Hope everyone is doing well.
Welcome everyone for our first weekly update.
We're going to try to keep those format weekly
to allow the community to ask some questions,
to keep pace as well with all the progress we've been doing,
to make sure that everyone knows what we're cooking.
I know you guys are impatient.
We see on the Telegram group all the time
questions about when staking, when snapshots, etc., etc.
So we want to make sure that everyone is staying on top of things.
We're going to try to make those updates weekly, guys.
Every time there's going to be a Google form
that you will be able to fill
in if you have some specific questions.
There was a massive amount of questions
for this week.
We're going to go through them.
At the end of this show,
I will also take a few people to
the stage. If they want to ask questions directly,
I'm going to do my best to answer them.
I think this is the best way
forward. At Mansouri, we believe that communication is key.
And we want to make sure that you guys have all of your questions answered.
This is the key for a successful project.
Mansouri is an extremely successful brand throughout the world.
It's the number one company in the car to do car preparation.
So if anyone is fortunate enough to be able to buy a Lamborghini,
a Maserati, a Rolls Royce,
but they wanted to have it like really tailored to who they are,
tailored to their personality,
then Mansouri is the number one company to be able to do that.
We as Mansouri Web3, fully affiliated with Mansouri as well,
and we have the same vision.
So we want to make sure that everyone is able to enter the Mansouri universe,
starting early with a specific staking tier.
Everyone should be able to have their very first contact with the Mansouri brand.
And of course, little by little little work yourself up to the best
staking tier so that you get invited to events you get free merch from Mansouri you can have a role
in deciding the name of new cars etc etc so this is what we're working on at the moment

But we also want to make sure that all of those updates are having a lot of substance,

We want to make sure that everyone is knowing what we're doing and that there is also something

I'm going to start today, guys, with shooting with a lot of very good news we have.
Number one is staking is doing really, really well.
We have a lot of people staking
the Mansouri token. They all want the same thing. They want to win the gold coins. They
want to take part in events. They want to be the first one in their friends group to
be part of the Mansouri ecosystem. So we are having a very big adoption when it comes to
staking. That's great, right? It can always be more.
We know that like we also have like a few of our long-term partners
that are staking their token right now.
They had their token on Solana.
They are migrating their token on the BNB chain right now.
So we want to make sure that everything is smooth for them
and then they will be able to stake on the BNB chain.
Friendly reminder, guys, if you have your Mansouri token on the Solana chain, then you need to
and if you want to stake, which is highly advised, of course
like not financial advice, right, but which is preferable, you need to
bridge your token from Solana using Stargate
to the BNB chain because all of the utility of the Mansouri project
as of today, as of today Montserrat project as of today,

And you guys know Mansouri is not only about staking tokens
and being invited to events.
Of course, this is what we call real-world benefits, right?
Being able to stake your Mansouri token, go to events, win some coins,
like have discount on merch.
This is real-world benefits, right?
So you hold a token in crypto and this token allows you to get some fantastic advantages in the real world.
That's one thing.
But you guys probably also have heard about real world assets.
We are right now working on real world assets.
And probably today we are going to tokenize the very first Montserrat car.
I cannot tell which brand it is because I want to keep it a little bit like hush hush.
You're going to see the real communication.
We are going to start tokenizing Mansouri cars so that those cars will be then on the blockchain.
It's all going to happen on the BNB chain as well.
So you're going to be able to see and people who buy Mansouri cars are going to be able to tokenize those cars on the BNB chain.
They're going to have an NFT that symbolizes the ownership of that car.
And it's also going to symbolize the fact that this car has not been tampered with.
Bigger communication is going to be explained about this over the next couple of weeks.
But this is really big.

then you have a chance to win a Gold coin.
If you are in the Mansory Silver tier,
then you can also win a Gold coin and a Silver coin.
If you are in the monthly silver tiers and you can also win a gold coin and a silver coin if you are in
the in the gold tier then you have a chance to win a gold coin and something else so keep in mind
like this is really important and the snapshot is going to happen within the next couple of days
okay guys like this is something a little bit technical it's all cto's that's gonna do the
snapshots but make sure if you are if Mansouri token already, but they are not
staked, and if you want to participate
into this, make sure
that you are really staking your token on the BNB chain.
If you're token on Solana,
remember, you have to bridge them with
Stargate and push them into the
BNB chain and then stake them on the BNB chain.

and we wanted to give everyone the possibility to ask questions.

