Crypto homies, homies, David Gonzalez, we partnered with David to do our first ticketed event at Nifty's World.
It's been brewing in the back channels,
but now it's official. And that's one of three experiences. I am going to be teasing the second
experience. I'm going to do kind of a scavenger hunt for the next one. People are going to have
to kind of figure it out. I've alluded to it before. The website is going to be up and I'm not even saying anything and hopefully someone will figure out what it is. But we do have a second experience already locked and loaded utilizing IP from Web3. So I'll just I'll say that. And other than that, brother, just much love. I can't wait to hear your take on the markets. I'm sure you're going to have some other people pop up here and say, yo,

I can tell you that we're going gonna have a homies girl brand represented
there also with their makeup line uh and maybe even doing some you know some makeup stuff there
uh we're gonna have a a somewhat of a little bit of a museum piece there too david's gonna
lend us a bunch of his dioramas and different things he's made over the years
uh we also talked about doing some pop-up art exhibits with his paintings
because that's really his passion as he's evolving his art. So we'll be doing some pop-up events on
the ninth floor. And the biggest news just from the Cryptos Homies is, and I know people are like,
hey, Sid forgot about the homies. No, didn't forget about the homies. I'm literally juggling 35 balls at once. But I
can announce that when Uwe launches, our next digital collectible toy, our next homie will be
dropped. It's going to be, you know, we're going to do it a lot simpler this time. It's not going
to be six characters and 45,000 different sets. And it's going to be one character. It's going to be super limited edition.
Within that character, there are going to be some one-of-ones.
So there may be a Day of the Dead.
So if you're a Day of the Dead collector,
there may be a gold or a silver, or there may be whatever.
But it's going to be super limited edition.
If you're a holder of a homie, you'll get first crack at that
for a limited time on on mint day
and then we'll open it up but it's going to be super limited and our plan is to launch a new
character every two to three months at minimum and so anthony i've been working on the schedule
and yeah the homies the homies are gonna be a big part moving forward of what we're building in Vegas.

I mentioned this the other day.
I just started posting a little bit on LinkedIn just to kind of let people know what I'm doing within my peers.
And one of my fraternity brothers reaches out to me.

And he hits me up, and it turns out his company that he started does all the advertising in the taxis in Vegas, New York, Miami, and a bunch of other hot spots around the country.
And so, of course, in our marketing plan for our venue is advertising inside the taxi TV.
So it turns out my fraternity brother owns that company, and we're going to get a lot of love there um it's just exciting times uh jayrock that's all i can say
and you know obviously the market on an upswing that's fantastic um but i'm uber focused right
now right nifty's world uh ui uh nfa our nifty's pass is going to drop our our website is going up
NFA, our Nifty's Pass is going to drop.
Our website is going up.
I was hoping to have it up about a week or two ago,
but everybody decided to wait for the AR experience to launch it at once.
So I think we're already approved on Apple, on the Apple Store.
We're just waiting for Google Play, which should come in the next day or two.
And then we'll launch the site.
You'll be able to go there, scan your phone, download the app,
and you'll be able to check out our first portal
and experience some of the AR that we're developing at our agency
called Nifty's Lens, which is my AR agency.
So lots of stuff, brother.
Lots of exciting stuff and excited for the community
and excited for Web3 and all of our partners.

but when you do see that slide off and all this money, like I said, we're at 3.36 trillion right now, y'all. And people aren't, like, they're just warm and fuzzy with the market. You know what I'm
saying, Hermie? They're just warm and fuzzy with like where the charts are this isn't even like the upswing yet of the bull run so like that's why
people are now saying you know bitcoin's gonna go over 150 they're looking at twos and they had
this mathematician talking about something up in the threes but it makes sense because look at the
pulse we're just we're literally just just just just a smooth cruising right now at a 3 trillion.
I know that would have blown people away two, three years ago in that bull run, because that
would have been an all time high, right? So sitting back, sitting pretty, watching you guys
like Hermes, as you guys are building, investing, getting into it. Why? Because I see it panning out.

