realistically, they got to get their money. they're instead of um having compressed well
margins are being compressed as it is uh so because of that they have to figure it out and
their only way of figuring out is cutting compensation cutting employees reducing expenses
um if you don't generate revenue there's a good chance you're probably, you could probably get replaced.
That's 100% the fact because I am a performance employees, which means I'm a sales guy.
I generate money for my business.
My job is safe, but my operations department is being gutted, absolutely gutted to the
gutted to the bare bones, the absolute bare bones.

at the top. All right. Now they get rid of all the admin to get rid of all the support staff,
they get rid of all the people that are non-revenue producing employees. And then who
has to take on that work? People like you, right? So now instead of you focusing on the revenue producing activities that
got you to where you're at now you're focusing on revenue producing activities admin accounting
all the other bullshit that you shouldn't have to deal with which takes you away from the revenue
producing activities which then you essentially start to see a downtrend in the business as far
as profitability as far as volume growth all those things start to go downhill so most companies
don't realize it until it's too late but we'll see yeah so this is the problem with my company is
they're gutting our operations department but we just had a full company meeting where my boss just basically masturbated on everybody's face it was like we're cash flow positive after one quarter
right so we're cash flow positive which i mean like is great and that all happened because he