Let me first just go through the question of the community.
And then at the end, when I'm going to be finished with the question of the community,
then we're going to have time to go through a few questions from you guys directly in live.

So, first question, should I stake? I have my token on Solana. Again, I cannot give anyone any financial advice. However, if you already own
Mansouri token and you keep them only in Solana and you want to participate in
the Mansouri ecosystem, then you're missing out. If you want to participate in the Mansouri ecosystem, if you want to get gold coins, if you want to participate in the monthly ecosystem then you're missing out right if you want to
participate in the monthly ecosystem if you want to get gold coins if you want to be part of the
real world asset revolution that we're doing it's better to have those tokens on the bnb chain and
to stake them however right in all fairness i need to tell you that if you stake your token they get
locked during six months okay and this brings me to my next question so that if you stake your token, they get locked during six months.
And this brings me to my next question.
So again, if you have your token in Solana, but you want to take part in the event,
you want to take part in the monthly raffles, you want to be part of the monthly ecosystem,
then it's better to bridge them from Solana to the BNB chain.
And on the BNB chain, you can stake them.
However, remember, they are locked for six months. After six months you can keep those tokens locked or you can unlock them immediately and then straight after you
click then those tokens are unlocked and you can do with them what you please.
So that's question number one from one of the users. Thank you for asking
that question. Second question which goes a little bit in line with
the first question is, do I also enjoy the staking benefits if my token are on Solana? No, you don't,
right? If you want to enjoy the monthly benefits, you have to make sure that your token are on the
BNB chain and staked. If you just hold those tokens in your wallet you will not be you will not have the
chance to take part into any events you will not have the chance to take part into any lottery
you will not have the chance to vote for the name of the car you will not have the chance to have
any discounts on monthly merch right you will not have the chance to take part in the monthly
community like we're also building a token gated community guys they're
going to be much more information about it in the future but you won't be able to do that okay so
you if your token are on solana and they are just sitting in your wallet and you want to participate
in the monthly ecosystem it's highly advisable to bridge those token from solana until the bnb
chain right and again this is not financial advice um and then stake them on and to the BNB chain. And again, this is not financial advice.
And then stake them on the BNB chain.

So this is question number two.
How long are my tokens locked?
I think I already answered this.
The tokens are locked for six months from the time where you are staking those tokens, right? However, let's imagine
you stake the token on the 1st of January 2026, okay? Just to give like a round example. Then on the
on the 30th of June, right, 2026, your tokens are ready to be unlocked. However, they will not be immediately going into your wallet.
You have to do an active unlocking yourself to make sure that your tokens are going into your wallet.
However, if the six months have passed and then you click on unlock, then the token will be given to you on the same day.
Okay, like immediately after the transaction is true.
Okay, is Mr. Mansouri involved in the project? Yes he is, right? Mr. Mansouri is involved in the project. We are working all together with the Mansouri team to make this project successful
and the idea behind this project, it came from Mr. Mansouri because he noticed that there is a lot of his Web2 customers who are buying cars, that a lot of them came from crypto.
So Mr. Mansouri had the idea to create a token to involve much more people into the Mansouri ecosystem from much earlier on.
That's point number one. brand that not only people who can buy a million dollar car wants to be a part of but he wants to
make like a bigger brand to get people earlier in the monthly ecosystem so that when by the day they
make it and they can purchase such a car then they are already fan of the monthly ecosystem okay this
is a little bit the reason um so yes mr manso is involved. When is the first event for Staker?
The first event of Staker is going to happen by the end of the year.
Where is still unclear?
We are still figuring out the logistics
and people who are able to attend the events
will know after we start having the first snapshots.