you hang out with the homies and now knowing that they're a part of it. Like I said, again,

away. But yo, Hermie, we were talking before about the rogue bunnies and vehicles and everything like that i know we have something
coming up um soon um are we still on course i'm excited all right i see the hundreds

couple of other things that are happening as well that um as many people in the space know
we signed a deal with tootsie brand and we'll be creating candy, you know, wrapped cars or what we call candy painted
cars. We have another announcement that we want to release, but we have one more piece that we
need to, you know, finalize. It's inked, but we need to make sure we're good. And then we have the,
you know, what if posts that are out there that are starting to stir things up a little bit with
people and J-Rock, you were part of one of those.
But there's a lot that's coming.
I think that, you know, like Sid, there's a lot of stuff that we don't share publicly until we know that it's 100 percent.
And especially what went down with the tech and CrossMint and Rogue Bunnies and all that
stuff.
But, you know, there's going to be a moment pretty quick where people are like, wow, 2025 is's really cool is, like Sid does,
we do a little bit of messing around with Suno,

opportunity to share with people that might not know about us or people that want updates or,

building in public and showing face all the time, and you don't always
have wins. Sometimes you have losses, and you need to be able to stand tall and say you believe in
what you're building, and at MetaRides, we're starting to gain traction in some crazy circles,
like finance circles, investment circles, Web2 circles. There's a lot that's coming. And it's again,
we're so early. You know, some people think we're still tailgating. Others think we're in
the third inning, whatever the case may be. But it is still early. And Craig, my partner,
will tell you that it's not early. It's the right time. The time is now. But I just feel like there
are a lot of people out there that don't necessarily understand our industry or want to.
But I will say this, as gamers start to understand the importance of digital ownership, they will start to demand it.
It's happening in Asia already, and we know that it's coming.
And once that starts to happen, you know, anybody that's building anything around gaming and ownership and interoperability, we feel is going to be, you know, one of the metas
moving forward. So I just, I don't know, I feel like I'm rambling a bit, but I do think it's
important for people to understand that spaces like this where you can grab a mic or even just
show up and listen while you're working and let it be your background noise. People know that
you're present. People know that you're still building. People know that you haven't walked
because something bad happened. You know, you're literally in this for the long haul.
And I just, you know, it's starting to uncover itself where you see brands like Sid and NFA
and Stardogs and Dylan and others that you see in spaces all the time. It's important to
understand that they're still, you know, doing what they have to do to, you know,
be the cream that rises to the top. So yeah, J-Rock, I wish I had more alpha to drop today,
but I do think it's important that people do realize that builders are building right now,
and big things are coming, and the right people are starting to work with each other, and
it's only going to make things bigger and better. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. And you said something that was powerful that might win over people's heads.
You said virtual exposure, man.
And that's what I was trying to get to.

you know, the art district of Vegas, but a hub for crypto, for mega brands, right?
Because it's almost like we're creating this springboard type of mecca,

you can go from being unknown to boom.
Now you're in front of millions of thousands of people on the daily,
you know, to have that, you know,
one thing about branding and people notice and marketing, it's not how big the sign is.
It's how many times you see it.
So it's how many times you're going to put this image or this name or this character in someone's face.
Imagine the SpongeBob and the Mickey Mouses and the Sonic the Hitchhawk.
The reason they're popular isn't just because you know it, but how many times you see it.
How many things is it on?

