,
$8, $9, depending on where Polygon wants to be for the day.
And 70% of every single purchase goes towards the kitties in real life.
In real life, people, this isn't imaginary.

So far, we've raised $200 for the animal rescue, and I honestly couldn't even be happier.

freelancers so um projects can do uh can come over to uh kqs and I say, yo, I want to hire like some persons to manage this particular
project for me or offer a particular service. And then we say, okay, we have some few freelancers
we can trust. So you sign a contract with us and then we give you the workers and the job is done and

So we are just trying to build a community of freelancers and just a small community,
just about 1000 people, people that we know that can deliver on what they promise.

Okay. of how to play is to be a part of the discord Mike you want to play us a song
as a little interval as we reset the room

we'll run the first one and then like i said we're just going to keep running them

quick rundown here so when the game starts you pick a team you're either a bomber or a blocker
starts you pick a team you're either a bomber or a blocker and then when the game starts you and
your team you click the buttons and you only have 10 clicks per round and the normal button the one
click button does one damage and the power button does five damage.
But you can only use the power button twice per round and that goes for everybody.
And the point of the game is to have your team either above zero or below zero.
So if you're a bomber, you do plus damage.
If you're a blocker, you do minus damage.
And it's a tug of war basically to
the final score if it's positive the bombers win if it's negative the blockers win and that
hopefully that was a simple explanation you can see the graphic above any questions is welcome
and uh like i said we're just gonna run them some of you might get
confused at first but it'll be fun and it'll click eventually pun intended
most definitely and as as earlier announced um this the game is in beta this will be the first
time we're releasing it to the community so if if you do happen to see anything that doesn't seem to work right for you
or you don't happen to understand it or it's confusing,
if there's something that you want to tell us,
please, please give us your feedback on how the game worked for you
and how easy it was to understand for you.

NFT Bridges, would you like to tell us a little bit about what NFT Bridges is building and what we're doing
since Blaze won the NFT?
I don't know if he's ever heard you guys speak in a face.
I don't know if everybody here has heard what NFT Bridges is building.
I know we have,
and it's greatness over there. Thank you. Yeah. So NFT Bridges is building
infrastructure for the NFT part of Web 3.0. We already have 10 bridges built and functioning between Ethereum, Polygon,
Flow, Solana, Base, BSC, Asta, Sonium, Stacks, and Bitcoin. We are reworking our Solana bridge right now
because Solana just started to use CCIP
and we want to use the CCIP protocol
to decentralize and protect this bridge
just as we did with all the other bridges that we deployed.

bringing
new projects
and games, meaning
collections and games
to our infrastructure
right now.
We have a
relatively
long infrastructure right now. We have a relatively long waiting list for projects that are looking
to bridge. Surprisingly, many of them are from Solana and BASE. We think that that's
probably because there might be maybe an abundance of supply on those chains and maybe not enough demand.
So people are looking to bridge out in order to sell out whatever they weren't able to do on the original chain.
We deployed our token, it's called Teleport Token, on a protocol called cct by chain link.
It's a cross-chain token and our token is native on any chain that supports CCIP.
Right now there are 63 chains that are supporting it.
We deployed it on base and right now it's alive on base, on Polygon, and on Sony.
So in any...
We think that this is like the ideal protocol for a bridge
because as we work with many chains,
having a token on a CCT protocol allows the users to actually move it between chains without having to swap it, wrap it, or spend a lot of gas doing that.
will be accepted natively on all of those chains, meaning that you can use it to do
transactions on those chains without having to do anything special to the token.
It will provide flexibility to the holders, the owners, and obviously for the people who
are looking to move the assets between chains for whatever reason,
you know, to sell them the profit, to get a loan for them, etc.
We are working on our community sale right now,
and we'll have a private cell i believe in october
very busy with all that and we think that the future of everything actually on web3 is going
to be cross-chain and we want to be at least part of the infrastructure to make NFTs very liquid.
NFTs are not liquid now.
They're mostly stuck.
As I'm sure you all know, when you mint an NFT on a certain chain and something happens to the collection
or the collections try to mint out and is unable to do so, then usually the price of the asset goes down.
And there's very little that users
can do. With the bridging option, you can actually figure out where there might be demand
for what you have and use this infrastructure to actually monetize the chain that will give
you a better value for the asset that you have.
That, in essence, is what we do, and you can think of what we do as a liquidity pipeline between chains in the form of NFTs.
We want NFTs to be as liquid as fungible tokens.
with as
fungible tokens.
We're looking to work with
again, obviously
more collections, more games,
gaming platforms, etc.
And we think we can provide a lot
value and
services to
those
collections and to those games.
So it's exciting to hear that you developed the game.

chains, like they'll start on Ethereum and then they migrate to base or they migrate to Apechain.
It's kind of a cool idea to think that you don't necessarily have to migrate your whole project.
You could have holders that still wanted to be on Ethereum, but then holders that also wanted to be on base or wanted to be on Solana.
And it all still fall under the same project.
That's a super cool utility, guys.