Are there big listings coming? Yes, there are. We cannot
tell which one, but I have multiple groups already open with a few Tier 1 exchanges.
That's why we did the MECAL regulation, because we wanted to make sure that we are 100% compliant
and that we can list on big exchange. This takes time. There is a lot of lawyer work involved,
but we've done it.

How big is the team?

basically working for their bags and help to open doors for us. We have one ambassador
who is from the US,
and I'm right now looking into recruiting a few more ambassadors.

needs to be paid on your end right we are going to make sure that we phrase the shipments as good

but we have to stay as well like as legal as possible so we will do it properly
i'm super happy to see that everyone is really excited about like the benefits of staking and what they will earn this is super cool like most of the questions are going in that sense

Thanks for having me in. I will share my story. I'm actually aped in Mansouri. I bought myself because I met the person himself. Today actually we have an

We believe in the fact that the Mansouri brand is almost a legacy by itself, right?
So we are using the Mansouri brand as much as we can in Web3 to convert this into
eyeballs, to convert this into reach, to convert this into brand, right? So we are
creating right now a lot of partnership with other big Web3 communities such as
Turbo for example, like the guys are here today in the space, such as Miu, such as
like a lot of other Miu coins and we do some kind of deals where we are able to
use the Mansouri brand and we cooperate
along the brand of mansuri to reach new project right we don't want to be the guys just doing
like hey we're gonna pay some kols right this is not how we operate because this is not sustainable
type of marketing right we don't want to be the guys hey we're gonna do like some deals with some
kols i'm gonna make a video and then we pay them US dollar. No, no, no, no, this is not how we work.
And this is not sustainable.
After a couple of videos, then you understand that you have to keep on doing those videos all the time.
And then all of like the treasury is going into marketing.
This is not what we're doing.
What we're doing is we want to bring and find win-wins, right? Win-wins means we allow some good coins
to use the intellectual property of Mansouri
in their universe, right?
For example, Mio, for example, Turbo,
for example, Sequoia.
Those guys have been representing
the Mansouri Web3 brand,
and they did that for free
because they are honored to be able
to use the Mansouri brand.
And this creates with us
like a lot of new visibility
when it comes to other projects.
So we are working on this.
We're also creating some airdrop campaigns
for very selected communities
so that we can reach out to other types of communities.
We're having tons of merchandising as well that we can brand.
For example, we had a few good campaigns where some other projects,
they bought a shisha, they bought like a scooter,
they bought some car activation from us where we apply the logo of Mansouri,
for example, on top of it.
And this is the best way for us to create long, sustainable community building.
The ambassador program is also
very important, right? Everyone who is part of it. Oh, I see that the exercise
Judy's here, who is our first ambassador from the US, a huge car lover as well,
fan of Mansouri brand, so thanks for being here and being our first ambassador.
Really cool to have you here. But the ambassador program is also like a big
key of that, right? The ambassador program is going to help us to get a lot of people to find new partnerships, to find
a new community to whom we can reach out to. We are all about win-win, right? We want to make sure
that we are win-win. And when we win, we want those other projects to win as well. And this is
the logic that Mr. Monsor, we always apply it to win as well. And this is the logic that Mr. Montserrat always applies to business as well.
So to summarize and to answer your question, we're not necessarily about doing only paid marketing.
This is not what we do.
We do deals.
We use the Montserrat rebrand, which is a huge asset.
We create a network of influencers,, network of ambassadors to make sure that
we can do it in a way that is highly
sustainable.

This is the first staking tier.
The second staking tier is 15,000. Then 100,000 Mansuri tokens. This is the first staking tier. The second staking tier is 15,000,
then 100,000 Mansuri tokens.
But I would suggest you to just look into our documentation.