So the same thing with when all these brands, you already have the homies locked in, right?
And I'm just saying, starting with the homies, because they have truly, and it's just going to be honest, the longest legacy, right?
Their empire is huge, right?
The Web 2 side of it. And I remember Sid would always say, man, you know, trying to bridge this gap to get all these Web 2 homies fans in the Web 3 is sometimes difficult, right? That's difficult
for a lot of things. To get gamers to want to game on blockchain can be hard, right? The gamers
are still gaming. They're still doing what they're doing. The fans are still fans. They're still
doing what they're doing. But a lot of times it's hard to link them in. Well, guess what? Now when you create this megaplex, right, this awesome Web3 mecca almost, you know what I mean, that everyone can come through and have a jump off point to really just either see what's happening new in crypto. Just think about that, right?
doing crypto. Just think about that, right? How many big fights do they have a year that happens
in the MGM, right? How many people would be in town for all that? Now Vegas also locks in the
F1 competitions. Imagine, you know, wherever that lines up with their art district when they
line it out for the races, where the fans are going to be standing. What might be behind them?
What they might always see on a billboard or an augmented reality, like you said, virtual exposure of just playing right there in front of the doorsteps, having the kids come
through, knowing that they're going to see this. Rami, dad, let's go here. And then, like I said,
on top of the events. So this is huge. I don't really think people understand what's happening
under the hood. And so, yeah, builders are building. I see it, man. And I respect it.
And I appreciate it because a community that's this tough, that's, you know, got this type of
grit, that's been, you know, doubling, tripling down on so many great opportunities. And I've
seen it even with like the G5s, hanging out with Gilly, watching you guys move. It's the same
thing. That's why I think everything has got like that synergy. Like we just tap right in.
We're not trying. Ain't no one putting on for nobody it's never capped it's just always 102 percent right
how we just are and we just instantly blend well because we're like that same you know type of
community so those communities need actual well-built thought out you know developments
and stuff like that and to have that gilly like Kelly, I don't know if you guys
knew about this because I know we don't always, I don't always put on what we're doing, but
just think about that. Imagine having a hub, right? I want to take, I want to take your idea.
I want to just know what you guys think. Imagine you have a place. We'll just say, you know, it's a
big, almost convention center that is also a hotel. It has its own garage where you can either drive
your Tesla or let the Tesla drive you there. It'll have bar, grill, rooftop access for concerts and
shows. And at the end of the day, yeah, it's still a bar, grill, condominium, you know what I mean,
convention center with things going on. But at the center of it, here's a splash of crypto in your face here. Here's a branding name here. Here's this,
you know, big old Zinu standing right here or the homies over here on the side, or here's this art
gallery that's showing you all the crypto homies and even showing you, imagine if Chris Vaughn was
in there, right? You know, you got the Chris Vaughns on the wall and the IMD-5s and you know
what I mean?
Like just imagine if there was a place like that you could fly out to, Gilly. Like how huge would
that be to you? I think as in like when it comes down to, shout out to Chris Vons, man. What a

mass marketing for it. There's got to be uh but man and imagine
the mass marketing to get people there but then once you're in there there's also all this
marketing going on with all the like you're saying bringing crypto in to stuff like that and uh
a place that you could go to like that is i haven't seen anything like it yet so that's that's
the key right there nothing like it um we need it yeah we got
crypto.com center right here down my street so crypto.com center but there's nothing in there
really that uh is showing uh you know crypto related things i haven't been there in like a
year but the last time i went i didn't see any, at least have like some legendary NFTs on the walls, you know,
or something like something, man, to bring a little more like oomph to the,
to the feel, you know, make it like, yeah, it's not just the name,
bring that the real crypto in there. I think that's, what's needed.

the higher just a little bit more just to make it make more sense for you, right? To make the
orange work to squeeze. So things like that, thinking about the creators in the space, it's
awesome. But I want to just add something, Gilly. So that building in Vegas, it would actually be
the NFA building. It's what Sid up here is doing and and a part of that in partnerships there's different brands all together
partners that are all part of it so you have znew's one uh main ed z's one um meta rise is one um
uh he hogs the crypto hogs uh you got income island so like these brands like there's multiple
floors i don't know how Sid's going to do it,
but it's so much room for activities. You would say like the movie step