And, you know, when we started, the technology that we had at the time was that you needed to
mint on one chain and then transfer. Now you don't have to mint everything on
one chain. If you have a thousand NFTs, just an example, and they're unminted,
you can decide that you want to mint 300 on Solana and 200 on Polygon and another 250 on base
and the rest on Ethereum.
So you get, and they're unminted.
So you mint them in the native chain and you actually have a completely cross-chain collection which Our technology
makes sure that there's no duplication each each
NFT is unique and it tracks everything and it associates the NFT with the

Chainlink has a technology called CCIP,
the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol,
and it is the most prevalent cross-chain protocol out there.
It's the most used one.
Usually it's used for fungible tokens,
so moving regular internet money between chains. And I believe we are the only company that is
using it in the NFT space. And by using it, we were able to actually create a situation
able to actually create a situation where unminted NFTs can be minted on different chains
at the same time. And you can do it both ways. You can do it like it's a competition, that
there is a pool of NFTs and every chain just grabs whatever NFT they can. And it's almost
like a race who mints first and gets the best assets to sit on the
chain or you can allocate you can say there's a thousand NFTs I want from number one to
100 number 200 to be on Solana from 200 to 400 on Polygon etc etc and then that's actually it's a strict segmentation of the process, but all of those NFTs are still part of the same collection and it provides this liquidity.
And when after the initial mint, users can choose in which chain they want to have the NFT in, they can move it between the chains and that creates
again
a competitive
arena for chains
to offer the best benefits
like why would I want to move
my NFT
to Polygon, maybe because
Polygon or DAW or
somebody there would like to
offer
a benefit for collections that are coming Polygon or a DAW or somebody there would like to offer
a benefit for collections that are coming and the people who will be
Gaining from it will be the users and the holders. So we are really excited about what we developed and we're hoping to

with a lot of communities, games, collections, etc.

The ability to be able to do that with one single collection and, and open your whole community up to all the different possibilities and the
options. Because I do know I,
I'm a part of a lot of communities and a lot of projects and you have those
people who are like Ethereum maxis,
but then you have all other people who are Solana maxis,
but want to be a part of both projects. But so if you could, if you could have your project on multiple different chains, it's
something super cool and super interesting to think about.

And I can tell you that we part of when we, before we build build a bit we were kind of researching
Just what's happening in the NFTs and the best example
of What you said now is actually the the gods collection that was
the biggest most successful collection on Solana and then Frank the head the god
figured out that if
They go multi-chain, they will
be actually much, much richer, it will be a more successful collection.
And he got a $4 million grant from Polygon and bridge not only to Polygon but also to
Ethereum.
And he opened the bridge at the time before the bridging event.
The base price, the flow price for the guard was the equivalent of $11,000 in Seoul.
I don't know what it was at the time.
And after the bridging, it became $19,000.
And Frank basically injected $78 million into the collection in less than five weeks.
And he did it because there were people on the other chains who really liked the guards,
but I guess they didn't like Solana, they didn't want to open a wallet,
they didn't want to support the chain.
And when the collection came to them, they bought.
I mean, they were in it.
Obviously, a lot of things happened after that,
but the bridging event itself brought a lot of value into the collection.
And I think that right now, nobody's going to give a cent
to any collection who wants to bridge.
To me, it's a given.
And with NFT bridges, you can basically do it through
our infrastructure without having to build everything on your own and what is
unique in our bridge is that we actually don't bridge any fungible tokens so it's
a much smaller target for hackers to go and hack the bridge because if you're hacking,
you see an NFT, you can't really mix it and resell it. And it's easy to inform all the
big markets not to touch that NFT because it's stolen. And the other thing is that
when you provide this basically free infrastructure for collections,
you allow them to actually inject that liquidity into their collection,
and it's really marketing after that.
They don't have to develop the technology. They just use it. I think it's really marketing after that. They don't have to develop the technology.
They just use it.
I think it's easier.
The interoperability of everything is so important.
And I really, really love that you're involved in that.
And I think that's the right place to be
because the internet itself is going to be chain agnostic.
It's not going to care where things are settled at.
Crypto natives do.
But when the rest of the world comes here,
they may not even know it because of technologies like yours so bravo love it
i thank you for saying that really i mean i i tend not to say it myself even though i think that i
think that one of the biggest problems we have is quotes and quotes industry is like let's say
blockchain industry is that the interfaces are terrible Like it's really hard to do anything.
And, you know, all of us,
I'm assuming that all of us,
are using email on a daily basis
and most of us have no idea how it works
and we don't care.
You click a button and the email is sent
and you receive the reply
and it's so easy and native
and every very young person and very old
person can use it and where we are right now it's the complete opposite that
everything is so complex and the interfaces are mostly terrible that's
really none of our fault it's really you know the chains themselves and the big
infrastructure players don't really don't really look into that right now.
They care more about headcount than about usability.
And we try to make it as easy as possible.
You can actually bridge the NFT in five clicks.
It sounds a lot, five clicks, but believe me, we started with much more than that.
So I think that if we are able,
it's not us, it's all of us,
to be able to make those type of transactions,
like chain agnostic,
that people don't need to care about the chain.
They just need to care about what they need to do
and do it as efficiently as possible and quickly and cheaply and all that they will just do it because it
will be there right now everything is a big challenge so i think that at a certain point
there will be less people at least i hope will be less I would say really tied to a chain and if I'm in Ethereum
then I hate Solana and if I'm Solana I hate everybody else etc. I think we need less than
that and we need more just efficiency and and the ability for all of us you know people who make
collections people who are creative people who manage projects people who make collections, people who are creative, people who manage projects, people who are holders, supporters, DeFi players, everything.
The more opportunity we get to do those things, the better for all of us.
And we are just a small part of it.
We're kind of working on the NFT side of things, but we're trying to make those NFTs as
liquid as we can.
Love it. Eventually everything is going to get
abstracted away. Imagine
if you didn't use Instagram because
it was running on Python.
That's kind of
what's happening right now for real like that sounds freaking ridiculous but
that's what's going on in the nascency of this industry so I appreciate you