yeah, this year is going to be something. But I think really next year is when we're going to see things pop off and uh bitcoin is going to go crazy it's going to go to numbers that we can't even imagine
um from what i've been taught people i've been talking to my brother which has connections and
start in the wall street and everything and all sorts of connections man he's got a mortgage
company and everything so he has to stay connected with people and, uh, know what's going on because it can affect, uh, his reality as well.
So, uh, yeah, just, uh, what I was doing, I was getting a small percentage of my checks,
just boom, Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin. It's like my 401k right there. If you know,
if you know, you know, uh, it's much better than the regular banking system because the banking system, nobody really benefits from it anymore.
Uh, the future of banking is in crypto. This is like exchanges like phantom and coin. I don't
want to say coinbase cause they've been giving people a lot of trouble, but, uh, crypto.com
and, uh, and other, uh, other exchanges, man, this, uh, that's the future. That's your future
bank right there. That's your future bank.
So take advantage, get in, get locked in. And man, that's all I have to say, Jay.
Just go ahead, man. I really want to hear what you have to say about Bitcoin.
No, man, what you're saying is all good stuff. I agree with you. A lot of people aren't driving
with the banks. You know what I mean? The banks have been, you know, doing what they've been doing for a very long time now, and it doesn't
really benefit us, so we know that, right? You know, we give them, you know, 500,000, they say,
all right, we'll give you, you know, a 3% return back, you know what I mean? You don't really get
that type of power that you get from crypto, you know? So, just to put something past you real
quick, Michael Saylor, and this is why I'm saying everything's so early.
So Michael Saylor has also said that he is predicting that Bitcoin will have at least a 29% annual return over the next 21 years.
If that is correct, that means you would only need to invest $125 a month into Bitcoin to become a millionaire at those rates, right?
Where else do you get something like that? Now, a lot of us, we've already invested more than that.
So my number was always from what mega gave me to get to 0.1. It's like a whole scale. It was like
0.1, you're set, 0.2, crazy generational wealth. It was like 0.3, forget about it. You could just
go, it was crazy. And then it got to like one of them. I won could just go, it was a crazy thing.
It got to like one of them.
I won't say it, but it was crazy.
It was like, at this point, you're super rich.
You know what I mean?
Like it was funny.
But point one, realistically, was my goal.
And I'm getting there.
I'm not there yet, but I'm getting there.
And it sucks because, you know, i was really um buying light was when it

more um when you look at it in hindsight but uh i'm excited to just see where it's gonna go man
still just chipping away a little bit as i can um But no, I think it's a stored point of value.
And I see this thing, you know, exploding.
I know this cycle might just be what it might, might, what,
take it to like 200-something thousand, semi-thousands,
maybe 300, like this mathematician.
Somebody was telling me, you know,
they got these mathematicians running the numbers.
But again, no one's got a crystal ball,
so we don't just think it'd go flat, whatever, right?

But that's probably not going to happen.
But let's just say, you know, it does like 250 to around 275 this year, right?

imagine someone like that who's pouring in billions, his money, billions, the firm's money,

Taylor sees it for what it is. And now I think a lot of people see it. Just to add to that,
just because you guys are probably like, yo, that's just one loony dude. Well, on top of that, to add to this, Texas governor has reported that he is going to, he just said that he will sign the strategic Bitcoin reserve. Let me pull this up. Let me just pull this up for you guys.
So yeah, Governor Abbott just said he will sign the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve into law. America wants to buy Bitcoin. That came out about a day ago.
was when weed came out being medical, right? When marijuana ended up crossing into the,
it's a bankable thing now. And look at all the tax money that it created and brought in and all.
Just imagine when people see the returns of what this is going to do for these states.
You're going to have New York in a hot minute. Pennsylvania is going to jump right on bolt.
Everyone else is going to hop right on it. Why? Because it makes dollars.
It's going to make sense, right?
So just looking at that, these are all the pre-early movements.
That's why I say, like, I look at it in clear view.
You know, it's smart to hold a little bit of this.
Yeah, I know the alts, like you said, Sui, and to bring some realization, Sui's not actually doing as bad as people think. If you look at this time last year,
bro, actually Sui was only at $1.04. It's right now just at around $3.50. I mean, really,
even if you go back weeks before, April 6th, it was $1.90. $1.91, actually.
So, I mean, it's up.
It's consolidating from just, you know, kind of tipping around a little peak at $4.12.
But for the most part, no, it's in good shape.
I love Sui.
I hold a good bit of it.
I lucked out and got in at those dips.

Last I checked, Sui is up.

If you've been buying it running up, then, yeah, you might be a little down.

This thing stands to make movement all the way up to $5 and 30 cents, bro. So,

this is just the start of the year. Um, this is when people were thinking
a different nuance was happening in the market with everything happening, but it didn't happen,

full cycle. Where do you think this is going to go? I think it's going to either hit all time

Looking at Sui and the connections it's going to have.
Same thing with, like, I'll say another one I like, good old Ando.
If you don't have it, definitely research it, look at it.

it's looking to be integrated in a lot of different banking and financial industries.
